¹Essence: Sweet children, if you remember Alpha and beta, the Father and the inheritance, your mercury of happiness will remain high. ²This is an easy matter of just a second. ³Question: Which children have limitless happiness?

²prashn:- beanta khushi kin bachchon ko rahegi? ³sada khushi ka paara chadha rahe uska saadhan kya hai? ⁴uttar:- jo bachche ashareeri banne ka abhyaas karte, baap jo sunaate hain usko achhi reeti dhaaran kar doosron ko karaate hain, unhein hi beanta khushi rah sakti hai।

⁴What is the way to keep your mercury of happiness constantly high? ⁵Answer: The children who practise being bodiless, those who imbibe very well whatever the Father tells them and who inspire others to imbibe it experience limitless happiness.

⁵khushi ka paara sada chadha rahe iske liye avinaashi gyaan ratnon ka daan karte raho।

⁶In order for your mercury of happiness to remain constantly high, continue to donate the imperishable jewels of knowledge.

⁶bahuton ka kalyaan karo।

⁷Bring benefit to many others.

⁷sada yeh smriti rahe ki ham abhi sukh aur shanti ki choti par ja rahe hain to khushi rahegi।

⁸Always have the awareness that you are now going to the peak of happiness and peace and you will then remain happy.

¹¹harek ek second mein likhkar baba ko dikha jaaye।

¹²(sabne likhkar baapdaada ko dikhaaya phir baba ne bhi likha।

¹³(Everyone wrote it and showed it to Baba. ¹⁴Then Baba also wrote it down.

¹³baba ne jo likha so koi ne nahin likha) baba ne likha alpha aur be, kitna sahaj hai।

¹⁵No one had written what Baba wrote.) ¹⁶Baba wrote: Alpha and beta. ¹⁷It is so easy!

¹⁴alpha maana baba, be maana baadshaahi।

¹⁸Alpha means Baba and beta means the kingdom.

¹⁵baba padhaate hain aur tum raajaai praapta karte ho।

¹⁹Baba is teaching you and you are attaining your kingdom.

¹⁶aur jaasti likhne ki darkaar nahin।

²⁰There is no need to write anything more.

¹⁷tumne to likhne mein do minute bhi lagaaya।

²⁷The meaning of Alpha is that He is the highest peak.

²⁴usse oopar aur koi cheez hi nahin।

²⁸There is nothing higher than that.

²⁵rahne ka sthaan bhi oonche te ooncha hai।

²⁹The place of residence is also the highest of all.

²⁶second mein mukti-jeevanmukti ka arth bhi koi nahin jaante।

³⁰No one knows the meaning of liberation or liberation-in-life in a second.

³⁸baap ko aatma hi yaad karti hogi।

⁴²It is the soul that must be remembering the Father.

³⁹tum bhi baap ko yaad karo to raajaai iktthi yaad aa jaayegi।

⁴³When you remember the Father, you also remember the kingdom at the same time.

⁴⁰kitni deri lagti hai।

⁴⁴How long does it take?

⁴¹yahaan bhi yaad mein baithenge to bahut gad-gad ho jaayenge।

⁴⁵Here, when you sit in remembrance, you would be overjoyed.

⁴²baba bhi is khushi mein baithe hain।

⁴⁶Baba too is sitting here in this happiness.

⁴³baap ko yahaan ki koi baat yaad hi nahin।

⁴⁷The father doesn’t remember anything of here.

⁴⁴baba yaad karte hain vahaan ki baaten।

⁴⁸Baba remembers the things of there (the new world).

⁴⁵baba aur raajaai jaise ki dar par khade hain।

⁴⁹It is as though Baba and the kingdom are standing on your doorstep.

⁴⁶baap kehte hain tum bachchon ke liye raajaai le aaya hoon।

⁵⁰The Father says: I have brought the kingdom for you children.

⁴⁷tum sirf yaad nahin karte isliye khushi nahin thaharti।

⁵¹It is just that you don’t have remembrance and this is why your happiness doesn’t remain.

⁴⁸tum uthte baithte apne ko aatma samjho aur mujh baap aur varse ko yaad karo।

⁵²While sitting and moving around, consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father, and your inheritance.

⁴⁹kitna ooncha sthaan hai jahaan tum rehte ho।

⁵³The place where you reside is so high.

⁵⁰duniya thode hi jaanti hai।

⁵⁴The world doesn’t know this.

⁵¹manushya mukti mein jaane ke liye kitna maatha maarte hain।

⁵⁵People beat their heads so much in order to go into liberation.

⁵²abhi muktidhaam hai kahaan?

⁵⁶However where is the land of liberation?

⁵³tum samajhte ho aatma to rocket hai।

⁵⁷You understand that each soul is a rocket.

⁵⁴vo log chaand tak jaate hain phir hai polaar। ⁵⁵tum to polaar se bhi bahut oonch jaate ho।

⁵⁸Those people go to the moon, but then, after that, there is just space. ⁵⁹You go even beyond that space.

⁵⁶chandrama to is duniya ka hai।

⁶⁰The moon exists in this world.

⁵⁷kaha jaata hai soorya chaand se pare, aavaaj se bhi pare।

⁶¹It is said: Beyond the sun and moon, even beyond sound.

⁵⁸is shareer ko chhod dena hai।

⁶²You have to shed your bodies.

⁵⁹tum aate ho sweet silence hom se।

⁶³You come here from the sweet silence home.

⁶⁰aane jaane mein time nahin lagta hai।

⁶⁴It doesn’t take time to come and go.

⁶¹apna ghar hai।

⁶⁵That is your home.

⁶²yahaan to kahaan bhi jaao to time lagta hai।

⁶⁶Here, wherever you go, it takes time.

⁶³aatma shareer chhodti hai to second mein kahaan ka kahaan chali jaati hai।

⁶⁷When a soul sheds his body, he goes so far away in a second.

⁶⁴ek shareer chhod doosre mein jaakar pravesh karti hai।

⁶⁸A soul sheds one body and goes and enters another one.

⁶⁵to apne ko aatma samajhna hai।

⁶⁹So, you have to consider yourselves to be souls.

⁶⁶tum bahut oonch choti par jaate ho।

⁷⁰You are going to the very highest peak.

⁶⁷manushya shanti chaahte hain।

⁷¹People want peace.

⁶⁸shanti ki highest choti hai niraakaari duniya aur sukh ki bhi highest choti hai svarga।

⁷²The highest peak of peace is the incorporeal world and the highest peak of happiness is heaven.

⁶⁹oonche te oonch ko tower kaha jaata hai।

⁷³The highest on high is called a tower.

⁷⁰tumhaara ghar bhi kitna ooncha hai।

⁷⁴Your home is also so high.

⁷¹duniya vaale kabhi in baaton par khyaal nahin karte।

⁷⁵People of the world never think about these things.

⁷²unko yeh baaten samjhaane vaala koi hai nahin।

⁷⁶There is no one to explain these things to them.

⁷³usko kaha jaata hai shanti ka tower।

⁷⁷That is called the tower of peace.

⁷⁴manushya to kehte rehte hain vishwa mein shanti ho। ⁷⁵parantu iska arth nahin jaante ki shanti kahaan hai।

⁷⁸People continue to say that there should be peace in the world, but they don’t know the meaning of it, that is, where there is peace.

⁷⁶yeh lakshmi-naaraayan sukh ke tower mein hain vahaan koi lobh, laalach nahin।

⁷⁹Lakshmi and Narayan exist in the tower of happiness; there is no greed or temptation there.

⁷⁷vahaan ka khaan paan, bolna bada royal hota hai aur phir sukh bhi highest।

⁸⁰Their food, drink and way of speaking etc. are all very royal and they experience the highest happiness.

⁷⁸unhon ki mahima dekho kitni hai kyonki unhonne bahut mehnat ki hai।

⁸¹Look how much they are praised by having made a lot of effort.

⁷⁹yeh ek nahin hai, saari maala bani hui hai।

⁸²They are not the only ones; a whole rosary was created.

⁸⁰vaastav mein 9 ratna gaaye hue hain।

⁸³In fact, nine jewels are remembered.

⁸¹zaroor unhonne gupta mehnat ki hogi।

⁸⁴Surely, they must have made incognito effort.

⁸²baap aur varse ki yaad rahe tab hi vikarma vinaash honge।

⁸⁵Only when you remember the Father and the inheritance will your sins be absolved.

⁸³parantu maaya yaad karne nahin deti।

⁸⁶However, Maya doesn’t allow you to stay in remembrance.

⁸⁴kabhi kaam, kabhi krodh …bahut toofaanon mein laati hai।

⁸⁷Sometimes lust and sometimes anger bring many storms.

⁸⁵apni nabja dekhni hai।

⁸⁸You have to feel your own pulse.

⁸⁶naarad ko bhi kaha shakla dekho।

⁸⁹Narad was told to look at his face in a mirror.

⁸⁷to woh avastha abhi hai nahin, banaani hai।

⁹⁰So, you don’t have that stage now; it has to be created.

⁸⁸baba em object zaroor bataayenge।

⁹¹Baba would definitely show you your aim and objective.

⁸⁹andar mein purooshaartha karte raho।

⁹²Continue to make effort internally.

⁹⁰aage chalkar woh avastha tumhaari hogi।

⁹³As you make further progress, you will have that stage.

⁹¹ashareeri rahne ki practice karni hai।

⁹⁴You have to practise being bodiless.

⁹²ab jaana hai vaapis।

⁹⁵You now have to return home.

⁹³baba ne kaha hai mujhe yaad karo।

⁹⁶Baba said: Remember Me.

⁹⁴yaad nahin karenge to sajaayen bhi bahut khaani padegi aur phir pad bhi kam।

⁹⁷If you don’t remember Me, there will have to be a lot of punishment and your status will also be reduced.

⁹⁵yeh hain bahut sookshm baaten।

⁹⁸These matters are very subtle.

⁹⁶vo log science mein kitna deep jaate hain।

⁹⁹Those people go so deep into science.

⁹⁷kya-kya banaate rehte hain।

¹⁰⁰Look at what they continue to create!

⁹⁸woh bhi sanskaar to chaahiye na, jo phir vahaan bhi jaakar yeh cheezen banaayenge।

¹⁰¹Those sanskars are also needed so that they can go there and create those things.

⁹⁹sirf yeh duniya badli honi hai।

¹⁰²It is just that this world has to change.

¹⁰⁰yahaan ke sanskaar anusaar hi jaakar janma lenge। ¹⁰¹jaise ladaai vaalon ki buddhi mein ladaai ke sanskaar rehte hain, to woh sanskaar le jaate hain।

¹⁰³They will all go from here and take birth according to their sanskars of the present time. ¹⁰⁴The intellects of those who fight in an army have the sanskars of battling.

¹⁰²ladne bigar rah nahin sakte। ¹⁰³officer ke paas queue lagi rehti hai।

¹⁰⁵So, they carry those sanskars with them; they cannot stay without fighting.

¹⁰⁴bharti karte samay jaanch karte hain, koi beemaari to nahin hai।

¹⁰⁶An officer would always have a queue in front of him.

¹⁰⁵okh - kaan aadi sab theek hain। ¹⁰⁶ladaai mein to sab theek chaahiye।

¹⁰⁷At the time of registering everyone, they check that they don’t have any illness.

¹⁰⁷yahaan bhi dekha jaata hai ki kaun-kaun vijay maala ka daana banenge।

¹⁰⁸They check that their eyes, ears etc. all function well. ¹⁰⁹They have to function well to be in an army.

¹⁰⁸tumhein purooshaartha kar karmaateet avastha ko paana hai।

¹¹⁰Here, too, it is seen which ones will become the beads of the rosary of victory.

¹⁰⁹aatma ashareeri aai hai, ashareeri ban jaana hai।

¹¹¹You have to make effort and attain your karmateet stage.

¹¹⁰vahaan shareer ka koi sambandh nahin। ¹¹¹ab ashareeri banna hai।

¹¹²Souls came here bodiless and have to return home bodiless.

¹¹²aatmaayen vahaan se aati hain, aakar shareer mein pravesh karti hain।

¹¹³There is no relationship with bodies there. ¹¹⁴You now have to become bodiless.

¹¹³dher ki dher aatmaayen aati rehti hain।

¹¹⁵Souls come from there and enter bodies here.

¹¹⁴sabko apna-apna part mila hua hai।

¹¹⁶So many souls continue to come.

¹¹⁵jo nai pavitra aatmaayen aati hain, unko zaroor pahle sukh milna hai isliye unki mahima hoti hai।

¹¹⁷Each one of you has received your own part. ¹¹⁸New, pure souls definitely receive happiness at first. ¹¹⁹This is why they are praised.

¹¹⁶bada jhaad hai na।

¹²⁰The tree is big.

¹¹⁷kitne naameegraami bade aadmi hain।

¹²¹There are so many very well-known people.

¹¹⁸apni-apni taakat anusaar bahut sukh mein honge।

¹²²All of you will be in a lot of happiness, according to your own strength.

¹¹⁹to ab bachchon ko mehnat karni hai, karmaateet avastha mein pavitra hokar jaana hai।

¹²³So, you children now have to make a lot of effort. ¹²⁴You have to become pure and go back in your karmateet stage.

¹²⁰apni chaal ko dekhna hai kisko duhkh to nahin dete hain!

¹²⁵You have to examine your own behaviour: Do I cause anyone sorrow?

¹²¹baap kitna meetha hai।

¹²⁶The Father is so sweet.

¹²²most beloved hai na।

¹²⁷He is the most beloved.

¹²³to bachchon ko bhi banna hai।

¹²⁸So, you children have to become the same.

¹²⁴yeh to tum bachche jaante ho ki baap yahaan hai।

¹²⁹You children know that the Father is here.

¹²⁵manushyon ko thode hi yeh maaloom hai ki baap yahaan sthaapna kar rahe hain phir bhi janma-janmaantar unko yaad karte rehte hain।

¹³⁰People don’t know that the Father is carrying out establishment here. ¹³¹Nevertheless, they continue to remember Him for birth after birth.

¹²⁶shiv ke mandir mein jaakar kitni pooja karte hain।

¹³²They go to a Shiva Temple and worship Him so much.

¹²⁷kitni oonchi choti par badreenaath aadi ke mandir mein jaate hain।

¹³³They go to such a high peak, to the temple of Badrinath etc.

¹²⁸kitne mele lagte hain kyonki bahut meetha hai na।

¹³⁴There are so many melas that take place (in His name) because He is very sweet.

¹²⁹gaate bhi hain oonche te ooncha bhagwan।

¹³⁵They sing: God is the Highest on High.

¹³⁰buddhi mein niraakaar hi yaad aayega।

¹³⁶They would only keep the incorporeal One in their intellects.

¹³¹niraakaar to hai hi। ¹³²phir hai brahma-vishnu-shankar।

¹³⁷There is always the incorporeal One and then there are Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar.

¹³³unko bhagwan nahin kahenge।

¹³⁸They cannot be called God.

¹³⁴abhi tum bachche samajhte ho ki ham hi satopradhaan devta the, jab ham vishwa ke maalik the to itne dher manushya the hi nahin।

¹³⁹You children now understand that you too were satopradhan deities. ¹⁴⁰When you were the masters of the world, there weren’t so many human beings.

¹³⁵sirf bhaarat mein hi inka raajya hoga।

¹⁴¹Their kingdom will just be in Bharat.

¹³⁶baaki sab chale jaayenge-shantidham mein।

¹⁴²All the rest will go away to the land of peace.

¹³⁷yeh sab tum dekhte rahenge, ismen badi vishaalbuddhi chaahiye।

¹⁴³You continue to observe all of this. ¹⁴⁴A very broad and unlimited intellect is needed for this.

¹³⁸vahaan tumko pahaadi aadi par jaane ki darkaar nahin।

¹⁴⁵There, you won’t need to go to the mountains.

¹³⁹vahaan koi bhi accident aadi nahin hote।

¹⁴⁶There will be no accidents etc. there.

¹⁴⁰woh hai hi wonder oph svarga।

¹⁴⁷That is the wonder of heaven.

¹⁴¹jab woh svarga ka wonder nahin hai to maaya ke wonders bante hain।

¹⁴⁸When it is not the wonder of heaven, it becomes the wonder of Maya.

¹⁴²yeh baaten duniya vaale nahin samajh sakte।

¹⁴⁹People of the world cannot understand these things.

¹⁴³ab tum svarga mein jaane ke liye purooshaartha kar rahe ho।

¹⁵⁰You are now making effort to go to heaven.

¹⁴⁴woh hai sukh ka tower। ¹⁴⁵yeh hai duhkh ka tower।

¹⁵¹That is the tower of happiness whereas this is the tower of sorrow.

¹⁴⁶ladaai mein kitne manushya roz marte hain phir janmate bhi honge।

¹⁵²So many people are dying in war every day, and so they must also be taking birth somewhere.

¹⁴⁷gaaya jaata hai eeshvar ka ant nahin paaya jaata।

¹⁵³It is remembered: You cannot reach the end of God.

¹⁴⁸ab eeshvar to hai bindi, unka ant kya paayenge।

¹⁵⁴God is just a point. ¹⁵⁵What end could you reach?

¹⁴⁹baap kehte hain is rachna ke aadi madhya ant ko koi nahin jaante।

¹⁵⁶The Father says: No one knows the beginning, middle or end of this creation.

¹⁵⁰saadhu santa koi rachta aur rachna ka ant nahin pa sakte hain।

¹⁵⁷Sages and holy men cannot reach the end of the Creator or creation.

¹⁵¹tumko baap padhaate hain, isko padhaai kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵⁸The Father is teaching you. ¹⁵⁹This is called a study.

¹⁵²srishti chakra ke raaz ko tum bachche hi jaante ja rahe ho।

¹⁶⁰Only you children now come to know the secrets of the world cycle.

¹⁵³woh to kehte hain ham nahin jaante ya to laakhon varsha kah dete hain।

¹⁶¹Those people say: We do not know. ¹⁶²Or, they speak of hundreds of thousands of years.

¹⁵⁴ab baap ne samjhaaya hai yeh jo kuchh tum yahaan dekhte ho - ye vahaan nahin rahega।

¹⁶³The Father has explained that everything you see now will not exist there.

¹⁵⁵svarga hai tower aaph sukh। ¹⁵⁶yahaan hai duhkh hi duhkh।

¹⁶⁴Heaven is the tower of happiness, whereas here, there is nothing but sorrow.

¹⁵⁷achaanak maut aisa aayega jo sab khatma ho jaayenge।

¹⁶⁵Death will come suddenly in such a way that everyone will die.

¹⁵⁸maut dekhna maasi ka ghar nahin hai, inko kaha jaata hai duhkh ki choti।

¹⁶⁶To witness death is not like going to your aunty’s home!

¹⁵⁹woh hai sukh ki choti। ¹⁶⁰bas teesra koi akshar nahin।

¹⁶⁷This is called the peak of sorrow and that is called the peak of happiness.

¹⁶¹tumhaare mein bhi bahut hain jo sunte hain parantu dhaarna nahin hoti hai।

¹⁶⁸There is no other word. ¹⁶⁹Among you too, there are many who listen to this but are unable to imbibe it.

¹⁶²dhaarna tab ho jab buddhi golden ej ho।

¹⁷⁰You can only imbibe this when your intellects become golden aged.

¹⁶³dhaarna nahin hoti to khushi bhi nahin rehti।

¹⁷¹If you do not imbibe it, you cannot experience happiness.

¹⁶⁴ekdam highest padhaai vaale bhi hain to lowest bhi hain। ¹⁶⁵padhaai mein farka to hai na।

¹⁷²There are those who study at the highest level and there are also those who study at the lowest level; there is a difference in how they study.

¹⁶⁶unhon ko kitna bhi behad ka baap samjhaaye parantu kabhi bhi nahin samjhenge।

¹⁷³No matter how much the unlimited Father explains to them, they would never understand.

¹⁶⁷yaad bigar to tum pavitra kabhi nahin ban sakenge।

¹⁷⁴You will never be able to become pure without having remembrance.

¹⁶⁸baap hi chumbak hai।

¹⁷⁵The Father Himself is like a magnet.

¹⁶⁹woh ekdam highest power vaala hai।

¹⁷⁶He is the One with the highest power.

¹⁷⁰un par kabhi kat chadh nahin sakti, baaki sab par kat chadhi hui hai, unko utaar phir satopradhaan banna hai।

¹⁷⁷He can never become rusty. ¹⁷⁸All others are covered in rust. ¹⁷⁹You have to remove that and become satopradhan once again.

¹⁷¹baap kehte hain maamekam yaad karo aur koi mein mamatva na rahe।

¹⁸⁰The Father says: Constantly remember Me alone. ¹⁸¹Let there be no attachment to anyone else.

¹⁷²saahookaaron ko to saara din dhan daulat hi saamne aata rahega।

¹⁸²Wealthy ones keep seeing their wealth in front of them throughout the day.

¹⁷³gareebon ko to kuchh hai nahin parantu gareeb bhi kuchh samajhdaar hon jo dhaarna kar saken।

¹⁸³The poor don’t have anything but, if they are sensible, they can imbibe.

¹⁷⁴yaad bigar kichda kaise niklega।

¹⁸⁴How can the rubbish be removed without having remembrance?

¹⁷⁵ham pavitra kaise banenge।

¹⁸⁵How can we become pure?

¹⁷⁶tum yahaan aaye ho oonch choti par jaane।

¹⁸⁶You have come here to go to the highest peak.

¹⁷⁷jaante ho baap ki shiksha par chalne se ham oonch sukh ki choti par jaayenge।

¹⁸⁷You know that by following the Father’s teachings, you will go to the highest peak of happiness.

¹⁷⁸ismen mehnat hai।

¹⁸⁸This requires effort.

¹⁷⁹baap aate hain tower par le jaane।

¹⁸⁹The Father comes here to take to you to the tower.

¹⁸⁰to shreemat par chalna pade।

¹⁹⁰So you have to follow shrimat.

¹⁸¹pahle number mein in lakshmi-naaraayan ka hi gaayan hai।

¹⁹¹Lakshmi and Narayan are remembered as number one.

¹⁸²woh ekdam tower mein honge। ¹⁸³phir kuchh na kuchh kam।

¹⁹²They would be in the highest tower, and others would be lower than them.

²²⁸This requires a lot of effort.

²²⁹Some do a lot of service.

²²⁰saara din museum samjhaane par khade hain।

²³⁰They stand all day long at the museum explaining.

²²¹din raat service mein tatpar hain।

²³¹They remain engaged in doing service day and night.

²²²saikdon museum khul jaayenge।

²³²Hundreds of museums will open.

²²³laakhon log tumhaare paas aayenge, tumko phursat nahin milegi।

²³³Hundreds of thousands of people will come and you won’t even have time.

²²⁴sabse jaasti tumhaare dukaan niklenge - in avinaashi gyaan ratnon ke।

²³⁴You will have the maximum number of shops of these imperishable jewels of knowledge.

²⁴²Examine your behaviour to see that you do not cause sorrow for anyone: “Have I become as sweet as the Father?”

²³⁵duniya vaale kehte hain ki aajkal sachche logon ka chalna hi mushkil hai, jhooth bolna hi padega, kai brahman aatmaayen bhi samajhti hain ki kahaan-kahaan chaturaai se to chalna hi padta hai, lekin brahma baap ko dekha satyata va pavitrata ke liye kitni opposition hui phir bhi ghabraaye nahin।

²⁴⁵Many Brahmin souls also think that they sometimes have to conduct themselves with deviousness. ²⁴⁶However, you saw Father Brahma: he had to face so much opposition for the truth and purity, but he was not afraid. ²⁴⁷For the truth, you need to have the power of tolerance. ²⁴⁸You have to tolerate everything, you have to bow down, you have to accept defeat, but that is not defeat, it is victory for all time.
