¹Essence: Sweet children, your safety lies in becoming soul conscious. ²Remain busy doing spiritual service according to shrimat and then no enemy, no form of body consciousness, will attack you.

²prashn:- vikarmon ka bojh sir par hai, uski nishaani kya hogi? ³use halka karne ki vidhi sunaao?

³Question: What indicates you having a burden of sin on your head? ⁴What methods are there for making that burden light?

⁴uttar:- jab tak vikarmon ka bojh hai tab tak gyaan ki dhaarna nahin ho sakti।

⁵Answer: While there are burdens of sinful actions, you cannot imbibe this knowledge. ⁶Such actions have been performed that they repeatedly create obstacles. ⁷They don't allow you to progress.

⁵karma aise kie hue hain jo baar-baar vighna daalte hain, aage badhne nahin dete hain।

⁸In order to lighten those burdens, become conquerors of sleep.

⁶is bojh se halka hone ke liye neend ko jeetne vaale nidraajeet bano। ⁷raat ko jaagkar baba ko yaad karo to bojh halka ho jaayega।

⁹Stay awake at night and remember Baba and your burden will become light.

¹⁰yeh hui jagat amba ki mahima kyonki yeh hai nai rachna।

¹¹ekdam nai rachna to hoti nahin hai। ¹²puraani se nai hoti hai।

¹³There cannot be a completely new creation; the old one becomes new.

¹³mrityulok se amarlok jaana hai।

¹⁴You have to go from the land of death to the land of immortality.

¹⁴yeh jaise jeene aur marne ka savaal hai ya to mrityulok mein markar khatma hona hai ya to jeete ji markar amarlok mein chalna hai।

¹⁵This is a question of life and death: you either have to die in the land of death and become completely dead or die alive and go to the land of immortality.

¹⁵jagat ki maa maana jagat ko rachne vaali।

³²vaastav mein ismen koi likhne-padhne ki baat nahin hai। ³³parantu yeh sahaj kar samjhaane liye chitra banaaye hue hain।

⁴⁴tum bachchon ko sabhi ved-shaastron ka raaz samjhaate hain, duniya nahin jaanti ki dharma shaastra kisko kaha jaata hai।

⁴⁹He explains to you children the secrets of all the Vedas and scriptures. ⁵⁰The world doesn’t know what the religious scriptures are.

⁴⁵kaha bhi jaata hai 4 dharma।

⁵¹It is said that there are four religions.

⁵⁴kaam ki cheezon liye jangal bhi honge।

⁶⁰There will be forests for useful things too.

⁵⁵lakda aadi to chaahiye na।

⁵⁶jangal mein bhi pashu-panchhi bahut rehte hain।

⁶²Many animals and birds live in the forests.

⁵⁷parantu vahaan sab cheezen achhi phaldaayak hoti hain।

⁵⁸pashu-panchhi bhi shobha hain, parantu gand karne vaale nahin honge।

⁶⁴Birds and animals will also be the beauty there. ⁶⁵There won’t be anything there that would make things dirty.

⁵⁹yeh pashu-panchhi beauty to chaahiye na।

⁶⁶The beauty of birds and animals is also needed.

⁶⁰srishti hi satopradhaan hai to sab cheejen satopradhaan hoti hain।

⁶⁷That world itself is satopradhan and so everything there is also satopradhan.

⁶¹bahishta phir to kya!

⁶⁸What else would you expect in Paradise?

⁶²pahli-pahli mukhya baat - baap se varsa lena hai।

⁶⁹The first and foremost thing is that you have to claim your inheritance from the Father.

⁶³chitra bante rehte hain, unmein bhi likhna hai brahma dvaara sthaapna, vishnu dvaara paalna… yeh akshar manushya samajhte nahin isliye vishnu ke do roop lakshmi-naaraayan hain paalna karne vaale।

⁶⁹bhagwan ki biography agar bigad jaae to sab shaastra khandan ho jaayen।

⁷⁰dekhne mein aata hai baap din-pratidin achhi-achhi points dete rehte hain।

⁷¹pahle-pahle to nishchay karaana hai ki bhagwan gyaan ka saagar hai, manushya srishti ka beejroop hai।

⁸⁹Jagadamba, Saraswati, is the daughter of Brahma.

⁸¹yeh to practical mein bi.ke. hai।

⁸²kalpa pahle bhi brahma dvaara nai srishti rachi thi, ab phir zaroor brahma dvaara hi rachna hogi।

⁹¹A new world was created through Brahma a cycle ago too. ⁹²Therefore, it would surely be created through Brahma now too.

⁸³srishti ke aadi-madhya-ant ka raaz baap hi samjhaate hain isliye inko knowledgeful kaha jaata।

⁹³Only the Father explains the secrets of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world. ⁹⁴This is why He is called knowledge-full.

⁸⁴beej mein zaroor poore vriksha ki knowledge hogi।

⁹⁵The Seed would definitely have knowledge of the whole tree.

⁸⁶baap raajayog bhi sikhlaate hain।

⁹⁷The Father teaches you Raja Yoga.

⁸⁷parampita paramatma brahma dvaara braahmanon ko baith sikhlaate hain jo brahman phir devta bante hain।

⁸⁸sunne samay maja to sabko bahut aata hai, parantu deh-abhimaan ke kaaran dhaarna nahin hoti।

⁸⁹yahaan se baahar gaye aur khalaas।

¹⁰¹As soon as you leave here, everything finishes.

⁹⁰anek prakaar ka deh-abhimaan hai।

¹⁰²There are many types of body consciousness.

⁹¹ismen badi mehnat chaahiye।

¹⁰³A lot of effort is needed in this.

⁹²baap kehte hain neend ko jeetne vaale bano।

¹⁰⁴The Father says: Become conquerors of sleep.

⁹³deh-abhimaan chhodo, dehi-abhimaani bano।

¹⁰⁵Renounce body consciousness. ¹⁰⁶Become soul conscious.

⁹⁴raat ko jaagkar yaad karna hai kyonki tumhaare sir par janma-janmaantar ke vikarmon ka bojha bahut hai jo tumko dhaarna karne nahin dete hain।

¹⁰⁷Stay awake at night and remember the Father because each of you has a great burden of the sins of many births on your head and it doesn't allow you to imbibe knowledge.

⁹⁵karma aise kiye hue hain, is kaaran dehi-abhimaani nahin bante।

¹⁰⁸You have performed such actions that you don't become soul conscious.

⁹⁶gapode bahut maarte hain, bade gapode ka chart likh bhejte hain ki ham 75 percent yaad mein rehte hain।

¹⁰⁹You tell a lot of lies. ¹¹⁰You write a chart of big lies and send it to Baba: I stay in remembrance 75% of the time.

⁹⁷parantu baba kehte hain - impossible hai।

¹⁰³yeh dhaarna koi maasi ka ghar nahin।

¹¹⁷To imbibe this knowledge is not like going to your aunty's home!

¹⁰⁴ismen thakna nahin hota hai।

¹¹⁸You mustn't get tired in this.

¹⁰⁵koi samajhne mein time lete hain, aaj nahin to kal samajh lenge।

¹¹⁹Some take time to understand. ¹²⁰If not today, tomorrow they will understand.

¹⁰⁶baba ne kah diya ki jo devi-devta dharma ka hoga aur dharma mein convert ho gaya hoga to woh aa jaayega।

¹²¹Baba has already said that those who belong to the deity religion and have been converted to other religions will come here.

¹⁰⁷ek din Africans aadi ki bhi conference hogi।

¹²²One day, there will also be a conference of those from Africa.

¹⁰⁸bhaarat khanda mein aate rahenge। ¹⁰⁹aage kabhi aate nahin the।

¹¹⁹unse varsa paana hamaara hak hai, sabka hak hai apne piyar ghar (muktidhaam) mein jaane ka।

¹³⁹It is our right to claim our inheritance from Him. ¹⁴⁰Everyone has a right to go to their Parent’s home, the land of liberation.

¹²⁰mukti-jeevanmukti ka hak hai।

¹⁴¹They all have a right to liberation and liberation-in-life.

¹²¹jeevanmukti sabko milni hai।

¹⁴²Everyone is to receive liberation-in-life.

¹²²jeevanbandha se mukta ho shant mein jaate hain phir jab aate hain to jeevanmukta hain।

¹⁴³You become free from bondage-in-life and go into peace. ¹⁴⁴Then, when you come down here, you are liberated-in-life.

¹²³parantu sabko satayug mein to jeevanmukti nahin milti।

¹⁴⁵However, not everyone receives liberation-in-life in the golden age.

¹²⁴satayug mein jeevanmukti mein the devi-devta।

¹⁴⁶It is the deities who have liberation-in-life in the golden age.

¹²⁵peechhe jo aate hain kam sukh, kam duhkh paate hain।

¹⁴⁷Those who come later experience less happiness and less sorrow.

¹²⁶yeh hisaab-kitaab hai।

¹⁴⁸This is the account.

¹²⁷sabse kangaal bhaarat hi bana hai, jo sabse oonch tha।

¹⁴⁹Bharat alone which was the highest has become the most poverty-stricken.

¹²⁸baap bhi kehte hain - yeh devi-devta dharma bahut sukh dene vaala hai।

¹⁵⁰The Father Himself says: This deity religion is one that gives a lot of happiness.

¹²⁹yeh bani banaai hai, sab apne-apne samay par apna-apna part bajaate hain।

¹⁵¹This drama is predestined. ¹⁵²All come and play their own parts at their own time.

¹³⁶sabki buddhi ek jaisi nahin hai। ¹³⁷shreemat par chalne ki himmat chaahiye।

¹⁶²Then, Shiv Baba, whatever You feed me, whatever You give me to wear… it would be through Brahma and Jagadamba.

¹³⁸phir shivbaaba aap jo khilaao, jo pahnaao… brahma aur jagat amba dvaara।

¹⁶³Everything would be done through Brahma, would it not, and so, both (Shiv and Brahma) are combined.

¹³⁹brahma dvaara hi sab kuchh karenge na।

¹⁶⁴He carries out His task through Brahma alone.

¹⁵¹kalpa pahle jo adopt hue hain vahi ab hote hain।

¹⁵⁹aatma jhoothi hoti hai to shareer bhi jhootha ho jaata hai, phir sachcha kaise ho?

¹⁶⁰jhoothi cheez ko aag mein daalte hain, pavitra karne ke liye।

²⁴³Those who are seated on the immortal throne, on the Father’s heart throne and maintain their elevated pride cannot be distressed even in their dreams.
