¹Essence: Sweet children, perform actions for the livelihood of your bodies, but remember the Father for at least eight hours and donate peace to the whole world. ²Do the service of making others the same as you.

²prashn:- sooryavanshi gharaane mein oonch pad paane ka purushaartha kya hai? ³uttar:- sooryavanshi gharaane mein oonch pad paana hai to baap ko yaad karo aur doosron ko karaao।

³Question: What effort must you make to claim a high status in the sun-dynasty clan? ⁴Answer: 1.In order to claim a high status in the sun-dynasty clan, remember the Father and inspire others to remember Him.

⁴jitna-jitna svadarshan chakradhaari banenge aur banaayenge utna oonch pad paayenge।

⁵The more you spin the discus of self-realisation and inspire others to do that, the higher the status you will claim.

⁵2- purushaartha kar paas with honour bano।

⁶2. Make effort to pass with honours.

⁶aisa koi karma na ho jo saja khaani pade। ⁷saja khaane vaalon ka pad bhrashta ho jaata hai।

⁷Do not perform such actions that you would have to experience punishment for them.

⁸The status of those who experience punishment is destroyed. ⁹Song: Take us away from this world of sin to a place of rest and comfort.

¹⁰yeh hai bachchon ki praarthana।

¹¹This is a prayer of the children.

¹¹kin bachchon ki?

¹²Which children?

¹²jinhonne ab tak nahin jaana hai।

¹³Those who do not know this yet.

¹³tum bachche jaan gaye ho ki is paap ki duniya se baba hamko punya ki duniya mein le ja rahe hain।

¹⁴You children know that Baba is taking us from this sinful world to a pure world of charity.

¹⁴vahaan sadaiv aaraam hi aaraam hai। ¹⁵duhkh ka naam nahin।

¹⁵There is constant comfort there; there is no trace of sorrow.

¹⁶ab apni dil se prashn poochha jaata hai ki ham us sukhdhaam se phir is duhkhadhaam mein kaise aa gaye।

¹⁶Now, ask your hearts this question: How did we come from that land of happiness to this land of sorrow?

¹⁷yeh to sabhi jaante hain ki bhaarat praacheen desh hai।

¹⁷Everyone knows that Bharat is an ancient land.

¹⁸bhaarat hi sukhdhaam tha।

¹⁸Bharat was the land of happiness.

¹⁹ek hi bhagwan bhagavti ka raajya tha। ²⁰god krishna, goddess raadhe athva god naaraayan, goddess lakshmi raajya karte the।

¹⁹There was only the one kingdom of a god and goddess: god Krishna and goddess Radhe. ²⁰That is, god Narayan and goddess Lakshmi used to rule there.

²¹sabhi jaante hain ab phir bhaaratvaasi hi apne ko patit bhrashtaachaari kyon kehte hain?

²¹You all know why the people of Bharat once again call themselves impure and degraded.

²²jaante bhi hain bhaarat sone ki chidiya tha, paarasnaath, paarasnaathini ka raajya tha phir is bhrashtaachaari avastha ko kaise paaya?

²²You also know that Bharat was the ‘Golden Sparrow’. ²³There was the kingdom of those with divine intellects. ²⁴So, how did they then reach such a degraded stage?

²³baba baith samjhaate hain - mera bhi yahaan hi janma hai।

²⁵Baba explains: I too take birth here, but My birth is divine.

²⁴parantu mera janma divya hai। ²⁵tum jaante ho ham shiv vanshi hain aur prajaapita brahmaakumaar kumaariyaan hain isliye baba ne samjhaaya hai pahle-pahle yeh poochho - god father ko jaante ho?

²⁶You know that you belong to the clan of Shiva and are Prajapita Brahma Kumars and Brahma Kumaris. ²⁷Baba has explained that you must first ask: Do you know God the Father? ²⁸They would say: He is the Father.

²⁶kahenge father hai na phir sambandh kya poochhte hain?

²⁹Why are you asking what our relationship with Him is?

²⁷pita to ho hi gaya।

²⁸shiv vanshi to sabhi aatmaayen hain to sab brothers hain।

³¹All souls belong to the incorporeal clan of Shiva; hence, all are brothers.

²⁹phir saakaar prajaapita brahma se kya sambandh hai?

³²Then, what is everyone’s relationship with the corporeal Prajapita (Father of People) Brahma?

³⁰to sabhi kahenge pita hai na। ³¹jinko aadi dev bhi kehte hain।

³³They would say: He is the father who is also known as Adi Dev (first deity).

³²shiv ho gaya niraakaar baap, woh immortal thahra।

³⁴Shiva, the incorporeal Father, is immortal.

³³aatmaayen bhi immortal hain।

³⁵Souls too are immortal.

³⁴baaki saakaar ek shareer chhod doosra lete hain।

³⁶They shed their corporeal bodies and take others.

³⁵niraakaar shiv vanshi hain। ³⁶usmein phir kumaar kumaariyaan nahin kahenge।

³⁷You belong to the incorporeal clan of Shiva, and so you cannot say “kumars and kumaris” for the clan of Shiva.

³⁷aatmaon mein kumaar kumaareepna nahin hota।

³⁸In terms of souls, you cannot say ‘kumars and kumaris’.

³⁸prajaapita brahma ke bachche hain to usmein kumaar kumaariyaan hain।

³⁹As children of the Father of People Brahma, there are kumars and kumaris.

³⁹shiv vanshi to pahle se hi hain।

⁴⁰You belong to the clan of Shiva from the beginning.

⁴⁰shivbaaba punarjanma mein nahin aate hain। ⁴¹ham aatmaayen punarjanma mein aati hain।

⁴¹Shiv Baba does not enter the cycle of birth and rebirth, but you souls take rebirth.

⁴²achha tum jo punya aatmaayen thi phir paap aatmaayen kaise baneen?

⁴²Achcha, you were such charitable souls. ⁴³How did you become sinful souls?

⁴³baap kehte hain tum bhaaratvaasiyon ne apne aapko chamaat lagaai hai।

⁴⁴The Father says: You people of Bharat slapped yourselves.

⁴⁴kehte bhi ho parampita phir unko sarvavyaapi kah dete ho।

⁴⁵You call Him the Supreme Father, but you then say that He is omnipresent.

⁴⁵punya aatma banaane vaale baap ko tumne kutte billi, patthar thikkar sabmen thok diya hai।

⁴⁶You have put the Father, who makes you into charitable souls, into cats and dogs and pebbles and stones.

⁴⁶woh behad ka baap hai jisko tum yaad karte ho।

⁴⁷He is your unlimited Father, the One you have been remembering.

⁴⁷vahi prajaapita brahma ke mukh dvaara brahman rachte hain।

⁴⁸He creates Brahmins through the mouth of the Father of People Brahma.

⁴⁸tum brahman phir devta bante ho।

⁴⁹You Brahmins then become deities.

⁴⁹patit se paavan banaane vaala ek hi baap thahra।

⁵⁰Only the one Father makes the impure ones pure.

⁵⁰unko sabse jaasti tumne defame kiya hai isliye tumhaare par dharmaraaj dvaara case chalega।

⁵¹You have defamed Him the most and there will therefore be a case brought against you by Dharamraj.

⁵¹tumhaara sabse bada dushman hai - 5 vikaaron roopi raavan।

⁵²Actually, your greatest enemy is Ravan, the five vices.

⁵²tumhaari hai raam buddhi, baaki sabki hai raavan buddhi।

⁵³You now have “Rama” (Godly) intellects; everyone else has a “Ravan” (devilish) intellect.

⁵³raamraajya mein tum kitne sukhi the। ⁵⁴raavan raajya mein tum kitne duhkhi ho।

⁵⁴You were so happy in the kingdom of Rama, whereas you are so distressed in the kingdom of Ravan.

⁵⁵vahaan hai paavan dynasty। ⁵⁶yahaan hai patit dynasty।

⁵⁵There, it is a pure dynasty; here, it is an impure dynasty.

⁵⁷ab kiski mat par chalna hai?

⁵⁶Now, whose instructions must you follow?

⁵⁸patit-paavan to ek hi niraakaar hai।

⁵⁷The incorporeal One is the Purifier.

⁵⁹eeshvar sarvavyaapi hai, eeshvar haazira-hazoor hai, kasam bhi aisi uthvaate hain।

⁵⁸People say that God is omnipresent or that He is present everywhere.

⁶⁰yeh sirf tum bachche hi jaante ho ki baap is samay haazira-hazoor hai।

⁵⁹They also make people take an oath in that awareness. ⁶⁰Only you children know that the Father is present now.

⁶¹ham aankhon se dekhte hain।

⁶¹We can see that with our eyes.

⁶²aatma ko pata pada hai parampita paramatma is shareer mein aaya hua hai।

⁶²The soul knows that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, has come into this body.

⁶³ham jaante, pahchaante hain।

⁶³We know and recognise Him.

⁶⁴shivbaaba phir se brahma mein pravesh ho hamko vedon shaastron ka saar aur srishti ke aadi madhya ant ka raaz batlaae trikaaldarshi bana rahe hain।

⁶⁴Shiv Baba has once again entered the body of Brahma and is explaining the essence of all the Vedas and scriptures. ⁶⁵He reveals the secrets of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world and makes us trikaldarshi.

⁶⁵svadarshan chakradhaari ko hi trikaaldarshi kaha jaata hai।

⁶⁶Those who are swadarshanchakradhari are also called trikaldarshi.

⁶⁶vishnu ko yeh chakra dete hain।

⁶⁷Vishnu is portrayed with a discus.

⁶⁷tum brahman hi phir so devta bante ho।

⁶⁸You Brahmins then become deities.

⁶⁸devtaaon ki aatma aur shareer donon pavitra hain।

⁶⁹Deity souls and bodies are pure, whereas your bodies are created through vice.

⁶⁹tumhaara shareer to vikaar se bana hua hai na।

⁷⁰Even though, towards the end, you souls become pure, your bodies will still be impure.

⁷⁰bhal tumhaari aatma ant mein pavitra ho jaati hai, parantu shareer to patit hai na isliye tumko svadarshan chakra nahin de sakte hain।

⁷¹Therefore, you cannot be shown with the discus of self-realisation. ⁷²Only when you become perfect can you be part of Vishnu's rosary of victory.

⁷¹tum sampoorn bante ho phir vishnu ki vijay maala bante ho।

⁷³First, there is the rosary of Rudra and then the rosary of Vishnu.

⁷²roodra maala aur phir vishnu ki maala। ⁷³roodra maala hai niraakaari aur woh jab saakaar mein raajya karte hain to maala ban jaati hai।

⁷⁴The rosary of Rudra is that of incorporeal ones, and then, when they come into the corporeal world and rule the kingdom, they become part of the rosary of Vishnu.

⁷⁴to in sab baaton ko tum abhi jaante ho, gaate bhi hain - patit-paavan aao to zaroor ek hua na।

⁷⁵Only now do you understand these things. ⁷⁶People sing to the Supreme Soul: “O Purifier, come!” and so He must only be One.

⁷⁵sarva patiton ko paavan banaane vaala ek hi baap hai, to patit-paavan, most beloved incorporeal god father thahra।

⁷⁷You know that there is only the one Father who purifies all the impure ones. ⁷⁸This shows that the most beloved, incorporeal Godfather is the Purifier.

⁷⁶woh hai bada baabul।

⁷⁹He is the great Father.

⁷⁷chhote baba ko to sab baba-baba kehte rehte hain। ⁷⁸jab duhkh hota hai tab parampita paramatma ko yaad karte hain।

⁸⁰They call out to their small fathers, but when they experience sorrow, they remember the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁷⁹yeh badi samajhne ki baaten hain।

⁸¹These things have to be understood.

⁸⁰pahle-pahle yeh baat samjhaani hai। ⁸¹parampita paramatma se aapka kya sambandh hai?

⁸²Firstly, explain this one aspect to them: What is your relationship with the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul?

⁸²shiv jayanti to manaate hain।

⁸³People celebrate Shiva’s birthday.

⁸³niraakaar parampita paramatma ki mahima badi bhaari hai।

⁸⁴The praise of the incorporeal Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is very high.

⁸⁴jitna bada imtihaan utna bada title milta hai na।

⁸⁵The higher the examination, the higher the title one acquires. ⁸⁶Baba has a very big title.

⁸⁵baba ka title to bahut bada hai। ⁸⁶devtaaon ki mahima to common hai।

⁸⁷The praise of the deities is common: completely virtuous, 16 celestial degrees full.

⁸⁷sarvagun sampanna, 16 kala sampoorn.... badi hinsa hai kaam kataari chalaae ek do ko aadi-madhya-ant duhkh dete hain।

⁸⁸The greatest violence from its beginning, through the middle to the end is to use the sword of lust and cause sorrow for one another.

⁸⁸yeh hai badi bhaari hinsa।

⁸⁹That is a great form of violence.

⁸⁹abhi tumko double ahink banna hai।

⁹⁰You now have to become doubly non-violent.

⁹⁰bhagvaanuvaach - he bachche tum aatmaayen ho, ham paramatma hain।

⁹¹tum 63 janma vishay saagar mein rahe ho।

⁹²You have been drowning in an ocean of poison for 63 births.

⁹²ab ham tumko ksheersaagar mein le jaate hain।

⁹³I am now taking you to an ocean of milk.

⁹³baaki pichhaadi ke thoda samay tum pavitrata ki pratigya karo।

⁹⁴For this short time in the final period, make a pledge of purity.

⁹⁴yeh to achhi mat hai na।

⁹⁵This is a good direction, is it not?

⁹⁵kehte bhi hain hamko paavan banaao।

⁹⁶They even say: Purify us!

⁹⁶paavan aatmaayen mukti mein rehti hain।

¹⁰⁰Remember Me and also inspire others to do the same.

¹⁰⁰jitna-jitna svadarshan chakradhaari banenge aur banaayenge utna oonch pad paayenge। ¹⁰¹abhi dekho yeh prem bachchi dehraadoon mein rehti hai।

¹⁰¹The more swadarshanchakradhari you become, the more you will inspire others to do this and the higher the status you will claim.

¹⁰²itne sab dehraadoon nivaasi svadarshan chakradhaari to nahin the।

¹⁰²Now, look at this child Prem who lives in Dehradun.

¹⁰³yeh kaise bane? ¹⁰⁴prem bachchi ne aap samaan banaaya।

¹⁰³None of those residents of Dehradun were swadarshanchakradhari.

¹⁰⁵aise aap samaan banaate-banaate daivi jhaad ki vriddhi hoti hai।

¹⁰⁴How is it they have now become like that? ¹⁰⁵Prem made them the same as herself.

¹⁰⁶andhon ko sajja banaane ka purushaartha karna hai na।

¹⁰⁶By making others the same as yourselves, the deity tree gradually expands.

¹⁰⁷8 ghanta to tumko chhoot hai।

¹⁰⁷Make effort to give sight to the blind.

¹⁰⁸shareer nirvaah arth dhandha aadi karna hai।

¹⁰⁸You are free for eight hours.

¹⁰⁹jahaan bhi jaao koshish karke mujhe yaad karo। ¹¹⁰jitna tum baba ko yaad karte ho goya tum shanti ka daan saari srishti ko dete ho।

¹⁰⁹You have to do business, etc. for the livelihood of your bodies, but wherever you go, try to remember Me. ¹¹⁰The more you remember Baba, the more peace you donate to the whole world.

¹¹¹yog se shanti ka daan dena, koi difficult nahin hai।

¹¹¹To give a donation of peace through yoga is not very difficult.

¹¹²haan kabhi-kabhi yog mein bithaaya bhi jaata hai kyonki sangathan ka bal ikattha ho jaata hai।

¹¹²Sometimes, you are made to sit in yoga because the power of a gathering is greater.

¹¹³baba ne samjhaaya hai - shivbaaba ko yaad kar unko kaho - baba yeh hamaare kul vaale hain, inhon ki buddhi ka taala kholo।

¹¹³Baba has explained: Remember Shiv Baba and tell Him: Baba, this one is from our clan; open the lock on his intellect.

¹¹⁴yeh bhi yaad karne ki yukti hai।

¹¹⁴This is also a good tactic for having remembrance.

¹¹⁵apni practice to yeh rakhni hai, chalte-phirte shivbaaba ki yaad rahe। ¹¹⁶baba in par dua karo।

¹¹⁷dua karne vaala merciful to ek hi baba hai।

¹¹⁷Only the Merciful Father can give blessings.

¹¹⁹bhagwan ko hi kahenge na।

¹²⁰vahi merciful, knowledgeful, blissful hain।

¹²¹He is the One who is merciful, knowledge-full and blissful.

¹²¹pavitrata mein bhi full hai, pyaar mein bhi full hai।

¹²²He is also full of purity and love.

¹²²to brahman kul bhooshnon ka bhi aapas mein kitna pyaar hona chaahiye।

¹²³Therefore, there should be a lot of love among you jewels of the Brahmin clan.

¹²³kisko bhi duhkh nahin dena hai।

¹²⁴Do not cause sorrow for anyone.

¹²⁴vahaan jaanvar aadi bhi kisko duhkh nahin dete hain।

¹²⁵There, even the animals do not cause sorrow for anyone.

¹²⁵tum bachche ghar mein rehte bhaai-bhaai aapas mein lad padte ho thodi baat mein।

¹²⁶You children stay in your households, and yet brothers fight among themselves over small matters!

¹²⁶vahaan to jaanvar aadi bhi nahin ladte।

¹²⁷There, even animals never fight.

¹²⁷tumko bhi seekhna hai।

¹²⁸You have to learn.

¹²⁸nahin seekhenge to baap kehte hain tum bahut sajaayen khaayenge। ¹²⁹pad bhrashta ho jaayega।

¹²⁹The Father says: If you do not learn, you will be punished a great deal; your status will be destroyed.

¹³⁰saja laayak ham kyon banen!

¹³⁰Why should we have to receive punishment?

¹³¹paas with honour hona chaahiye na।

¹³¹We should pass with honours.

¹³²aage chalkar baba sab saakshaatkaar karaate rahenge।

¹³²As you progress further, Baba will give you visions of everything.

¹³³abhi thoda samay hai isliye jaldi karte raho।

¹³³Time is now running short, so hurry up!

¹³⁴beemaari mein bhi sabko kehte hain na raam-raam kaho।

¹³⁴When people are ill, they are told to say, "Rama, Rama".

¹³⁵andar se bhi kehte hain।

¹³⁵They also say it internally.

¹³⁶pichhaadi mein bhi koi-koi bahut teekhe jaate hain।

¹³⁶There are some who will be very clever towards the end.

¹³⁹naatak ke pichhaadi mein wonderful part hota hai na।

¹³⁸There is a wonderful part of the play at the end.

¹⁴⁰pichhaadi mein hi vaah-vaah hoti hai, usi samay to bahut khushi mein rahenge।

¹³⁹The praise is sung at the end. ¹⁴⁰At that time, you will experience great joy.

¹⁴¹jinmen gyaan nahin hai woh to vahaan hi behosh ho jaayenge।

¹⁴¹Those who have no knowledge will faint there and then.

¹⁴²operation aadi ke samay doctor log kamjor ko khada nahin karte hain।

¹⁴²During an operation, the surgeon doesn’t allow any weak person to stand near.

¹⁴³partition mein kya hua, sabhi ne dekha na!

¹⁴³Look what happened during partition! ¹⁴⁴You all saw what happened.

¹⁴⁴yeh to bahut dardanaak samay hai। ¹⁴⁵isko khoone naahek kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴⁵That will be a very painful time; it is called ‘bloodshed without cause’.

¹⁴⁶inko dekhne ke liye bahut himmat chaahiye।

¹⁴⁶You will need great courage to watch it. ¹⁴⁷Your story is of 84 births.

¹⁴⁷tumhaari hai 84 janmon ki kahaani। ¹⁴⁸ham so devi-devta raajya karte the।

¹⁴⁸We were deities who used to rule, then we were influenced by Maya and fell onto the path of sin.

¹⁴⁹phir maaya ke vash ho vaam maarga mein gaye, phir ab devta bante hain।

¹⁵⁸kabhi kisi ko bhi duhkh nahin dena hai।

¹⁵⁸Don’t cause anyone sorrow.

¹⁵⁹ 2. Practise remembering the Father while walking and moving around.

¹⁶⁰yaad mein rah saare vishwa ko shanti ka daan dena hai।

¹⁶⁰Stay in remembrance and donate peace to the whole world.

¹⁶¹vardaan:- gyaan ke raazon ko samajh sada achal rahne vaale nishchaybuddhi, vighna-vinaashak bhav ¹⁶²vighna-vinaashak sthiti mein sthit rahne se kitna bhi bada vighna khel anubhav hoga।

¹⁶¹Blessing: May you be a destroyer of obstacles and your intellect have faith and remain constantly unshakeable by understanding the secrets of knowledge.

¹⁶³khel samajhne ke kaaran vighnon se kabhi ghabraayenge nahin lekin khushi-khushi se vijayi banenge aur double light rahenge।

¹⁶² By being stable in the stage of a destroyer of obstacles, no matter how big an obstacle is, you will experience it to be a game.

¹⁶⁴drama ke gyaan ki smriti se har vighna nothing new lagta hai। ¹⁶⁵nai baat nahin lagegi, bahut puraani baat hai।

¹⁶³By considering it to be a game, you will not be afraid, but you will be happily victorious and double-light.

¹⁶⁶anek baar vijayi banen hain - aise nishchaybuddhi, gyaan ke raaz ko samajhne vaale bachchon ka hi yaadgaar achalghar hai।

¹⁶⁴When you are aware of the knowledge of the drama, every obstacle feels like “nothing new”. ¹⁶⁵It will not feel like anything new, but something very old.

¹⁶⁶You have been victorious many times; those whose intellects have faith understand the secrets of knowledge and have their memorial of Achalghar (the home of stability).
