¹Essence: Sweet children, continue to connect your intellects in yoga to the Father and you will complete the long journey with ease.

²prashn:- baap par kurbaan jaane ke liye kis baat ka tyaag zaroori hai?

²Question: What one thing do you have to renounce in order to sacrifice yourself to the Father?

³uttar:- deh-abhimaan ka।

³Answer: Body consciousness. ⁴As soon as you become body conscious, you die and become adulterated.

⁴deh-abhimaan aaya to mara, vyabhichaari hua isliye kurbaan hone mein bachchon ka hriday videeran hota hai। ⁵jab kurbaan ho gaye to us ek ki hi yaad rahe।

⁵This is why some children's hearts shrink at the thought of surrendering themselves to Baba. ⁶Since you have sacrificed yourself, there should only be remembrance of that One.

⁶un par hi balihaar jaana hai, unki hi shreemat par chalna hai।

⁷You have to sacrifice yourself to Him and only follow His shrimat.

⁸Song: O traveller of the night, do not become weary! ⁹The destination of dawn is not far off.

⁸om shanti।

¹⁰Om shanti.

⁹bhagvaanuvaach - bhagwan apne bachchon ko raajayog aur gyaan sikhla rahe hain।

¹¹God speaks. ¹²God is teaching His children Raja Yoga and knowledge.

¹⁰yeh koi manushya nahin।

¹³This is not a human being.

¹¹geeta mein likha hua hai shreekrishna bhagvaanuvaach।

¹⁴It is written in the Gita that God Shri Krishna speaks.

¹²ab shreekrishna saari duniya ko maaya se liberate kare, yeh to sambhav nahin hai।

¹⁵Now, it is not possible for Shri Krishna to liberate the whole world from Maya.

¹³baap hi aakar bachchon prati samjhaate hain।

¹⁶Only the Father can come and explain to the children.

¹⁴jinhone baap ko apna banaaya hai aur baap ke sammukh baithe hain।

¹⁷Those who have made the Father belong to them are sitting face to face with the Father.

¹⁵shreekrishna ko baap nahin kaha ja sakta।

¹⁸Krishna cannot be called the Father.

¹⁶baap ko kaha jaata hai parampita, paramdham mein rahne vaala।

¹⁹The Father is called the Supreme Soul, the One who resides in the supreme abode.

¹⁷aatma is shareer dvaara bhagwan ko yaad karti hai।

²⁰The soul remembers God through this body.

¹⁸baap baith samjhaate hain ki main tumhaara baap paramdham mein rahne vaala hoon।

²¹The Father sits here and explains: I am your Father, the One who resides in the supreme abode.

¹⁹main sabhi aatmaon ka baap hoon।

²²I am the Father of all souls.

²⁰mainne hi kalpa pahle bhi bachchon ko aakar sikhaaya tha ki buddhi ka yog mujh parampita se lagaao।

²³I came a cycle ago and taught you children how to connect your intellects in yoga to Me, your Supreme Father.

²¹aatmaon se baat ki jaati hai।

²⁴He speaks to souls.

²²aatma jab tak shareer mein na aaye to aankhon dvaara dekh na sake। ²³kaanon dvaara sun na sake।

²⁵Until a soul enters a body he cannot see with eyes or listen with ears.

²⁴aatma bina shareer ke jad ho jaata hai। ²⁵aatma chaitanya hai।

²⁶A body without a soul is non-living; each soul is a living being.

²⁶garbha mein bachcha hai, parantu jab tak usmein aatma ne pravesh nahin kiya hai tab tak churpur nahin hoti।

²⁷When there is a baby in a womb, it is unable to move until a soul enters it.

²⁷to aisi chaitanya aatmaon se baap baat karte hain।

²⁸So, the Father speaks to such living souls.

²⁸kehte hain mainne yeh shareer loan par liya hai।

²⁹He says: I have taken this body on loan.

²⁹main aakar sabhi aatmaon ko vaapis le jaata hoon।

³⁰I come and take all souls back.

³⁰phir jo aatmaayen sammukh hoti hain unhon ko raajayog sikhaata hoon।

³¹I teach Raja Yoga to the souls who are in front of Me.

³¹raajayog saari duniya nahin seekhegi। ³²kalpa pahle vaale hi raajayog seekh rahe hain।

³²The whole world will not study Raja Yoga; only those from the previous cycle are studying Raja Yoga.

³³ab baba samjhaate hain buddhi ka yog baap ke saath ant tak lagaate rehna hai, ismen atakna nahin hai।

³³Baba now explains: Continue to connect your intellects in yoga to the Father until the end; don’t stop this.

³⁴stri purush hote hain to pahle ek do ko jaante bhi nahin hain।

³⁴A husband and wife do not know each other before getting married.

³⁵phir jab donon ki sagaai hoti hai phir koi 60-70 varsha bhi ikatthe rehte hain, to saari jeevan jisma, jisma ko yaad karte rehte hain।

³⁵However, after their engagement, some live together for 60 or 70 years and they only remember each other’s body throughout their whole lives.

³⁶woh kahegi yeh mera pati hai, woh kahega yeh meri patni hai।

³⁶The wife would say, “This is my husband”, and the husband would say, “This is my wife”.

³⁷ab tumhaari sagaai hui hai niraakaar se।

³⁷You are now engaged to the Incorporeal.

³⁸niraakaar baap ne hi aakar sagaai karaai hai।

³⁸It is the incorporeal Father who comes and arranges this engagement.

³⁹kehte hain kalpa pahle muaaphik tum bachchon ki apne saath sagaai karaata hoon।

³⁹He says: I betroth you children to Me, just as I did in the previous cycle.

⁴⁰main niraakaar is manushya srishti ka beejroop hoon।

⁴⁰I, the Incorporeal, am the Seed of the human world tree.

⁴¹sabhi kahenge yeh manushya srishti god father ne rachi hai।

⁴¹Everyone says that God, the Father, created this human world.

⁴²to tumhaara baap sadaiv paramdham mein rehte hain।

⁴²Your Father always resides in the supreme abode.

⁴³abhi kehte hain mujhe yaad karo।

⁴³He now says: Remember Me.

⁴⁴musaaphiri lambi hone kaaran bahut bachche thak padte hain। ⁴⁵buddhi ka yog poora laga nahin sakte।

⁴⁴Because the journey is a long one, many children become tired and are unable to keep their intellects fully occupied in yoga.

⁴⁶maaya ki bahut thokren khaane se thak padte hain, mar bhi padte hain।

⁴⁵They become tired because Maya makes them stumble around.

⁴⁷phir haath chhod dete hain।

⁴⁶Some even let go of Baba’s hand and die.

⁴⁸kalpa pahle bhi aise hi hua tha।

⁴⁷The same thing happened a cycle ago.

⁴⁹yahaan to jab tak jeena hai, tab tak yaad karna hai।

⁴⁸Here, for as long as you live, you must continue to stay in remembrance.

⁵⁰stri ka pati mar jaata hai to bhi yaad karti rehti hai।

⁴⁹When a man dies, his widow keeps remembering him.

⁵¹yeh baap va pati aise chhodkar jaane vaala to nahin hai।

⁵⁰This Father and Husband will not leave you in that way.

⁵²kehte hain main tum sajniyon ko saath le jaaoonga।

⁵¹He says: I will take you brides back with Me.

⁵³parantu ismen samay lagta hai, thakna nahin hai।

⁵²However, this does take time, so don’t become tired.

⁵⁴paapon ka bojha sir par bahut hai, vo yog mein rahne se hi utrega।

⁵³There is a huge burden of sin on your heads, and it will only be removed with yoga.

⁵⁵yog aisa ho jo ant mein baap va saajan ke sivaae aur koi yaad na pade।

⁵⁴Your yoga should be such that, at the end, you remember no one but the Father, the Bridegroom.

⁵⁶agar aur kuchh yaad pada to vyabhichaari ho gaya, phir paapon ka danda bhogna pade isliye baap kehte hain paramdham ke raahi thak mat jaana।

⁵⁵If you remember anyone else, you become adulterated and will have to experience punishment for that sin. ⁵⁶This Father says: O travellers to the supreme abode, do not become weary!

⁵⁷tum jaante ho main brahma dvaara aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma ki sthaapna kar raha hoon aur shankar dvaara sabhi dharmon ka vinaash karaata hoon।

⁵⁷You understand that I am establishing the original eternal deity religion through Brahma and that I will inspire the destruction of all religions through Shankar.

⁵⁸abhi conference karte rehte hain to sabhi dharma milkar ek kaise ho jaaen, sabhi shant mein kaise rahen, uska raasta nikaalen।

⁵⁸They now continue to hold conferences for all religions to come together; they try to find ways to become united and live together in peace.

⁵⁹ab anek dharmon ki ek mat to ho nahin sakti।

⁵⁹It is impossible for that many religions to have one direction.

⁶⁰ek mat se to ek dharma ki sthaapna hoti hai।

⁶⁰It is through one direction that one religion is established.

⁶¹woh sabhi dharma sarvagun sampanna, sampoorn nirvikaari ho tab aapas mein ksheerkhanda ho sakte hain।

⁶¹If all the religions were to become full of all the divine virtues and completely viceless, they could live together like milk and honey.

⁶²raamraajya mein sabhi ksheerkhanda the।

⁶²In the kingdom of Rama, they are all like milk and honey.

⁶³jaanvar bhi ladte nahin the।

⁶³Even the animals don’t fight.

⁶⁴yahaan to ghar-ghar mein jhagda hai।

⁶⁴Here, there is quarrelling in every home.

⁶⁵ladte tab hain jab unka koi dhani-dhoni nahin hai।

⁶⁵They fight when they don’t belong to the Lord and Master.

⁶⁶apne maat-pita ko nahin jaante hain।

⁶⁶They do not know their Mother and Father.

⁶⁷gaate bhi hain tum maat-pita ham baalak tere.. tumhaari kripa se sukh ghanere.. sukh ghanere to abhi hain nahin।

⁶⁷They even sing: You are the Mother and Father and we are Your children. ⁶⁸Through Your mercy we receive the treasures of happiness.

⁶⁸to kahenge maat-pita ki kripa nahin hai। ⁶⁹baap ko jaante hi nahin, to baap kripa kaise kare?

⁶⁹Because there are no treasures of happiness now, they say: We receive no mercy from the Mother and Father.

⁷⁰phir teacher ke direction par chalen tab kripa ho।

⁷⁰They don’t know the Father, and so how could the Father have mercy on them?

⁷¹woh to kah dete sarvavyaapi hai, to kaun kripa kare aur kis par kare?

⁷¹Only when they follow the Teacher’s directions can there be mercy. ⁷²They say that God is omnipresent.

⁷²kripa lene vaala aur karne vaala donon chaahiye।

⁷³In that case, who would give mercy and who would receive mercy?

⁷³student pahle to aakar teacher ke paas padhe।

⁷⁴Both are needed – the One who has mercy and those who need mercy.

⁷⁴yeh kripa apne oopar kare।

⁷⁵Students first have to come and study with the Teacher.

⁷⁵phir teacher ke direction par chale।

⁷⁶One first has to have this mercy on oneself.

⁷⁶purushaartha karaane vaala bhi chaahiye।

⁷⁷Then one has to follow the Teacher’s directions.

⁷⁷yeh baap bhi hai, teacher bhi hai to satguru bhi hai, unko param-pita, paramshikshak, param satguru bhi kaha jaata hai।

⁷⁸Someone is needed to inspire you to make effort. ⁷⁹That One is the Father, the Teacher and also the Satguru.

⁷⁸baap kehte hain main kalpa-kalpa yeh sthaapna ka kaarya karaata hoon।

⁸⁰He is called the Supreme Father, the Supreme Teacher and the Supreme Satguru.

⁷⁹patit duniya ko paavan duniya banaata hoon। ⁸⁰world almighty authority hai na।

⁸¹The Father says: Every cycle, I carry out this task of establishment and purify the impure world.

⁸¹to world authority ka raajya kaayam karte hain।

⁸²Baba is the World Almighty Authority.

⁸²saari srishti par ek hi lakshmi-naaraayan ka raajya tha।

⁸³Therefore, the kingdom of the World Authority would be ruled constantly.

⁸³unhon ki almighty authority thi। ⁸⁴vahaan koi ladaai jhagda kar na sake।

⁸⁴There is the one kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan over the whole world.

⁸⁵vahaan maaya hai hi nahin।

⁸⁵They too have almighty authority.

⁸⁶hai hi golden ej, silver ej। ⁸⁷satayug treta donon ko svarga athva vaikuntha kahenge।

⁸⁶No one fights or quarrels there; Maya doesn’t exist there; it is the golden age and the silver age.

⁸⁸sabhi gaate bhi hain chalo vrindaavan bhajo raadhe gobinda.. jaate to koi hain nahin। ⁸⁹sirf yaad zaroor karte hain।

⁸⁷Both the golden and silver ages are called heaven, Paradise. ⁸⁸Everyone sings: Remember Radhe and Krishna and go to Vrindavan, heaven.

⁹⁰ab to maaya ka raajya hai। ⁹¹sabhi raavan ki mat par hain।

⁸⁹However, none of them goes; they simply remember them.

⁹²dekhne mein to bade-bade manushya achhe aate hain।

⁹⁰Now, it is the kingdom of Maya and everyone is following the dictates of Ravan.

⁹³bade-bade title milte hain। ⁹⁴thodi jismaani himmat dikhaate hain va achha karma karte hain to title milte hain।

⁹¹Important people appear to be very good and they receive grand titles. ⁹²If they show a little bit of physical courage or perform a good deed, they are given a title.

⁹⁵koi ko doctor oph philosophy, koi ko kya.. aise-aise title dete rehte hain।

⁹³Some receive the title of Doctor of Philosophy. ⁹⁴They continue to give titles of something or other.

⁹⁶abhi tum to ho brahman।

⁹⁵You are now Brahmins.

⁹⁷barobar bhaarat ki service mein ho।

⁹⁶You are definitely serving Bharat.

⁹⁸tum daivi raajdhaani sthaapan kar rahe ho।

⁹⁷You are establishing the divine kingdom.

⁹⁹jab sthaapna ho jaayegi tab tumko titles milenge। ¹⁰⁰sooryavanshi raaja raani, chandra-vanshi raaja raani... phir tumhaara raajya chalega।

⁹⁸You receive your titles after establishment has been accomplished, titles such as king or queen of the sun dynasty, king or queen of the moon dynasty.

¹⁰¹vahaan koi ko title nahin milta।

⁹⁹Then your kingdom begins. ¹⁰⁰There, no one receives a title.

¹⁰²vahaan duhkh ki koi baat hi nahin, jo koi ka duhkh door kare va bahaaduri dikhaaye.. jo title mile।

¹⁰¹There is nothing there that causes sorrow, so no one would have to remove sorrow or show courage and receive a title.

¹⁰³jo rasam-rivaaj yahaan hoti hai woh vahaan nahin hoti। ¹⁰⁴na lakshmi-naaraayan is patit duniya mein aa sakte hain, is samay koi bhi paavan devta nahin hai।

¹⁰²The customs and systems that exist here cannot exist there, nor can Lakshmi and Narayan come into the impure world. ¹⁰³At this time, there are no pure deities.

¹⁰⁵yeh hai hi patit aasuri duniya।

¹⁰⁴This is the impure, devilish world.

¹⁰⁶anek mat-mataantar mein moonjh gaye hain।

¹⁰⁵People are confused by the many different directions and opinions.

¹⁰⁷yahaan to ek hi shreemat hai, jisse raajdhaani sthaapan ho rahi hai।

¹⁰⁶Here, there is only the one elevated direction through which the one kingdom is being established.

¹⁰⁸haan chalte-chalte koi ko maaya ka kaanta lag jaata hai to langadaate rehte hain isliye baap kehte hain sadaiv shreemat par chalo।

¹⁰⁷However, while moving along, some are pricked by Maya’s thorns and those souls go lame. ¹⁰⁸This is why the Father says: Constantly follow shrimat.

¹⁰⁹apni manmat par chalne se dhokha khaayenge।

¹⁰⁹By following the dictates of your own mind, you become deceived.

¹¹⁰sachchi kamaai hoti hai sachche baap ki mat par chalne se।

¹¹⁰By following the directions of the true Father, you earn a true income.

¹¹¹apni mat se beda garka ho jaayega।

¹¹¹By following your own directions, your boat sinks.

¹¹²kitne mahaaveer shreemat par na chalne kaaran adhogti ko pahunch gaye।

¹¹²Because of not following shrimat, many mahavirs became degraded.

¹¹³abhi tum bachchon ko sadgati ko paana hai।

¹¹³You children now have to attain salvation.

¹¹⁴shreemat par na chala aur durgati ko paaya to phir bahut pashchaataap karna padega।

¹¹⁴Those who don’t follow shrimat and become degraded will have to repent a great deal.

¹¹⁵phir dharmaraajpuri mein shivbaaba is tan mein baith samjhaayenge ki mainne tumko is brahma tan dvaara itna samjhaaya, padhaaya, kitni mehnat ki, tumne nishchay patra likhe ki shreemat par chalenge, parantu nahin chale।

¹¹⁵Shiv Baba will then sit in this body in the role of Dharmaraj and say: I explained so much to you through the body of this Brahma. ¹¹⁶I taught you and made so much effort on you. ¹¹⁷Some even wrote letters of their faith and said: I will follow shrimat, but they did not follow it.

¹¹⁶shreemat ko kabhi nahin chhodna chaahiye।

¹¹⁸You must never stop following shrimat, no matter what happens.

¹¹⁷kuchh bhi ho, baap ko bataane se saavdhaani milti rahegi।

¹¹⁹If you tell the Father about everything, you will be cautioned.

¹¹⁸kaanta lagta hi tab hai jab baap ko bhoolte hain।

¹²⁰It is only when you forget the Father that thorns prick you.

¹¹⁹bachche sadgati karne vaale baap se bhi 3 kos door bhaagte hain।

¹²¹You children then run miles away from the Father who grants salvation.

¹²⁰gaate bhi hain vaari jaaoon, kurbaan jaaoon।

¹²²They sing: I will sacrifice myself, I will surrender.

¹²¹parantu kis par? ¹²²aise to nahin likha hai - sannyaasi par vaari jaaoon!

¹²³However, to whom would they do this? ¹²⁴It is not written: I surrender to a sannyasi.

¹²³va brahma vishnu shankar par vaari jaaoon!

¹²⁵Or: I surrender to Brahma, Vishnu or Shankar.

¹²⁴va shreekrishna par vaari jaaoon!

¹²⁶Or: I surrender to Shri Krishna.

¹²⁵kurbaan jaana hai parampita paramatma par। ¹²⁶koi manushya par nahin।

¹²⁷You surrender yourselves to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, not to a human being.

¹²⁷varsa milta hai baap se।

¹²⁸You receive your inheritance from the Father.

¹²⁸baap bachchon par kurbaan hota hai।

¹²⁹The Father also surrenders Himself to you children.

¹²⁹yeh behad ka baap bhi kehte hain, main kurbaan hone aaya hoon।

¹³⁰That unlimited Father says: I have come here to surrender to you.

¹³⁰parantu baap par kurbaan hone mein bachchon ka hriday kitna videeran hota hai।

¹³¹However, some children’s hearts shrink at the thought of surrendering themselves to the Father.

¹³¹deh-abhimaan mein aaya to mara, vyabhichaari hua।

¹³²If you come into body consciousness, you die and become adulterated.

¹³²yaad us ek ki rahni chaahiye।

¹³³There should be remembrance of that One.

¹³³un par balihaar jaana chaahiye।

¹³⁴Surrender yourself to Him.

¹³⁴ab naatak poora hota hai।

¹³⁵The play is about to end.

¹³⁵ab hamko vaapis jaana hai।

¹³⁶We now have to return home.

¹³⁶baaki mitra-sambandhi aadi to sab kabradaakhil hone hain। ¹³⁷unko kya yaad karenge, ismen abhyaas bahut chaahiye।

¹³⁷All your friends and relatives etc. are to be buried in the graveyard, and so what is the point of remembering them? ¹³⁸This requires a lot of practice.

¹³⁸gaaya bhi hua hai chadhe to chaakhe amritras,... jor se girte hain to pad ganva dete hain।

¹³⁹It is said: If a soul climbs up, he tastes nectar, but when a soul falls heavily he loses his status.

¹³⁹aise nahin svarga mein nahin aayenge। ¹⁴⁰parantu raaja raani banne aur praja banne mein farka to hai na।

¹⁴⁰This doesn’t mean that he won’t go to heaven, but there is a difference between being a king or queen and being a subject.

¹⁴¹yahaan ka bheel bhi dekho, minister bhi dekho। ¹⁴²farka hai na isliye purushaartha poora karna hai।

¹⁴¹Look at the natives here and at a minister; there is a difference. ¹⁴²Therefore, make full effort.

¹⁴³koi girte hain to ekdam patit ban jaate hain।

¹⁴³If someone falls, he becomes absolutely impure.

¹⁴⁴shreemat par chal nahin paate to maaya naak se pakad ekdam gutter mein daal deti hai।

¹⁴⁴If a soul is not able to follow shrimat, Maya gets hold of that soul by the nose and throws him into the gutter.

¹⁴⁵baapdaada ka bankar phir traitor banna, goya unka saamna karna hai isliye baap kehte hain kadam-kadam sambhaal kar chalo।

¹⁴⁵To oppose BapDada after belonging to Him means to become a traitor. ¹⁴⁶This is why the Father says: Be cautious at every step.

¹⁴⁶ab maaya ka ant hone vaala hai, to maaya bahuton ko giraati hai, isliye bachchon ko khabardaar rehna hai।

¹⁴⁷Maya’s time is now coming to an end, so she makes many of you fall. ¹⁴⁸Therefore, children, remain very alert.

¹⁴⁷raasta jara lamba hai, pad bhi bahut bhaari hai।

¹⁴⁹The road is a little long but the status is very great.

¹⁴⁸agar traitor bana to saja bhi bhaari hai।

¹⁵⁰If you become a traitor, there is severe punishment.

¹⁴⁹jab dharmaraaj baba saja dete hain to bahut radiyaan maarte hain।

¹⁵¹When Dharamraj Baba punishes souls, they cry out in distress.

¹⁵⁰jo kalpa-kalpa ke liye kaayam ho jaati hain।

¹⁵²That then becomes fixed for every cycle.

¹⁵¹maaya badi prabal hai।

¹⁵³Maya is very powerful.

¹⁵²thoda sa bhi baap ka disregard kiya to mara।

¹⁵⁴If there is even a little disregard for the Father, you die.

¹⁵³gaaya hua hai satguru ka nindak thaur na paaye।

¹⁵⁵It is said that someone who defames the Satguru cannot reach the destination.

¹⁵⁴kaam vash, krodh vash ulte kaam karte hain। ¹⁵⁵goya baap ki ninda karaate hain aur danda ke nimitta ban jaate hain।

¹⁵⁶Some perform wrong actions under the influence of lust or anger and cause defamation of the Father, and so they experience punishment.

¹⁵⁶agar kadam-kadam par padmon ki kamaai hai to padmon ka ghaata bhi hai।

¹⁵⁷Since there is a multimillion-fold income in every step, there is also a multimillion-fold loss.

¹⁵⁷agar service se jama hota hai to ulte vikarma se na bhi hoti hai। ¹⁵⁸baba ke paas saara hisaab rehta hai।

¹⁵⁸If your account is increased by doing service, then, by performing wrong, sinful actions, it also goes into loss. ¹⁵⁹Baba has all the accounts.

¹⁵⁹ab sammukh padha rahe hain to saara hisaab jaise unki hatheli par hai।

¹⁶⁰Now that Baba is teaching you personally, it is as though all the accounts are on the palm of His hand.

¹⁶⁰baap to kahenge shal koi bachcha shivbaaba ka disregard na kare, bahut vikarma bante hain।

¹⁶¹The Father says that He wants no child to disregard Shiv Baba, because a lot of sin is created by doing that.

¹⁶¹yagya seva mein haddi-haddi deni padti hai।

¹⁶²You have to give your bones in serving the yagya.

¹⁶²dadheechi rishi ka misaal hai na!

¹⁶³There is the example of Dadichi Rishi.

¹⁶³uska bhi pad banta hai।

¹⁶⁴That too creates a status.

¹⁶⁴nahin to praja mein bhi bhinna-bhinna pad hain।

¹⁶⁵Otherwise, there are many different levels of status among the subjects.
