¹“meethe bachche - pahle har ek ko yeh mantra koot-koot kar pakka karaao ki tum aatma ho, tumhein baap ko yaad karna hai, yaad se hi paap katenge''

¹Essence: Sweet children, first of all, grind this mantra very firmly into everyone: You are a soul. ²You have to remember the Father. ³It is only by having remembrance that your sins will be cut away.

²prashn:- sachchi seva kya hai, jo tum abhi kar rahe ho?

⁴Question: What is the real service that you now do?

³uttar:- bhaarat jo patit ban gaya hai, use paavan banaana - yahi sachchi seva hai।

⁵Answer: To make Bharat that has become impure pure is real service.

⁴log poochhte hain tum bhaarat ki kya seva karte ho? ⁵tum unhein bataao ki ham shreemat par bhaarat ki woh roohaani seva karte hain jisse bhaarat double sirtaaj banen।

⁶When people ask how you are serving Bharat, tell them that, according to shrimat, you are doing spiritual service of Bharat through which it becomes double crowned.

⁶bhaarat mein jo pees prosperity thi, uski ham sthaapna kar rahe hain।

⁷You are establishing the peace and prosperity that used to exist in Bharat.

⁷om shanti।

⁸Om shanti.

⁸pahla-pahla shabka (paath) hai - bachche, apne ko aatma samjho athva manamnaabhav, yeh hai sanskrit akshar।

⁹The first lesson is: Children, consider yourselves to be souls, that is, become “Manmanabhav”. ¹⁰This is a Sanskrit word.

⁹ab bachche jab service karte hain to pahle-pahle hi unko alpha padhaana hai।

¹¹When you children do service, first of all, teach them about Alpha.

¹⁰jab bhi koi aaye to shivbaaba ke chitra ke aage le jaana hai, aur koi chitra ke aage nahin।

¹²When anyone comes, take them to Shiv Baba's picture, not to any other picture.

¹¹pahle-pahle baap ke chitra ke paas unko kehna hai - baba kehte hain apne ko aatma samajh mujh baap ko yaad karo।

¹³First of all, take them in front of the picture of the Father and say: Baba says: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

¹²main tumhaara supreme baap bhi hoon, supreme teacher bhi hoon, supreme guru bhi hoon।

¹⁴I am your Supreme Father, the Supreme Teacher and also the Supreme Guru.

¹³sabko yeh paath sikhlaana hai।

¹⁵Teach everyone this lesson.

¹⁴shuru hi vahaan se karna hai।

¹⁶This is where you have to begin.

¹⁵apne ko aatma samajh aur mujh baap ko yaad karo kyonki tum jo patit bane ho phir paavan satopradhaan banna hai।

¹⁷Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father, because you have become impure and you have to become pure and satopradhan once again.

¹⁶is shabka mein sab baaten aa jaati hain। ¹⁷sabhi koi aise karte nahin।

¹⁸Everything is included in this lesson, but not all of you do this.

¹⁸baba kehte hain pahle-pahle shivbaaba ke chitra par hi le jaana hai।

¹⁹Baba says: First of all, take them to the picture of Shiv Baba.

¹⁹yeh behad ka baba hai।

²⁰This is our unlimited Baba.

²⁰baba kehte hain maamekam yaad karo।

²¹Baba says: Constantly remember Me alone.

²¹apne ko aatma samjho to beda paar hai।

²²yaad karte-karte pavitra duniya mein pahunch hi jaana hai।

²³While remembering Me, you will reach the pure world.

²³yeh shabka kam se kam 3 minute to ghadi-ghadi pakka karna hai। ²⁴baap ko yaad kiya?

²⁴Every three minutes, repeatedly make this lesson firm: Did you remember the Father?

²⁵baba, baba bhi hai, rachna ka rachayita bhi hai।

²⁵Baba is Baba and also the Creator of creation.

²⁶rachna ke aadi-madhya-ant ko jaante hain kyonki manushya srishti ka beejroop hai।

²⁶He knows the beginning, middle and end of creation because He is the Seed of the human world tree.

²⁷pahle-pahle to yeh nishchay karaana hai।

²⁷First of all, you have to inspire them to have this faith.

²⁸baap ko yaad karte ho?

²⁸Do you remember the Father?

²⁹yeh knowledge baap hi dete hain।

²⁹Only the Father gives you this knowledge.

³⁰hamne bhi baap se knowledge li hai, jo aapko dete hain।

³⁰We too received this knowledge from the Father which we are giving you.

³¹pahle-pahle yeh mantra pakka karaana hai - apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo to dhanke ban jaayenge।

³¹First of all, make this mantra firm for them: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father and you will belong to the Lord and Master.

³²iske oopar hi samjhaana hai।

³²You just have to explain this.

³³jab tak yeh nahin samjhen tab tak pair aage badhaana hi nahin।

³³Until they understand this, you mustn't move them from there.

³⁴aise baap ke parichay par do-chaar chitra hone chaahiye।

³⁴There should be two to four pictures that give such an introduction of the Father.

³⁵to is par achhi reeti samjhaane se unki buddhi mein aa jaayega - hamko baap ko yaad karna hai, vahi sarvashaktimaan hai, unko yaad karne se paap kat jaayenge।

³⁵So, when you explain this very well, it will enter their intellects. ³⁶We have to remember the Father because He alone is the Almighty Authority. ³⁷By remembering Him, our sins will be cut away.

³⁶baap ki mahima to clear hai।

³⁸The praise of the Father is clear.

³⁷pahle-pahle yeh zaroor samjhaana chaahiye - apne ko aatma samajh maamekam yaad karo।

³⁹First of all, definitely say: Consider yourselves to be souls and constantly remember Me alone.

³⁸deh ke sab sambandh bhool jaao।

⁴⁰Forget all relationships of your bodies.

³⁹main sikkha hoon, phalaana hoon… yeh chhod ek baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁴¹I am a Sikh, I am so-and-so: forget all of that and remember the one Father.

⁴⁰pahle-pahle to buddhi mein yeh mukhya baat bithaao।

⁴²First of all, make this one main thing sit in their intellects.

⁴¹woh baap hi pavitrata, sukh, shanti ka varsa dene vaala hai।

⁴³That Father is the One who gives you the inheritance of purity, peace and happiness.

⁴²baap hi characters sudhaarte hain।

⁴⁴Only the Father reforms your character.

⁴³to baba ko khyaal aaya - pahla paath is reeti pakka karaate nahin hain, jo hai bilkul zaroori।

⁴⁵So, Baba was concerned that you don't make them understand the first lesson firmly in this way. ⁴⁶However, this is absolutely essential.

⁴⁴jitna yeh achhi reeti kootenge utna buddhi mein yaad rahega।

⁴⁹They will listen to the Father's praise with a lot of interest.

⁴⁷yeh baap ka chitra hai mukhya।

⁵⁰This picture of the Father is the main one.

⁴⁸queue saari is chitra ke aage honi chaahiye।

⁵¹There should be a queue in front of this picture.

⁴⁹baap ka paigaam sabko dena hai।

⁵²Give everyone the Father's message.

⁵⁰phir hai rachna ki knowledge ki yeh chakra kaise phirta hai।

⁵³Then there is the knowledge of creation and of how this cycle turns.

⁵¹jaise masaala koot-koot kar ekdam maheen banaaya jaata hai na। ⁵²tum eeshvareey mission ho, to achhi reeti ek-ek baat buddhi mein bithaani hai kyonki baap ko na jaanne kaaran sab nidhanke ban pade hain।

⁵⁴Just as you grind spices and make them very fine, so too, you are the Godly mission and so you have to make each of these aspects sit in their intellects very well. ⁵⁵Because they don't know the Father, they have all become orphans.

⁵³parichay dena hai - baba supreme baap hai, supreme teacher, supreme guru hai।

⁵⁶You have to give this introduction: Baba is our Supreme Father, the Supreme Teacher and the Supreme Guru.

⁵⁴teenon hi kahne se phir sarvavyaapi ki baat buddhi se nikal jaayegi।

⁵⁷By your calling Him all three, the idea of omnipresence will be removed from their intellects.

⁵⁵yeh to pahle-pahle buddhi mein bithaao।

⁵⁸Make this sit in their intellects first.

⁵⁶baap ko yaad karna hai tab hi tum patit se paavan ban sakenge।

⁵⁹You have to remember the Father, for only then will you be able to become pure from impure.

⁵⁷daivi gun bhi dhaaran karne hain।

⁶⁰You also have to imbibe divine virtues.

⁵⁸satopradhaan banna hai।

⁶¹You have to become satopradhan.

⁵⁹tum unko baap ki yaad dilaayenge, ismen tum bachchon ka bhi kalyaan hai। ⁶⁰tum bhi manamnaabhav rahenge।

⁶²When you children remind them of the Father, you too will benefit from that; you will also remain “Manmanabhav”.

⁶¹tum paigambar ho to baap ka parichay dena hai।

⁶³You are messengers and so you have to give the Father's introduction.

⁶²ek bhi manushya nahin, jisko yeh pata ho ki baba hamaara baap bhi hai, teacher aur guru bhi hai।

⁶⁴Not a single human being knows that Baba is our Father, Teacher and also our Guru.

⁶³baap ka parichay sunne se woh bahut khush ho jaayenge।

⁶⁵When they hear the Father's introduction, they will become very happy.

⁶⁴bhagvaanuvaach - maamekam yaad karo to tumhaare paap kat jaayenge।

⁶⁶God speaks: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be cut away.

⁶⁵yeh bhi tum jaante ho।

⁶⁷Only you know this.

⁶⁶geeta ke saath phir mahaabhaarat ladaai bhi dikhaai hai।

⁶⁸Together with the Gita, they have also shown the Mahabharat War.

⁶⁷ab aur to koi ladaai ki baat hi nahin।

⁶⁹Now, there is no question of any other war.

⁶⁸tumhaari ladaai hai hi baap ko yaad karne mein।

⁷⁰Your war is in remembering the Father.

⁶⁹padhaai to alag hai, baaki ladaai hai yaad mein kyonki sab hain deh-abhimaani।

⁷¹The study is separate, but there is a battle in having remembrance because all are body conscious.

⁷⁰tum ab bante ho dehi-abhimaani। ⁷¹baap ko yaad karne vaale।

⁷²You are now becoming soul conscious, the ones who remember the Father.

⁷²pahle-pahle yeh pakka karaao, woh baap, teacher, guru hai।

⁷³First of all, make it firm for them that He is the Father, Teacher and Guru.

⁷³abhi ham unki sunen ya tumhaari sunen?

⁷⁴Should we listen to Him or to you?

⁷⁴baap kehte hain - bachche, ab tumhein poora-poora shreemat par chalna hai shreshtha banne ke liye।

⁷⁵The Father says: Children, in order to become elevated, you have to follow shrimat fully.

⁷⁵ham yahi seva karte hain।

⁷⁶This is the service that we do.

⁷⁶eeshvareey mat par chalo to tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge।

⁷⁷Follow God’s directions and your sins will be absolved.

⁷⁷baap ki shreemat yeh hai ki maamekam yaad karo।

⁷⁸The Father's directions are: Constantly remember Me alone.

⁷⁸srishti ka chakra jo samjhaate hain, yeh bhi unki mat hai।

⁷⁹The world cycle that He explains to you is also in His directions.

⁷⁹tum bhi pavitra banenge aur baap ko yaad karenge to baap kehte hain main saath le jaaoonga।

⁸⁰If you become pure and remember the Father, He says: I will take you back with Me.

⁸⁰baba behad ka roohaani panda bhi hai।

⁸¹Baba is the unlimited spiritual Guide.

⁸¹unko bulaate hain he patit-paavan, hamko paavan banaakar is patit duniya se le chalo।

⁸²People call out to Him: O Purifier, make us pure and take us away from this impure world!

⁸²woh hain jismaani pande, yeh hai roohaani panda।

⁸³Those are physical guides whereas this One is the spiritual Guide.

⁸³shivbaaba hamko padhaate hain।

⁸⁴Shiv Baba is teaching us.

⁸⁴baap tum bachchon ko bhi kehte hain chalte, phirte, uthte baap ko yaad karte raho।

⁸⁵The Father says to you children: While walking and moving around, continue to remember the Father.

⁸⁵ismen apne ko thakaane ki bhi darkaar nahin।

⁸⁶There is no need to tire yourself out in this.

⁸⁶baba dekhte hain - kabhi-kabhi bachche savere-savere aakar baithte hain to zaroor thak jaate honge।

⁸⁷Baba sees that some children sometimes come and sit here early in the morning and so they must definitely be becoming tired.

⁸⁷yeh to sahaj maarga hai।

⁸⁸This is an easy path.

⁸⁸hath se nahin baithna hai।

⁸⁹You mustn't sit here by force.

⁸⁹bhal chakra lagaao, ghoomo phiro, bahut ruchi se baap ko yaad karo।

⁹⁰Although you may walk and tour around, you can remember the Father with a lot of interest.

⁹⁰andar se baba-baba ki bahut uchhal aani chaahiye।

⁹¹Internally, let there be a lot of enthusiasm for Baba.

⁹¹uchhal unko aayegi jo hardam baap ko yaad karte rahenge।

⁹²Only those who continue to remember the Father constantly would be enthusiastic.

⁹²kuchh na kuchh aur baaten jo buddhi mein yaad hain, unko nikaalna chaahiye।

⁹³You must remove everything else you remember from your intellects.

⁹³baap ke saath ati pyaar rahe, woh ateendriy sukh bhaasta rahe।

⁹⁴Let there be deep love for the Father and you will continue to experience supersensuous joy.

⁹⁴jab tum baap ki yaad mein lag jaayenge tab hi tamopradhaan se satopradhaan ban jaayenge।

⁹⁵When you become engrossed in having remembrance of the Father, you will become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

⁹⁵phir tumhaari khushi ka paaraavaar nahin rahega।

⁹⁶There will then be no end to your happiness.

⁹⁶in sab baaton ka varnan yahaan hota hai isliye gaayan bhi hai - ateendriy sukh gop-gopiyon se poochho, jinko bhagwan baap padhaate hain।

⁹⁷All of those things are spoken about here. ⁹⁸This is why it is remembered: Ask the gopes and gopis, whom God, the Father, teaches about supersensuous joy.

⁹⁷bhagvaanuvaach mujhe yaad karo।

⁹⁹God speaks: Remember Me.

⁹⁸baap ki hi mahima bataani hai।

¹⁰⁰You have to tell them the Father's praise.

⁹⁹sadgati ka varsa to ek baap se hi milta hai।

¹⁰¹You receive the inheritance of salvation from only the one Father.

¹⁰⁰sabko sadgati milti hai zaroor।

¹⁰²Everyone definitely receives salvation.

¹⁰¹pahle sab jaayenge shantidham।

¹⁰³First of all, everyone will go to the land of peace.

¹⁰²yeh buddhi mein hona chaahiye ki baap hamko sadgati de rahe hain।

¹⁰⁴You should have it in your intellects that the Father is giving you salvation.

¹⁰³shantidham, sukh-dhaam kisko kaha jaata hai - yeh to samjhaaya hai।

¹⁰⁵It has been explained to you which places are called the land of peace and the land of happiness.

¹⁰⁴shantidham mein sab aatmaayen rehti hain।

¹⁰⁶All souls reside in the land of peace.

¹⁰⁵woh hai sweet hom, silence hom। ¹⁰⁶tower aaph silence।

¹⁰⁷That is the sweet home, the silence home, the tower of silence.

¹⁰⁷usko in aankhon se koi dekh na sake।

¹⁰⁸It cannot be seen with these eyes.

¹⁰⁸un science vaalon ki buddhi to yahaan in aankhon se jo cheez dekhte hain us par hi chalti hai।

¹⁰⁹The intellects of scientists work on all the things they see with their physical eyes.

¹⁰⁹aatmaon ko to in aankhon se koi dekh na sake।

¹¹⁰No one can see a soul with those eyes.

¹¹⁰samajh sakte hain।

¹¹¹They can understand about a soul.

¹¹¹jab aatma ko hi nahin dekh sakte to baap ko phir kaise dekh sakte hain।

¹¹²They can't see a soul, so how could they see the Father?

¹¹²yeh samajh ki baat hai na।

¹¹³This is a matter of understanding.

¹¹³in aankhon se dekha nahin jaata।

¹¹⁴They cannot be seen with these eyes.

¹¹⁴bhagvaanuvaach - mujhe yaad karo to paap bhasma honge।

¹¹⁵God speaks: Remember Me and your sins will be burnt away.

¹¹⁵yeh kisne kaha?

¹¹⁶Who said this?

¹¹⁶poora samajh nahin sakte to shreekrishna ke liye kah dete hain।

¹¹⁷Because they are unable to understand this fully, they say this about Shri Krishna.

¹¹⁷shreekrishna ko to bahut yaad karte hain।

¹¹⁸People remember Shri Krishna a great deal.

¹¹⁸din-pratidin vyabhichaari hote jaate hain।

¹¹⁹Day by day, they continue to become adulterated.

¹¹⁹bhakti mein bhi pahle ek shiv ki bhakti karte hain।

¹²⁰In devotion, they first of all worship Shiva.

¹²⁰woh hai avyabhichaari bhakti phir lakshmi-naaraayan ki bhakti.... oonch te oonch to hai bhagwan।

¹²¹That is unadulterated devotion and then there is the devotion of Lakshmi and Narayan. ¹²²God is the Highest on High.

¹²¹vahi varsa dete hain yeh vishnu banne ka। ¹²²tum shiv vanshi ban phir vishnupuri ke maalik bante ho।

¹²³He gives you the inheritance of becoming Vishnu; you become part of the clan of Shiva and then become the masters of the land of Vishnu.

¹²³maala banti hi tab hai jab pahla paath achhi tarah padhte hain।

¹²⁴The rosary is created when the first lesson is studied very well.

¹²⁴baap ko yaad karna koi maasi ka ghar nahin।

¹²⁵To remember the Father is not like going to your aunty's home!

¹²⁵man-buddhi ko sab taraph se hataakar ek taraph lagaana hai।

¹²⁶Remove your minds and intellects from everything else and fix them in one direction.

¹²⁶jo kuchh in aankhon se dekhte ho unse buddhiyog hata do।

¹²⁷Remove your intellects’ yoga from whatever you see with those eyes.

¹²⁷baap kehte hain maamekam yaad karo, ismen moonjhana nahin hai।

¹²⁸The Father says: Constantly remember Me alone. ¹²⁹Do not become confused about this.

¹²⁸baap is rath mein baithe hain, unki mahima karte hain - woh hai niraakaar।

¹³⁰The Father is sitting in this chariot and He is praised as the incorporeal One.

¹²⁹in dvaara tumko ghadi-ghadi yeh yaad dilaate hain - tum manamnaabhav ho raho। ¹³⁰goya tum sab par upkaar karte ho।

¹³¹He repeatedly reminds you through this one to remain “Manmanabhav”, which means that you have to uplift everyone.

¹³¹tum khaana pakaane vaalon ko bhi kehte ho - shivbaaba ko yaad kar bhojan banaao to khaane vaalon ki buddhi shuddh ho jaayegi।

¹³²Tell those who cook food: Prepare food in remembrance of Shiv Baba and the intellects of those who eat that food will become pure.

¹³²ek-do ko yaad dilaana hai।

¹³³You have to remind one another.

¹³³har ek kuchh na kuchh samay yaad karte hain। ¹³⁴koi aadha ghanta baithte hain, koi 10 minute baithte hain।

¹³⁴Each one sits in remembrance for some time: some sit for half an hour and others sit for ten minutes.

¹³⁵achha, 5 minute bhi pyaar se baap ko yaad kiya to raajdhaani mein aa jaayenge।

¹³⁵Achcha, if you remember the Father with love for even five minutes, you will come into the kingdom.

¹³⁶raaja-raani hamesha sabko pyaar karte hain।

¹³⁶Kings and queens always love everyone.

¹³⁷tum bhi pyaar ke saagar bante ho, isliye sab par pyaar rehta hai।

¹³⁷You also become oceans of love and this is why you have love for everyone.

¹³⁸pyaar hi pyaar।

¹³⁸There is nothing but love.

¹³⁹baap pyaar ka saagar hai to bachchon ka bhi zaroor aisa pyaar hoga, tab vahaan bhi aisa pyaar rahega।

¹³⁹The Father is the Ocean of Love and so you children would also have such love. ¹⁴⁰Only then will you have such love there too.

¹⁴⁰raaja-raani ka bhi bahut pyaar hota hai।

¹⁴¹Kings and queens have a lot of love.

¹⁴¹bachchon ka bhi bahut pyaar hota hai।

¹⁴²Children too have a lot of love.

¹⁴²pyaar bhi behad ka।

¹⁴³The love is unlimited.

¹⁴³yahaan to pyaar ka naam nahin, maar hai।

¹⁴⁴Here, there is no mention of love, there is just beating.

¹⁴⁴vahaan yeh kaam kataari ki hinsa bhi nahin hoti, isliye bhaarat ki mahima aparmaapaar gaai hui hai।

¹⁴⁵There is no violence of the sword of lust there. ¹⁴⁶This is why limitless praise of Bharat has been remembered.

¹⁴⁵bhaarat jaisa pavitra desh koi hai nahin।

¹⁴⁷There is no other land as pure as Bharat was.

¹⁴⁶yeh sabse bada teertha hai।

¹⁴⁸This is the greatest pilgrimage place.

¹⁴⁷baap yahaan (bhaarat mein) aakar sabki seva karte hain, sabko padhaate hain।

¹⁴⁹The Father comes here (in Bharat) and serves everyone; He teaches everyone.

¹⁴⁸mukhya hai padhaai।

¹⁵⁰The main thing is this study.

¹⁴⁹tumse koi-koi poochhte hain bhaarat ki kya seva karte ho?

¹⁵¹Some people ask you how you serve Bharat.

¹⁵⁰bolo, tum chaahte ho bhaarat paavan ho, ab patit hai na, to ham shreemat par bhaarat ko paavan banaate hain।

¹⁵²Tell them: You want Bharat to become pure because it is now impure and so we are making Bharat pure by following shrimat.

¹⁵¹sabko kehte hain baap ko yaad karo to patit se paavan ban jaayenge।

¹⁵³We tell everyone: Remember the Father and you will become pure from impure.

¹⁵²yeh ham roohaani seva kar rahe hain।

¹⁵⁴This is the spiritual service that we do.

¹⁵³bhaarat jo sirtaaj tha, pees prosperity thi woh phir se bana rahe hain, shreemat par kalpa pahle muaaphik, drama plan anusaar।

¹⁵⁵We are once again creating the peace and prosperity that used to exist in Bharat when it was double crowned, by following shrimat, exactly as we did in the previous cycle, according to the drama plan.

¹⁵⁴yeh akshar poore yaad karo।

¹⁵⁶Remember these words very well.

¹⁵⁵manushya chaahte bhi hain world pees ho। ¹⁵⁶so ham kar rahe hain।

¹⁵⁷People want there to be peace in the world and we are bringing that about.

¹⁵⁷bhagvaanuvaach - baap ham bachchon ko samjhaate rehte hain mujh baap ko yaad karo।

¹⁵⁸God speaks. ¹⁵⁹The Father continues to tell us children: Remember Me, your Father.

¹⁵⁸yeh bhi baba jaante hain tum koi itna yaad thode hi karte ho baba ko।

¹⁶⁰Baba knows that none of you remember Baba that much.

¹⁵⁹ismen hi mehnat hai।

¹⁶¹This too requires effort.

¹⁶⁰yaad se hi tumhaari karmaateet avastha aayegi।

¹⁶²It is only by having remembrance that you will attain your karmateet stage.

¹⁶¹tumko svadarshan chakradhaari banna hai।

¹⁶³You have to become spinners of the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁶²inka arth bhi kisko buddhi mein nahin hai।

¹⁶⁴None of them have the meaning of this in their intellects.

¹⁶³shaastron mein to kitni baaten likh di hain।

¹⁶⁵They have written so many things in the scriptures.
