¹Essence: Sweet children, body consciousness makes you cry. ²Become soul conscious and you will be able to make the right effort; your hearts will be honest and you will be able to follow the Father completely.

²prashn:- kisi bhi paristhiti va aapda mein sthiti nirbhay va ekras kab rah sakti hai? ³uttar:- jab drama ke gyaan mein poora-poora nishchay ho।

³Question: When can your stage become fearless and constant in adverse situations and calamities? ⁴Answer: When you have full faith in the knowledge of the drama.

⁴koi bhi aaphat saamne aai to kahenge yeh drama mein tha। ⁵kalpa pahle bhi ise paar kiya tha, ismen darne ki baat hi nahin।

⁵When any calamity comes in front of you, it is said that it is fixed in the drama; you overcame it in the previous cycle too. ⁶There is no need to be afraid of anything in this.

⁶parantu bachchon ko mahaaveer banna hai।

⁷However, you children have to become mahavirs.

⁷jo baap ke poore madadgaar sapoot bachche hain, baap ki dil par chadhe hue hain, aise bachche hi sada sthir rehte, avastha ekras rehti hai।

⁸Those who are the Father’s full helpers and are His worthy children, those who are seated on His heart throne, are the ones who are able to remain constantly stable.

¹⁰jab vinaash ka samay hota hai to kuchh bach to jaate hi hain, raam ki sena ya raavan ki sena donon se bachte zaroor hain।

¹¹to raavan ki sena chillaati hai।

²¹hanoomaan koi ek nahin tha।

²⁵There wasn’t just one Hanuman.

²²sab hanoomaan, mahaaveeron ki hi maala hai।

²⁶The whole rosary is of Hanuman and the mahavirs.

²³rudraaksha maala hoti hai na।

²⁷There is the rosary of Rudraksh.

²⁴rudra bhagwan ki bhi jo maala hai uska naam hi hai rudra maala।

²⁸The rosary of God Rudra is called the rosary of Rudra.

²⁵rudraaksha ek bahut keemti beej hota hai।

²⁹A Rudraksh bead is very valuable.

²⁶rudraaksha mein bhi koi real, koi artificial hote hain, vahi maala 100 roopaye ki bhi milegi, vahi maala do roopaye ki bhi milegi।

³⁰Amongst Rudraksh beads, some are real and others are artificial. ³¹The same type of rosary can be bought for either a hundred rupees or two rupees.

³²It is the same with everything.

²⁸baap heere jaisa banaate hain, uski bhent mein sab artificial thahre।

³³The Father makes you become like diamonds and, in comparison to that, everyone else is artificial.

²⁹sach paramatma ke aage sab jhoothe worth not A penny hain।

³⁴In front of God, the Truth, everyone else is false and not worth a penny.

³⁰ek kahaavat hai na - soorya ke aage andhera kabhi chhip nahi sakta।

³⁵There is a saying: Darkness cannot remain hidden in front of the sun.

³¹ab yeh hai gyaan soorya, unke aage agyaan kabhi chhip nahin sakta।

³⁶That One is the Sun of Knowledge. ³⁷Ignorance cannot remain hidden in front of Him.

³⁸You are receiving the truth from the true Father.

³³tum jaante ho sachche eeshvar baap ke liye manushya jo bolte hain woh jhooth bolte hain।

³⁹You know that whatever people say about God, the Father, the Truth is lies.

³⁴abhi tum samjhaate ho geeta ka bhagwan shiv hai, na ki daivi gunon vaala devta shreekrishna।

⁴⁰You now explain that the God of the Gita is Shiva and not Shri Krishna, the deity with divine virtues.

³⁵abhi hai sangamayug, phir satayug zaroor hoga।

⁴¹It is now the confluence age and there will then definitely be the golden age.

³⁶shreekrishna ki aatma abhi gyaan le rahi hai।

⁴⁶As you progress further, the truth will eventually emerge.

⁴³sarvavyaapi kyon samjha hai?

⁴⁷This is the first and foremost thing.

⁴⁴kyonki geeta mein shreekrishna ka naam daal diya hai।

⁴⁸Why have people considered God to be omnipresent?

⁴⁵in baaton ko tum jaante ho।

⁴⁹Because they have inserted Krishna’s name in the Gita.

⁴⁶shreekrishna athva devi-devtaaon ki jo aatmaayen hain unhonne 84 janma poore liye hain।

⁵⁰You know these things. ⁵¹Shri Krishna and the deity souls have completed their 84 births.

⁴⁷gaaya bhi jaata hai aatma paramatma alag rahe bahukaal… ham hi sabse pahle bichhude hain।

⁵²It is sung: Souls remained separated from the Supreme Soul for a long time. ⁵³We are the first ones to become separated.

⁴⁸baaki sab aatmaayen to baba ke saath vahaan rehti hain।

⁵⁴The rest of the souls stay with Baba up there.

⁴⁹iska arth koi nahin samajhte।

⁵⁵No one understands the meaning of this.

⁵⁰tumhaare mein bhi koi birle hain jo yathaartha reeti samjha sakte hain।

⁵⁶Among you, too, scarcely any of you are able to explain these things accurately.

⁵¹deh-abhimaan hi bahut rulaata hai।

⁵⁷It is body consciousness that makes you cry a great deal.

⁵²dehi-abhimaani hi theek purushaartha karenge to dhaarna bhi achhi reeti ho sakti hai isliye kaha jaata hai follow father।

⁵⁸Only those who are soul conscious will make very good effort and they are also able to imbibe everything very well.

⁵³act mein bhi father aate hain।

⁵⁹This is why it is said: Follow the Father.

⁶⁴The Father explains: Children, become soul conscious!

⁵⁸bahut achhe bachche bhi deh-abhimaani hain kyonki baba ko yaad nahin karte।

⁶⁵Many very good children are body conscious because they don’t remember the Father.

⁵⁹jo yogi nahin, woh dhaarna nahin kar sakte।

⁶⁶Those who are not yogis are unable to imbibe anything.

⁶⁰yahaan to sachchaai chaahiye।

⁶⁷Honesty is required here.

⁶¹poora follow karna chaahiye।

⁶⁸You have to follow Him fully.

⁶²jo sunte ho woh dhaaran kar samjhaate raho।

⁶⁹Whatever you hear, imbibe it and then continue to explain to others.

⁶³nirbhay rehna hai।

⁷⁰You have to remain fearless.

⁶⁴drama par khade rehna hai।

⁷¹You have to remain firm on the drama.

⁶⁵koi bhi aaphten aadi aati hain to samajhte hain yeh drama mein hai।

⁷²When any calamities come, it is understood that they are fixed in the drama.

⁶⁶takleeph paas to ki hai na।

⁷³You overcame difficulties before.

⁶⁷tum sab mahaaveer ho na।

⁷⁴All of you are mahavirs, are you not?

⁶⁸tumhaara naam baala hai।

⁷⁵Your name is glorified.

⁶⁹8 bahut achhe mahaaveer hain, 108 unse kam hain, 16 hajaar unse kam। ⁷⁰banna to zaroor hai।

⁷⁶Eight are very good mahavirs and then there are 108 a little less than them, and then 16,000 a little less than them.

⁷¹yeh baadshaahi kalpa pahle bhi sthaapan hui hai so honi hai। ⁷²bahut sanshay mein aakar chhod bhi dete hain।

⁷⁷You definitely have to become that. ⁷⁸This kingdom was also established in the previous cycle, and so it has to happen now.

⁷³nishchay ho to aise baap ko faarakti thode hi de sakte hain।

⁷⁹Many develop doubts and then leave. ⁸⁰If they had faith, they would not divorce such a Father.

⁷⁴jor karke gyaan amrit pilaaya jaata hai to bhi peete nahin, jaise chhota bachcha hota hai na।

⁸¹Sometimes, even when someone is forced to drink the nectar of knowledge, as you make little children do, they don’t drink it.

⁷⁵baap gyaan doodh pilaate hain to bhi peete nahin hain, ekdam munh pher lete hain to bilkul nikamme ban jaate hain।

⁸²The Father gives you the milk of knowledge to drink and, in spite of that, you don’t drink it. ⁸³You turn your faces completely away and so you become completely useless.

⁷⁶kah dete hain hamko maat-pita se kuchh bhi nahin chaahiye, main shreemat par nahin chal sakta hoon to shreshtha phir kaise banenge?

⁸⁴You then say: I don’t want anything from the Mother and Father. ⁸⁵I am unable to follow shrimat. ⁸⁶In that case, how will you become elevated?

⁷⁷bhagwan ki hai shreemat।

⁸⁷Shrimat is from God.

⁷⁸to yeh bhi ek slogan likh dena chaahiye ki niraakaar gyaan saagar patit-paavan bhagwan shivaachaarya vaach - maata svarga ka dvaar hai।

⁸⁸So, you should also write this slogan: The incorporeal Ocean of Knowledge, the Purifier, God Shiva, the Teacher, speaks: Mothers are the gateway to heaven.

⁷⁹samjhaane ke liye buddhi mein points aani chaahiye।

⁸⁹These points should enter your intellects for you to explain.

⁸⁰student zaroor sab nambarvaar honge।

⁹⁰All of you students would definitely be numberwise.

⁸¹drama mein vahi apna-apna part baja rahe hain।

⁹¹You are playing your parts in the drama.

⁸²duhkh mein ham unko yaad karte hain।

⁹²We remember Him at times of sorrow.

⁸³door desh mein baap rehte hain, unko ham aatmaayen yaad karti hain।

⁹³The Father lives in the faraway land. ⁹⁴We souls remember Him.

⁸⁴duhkh mein simran sab karen, sukh mein ek bhi nahin karte hain।

⁹⁵Everyone remembers Him at times of sorrow but not a single person remembers Him in happiness.

⁸⁵abhi to duhkh ki duniya hai na।

⁹⁶It is now a world of sorrow, is it not?

⁸⁶yeh samjhaana bahut sahaj hai।

⁹⁷It is very easy to explain this.

⁸⁷pahle-pahle to samjhaana hai ki baap hai svarga ki sthaapna karne vaala, to kyon nahin hamko svarga ki baadshaahi milni chaahiye।

⁹⁸First of all, you have to explain that the Father is the One who establishes heaven, so why should we not receive the sovereignty of heaven?

⁸⁸yeh bhi jaante hain sab to varsa nahin paayenge।

⁹⁹You know that not everyone will receive this inheritance.

⁸⁹sab svarga mein aa jaayen to phir narka ho hi nahin।

¹⁰⁰If everyone were to go to heaven, there would be no hell.

⁹⁰vriddhi kaise ho?

¹⁰¹How could there then be expansion?

⁹¹yeh to gaaya hua hai - bhaarat avinaashi khanda arthaat avinaashi baap ka birth place hai।

¹⁰²It is remembered that Bharat is an imperishable land, that is, it is the birthplace of the eternal Father.

⁹²bhaarat hi svarga tha।

¹⁰³Bharat itself was heaven.

⁹³ham khushi se bolte hain - 5 hajaar varsha pahle svarga tha।

⁹⁶zaroor bhaarat mein hi sooryavanshi-chandravanshi the।

¹⁰⁷The sun and moon dynasties definitely existed in Bharat.

⁹⁷chitra bhi unke hain।

¹⁰⁸There are also their images.

⁹⁸kitna sahaj hai।

¹⁰⁹This is so easy!

⁹⁹buddhi mein yeh knowledge chalti hai।

¹¹⁰This knowledge works on your intellects.

¹⁰⁰baba ki aatma mein yeh knowledge thi to ham aatmaon ko bhi dhaarna karaai hai।

¹¹¹The soul of Baba had this knowledge in Him and so He made us souls imbibe it.

¹⁰¹woh hai hi knowledgeful।

¹¹²He alone is the knowledge-full One.

¹⁰²phir kehte bhi hain ki is prajaapita brahma dvaara raajayog sikhlaata hoon jisse woh raajaaon ka raaja ban jaate hain।

¹¹³He says: I teach you Raja Yoga through this Prajapita Brahma and he then becomes the king of kings.

¹⁰³phir yeh knowledge praayah lop ho jaayegi।

¹¹⁴This knowledge will then disappear.

¹⁰⁴ab gyaan phir se tumko mil raha hai।

¹¹⁵You are now once again receiving knowledge.

¹⁰⁵to ab tum bachchon ko challenge deni hai।

¹¹⁶You children now have to issue a challenge.

¹⁰⁶ismen badi achhi first class buddhi chaahiye।

¹¹⁷Very good, first-class intellects are needed for this.

¹⁰⁷baba apne paas kabhi bhi oonchi vastu nahin rakhte।

¹¹⁸Baba never keeps anything first class for himself.

¹⁰⁸kahenge itne makaan aadi banaaye hain, woh bhi bachchon ke rahne ke liye banaaye hain।

¹¹⁹He would say: All of these buildings that have been built are for the children to live in.

¹⁰⁹nahin to bachche kahaan aakar rahenge।

¹²⁰Otherwise, where would the children come and stay?

¹¹⁰ek din to sab makaan apne haath aa jaayenge।

¹²¹One day, all the buildings will belong to us.

¹¹¹bhagwan ke dar par bhakton ki bheed to honi hi hai na।

¹²²There is going to be a huge crowd of devotees on God’s doorstep.

¹¹²unhon ne to bahut bhagwan bana diye hain।

¹²³They have made many into God.

¹¹³practical mein to yeh hai na।

¹²⁴In practice, that One is the only One.

¹¹⁴tum samajhte ho kitni bheed hogi।

¹²⁵You understand how much of a crowd there will be.

¹¹⁵duniya mein to bahut andhashradha hai।

¹²⁶There is a lot of blind faith in the world.

¹¹⁶mele lagte hain to kitni bheed ho jaati hai।

¹²⁷When fairs take place, there is such a crowd.

¹¹⁷kabhi-kabhi to aapas mein lad padte hain।

¹²⁸Sometimes, they even fight among themselves.

¹¹⁸bheed mein phir kitne mar padte hain। ¹¹⁹bahut nuksaan ho jaata hai।

¹²⁹So many people die in such big crowds; a lot of damage is caused.

¹²⁰to yeh svadarshan chakra bahut achha hai।

¹³⁰So, this discus of self-realisation is very good.

¹²¹slogan bhi zaroor likh dena chaahiye।

¹³¹You should also definitely write down these slogans.

¹²²pichhaadi mein maataaon ke aage sabhi ko jhukna hai।

¹³²At the end, everyone has to bow down in front of the mothers.

¹²³shaktiyon ke aise chitra banaate hain।

¹³³They make such pictures of the Shaktis!

¹²⁴baap bachchon ke liye gyaan baarood banvaate hain।

¹³⁴The Father is having the ammunition of knowledge made for you children.

¹²⁵kehte hain siddha karo।

¹²⁷bhakta bhagwan ko yaad karte hain, saadhu saadhna karte hain - bhagwan se milne liye।

¹³⁷Devotees remember God; sages make spiritual endeavour in order to meet God. ¹³⁸God is called the Father.

¹²⁸god ko father kaha jaata hai।

¹³⁹We are truly His children.

¹²⁹barobar ham unki santaan thahre। ¹³⁰brotherhood kehte hain na।

¹⁴⁰They speak of a brotherhood, that the Hindus and the Chinese are brothers.

¹³¹cheeni-hindu bhaai-bhaai hain। ¹³²to baap ek hua na।

¹⁴¹So, their Father would be One, would he not?

¹³³jismaani roop mein phir behen-bhaai ho jaate hain, vikaari drishti ho na sake।

¹⁴²In the physical form, they are brothers and sisters, and so there cannot be vicious vision.

¹³⁴yeh yukti hai pavitra rahne ki।

¹⁴³This is the way to remain pure.

¹³⁵baap bhi kehte hain - kaam mahaashatru hai।

¹⁴⁴The Father also says: Lust is the great enemy.

¹³⁶parantu jab koi samjhe।

¹⁴⁵However, you have to understand this.

¹³⁷mukhya ek baat hai - bhagwan sabka baap hai।

¹⁴⁶The one main thing is: God is the Father of all.

¹³⁸baap svarga ki sthaapna karne vaala hai to zaroor baap se varsa milna chaahiye।

¹⁴⁷The Father is the One who establishes heaven and so you surely have to receive the inheritance from the Father.

¹³⁹varsa tha, ab ganvaaya hai।

¹⁴⁸You had the inheritance and you then lost it.

¹⁴⁰yeh sukh-duhkh ka khel hai।

¹⁴⁹This is a play about happiness and sorrow.

¹⁴¹yeh achhi reeti se samjhaana chaahiye।

¹⁵⁰This has to be explained very well.

¹⁴²achha!

¹⁵¹Achcha.

¹⁴³meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

¹⁵²To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

¹⁴⁴roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।

¹⁵³The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

¹⁴⁵dhaarna ke liye mukhya saar:-

¹⁵⁴Essence for dharna:

¹⁴⁶1) sachchaai ko dhaaran kar baap ki har act ko follow karna hai।

¹⁵⁵ 1. Imbibe honesty and follow every act of the Father.

¹⁴⁷gyaan amrit peena aur pilaana hai। ¹⁴⁸nirbhay banna hai।

¹⁵⁶Drink the nectar of knowledge and also inspire others to drink it.

¹⁴⁹2) ham bhagwan ke bachche aapas mein bhaai-bhaai hain - is smriti se apni drishti-vritti ko pavitra banaana hai।

¹⁵⁷Become fearless. ¹⁵⁸ 2. Have the awareness that you are the children of God, the brothers, and so you must make your vision and attitude pure.

¹⁵⁰vardaan:- har ek ki visheshta ko dekhte unhein seva mein lagaane vaale duaaon ke paatra bhav

¹⁵⁹Blessing: May you be worthy of receiving blessings by seeing each one’s specialities and using them for doing service. ¹⁶⁰ BapDada has love for each child’s specialities and so He has love for all of you because each child has one or another speciality.

¹⁵¹jaise baapdaada ka har ek bachche ki visheshta se pyaar hai aur har ek mein koi na koi visheshta hai isliye sabse pyaar hai। ¹⁵²to aap bhi har ek ki visheshta ko dekho।

¹⁶¹Similarly, you also have to see each one’s specialities. ¹⁶²Just as a swan picks up pearls and not stones, similarly, you are holy swans. ¹⁶³Your duty is to see each one’s specialities and to use their specialities for doing service.

¹⁵³jaise hans ratna chugta hai, patthar nahin aise aap holeehans ho, aapka kaam hai harek ki visheshta ko dekhna aur unki visheshta ko seva mein lagaana।

¹⁶⁴Make them enthusiastic to use their specialities for doing service and you will receive their blessings and you will also receive a share for whatever service they do.

¹⁵⁴unhein visheshta ke umang mein laakar, un dvaara unki visheshta seva mein lagaao to unki duaayen aapko milengi। ¹⁵⁵aur woh jo seva karega uska share bhi aapko milega। ¹⁵⁶slogan:- baapdaada ke saath aise combined raho jo aap dvaara doosron ko baap ki yaad aa jaae। ¹⁵⁷maateshvari ji ke madhur mahaavaakya

¹⁶⁵Slogan: Remain combined with BapDada in such a way that others are reminded of the Father through you.

¹⁵⁹satoguni, rajoguni, tamoguni yeh teen shabd kehte hain isko yathaartha samajhna zaroori hai।

¹⁶⁸The expansion of tamoguni Maya. ¹⁶⁹There are the three words, “satoguni, rajoguni and tamoguni” and it is essential to understand them accurately.

¹⁶⁰manushya samajhte hain yeh teenon gun ikatthe chalte rehte hain, parantu vivek kya kehta hai - kya yeh teenon gun ikatthe chale aate hain va teenon gunon ka part alag-alag yug mein hota hai?

¹⁷⁰People believe that these three qualities co-exist at the same time, but what does your conscience say? ¹⁷¹Do these three qualities co-exist at the same time or does each of the three qualities have a part in separate ages?

¹⁶¹vivek to aise hi kehta hai ki yeh teenon gun ikatthe nahin chalte jab satayug hai to satogun hai, dvaapar hai to rajogun hai aur kaliyug hai to tamogun hai। ¹⁶²jab sato hai to tamo rajo nahin, jab rajo hai to phir satogun nahin hai।

¹⁷²The conscience says that these three do not co-exist at the same time. ¹⁷³When it is the golden age (satyug), everything is satoguni, when it is the copper age, everything is then rajoguni and when it is the iron age, everything is then tamoguni.

¹⁶³yeh manushya to aise hi samajhkar baithe hain ki yeh teenon gun ikatthe chalte aate hain।
