⁵Question: What should you tell yourself in order to end all your worrying and finish your anger?

⁴uttar:- ham eeshvar ki santaan hain, humein to baap samaan meetha banna hai।

⁶Answer: I am a child of God.

⁵jaise baba meethe roop se samjhaani dete, gussa nahin karte। ⁶aise humein bhi aapas mein meetha rehna hai। ⁷loonpaani nahin hona hai kyonki jaante hain jo second paas hua, woh drama mein part tha।

⁷I have to become as sweet as the Father.Just as Baba explains in a sweet way and doesn’t get angry, in the same way, I must be very sweet with others and not become like salt water, because I understand that every second that passes is part of the drama.

¹⁷By winning this lottery you experience the happiness of heaven for birth after birth.

¹⁹yeh hai tumhaara marjeeva janma।

¹⁸This is the birth in which you have died alive.

²⁰jo jeete ji marte nahin, unka marjeeva janma nahin kahenge।

¹⁹If you have not died a living death, this cannot be your birth of dying alive.

²¹unhon ko to khushi ka paara bhi chadh nahin sakta। ²²jab tak marjeeva nahin bane hain arthaat baap ko apna nahin banaaya hai, tab tak poora varsa bhi mil nahin sakta।

²⁰Your mercury of happiness cannot rise high until you have died alive, that is, until you have made the Father belong to you. ²¹Therefore, you cannot receive your full inheritance until then.

²³jo baap ke bante hain, jo baap ko yaad karte hain unko baap bhi yaad karte hain।

²²Those who belong to the Father and who remember Him are also remembered by the Father.

²⁶They study many Vedas, scriptures and magazines etc.

²⁸parantu duniya to din pratidin duhkhi hi hoti jaati hai, inko tamopradhaan hona hi hai।

²⁷However, day by day, the world continues to become more sorrowful; it has to become tamopradhan.

³¹kote bahut bade-bade ho gaye hain। ³²bade jor se lagte hain।

³⁰The thorns have become very large and they prick with great force.

³³usko anek prakaar ke naam diye hue hain।

³¹They have been given many different names.

³⁴satayug mein to hote nahin।

³²They do not exist in the golden age.

³⁵baap samjhaate hain - yeh hai koton ki duniya। ³⁶ek do ko duhkh dete rehte hain।

³³The Father explains: This is a world of thorns: they continue to give sorrow to each other.

³⁷ghar mein bachche bhi aise kapoot nikal padte hain jo baat mat poochho।

³⁴Within a household, there are such unworthy children, don’t even ask!

³⁸maa-baap ko bahut duhkhi karte hain।

³⁵They cause a lot of sorrow for their mother and father.

³⁹sabhi koi ek samaan bhi nahin hote।

³⁶Not everyone is the same.

⁴⁰sabse jaasti duhkh dene vaala kaun hai? ⁴¹manushya yeh nahin jaante।

³⁷Human beings don’t know who it is that causes the most sorrow.

⁴²baap kehte hain in gurooon ne paramatma ki mahima gum kar di hai। ⁴³ham to unki bahut mahima karte hain।

³⁸The Father says: The gurus have destroyed the praise of God, whereas we praise Him a great deal.

⁴⁴woh param poojya parampita paramatma hai। ⁴⁵shiv ka chitra bhi bahut achha hai।

³⁹He is the supremely worthy Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁴⁶parantu bahut log aise hain jo maanenge nahin ki shiv koi aisa jyortibindu hai kyonki woh to aatma so paramatma kah dete hain।

⁴⁰The picture of Shiva is very good, but there are many people who don’t accept that Shiva is a point of light, because they say that souls and the Supreme Soul are one.

⁴⁷aatma ati sookshm hai jo bhrakuti ke beech mein baithi hai, phir paramatma itna bada aakaar vaala kaise ho sakta hai?

⁴¹A soul is very subtle. ⁴²He sits in the centre of a forehead, and so how could the form of God be larger than that?

⁴⁸bahut vidvaan, aachaarya log bi.ke. par hansi udaate hain ki paramatma ka aisa roop to ho nahin sakta। ⁴⁹woh to akhanda jyotirmay tatva hajaaron sooryon se bhi tejomay hai।

⁴³Many scholars laugh at the Brahma Kumaris and say that the form of God cannot be like that, that He is an eternally burning light or that He is brighter than a thousand suns.

⁵⁰vaastav mein yeh wrong hai।

⁴⁴In fact, that is wrong.

⁵¹inki right mahima to baap khud hi bataate hain।

⁴⁵Only the Father Himself can tell you His correct praise.

⁵²woh manushya srishti ka beejroop hai।

⁴⁶He is the Seed of the human world tree.

⁵³yeh srishti ek ulta jhaad hai।

⁴⁷This world is like an inverted tree.

⁵⁴satayug, treta mein unko koi yaad nahin karte।

⁴⁸No one in the golden and silver ages remembers Him.

⁵⁵manushya ko jab duhkh hota hai tab unko yaad karte hain - he bhagwan, he parampita paramatma raham karo।

⁴⁹People remember God when they are unhappy. ⁵⁰They say: O God, O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, have mercy!

⁵⁶satayug, treta mein to koi raham maangane vaala hota nahin।

⁵¹There is no one in the golden and silver ages who asks for mercy.

⁵⁷woh hai baap rachayita ki nai rachna।

⁵²They are the Father’s, the Creator’s, new creation.

⁵⁸is baap ki mahima hi aparmaapaar hai।

⁵³The praise of that Father is limitless.

⁵⁹gyaan ka saagar, patit-paavan hai।

⁵⁴He is the Ocean of Knowledge, the Purifier.

⁶⁰gyaan ka saagar hai to zaroor gyaan diya hoga।

⁵⁵Because He is the Ocean of Knowledge, He must surely have given knowledge.

⁶¹woh sat, chit, aananda swaroop hai। ⁶²chaitanya hai।

⁵⁶He is the Truth, the Living Being and the Embodiment of Bliss.

⁶³gyaan to chaitanya aatma hi dhaaran karti hai।

⁵⁷He is a Living Soul. ⁵⁸The living souls that imbibe knowledge.

⁶⁴samjho ham shareer chhod jaate hain to aatma mein gyaan ke sanskaar to hain hi hain।

⁵⁹For instance, when a soul leaves his body, he carries the sanskars of knowledge with him.

⁶⁵bachcha banenge to bhi woh sanskaar honge, parantu organs chhote hain to bol nahin sakte।

⁶⁰When he becomes a child, he will still have those sanskars, but, because the organs of the mouth will be small, he would be unable to speak.

⁶⁶organs bade hote hain to yaad karaaya jaata hai, to smriti mein aa jaata hai।

⁶¹When his organs grow, the soul is inspired to remember and the memory returns.

⁶⁷chhote bachche bhi shaastra aadi kantha kar lete hain।

⁶²Little children also remember the scriptures etc.

⁶⁸yeh sabhi agle janma ke sanskaar hain।

⁶³That is because of the sanskars from their previous birth.

⁶⁹ab baap hamko apna gyaan ka varsa dete hain।

⁶⁴The Father is now giving us our inheritance of knowledge.

⁷⁰saare srishti ka gyaan inke paas hai kyonki beejroop hai।

⁶⁵He has the knowledge of the whole world because He is the Seed.

⁷¹ham apne ko beejroop nahin kahenge।

⁶⁶We cannot call ourselves the Seed.

⁷²beej mein zaroor jhaad ke aadi-madhya-ant ka gyaan hoga na।

⁶⁷The seed of a tree definitely has the knowledge within it of the beginning, middle and end of that tree.

⁷³to baap khud kehte hain main hoon srishti ka beejroop।

⁶⁸The Father Himself says: I am the Seed of the world.

⁷⁴is jhaad ka beej oopar hai।

⁶⁹The Seed of this tree is up above.

⁷⁵woh baap sat chit aananda swaroop, gyaan ka saagar hai।

⁷⁰That Father is the Truth, the Living Being, the Embodiment of Bliss and the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁷⁶srishti ke aadi-madhya-ant ka hi usmein gyaan hoga।

⁷¹He also has the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

⁷⁷nahin to kya hoga!

⁷²What other knowledge could he have?

⁷⁸kya shaastron ka gyaan hoga?

⁷³Would it be the knowledge of the scriptures?

⁷⁹woh to bahuton mein hai। ⁸⁰paramatma ki to zaroor koi nai baat hogi na।

⁷⁴Many have that. ⁷⁵God would surely have something new, something that no scholar etc., would know.

⁸¹jo koi bhi vidvaan aadi nahin jaante।

⁷⁶Ask anyone: How does the world tree emerge?

⁸²koi se bhi poochho - is srishti roopi jhaad ki utpatti, paalna, sanghaar kaise hota hai, inki aayu kitni hai, yeh kaise vriddhi ko paata hai... bilkul koi nahin samjha sakta hai।

⁷⁷How is it sustained? ⁷⁸How long is its lifespan and how is it destroyed? ⁷⁹How does it grow? ⁸⁰No one would be able to explain any of these things.

⁸³ek geeta hi hai sarva shaastramai shiromni, baaki to sab hain unke baal bachche।

⁸¹Of all the scriptures, the Gita is the only jewel; all the rest are its children.

⁸⁴jabki geeta padhne se bhi kuchh nahin samajhte to baaki shaastra padhne se faayda hi kya?

⁸²If people don’t understand anything even after reading the Gita, how would they benefit by studying any other scripture?

⁸⁵varsa to phir bhi geeta se milna hai।

⁸³The inheritance is received through the Gita.

⁸⁶ab baap saare drama ka raaz samjhaate hain।

⁸⁴The Father now explains the secrets of the whole drama.

⁸⁷baap pattharbuddhi se paarasbuddhi banaae paarasnaath banaate hain।

⁸⁵The Father changes your intellects from stone to divine and makes you into lords of divinity.

⁸⁸ab to sab pattharbuddhi, pattharnaath hain।

⁸⁶Everyone has such a stone intellect that they are now lords of stone.

⁸⁹parantu woh apne ko bade-bade titles dekar apne ko paarasbuddhi samajh baithe hain।

⁸⁷However, they give themselves very big titles and consider themselves to have divine intellects.

⁹⁰baap samjhaate hain meri mahima sabse nyaari hai। ⁹¹main gyaan ka saagar, aanand ka saagar, sukh ka saagar hoon।

⁸⁸The Father explains: My praise is the most unique; I am the Ocean of Knowledge, the Ocean of Bliss and the Ocean of Happiness.

⁹²aisi mahima tum devtaaon ki nahin kar sakte। ⁹³bhakta log devtaaon ke aage jaakar kahenge aap sarvagun sampanna... hain।

⁸⁹Deities cannot be praised in this way. ⁹⁰Devotees go in front of the deity idols and say: You are full of all divine virtues, completely pure with 16 celestial degrees.

⁹⁴baap ki to ek hi mahima hai। ⁹⁵woh bhi ham jaante hain।

⁹¹You understand that the praise is of only the one Father and only we know His praise.

⁹⁶abhi ham mandir mein jaayenge to buddhi mein poora gyaan hai ki inhonne to poore 84 janma liye honge।

⁹²Your intellects now have the full knowledge of how those who are portrayed in the temples have taken their full 84 births.

⁹⁷abhi apne ko kitni khushi hai।

⁹³Therefore, how much happiness you now have!

⁹⁸aage thode hi yeh khyaal aata tha।

⁹⁴Previously, you didn’t think in this way.

⁹⁹abhi samajhte hain hamko aisa banna hai।

⁹⁵You now understand that you have to become like them.

¹⁰⁰buddhi mein bahut parivartan aa jaata hai।

⁹⁶Your intellects have been transformed a great deal.

¹⁰¹baap bachchon ko samjhaate hain - aapas mein bahut meethe bano।

⁹⁷The Father explains to you children: Become very sweet with one another.

¹⁰²loonpaani mat bano।

⁹⁸Do not be like salt water.

¹⁰³baba kabhi bhi kisse gussa karta hai kya?

⁹⁹Does Baba ever get angry with anyone?

¹⁰⁴bade meethe roop se samjhaani dete hain।

¹⁰⁰He explains in a very sweet manner.

¹⁰⁵ek second paas hua kahenge yeh bhi drama mein part tha।

¹⁰¹Even one second that passes can be said to be part of the drama.

¹⁰⁶iski chinta kya karni hai।

¹⁰²What is there to worry about in that?

¹⁰⁷aise-aise apne ko samjhaana hai।

¹⁰³Explain to yourself in this way.

¹⁰⁸tum eeshvareey santaan kam thode hi ho।

¹⁰⁴You children of God are not any less.

¹⁰⁹yeh to samajh sakte ho ki eeshvareey santaan zaroor eeshvar ke paas rehte honge।

¹⁰⁵You can understand that God’s children must definitely live with God.

¹¹⁰eeshvar niraakaar hai to uski santaan bhi niraakaar hain।

¹⁰⁶God is incorporeal, and so His children too must be incorporeal.

¹¹¹vahi santaan yahaan chola lekar part bajaati hai।

¹⁰⁷Those same children come here and adopt costumes to play their parts.

¹¹²svarga mein manushya hain devi-devta dharma ke।

¹⁰⁸The human beings in heaven belong to the deity religion.

¹¹³agar sabka baith hisaab nikaalen to kitna maatha maarna pade।

¹⁰⁹If you were to calculate how many births each one takes, you would have to beat your head so much!

¹¹⁴parantu samajh sakte hain ki nambarvaar samay anusaar thode-thode janma milte honge।

¹¹⁰However, it is understood that the number of births decreases according to the time they come.

¹¹⁵aage to samajhte the manushya kutta billi bante hain।

¹¹¹Previously, you used to believe that human beings became cats and dogs.

¹¹⁶abhi to buddhi mein raat din ka farka aa gaya hai।

¹¹²There is the contrast of day and night in your intellects between then and now.

¹¹⁷yeh sab hain dhaarna karne ki baaten।

¹¹³All of these things have to be imbibed.

¹¹⁸nutshell mein samjhaate hain ki ab 84 janma ka chakra poora hua।

¹¹⁴It is explained in a nutshell that the cycle of 84 births is now over.

¹¹⁹abhi is chhi-chhi shareer ko chhodna hai।

¹¹⁵You now have to shed your dirty bodies.

¹²⁰yeh sabka puraana jadajdeebhoot, tamopradhaan shareer hai, isse mamatva mita dena hai।

¹¹⁶All of your bodies are old, decayed and tamopradhan. ¹¹⁷Remove your attachment from them.

¹²¹puraane shareer ko yaad kya karen।

¹¹⁸Why should you remember your old bodies?

¹²²ab to apne naye shareer ko yaad karenge, jo milna hai satayug mein।

¹¹⁹Now remember the new bodies that you are to receive in the golden age.

¹²³via muktidhaam hokar satayug mein aayenge।

¹²⁰You will go into the golden age via the land of liberation.

¹²⁴ham jeevanmukti mein jaate hain aur sab muktidhaam mein chale jaate hain।

¹²¹When we go to the land of liberation in life, everyone else goes to the land of liberation.

¹²⁵isko jayjaykaar kaha jaata hai, haahaakaar ke baad jayjaykaar hona hai।

¹²²This is known as the cries of victory. ¹²³After the cries of sorrow, there will be the cries of victory.

¹²⁶itne sab marenge koi to nimitta kaaran banega।

¹²⁴So many will die, and so something has to be the instrument for that.

¹²⁷natural calamities hongi।

¹²⁵There will be natural calamities.

¹²⁸sirf saagar hi thode hi sabhi khandon ko khalaas karega।

¹²⁶It is not that the ocean alone will destroy all the lands.

¹²⁹sab kuchh khalaas to hona hi hai।

¹²⁷Everything has to be finished off.

¹³⁰baaki bhaarat avinaashi khanda rah jaata hai kyonki yeh hai shivbaaba ka birth place। ¹³¹to yeh ho gaya sabse bada teertha sthaan।

¹²⁸However, Bharat, the imperishable land, remains. ¹²⁹Because it is the birthplace of Shiv Baba, this land becomes the greatest pilgrimage place of all.

¹³²baap sabki sadgati karte hain, yeh koi manushya nahin jaante hain।

¹³⁰The Father grants salvation to all, but human beings do not know this.

¹³³unhon ko na jaanna hi drama mein noondh hai।

¹³¹For them not to know is also fixed in the drama.

¹³⁴tab to baap kehte hain ki he bachche tum kuchh nahin jaante the, main hi tumko rachta aur rachna athva manushya srishti ke aadi-madhya-ant ka saara bhed samjhaata hoon।

¹³⁵jisko rishi muni bhi beanta, beanta kahkar gaye hain।

¹³⁶yeh thode hi samajhte hain ki saari duniya ke 5 vikaar bade bhaari dushman hain।

¹³⁵They don’t understand that the five vices are the greatest enemies of the whole world.

¹³⁷jis raavan ko bhaaratvaasi varsha-varsha jalaate hi aate hain। ¹³⁸usko jaante koi nahin kyonki woh na jismaani hai, na roohaani hai।

¹³⁶People of Bharat continue to burn Ravan year after year, but they do not know him because he is neither physical nor spiritual.

¹³⁹vikaaron ka to koi roop hi nahin hai।

¹³⁷The vices have no form at all.

¹⁴⁰manushya act mein aata hai tab pata padta hai ki inmen kaam ka, krodh ka bhoot aaya hai।

¹³⁸It is only when a person starts to act that it is understood whether he has an evil spirit of lust or anger.

¹⁴¹is vikaar ki stage mein bhi uttam, madhyam, kanishta hote hain।

¹³⁹There are the highest, the average and the lowest stages in the vices as well.

¹⁴²koi mein kaam ka nasha ekdam tamopradhaan ho jaata hai, koi ko rajo nasha, koi ko sato nasha rehta hai।

¹⁴⁰Some have a tamopradhan intoxication of lust, some have a rajo stage of intoxication and some have a sato stage of intoxication.

¹⁴³koi to baal brahmachaari bhi rehte hain।

¹⁴¹Some even remain celibate from birth.

¹⁴⁴samajhte hain yeh bhi ek jhanjhat hai sambhaalna।

¹⁴²They think that it is too much bother to be part of a household.

¹⁴⁵sabse achha unko kahenge।

¹⁴³Such ones are known as the best people.

¹⁴⁶sannyaasiyon mein bhi baal brahmachaari achhe gine jaate hain।

¹⁴⁴Among sannyasis, those who have been celibate from birth are considered to be good.

¹⁴⁷government ke liye bhi achha hai, bachchon ki vriddhi nahin hogi।

¹⁴⁵It is very good for the Government, because the population doesn’t increase.

¹⁴⁸pavitrata ki taakat milti hai।

¹⁴⁶They receive the power of purity.

¹⁴⁹yeh hui gupta।

¹⁴⁷This is very incognito.

¹⁵⁰sannyaasi bhi pavitra rehte hain, chhote bachche bhi pavitra rehte hain, vaanaprasthi bhi pavitra rehte hain।

¹⁴⁸Sannyasis remain pure. ¹⁴⁹Little children also remain pure and those in their stage of retirement remain pure as well.

¹⁵¹to pavitrata ka bal milta hi aata hai।

¹⁵⁰Therefore, the power of purity continues to be received.

¹⁵²unhon ka bhi kaayda chala aata hai ki bachche ko itni aayu tak pavitra rehna hai।

¹⁵¹They still have a rule that a child should remain pure up to a certain age.

¹⁵³to woh bhi bal milta hai।

¹⁵²They also receive strength from that.

¹⁵⁴tum ho satopradhaan pavitra।

¹⁵³You are pure in a satopradhan way.

¹⁵⁵yeh antim janma tum baap se pratigya karte ho।

¹⁵⁴You make a promise to the Father in this last birth.

¹⁵⁶tum satayug ki sthaapna karne vaale ho।

¹⁵⁵You are the ones who establish the golden age.

¹⁵⁷jo karega so pavitra duniya ka maalik banega, nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar।

¹⁵⁶Those who remain pure are the ones who become the masters of the pure world, numberwise, according to their efforts.

¹⁵⁸yeh hai eeshvareey kutumba।

¹⁵⁷This is God’s family.

¹⁵⁹eeshvar ke saath ham rehte hain kalpa mein ek baar। ¹⁶⁰bas phir daivi gharaane mein to bahut janma rahenge।

¹⁵⁸Once every cycle you live with God and then you take many births in the deity clan.

¹⁶¹yeh ek janma hi durlabh hai।

¹⁵⁹This one birth is invaluable.

¹⁶²yeh eeshvareey kul hai uttam se uttam।

¹⁶⁰This clan of God’s is the highest of all.

¹⁶³brahman kul sabse oonchi choti hai।

¹⁶¹The Brahmin clan is the highest, the topknot.

¹⁶⁴neech te neech kul se ham oonch brahman kul ke ho gaye।

¹⁶²From the lowest clan, we have become those who belong to the highest Brahmin clan.

¹⁶⁵shivbaaba jab brahma ko rache tab to brahman rache।

¹⁶³Only when Shiv Baba creates Brahma can He create Brahmins.

¹⁶⁶kitni khushi rehti hai, jo baba ki service mein rehte hain।

¹⁶⁴Those who remain in Baba’s service experience a great deal of happiness.

¹⁶⁷ham eeshvar ki aulaad bane hain aur eeshvar ki shreemat par chalte hain।

¹⁶⁵We have become God’s children and are following God’s shrimat.

¹⁶⁸apni chalan se unka naam baala karte hain।

¹⁶⁶You glorify His name with your behaviour.

¹⁶⁹baba kehte hain woh to hain aasuri gunon vaale, tum daiveegunon vaale ban rahe ho।

¹⁶⁷Baba says: Others have devilish traits whereas you are becoming those with divine virtues.

¹⁷⁰jab tum sampoorn ban jaayenge to tumhaari chalan bahut achhi ho jaayegi।

¹⁶⁸When you become complete, your behaviour will have become very good.
