¹Essence: Sweet children, you are God’s children and this is your invaluable life. ²Your Godly clan is the most elevated.

³Maintain the intoxication that God Himself has adopted you.

³prashn:- shareer ka bhaan toot jaae - uske liye kis abhyaas ki aavashyakta hai?

⁴Question: What do you need to practise in order to break the consciousness of your bodies?

⁴uttar:- chalte phirte abhyaas karo ki is shareer mein ham thode time ke liye nimitta maatra hain। ⁵jaise baap thode samay ke liye shareer mein aaye hain aise ham aatma ne bhi shreemat par bhaarat ko svarga banaane ke liye yeh shareer dhaaran kiya hai।

⁵Answer: 1.While walking or moving around, practise being aware that you are in your present bodies for this short time in name only. ⁶Just as the Father has entered a body for a short time, in the same way, you souls have also adopted those bodies in order to make Bharat into heaven by following shrimat. ⁷Remember the Father and the inheritance and the consciousness of your bodies will then break.

⁶baap aur varsa yaad rahe to shareer ka bhaan toot jaayega, isko hi kaha jaata hai second mein jeevanmukti। ⁷2- amritvele uth baap se meethi-meethi baaten karo to shareer ka bhaan khatma hota jaayega।

⁸This is called liberation-in-life in a second. ⁹2. Wake up at amrit vela and have a sweet conversation with the Father and the consciousness of your bodies will end.

¹⁰bhagwan hota hi hai ek jo baap bhi hai, bachchon ko samjhaaya gaya hai - aatma ka roop koi itna bada ling nahin hai।

¹²God is only One and He is also the Father. ¹³It has been explained to you children that the form of a soul is not a huge, oval-shaped light (lingam).

¹¹aatma to bahut chhoti star misal bhrakuti ke beech mein hai।

¹⁴A soul is a very tiny dot; it is like a star sparkling in the centre of the forehead.

¹²koi itna bada jyortilingam nahin hai, jaise mandiron mein rakha hua hai।

¹⁵It is not a huge, oval-shaped light like those in the temples; no.

¹³nahin। ¹⁴jaise aatma vaise paramatma baap hai।

¹⁶As is a soul, so is the Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁵aatma ka roop manushya jaisa nahin hai।

¹⁷The form of a soul is not like that of a human being.

¹⁶aatma to manushya tan ka aadhaar lene vaali hai। ¹⁷aatma hi sab kuchh karti hai।

¹⁸It is the soul that takes the support of a human body; the soul does everything.

¹⁸sanskaar sab aatma mein hain।

¹⁹Sanskars are in each soul.

¹⁹aatma star hai।

²⁰A soul is a star.

²⁰aatma hi achhe va bure sanskaaron anusaar janma leti hai।

²¹A soul takes birth according to his good or bad sanskars.

²¹to in baaton ko achhi reeti samajhna hai।

²²Therefore, you have to understand these things very clearly.

²²mandiron mein ling rakha hua hai isliye samjhaane ke liye ham bhi shivling dikhaate hain।

²³People place a lingam in the temples. ²⁴So, in order to explain to them, we too show a Shiva lingam.

²³iska naam shiv hai, bigar naam ke koi cheez hoti nahin।

²⁵That One is called Shiva. ²⁶There can be nothing without a name or form.

²⁴kuchh na kuchh aakaar hai।

²⁷Everything definitely has some form.

²⁵baap hai paramdham mein rahne vaala।

²⁸The Father is the Resident of the supreme abode (paramdham).

²⁶paramatma baap kehte hain jaise aatma shareer mein aati hai vaise mujhe bhi aana padta hai, narka ko svarga banaane।

²⁹The Father, the Supreme Soul, says: Just as a soul enters a body, I too have to enter a body in order to change hell into heaven.

²⁷baap ki mahima sabse nyaari hai।

³⁰The Father’s praise is unique.

²⁸abhi tum bachche jaante ho, tum aatmaayen aai ho yahaan part bajaane।

³¹You children now know that you have come here to play your parts.

²⁹yeh behad ka anaadi avinaashi drama hai, inka kabhi vinaash nahin hota।

³²This is an eternal, imperishable, unlimited drama.

³⁰yeh phirta hi rehta hai।

³³It can never end; it continues to turn.

³¹baap rachta bhi ek hai, rachna bhi ek hai।

³⁴There is one Creator and one creation.

³²yeh behad srishti ka chakra hai।

³⁵This is the cycle of the unlimited world.

³³4 yug hain।

³⁶There are four ages.

³⁴doosra hai kalpa ka sangamayug, jismen hi baap aakar patit duniya ko paavan banaate hain।

³⁷The other age is the confluence of the cycles when the Father comes and changes the impure world into a pure world.

³⁵yeh chakra phirta rehta hai।

³⁸This cycle continues to turn.

³⁶tum bachchon ko ab smriti aai hai ki ham sab aatmaayen paramdham mein rahne vaali hain। ³⁷is karmakshetra par part bajaane aai hain।

³⁹You children are now aware that all souls are residents of the supreme abode and that you came onto this field of action to play your parts.

³⁸is behad ke drama ko repeat hona hai।

⁴⁰This unlimited drama has to repeat.

³⁹baap hai behad ka maalik।

⁴¹The Father is the Master of the unlimited.

⁴⁰us baap ki aparmaapaar mahima hai।

⁴²There is unlimited praise of that Father.

⁴¹aisi mahima aur koi ki nahin hai।

⁴³This praise cannot belong to anyone else.

⁴²woh manushya srishti ka beej-roop hai।

⁴⁴He is also the Seed of the human world tree.

⁴³sabka father hai।

⁴⁵He is the Father of all.

⁴⁴baap kehte hain main paraai raavan ki duniya mein aata hoon।

⁴⁶The Father says: I enter Ravan’s foreign world.

⁴⁵ek taraph hai aasuri gunon vaali sampradaay। ⁴⁶doosri taraph hai daiveegunon vaali sampradaay, inko kansapuri bhi kehte hain।

⁴⁷On one side, there is the community of those who have devilish traits and on the other side, there is the community of those who have divine virtues.

⁴⁷kans asur ko kaha jaata hai।

⁴⁸This world is called the land of Kans (devil).

⁴⁸shreekrishna ko devta kaha jaata hai।

⁴⁹Kans is called a devil whereas Krishna is called a deity.

⁴⁹ab baap aaye hain devta banaane aur sabko vaapis le jaane, aur koi ki taakat nahin।

⁵⁰The Father has now come to make you into deities and take you back. ⁵¹No one else has the strength to do this.

⁵⁰baap hi baith bachchon ko shiksha de daivi gun dhaaran karaate hain।

⁵²The Father sits here and gives you teachings and inspires you to imbibe divine virtues.

⁵¹yeh baap ki hi farjaadaai hai।

⁵³This is the Father’s duty.

⁵²baap kehte hain jab sabhi tamopradhaan ho jaate hain, mujhe bhool jaate hain, na sirf bhool jaate hain parantu mujhe patthar thikkar mein thok dete hain, itni glaani kar dete hain tab to main aata hoon।

⁵⁴The Father says: When everyone becomes tamopradhan, they forget Me. ⁵⁵Not only do they forget Me, they also put Me into pebbles and stones. ⁵⁶It is only when they defame Me to this extent that I come.

⁵³mere jaisi glaani kiski nahin karte, tab to main aakar tumhaara liberator banta hoon।

⁵⁷No one else is defamed as much as I am. ⁵⁸This is why I come as your Liberator.

⁵⁴sabko machchharon sadrishya le jaaoonga।

⁵⁹I will take all of you back like a swarm of mosquitoes.

⁵⁵aur koi aise kah na sake ki manamnaabhav, mujh apne parampita paramatma ko yaad karo to tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge।

⁶⁰No one else can say: Focus your mind on Me (Manmanabhav), the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, and your sins will be absolved.

⁵⁶shreekrishna to kah na sake।

⁶¹Shri Krishna cannot say this.

⁵⁷paramatma ki mahima to bachche jaante hain।

⁶²You children know the praise of the Father.

⁵⁸woh gyaan ka saagar, sukh ka saagar hai।

⁶³He is the Ocean of Knowledge, the Ocean of Happiness.

⁵⁹phir second number mein hai brahma, vishnu, shankar।

⁶⁴Then Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are the second number.

⁶⁰brahma dvaara sthaapna kaun karega?

⁶⁵Who carries out establishment through Brahma?

⁶¹kya shreekrishna?

⁶⁶Would it be Shri Krishna?

⁶²parampita paramatma shiv baith samjhaate hain ki pahle-pahle hamko chaahiye brahman। ⁶³to brahma dvaara brahman mukh vanshaavli rachta hoon।

⁶⁷The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, sits here and explains that, first of all, He needs Brahmins, and so He creates Brahmins, the mouth-born creation, through Brahma.

⁶⁴woh hain kukh vanshaavli।

⁶⁸Those brahmins are a creation born through sin.

⁶⁵tum ab sangam mein brahma ki santaan ho।

⁶⁹At the confluence age, you are the children of Brahma.

⁶⁶baap aakar shoodra se brahman banaate hain।

⁷⁰The Father comes and changes you from shudras into Brahmins.

⁶⁷abhi tum ho eeshvareey kul ke।

⁷¹At this time, you belong to God’s clan.

⁶⁸eeshvar hua niraakaar, brahma hua saakaar।

⁷²God is incorporeal whereas Brahma is corporeal.

⁶⁹baap pahle-pahle brahman phir devta banaate hain।

⁷³First, the Father creates Brahmins, then deities and then warriors.

⁷⁰devta ke baad kshatriy...yeh chakra phirta rehta hai।

⁷⁴This cycle continues to turn. ⁷⁵Other religions emerge later.

⁷¹phir inse aur dharma nikle hain।

⁷⁶Bharat is the main place.

⁷²mool hai bhaarat, yeh bhaarat avinaashi khanda hai, jahaan baap aakar svarga banaate hain।

⁷⁷This Bharat is an imperishable land where the Father comes and creates heaven.

⁷³woh baap bhi hai, teacher bhi hai, tumhaara satguru bhi hai।

⁷⁸He is the Father, the Teacher and also the Satguru.

⁷⁴unko phir sarvavyaapi kaise kah sakte।

⁷⁹How could He be omnipresent?

⁷⁵woh to tumhaara baap hai।

⁸⁰He is your Father.

⁷⁶is duniya mein sivaae tum braahmanon ke koi trikaaldarshi ho nahin sakta।

⁸¹No one in this world, apart from you Brahmins, can be a knower of the three aspects of time.

⁷⁷tum bachche samajhte ho parampita paramatma ke saath ham paramdham ke rahne vaale hain।

⁸²You children understand that you reside with the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, in the supreme abode.

⁷⁸phir nambarvaar karmakshetra par aate hain। ⁷⁹phir pichhaadi mein ham hi jaate hain। ⁸⁰84 janma poore lene hain।

⁸³Then you come down, numberwise, onto this field of action and then, after completing your 84 births, you return there.

⁸¹baap samjhaate hain - tumne kitne janma liye aur kaise varno mein aaye। ⁸²yeh chakra chalta rehta hai।

⁸⁴The Father explains how you go into the different castes and how many births you take while the cycle continues to turn.

⁸³abhi tum ho eeshvareey sampradaay, yeh tumhaara amoolya jeevan hai jabki tum eeshvareey santaan bane ho।

⁸⁵You now belong to God’s community. ⁸⁶This is your invaluable life. ⁸⁷You have now become God’s children.

⁸⁴brahma dvaara baap aakar adopt karte hain।

⁸⁸The Father comes and adopts you through Brahma.

⁸⁵baap hai svarga ka rachayita to khud hi aakar svarga ka maalik bhi banaate hain।

⁸⁹The Father is the Creator of heaven, so He Himself comes and makes you into the masters of the world.

⁸⁶ab saare vishwa mein shanti sthaapan karna - yeh baap ka hi kaam hai।

⁹⁰It is the task of the Father alone to establish peace over the whole world.

⁸⁷baap kehte hain mera part hai, main tumko phir se raajayog sikhlaata hoon, jisse tum ever healthy banenge।

⁹¹The Father says: This is My part. ⁹²Once again, I have come to teach you Raja Yoga through which you become ever healthy.

⁸⁸jaise devta bane the, phir ab repeat hota hai।

⁹³You become deities and everything then repeats.

⁸⁹yeh sapling lag raha hai।

⁹⁴The sapling is being planted.

⁹⁰baap baagvaan hai, in dvaara kalam laga rahe hain।

⁹⁵The Father is the Master of the Garden and is planting the sapling through this one.

⁹¹baap sammukh baith samjhaate hain - mere sikeeldhe bachche, bahut samay se bichhude hue bachche, yaad hai na - mainne tumko svarga mein bheja tha। ⁹²phir tum 84 ka chakra lagaakar ab aakar mile ho।

⁹⁶The Father personally sits here with you and says: My long-lost and now-found children, My children who have been separated for a long time, do you remember how I sent you to heaven and how you went around the cycle of 84 births? ⁹⁷You have now come to Me.

⁹³ab apne ko aatma samajh mujh baap ko yaad karo।

⁹⁸Therefore, consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

⁹⁴tumko vaapis zaroor le jaana hai।

⁹⁹You definitely have to return home.

⁹⁵tum chaaho na chaaho le zaroor jaana hai।

¹⁰⁰Whether you want to go or not, I will definitely take you back.

⁹⁶pahle aadi sanaatan daivi raajya chala phir aasuri raajya chala।

¹⁰¹First, there was the original eternal deity religion and then there was the devilish kingdom.

⁹⁷daivi raajya ke baad pavitrata to chali gai phir single taaj ho gaya, ab to praja ka praja par raajya hai phir daivi raajya ki sthaapna ho rahi hai।

¹⁰²When the kingdom of the deities ended, there was no longer any purity. ¹⁰³Therefore, you became those with a single crown. ¹⁰⁴It is now the rule of people over people.

⁹⁸aasuri raajya ke vinaash ke liye is roodra yagya se yeh vinaash jvaala prajvalit hui hai।

¹⁰⁵The kingdom of the deities is being established once again. ¹⁰⁶The flames of destruction are now being ignited from this sacrificial fire.

⁹⁹tum patit srishti par thode hi raajya karenge।

¹⁰⁷You will not rule an impure world. ¹⁰⁸It is now the confluence age.

¹⁰⁰abhi hai sangam। ¹⁰¹satayug mein to aise nahin kahenge।

¹⁰⁹You will not say this in the golden age.

¹⁰²abhi tum bachche purushaartha kar rahe ho।

¹¹⁰You children are now making effort. ¹¹¹Who is inspiring you?

¹⁰³karaane vaala kaun hai?

¹¹²The One who gives you shrimat.

¹⁰⁴shreemat dene vaala samartha, shreshtha te shreshtha hai hi ek baap।

¹¹³The One who is the most powerful and elevated is the one Father.

¹⁰⁵vahi brahma dvaara sthaapna kara rahe hain।

¹¹⁴He is carrying out establishment through Brahma.

¹⁰⁶baap kehte hain main bhaarat ka most obedient servant hoon।

¹¹⁵The Father says: I am the most Obedient Servant of Bharat.

¹⁰⁷bhaarat ko svarga banaata hoon।

¹¹⁶I make Bharat into heaven.

¹⁰⁸vahaan yatha raaja raani tatha praja sab sukhi rehte hain।

¹¹⁷There, the kings and the subjects all remain happy.

¹⁰⁹natural beauty rehti hai।

¹¹⁸There is natural beauty there.

¹¹⁰lakshmi-naaraayan ko dekho kitne sundar hain।

¹¹⁹Just look how beautiful Lakshmi and Narayan are!

¹¹¹heavenly god father hai heaven sthaapan karne vaala।

¹²⁰Heavenly God, the Father, is the One who establishes heaven.

¹¹²saari duniya mein geeta ke liye kehte hain shreekrishna bhagvaanuvaach।

¹²¹People of the whole world say that the Gita was spoken by God Shri Krishna.

¹¹³parantu shreekrishna to kah na sake manamnaabhav, maamekam yaad karo to vikarma bhasma hon।

¹²²However, Shri Krishna cannot say: Manmanabhav, constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be burnt away.

¹¹⁴aur koi upaay bhi nahin hai।

¹²³There is no other method.

¹¹⁵ganga to patit-paavni hai nahin।

¹²⁴The water of the Ganges is not the Purifier.

¹¹⁶woh thode hi kahegi ki maamekam yaad karo।

¹²⁵That would not say: Remember Me alone.

¹¹⁷yeh to ek baap hi baith samjhaate hain।

¹²⁶Only the one Father sits here and says this.

¹¹⁸baap aatmaon se baat karte hain।

¹²⁷The Father speaks to souls.

¹¹⁹baap hi sabka sadgati daata hai।

¹²⁸The Father alone is the Bestower of Salvation for All.

¹²⁰unke mandir bhi hain।

¹²⁹There are temples to Him.

¹²¹dvaapar se sab yaadgaar banna shuru hote hain।

¹³⁰All the memorials are built to Him from the copper age onwards.

¹²²somnaath ka mandir hai, parantu woh kya karke gaye hain - yeh koi nahin jaante।

¹³¹There is also the Somnath Temple, but no one knows what He did here or when He came here.

¹²³woh shiv shankar ko mila dete hain।

¹³²They have mixed Shiva and Shankar together.

¹²⁴ab kahaan shiv paramdham ke nivaasi aur kahaan shankar sookshm vatan ke vaasi।

¹³³There is so much difference between Shiva, the Resident of the supreme abode and Shankar, a resident of the subtle region!

¹²⁵kuchh bhi samajhte nahin।

¹³⁴They don’t understand anything.

¹²⁶baap kehte hain kitne bhi ved shaastra aadi koi padhe, jap tap kare parantu mere se mil nahin sakte।

¹³⁵The Father says: No matter how many scriptures and Vedas people study, or how much penance and tapasya they do, none of them can meet Me.

¹²⁷bhal main bhaavna ka bhaada sabko deta hoon, parantu woh to akhanda jyoti brahm ko hi paramatma samajh lete hain।

¹³⁶Although I give everyone the return of their loving devotion (bhavna), they consider God to be the infinite light of brahm.

¹²⁸brahm ka saakshaatkaar ho parantu usse kuchh bhi haansil nahin hoga।

¹³⁷Even if they do have a vision of brahm, nothing is achieved through that.

¹²⁹koi ko hanoomaan ka, koi ko ganesh ka saakshaatkaar karaata hoon, woh to main alpakaal ke liye manokaamna poorn karta hoon।

¹³⁸I grant some a vision of Hanuman, others a vision of Ganesh and fulfil their desires for a temporary period.

¹³⁰alpakaal liye khushi to rehti hai। ¹³¹parantu phir bhi sabko tamopradhaan to banna hai।

¹³⁹They become happy for a short time, but everyone still has to become tamopradhan.

¹³²chaahe saara din ganga mein jaakar baith jaaen to bhi tamopradhaan to sabko banna hi hai।

¹⁴⁰Even if they go and sit in the Ganges all day, they still have to become tamopradhan.

¹³³baap kehte hain bachche pavitra bano to pavitra duniya ka 21 janma ke liye maalik banenge।

¹⁴¹The Father says: Children, become pure and you will become the masters of the pure world for 21 births.

¹³⁴aur koi satsang nahin jahaan itni praapti ho।

¹⁴²There is no other satsang where there can be so much attainment.

¹³⁵baap hi aakar raajayog sikhlaate hain to kitna shreemat par chalna chaahiye।

¹⁴³The Father comes to teach you Raja Yoga. ¹⁴⁴Therefore, you should follow His shrimat.

¹³⁶padhaai par dhyaan dena chaahiye।

¹⁴⁵You should pay attention to studying.

¹³⁷baap shreshtha te shreshtha mat dete hain। ¹³⁸shreemat se bhaarat ko svarga banaana hai।

¹⁴⁶The Father gives you the most elevated directions and, by following His shrimat, you make Bharat into heaven.

¹³⁹tumhein drama ke raaz ko achhi tarah se samajhna hai aur purushaartha karna hai।

¹⁴⁷You have to understand the secrets of the drama very clearly and make effort.

¹⁴⁰purushaartha kar aisa laayak banna hai।

¹⁴⁸You have to make effort and become worthy.

¹⁴¹tum bachchon ko nasha hona chaahiye ki ham baap ke saath svarga ki sthaapna karne aaye hain।

¹⁴⁹You children should have the intoxication that you have come here to establish heaven with the Father.

¹⁴²ham vahaan ke rahvaasi hain।

¹⁵⁰You are the residents of that place.

¹⁴³is shareer mein ham nimitta maatra hain thode time ke liye।

¹⁵¹You are in your present bodies, just in name, for a short time.

¹⁴⁴baba bhi thode time ke liye aaye hain, is shareer ka bhaan toot jaana chaahiye।

¹⁵²Baba too has only come here for a short time. ¹⁵³The consciousness of these bodies has to be broken.

¹⁴⁵apne baap aur varse ko yaad karo, isko hi second mein jeevanmukti kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵⁴Remember the Father and the inheritance. ¹⁵⁵This is known as liberation-in-life (jeevanmukti) in a second.

¹⁴⁶baap kehte hain main aaya hoon sabko vaapis le jaane।

¹⁵⁶The Father says: I have come to take everyone back.

¹⁴⁷ab tum apne ko aatma samajh savere uthkar baba ko yaad karo।

¹⁵⁷Now consider yourselves to be souls and wake up early in the morning and remember Baba.

¹⁴⁸unse baaten karo।

¹⁵⁸Talk to Him.

¹⁴⁹tum jaante ho hamaare 84 janma poore hue।

¹⁵⁹You know that your 84 births are now ending.

¹⁵⁰ab ham eeshvareey santaan bane hain। ¹⁵¹phir daivi santaan, phir kshatriy santaan banenge।

¹⁶⁰We have now become the children of God and we will become children of the deities and then children of the warriors.

¹⁵²baba hamko vishwa ka maalik banaate hain।

¹⁶¹Baba is making us into the masters of the world.

¹⁵³baba ki baith mahima karo। ¹⁵⁴baba aapne to kamaal ki hai।

¹⁶²Sit and praise the Father: Baba, You have performed wonders.

¹⁵⁵kalpa-kalpa aakar hamko padhaate ho।

¹⁶³You come and teach us every cycle.

¹⁵⁶baba aapka gyaan bada wonderful hai।

¹⁶⁴Baba, this knowledge that You give us is so wonderful!

¹⁵⁷svarga kitna wonderful hai।

¹⁶⁵Heaven is so wonderful!

¹⁵⁸woh hain jismaani wonders, yeh hai roohaani baap ka sthaapan kiya hua wonder।

¹⁶⁶Those wonders are physical, whereas this wonder is established by the spiritual Father.

¹⁵⁹baap aaye hain shreekrishnapuri sthaapan karne।

¹⁶⁷The Father has come to establish the land of Shri Krishna.

¹⁶⁰in lakshmi-naaraayan ne yeh praalabdha kahaan se paai?

¹⁶⁸From whom did Lakshmi and Narayan attain their reward?

¹⁶¹baap dvaara।

¹⁶⁹From the Father.

¹⁶²jagat amba aur jagat pita ke saath bachche bhi honge। ¹⁶³woh hain brahman, jagat amba to braahmani thi। ¹⁶⁴woh hai kaamdhenu।

¹⁷⁰Together with the World Mother and the World Father, there must also be the children; they are Brahmins. ¹⁷¹The World Mother (Jagadamba) is a Brahmin.

¹⁶⁵sabki manokaamnaayen poorn kar deti hai।

¹⁷²She is Kamdhenu (the cow who fulfils everyone’s desires).

¹⁶⁶yeh jagat amba hi phir svarga ki mahaaraani banti hai। ¹⁶⁷kitna wonderful raaz hai।

¹⁷³She fulfils everyone’s desires. ¹⁷⁴This one is Jagadamba and she then becomes the empress of heaven.
