¹Essence: Sweet children, make a great deal of effort to remember the Father, because you have to become real gold.

²prashn:- achhe purushaarthiyon ki nishaani kya hogi?

²Question: What are the signs of good effort-makers?

³uttar:- jo achhe purushaarthi honge woh kadam-kadam shreemat par chalenge।

³Answer: Those who are true effort-makers follow shrimat at every step. ⁴Those who constantly follow shrimat are the ones who claim a high status.

⁴sada shreemat par chalne vaale hi oonch pad paate hain। ⁵baba bachchon ko sada shreemat par chalne ke liye kyon kehta?

⁵Why does Baba tell you children to follow shrimat constantly?

⁶kyonki vahi ek sachcha-sachcha maashook hai। ⁷baaki sab unke aashik hain।

⁶Because He is the true Beloved and the rest are His lovers.

⁸om shanti।

⁷Om shanti.

⁹om shanti ka arth to naye va puraane bachchon ne samjha hai।

⁸Both old and new children have understood the meaning of ‘Om shanti’.

¹⁰tum bachche jaan gaye ho ki ham sabhi aatmaayen paramatma ki santaan hain।

⁹You children have come to know that all of us souls are children of the Supreme Soul.

¹¹paramatma hai oonche te oonch aur bahut pyaare te pyaara maashook sabhi ka।

¹⁰The Supreme Soul is the Highest on High and the Beloved who is loved by all.

¹²bachchon ko gyaan aur bhakti ka raaz to samjhaaya hai।

¹¹The significance of knowledge and devotion has been explained to you children.

¹³gyaan maana din, satayug-treta, bhakti maana raat, dvaapar aur kaliyug।

¹²Knowledge means the day, the golden and silver ages. ¹³Devotion means the night, the copper and iron ages.

¹⁴bhaarat ki hi baat hai।

¹⁴This applies to Bharat.

¹⁵aur dharmon se tumhaara jaasti connection nahin hai, 84 janma bhi tum hi bhogte ho।

¹⁵You do not have that much connection with other religions. ¹⁶You are the ones who experience 84 births.

¹⁶pahle-pahle bhi tum bhaaratvaasi aaye ho।

¹⁷It is you people of Bharat who come first.

¹⁷84 janmon ka chakra tum bhaaratvaasiyon ke liye hai।

¹⁸The cycle of 84 births is for you people of Bharat.

¹⁸aise koi nahin kahenge - islaami, bauddhi aadi 84 janma lete hain।

¹⁹No one can say that those of the Islamic or Buddhist religion take 84 births; no.

¹⁹nahin, bhaaratvaasi hi lete hain।

²⁰It is only the people of Bharat who take 84 births.

²⁰bhaarat hi avinaashi khanda hai, yeh kab vinaash nahin hota aur sabhi khandon ka vinaash ho jaata hai।

²¹Bharat is an imperishable land. ²²It is never destroyed, whereas all other lands are destroyed.

²¹bhaarat hi sabse oonch te oonch hai। ²²avinaashi hai।

²³Bharat is the highest-on-high land; it is imperishable.

²³bhaarat khanda hi svarga banta hai aur koi khanda svarga nahin banta।

²⁴It is only the land of Bharat that becomes heaven; no other land becomes heaven.

²⁴bachchon ko samjhaaya gaya hai - nai duniya satayug mein bhaarat hi hota hai।

²⁵It has been explained to you children that only Bharat existed in the new world of heaven, the golden age.

²⁵bhaarat hi svarga kahlaata hai।

²⁶It was Bharat that was called heaven.

²⁶vahi phir 84 janma lete hain।

²⁷They take 84 births.

²⁷aakhreen narkavaasi bante hain, phir vahi bhaaratvaasi svargavaasi banenge।

²⁸Finally, all become the residents of hell and those same people of Bharat then become residents of heaven.

²⁸is samay sabhi narkavaasi hain।

²⁹At this time all are residents of hell.

²⁹phir aur sab khanda vinaash honge, baaki bhaarat hi rahega।

³⁰Later, all other lands will be destroyed and only Bharat will remain.

³⁰bhaarat khanda ki mahima aparmaapaar hai।

³¹There is limitless praise of the land of Bharat.

³¹vaise parampita paramatma ki mahima aur geeta ki mahima bhi aparmaapaar hai, parantu sachchi geeta ki।

³²In the same way, the praise of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, and the praise of the Gita are also limitless, but only that of the real Gita.

³²abhi baap tumko raajayog sikhlaate hain।

³³The Father is now teaching you Raja Yoga.

³³yeh geeta ka purushottam sangamayug hai।

³⁴This is the most auspicious confluence age of the Gita.

³⁴bhaarat hi phir purushottam banne ka hai।

³⁵Bharat will then become the most elevated of all.

³⁵abhi woh aadi sanaatan devi devta dharma nahin hai। ³⁶raajya bhi nahin hai। ³⁷to vo yug bhi nahin hai।

³⁶That original deity religion doesn’t exist now; that kingdom doesn’t exist now and that age doesn’t exist now.

³⁸baba ne samjhaaya hai - yeh bhool bhi drama mein hai। ³⁹geeta par phir shreekrishna ka naam rakhenge।

³⁷Baba has explained that the mistake of putting Krishna’s name in the Gita is fixed in the drama.

⁴⁰jab bhaktimaarga shuru hoga to pahle-pahle geeta hi hogi।

³⁸When the path of devotion begins, there will first be the Gita.

⁴¹abhi yeh geeta aadi sab shaastra khatma ho jaane hain।

³⁹The Gita and all the scriptures etc. are now to be destroyed.

⁴²baaki sirf devi devta dharma hi rahega।

⁴⁰Only the deity religion will remain.

⁴³aise nahin ki unke saath geeta bhaagvat aadi bhi rahenge। ⁴⁴nahin।

⁴¹It is not that the Gita, the Bhagawad etc. will remain with it; no.

⁴⁵praalabdha mil gai, sadgati ho gai to phir koi shaastra aadi ki darkaar hi nahin।

⁴²You receive the reward, you receive salvation and so there is no need for scriptures etc.

⁴⁶satayug mein koi bhi guru shaastra aadi nahin hote।

⁴³There are no gurus or scriptures etc. in the golden age.

⁴⁷is samay to anek guru hain bhakti sikhlaane vaale।

⁴⁴At this time, there are innumerable gurus who teach devotion.

⁴⁸sadgati dene vaala to ek hi roohaani baap hai, jiski aparmaapaar mahima hai।

⁴⁵There is only one spiritual Father, whose praise is limitless, who grants you salvation.

⁴⁹use hi world almighty authority kaha jaata hai।

⁴⁶He is called the World Almighty Authority.

⁵⁰bhaaratvaasi bahut karke yeh bhool karte hain jo kehte hain woh antaryaami hai। ⁵¹sabke andar ko jaanta hai।

⁴⁷It is mostly the residents of Bharat who make the mistake of saying that He is Antaryami that He knows what is inside everyone.

⁵²baap kehte hain bachche main koi ke andar ko nahin jaanta hoon।

⁴⁸The Father says: Children, I don’t know what is going on inside everyone.

⁵³mera to kaam hi hai patiton ko paavan banaana।

⁴⁹My duty is to purify the impure. ⁵⁰I am not Antaryami.

⁵⁴baaki main antaryaami nahin hoon।

⁵¹This false praise is given on the path of devotion.

⁵⁵yeh bhaktimaarga ki ulti mahima hai।

⁵²I am called into the impure world.

⁵⁶mujhe bulaate hi hain patit duniya mein।

⁵³I only come once, when the old world has to be made new.

⁵⁷aur main ek hi baar aata hoon, jabki puraani duniya ko naya banaana hai। ⁵⁸manushyon ko yeh pata hi nahin ki yeh jo duniya hai woh nai se puraani, puraani se nai kab banti hai।

⁵⁴Human beings don’t know that this world becomes old from new and that, from old, it then becomes new. ⁵⁵Everything passes through the stages of sato, rajo to tamo.

⁵⁹har cheez sato, rajo, tamo mein zaroor aati hai। ⁶⁰manushya bhi ek jaise hote hain। ⁶¹baalak pahle satopradhaan hai phir yuva, vriddha hote hain arthaat rajo, tamo mein aate hain।

⁵⁶Human beings are the same: they are at first satopradhan children and then they go through the stages of adolescence and old age, that is, they go through the rajo and tamo stages.

⁶²boodha shareer hota hai woh chhod jaakar bachcha bante hain।

⁵⁷When their bodies become old, they shed them and become children.

⁶³duniya bhi nai so puraani hoti hai।

⁵⁸The world also changes from new to old.

⁶⁴bachche jaante hain nai duniya mein bhaarat kitna oonch tha।

⁵⁹You children know that Bharat was very elevated in the new world.

⁶⁵bhaarat ki mahima aparmaapaar hai।

⁶⁰The praise of Bharat is limitless.

⁶⁶itna dhanvaan, sukhi, pavitra aur koi khanda hai nahin।

⁶¹There are no other lands that are as wealthy, happy or pure as Bharat was.

⁶⁷ab satopradhaan duniya sthaapan ho rahi hai।

⁶²The satopradhan world is now being established.

⁶⁸trimoorti mein bhi brahma, vishnu, shankar dikhaaya hai। ⁶⁹unka arth koi samajhte nahin hain।

⁶³Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar have been shown in the picture of the Trimurti, but no one understands the meaning of that.

⁷⁰vaastav mein kehna chaahiye trimoorti shiv na ki brahma।

⁶⁴In fact, ‘Trimurti Shiva’ not ‘Trimurti Brahma’ should be said.

⁷¹brahma vishnu shankar ko create kisne kiya… oonche te oonch shivbaaba hai।

⁶⁵Who created Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar? ⁶⁶It was Shiv Baba, the Highest on High.

⁷²kehte hain brahma devtaae namah, vishnu devtaae namah, shankar devtaae namah, shiv parmaatmaae namah।

⁶⁷It is said: Salutations to the Deity Brahma, salutations to the Deity Vishnu, salutations to the Deity Shankar and salutations to the Supreme Soul Shiva.

⁷³to woh oonch hua na।

⁶⁸Therefore, He is the highest of all.

⁷⁴woh hai rachayita।

⁶⁹He is the Creator.

⁷⁵gaate bhi hain parampita paramatma brahma dvaara braahmanon ki sthaapna karte hain phir paramatma baap dvaara varsa bhi milta hai।

⁷⁰It is sung that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, creates Brahmins through Brahma. ⁷¹They also receive their inheritance from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁷⁶phir khud baith braahmanon ko padhaate hain kyonki woh baap bhi hai, supreme teacher bhi hai।

⁷²He Himself sits here and teaches Brahmins, because He is the Father as well as the Supreme Teacher.

⁷⁷world ki history-geography kaise chakra lagaati hai, woh baith samjhaate hain।

⁷³He sits here and explains how the cycle of the history and geography of the world turns.

⁷⁸vahi knowledgeful hai।

⁷⁴He alone is the knowledge-full One.

⁷⁹baaki aise nahin ki woh jaaneejaananhaar hai।

⁷⁵It is not that He is Janijananhar.

⁸⁰yeh bhi bhool hai।

⁷⁶That too is a mistake.

⁸¹bhaktimaarga mein koi biography, occupation ko nahin jaante।

⁷⁷On the path of devotion, no one knows His occupation or His biography.

⁸²to yeh jaise gudiyon ki pooja ho jaati hai।

⁷⁸That is like the worship of dolls.

⁸³kalkatte mein gudiyon ki pooja kitni hoti hai, phir unki pooja kar khila-pilaakar samudra mein dubo dete hain।

⁷⁹In Calcutta, there is so much worship of those dolls. ⁸⁰They worship them, feed them and then sink them in the sea.

⁸⁴shivbaaba most beloved hai।

⁸¹Shiv Baba is the most beloved.

⁸⁵baap kehte hain mera bhi mitti ka ling banaakar pooja aadi kar phir todphod dete hain।

⁸²The Father says, they also create an image of Me out of clay, worship it and then break it up.

⁸⁶savere banaate hain, shaam ko tod dete hain।

⁸³They make it in the morning and break it up in the evening.

⁸⁷yeh sab hai bhaktimaarga, andhashraddha ki pooja।

⁸⁴All of that is the path of devotion, the worship of blind faith.

⁸⁸manushya gaate bhi hain aapehi poojya aapehi pujaari।

⁸⁵Human beings sing: You are worthy of worship and You are a worshipper.

⁸⁹baap kehte hain main to sadaiv poojya hoon।

⁸⁶However, the Father says: I am ever worthy of worship.

⁹⁰main to aakar sirf patiton ko paavan banaata hoon।

⁸⁷I simply come and make impure ones pure.

⁹¹21 janmon ke liye raajya bhaagya deta hoon।

⁸⁸I give you your fortune of a kingdom for 21 births.

⁹²bhakti mein hai alpakaal ka sukh, jisko sannyaasi kaag vishta samaan sukh kehte hain।

⁸⁹There is temporary happiness on the path of devotion. ⁹⁰Sannyasis say: Happiness is like the droppings of a crow.

⁹³sannyaasi gharbaar chhod dete hain।

⁹¹Sannyasis renounce their homes and families.

⁹⁴woh hai had ka sannyaas, hathayogi hain na।

⁹²That is limited renunciation; they are hatha yogis.

⁹⁵bhagwan ko to jaante hi nahin।

⁹³They don’t even know God.

⁹⁶brahm ko yaad karte hain।

⁹⁴They remember the brahm element.

⁹⁷brahm to bhagwan nahin।

⁹⁵The brahm element is not God.

⁹⁸bhagwan to ek hi niraakaar shiv hai, jo sarva aatmaon ka baap hai।

⁹⁶There is only one incorporeal God Shiva, who is the Father of all souls.

⁹⁹brahm hai ham aatmaon ke rahne ka sthaan।

⁹⁷The brahm element is the place where we souls reside.

¹⁰⁰woh brahmaanda, sweet hom hai।

⁹⁸Brahmand is the sweet home.

¹⁰¹vahaan se ham aatmaayen yahaan part bajaane aati hain।

⁹⁹We souls come from there to play our parts.

¹⁰²aatma kehti hai ham ek shareer chhod doosra shareer leta hoon, 84 janma bhi bhaaratvaasiyon ke hain।

¹⁰⁰The soul says: I shed a body and take another. ¹⁰¹It is the residents of Bharat who take 84 births.

¹⁰³jinhon ne bahut bhakti ki hai, vahi phir gyaan bhi jaasti uthaayenge।

¹⁰²Those who have done the most devotion will also take the most knowledge.

¹⁰⁴baap kehte hain bachche grihastha vyavhaar mein bhal raho, parantu shreemat par chalo।

¹⁰³The Father says: Children, stay in your households, but follow shrimat.

¹⁰⁵tum sab aatmaayen aashik ho, ek paramatma maashook ke।

¹⁰⁴All of you souls are lovers of the one Beloved, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁰⁶dvaapar se lekar tum yaad karte aaye ho।

¹⁰⁵You have continued to remember Him since the copper age.

¹⁰⁷duhkh mein aatma baap ko yaad karti hai।

¹⁰⁶Souls remember the Father at times of sorrow.

¹⁰⁸yeh hai hi duhkhadhaam।

¹⁰⁷This is the land of sorrow.

¹⁰⁹aatmaayen asli shanti-dhaam ki nivaasi hain।

¹⁰⁸Souls are originally residents of the land of peace.

¹¹⁰peechhe aai sukhdhaam mein। ¹¹¹phir hamne 84 janma liye।

¹⁰⁹They then enter the land of happiness and take 84 births.

¹¹²“ham so, so ham'' ka arth bhi samjhaaya hai।

¹¹⁰The meaning of “hum so, so hum” has also been explained.

¹¹³woh kah dete aatma so paramatma, paramatma so aatma।

¹¹¹They say that each soul is the Supreme Soul and that the Supreme Soul is each soul.

¹¹⁴ab baap samjhaate hain aatma so paramatma kaise ho sakta।

¹¹²The Father now says: How can souls be the Supreme Soul?

¹¹⁵paramatma to ek hai। ¹¹⁶unke sab bachche hain।

¹¹³There is only the one Supreme Soul and the rest are His children.

¹¹⁷saadhu santa aadi bhi ham so ka arth wrong karte hain।

¹¹⁴Even sages and holy men give a wrong meaning for “hum so”.

¹¹⁸ab baap ne samjhaaya hai “ham so'' ka arth hi hai - ham aatma satayug mein so devi-devta thi, phir ham so kshatriy, ham so vaishya, ham so shoodra bani।

¹¹⁵The Father has now explained the meaning of “hum so”: “We souls were deities in the golden age, we then became warriors, merchants and then shudras.

¹¹⁹ab phir ham so brahman bane hain, ham so devta banne ke liye।

¹¹⁶We have now become Brahmins in order to become deities.” ¹¹⁷This is the accurate meaning.

¹²⁰yeh hai yathaartha arth।

¹¹⁸They are totally wrong.

¹²¹woh hai bilkul wrong। ¹²²baap kehte hain manushya raavan ki mat par chal kitne jhoothe ho gaye hain isliye kahaavat hai - jhoothi maaya, jhoothi kaaya...satayug mein aise nahin kahenge।

¹¹⁹The Father says: By following the dictates of Ravan, human beings have become so false! ¹²⁰This is why it is said: Maya is false, the body is false and the world is false. ¹²¹You will not say this in the golden age.

¹²³woh hai sachkhanda।

¹²²That is the land of truth.

¹²⁴vahaan jhooth ka naam-nishaan nahin। ¹²⁵yahaan phir sach ka naam nahin hai।

¹²³There is no trace or sign of anything false there, whereas, here, there is no trace of truth.

¹²⁶phir bhi aate mein namak kaha jaata hai।

¹²⁴If there is truth, it is like a pinch of salt in a sack of flour.

¹²⁷satayug mein hain daiveegun vaale manushya।

¹²⁵Human beings with divine virtues exist in the golden age.

¹²⁸unhon ka hai devta dharma।

¹²⁶Theirs is the deity religion.

¹²⁹peechhe aur-aur dharma hue hain।

¹²⁷All other religions come later on.

¹³⁰to dvet hua।

¹²⁸Then there is duality.

¹³¹dvaapar se aasuri raavanraajya shuru ho jaata hai।

¹²⁹The devilish kingdom of Ravan begins in the copper age.

¹³²satayug mein raavan raajya bhi nahin to 5 vikaar bhi nahin ho sakte। ¹³³woh hai sampoorn nirvikaari।

¹³⁰The kingdom of Ravan doesn’t exist in the golden age. ¹³¹None of the five vices exist there and so they are completely viceless.

¹³⁴raam seeta ko 14 kala sampoorn kaha jaata hai। ¹³⁵raam ko baan kyon diya hai? ¹³⁶yeh bhi koi nahi jaante।

¹³²Rama and Sita are called 14 degrees full. ¹³³No one knows why Rama has been shown with a bow and arrow; it is not a question of violence.

¹³⁷hinsa ki to baat nahin।

¹³⁴You are Godly students.

¹³⁸tum ho godly student, to father bhi hua। ¹³⁹student hain to woh teacher hua।

¹³⁵He is the Father and, because you are students, He is also your Teacher.

¹⁴⁰phir tum bachchon ko sadgati de svarga mein le jaate hain to satguru hua।

¹³⁶Then He grants you children salvation and sends you to heaven. ¹³⁷Therefore, He is also your Satguru.

¹⁴¹baap, teacher, guru teenon hi ho gaya।

¹³⁸Here, He is the Father, Teacher and Satguru – all three.

¹⁴²unke tum bachche bane ho to tumko kitni khushi honi chaahiye।

¹³⁹You have become His children. ¹⁴⁰Therefore, you should have so much happiness!

¹⁴³tum bachche jaante ho abhi hai raavan raajya।

¹⁴¹You children know that it is now the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁴⁴raavan bhaarat ka sabse bada dushman hai।

¹⁴²Ravan is the greatest enemy of Bharat.

¹⁴⁵yeh knowledge bhi tum bachchon ko knowledgeful baap se mili hai।

¹⁴³You children receive this knowledge from the knowledge-full Father.

¹⁴⁶woh baap hi gyaan ka saagar, aananda ka saagar hai।

¹⁴⁴He is the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge and the Ocean of Bliss.

¹⁴⁷gyaan saagar se tum baadal bharkar phir jaae varsha karte ho।

¹⁴⁵You clouds fill yourselves from the Ocean of Knowledge and go and shower knowledge on others.

¹⁴⁸gyaan gangaayen tum ho, tumhaari hi mahima hai।

¹⁴⁶You are the Ganges of knowledge. ¹⁴⁷This praise applies to you.

¹⁴⁹baaki paani ki ganga mein snaan karne se paavan to koi banta hi nahin।

¹⁴⁸However, no one can become pure by bathing in the water of the Ganges.

¹⁵⁰maile gande paani mein snaan karne se bhi samajhte hain ham paavan ban jaayenge।

¹⁴⁹They think that they will become pure by bathing in dirty water.

¹⁵¹chashmen (jharne) ke paani ko bhi bahut mahatva dete hain।

¹⁵⁰They give a lot of importance to spring water.

¹⁵²yeh sab hai bhakti maarga।

¹⁵¹All of that is the path of devotion.

¹⁵³satayug treta mein bhakti hoti nahin।

¹⁵²There is no devotion in the golden and silver ages.

¹⁵⁴woh hai sampoorn nirvikaari duniya।

¹⁵³That is the completely viceless world.

¹⁵⁵baap kehte hain bachche main tumko abhi paavan banaane aaya hoon।

¹⁵⁴The Father says: Children, I have now come to make you pure.

¹⁵⁶yeh ek janma mujhe yaad karo aur paavan bano to tum satopradhaan ban jaayenge।

¹⁵⁵Remember Me for this one birth, become pure, and you will become satopradhan.

¹⁵⁷main hi patit-paavan hoon।

¹⁵⁶I am the Purifier.

¹⁵⁸jitna ho sake yaad ki yaatra ko badhaao।

¹⁵⁷Increase your pilgrimage of remembrance as much as possible.

¹⁵⁹mukh se shivbaaba, shivbaaba kehna nahin hai।

¹⁵⁸You should not say “Shiv Baba, Shiv Baba” through your mouths.

¹⁶⁰jaise aashik maashuk ko yaad karte hain। ¹⁶¹ek baar dekha bas, buddhi mein unki yaad rahegi।

¹⁵⁹It should be just as a lover and beloved remember each other: once they have seen each other, that’s it; each one’s intellect remembers the other.

¹⁶²bhakti mein jo jisko yaad karte, jiski pooja karte hain unka saakshaatkaar ho jaata hai।

¹⁶⁰On the path of devotion, you receive visions of whomever you remember or whomever you worship.

¹⁶³parantu woh sab hai alpakaal ke liye।

¹⁶¹However, all of that is temporary.

¹⁶⁴bhakti se neeche hi utarte aaye hain।

¹⁶²You have been coming down by doing devotion.

¹⁶⁵ab to maut saamne khada hai।

¹⁶³Death is now standing ahead of you.

¹⁶⁶haay-haay ke baad hi jayjaykaar honi hai।

¹⁶⁴Only after cries of distress will there be cries of victory.

¹⁶⁷bhaarat mein hi rakta ki nadiyo bahni hain।

¹⁶⁵Rivers of blood will flow in Bharat.

¹⁶⁸ab sab tamopradhaan ban gaye hain phir sabko satopradhaan banna hai।

¹⁶⁶All have now become tamopradhan and everyone now has to become satopradhan.

¹⁶⁹parantu banenge vahi jo kalpa pahle devta bane honge।

¹⁶⁷However, only those who became deities a cycle ago will become this.

¹⁷⁰vahi aakar baap se poora-poora varsa lenge।

¹⁶⁸They will come and claim their full inheritance from the Father.

¹⁷¹agar bhakti kam ki hogi to gyaan bhi poora nahin uthaayenge। ¹⁷²phir praja mein nambarvaar pad paayenge।

¹⁶⁹If you did less devotion, you would not take the full knowledge and you will claim a status, numberwise, among the subjects.

¹⁷³achhe purushaarthi kadam-kadam shreemat par chal achha pad paayenge।

¹⁷⁰Those who are good effort makers follow shrimat at every step and claim a good status.

¹⁷⁴manners bhi achhe chaahiye।
