¹“meethe bachche - baap us rath mein aate hain, jisne pahle-pahle bhakti shuru ki, jo number one poojya tha phir pujaari bana hai, yeh raaz sabko spashta karke sunaao''

¹Essence: Sweet children, the Father enters the chariot of the one who began performing devotion first. ²The one who was the number one worthy-of-worship one became the number one worshipper. ³Explain this secret clearly to everyone.

²prashn:- baap apne vaaris bachchon ko kaun-sa varsa dene aaye hain?

⁴Question: What inheritance has the Father come to give His heir children?

³uttar:- baap sukh, shanti, prem ka saagar hai।

⁵Answer: The Father is the Ocean of Peace, Happiness and Love.

⁴yahi saara khajaana woh tumhein will karte hain।

⁶He wills all of these treasures to you.

⁵aisa will kar dete jo 21 janma tak tum khaate raho, khut nahin sakta।

⁷He wills them to you in such a way that, even though you continue to use them all for 21 births, they do not diminish.

⁶tumhein kaudi se heere jaisa bana dete hain।

⁸He changes you from shells into diamonds.

⁷tum baap ka saara khajaana yogbal se lete ho।

⁹You claim all of the Father’s treasures with the power of yoga.

⁸yog ke bina khajaana nahin mil sakta hai।

¹⁰Without having yoga, you cannot receive these treasures.

⁹om shanti।

¹¹Om shanti.

¹⁰shiv bhagvaanuvaach।

¹²God Shiva speaks.

¹¹ab shiv bhagwan niraakaar ko to sabhi maante hain।

¹³Everyone believes in incorporeal God Shiva.

¹²ek hi niraakaar shiv hai, jiski sab pooja karte hain।

¹⁴It is only the one incorporeal Shiva whom everyone worships.

¹³baaki jo bhi dehdhaari hain unka saakaar roop hai।

¹⁵All bodily beings have corporeal forms.

¹⁴pahle-pahle niraakaar aatma thi phir saakaar bani hai।

¹⁶Souls are first incorporeal and then they become corporeal.

¹⁵saakaar banti hai, shareer mein pravesh karti hai tab unka part chalta hai।

¹⁷It is when they become corporeal by entering bodies that their parts are enacted.

¹⁶mool vatan mein to koi part hai nahin। ¹⁷jaise actors ghar mein hain to naatak ka part nahin। ¹⁸stage par aane se part bajaate hain।

¹⁸There are no parts in the incorporeal world, just as actors don't have to play a part when they are at home; they play their parts when they are on a stage.

¹⁹aatmaayen bhi yahaan aakar shareer dvaara part bajaati hain।

¹⁹Similarly, souls too come here and play their parts through their bodies.

²⁰part par hi saara madaar hai।

²⁰It all depends on each one’s part.

²¹aatma mein to koi pharka nahin hai।

²¹There is no difference in souls.

²²jaise tum bachchon ki aatma hai, vaise inki aatma hai।

²²Just as there are the souls of you children, so there is the soul of that One.

²³baap param aatma kya karte hain?

²³What does the Father, the Supreme Soul, do?

²⁴unka occupation kya hai, vo jaanna hai।

²⁴You have to know what His occupation is.

²⁵koi president hai, raaja hai, yeh aatma ka occupation hai na।

²⁵If someone is a president or a king, that is the occupation of the soul.

²⁶yeh pavitra devtaayen hain, isliye inko pooja jaata hai।

²⁶Deities are worshipped because they are pure.

²⁷abhi tum samajhte ho yeh padhaai padhkar lakshmi-naaraayan vishwa ke maalik bane hain।

²⁷You now understand that Lakshmi and Narayan became the masters of the world by studying this study.

²⁸kisne banaaya?

²⁸Who made them like that?

²⁹param aatma ne।

²⁹The Supreme Soul.

³⁰tum aatmaayen bhi padhaati ho।

³⁰You souls also teach.

³¹badaai yeh hai jo baap aakar tum bachchon ko padhaate hain aur raajayog bhi sikhlaate hain।

³¹The greatness is that the Father comes and educates you children and also teaches you Raja Yoga.

³²kitna sahaj hai।

³²It is so easy.

³³isko kaha jaata hai raajayog।

³³This is called Raja Yoga.

³⁴baap ko yaad karne se ham satopradhaan ban jaate hain।

³⁴By remembering the Father, we become satopradhan.

³⁵baap to hai hi satopradhaan।

³⁵The Father is satopradhan.

³⁶unki kitni mahima gaate hain।

³⁶People sing His praise so much.

³⁷bhakti maarga mein kitna phal, doodh aadi chadhaate hain। ³⁸samajh kuchh nahin।

³⁷On the path of devotion, people offer Him so much fruit and milk etc., but they do not understand anything.

³⁹devtaaon ko poojte hain, shiv par doodh, phool aadi chadhaate hain, kuchh pata nahin।

³⁸They worship the deities and offer fruit and milk etc. to Shiva, but they don't know anything.

⁴⁰devtaaon ne raajya kiya। ⁴¹achha, shiv par kyon chadhaate?

³⁹The deities ruled the kingdom, so why do people offer these things to Shiva?

⁴²usne kya karttavya kiya hai jo itna poojte ho?

⁴⁰What acts did He carry out that people worship Him so much?

⁴³devtaaon ka to phir bhi maaloom hai, woh hain svarga ke maalik।

⁴¹You know about the deities, that they were the masters of the heaven.

⁴⁴unhon ko kisne banaaya, yeh bhi pata nahin।

⁴²They don't even know who made them like that.

⁴⁵pooja bhi karte hain shiv ki parantu khyaal mein nahin ki yeh bhagwan hai।

⁴³People worship Shiva, but they don't know that He is God.

⁴⁶bhagwan ne inhon ko aisa banaaya hai।

⁴⁴God made them (the deities) like that.

⁴⁷kitni bhakti karte hain। ⁴⁸hain sab anjaan।

⁴⁵They perform so much devotion, but all of them are ignorant of this.

⁴⁹tumne bhi shiv ki pooja ki hogi, abhi tum samajhte ho, aage kuchh bhi nahin jaante the।

⁴⁶You must have performed worship of Shiva and you now understand all of that, but, you too didn't know anything previously.

⁵⁰unka occupation kya hai, kya sukh dete hain, kuchh bhi pata nahin tha।

⁴⁷You didn't know what His occupation is or what happiness He gives you.

⁵¹kya yeh devtaayen sukh dete hain?

⁴⁸Do those deities give you happiness?

⁵²bhal raaja-raani, praja ko sukh dete hain parantu unhon ko to shivbaaba ne aisa banaaya na।

⁴⁹Although the king and queen give happiness to their subjects, it was Shiv Baba who made them as they are.

⁵³balihaari unki hai।

⁵⁰The greatness is of that One.

⁵⁴yeh to sirf raajaai karte hain, praja bhi ban jaati hai। ⁵⁵baaki yeh koi ka kalyaan nahin karte hain।

⁵¹Those people simply rule a kingdom and the subjects are also created, but they don't benefit anyone.

⁵⁶agar karte bhi hain to alpakaal ke liye।

⁵²If they do benefit anyone, it is only for a temporary period.

⁵⁷abhi tum bachchon ko baap baith padhaate hain।

⁵³The Father sits here and teaches you children.

⁵⁸unko kaha jaata hai kalyaankaari।

⁵⁴He is called the Benefactor.

⁵⁹baap apna parichay dete hain, mere ling ki tum pooja karte the, unko param aatma kehte the। ⁶⁰param aatma se paramatma ho jaata।

⁵⁵The Father gives His own introduction: You used to worship Me as a lingam. ⁵⁶You used to call Him the Supreme Soul, and that then became Paramatma (God).

⁶¹parantu yeh nahin jaante ki yeh kya karte hain।

⁵⁷However, people don't know what He does.

⁶²bas, sirf kah denge ki woh sarvavyaapi hai। ⁶³naam-roop se nyaara hai।

⁵⁸They simply say that He is omnipresent or that He is beyond name and form.

⁶⁴phir us par doodh aadi chadhaana, shobhta nahin hai।

⁵⁹In that case, it doesn't seem right to offer Him milk etc.

⁶⁵aakaar hai tab to us par chadhaate hain na।

⁶⁰It is because He has a form that people offer those things to Him.

⁶⁶unko niraakaar to kah nahin sakte।

⁶¹He cannot be called the One without a form.

⁶⁷tumse manushya argue bahut karte hain, baba ke aage bhi aakar argue hi karenge।

⁶²People argue with you a lot. ⁶³They even used to come to Baba and argue with him.

⁶⁸phaaltu maatha khapaayenge। ⁶⁹phaayda kuchh bhi nahin।

⁶⁴They would eat up your heads (trouble you) unnecessarily, but there was no benefit in that.

⁷⁰yeh samjhaana to tum bachchon ka kaam hai।

⁶⁵It is the duty of you children to explain this.

⁷¹tum bachche jaante ho baba ne hamko kitna oonch banaaya hai।

⁶⁶You children know how elevated Baba made you.

⁷²yeh padhaai hai। ⁷³baap teacher ban padhaate hain।

⁶⁷This is a study and the Father becomes your Teacher and teaches you.

⁷⁴tum manushya se devta banne ke liye padh rahe ho।

⁶⁸You are studying to change from human beings into deities.

⁷⁵devi-devta hain satayug mein। ⁷⁶kaliyug mein hote nahin।

⁶⁹Deities exist in the golden age; they don't exist in the iron age.

⁷⁷raam raajya hi nahin jo pavitra rah saken।

⁷⁰There is no kingdom of Rama here that they could remain pure.

⁷⁸devi-devta the phir vaam maarga mein chale jaate hain।

⁷¹Deities used to exist and then they went on to the path of sin.

⁷⁹baaki jaise chitra dikhaaye hain, aise nahin।

⁷²However, they aren't like they have been portrayed in those images.

⁸⁰jagannaath ke mandir mein tum dekhenge kaale chitra hain।

⁷³If you saw the images at the Jagannath Temple, you would see that they are such dirty images.

⁸¹baap kehte hain maaya jeete jagatjeet bano।

⁷⁴The Father says: Conquer Maya and become conquerors of the world.

⁸²to unhonne phir jagat-naath naam rakh diya hai।

⁷⁵So, those people then gave the temple the name Jagannath (Lord of the World).

⁸³oopar mein sab gande chitra dikhaaye hain, devtaayen vaam maarga mein gaye to kaale ban pade।

⁷⁶Around the top, they have shown dirty images. ⁷⁷When the deities went on to the path of sin, they became ugly.

⁸⁴unki bhi pooja karte rehte hain।

⁷⁸People continue to worship them too.

⁸⁵manushyon ko to kuchh pata nahin - kab ham poojya the?

⁷⁹People don't know anything about when they were worthy of worship.

⁸⁶84 janmon ka hisaab kiski bhi buddhi mein nahin hai।

⁸⁰The account of 84 births doesn't enter anyone's intellect.

⁸⁷pahle poojya satopradhaan phir 84 janma lete-lete tamopradhaan pujaari ban padte hain।

⁸¹First of all, you were worthy of worship and satopradhan and then, while taking 84 births, you became tamopradhan and worshippers.

⁸⁸raghunaath mandir mein kaala chitra dikhaate hain, arth to unka kuchh bhi samajhte nahin।

⁸²They show images made of black stone at the Raghunath Temple, too, but they don't understand the meaning of that either.

⁸⁹abhi tum bachchon ko baap baith samjhaate hain।

⁸³The Father now sits here and explains to you children.

⁹⁰gyaan chita par baith gore bante ho, kaam chita par baith kaale ban padte ho।

⁸⁴You become beautiful by sitting on the pyre of knowledge and you become ugly by sitting on the pyre of lust.

⁹¹devtaayen vaam maarga mein jaakar vikaari ban pade phir unka naam devta to rakh nahin sakte।

⁸⁵Deities went on to the path of sin and became vicious and so they could no longer be called deities.

⁹²vaam maarga mein jaane se kaale ban pade ho, yeh nishaani dikhaai hai।

⁸⁶By going on to the path of sin, the deities have become ugly; they have been portrayed as such.

⁹³tum jaante ho ki shivbaaba to kaala banta hi nahin।

⁸⁷You know that Shiv Baba never becomes ugly.

⁹⁴woh to heera hai, jo tumko bhi heere jaisa banaate hain।

⁸⁸He is the Diamond who also makes you become like diamonds.

⁹⁵woh to kabhi kaala bante nahin, unko phir kaala kyon bana diya hai!

⁸⁹He never becomes ugly. ⁹⁰So, why have they shown Him to be ugly?

⁹⁶koi kaala hoga, usne baith kaala banaaya hoga।

⁹¹It would have been someone who was ugly who made an ugly image of Him.

⁹⁷shivbaaba kehte hain hamne kya dosh kiya jo mujhe kaala bana diya hai।

⁹²Shiv Baba says: What crime did I commit that you have shown Me as ugly?

⁹⁸main to aata hi hoon sabko gora banaane, main to sadaiv gora hoon।

⁹³I come to make everyone beautiful. ⁹⁴I am constantly beautiful.

⁹⁹manushyon ki aisi buddhi ban padi hai jo kuchh bhi samajhte nahin।

⁹⁵The intellects of human beings have become such that they don't understand anything.

¹⁰⁰shivbaaba to hai hi sabko heera banaane vaala।

⁹⁶Shiv Baba is the One who makes everyone into diamonds.

¹⁰¹main to ever gora musaaphir hoon।

⁹⁷I am the ever beautiful Traveller.

¹⁰²mainne kya kiya jo mujhe kaala banaaya hai।

⁹⁸What did I do that you have shown Me as ugly?

¹⁰³ab tumko bhi gora banna hai oonch pad paane liye।

⁹⁹You too now have to become beautiful in order to claim a high status.

¹⁰⁴oonch pad kaise paana hai?

¹⁰⁰How will you claim a high status?

¹⁰⁵woh to baap ne samjhaaya hai follow father।

¹⁰¹The Father has explained: Do that by following the father.

¹⁰⁶jaise isne (baba ne) sab-kuchh baap ke havaale kar diya।

¹⁰²This one (Brahma Baba) gave everything to the Father.

¹⁰⁷father ko dekho kaise sab kuchh de diya। ¹⁰⁸bhal saadhaaran the, na bahut gareeb, na bahut saahookaar the।

¹⁰³Look how the father gave everything away, even though he was ordinary: neither very wealthy nor very poor.

¹⁰⁹baba abhi bhi kehte hain tumhaara khaan paan beech ka saadhaaran hona chaahiye। ¹¹⁰na bahut oonch, na bahut kam।

¹⁰⁴Even now, Baba says: Your food and drink should be of an ordinary level; it should neither be too rich nor too plain.

¹¹¹baap hi sab shiksha dete hain।

¹⁰⁵The Father gives you all of these teachings.

¹¹²yeh bhi dekhne mein to saadhaaran hi aate hain।

¹⁰⁶This one is also ordinary to look at.

¹¹³tumko kehte hai kahaan hai bhagwan, dikhaao।

¹⁰⁷People say to you: Where is God? ¹⁰⁸Show Him to me.

¹¹⁴are, aatma bindi hai, unko dekhenge kya!

¹⁰⁹A soul is just a point; how can you see it?

¹¹⁵yeh to jaante ho aatma ka saakshaatkaar in aankhon se hota nahin।

¹¹⁰You know that you cannot have a vision of a soul with those eyes.

¹¹⁶tum kehte ho bhagwan padhaate hain to zaroor koi shareerdhaari hoga।

¹¹¹You say that God is teaching you and so there must surely be a bodily being too.

¹¹⁷niraakaar kaise padhaayenge।

¹¹²How could the incorporeal One teach you?

¹¹⁸manushyon ko to kuchh bhi pata nahin hai।

¹¹³People don't know anything at all.

¹¹⁹jaise tum aatma ho, shareer dvaara part bajaate ho। ¹²⁰aatma hi part bajaati hai। ¹²¹aatma hi bolti hai, shareer dvaara।

¹¹⁴Just as you are souls and you play your parts through your bodies, so that Soul too speaks through a body.

¹²²to aatma vaach। ¹²³parantu aatma vaach shobhta nahin।

¹¹⁵So, there are the versions spoken by that Soul, but it doesn't seem right to say, "Versions of the Soul".

¹²⁴aatma to vaanaprastha, vaani se pare hai, vaach to shareer se hi karegi।

¹¹⁶The Soul is in the stage of retirement, beyond sound, and he would only speak through a body.

¹²⁵vaani se pare sirf aatma hi rah jaati hai।

¹¹⁷It is only souls that resides beyond sound.

¹²⁶vaani mein aana hai to shareer zaroor chaahiye।

¹¹⁸If you want to come into sound, you definitely need a body.

¹²⁷baap bhi gyaan ka saagar hai to zaroor kiske shareer ka aadhaar lega na।

¹¹⁹The Father is also the Ocean of Knowledge and so He would definitely take the support of someone's body.

¹²⁸usko rath kaha jaata hai।

¹²⁰This one is called the chariot.

¹²⁹nahin to woh sunaaye kaise?

¹²¹How else would He speak to you?

¹³⁰baap patit se paavan banne liye shiksha dete hain।

¹²²The Father is giving you teachings to make you pure from impure.

¹³¹prerna ki baat nahin।

¹²³There is no question of inspiration.

¹³²yeh to gyaan ki baat hai।

¹²⁴These are matters of knowledge.

¹³³woh aaye kaise?

¹²⁵How can He come?

¹³⁴kiske shareer mein aaye?

¹²⁶Whose body would He enter?

¹³⁵aayega to zaroor manushya mein hi।

¹²⁷He would surely enter the body of a human being.

¹³⁶kis manushya mein aaye?

¹²⁸Which human being’s body would He enter?

¹³⁷koi ko pata nahin hai, sivaae tumhaare।

¹²⁹No one, except you, knows this.

¹³⁸rachayita khud hi baith apna parichay dete hain। ¹³⁹main kaise aur kis rath mein aata hoon।

¹³⁰The Creator Himself sits here and gives you His introduction: how I come and which chariot I enter.

¹⁴⁰bachche to jaante hain ki baap ka rath kaun-sa hai।

¹³¹You children know which chariot is the Father's.

¹⁴¹bahut manushya moonjhe hue hain।

¹³²People are very confused.

¹⁴²kis-kis ka rath bana dete hain।

¹³³They show His chariot to be so many things.

¹⁴³jaanvar aadi mein to aa na saken।

¹³⁴He cannot enter an animal etc.

¹⁴⁴baap kehte hain main kis manushya mein aaoon। ¹⁴⁵yeh to samajh nahin sakte।

¹³⁵People cannot understand which human being I have to enter.

¹⁴⁶aana bhi bhaarat mein hi hota hai।

¹³⁶I have to come in Bharat.

¹⁴⁷bhaaratvaasiyon mein bhi kiske tan mein aaoon, kya president va saadhu mahaatma ke rath mein aayega?

¹³⁷Which resident of Bharat’s body would I enter? ¹³⁸Would He enter the chariot of the President, a sage or a great soul?

¹⁴⁸aise bhi nahin hai ki pavitra rath mein aana hai। ¹⁴⁹yeh to hai hi raavan raajya।

¹³⁹It isn't that He would enter a pure chariot: this is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁵⁰gaayan bhi hai door desh ka rahne vaala।

¹⁴⁰“The Resident of the faraway land” has been remembered.

¹⁵¹yeh bhi bachchon ko pata hai ki bhaarat avinaashi khanda hai। ¹⁵²uska kabhi vinaash nahin hota।

¹⁴¹You children also know that Bharat is an imperishable land which is never destroyed.

¹⁵³avinaashi baap avinaashi bhaarat khanda mein hi aate hain।

¹⁴²The eternal Father only comes in the imperishable land of Bharat.

¹⁵⁴kis tan mein aate hain, woh khud hi bataate hain।

¹⁴³He Himself tells you which body He enters.

¹⁵⁵aur to koi jaan na sake।

¹⁴⁴No one else can know this.

¹⁵⁶tum jaante ho koi saadhu mahaatma mein bhi aa na sake। ¹⁵⁷woh hain hathayogi, nivritti maarga vaale।

¹⁴⁵You know that He cannot enter the body of a sage or great soul; they are hatha yogis who belong to the path of isolation.

¹⁵⁸baaki rahe bhaaratvaasi bhakta।

¹⁴⁶There then remain the devotees who are residents of Bharat.

¹⁵⁹ab bhakton mein bhi kis bhakta mein aaye?

¹⁴⁷Of the devotees too, which devotee's body would He enter?

¹⁶⁰bhakta puraana chaahiye, jisne bahut bhakti ki ho।

¹⁴⁸It has to be an old devotee who has performed a lot of devotion.

¹⁶¹bhakti ka phal bhagwan ko dene aana padta hai।

¹⁴⁹God has to come to give the fruit of devotion.

¹⁶²bhaarat mein bhakta to dher hain।

¹⁵⁰There are so many devotees in Bharat.

¹⁶³kahenge yeh bada bhakta hai, ismen aana chaahiye।

¹⁵¹They would say: This one is a great devotee and God should enter him.

¹⁶⁴aise to bahut bhakta ban padte hain।

¹⁵²There are many who become devotees like this.

¹⁶⁵kal bhi koi ko vairaagya aaye, bhakta ban jaaye।

¹⁵³If someone were to have disinterest tomorrow, he would become a devotee.

¹⁶⁶woh to is janma ka bhakta ho gaya na।

¹⁵⁴However, that would only make him a devotee for this one birth.

¹⁶⁷usmein aayenge nahin।

¹⁵⁵God would not enter that one.

¹⁶⁸main usmein aata hoon, jisne pahle-pahle bhakti shuru ki।

¹⁵⁶I enter the one who began devotion first.

¹⁶⁹dvaapar se lekar bhakti shuru hui hai।

¹⁵⁷Devotion began in the copper age.

¹⁷⁰yeh hisaab-kitaab koi samajh na saken।

¹⁵⁸No one can understand this account.

¹⁷¹kitni gupta baaten hain।

¹⁵⁹These are such incognito matters.

¹⁷²main aata hoon usmein jo pahle-pahle bhakti shuru karte hain।

¹⁶⁰I enter the one who begins devotion first.

¹⁷³number one jo poojya tha vahi phir number one pujaari bhi banega।

¹⁶¹The number one worthy-of-worship soul then also becomes the number one worshipper.

¹⁷⁴khud hi kehte hain yeh rath hi pahle number mein jaate hain। ¹⁷⁵phir 84 janma bhi yahi lete hain।

¹⁶²He Himself says: This chariot claims number one and he is then the one who takes 84 births.

¹⁷⁶main inke hi bahut janmon ke ant ke bhi ant mein pravesh karta hoon।

¹⁶³I enter this one at the end of the last of his many births.

¹⁷⁷inko hi phir number one raaja banna hai।

¹⁶⁴He then has to become the number one king.

¹⁷⁸yahi bahut bhakti karte the।

¹⁶⁵This one used to perform a lot of devotion.

¹⁷⁹bhakti ka phal bhi inko milna chaahiye।

¹⁶⁶He has to receive the fruit of his devotion.

¹⁸⁰baap dikhlaate hain bachchon ko ki dekho yeh mere par vaari kaise gaya।

¹⁶⁷The Father shows you children how this one surrendered to Him.

¹⁸¹sab kuchh de diya।

¹⁶⁸He gave Me everything.

¹⁸²itne dher bachchon ko sikhlaane liye dhan bhi chaahiye।

¹⁶⁹Wealth is also needed to teach so many children.

¹⁸³eeshvar ka yagya racha hua hai।

¹⁷⁰The sacrificial fire of God was created.

¹⁸⁴khuda ismen baith roodra gyaan yagya rachte hain, isko padhaai bhi kaha jaata hai।

¹⁷¹God sits in this one and creates the sacrificial fire of Rudra. ¹⁷²This is also called a study.

¹⁸⁵roodra shivbaaba jo gyaan ka saagar hai, usne yagya racha hai gyaan dene ke liye।

¹⁷⁸You are studying, and so what offerings do you sacrifice into this one?

¹⁹¹tum jaante ho ham padhkar hoshiyaar ho jaayenge।

¹⁷⁹You know that you are studying and will become clever.

¹⁹²phir yeh saari duniya ismen svaaha ho jaayegi।

¹⁸⁰Then, this whole world will be sacrificed here.

¹⁹³yagya mein pichhaadi ke time jo bhi saamagri hai, sab daal dete hain।

¹⁸¹When there is a sacrificial fire, they pour all the offerings into the fire at the end.

¹⁹⁴tum bachche ab jaante ho hamko baap padha rahe hain।

¹⁸²You children know that the Father is now teaching you.

¹⁹⁵baap hai to bahut saadhaaran।

¹⁸³The Father is very ordinary.

²¹⁵They are the ones who become the most impure and they are the ones who then have to become pure.

²¹⁷The Father is telling you everything that is real.

²¹⁸The Father is the Truth.

²²⁹Your food and drink and way of living have to be ordinary, of a medium level, neither too high nor too low.
