¹²⁹har ek baat mein purushaartha first hai।

¹³³No; effort is first required for everything.

¹³⁵If they were simply to sit idly, they would die.

¹³²sannyaasiyon ka karma sannyaas hai parantu jab tak karmendriyaan hain tab tak karma ka sannyaas nahin kar sakte।

¹³⁶Sannyasis adopt renunciation of acting but, for as long as they have physical organs, they cannot renounce performing actions.

¹³³uthenge-baithenge kaise?

¹³⁷How would they get up or sit down?

¹³⁴aatma shareer ko chalaane vaali hai।

¹³⁸It is the soul that makes the body function.

¹³⁵aatma mein sanskaar rehte hain।

¹³⁹Sanskars are in the soul.

¹³⁶raat ko ashareeri ban jaati hai।

¹⁴⁰At night the soul becomes bodiless.

¹³⁷aatma kehti hai main karma karte-karte thak jaati hoon isliye raat ko rest lete ashareeri ban jaati hoon।

¹⁴¹The soul says: I have become tired from performing actions. ¹⁴²Therefore, I take a rest at night and become bodiless.

¹⁴⁷auron ko bhi is gyaan chita par bithaakar vaikuntha ka raasta bataana hai।
