0 12/11/23 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 22/03/1996

1“brahman jeevan ki personality - sab prashnon se paar sada prasannachitta rehna''

1The personality of Brahmin life is to go beyond

2aaj sarva praapti daata, baapdaada apne sarva praapti swaroop bachchon ko dekh rahe hain।

2all questions and be constantly satisfied. 3Today, BapDada, the Bestower of all attainments, is seeing all His children who are embodiments of full attainment.

3baapdaada dvaara praaptiyaan to bahut hui hain, jiska agar varnan karo to bahut hain lekin lambi list bataane ke bajaae yahi varnan karte ho ki ‘apraapta nahin koi vastu is brahman jeevan mein।

4You have had a lot of attainments from BapDada, and if you were to make a list of them, it would be a very long list, and so, instead of speaking about the long list, you simply say: “Nothing is lacking in this Brahmin life.” 5So, BapDada is seeing that you have a lot of attainments.

4' to baapdaada dekh rahe hain ki praaptiyaan to bahut hain, lambi list hai na!

6It is a long list, is it not? 7What would be the sign in the practical lives of those who have all attainments?

5to jisko sarva praaptiyaan hain uski nishaani pratyaksha jeevan mein kya dikhaai degi-woh jaante ho na?

8You know this, do you not? 9The sign of all attainments is that the personality of satisfaction would be constantly visible on one’s face and in one’s activities.

6sarva praaptiyon ki nishaani hai - sada uske chehre aur chalan mein prasannata ki personality dikhaai degi।

10It is the personality that attracts someone. 11So the sign of all attainments is the personality of satisfaction, which can also be called contentment.

7personality hi kisi ko bhi aakarshit karti hai। 8to sarva praaptiyon ki nishaani - prasannata ki personality hai, jisko santushtata bhi kehte hain।

12However, the sparkle of satisfaction that should be constantly visible on their faces is not visible. 13Sometimes, they are satisfied (prasanchit) and sometimes they have questions (prasnachit).

9lekin aajkal chehre par jo sada prasannata ki jhalak dekhne mein aave, woh nahin dikhaai deti।

14There are two types of children. 15One type is those who are embodiments of questions and ask, "Why?

10kabhi prasannachitta aur kabhi prashnachitta।

16What? 17How? 18When?", as soon as a situation arises.

11do prakaar ke hain, ek hain - jara sa paristhiti aai to prashnachitta - kyon, kya, kaise, kab… yeh prashnachitta aur praapti swaroop sada prasannachitta honge।

19They are those who are embodiments of questions, and the other type is those who are constantly embodiments of attainment, that is, they are completely satisfied.

12usko kabhi bhi kisi bhi baat mein question (prashn) nahin hoga kyonki sarva praaptiyon se sampanna hai।

20They would never have any questions about anything because they are full of all attainments. 21So the questions, "Why?

13to yeh kyon, kya jo hai woh halchal hai, jo sampanna hota hai usmein halchal nahin hoti hai।

22What?", cause fluctuation, and those who are full never fluctuate. 23Something that is empty is unsteady.

14jo khaali hota hai, usmein halchal hoti hai।

24So, ask yourself: Do I remain constantly satisfied?

15to apne aapse poochho ki main sada prasannachitta rehti va rehta hoon?

25Not just sometimes, but constantly? 26Would those who are ten years in knowledge be this constantly or not?

16kabhi-kabhi nahin sada?

27You are not saying “Yes”.

1710 varsha vaale to sada honge ya nahin?

28Are you still thinking about it?

18haan nahin karte, soch rahe hain? 19prasannata agar kam hoti hai to uska kaaran praapti kam aur praapti kam ka kaaran, koi na koi ichchha hai।

29If there is a lack of satisfaction, it means there is a lack of attainment and a lack of attainment means that one desire or another still remains.

20ichchha ka foundation eershya aur apraapti hai।

30The foundation of jealousy is some desire and a lack of attainment.

21bahut sookshm ichchhaayen apraapti ke taraph kheench leti hain, phir royal roop mein yahi kehte hain ki meri ichchha nahin hai, lekin ho jaae to achha hai।

31Very subtle desires pull you to some lack of attainment and then, in a royal language, you say: It isn't my desire, but if it happens it would be good.

22lekin jahaan alpakaal ki ichchha hai, vahaan achha ho nahin sakta।

32However, where there are temporary desires, there cannot be anything good there.

23to check karo chaahe gyaan ke jeevan mein, gyaan ke royal roop ki ichchhaayen, chaahe mote roop ki ichchhaayen, abhi dekha jaata hai ki mote roop ki ichchhaayen samaapta hui hain lekin royal ichchhaayen gyaan ke baad sookshm roop mein rahi hui hain, woh check karo kyonki baapdaada abhi sabhi bachchon ko baap samaan sampanna, sampoorn banaane chaahte hain।

33So check whether there is any royal form of desires in your life on the path of this knowledge or whether there are gross desires. 34It has been seen that gross desires have now finished, but, even after this knowledge, royal desires still remain in a subtle form. 35So check these. 36BapDada now wishes to make all of you children full and perfect, the same as the Father.

24jisse pyaar hota hai, uske samaan banna koi mushkil baat nahin hoti hai।

37Whoever you have love for, it is not difficult to become the same as that one.

25to baapdaada se sabka bahut pyaar hai ya pyaar hai?

38Do you have a lot of love for BapDada or do you simply have love?

26(bahut pyaar hai) pakka?

39(A lot of love.) 40Are you sure?

27to pyaar ke peechhe tyaag karna ya parivartan karna kya badi baat hai?

41So, is it a big thing to renounce something or to transform something out of love?

28(nahin)।

42(It isn't.)

29to poora tyaag kiya hai?

43So, has your renunciation been complete?

30jo baap kehta hai, jo baap chaahta hai woh kiya hai?

44Have you done what the Father wants and what He has asked you to do?

31sada kiya hai?

45All the time?

32kabhi-kabhi se kaam nahin chalega।

46It will not do to do this just sometimes.

33sada ka raajya bhaagya praapta karna hai ya kabhi-kabhi ka?

47Do you wish to claim the fortune of the kingdom for all time or for just some time?

34sada ka chaahiye na?

48You wish to claim it for all time, do you not?

35to sada prasannata, aur koi bhi bhaav chehre par va chalan mein dikhaai nahin de।

49So, let there constantly be satisfaction; let no other feeling be visible on your faces or in your activity.

36kabhi-kabhi kehte hain na aaj behen ji ya bhaai ji ka mood aur hai।

50Sometimes, it is said: Today, this sister's or this brother's mood is different.

37aap bhi kehte ho aaj mera mood aur hai।

51You yourselves also sometimes say: Today, my mood is different.

38to isko kya kahenge?

52What would you call this?

39sada prasannata hui?

53Is that constant satisfaction?

40kai bachche prashansa ke aadhaar par prasannata anubhav karte hain lekin woh prasannata alpakaal ki hai।

54Many children experience satisfaction (prashanta) on the basis of their praise (prashansa). 55However, that satisfaction is temporary.

41aaj hai kuchh samay ke baad samaapta ho jaayegi। 42to yeh bhi check karo ki meri prasannata prashansa ke aadhaar par to nahin hai?

56Today, they would have that satisfaction, but it would finish after some time. 57Also check that your satisfaction is not based on any praise.

43jaise aajkal makaan banaate hain na to cement ke saath ret ki maatra jyaada daal dete hain, mix karte hain।

58This is the same as when they construct buildings nowadays: they use a little bit more sand than cement in them; it is mixed.

44to yeh bhi aisa hi hai jo foundation mix hai। 45yathaartha nahin hai।

59It is the same here: the foundation is mixed, it is not accurate.

46to jara sa paristhiti ka toofaan aata hai va kisi bhi prakaar ki halchal hoti hai to prasannata ko samaapta kar deti hai।

60Then, if there is the slightest storm of any adverse situation or any type of fluctuation, it finishes your satisfaction.

47to aisa foundation to nahin hai?

61You do not have such a foundation, do you?

48baapdaada ne pahle bhi sunaaya hai, ab phir se underline kar rahe hain ki royal roop ki ichchha ka swaroop naam, maan aur shaan hai। 49aadhaar service ka lete hain, service mein naam ho।

62BapDada had also told you earlier, and He is now underlining it, that the royal form of desire is name, regard and honour. 63You might take the support of service and want to have your name glorified in the service you do.

50lekin jo naam ke peechhe seva karte hain, unka naam alpakaal ke liye to ho jaata hai ki bahut achha serviceable hai, bahut achha aakarshan karne vaale hain lekin naam ke aadhaar par seva karne vaale ka oonch pad mein naam peechhe ho jaata haikyonki kachcha phal kha liya, paka hi nahin।

64However, the thing about those who do service while chasing after a name is that, although they are very serviceable and attract others very well, they only have their names glorified for a temporary period. 65Those who do service on the basis of earning a name make their names go to the back of the list of those who are to claim a high status, because they eat the unripe fruit which will never ripen.

51to pakka phal kahaan khaayenge, kachcha kha liya।

66So, how can you eat the ripe fruit if you have already eaten the unripe fruit?

52abhi-abhi seva ki, abhi-abhi naam paaya to yeh kachcha phal hai, ya ichchha rakhi ki seva to mainne bahut ki, sabse jyaada seva ke nimitta main hoon, ye naam ke aadhaar par seva hui - ise kahenge kachcha phal khaane vaale।

67You did service and earned a name; that is unripe fruit. 68Or, you have a desire: I did a lot of service, and I am an instrument for doing the most service. 69So, those who do service on the basis of earning a name are those who eat unripe fruit.

53to kachche phal mein taakat hoti hai kya?

70Can there be any strength in unripe fruit?

54va seva ki, to seva ke result mein mere ko maan milna chaahiye।

71You think: I did so much service, and so I should receive regard as a result.

55yeh maan nahin hai lekin abhimaan hai।

72That is not regard (maan), but arrogance (abhimaan).

56jahaan abhimaan hai vahaan prasannata rah nahin sakti।

73Where there is arrogance, there cannot be any satisfaction.

57sabse bada shaan baapdaada ke dil mein shaan praapta karo।

74The greatest honour is to receive honour in BapDada's heart.

58aatmaon ke dil mein agar shaan mil bhi gaya to aatma svayan hi lene vaali hai, master daata hai, daata nahin।

75Even if you receive honour in the hearts of other souls, those souls are those who receive or are master bestowers, not the Bestower.

59to shaan chaahiye to sada baapdaada ke dil mein apna shaan praapta karo।

76So if you wish to receive honour, then constantly receive your honour in BapDada's heart.

60ye sab royal ichchhaayen praapti swaroop banne nahin deti hain, isliye prasannata ki personality sada chehre aur chalan mein dikhaai nahin deti hai।

77All of those royal desires do not allow you to become embodiments of attainment, and the personality of satisfaction is therefore not constantly visible on your face or in your activity.

61kisi bhi paristhiti mein prasannata ki mood parivartan hoti hai to sadaakaal ki prasannata nahin kahenge।

78If, in any situation, your mood of satisfaction changes, then that is not permanent satisfaction.

62brahman jeevan ki mood sada cheerful aur careful। 63mood badalna nahin chaahiye।

79The mood of Brahmin life is to be constantly cheerful and careful; do not change your mood.

64phir royal roop mein kehte hain aaj mujhe badi ekaanta chaahiye।

80However, in royal words, you say: Today, I want solitude.

65kyon chaahiye?

81Why do you need this?

66kyonki seva va parivaar se kinaara karna chaahte hain, aur kehte hain shanti chaahiye, ekaanta chaahiye।

82You want to step away from doing service or being with the family, and you say that you want peace and solitude.

67aaj mood mera aisa hai।

83Today, my mood is like this.

68to mood nahin badli karo।

84So, do not change your mood.

69kaaran kuchh bhi ho, lekin aap kaaran ko nivaaran karne vaale ho, ki kaaran mein aane vaale ho?

85There may be some reason, but are you those who change the reason into a solution or those who get caught up in the reasons?

70nivaaran karne vaale।

86You are those who find solutions.

71theka kya liya hai?

87What contract have you taken?

72contractor ho na?

88You are contractors, are you not?

73to kya contract liya hai?

89So what contract have you taken?

74ki prakriti ki mood bhi change karenge।

90That you will even change the mood of the elements.

75prakriti ko bhi change karna hai na?

91You also have to change the elements.

76to prakriti ko parivartan karne vaale apne mood ko nahin parivartan kar sakte?

92So can those who change the elements not change their moods? 93Does your mood change or not?

77mood change hoti hai ki nahin?

94Do you sometimes change your mood?

78kabhi-kabhi hoti hai? 79phir kahenge saagar ke kinaare par jaakar baithte hain, gyaan saagar nahin, sthool saagar।

95You then say that you would like to go and sit by the ocean, not the Ocean of Knowledge, but a physical ocean.

80foreigners aise karte hain na?

96You foreigners do this, do you not?

81ya kahenge aaj pata nahin akela, akela lagta hai।

97Or, you would say: I don't know why, but today, I feel very lonely.

82to baap ka combined roop kahaan gaya?

98So, where did the combined form of the Father go?

83alag kar diya? 84combined se akele ho gaye, kya isi ko pyaar kaha jaata hai?

99Did you separate yourself from Him? 100You become separated from being combined: is this called love?

85to kisi bhi prakaar ka mood, ek hota hai - mood oph, woh hai badi baat, lekin mood parivartan hona yeh bhi theek nahin।

101In fact, being in an "off-mood" is something very serious, but even to keep changing your mood is not good.

86mood oph vaale to bahut bhinna-bhinna prakaar ke khel dikhaate hain, baapdaada dekhte hain, badon ko bahut khel dikhaate hain ya apne saathiyon ko bahut khel dikhaate hain।

102Those who have an off-mood show a variety of games. 103BapDada sees that they show many games to their seniors and even their companions.

87aisa khel nahin karo kyonki baapdaada ka sabhi bachchon se pyaar hai।

104Do not play such games, because BapDada has a lot of love for all the children.

88baapdaada yeh nahin chaahta ki jo vishesh nimitta hain, woh baap samaan ban jaaen aur baaki bane ya nahin banen, nahin।

105It is not that BapDada just wants the special instrument souls to become the same as the Father and is not concerned whether others become that or not; no.

89sabko samaan banaana hi hai, yahi baapdaada ka pyaar hai।

106BapDada has to make everyone equal: this is BapDada's love.

90to pyaar ka respond dene aata hai ki naaz-nakhre se return karte ho?

107Do you know how to give the response of love? 108Or, do you give the return of this with your mischievous games?

91kabhi naaz-nakhre dikhaate aur kabhi samaan banke dikhaate hain।

109Sometimes, you show mischievous games and sometimes you show a response by being equal.

92abhi woh samay samaapta hua।

110That time has now finished.

93abhi diamond jubilee mana rahe ho na?

111You are now celebrating the Diamond Jubilee, are you not?

94to 60 saal ke baad vaise bhi vaanaprastha shuru hota hai।

112After 60 years, you generally start the age of retirement.

95to abhi chhote bachche nahin ho, abhi vaanaprastha arthaat sab kuchh jaanne vaale, anubhvi aatmaayen ho, knowledgeful ho, powerful ho, successful ho।

113You are no longer small children, but are in the stage of retirement, that is, you are experienced souls who know everything: knowledge-full, powerful and successful.

96jaise sada knowledgeful ho aise powerful aur successful bhi ho na?

114So, just as you are constantly knowledge-full, so too, you are also powerful and successful, are you not?

97kabhi-kabhi successful kyon nahin hote, uska kaaran kya hai?

115Why are you sometimes not successful? 116What is the reason for this?

98vaise saphalta aap sabka janma siddha adhikaar hai।

117In fact, success is the birthright of all of you.

99kehte ho na?

118You say this, do you not?

100sirf kehte ho ya maante bhi ho?

119Do you just say it or do you also believe it?

101to kyon nahin saphalta hoti hai, kaaran kya hai?

120So, why do you not experience success?

102jab apna janma siddha adhikaar hai, to adhikaar praapta hone mein, anubhav hone mein kami kyon?

121What is the reason for this, since it is your birthright? 122So, why do you lack attaining this right or experiencing it?

103kaaran kya?

123What is the reason for this?

104baapdaada ne dekha hai - majority apne kamjor sankalp pahle hi emerge karte hain, pata nahin hoga ya nahin!

124BapDada has seen that the majority of you allow weak thoughts to emerge in advance: I don't know if this will happen or not.

105to yeh apna hi kamjor sankalp prasannachitta nahin lekin prashnachitta banaata hai।

125These weak thoughts of yours do not allow you to become an embodiment of satisfaction but make you an embodiment of questions.

106hoga, nahin hoga?

126"Will it happen? 127Will it not happen?

107kya hoga?

128What will happen?

108pata nahin… yeh sankalp deevaar ban jaati hai aur saphalta us deevaar ke andar chhip jaati hai।

129I don't know if..." 130These thoughts become a wall, and success gets hidden behind this wall.

109nishchaybuddhi vijayi - yeh aapka slogan hai na!

131Your slogan is: One whose intellect has faith is victorious.

110jab yeh slogan abhi ka hai, bhavishya ka nahin hai, vartamaan ka hai to sada prasannachitta rehna chaahiye ya prashnachitta?

132Since this is the slogan of this time, it is for the present and not the future. 133Since this is the slogan for the present time, what should you remain at all times?

111to maaya apne hi kamjor sankalp ki jaal bichha leti hai aur apne hi jaal mein phans jaate ho।

134Satisfied or full of questions? 135So Maya spreads a web of your own weak thoughts and you become trapped in your own web.

112vijayi hain hi - isse is kamjor jaal ko samaapta karo।

136Finish that web of weak thoughts with this awareness: "I am victorious".

113phanso nahin, lekin samaapta karo।

137Do not become trapped in it, but finish it.

114samaapta karne ki shakti hai?

138Do you have the power to finish it?

115dheere-dheere nahin karo, phat se second mein is jaal ko badhne nahin do।

139Do not finish it slowly, but do it instantly in a second. 140Do not allow this web to grow.

116agar ek baar bhi is jaal mein phans gaye na to nikalna bahut mushkil hai।

141Once you become trapped in this web, it is very difficult to leave it.

117vijay mera birthright hai, saphalta mera birthright hai।

142“Victory is my birthright.” 143“Success is my birthright.”

118yeh birthright, parmaatma birthright hai, isko koi chheen nahin sakta - aisa nishchaybuddhi, sada prasannachitta sahaj aur svatah rahega।

144This birthright is a Godly birthright which no one can snatch away from me. 145Those whose intellects have such faith would easily and automatically remain constantly satisfied.

119mehnat karne ki bhi jaroorat nahin।

146They would not need to work hard for this.

120asphalta ka doosra kaaran kya hai?

147What is the second reason for a lack of success?

121aap log doosron ko bhi kehte ho ki samay, sankalp, sampatti sab saphal karo।

148You yourselves tell others to use their time, thoughts and wealth in a worthwhile way.

122to saphal karna arthaat saphalta paana।

149To use something in a worthwhile way means to attain success.

123saphal karna hi saphalta ka aadhaar hai।

150The basis of success is to use everything in a worthwhile way.

124agar saphalta nahin milti to zaroor koi na koi khajaane ko saphal nahin kiya hai, tab saphalta nahin mili।

151If you do not attain success, it is because you are not using one treasure or another in a worthwhile way. 152That is why you don't attain success.

125khajaanon ki list to jaante ho na to check karo - kaun sa khajaana saphal nahin kiya, vyartha ganvaaya?

153There are many treasures and you know the list of all treasures, do you not? 154So, check which treasure it was that you did not use in a worthwhile way and just wasted.

126to svatah hi saphalta praapta ho jaayegi।

155You will then automatically attain success.

127yeh varsa bhi hai to vardaan bhi hai - saphal karo aur saphalta paao।

156This is an inheritance and also a blessing. 157Use everything in a worthwhile way and attain success.

128to saphal karna aata hai ki nahin?

158Do you know how to use everything in a worthwhile way, or not?

129to saphalta milti hai?

159Do you then attain success?

130saphal karna hai beej aur saphalta hai phal।

160To use something in a worthwhile way is the seed and success is its fruit.

131agar beej achha hai to phal nahin mile yeh ho nahin sakta।

161If the seed is good, it is not possible for you to not attain any fruit from it.

132saphal karne ke beej mein kuchh kami hai tab saphalta ka phal nahin milta।

162There must be something lacking in the seed of using everything in a worthwhile way because that is why you do not attain the fruit of success.

133to kya karna hai?

163So, what do you have to do?

134sada prasannata ki personality mein raho।

164Constantly maintain your personality of satisfaction.

135prasannachitta rahne se bahut achhe anubhav karenge।

165Those who are satisfied will have very good experiences.

136vaise bhi koi ko prasannachitta dekhte ho to kitna achha lagta hai!

166In fact, when you see those who are satisfied, they seem to be so beautiful.

137uske sang mein rehna, uske saath baat karna, baithna kitna achha lagta hai! 138aur koi prashnachitta vaala aa jaae to tang ho jaayenge।

167It feels so good to be in their company and to sit and talk to them, whereas if someone who asks many questions were to come, you would become fed up.

139to yeh lakshya rakho - kya banna hai?

168So, keep the aim of what it is that you have to become.

140prashnachitta nahin, prasannachitta।

169Do not be one who asks many questions, but one who is satisfied.

141aaj season ka last din hai, to last mein kya kiya jaata hai?

170Today is the last day of the season and so what is done finally on the last day?

142koi yagya bhi rachte hain to last mein kya karte hain?

171When people create a sacrificial fire, what do they finally do?

143svaaha karte hain।

172They sacrifice everything.

144to aap kya karenge?

173So, what will you do?

145prashnachitta ko svaaha karo।

174Sacrifice being embodiments of questions.

146yeh kyon hota hai?

175“Why does this happen?

147yeh kya hota hai?

176What is happening…?” 177No.

148... nahin। 149knowledgeful ho na to kyon, kya nahin।

178Since you are knowledge-full, there shouldn't be any questions of “Why” or “What”.

150to aaj se yeh vyartha prashn svaaha।

179So, from today, sacrifice all of those wasteful questions.

151aapka bhi time bachega aur doosron ka bhi time bachega।

180Your time and the time of others will also be saved.

152daadiyon ka bhi time ismen jaata hai, yeh kyon, yeh kya, yeh kaise!

181The time of the Dadis is also spent in this: Why is this like this? 182What is this? 183How is this possible?

153to yeh samay bachaao, apna bhi aur doosron ka bhi।

184So, save this time. 185Save your own time and also that of others.

154bachat ka khaata jama karo।

186Accumulate in your savings account.

155phir 21 janma aaraam se khaao, piyo, mauj karo, vahaan jama nahin karna padega।

187Then, eat, drink and live in comfort for 21 births. 188You will not have to accumulate anything there.

156to svaaha kiya ki sochenge? 157sochna hai, bhale soch lo।

189So, have you sacrificed this or will you still think about it?

158apne se poochh lo yeh kaise hoga, yeh kar sakenge ya nahin?

190If you want to think about it, you may do so. 191Ask yourselves: How will this be possible?

159yeh ek minute mein soch lo, pakka kaam kar lo।

192Will I be able to do this or not? 193Just think about this for a minute.

160apne se jitne bhi prashn poochhne hon woh ek minute mein poochh lo।

194Complete this task very well. 195Ask yourselves as many questions as you want in a minute.

161poochh liya?

196Have you asked yourselves?

162svaaha bhi kar liya ya sirf prashn poochh liya?

197Did you also sacrifice them, or did you just ask the questions?

163aage ke liye prashn khatma।

198Did you finish all questions for the future?

164(ek minute silence ke baad) khatma kiya?

199(After one minute of silence.) 200Have you finished them?

165(haan ji) aise hi nahin haan kar lena।

201(Ha ji.) 202Do not just say “Yes” for the sake of it.

166jab bahutkaal ka anubhav hai ki prashnachitta arthaat pareshaan hona aur pareshaan karna। 167achhi tarah se anubhav hai na?

203You have experienced over a long period of time that to ask questions means to become distressed and to distress others.

168to apne nishchay aur janma siddha adhikaar ki shaan mein raho to pareshaan nahin honge।

204Therefore, maintain the honour of your faith and your birthright and you will not become distressed.

169jab is shaan se pare hote ho, tabhi pareshaan hote ho।

205When you disregard honour, you then become distressed.

170samjha!

206Do you understand?

171achhi tarah se samjha ki abhi kahenge - haan, samjha aur foreign mein jaayenge to kahenge mushkil hai?

207Did you understand this clearly? 208Or, do you say that you understand it now, but when you return abroad you will say that it is difficult?

172aise to nahin?

209It is not like this, is it?

173achha।

210Achcha.

174ek second mein ashareeri banna - yeh paath pakka hai?

211Is the lesson of becoming bodiless in a second firm?

175abhi-abhi vistaar, abhi-abhi saar mein sama jaao।

212Go into the expansion one moment and merge yourself into the essence in the next.

176(baapdaada ne drill karaai) achha-is abhyaas ko sada saath rakhna।

213(BapDada conducted drill.) 214Achcha. 215Constantly keep this practice with you.

177chaaron or ke sarva prashnachitta se parivartan hone vaale, sada prasannachitta ke personality vaale shreshtha aatmaayen, sada apne vijay aur janma siddha adhikaar ke smriti mein rahne vaale, smriti swaroop vishesh aatmaayen, sada saphal karne se sahaj saphalta ka anubhav karne vaale, baap ke sameep aatmaon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste।

216To all the souls in all directions who transform themselves from being embodiments of questions, to the elevated souls who constantly have the personality of being satisfied, to the souls who are aware of their victory and their birthright, to the special souls who are embodiments of remembrance, to the souls who use everything in a worthwhile way and thereby easily attain success, to the souls who are close to the Father, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

178jo double videsh ke chaaron or ke 10 varsha vaale bachche hain unhon ko vishesh mubaarak aur yaad-pyaar।

217To the double-foreign children in all directions who are over ten years in gyan, special congratulations and love and remembrance to them.

179daadiyon se:- baapdaada ko aap parivaar ke sirtaaj nimitta aatmaon ke liye “sada jeete raho, udte raho aur udaate raho'' - yeh sankalp sada rehta hai।

218BapDada meeting the Dadis: BapDada constantly has the thought for you instrument souls who are the crown of the family: "May you live eternally, may you constantly fly and make others fly."

180apne yog ki tapasya ke shakti se shareeron ko chala to rahe ho lekin aapse jyaada baapdaada ko ona rehta hai isliye samay pramaan fast chakkar nahin lagaao।

219You are making your bodies work with the power of tapasya, and BapDada has even more concern than you have. 220Therefore, now, according to the time, do not have fast tours.

181aaraam se jaao aur aao kyonki duniya ki paristhitiyaan bhi fast badal rahi hain isliye seva ki baapdaada mana nahin karte hain, lekin balance।

221Go comfortably and come back comfortably. 222Now, situations of the world are also changing fast. 223BapDada is not forbidding you to do service, but telling you to keep a balance.

182sabhi ke praan aapke shareeron mein hain, tan theek hai to seva bhi achhi hoti jaayegi isliye seva khoob karo lekin jyaada dhakka nahin lagaao, thoda dhakka lagaao।

224Everyone’s life is in your bodies (of the Dadis). 225If your bodies are well, then good service can take place. 226Therefore, do a lot of service, but do not push yourself. 227Push yourself a little.

183jyaada dhakka lagaane se kya hota hai?

228What happens when you push yourself too much?

184battery slow ho jaati hai isliye balance abhi se rakhna aavashyak hai।

229The battery gets low. 230Therefore, from now on, it is essential to keep a balance.

185aise nahin socho yeh varsha to kar len, doosra varsha pata nahin kya hai?

231Do not think: Let me do it this year, because I do not know what is going to happen next year.

186nahin। 187jeena hai aur udaana hai।

232No, you have to live and make others fly.

188abhi to aapka part hai na?

233This is now your parts, is it not?

189to apne part ko samajhkar dhakka lagaao lekin balance mein dhakka lagaao।

234So, understand your parts and then push yourselves, but push yourselves whilst keeping a balance. 235OK?

190theek hai। 191fast nahin banaao, do din yahaan hai to teesre din vahaan hain, nahin।

236Do not make a fast programme of being in one place for two days and on the third day, you have to be somewhere else; no.

192abhi woh time nahin hai, jab aisa time aayega to ek din mein chaar-chaar sthaan par bhi jaana padega lekin abhi nahin।

237It is not the time for that yet. 238When such a time comes, you will have to go to four different places in one day, but not yet.

193achha।

239Achcha.

Blessing

194vardaan:- divya gunon ke aahvaan dvaara sarva avgunon ki aahuti dene vaale santushta aatma bhav

240Blessing: May you be a contented soul who brings out divine virtues by putting the offering of all your defects into the sacrificial fire.

195jaise deepaavli par vishesh saphaai aur kamaai ka dhyaan rakhte hain।

241 On Deepawali, special attention is paid to cleanliness and to earning an income.

196aise aap bhi sab prakaar ki saphaai aur kamaai ka lakshya rakh santushta aatma bano।

242Similarly, you have to keep the aim of having cleanliness in every way and also of earning an income and becoming a contented soul.

197santushtata dvaara hi sarva divya gunon ka aahvaan kar sakenge phir avgunon ki aahuti svatah ho jaayegi।

243It is only with contentment that you are able to bring out all of your divine virtues. 244The offering of defects will then be made automatically.

198andar jo kamjoriyaan, kamiyaan, nirbalta, komalta rahi hui hai, unhein samaapta kar ab naya khaata shuru karo aur naye sanskaaron ke naye vastra dhaaran kar sachchi deepaavli manaao।

245Finish weaknesses, deficiencies, feelings of being powerless and any delicate nature that remain within you and now open a new account. 246Put on the new clothes of new sanskars and celebrate the true Deepawali.

Slogan

199slogan:- baap ke aagyaakaari hokar raho to gupta duaayen samay par madad karti rahengi।

247Slogan: Be obedient to the Father and, at the right time, blessings will continue to help you in an incognito way.

248*** Om Shanti ***
