¹“meethe bachche - aatma-abhimaani bano, main aatma hoon shareer nahin, yeh hai pahla paath, yahi paath sabko achhi tarah padhaao''

¹Essence: Sweet children, become soul conscious. ²I am a soul, not a body. ³This is the first lesson. ⁴Teach everyone this lesson very well.

²prashn:- gyaan sunaane ka tareeka kya hai? ³kis vidhi se gyaan sunaana hai?

⁵Question: What is the way to relate this knowledge? ⁶Which method should you use to relate this knowledge?

⁴uttar:- gyaan ki baaten badi khushi-khushi se sunaao, laachaari se nahin।

⁷Answer: Speak of the things of knowledge with great happiness, not as a compulsion. ⁸Sit together and discuss this knowledge amongst yourselves.

⁵tum aapas mein baithkar gyaan ki charcha karo, gyaan ka manan-chintan karo phir kisi ko sunaao। ⁶apne ko aatma samajhkar phir aatma ko sunaayenge to sunne vaale ko bhi khushi hogi।

⁹Churn this knowledge and then relate it to others. ¹⁰If you consider yourself to be a soul and then relate knowledge to souls, those who listen to you will also have happiness.

⁸baap kehte hain aatma-abhimaani va dehi-abhimaani ho baitho kyonki aatma mein hi achhe va bure sanskaar bhare jaate hain।

¹²The Father says: Sit here in soul consciousness and have no awareness of your bodies, because it is souls that have good and bad sanskars recorded within them.

⁹sabka asar aatma par hota hai।

¹³It is the soul that is affected by everything.

¹⁰aatma ko hi patit kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴It is the soul that is said to be impure.

¹¹patit aatma kaha jaata hai to zaroor jeev aatma hi hogi।

¹⁵When "impure soul" is said, it would surely be a living being, and that soul would be with a body.

¹²aatma shareer ke saath hi hogi। ¹³pahli-pahli baat kehte hain aatma hokar baitho। ¹⁴apne ko shareer nahin, aatma samajh baitho।

¹⁶The first thing that is said is: Sit here while considering yourselves to be souls. ¹⁷Do not consider yourselves to be bodies; sit here considering yourselves to be souls.

¹⁵aatma hi in organs ko chalaati hai।

¹⁸It is this soul that makes these organs function.

¹⁶ghadi-ghadi apne ko aatma samajhne se paramatma yaad aayega।

¹⁹By repeatedly considering yourselves to be souls, you will remember the Supreme Soul.

¹⁷agar deh yaad aai to deh ka baap yaad aayega isliye baap kehte hain - aatma-abhimaani bano।

²⁰If you remember your bodies, you will remember the fathers of your bodies. ²¹This is why the Father says: Become soul conscious.

¹⁸baap padha rahe hain, yeh hai pahla paath।

²²The Father is teaching you. ²³This is the first lesson.

¹⁹tum aatma avinaashi ho, shareer vinaashi hai।

²⁴You souls are imperishable and your bodies are perishable.

⁴²You should sit with those who explain to others and discuss amongst yourselves the questions that people ask you. ⁴³Those who are clever should also sit in this group.

³⁸tumko time milta hai din ke samay।

⁴⁴You do have time during the day.

³⁹aisa nahin ki bhojan khaate hain isliye neend ka nasha aaye।

⁴⁵It shouldn't be that, because you have just eaten, you feel sleepy.

⁴⁰jo bahut khaana khaate hain unko neend ka aalasya aata hai।

⁴⁶Those who eat a lot of food feel sleepy and lazy.

⁴¹din mein class karna chaahiye - phalaane ne yeh yeh poochha, hamne yeh response kiya। ⁴²prashn to bhinna-bhinna poochhenge।

⁵³Deities eat very little food because they have happiness. ⁵⁴This is why it is said: There is no nourishment like happiness.

⁴⁹tum bachchon ko athaah khushi honi chaahiye।

⁵⁵You children should have a lot of happiness.

⁵⁰brahman banne mein badi khushi hai।

⁵⁶There is a lot of happiness in becoming Brahmins.

⁵¹brahman bante hi tab hain jab unko khushi milti hai।

⁵⁷When you become Brahmins you receive happiness.

⁵²devtaaon ko khushi hai na kyonki unhon ke paas dhan mahal aadi sab kuchh hai।

⁵⁸Deities have happiness because they have wealth and palaces etc., they have everything.

⁵³to unhon ke liye khushi hi kaaphi hai।

⁵⁹So, for them, happiness is enough.

⁵⁴khushi mein khaana bhi bahut thoda, sookshm khaayenge।

⁶⁰In happiness, they eat very little, subtle food.

⁵⁵yeh bhi ek kaayda hai।

⁶¹This is also a law.

⁵⁶jaasti khaane vaale ko jaasti neend aayegi।

⁶²Those who eat a lot feel very sleepy.

⁵⁷jisko neend ka nasha hoga woh kisko samjha bhi nahin sakenge, jaise laachaar।

⁶³Those who have the intoxication of sleep are not able to explain to others.

⁵⁸yeh gyaan ki baaten to badi khushi se sunni-sunaani chaahiye।

⁶⁴It would be as though they are being compelled to do that.

⁵⁹samjhaane mein bhi sahaj hoga। ⁶⁰mool baat hai baap ka parichay dena।

⁶⁵You should listen to and speak about the things of this knowledge in great happiness.

⁶¹brahma ko to koi jaante nahin।

⁶⁶It will also be easy to explain.

⁶²prajaapita brahma hai, dher ki dher praja hai।

⁶⁷The main thing is to give the Father's introduction. ⁶⁸No one knows Brahma.

⁶³yeh prajaapita brahma kaise hoga - is par bahut achhi reeti samjhaana hai।

⁶⁹There is Prajapita Brahma and very many people. ⁷⁰What would Prajapita Brahma be like?

⁶⁴baap ne samjhaaya hai inke bahut janmon ke ant ke bhi ant mein vaanaprastha avastha mein main pravesh karta hoon।

⁷¹You have to explain this very well. ⁷²The Father has explained: I enter him at the end of the last of his many births, in his stage of retirement.

⁶⁵nahin to rath kahaan se aaye।

⁷³Where else would I find a chariot?

⁷¹brahma kahaan se aaya?

⁷⁹Where did Brahma come from?

⁷²baap ne sunaaya hai main inmen pravesh karta hoon, jisne poore 84 janma liye hain।

⁸⁰The Father has told you that He enters the one who has taken the full 84 births.

⁷³yeh khud nahin jaante, main sunaata hoon।

⁸¹This one doesn't know this himself, but I tell him.

⁷⁴shreekrishna ko to rath ki darkaar hi nahin।

⁸²Shri Krishna doesn't need a chariot.

⁷⁵shreekrishna kahne se phir to bhaageerath gum ho jaayega।

⁷⁶shreekrishna ko bhaageerath nahin kaha jaata।

⁸⁴Shri Krishna is not called Bhagirath.

⁸⁵His first birth is that of a prince.

⁷⁸to bachchon ko andar mein vichaar saagar manthan karna chaahiye।

⁸⁶Therefore, you children should churn the ocean of knowledge internally.

⁷⁹yeh to bachche jaante hain, woh baaten to nahin hain jo shaastron mein likh di hain।

⁸⁷You children know that these things are not the same as those written in the scriptures.

⁸⁰baaki yeh to theek hai vichaar saagar manthan kiya hua kalash lakshmi ko diya hai।

⁸⁸However, it is right that the urn containing the nectar of knowledge that was churned was given to Lakshmi.

⁸¹usne phir auron ko amrit pilaaya tab svarga ke get khule।

⁸⁹She gave the nectar to others to drink and that was when the gates of heaven opened.

⁸²parantu parampita paramatma ko to vichaar saagar manthan karne ki darkaar hi nahin।

⁹⁰However, there is no need for the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, to churn the ocean of knowledge.

⁸³woh to beejroop hai। ⁸⁴unmein knowledge hai, vahi jaante hain, tum bhi jaante the।

⁹¹He is the Seed; He has this knowledge in Him. ⁹²He alone knows. ⁹³You too knew it.

⁸⁵abhi yeh achhi reeti samjhaana zaroor hai।

⁹⁴You now definitely have to explain this very clearly.

⁸⁶samajhne bigar devta pad kaise paayenge!

⁹⁵How will you claim a deity status unless you understand these things?

⁸⁷baap samjhaate hain aatmaon ko refresh karne liye।

⁹⁶The Father explains to you souls in order to refresh you.

⁸⁸baaki to kuchh bhi jaante nahin।

⁹⁷All the rest don't know anything at all.

⁸⁹baap aakar samjhaate hain abhi tumhaara langar bhakti maarga se utha, ab gyaan maarga mein chala hai।

⁹⁰baap kehte hain main tumko jo gyaan deta hoon woh praayahlop ho jaata hai।

⁹⁴baap kehte hain - bachche, tum kaam chita par chadh ekdam kabristaan mein aa gaye ho।

¹⁰²tatvon ki bhi kala kam hoti jaati hai to phir upadrav machaate hain।

¹⁰³tum sabhi ko achhi reeti samjhaate ho।

¹¹³tum baap ko jaante ho aur kehte ho - baba, baap kahenge - O bete।

¹²⁶You know the Father and you say: Baba. ¹²⁷The Father says: O child.

¹¹⁸ab nishchay hai to maanna chaahiye। ¹¹⁹bulaaya bhi bachchon ne hai।

¹³¹You have this faith and so you should listen to what He says.

¹²⁰ham aate bhi bachchon ke liye hain।

¹³²It is you children who have called out to Him.

¹²¹bachchon ko hi kehte hain tumne bulaaya hai, ab main aaya hoon।

¹³³I come here for you children. ¹³⁴He says to you children: You called out to Me and I have now come.

¹²²patit-paavan bhi baap ko hi kehte hain na।

¹³⁵It is the Father who is called the Purifier.

¹²³ganga aadi ke paani se tum paavan ban nahin sakte।

¹³⁶You cannot become pure with the water of the Ganges.

¹²⁴aadhaakalpa tum bhool mein chale ho। ¹²⁵bhagwan ko dhoondhate ho parantu kisko bhi samajh mein nahin aata hai।

¹³⁷You have been continuing to move along under a misunderstanding for half a cycle. ¹³⁸You were searching for God, but none of you understood anything.

¹²⁶baap kehte hain - he bachchon।

¹³⁹The Father says: O children!

¹²⁷to bachchon ka bhi us hullaas se nikalna chaahiye - he baba।

¹⁴⁰So, you children should also say with that enthusiasm: O Baba!

¹²⁸parantu itna hullaas se nikalta nahin hai।

¹⁴¹However, it doesn't emerge with that enthusiasm.

¹²⁹isko deh-abhimaan kaha jaata hai, na ki dehi-abhimaani।

¹⁴²This is called body consciousness, not soul consciousness.

¹³⁰tum abhi baap ke sammukh baithe ho।

¹⁴³You are now sitting personally in front of the Father.

¹³¹behad ke baap ko yaad karne se behad ki baadshaahi bhi zaroor yaad aayegi।

¹⁴⁴By remembering the unlimited Father, you would definitely remember the unlimited sovereignty.

¹³²aise baap ko kitna pyaar se response karna chaahiye।

¹⁴⁵You should respond to such a Father with so much love.

¹³³baap tumhaare bulaane se aaya hai।

¹⁴⁶The Father has come on your invitation.

¹³⁴drama anusaar ek minute bhi aage-peechhe nahin ho sakta।

¹⁴⁷According to the drama, it cannot be earlier or later by even a minute.

¹³⁵sabhi kehte hain - O father raham karo, liberate karo, ham sab raavan ki janjeeron mein hain, aap hamaare guide bano।

¹⁴⁸Everyone says: O Father, have mercy! ¹⁴⁹Liberate us! ¹⁵⁰We are all bound by the chains of Ravan. ¹⁵¹Now, become our Guide!

¹³⁶to baap guide bhi bante hain, sab unko bulaate hain - O liberator, O guide aakar hamaara guide bano।

¹³⁷hamko bhi saath le chalo।

¹³⁸abhi tum sangam par khade ho।

¹⁵⁵You are now at the confluence age.

¹³⁹baap satayug ki sthaapna kar rahe hain।

¹⁵⁶The Father is establishing the golden age.

¹⁴⁰abhi hai kaliyug, karodon manushya hain।

¹⁴²woh bhi saamne khada hai, jiske liye gaayan hai - science ghamandi, kitna buddhi se akla nikaalte rehte hain।

¹⁵⁹That is also just ahead of you. ¹⁶⁰It is remembered of that time: Those with the arrogance of science. ¹⁶¹They continue to invent so many inventions with their intellects.

¹⁴³woh hain yaadav sampradaay।

¹⁶²That is the Yadava community.

¹⁴⁴phir history repeat honi hai।

¹⁶³History must then repeat.

¹⁴⁵abhi to satayug ki history repeat hogi।

¹⁶⁴Now the history of the golden age will repeat.

¹⁴⁶tum samajhte ho ham nai duniya mein oonch pad paane ka purooshaartha kar rahe hain।

¹⁶⁵You understand that you are making effort to claim a high status in the new world.

¹⁴⁷pavitra zaroor banna hai।

¹⁶⁶You definitely do have to become pure.

¹⁴⁸tum samjhaate ho is patit duniya ka vinaash zaroor hona hai।

¹⁶⁷You explain that this impure world is definitely going to be destroyed.

¹⁴⁹bachche aadi to tumhaare jeete nahin rahenge।

¹⁶⁸Your children etc. will not remain alive.

¹⁵⁰na koi vaaris banenge, na shaadi aadi karenge।

¹⁶⁹None of them will become your heirs or get married.

¹⁵¹bahut gai baaki thodi rahi।

¹⁷⁰A lot of time has gone by and only a short time remains.

¹⁵²thoda samay hai, uska bhi hisaab hai।

¹⁵³aage aise nahin kehte the।

¹⁷⁸They would even tell their parents that they will go there (to a centre).

¹⁶¹vinaash zaroor hona hi hai।

¹⁷⁹These matters can easily be understood.

¹⁶²ladaai ki taiyaari bhi dekh rahe ho।

¹⁸⁰Destruction definitely has to take place.

¹⁶³aadha kharcha to inhon ka is ladaai ke saamaan mein hi lag jaata hai।

¹⁸¹You can also see the preparations for war. ¹⁸²Half their income is used up in armaments for war.

¹⁶⁴aeroplane aadi kaise banaate hain, kehte hain ghar baithe bhi saare khalaas ho jaayenge।
