¹Essence: Sweet children, soul consciousness makes you into the masters of the world whereas body consciousness makes you poverty-stricken. ²Therefore, may you be soul conscious.

²prashn:- kaun-sa abhyaas ashareeri banne mein bahut madad karta hai?

³Question: Which practice helps you a lot to become bodiless?

³uttar:- apne ko sada actor samjho, jaise actor part poora hote hi vastra utaar dete hain, aise tum bachchon ko bhi yeh abhyaas karna hai, karma poora hote hi puraana vastra (shareer) chhod ashareeri ho jaao।

⁴Answer: Constantly consider yourselves to be actors. ⁵Just as an actor takes off his costume as soon as his part is over, in the same way, you children also have to practise this. ⁶As soon as you finish performing your acts, take off your costumes (bodies) and become bodiless.

⁴aatma bhaai-bhaai hai, yeh abhyaas karte raho।

⁷Continue to practise being brother souls.

⁵yahi paavan banne ka sahaj saadhan hai।

⁸This is an easy way to become pure.

⁶shareer ko dekhne se criminal khyaalaat chalte hain isliye ashareeri bhav।

⁹By looking at the bodies, there are criminal thoughts. ¹⁰Therefore, may you be bodiless.

⁸baap baith bachchon ko samjhaate hain kyonki bahut besmajh ban gaye hain।

¹²The Father sits here and explains to you children because you have become very senseless.

⁹5 hajaar varsha pahle bhi tumko samjhaaya tha aur daivi karma bhi sikhlaaye the।

¹³This was also explained to you 5000 years ago and you were also taught how to perform divine acts.

¹⁰tum devi-devta dharma mein aaye the phir drama plan anusaar punarjanma lete-lete aur kalaayen kamti hote-hote yahaan practically bilkul hi nil kala ho gai hai, kyonki yeh hai hi tamopradhaan raavan raajya।

¹⁴You went into the deity religion and then, according to the drama plan, you continued to take rebirth. ¹⁵Your degrees decreased and you have now reached the stage where there are practically nil degrees remaining because this is the tamopradhan kingdom of Ravan.

¹¹yeh raavan raajya bhi pahle satopradhaan tha।

¹⁶Before this kingdom of Ravan, everything was at first satopradhan.

¹²phir sato, rajo, tamo bana hai।

¹⁷Then, it went through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.

¹³ab to bilkul hi tamopradhaan hai।

¹⁸It has now become completely tamopradhan.

¹⁴ab iska ant hai।

¹⁹It is now the end of it.

¹⁵raavan raajya ko kaha jaata hai aasuri raajya।

²⁰The kingdom of Ravan is called the devilish kingdom.

¹⁶raavan ko jalaane ka fashion bhaarat mein hai।

²¹In Bharat there is the fashion of burning Ravan.

¹⁷raam raajya aur raavan raajya bhi bhaaratvaasi kehte hain।

²²Only the people of Bharat speak of the kingdom of Rama and the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁸raam raajya hota hi hai satayug mein। ¹⁹raavan raajya hai kaliyug mein।

²³The kingdom of Rama exists in the golden age and the kingdom of Ravan exists in the iron age.

²⁰yeh badi samajhne ki baaten hain।

²⁴These matters have to be understood.

²¹baba ko wonder lagta hai achhe-achhe bachche poori reeti na samajhne ke kaaran apni takdeer ko lakeer laga dete hain।

²⁵Baba is amazed that very good children cross out the line of their fortune because they don’t fully understand.

²²raavan ke avgun chatak padte hain।

²⁶The defects of Ravan cling to them.

²³daivi gunon ka khud bhi varnan karte hain।

²⁷They themselves speak of divine virtues.

²⁴baap ne samjhaaya hai tum vo hi devtaayen the।

²⁸The Father has explained to you that you were those same deities.

²⁵tumne hi 84 janma bhoge hain।

²⁹You have experienced 84 births.

²⁶tumko farka bataaya hai - tum kyon tamopradhaan bane ho।

³⁰This difference and how you have become tamopradhan has been explained to you.

²⁷yeh hai raavan raajya।

³¹This is the kingdom of Ravan.

²⁸raavan hai sabse bada dushman, jisne hi bhaarat ko itna kangaal tamopradhaan banaaya hai।

³²Ravan is the greatest enemy and has made Bharat poverty-stricken and tamopradhan.

²⁹raam raajya mein itne aadmi nahin hote hain।

³³There aren’t so many people in the kingdom of Rama.

³⁰vahaan to ek dharma hota hai।

³⁴There is just the one religion there.

³¹yahaan to sabmen bhooton ki praveshta hai। ³²krodh, lobh, moh ka bhoot hai na।

³⁵Here, there is the influence of evil spirits over everyone; there are the evil spirits of anger, greed and attachment.

³³ham avinaashi hain, yeh shareer vinaashi hai - yeh bhool jaate hain।

³⁶You forget that you are imperishable and that bodies are perishable.

³⁴aatma-abhimaani bante hi nahin hain। ³⁵deh-abhimaani bahut hain।

³⁷You don’t become soul conscious at all; there is a lot of body consciousness.

³⁶deh-abhimaan aur aatma-abhimaan mein raat-din ka farka hai।

³⁸There is the difference of day and night between body consciousness and soul consciousness.

³⁷aatma-abhimaani devi-devta saare vishwa ke maalik ban jaate hain।

³⁹Soul-conscious deities become the masters of the whole world.

³⁸deh-abhimaan hone se kangaal ban padte hain।

⁴⁰By becoming body conscious, they have become poverty-stricken.

³⁹bhaarat sone ki chidiya tha, bhal kehte bhi hain parantu samajhte nahin hain।

⁴¹Bharat was the Golden Sparrow. ⁴²They speak of this, but they don’t understand the meaning of it.

⁴⁰shivbaaba aate hain daivi buddhi banaane।

⁴³Shiv Baba comes to make your intellects divine.

⁴¹baap kehte hain meethe-meethe bachchon tumko vishwa ka maalik banaata hoon, yeh lakshmi-naaraayan vishwa ke maalik the।

⁴⁴The Father says: Sweetest children, I make you into the masters of the world. ⁴⁵This Lakshmi and Narayan were the masters of the world.

⁴²kab suna ki inhon ko raajaai kisne di?

⁴⁶Did you ever hear who gave them their kingdom?

⁴³unhonne kaun-sa aisa karma kiya jo itna oonch pad paaya?

⁴⁷What deeds did they perform that they claimed such a high status?

⁴⁴karmon ki baat hai na।

⁴⁸It is a matter of karma.

⁴⁵manushya aasuri karma karte hain to woh karma vikarma ban jaata hai।

⁴⁹When people perform devilish deeds, those deeds are sinful.

⁴⁶satayug mein karma akarma hote hain।

⁵⁰In the golden age, deeds are neutral.

⁴⁷vahaan karmon ka khaata hota nahin।

⁵¹There is no account of karma there.

⁴⁸baap samjhaate hain na samajhne kaaran bahut vighna daalte hain।

⁵²The Father explains: Because of not understanding, people cause a lot of obstacles.

⁴⁹kah dete hain shiv-shankar ek hain।

⁵³They say that Shiva and Shankar are one and the same.

⁵⁰are, shiv niraakaar akela dikhaate hain, shankar-paarvati dikhaate hain, donon ki activity bilkul hi alag।

⁵⁴However, they show Shiva alone as the incorporeal One whereas they show Shankar with Parvati, and so the activities of each are different.

⁵¹minister aur president ko ek kaise kahenge।

⁵⁵How can a Minister and the President be one and the same?

⁵²donon ka martaba bilkul alag hai, to shiv-shankar ko ek kaise kah dete hain।

⁵⁶The status of each is completely different. ⁵⁷So, how could Shiva and Shankar be one and the same like they say?

⁵³yeh jaante hain jinko raam sampradaay mein aana nahin hai ve samjhenge bhi nahin।

⁵⁸You know that those who are not going to become part of the community of Rama will not understand this.

⁵⁴aasuri sampradaay gaaliyaan denge, vighna daalenge kyonki unmein 5 vikaar hain na।

⁵⁹The devilish community will defame you and create obstacles because they have the five vices in them.

⁵⁵devtaayen hain sampoorn nirvikaari।

⁶⁰The deities are completely viceless.

⁵⁶unhon ka kitna oonch pad hai।

⁶¹They have such a high status.

⁵⁷ab tum samajhte ho ham kitne vikaari the।

⁶²You now understand that you were so viceless.

⁵⁸vikaar se paida hote hain।

⁶³All are born through vice.

⁵⁹sannyaasiyon ko bhi vikaar se paida hona hai, phir sannyaas karte hain।

⁶⁴Sannyasis too have to take birth through vice. ⁶⁵They then take up renunciation.

⁶⁰satayug mein yeh baaten nahin hoti।

⁶⁶These things do not exist in the golden age.

⁶¹sannyaasi satayug ko samajhte bhi nahin।

⁶⁷Sannyasis do not understand the golden age.

⁶²kah dete hain satayug hai hi hai। ⁶³jaise kehte hain shreekrishna haazira hazoor hai, raadhe bhi haazira hazoor hai।

⁶⁸They say that the golden age exists all the time, just as they say that Shri Krishna is present everywhere and that Radhe is present everywhere.

⁶⁴anek mat-mataantar, anek dharma hain।

⁶⁹There are so many opinions and innumerable religions.

⁶⁵aadhaakalpa daivi mat chalti hai jo ab tumko mil rahi hai।

⁷⁰The divine directions that you are now receiving continue for half a cycle.

⁶⁶tum hi brahma mukh vanshaavli phir vishnu vanshi aur chandravanshi bante ho।

⁷¹You are the mouth-born creation of Brahma and you then become part of the clan of Vishnu and then the moon dynasty.

⁶⁷woh donon dynasty aur ek brahman kul kahenge, inko dynasty nahin kahenge।

⁷²Those two are called dynasties, whereas it is said “The Brahmin clan”. ⁷³This cannot be called a dynasty; there is no kingdom here.

⁶⁸inki raajaai hoti nahin।

⁷⁴Only you understand this.

⁶⁹yeh bhi tum hi samajhte ho।

⁷⁵Only some amongst you also understand this.

⁷⁰tumhaare mein bhi koi-koi samajhte hain।

⁷⁶Some don’t reform themselves at all. ⁷⁷They have one evil spirit or another.

⁷¹koi to sudharte hi nahin, koi na koi bhoot hai।

⁷⁸There are the evil spirits of greed and anger.

⁷²lobh ka bhoot, krodh ka bhoot hai na।

⁷⁹There are no evil spirits in the golden age.

⁷³satayug mein koi bhoot nahin।

⁸⁰Deities exist in the golden age.

⁷⁴satayug mein hote hain devtaayen, jo bahut sukhi hote hain।

⁸¹They are very happy. ⁸²It is the evil spirits that cause sorrow.

⁷⁵bhoot hi duhkh dete hain, kaam ka bhoot aadi-madhya-ant duhkh deta hai।

⁸³The evil spirit of lust causes sorrow from its beginning through the middle to the end.

⁷⁶ismen bahut mehnat karni hai।

⁸⁴You have to make a lot of effort here.

⁷⁷maasi ka ghar nahin hai।

⁸⁵This is not like going to your aunty’s home!

⁷⁸baap kehte rehte hain bhaai-behen samjho to criminal drishti na jaaye। ⁷⁹har baat mein himmat chaahiye।

⁸⁶The Father continues to tell you: If you consider yourselves to be brothers and sisters, there cannot be criminal vision.

⁸⁰koi kah dete hain shaadi nahin karoge to niklo ghar se baahar।

⁸⁷Courage is needed for everything. ⁸⁸Some say: If you don’t want to get married, get out of this house!

⁸¹to himmat chaahiye।

⁸⁹Therefore, courage is needed.

⁸²apni jaanch bhi ki jaati hai।

⁹⁰You also have to check yourselves.

⁸³tum bachche bahut padmaapadma bhaagyashaali ban rahe ho।

⁹¹You children are becoming multimillion times fortunate.

⁸⁴yeh sab-kuchh khatma ho jaayega।

⁹²All of this is going to be destroyed.

⁸⁵sab-kuchh mitti mein mil jaana hai।

⁹³Everything is going to turn to dust.

⁸⁶koi to achhi himmat rakh chal padte hain।

⁹⁴Some continue to move along with very good courage.

⁸⁷koi to himmat rakh phir fail ho jaate hain।

⁹⁵Some have courage and then fail.

⁸⁸baap har baat mein samjhaate rehte hain।

⁹⁶The Father continues to explain every situation to you.

⁸⁹parantu nahin karte to samjha jaata hai poora yog nahin hai।

⁹⁷However, if you don’t do anything, it is understood that you don’t have full yoga.

⁹⁰bhaarat ka praacheen raajayog to mashhoor hai।

⁹⁸The ancient Raj Yoga of Bharat is very well known.

⁹¹is yog se hi tum vishwa ke maalik bante ho।

⁹⁹It is only by having this yoga that you become the masters of the world.

⁹²padhaai hai source oph income।

¹⁰⁰This study is your source of income.

⁹³padhaai se hi nambarvaar tum oonch pad paate ho।

¹⁰¹It is by studying this that you claim a high status, numberwise.

⁹⁴bhaai-behen ke sambandh mein bhi buddhi chalaaymaan hoti hai isliye baap isse bhi oonch le jaate hain ki apne ko aatma samjho, doosre ko bhi aatma bhaai-bhaai samjho।

¹⁰²Even in the relationship of brother and sister the intellects of some cause mischief. ¹⁰³This is why the Father takes you even higher than that: Consider yourselves to be souls. ¹⁰⁴Also consider others to be brother souls.

⁹⁵ham sab bhaai-bhaai hain to doosri drishti jaayegi nahin।

¹⁰⁵If we are all brothers, there cannot be any other vision.

⁹⁶shareer ko dekhne se criminal khyaalaat aate hain।

¹⁰⁶When you look at a body, there are criminal thoughts.

⁹⁷baap kehte hain - bachche, ashareeri bhav, dehi-abhimaani bhav।

¹⁰⁷The Father says: Children, may you be bodiless. ¹⁰⁸May you be soul conscious.

⁹⁸apne ko aatma samjho।

¹⁰⁹Consider yourselves to be souls.

⁹⁹aatma avinaashi hai।

¹¹⁰Souls are imperishable.

¹⁰⁰shareer se part bajaaya, phir shareer se alag ho jaana chaahiye।

¹¹¹Once you have played your part through a body, you then have to become detached from that body.

¹⁰¹woh actors part poora kar kapda badli kar dete hain।

¹¹²Those actors complete their parts and change their costumes.

¹⁰²tumko bhi ab puraana kapda (shareer) utaar naya kapda pahanna hai।

¹¹³You too now have to take off your old clothes and wear new ones.

¹⁰³is samay aatma bhi tamopradhaan, shareer bhi tamopradhaan hai।

¹¹⁴At this time, souls are tamopradhan and bodies are also tamopradhan.

¹⁰⁴tamopradhaan aatma mukti mein ja nahin sakti।

¹¹⁵Tamopradhan souls cannot go into liberation.

¹⁰⁵pavitra ho tab jaaye। ¹⁰⁶apvitra aatma vaapis nahin ja sakti।

¹¹⁶Only when they become pure can they go there. ¹¹⁷Impure souls cannot return home.

¹⁰⁷yeh jhooth bolte hain ki phalaana brahm mein leen hua।

¹¹⁸It is a lie when they say that so-and-so merged into the brahm element.

¹⁰⁸ek bhi ja nahin sakte।

¹¹⁹Not a single one can go there.

¹⁰⁹vahaan jaise sijra bana hua hai, vaise hi rehta hai।

¹²⁰It is as though a genealogical tree is created there; it remains there just like that.

¹¹⁰yeh tum brahman bachche jaante ho।

¹²¹Only you Brahmin children know this.

¹¹¹geeta mein braahmanon ka naam kuchh bhi dikhaaya nahin hai।

¹²²They have not mentioned the name of Brahmins at all in the Gita.

¹¹²yeh to samjhaate hain prajaapita brahma ke tan mein pravesh karta hoon to zaroor adoption chaahiye।

¹²³That One explains that He enters the body of Prajapita Brahma. ¹²⁴Therefore, adoption is surely needed.

¹¹³woh brahman hain vikaari, tum ho nirvikaari।

¹²⁵Those brahmins are vicious whereas you are viceless.

¹¹⁴nirvikaari banne mein bahut sitam sahan karne padte hain।

¹²⁶While becoming viceless, you have to tolerate many assaults.

¹¹⁵yeh naam roop dekhne se bahuton ko vikalpa aate hain।

¹²⁷By looking it the name and form, many have bad thoughts.

¹¹⁶bhaai-behen ke sambandh mein bhi gir padte hain।

¹²⁸Even with the relationship of brother and sister they fall.

¹¹⁷likhte hain baba ham gir pade, kaala munh kar liya।

¹²⁹They then write: Baba, I have fallen; I have dirtied my face.

¹¹⁸baap kehte hain - vaah!

¹³⁰The Father says: Wonderful!

¹¹⁹hamne kaha bhaai-behen hokar raho, tumne phir yeh kharaab kaam kiya।

¹³¹I said: Live as brother and sister and you then act wrongly again!

¹²⁰uski phir badi kadi saza mil jaati hai।

¹³²There then has to be very severe punishment received for that.

¹²¹vaise koi kisko kharaab karte hain to unko jel mein daala jaata hai।

¹³³In fact, when someone does something bad, he is put in jail.

¹²²bhaarat kitna pavitra tha jo mainne sthaapan kiya। ¹²³unka naam hi hai shivaalay।

¹³⁴The Bharat that I established was so pure that its very name was Shivalaya.

¹²⁴yeh gyaan bhi koi mein nahin hai।

¹³⁵None have this knowledge in them.

¹²⁵baaki shaastra aadi jo hain woh sab bhakti maarga ke karmakaanda hain।

¹³⁶All the scriptures etc. are the physical paraphernalia of the path of devotion.

¹²⁶satayug mein sab sadgati mein hain, isliye vahaan koi purooshaartha nahin karte।

¹³⁷In the golden age, all are in salvation and this why they don’t need to make effort.

¹²⁷yahaan sab gati-sadgati ke liye purooshaartha karte hain kyonki durgati mein hain।

¹³⁸Here, everyone is making effort for liberation and salvation because they are in degradation.

¹²⁸ganga snaan karne jaate hain to ganga ka paani sadgati dega kya?

¹³⁹They go to bathe in the Ganges, but would the water of the Ganges give them salvation?

¹²⁹woh paavan banaayega kya?

¹⁴⁰Would it make them pure?

¹³⁰kuchh bhi jaante nahin।

¹⁴¹They don’t know anything at all.

¹³¹tumhaare mein bhi nambarvaar hain।

¹⁴²You, too, are numberwise.

¹³²koi to khud nahin samajhte to doosron ko kya samjhaayenge, isliye baba bhejta nahin।

¹⁴³Some don’t understand this themselves and so what would they explain to others? ¹⁴⁴This is why Baba doesn’t send them anywhere.

¹³³gaate rehte hain - baba aap aayenge to aapki shreemat par chalkar devta banenge।

¹⁴⁵You continue to sing: Baba, when You come, I will follow Your directions and become a deity.

¹³⁴devtaayen rehte hain satayug aur treta mein।

¹⁴⁶Deities reside in the golden and silver ages.

¹³⁵yahaan to sabse jaasti kaam vikaar mein phanse hue hain।

¹⁴⁷Here, it is mostly the vice of lust that people are trapped in.

¹³⁶kaam vikaar bigar rah nahin sakte।

¹⁴⁸They cannot stay without the vice of lust.

¹³⁷yeh vikaar hai jaise maai-baap ka varsa।

¹⁴⁹It is as though they inherit that vice from their mother and father.

¹³⁸yahaan tumko milta hai raam ka varsa।

¹⁵⁰Here, you are receiving your inheritance from Rama.

¹³⁹pavitrata ka varsa milta hai।

¹⁵¹You are receiving an inheritance of purity.

¹⁴⁰vahaan vikaar ki baat nahin hoti।

¹⁵²There is no question of vice there.

¹⁴¹bhakta log kehte hain shreekrishna bhagwan hai।

¹⁵³Devotees say that Shri Krishna is God.

¹⁴²tum unko 84 janmon mein dikhaate ho।

¹⁵⁴You show him as someone who takes 84 births.

¹⁴³are, bhagwan to niraakaar hai।

¹⁵⁵Oh! but God is incorporeal.

¹⁴⁴unka naam shiv hai।

¹⁵⁶His name is Shiva.

¹⁴⁵baap kitna achhi reeti samjhaate hain।

¹⁵⁷The Father explains to you so well.

¹⁴⁶taras bhi padta hai।

¹⁵⁸He also has mercy.

¹⁴⁷merciful hai na।

¹⁵⁹He is merciful.

¹⁴⁸yeh kitna achhe samajhdaar bachche hain।

¹⁶⁰You children are so good and sensible.

¹⁴⁹bhabhka bhi achha hai।

¹⁶¹You have a lot of splendour.

¹⁵⁰jismen gyaan aur yog ki taakat hai to woh kashish karte hain।

¹⁶²Those who have the powers of knowledge and yoga in them attract others.

¹⁵¹padhe-likhe ko satkaar achha milta hai।

¹⁶³Those who are well educated receive very good respect.

¹⁵²anapdhe ko satkaar nahin milta hai।

¹⁶⁴Those who are uneducated don’t receive respect.

¹⁵³yeh to jaante ho is samay sab aasuri sampradaay hain। ¹⁵⁴kuchh bhi samajhte nahin hain।

¹⁶⁵You know that all are the devilish community at this time; they don’t understand anything at all.

¹⁵⁵shiv aur shankar ka antar to bilkul clear hain।

¹⁶⁶The contrast between Shiva and Shankar is absolutely clear.

¹⁵⁶woh hai mool vatan mein, woh sookshm vatan mein, sab ek jaise kaise honge?

¹⁶⁷That One is in the incorporeal world and this one is in the subtle region. ¹⁶⁸How can both be the same?

¹⁵⁷yeh to tamopradhaan duniya hai।

¹⁶⁹This is a tamopradhan world.

¹⁵⁸raavan dushman hai aasuri sampradaay ka, jo aap samaan bana deta hai।

¹⁷⁰Ravan is the enemy who belongs to the devilish community and he makes you the same as himself.

¹⁵⁹ab baap tumko aap samaan daivi sampradaay banaate hain।

¹⁷¹The Father is now making you the same as Himself and then makes you belong to the deity community.

¹⁶⁰vahaan raavan hota nahin।

¹⁷²Ravan doesn’t exist there.

¹⁶¹aadhaakalpa unko jalaate hain।

¹⁷³He stays burnt for half a cycle.

¹⁶²raam raajya hota hai satayug mein।

¹⁷⁴The kingdom of Rama exists in the golden age.

¹⁶³gaandhi ji raam raajya chaahte the lekin woh raam raajya kaise sthaapan kar sakte?

¹⁷⁵Gandhiji wanted the kingdom of Rama, but how could he establish the kingdom of Rama?

¹⁶⁴woh koi aatma-abhimaani banne ki shiksha nahin dete the।

¹⁷⁶He didn’t give teachings for anyone to become soul conscious.

¹⁶⁵baap hi sangam par kehte hain aatma-abhimaani bano।

¹⁷⁷Only the Father says at the confluence age: May you be soul conscious!

¹⁶⁶yeh hai uttam banne ka yug।

¹⁷⁸This is the age for becoming elevated.

¹⁶⁷baap kitna pyaar se samjhaate rehte hain।

¹⁷⁹The Father continues to explain to you with so much love.

¹⁶⁸ghadi-ghadi kitna pyaar se baap ko yaad karna chaahiye - baba aapki to kamaal hai।

¹⁸⁰You should repeatedly remember the Father with so much love: Baba, it is Your wonder!

¹⁶⁹ham kitne patthar buddhi the, aap hamko kitna oonch banaate hain!

¹⁸¹We had such stone intellects and You are now making us so elevated.

¹⁷⁰aapki mat bigar ham aur kiski mat par nahin chalenge।

¹⁸²We will only follow Your directions; we will not follow the directions of anyone else.

¹⁷¹pichhaadi ko sab kahenge barobar brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan to daivi mat par chal rahe hain।
