¹Essence: Sweet children, this old world is now to change. ²Therefore, have no love for it. ³Remember your new home of heaven.

²prashn:- sada sukhi banne ki kaun si vidhi baap sabhi bachchon ko sunaate hain?

⁴Question: What method does the Father teach all you children to make you constantly happy?

³uttar:- sada sukhi banna hai to dil se ek baap ka ban jaao। ⁴baap ko hi yaad karo।

⁵Answer: If you want to be constantly happy, let your heart belong to the one Father. ⁶Remember only the Father. ⁷The Father can never cause sorrow for His children.

⁵baap kabhi bhi kisi bachche ko duhkh nahin de sakte। ⁶svarga mein kabhi kiska pati, kiska bachcha marta nahin।

⁸In heaven, no one’s husband or child ever dies, this business of untimely death does not exist there.

⁷vahaan yeh akaale maut ka dhandha nahin hota hai।

⁹Here, Maya, Ravan, continues to make you unhappy.

⁸yahaan to maaya raavan duhkhi banaati rehti hai। ⁹baba hai duhkh harta, sukh karta।

¹⁰Baba is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

¹¹Song: O Mother and Father of mine, have mercy on those who are unhappy!

¹²Om shanti.

¹²yeh vahi maat-pita phir se sada sukhi banaane ke liye raajayog sikhla rahe hain।

¹³That one is the same Mother and Father and He is once again teaching Raj Yoga to make everyone constantly happy.

¹³jaise koi barrister baith barrister banne ki knowledge dete hain। ¹⁴abhi yeh hai behad ke maat-pita, svarga ke rachayita। ¹⁵woh baith bachchon ko svarga ka maalik banaane liye shiksha dete hain।

¹⁴Just as a barrister gives knowledge on how to become a barrister, so, too, that unlimited Mother and Father, the Creator of heaven, now sits here and gives you children teachings on how to become the masters of heaven.

¹⁶aisa to koi college nahin hoga jismen svayan bhagwan baith padhaaye।

¹⁵There isn't any other knowledge where God sits and teaches.

¹⁷yahaan khud bhagwan baith padhaate hain bhagwan-bhagavti banaane।

¹⁶Here, God, Himself, sits and teaches you in order to make you into gods and goddesses.

¹⁸satayug mein shri lakshmi-naaraayan ko bhagwan-bhagavti kaha jaata hai।

¹⁷The golden-aged, Lakshmi and Narayan are called a god and goddess.

¹⁹nai duniya ka maalik kisne banaaya?

¹⁸Who made them into the masters of the new world?

²⁰woh satayug ke maalik the।

¹⁹They were the masters of the golden age.

²¹bhaarat mein satayug aadi mein devi-devtaaon ka raajya tha।

²⁰The kingdom of deities began in Bharat, at the beginning of the golden age.

²²abhi hai kaliyug, devtaaon ka raajya hi nahin।

²¹It is now the iron age and there is no longer the kingdom of deities.

²³devtaaon se sab badal kangaal manushya ban gaye hain।

²²All the deities have changed and become poverty-stricken human beings.

²⁴devtaayen to bahut dhanvaan sukhi the।

²³The deities were very wealthy and happy.

²⁵abhi kaliyug ka ant hone ke kaaran sab manushya bade duhkhi hain।

²⁴Now, because it is the end of the iron age, all human beings are extremely unhappy.

²⁶ladaai lagegi, manushya badi traahi-traahi karenge। ²⁷bahut dar-badar honge।

²⁵When the war begins, human beings will cry out in great distress; they will become homeless.

²⁸manushya bilkul nidhan ke hain kyonki svarga ke sukh dene vaale maa-baap ko jaante hi nahin।

²⁶Human beings have become orphans, because they do not know the Mother and Father who gives the happiness of heaven.

²⁹tum us maat-pita ke bane ho।

²⁷You now belong to that Mother and Father.

³⁰tumko maat-pita se athaah sukh milte hain।

²⁸You receive limitless happiness from the Mother and Father.

³¹manushya jo bhakti karte hain woh koi bhagwan ko yaad nahin karte, bhagwan ko to patthar-thikkar, kutte-billi mein thok phir apne ko bhagwan samajh baithe hain।

²⁹When people do devotion, they cannot be remembering God because they have pushed Him into the pebbles and stones, the cats and dogs, or they consider themselves to be God.

³²kah dete hain sabmen bhagwan viraajmaan hai।

³⁰They say that God is present in everyone.

³³patiton mein bhagwan ko viraajmaan samajhna to glaani hui na।

³¹To say that God is present in impure human beings is defamation.

³⁴parantu yeh bhi drama mein manushyon ko bhool karni hi hai aur baap ko aakar abhul banaana hai।

³²Human beings have to make this mistake in the drama, and the Father has to come to free them from this mistake.

³⁵manushyon ko pata hi nahin padta। ³⁶bhagwan to ek hota hai, hajaaron thode hi honge।

³³Human beings are not able to understand that God is only One; there cannot be thousands.

³⁷laukik baap to bahut hain।

³⁴There are many physical fathers.

³⁸woh to jaanavron ke bhi hote hain। ³⁹parantu sabka sadgati daata, patit-paavan ek hai।

³⁵Even animals have physical fathers, but there is only the one Bestower of Salvation and Purifier for all.

⁴⁰to woh baap aakar bachchon ko padhaate hain bhavishya ke liye।

³⁶That Father comes and teaches you children for the future.

⁴¹bhagwan-bhagavti banaate hain।

³⁷He makes you into gods and goddesses.

⁴²ab sivaae parampita paramatma ke bhagwan-bhagavti kaun bana sakte!

³⁸Who could make you into gods and goddesses apart from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul?

⁴³jabki woh baap hai to maata bigar srishti kaise rachenge!

³⁹Since He is the Father, how could He create the world without a mother?

⁴⁴bhaaratvaasi gaate hain, tum bhi bhakti maarga mein chillaate the - tum maat-pita... tumhari kripa se sukh ghanere milte hain isliye ham bhakti karte hain।

⁴⁰The people of Bharat, and you too, cry out in distress on the path of devotion: You are our Mother and Father and through Your mercy we receive limitless happiness.

⁴⁵kiski bhi bhakti karte hain to samajhte hain ham bhagwan ko yaad karte hain।

⁴¹This is why we do devotion. ⁴²When they worship someone, they think that they are remembering God.

⁴⁶sannyaasi bhi saadhna karte hain parantu kiski saadhna karte woh nahin jaante।

⁴³Even sannyasis make spiritual endeavour, but they don’t know whom they are making spiritual endeavour for.

⁴⁷raavan mat par sab bhool gaye hain।

⁴⁴By following Ravan’s directions, they have forgotten everything.

⁴⁸to phir baap kya kare।

⁴⁵So then, what can the Father do?

⁴⁹itna duhkhi kangaal hona, yeh bhi drama mein hai।

⁴⁶For them to become so unhappy and poverty-stricken is also fixed in the drama.

⁵⁰baap aakar bachchon ko phir se svarga ka maalik banaate hain।

⁴⁷The Father comes once again to make you children into the masters of heaven.

⁵¹svarga ka maalik banaane vaala hai paarlaukik maat-pita, narka ka maalik banaane vaala hai raavan।

⁴⁸The One who makes you into the masters of heaven is the Mother and Father from beyond and the one who makes you into the masters of hell is Ravan.

⁵²to us raavan par ab jeet paani hai।

⁴⁹You now have to gain victory over that Ravan.

⁵³abhi tum maayaajeet jagatjeet bante ho।

⁵⁰You are now becoming conquerors of Maya and of the world.

⁵⁴tumko koi puraani duniya mein thode hi raajya karna hai।

⁵¹You are not going to rule a kingdom in the old world.

⁵⁵maaya par jeet paakar phir svarga mein raajya karna hai।

⁵²You have to gain victory over Maya and then rule the kingdom in heaven.

⁵⁶maaya se haarne se narka mein aa jaate ho।

⁵³By being defeated by Maya, you come into hell.

⁵⁷yeh baaten aur koi patit manushya samjha nahin sakte।

⁵⁴No impure human being can explain any of these aspects, nor can he make anyone pure.

⁵⁸na woh kisko paavan bana sakte hain।

⁵⁵The entire world is impure; they are born through poison.

⁵⁹saari duniya patit hai। ⁶⁰vish se paida hote hain।

⁵⁶The deities are all virtuous, 16 celestial degrees full.

⁶¹devi-devta to sarvagun sampanna, 16 kala sampoorn hain। ⁶²vahaan vish ka naam hi nahin।

⁵⁷There, there is no mention of poison. ⁵⁸No one knows who God is, and so what benefit is there in adopting a guru?

⁶³bhagwan ko koi bhi jaante nahin। ⁶⁴to unko guru karne se kya phaayda?

⁵⁹They themselves are not able to meet God, so how could they enable others to meet God.

⁶⁵na khud bhagwan se mil sakte, na auron ko mila sakte।

⁶⁰Souls and the Supreme Soul have been separated for a very long time.

⁶⁶aatma paramatma alag rahe bahukaal.. to phir milaane vaala bhi woh parampita paramatma chaahiye।

⁶¹Therefore, in order for the meeting to take place, you need the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Himself.

⁶⁷woh yeh bhi nahin samajhte ki naatak ab poora hota hai।

⁶²People don’t even understand that this drama is about to end.

⁶⁸yeh drama, jo satayug se lekar kaliyug tak chalta hai, unko repeat hona hai।

⁶³This drama continues from the beginning of the golden age to the end of the iron age and it has to repeat.

⁶⁹is drama ki knowledge ko samajhne se tum chakravarti bante ho।

⁶⁴By understanding the knowledge of this drama, you become rulers of the globe.

⁷⁰tum jaante ho 84 janma ham kaise lete hain।

⁶⁵You understand how you take 84 births.

⁷¹yeh hai leap yug, purushottam yug। ⁷²ismen yeh antim janma hai।

⁶⁶This auspicious age is a leap age in which you take a final birth.

⁷³ab baap ka banna hai।

⁶⁷You now have to belong to the Father.

⁷⁴baap kehte hain - he bachche, tum mera bano।

⁶⁸The Father says: O children, belong to Me!

⁷⁵kehte bhi ho he parampita paramatma।

⁶⁹You even say: O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul.

⁷⁶laukik baap ko to aise nahin kah sakte।

⁷⁰You cannot say this to a worldly father.

⁷⁷to ab paarlaukik baap kehte hain main aaya hua hoon।

⁷¹Now, the Father from beyond the world says: I have come.

⁷⁸baaki yeh kaake chaache aadi sab tumhaare khatma hone hain।

⁷²All your maternal uncles and paternal uncles etc. are going to finish.

⁷⁹yeh puraani duniya badal rahi hai। ⁸⁰saamne mahaabhaari mahaabhaarat ladaai bhi khadi hai।

⁷³This old world is changing and the great Mahabharat War is ahead of you.

⁸¹yeh anek dharma vinaash hone hain।

⁷⁴All of those numerous religions are to be destroyed.

⁸²yeh hai puraani duniya, jismen anekaanek dharma hai।

⁷⁵This is the old world in which there are many religions.

⁸³satayug mein hota hai ek dharma।

⁷⁶There is only one religion in the golden age.

⁸⁴to ab yeh duniya badalni hai isliye inse preet nahin lagaani hai।

⁷⁷This world is now going to change, and so have no love for it.

⁸⁵laukik baap naya makaan banaate hain to bachchon ko dil mein naya makaan hi yaad padega na ki makaan taiyaar hoga, phir ham naye makaan mein baithenge। ⁸⁶puraana tod khalaas kar denge।

⁷⁸When a worldly father builds a new house, his children only have the new house in their hearts. ⁷⁹They think: When the new building is ready, we will go and sit in the new house and demolish the old one.

⁸⁷ab is saari duniya ka vinaash hona hai।

⁸⁰This entire world is now to be destroyed.

⁸⁸bachchon ne saakshaatkaar bhi kiya hai - kaise aag lagti hai, moosaldhaar barsaat padti hai, samudra aadi kaise uchhalte hain।

⁸¹Children have had visions of how everything is set on fire, how there is torrential rain and how the ocean etc. has such huge tidal waves.

⁸⁹yeh sab saakshaatkaar kiye hain।

⁸²You have had visions of all of those things.

⁹⁰baba bambai mein jaate hain to samjhaate hain yeh bambai pahle thi nahin।

⁸³When Baba goes to Bombay, he explains that Bombay didn’t exist before.

⁹¹ek chhota sa gaanv tha, ab samudra ko sukhaaya hai।

⁸⁴It used to be a small village. ⁸⁵The land was reclaimed from the sea.

⁹²history repeat hogi to phir yeh itni baambe nahin rahegi।

⁸⁶When history repeats, this Bombay will not be as huge as it is now.

⁹³satayug mein koi baambe gaanv hota nahin।

⁸⁷There will not be a village like Bombay in the golden age.

⁹⁴yeh America aadi kya hai!

⁸⁸What are those countries such as America etc.?

⁹⁵ek hi bomb se sab khatma ho jaayenge।

⁸⁹They will all be destroyed with a single bomb.

⁹⁶hiroshima mein jab bomb lagaaya, kya ho gaya?

⁹⁰What happened when they dropped a bomb on Hiroshima?

⁹⁷shahar ka shahar khalaas ho gaya।

⁹¹The whole city was destroyed.

⁹⁸woh to ek bomb tha।

⁹²That was just one single bomb.

⁹⁹abhi to dher bomb banaaye hain।

⁹³They have now made many bombs.

¹⁰⁰kehte bhi hain baap aaye hain nai duniya sthaapan karne, inko puraana narka raavan banaate hain।

⁹⁴They also say that the Father has come to establish the new world. ⁹⁵Ravan makes it old and turns it into hell.

¹⁰¹yeh bhaaratvaasi nahin jaante।

⁹⁶The residents of Bharat do not know this.

¹⁰²maaya ne sabko godrej ka taala aisa laga diya hai jo khulta nahin।

⁹⁷Maya has put such a Godrej lock on everyone’s intellect that they do not unlock.

¹⁰³manushya kitne duhkhi hain।

⁹⁸Human beings are very unhappy.

¹⁰⁴bhale saahookaar sukhi hain parantu beemaar rogi to bante hain na।

⁹⁹Although the wealthy are happy, they still fall ill and become diseased.

¹⁰⁵aaj bachcha janma, khushi hui, phir bachcha mara to duhkh hua।

¹⁰⁰Today, a baby is born and they are happy. ¹⁰¹Tomorrow, the baby dies and they are unhappy.

¹⁰⁶vidhva ban rote rehte hain।

¹⁰²When someone becomes a widow, she weeps all the time.

¹⁰⁷isko kaha jaata hai duhkhadhaam।

¹⁰³This is called a land of sorrow.

¹⁰⁸bhaarat sukhdhaam tha, ab puraani duniya duhkhadhaam hai।

¹⁰⁴Bharat was a land of happiness; now it is an old world of sorrow.

¹⁰⁹phir baap sukhdhaam banaate hain।

¹⁰⁵The Father is again making it into a land of happiness.

¹¹⁰baap kehte hain ab varsa lo।

¹⁰⁶The Father says: Now claim your inheritance.

¹¹¹to zaroor yaad bhi unko karna padega aur sabhi deh ke sambandh duhkh dene vaale hain।

¹⁰⁷So, for this, you definitely have to remember Him because all bodily relations cause sorrow.

¹¹²abhi tum samajhte ho ek baap bigar sukh dene vaala koi hai nahin।

¹⁰⁸You now understand that no one except the one Father can give happiness.

¹¹³kehte hain - baba, ham aapke vahi bachche hain, jinko aapne svarga ka maalik banaaya tha।

¹⁰⁹You say: Baba, we are the same children whom You made into the masters of heaven. ¹¹⁰We are now unhappy.

¹¹⁴abhi ham duhkhi hain।

¹¹¹You are merciful.

¹¹⁵aap to merciful ho। ¹¹⁶duhkhi hain tab to pukaarte hain।

¹¹²It is because you are unhappy that you call out to Me.

¹¹⁷satayug mein sukhi ho jaayenge to vahaan koi bhi nahin pukaarenge।

¹¹³When you become happy in the golden age, none of you will call out to Me.

¹¹⁸duhkh mein sab yaad karte hain parantu bhagwan kisko milta hi nahin।

¹¹⁴Everyone remembers God at times of sorrow, but no one can meet Him.

¹¹⁹samjho bhakta hanoomaan ko yaad karte hain।

¹¹⁵For instance, a devotee remembers Hanuman.

¹²⁰achha, hanoomaan kahaan rehta hai?

¹¹⁶OK, where does Hanuman live?

¹²¹hanoomaan ke paas tumko kahaan jaana hai।

¹¹⁷In order to go to Hanuman, where do you have to go?

¹²²manushya bhakti karte hain mukti va jeevanmukti dhaam mein jaane ke liye।

¹¹⁸Human beings do devotion in order to go to the land of liberation and the land of liberation-in-life.

¹²³hanoomaan va ganesh aadi ko yaad karne se tum kahaan jaayenge?

¹¹⁹Where would they go by remembering Hanuman or Ganesh etc.?

¹²⁴unhon ka thikaana kahaan hai?

¹²⁰Where do they reside?

¹²⁵unse tumko kya milna hai?

¹²¹What will you receive from them?

¹²⁶kuchh pata nahin।

¹²²They don’t know anything.

¹²⁷baap samjhaate hain srishti mein sukh dene vaala ek hi main hoon।

¹²³The Father explains: I am the only One in the world who gives you happiness.

¹²⁸aise nahin bhagwan hi sukh dete, bhagwan hi duhkh dete, vahi bachche dete hain to sukh hota hai, bachche chheen lete hain to duhkh hota hai।

¹²⁴It is not that God gives happiness and that He also causes sorrow; nor is it that He grants a child and so gives happiness and then takes the child away, causing sorrow.

¹²⁹to baap kehte hain ham to sadaiv sukh dete hain।

¹²⁵The Father says: I give you only constant happiness.

¹³⁰tumse sukh maaya chheenti hai।

¹²⁶It is Maya who snatches your happiness away from you.

¹³¹satayug mein aisa hota nahin jo bachcha mar jaae va kiska pati mar jaae। ¹³²yahaan is maayaavi duniya mein kabhi kiska bachcha, kabhi kiska pati marte hi rehte hain।

¹²⁷Things such as someone’s child dying or someone’s husband dying never happen in the golden age, whereas, here, in the iron-aged world of Maya, there is always someone’s child or husband dying.

¹³³yeh dhandha svarga mein nahin hota hai। ¹³⁴yahaan to narka hai।

¹²⁸This business does not take place in heaven; here, it is hell.

¹³⁵ab baap kehte hain agar sada sukhi banna chaahte ho to baap ke bano।

¹²⁹The Father now says: If you want to be constantly happy, belong to the Father.

¹³⁶abhi tumhaari aatma aur shareer donon hi tamopradhaan hain, aise nahin ki aatma nirlep hai।

¹³⁰Both you, those souls, and your bodies are now tamopradhan. ¹³¹It is not that souls are immune to the effect of action.

¹³⁷aatma mein hi khaad padti hai।

¹³²It is souls that have alloy mixed with them.

¹³⁸is kaaran ab jevar bhi iron aged ban pade hain।

¹³³This is the reason why your jewellery has also become iron aged.

¹³⁹ab phir tum golden aged banne liye knowledge le rahe ho।

¹³⁴You are now taking knowledge again in order to become golden aged.

¹⁴⁰baap aakar amar banaae amarpuri mein le jaate hain।

¹³⁵The Father comes and makes you immortal and takes you to the land of immortality.

¹⁴¹yahaan to mrityulok hai।

¹³⁶Here, it is the land of death.

¹⁴²geeta mein bhi akshar hai।

¹³⁷These words are also mentioned in the Gita.

¹⁴³amarpuri mein aadi-madhya-ant duhkh nahin hoga। ¹⁴⁴mrityulok mein aadi-madhya-ant duhkh hai।

¹³⁸There will be no sorrow from the beginning, through the middle to the end in the land of immortality.

¹⁴⁵aise duhkhadhaam ko bhoolna pade। ¹⁴⁶sukhdhaam aur shantidham ko yaad karna hai।

¹³⁹There is sorrow from the beginning, through the middle to the end in the land of death.

¹⁴⁷ham sukhdhaam ja rahe hain via shantidham। ¹⁴⁸jahaan ke ham rahvaasi hain।

¹⁴⁰You have to forget such a land of sorrow and remember the land of peace and the land of happiness.

¹⁴⁹yeh bhi svadarshan chakra hua na। ¹⁵⁰apne baap aur sweet hom ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁴¹We are going to the land of happiness via the land of peace, where we reside.

¹⁵¹kanya baap ka ghar chhod sasurghar jaati hai to gaate hain na piyarghar se chale sasurghar.. to tumhaara yeh hai brahma ka piyarghar। ¹⁵²ab tum svarga sasurghar jaayenge।

¹⁴²This is also the discus of self-realization. ¹⁴³Remember your Father and your sweet home. ¹⁴⁴When a girl leaves home to go to her in-laws’ home, people sing: You are going from your father’s home to your in-laws’ home.

¹⁵³vahaan sukh hi sukh hai। ¹⁵⁴yahaan hai duhkh।

¹⁴⁵So, this is your father Brahma’s home.

¹⁵⁵kanya bhi ghar chhodti hai sukh ke liye।

¹⁴⁶Then, you will go to heaven, to your in-laws’ home.

¹⁵⁶parantu vahaan unko patit banaae duhkhi banaaya jaata hai।

¹⁴⁷There, there is nothing but happiness, whereas here there is only sorrow.

¹⁵⁷abhi baap samjhaate hain main tumko ekdam naynon par bithaakar svarga le jaane liye aaya hua hoon।

¹⁴⁸A girl also leaves home for happiness, but she is made impure and unhappy there.

¹⁵⁸sirf mujhe yaad karo। ¹⁵⁹vahaan tumko koi duhkh nahin hoga।

¹⁴⁹The Father now explains: I have come to sit you in My eyes and take you to heaven.

¹⁶⁰bachchon ne dekha hai shreekrishna ka janma kaise hota hai।

¹⁵⁰Simply, remember Me! ¹⁵¹You will not experience any sorrow there.

¹⁶¹pahle se hi saakshaatkaar hota hai। ¹⁶²jab shareer chhodna hota hai to usi samay saakshaatkaar hota hai। ¹⁶³ham yeh shareer chhod jaakar prince banenge।

¹⁵²Some children have seen how Krishna takes birth: a vision is seen beforehand. ¹⁵³When a soul is about to leave his body, he has a vision at that time of how he will shed his body and become a prince.

¹⁶⁴bas aatma shareer se nikal jaakar garbha mahal mein baith jaati hai।

¹⁵⁴The soul simply leaves the body and goes and sits in the palace of a womb.

¹⁶⁵bachcha paida hote samay koi takleeph nahin hoti।

¹⁵⁵There is no difficulty at the time of a baby being born.

¹⁶⁶vahaan garbha mahal mein tumko sukh hi sukh rahega।

¹⁵⁶There, you have only happiness in the palace of a womb.

¹⁶⁷yahaan to garbha jel bhi hai aur jo chori paap karte ve bhi government ki jel mein jaate hain।

¹⁵⁷Here, the womb is a jail. ¹⁵⁸Those who steal or commit some crime go to the Government’s jail.

¹⁶⁸vahaan yeh donon jel nahin hoti।

¹⁵⁹Neither of these jails exist there.

¹⁶⁹paap aadi koi karte nahin।

¹⁶⁰No one commits any sin etc. there.

¹⁷⁰usko kaha jaata hai punya aatmaon ki duniya।

¹⁶¹That is called the world of pure and charitable souls.

¹⁷¹to baap svarga me le jaate hain।

¹⁶²The Father sends you to heaven.

¹⁷²dekhte hain itne sabhi purushaartha kar rahe hain to kyon na ham bhi baap se varsa le sada sukhi banen।

¹⁶³When people see so many making effort, they think: Why shouldn’t I too claim my inheritance from the Father and become ever happy?

¹⁷³koi to praayashchit karte hain ki yeh karmabandhan kaise chhootega?

¹⁶⁴Some do penance in an attempt to free themselves from their bondage of karma.

²¹⁹jab chaaho tab ashareeri sthiti mein sthit ho jaao aur jab chaaho tab karmaateet ban jaao - yeh abhyaas bahut pakka chaahiye।

²¹³Become stable in the bodiless stage whenever you want and become karmateet whenever you want. ²¹⁴This practice has to be very firm.

²²⁰iske liye koi bhi bandhan apni taraph aakarshit na kare।

²²¹bandhan hi aatma ko tight kar deta hai aur tight vastra ko utaarne mein khinchaavat hoti hai isliye sada sada nyaare, nirlipta rahne ka paath pakka karo।

²¹⁶Any bondage makes a soul tight and you have to struggle to remove tight clothes. ²¹⁷Therefore, be constantly detached and make the lesson of remaining free from bondage firm.
