³prashn:- sada khushmizaaz kaun rah sakte hain? ⁴khushmizaaz banne ka saadhan kya hai? ⁵uttar:- sada khushmizaaz vahi rah sakte jo gyaan mein bahut hoshiyaar hain, jo drama ko kahaani ki tarah jaante aur simran karte hain।

⁴Question: Who can remain constantly happy and what is the way to become happy? ⁵Answer: Only those who are very clever in this knowledge and who know how to remember the drama in the form of a story can remain constantly happy.

⁶khushmizaaz banne ke liye sada baap ki shreemat par chalte raho।

⁶In order to remain constantly happy, continue to follow the Father’s shrimat.

⁷apne ko aatma samjho aur baap jo bhi samjhaate hain uska achhi tarah manthan karo।

⁷Consider yourself to be a soul and churn very well everything that the Father explains to you.

⁸vichaar saagar manthan karte-karte khushmizaaz ban jaayenge।

⁸By churning the ocean of knowledge, you will become happy.

¹¹yeh to aatmaayen jaanti hain ki ek hi hamaara baap hai aur shiksha bhi dete hain, teacher ka kaam hain shiksha dena। ¹²guru ka kaam hai manzil bataana।

¹¹You souls know that only the One is our Father and that He also gives us teachings. ¹²It is the duty of a teacher to give teachings and the duty of a guru to show you your destination.

¹³manzil ko bhi bachche samajh gaye hain।

¹³You children have understood your destination.

¹⁴mukti jeevanmukti ke liye yaad ki yaatra bilkul zaroori hai। ¹⁵hain donon sahaj।

²⁸parantu chalte-chalte kuchh rola pad jaata hai।

²⁹jaise pahaadon par neeche oopar chadhna hota hai, vaise bachchon ki avastha bhi aise hoti hai।

²⁷Just as you have to come up and go down the mountain, so the children’s stage is also the same.

³⁰koi bahut oonch chadhte hain phir girte hain to aage se bhi jaasti gir padte hain।

²⁸Some climb up very high and then they fall. ²⁹So, they fall down even further than they were before.

³¹ki kamaai chat ho jaati hai।

³⁰Everything they had earned is then lost.

³²bhal kitna bhi daan punya karte hain parantu phir punya karte-karte agar paap karne lag padte hain to sab punya khatma ho jaate hain।

³¹No matter how much they have donated or how much charity they have performed, if they begin to commit sin while performing charity, all the charity is finished.

³³sabse bada punya hai - baap ko yaad karna।

³²The greatest charity is to remember the Father.

³⁴yaad se hi punya aatma banenge।

³³It is only by having remembrance that you will become a charitable soul.

³⁵agar sang ke rang se bhool hi bhool karte jaayen to aage se bhi jaasti neeche gir jaate।

³⁴If you continue to make mistakes by being coloured by the company you keep, you will fall even further than you were before.

³⁶phir woh khaata jama nahin rahega। ³⁷na (ghaata) ho jaayega।

³⁵Then, nothing will be accumulated in that account; there will be a loss.

³⁸paap ka kaam karne se na ho jaata। ³⁹bahut paap ka khaata chadh jaata hai।

³⁶When you do something sinful, a loss is incurred; a lot of sin is accumulated in your account.

⁴⁰muraadi sambhaali jaati hai na।

³⁷Accounts have to be looked after.

⁴¹baap bhi kehte hain tumhaara khaata punya ka tha, paap karne se woh sau guna ho jaata hai aur hi ghaate mein aa jaayega।

³⁸The Father also says: You had an account of charity, and by then committing sin, that became an account of one hundred-fold sin; you incurred a further loss.

⁴²paap bhi koi bahut bada, koi halka hota hai।

³⁹Some sins are very big and others are lighter.

⁴³kaam hai bahut kada, krodh hai second number, lobh unse kam।

⁴⁰Lust is very severe. ⁴¹Anger is the second number and greed is less than that.

⁴⁴sabse jaasti kaam vash hone se jo jama hua woh na ho jaata hai।

⁴²Whatever you have accumulated, it is reduced the most by lust.

⁴⁵phaayde ke badle nuksaan ho jaata hai।

⁴³Instead of a profit, there is a loss.

⁴⁶satguru ka nindak thaur na paaye।

⁴⁴Those who defame the Satguru cannot receive a status.

⁴⁷baap ka bankar phir chhod dete hain।

⁴⁵Some belong to the Father and then leave Him.

⁴⁸kya kaaran hua?

⁴⁶What is the reason for that?

⁴⁹aksar karke kaam ki chot lagti hai।

⁴⁷Usually, they are hurt by lust.

⁵⁰yeh hai kada dushman।

⁴⁸That is a very severe enemy.

⁵¹unka hi but banaakar jalaate hain।

⁴⁹They make an effigy of it and burn it.

⁵²krodh, lobh ka but nahin banaayenge।

⁵⁰They don’t create effigies of anger or greed.

⁵³kaam par hi poori jeet paani hai tab jagatjeet banenge। ⁵⁴bulaate bhi hain ki ham jo raavan raajya mein patit bane hain, hamko aakar paavan banaao।

⁵¹You have to gain total victory over lust, for only then will you become the conquerors of the world. ⁵²You call out: Come and make us, who have become impure in the kingdom of Ravan, pure.

⁵⁵gaate to sab hain patit-paavan। ⁵⁶he patiton ko paavan banaane vaale seetaaon ke raam aao।

⁵³They all sing: O Purifier, o Purifier, the One who purifies the impure, the Rama who belongs to Sita, come!

⁵⁷parantu arth nahin samajhte hain।

⁵⁴However, they don’t understand the meaning of that.

⁵⁸yeh bhi jaante hain ki baap zaroor nai duniya sthaapan karne aayenge। ⁵⁹parantu bahut time dene se ghor andhiyaara ho gaya hai।

⁵⁵You know that the Father would surely come to establish the new world but, because they have lengthened its duration, there is now extreme darkness.

⁶⁰gyaan aur agyaan hai na।

⁵⁶There is knowledge and ignorance.

⁶¹agyaan hai bhakti jiski pooja karte unko jaante hi nahin।

⁵⁷Devotion is ignorance because they don’t know the One whom they worship.

⁶²to unke paas pahunchenge kaise?

⁵⁸So, how can they attain Him?

⁶³isliye daan punya aadi nishphal ho jaata hai।

⁵⁹This is why their donations and charity etc. are fruitless.

⁶⁴karke kuchh alpakaal ke liye kaag vishta ke samaan sukh milta hai। ⁶⁵baaki to duhkh hi duhkh hai।

⁶⁰Perhaps they receive a little temporary happiness like the droppings of a crow but, otherwise, there is nothing but sorrow.

⁶⁶ab baap kehte hain maamekam yaad karo to tumhaare sab duhkh door ho jaayenge।

⁶¹The Father now says: Constantly remember Me alone and all your sorrow will be removed.

⁶⁷ab dekhna hai ham kitna yaad karte hain, jo puraana khatma ho naya jama ho।

⁶²You now have to see how much you remember Him so that the old finishes and the new accumulates.

⁶⁸koi to kuchh bhi jama nahin karte।

⁶³Some don’t accumulate anything.

⁶⁹saara madaar hai yaad par।

⁶⁴Everything depends on remembrance.

⁷⁰yaad bigar paap kaise mite athva katen।

⁶⁵How can your sins be erased or cut away without you having remembrance?

⁷¹paap to bahut hain - janma-janmaantar ke।

⁶⁶There are many sins of birth after birth.

⁷²is janma ki jeevan kahaani sunaane se koi janma-janmaantar ke paap kat nahin jaayenge।

⁶⁷Your sins of many births will not be cut away by telling Baba your life story of this birth.

⁷³sirf is janma ki halkaai ho jaati hai। ⁷⁴baaki to mehnat bahut karni hai, itne janmon ka jo hisaab kitaab hai - vo yog se hi chuktu hone vaala hai।

⁶⁸The sins of this birth become a little lighter, but you have to make a lot of effort. ⁶⁹Only with yoga will all the karmic accounts of so many births be settled. ⁷⁰You should think about how much yoga you have.

⁷⁵vichaar karna chaahiye ki hamaara yog kitna hai?

⁷¹Will I be able to take birth at the beginning of the golden age?

⁷⁶hamaara janma satayug ke aadi mein ho sakega? ⁷⁷jo bahut purooshaartha karenge vahi satayug ke aadi mein janma lenge।

⁷²Only those who make a lot of effort will take birth at the beginning of the golden age; they cannot remain hidden.

⁷⁸woh chhipe nahin rah sakte।

⁷³Not everyone will go to the golden age.

⁷⁹sab to satayug mein nahin aayenge।

⁷⁴Others would claim a low status at the end.

⁸⁰pichhaadi mein jaakar thoda pad paate hain।

⁷⁵If they do come at the beginning, they would have to serve.

⁸¹agar pahle aate bhi hain to naukri karte hain।

⁷⁶This is something common that has to be understood.

⁸²yeh to common baat hai samajhne ki, isliye baap ko bahut yaad karna hai।

⁷⁷This is why you have to remember the Father a great deal.

⁸³tum jaante ho ham nai duniya ke liye vishwa ka maalik banne aaye hain।

⁷⁸You know that we have come here to become the masters of the world in the new world.

⁸⁴jo yaad karenge unko zaroor khushi rahegi।

⁷⁹Those who remember Baba will definitely remain happy.

⁸⁵agar raaja banna hai to praja bhi banaani pade।

⁸⁰If you want to become a king, you also have to create your subjects.

⁸⁶nahin to kaise samjhenge ki ham raaja banne vaale hain।

⁸¹How else could it be understood that you are going to become a king?

⁸⁷jo centre kholte hain, service karte hain unki bhi kamaai hoti।

⁸²Those who open centres and do service also earn an income.

⁸⁸unko bhi bahut phaayda milta hai।

⁸³They receive a lot of benefit.

⁸⁹unko bhi ujoora mil jaata hai।

⁸⁴They receive a reward too.

⁹⁰koi 3-4 centre bhi kholte hain na।

⁸⁵Some even open three or four centres.

⁹¹jo jo karte hain unka hissa to aata hai na।

⁸⁶Whatever they do, they definitely receive a share of that.

⁹²milkar maaya ke duhkh ka chhappar uthaate hain to ismen kandha sab dete hain।

⁸⁷The burden of Maya’s sorrow is now being lifted by all of you together and so everyone gives a shoulder.

⁹³to sabko ujoora milta hai।

⁸⁸Therefore, everyone receives a reward.

⁹⁴jo bahuton ko raasta bataate hain, jitni mehnat karte hain utna oonch pad paate hain।

⁸⁹Those who make effort and show this path to many will accordingly receive a high status.

⁹⁵unko khushi bahut hoti hai।

⁹⁰They will have a lot of happiness.

⁹⁶dil jaanti hai hamne kitnon ko raasta bataaya hai? ⁹⁷kitnon ka uddhaar kiya hai?

⁹¹Your heart knows how many you have shown the path to and how many you have uplifted.

⁹⁸sab kuchh karne ka samay to yahi hai।

⁹²This is the time to do everything.

⁹⁹khaan-paan to sabko milta hi hai।

⁹³You all receive food and drink.

¹⁰⁰koi to kuchh bhi kaam nahin karte hain।

⁹⁴Some don’t do any work at all.

¹⁰¹jaise mama ne kitni service ki।

⁹⁵Look how much service Mama did!

¹⁰²service se unka bahut kalyaan ho gaya।

⁹⁶She benefited a lot from doing service.

¹⁰³ismen bhi service bahut chaahiye।

⁹⁷A lot of service is needed here too.

¹⁰⁴yog ki bhi service hai na।

⁹⁸Service is done by having yoga too.

¹⁰⁵kitne deep direction milte rehte hain।

⁹⁹You receive such deep directions.

¹⁰⁶abhi to aage chalkar kya-kya points niklengi।

¹⁰⁰Now, as you move forward, many different points will emerge.

¹⁰⁷din pratidin unnati hoti jaayegi। ¹⁰⁸nai-nai points niklegi।

¹⁰¹Day by day, there will continue to be progress; new points will emerge.

¹⁰⁹jo service mein tatpar rehte hain, woh jhat pakad lete hain।

¹⁰²Those who remain engaged in doing service are quickly able to grasp them.

¹¹⁰jo service nahin karte unki buddhi mein kuchh baithega nahin।

¹⁰³Nothing will sit in the intellects of those who don’t do service.

¹¹¹bindi roop kaise samjhen?

¹⁰⁴How can they understand the form of a point?

¹¹²tum koi se poochho aatma kitni badi hai?

¹⁰⁵You can ask anyone: How big is a soul?

¹¹³aatma ka desh kaal bataao to kabhi nahin bata sakenge।

¹⁰⁶Tell us what the land and time period of souls are! ¹⁰⁷No one would be able to tell you.

¹¹⁴manushya paramatma ka naam roop desh kaal poochhte hain।

¹⁰⁸People ask about the name, form, land and time of the Supreme Soul.

¹¹⁵tum aatma ka poochho to moonjh jaayenge।

¹⁰⁹If you ask them this about souls, they become confused.

¹¹⁶kisko bhi maaloom nahin hai।

¹¹⁰No one knows this.

¹¹⁷aatma itni chhoti bindi usmein itna saara part bhara hua hai।

¹¹¹A soul is such a tiny point and such a huge part is recorded in it.

¹¹⁸yahaan bhi bahut hain jo aatma paramatma ko jaante hi nahin।

¹¹²Here, too, there are many who don’t know about souls or the Supreme Soul.

¹¹⁹sirf vikaaron ka sanyaas kiya hai, woh bhi kamaal hai।

¹¹³They have just renounced the vices and that, too, is a wonder!

¹²⁰sannyaasiyon ka dharma alag hai।

¹¹⁴The religion of sannyasis is separate.

¹²¹yeh gyaan tumhaare liye hai।

¹¹⁵This knowledge is for you.

¹²²baap samjhaate hain tum pavitra the phir apvitra bane, ab phir pavitra banna hai।

¹¹⁶The Father explains: You were pure and you then became impure. ¹¹⁷You now have to become pure again.

¹²³tum hi 84 ka chakra lagaate ho।

¹¹⁸Only you go around the cycle of 84 births.

¹²⁴duniya mein zara bhi in baaton ko nahin jaante।

¹¹⁹No one in the world knows these things.

¹²⁵gyaan alag, bhakti alag hai।

¹²⁰Knowledge is separate from devotion.

¹²⁶gyaan chadhaata hai bhakti giraati hai।

¹²¹Knowledge makes you ascend and devotion makes you descend.

¹²⁷to raat din ka farka hai।

¹²²So, there is the difference of day and night.

¹²⁸manushya bhal kitna bhi apne ko vedon shaastron ki authority samajhte hain parantu jaante kuchh nahin।

¹²³No matter how much people consider themselves to be authorities of the Vedas and scriptures, they don’t know anything at all.

¹²⁹tumko bhi abhi maaloom pada hai।

¹²⁴You too now know them.

¹³⁰tumhaare mein bhi nambarvaar hain।

¹²⁵Amongst you too, it is numberwise.

¹³¹bhoolne kaaran hi khushi gum hoti hai।

¹²⁶Because you forget your happiness disappears.

¹³²nahin to athaah khushi honi chaahiye।

¹²⁷Otherwise, you would have a lot of happiness.

¹³³baba se tumko yeh varsa mil raha hai।

¹²⁸You are receiving this inheritance from Baba.

¹³⁴baba saakshaatkaar kara dete hain।

¹²⁹Baba grants you visions.

¹³⁵parantu saakshaatkaar kiya, shreemat par nahin chale to phaayda hi kya!

¹³⁰However, if you have visions, but you don’t follow shrimat, what is the benefit in that?

¹³⁶baap ko duhkh mein simran karte hain।

¹³¹People remember the Father when they are in sorrow.

¹³⁷baap ko kehte hain liberator, he raam, he prabhu kehte hain।

¹³²They call out to the Father: Liberator! ¹³³Oh Rama!

¹³⁸parantu woh kaun hai, jaante nahin।

¹³⁴O Prabhu! ¹³⁵However, they don’t know who He is.

¹³⁹bhakti mein koi aise nahin kehte hain ki apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo।

¹³⁶No one on the path of devotion says: Consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father.

¹⁴⁰bilkul nahin।

¹³⁷Not at all!

¹⁴¹agar kehte hote to parampara chala aata। ¹⁴²bhakti to chali aati hai na।

¹³⁸If they were to say this, it would have continued from time immemorial.

¹⁴³bhakti athaah hai।

¹³⁹Devotion has continued.

¹⁴⁴gyaan hai ek। ¹⁴⁵manushya samajhte hain bhakti se bhagwan milega।

¹⁴⁰There is a lot of devotion whereas this knowledge is of One.

¹⁴⁶parantu kaise, kab? ¹⁴⁷yeh nahin jaante। ¹⁴⁸bhakti kab shuru hoti hai, kaun jaasti bhakti karte hain - yeh koi nahin jaante।

¹⁴¹People think that they will find God by performing devotion, but they don’t know how or when. ¹⁴²No one knows when devotion begins or who does the most devotion.

¹⁴⁹kya itna 40 hazaar varsha aur bhakti karte rahenge?

¹⁴³Will they continue to perform devotion for another 40,000 years?

¹⁵⁰ek taraph manushya bhakti kar rahe hain doosre taraph tum gyaan pa rahe ho।

¹⁴⁴On the one side, people are doing devotion and on the other side, you are receiving this knowledge.

¹⁵¹manushyon se kitna maatha maarna padta hai।

¹⁴⁵You have to beat your heads so much with human beings.

¹⁵²itni pradarshani karte ho phir bhi nikalte koton mein koi hain।

¹⁴⁶You hold so many exhibitions but, in spite of that, only a handful out of multimillions emerges.

¹⁵³kitnon ko aap samaan banaakar le aate hain।

¹⁴⁷How many do you make the same as yourselves and bring here?

¹⁵⁴sachche-sachche brahman kitne hain - yeh hisaab abhi nikaal nahin sakte।

¹⁴⁸You cannot calculate at this time how many true Brahmins there are.

¹⁵⁵bahut jhoothe bachche bhi hain।

¹⁴⁹There are many false children too.

¹⁵⁶brahman log katha sunaate hain। ¹⁵⁷baba geeta ki katha sunaate hain।

¹⁵⁰Brahmin priests tell religious stories whereas Baba is telling you the story of the Gita.

¹⁵⁸tum bhi sunaate ho yatha baba tatha bachche।

¹⁵¹You too relate it. ¹⁵²Just as Baba speaks it, so do you children.

¹⁵⁹bachchon ka bhi kaam hai sachchi-sachchi geeta sunaana।

¹⁵³It is the duty of you children to relate the true Gita.

¹⁶⁰shaastra to sabke hain।

¹⁵⁴Everyone has scriptures.

¹⁶¹vaastav mein jo bhi shaastra aadi hain woh sab hain bhakti maarga ke।

¹⁵⁵In fact, all the scriptures etc. belong to the path of devotion.

¹⁶²gyaan ka pustak ek hi geeta hai। ¹⁶³geeta hai maai baap।

¹⁵⁶Only the one Gita is the religious book of knowledge.

¹⁶⁴baap hi aakar sabki sadgati karte hain।

¹⁵⁷The Gita is the mother and father.

¹⁶⁵manushya phir aise baap ki hi glaani karte hain।

¹⁵⁸The Father Himself comes and grants salvation to everyone.

¹⁶⁶shivbaaba ki jayanti hai heere tulya।

¹⁵⁹People then defame such a Father.

¹⁶⁷oonch te oonch bhagwan hi sadgati daata hai।

¹⁶⁰Shiv Baba’s birthday is worth diamonds.

¹⁶⁸baaki aur kisi ki mahima kaise ho sakti hai।

¹⁶¹God, Himself, the Highest on High, is the Bestower of Salvation.

¹⁶⁹devtaaon ki mahima karte hain parantu devta banaane vaala ek baap hi hai। ¹⁷⁰hamaara construction bhi hota hai to destruction bhi hota hai।

¹⁶²How can there be praise of anyone else? ¹⁶³People praise the deities, but it is only the one Father who makes them into deities. ¹⁶⁴Our construction and destruction are taking place.

¹⁷¹bahut hain jo kuchh samjha nahin sakte to sthool kaam karo।

¹⁶⁵There are many who are unable to explain anything, and so they do physical work.

¹⁷²military mein sab kaam karne vaale hote hain।

¹⁶⁶In the military, there are those who do all the work.

¹⁷³kaha bhi jaata hai padhe ke aage anapdhe ko bhari dhoni pade।

¹⁶⁷It is said: The uneducated ones will have to bow down in front of the educated ones.

¹⁷⁴mama baba jo karte hain unse seekho।

¹⁶⁸Learn from what Mama and Baba do.

¹⁷⁵tum bhi samajh sakte ho ananya bachche kaun hain।

¹⁶⁹You can also understand who the especially beloved children are.

¹⁷⁶baba se poochhenge to baba bhi naam bataayenge ki phalaane ko follow karo।

¹⁷⁰If you ask Baba, Baba would give you a name and say: Follow so-and-so.

¹⁷⁷jo serviceable nahin woh auron ko kya sikhlaayenge।

¹⁷¹What would those who are not serviceable teach others?

¹⁷⁸woh to aur hi time vesta kar denge।

¹⁷²They would waste even more time.

¹⁷⁹baba samjhaate hain apni unnati karne chaahte ho to yahaan kar sakte ho।

¹⁷⁸Yesterday, you worshipped them.

¹⁸³knowledge mil gai। ¹⁸⁴aise bahut aakar knowledge lenge।

¹⁷⁹Today, you don’t because you have received this knowledge.
