¹“meethe bachche - yaad ki yaatra mein albele mat bano, yaad se hi aatma paavan banegi, baap aaye hain sabhi aatmaon ki seva kar unhein shuddh banaane''

¹Essence: Sweet children, do not become careless about the pilgrimage of remembrance. ²It is by having remembrance that you souls will become pure. ³The Father has come to serve all souls. ⁴He has come to make them clean and pure.

²prashn:- kaun-si smriti bani rahe to khaan-paan shuddh ho jaayega?

⁵Question: What consciousness should you maintain so that your food and drink become pure?

³uttar:- yadi smriti rahe ki ham baba ke paas aaye hain sachkhanda mein jaane ke liye va manushya se devta banne ke liye to khaan-paan shuddh ho jaayega kyonki devtaayen kabhi ashuddha cheez nahin khaate।

⁶Answer: If you have the awareness that you have come to Baba in order to go to the land of truth and to change from human beings into deities, your food and drink will become pure, because deities never eat anything impure.

⁴jab ham satya baba ke paas aaye hain sachkhanda, paavan duniya ka maalik banne to patit (ashuddha) ban nahin sakte।

⁷Since you have come to the true Baba in order to become the masters of the pure world, the land of truth, you cannot become impure.

⁶roohaani baap roohaani bachchon se poochhte hain - bachche, tum jab yahaan baithte ho to kisko yaad karte ho?

⁹The spiritual Father asks you spiritual children: Children, whom are you remembering when you sit here?

⁷apne behad ke baap ko।

¹⁰You are remembering your unlimited Father.

⁸woh kahaan hai?

¹¹Where is He?

⁹unko pukaara jaata hai na - he patit-paavan!

¹²You called out to Him: “O Purifier!”

¹⁰aajkal sannyaasi bhi kehte rehte hain patit-paavan seetaaraam arthaat patiton ko paavan banaane vaale raam aao।

¹³Nowadays, even sannyasis call out: “O Purifier, Sita Rama, Rama, Purifier of the Impure, come!”

¹¹yeh to bachche samajhte hain paavan duniya satayug ko, patit duniya kaliyug ko kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴You children understand that the golden age is called a pure world and that the iron age, an impure world.

¹²abhi tum kahaan baithe ho?

¹⁵Where are you now sitting?

¹³kaliyug ke ant mein isliye pukaarte hain baba aakar hamko paavan banaao।

¹⁶At the end of the iron age. ¹⁷This is why you call out: “Baba, come and make us pure!”

¹⁴ham kaun hain?

¹⁸Who are we?

¹⁵aatma।

¹⁹Souls.

¹⁶aatma ko hi pavitra banna hai।

²⁰It is souls that have to become pure.

¹⁷aatma pavitra banti hai to shareer bhi pavitra milta hai।

²¹When a soul becomes pure, he receives a pure body.

¹⁸aatma ke patit banne se shareer bhi patit milta hai।

²²When you souls become impure, you also receive impure bodies.

¹⁹yeh shareer to mitti ka putla hai। ²⁰aatma to avinaashi hai।

²³These bodies are like puppets of clay, whereas souls are imperishable.

²¹aatma in organs dvaara kehti hai, pukaarti hai - ham bahut patit ban gaye hain, hamko aakar paavan banaao।

²⁴Souls speak and call out through their organs: “We have become very impure; come and make us pure!”

²²baap paavan banaate hain। ²³5 vikaaron roopi raavan patit banaate hain।

²⁵The Father makes you pure, whereas the five vices of Ravan make you impure.

²⁴baap ne abhi smriti dilaai hai - ham paavan the phir aise 84 janma lete-lete abhi antim janma mein hain।

²⁶The Father has now reminded you that you were pure and that, having taken 84 births, you are now in your last birth.

²⁵yeh jo manushya srishti roopi jhaad hai, baap kehte hain main inka beejroop hoon, mujhe bulaate hain - he parampita paramatma, O god father, liberate me।

²⁷The Father says: I am the Seed of this human world tree. ²⁸You called out to Me: “O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, O God, the Father, liberate me!”

²⁶har ek apne liye kehte hain mujhe chhudaao bhi aur panda bankar shantidham ghar mein le chalo।

²⁹Everyone calls out for himself: “Liberate me and become my Guide and take me back home to the land of peace!”

²⁷sannyaasi aadi bhi kehte hain sthaai shanti kaise mile?

³⁰Sannyasis too ask how they can have constant peace.

²⁸ab shantidham to hai ghar। ²⁹jahaan se aatmaayen part bajaane aati hain।

³¹The land of peace is your home from where you souls come down to play your parts.

³⁰vahaan sirf aatmaayen hi hain shareer nahin hai।

³²Only souls exist there, not bodies.

³¹aatmaayen nangi arthaat shareer bigar rehti hain।

³³Souls are naked, that is, without bodies.

³²nange ka arth yeh nahin ki kapde pahanne bigar rehna।

³⁴The meaning of "naked" does not mean to be without clothes.

³³nahin, shareer bigar aatmaayen nangi (ashareeri) rehti hain।

³⁵No; souls are naked (bodiless) without bodies.

³⁴baap kehte hain - bachche, tum aatmaayen vahaan mool vatan mein bigar shareer rehti ho, use niraakaari duniya kaha jaata hai।

³⁶The Father says: Children, each of you souls resides there in the soul world without a body. ³⁷That is called the incorporeal world.

³⁵bachchon ko seedhi par samjhaaya gaya hai - kaise ham seedhi neeche utarte aaye hain।

³⁸It has been explained to you children how you have been coming down the ladder.

³⁶poore 84 janma lage hain maximum। ³⁷phir koi ek janma bhi lete hain।

³⁹You take the maximum of 84 births, whereas some even take one birth.

³⁸aatmaayen oopar se aati hi rehti hain।

⁴⁰Souls continue to come down from up above.

³⁹abhi baap kehte hain main aaya hoon paavan banaane।

⁴¹The Father says: I have now come to make you pure.

⁴⁰shivbaaba, brahma dvaara tumhein padhaate hain।

⁴²Shiv Baba teaches you through Brahma.

⁴¹shivbaaba hai aatmaon ka baap aur brahma ko aadi dev kehte hain।

⁴³Shiv Baba is the Father of souls, whereas Brahma is called Adi Dev.

⁴²is daada mein baap kaise aate hain, yeh tum bachche hi jaante ho।

⁴⁴Only you children know how the Father enters this Dada.

⁴³mujhe bulaate bhi hain - he patit-paavan aao।

⁴⁵You call out to Me: “O Purifier, come!”

⁴⁴aatmaon ne is shareer dvaara bulaaya hai।

⁴⁶Souls call out through their bodies.

⁴⁵mukhya aatma hai na।

⁴⁷The main thing is the soul.

⁴⁶yeh hai hi duhkhadhaam।

⁴⁸This is a land of sorrow.

⁴⁷yahaan kaliyug mein dekho baithe-baithe achaanak mrityu ho jaati hai, vahaan aise koi beemaar hi nahin hote। ⁴⁸naam hi hai svarga।

⁴⁹Just see how here, in the iron age, whilst sitting somewhere, people suddenly die. ⁵⁰There, no one ever becomes ill; the very name is heaven.

⁴⁹kitna achha naam hai।

⁵¹It is such a good name.

⁵⁰kahne se dil khush ho jaata hai।

⁵²Your heart becomes happy when you mention its name.

⁵¹Christian bhi kehte hain Christ se 3 hazaar varsha pahle paradise tha।

⁵³Christians too say that Paradise existed 3000 years before Christ.

⁵²yahaan bhaaratvaasiyon ko to kuchh bhi pata nahin hai kyonki unhonne sukh bahut dekha hai to duhkh bhi bahut dekh rahe hain।

⁵⁴Here, the people of Bharat do not know anything. ⁵⁵They have experienced a great deal of happiness and they have also experienced a great deal of sorrow.

⁵³tamopradhaan bane hain।

⁵⁶They have become tamopradhan.

⁵⁴84 janma bhi inhon ke hain।

⁵⁷They are the ones who take 84 births.

⁵⁵aadhaakalpa baad phir aur dharma vaale aate hain।

⁵⁸The other religions come after half a cycle.

⁵⁶abhi tum samajhte ho aadhaakalpa devi-devtaayen the to aur koi dharma nahin tha। ⁵⁷phir treta mein jab raam hua to bhi islaami-bauddhi nahin the।

⁵⁹You now understand that the deities existed for half of this cycle, that there were no other religions and that when Rama of the silver age came into existence, there were no Buddhists or people of Islam.

⁵⁸manushya to bilkul ghor andhiyaare mein hain।

⁶⁰Human beings are in total darkness.

⁵⁹kah dete duniya ki aayu laakhon varsha hai, isliye manushya moonjhate hain ki kaliyug ajun chhota bachcha hai।

⁶¹They say that the duration of the world is hundreds of thousands of years. ⁶²That is why human beings become confused and believe that the iron age is still in its infancy.

⁶⁰tum abhi samajhte ho kaliyug poora ho abhi satayug aayega isliye tum aaye ho baap se svarga ka varsa lene।

⁶³You now understand that the iron age is coming to an end and that the golden age is about to come. ⁶⁴That is why you have come to the Father to claim your inheritance of heaven.

⁶¹tum sab svargavaasi the।

⁶⁵You all used to reside in heaven.

⁶²baap aate hi hain svarga sthaapan karne।

⁶⁶The Father only comes to establish heaven.

⁶³tum hi svarga mein aate ho, baaki sab shantidham ghar chale jaate hain।

⁶⁷Only you go to heaven; everyone else will go home to the land of peace.

⁶⁴woh hai sweet hom, aatmaayen vahaan nivaas karti hain। ⁶⁵phir yahaan aakar paartadhaari bante hain।

⁶⁸That is the sweet home where all souls reside and then come down here to play their parts.

⁶⁶shareer bigar to aatma bol bhi na sake।

⁶⁹A soul cannot speak without a body.

⁶⁷vahaan shareer na hone kaaran aatmaayen shanti mein rehti hain।

⁷⁰There, because souls don’t have bodies, they remain in silence.

⁶⁸phir aadha-kalpa hain devi-devtaayen, sooryavanshi-chandravanshi।

⁷¹Then, for half a cycle, there are the deities of the sun dynasty and the moon dynasty.

⁶⁹phir dvaapar-kaliyug mein hote hain manushya।

⁷²Then, in the copper and iron ages, there are human beings.

⁷⁰devtaaon ka raajya tha phir ab woh kahaan gaye?

⁷³There used to be the kingdom of deities; where have they now gone?

⁷¹kisko pata nahin।

⁷⁴No one knows.

⁷²yeh knowledge abhi tumko baap se milti hai।

⁷⁵You now receive this knowledge from the Father.

⁷³aur koi manushya mein yeh knowledge hoti nahin।

⁷⁶No other human beings have this knowledge.

⁷⁴baap hi aakar manushyon ko yeh knowledge dete hain, jisse hi manushya se devta bante hain।

⁷⁷Only the Father comes and gives this knowledge to you human beings through which you change from human beings into deities.

⁷⁵tum yahaan aaye hi ho manushya se devta banne ke liye।

⁷⁸You have come here in order to become deities from human beings.

⁷⁶devtaaon ka khaan-paan ashuddha nahin hota, ve kabhi beedi aadi peete nahin।

⁷⁹The food and drink of the deities is never impure. ⁸⁰They never smoke cigarettes, etc.

⁷⁷yahaan ke patit manushyon ki baat mat poochho - kya-kya khaate hain!

⁸¹Don’t even ask what impure people here do! ⁸²They eat all sorts of things.

⁷⁸ab baap samjhaate hain yeh bhaarat pahle sachkhanda tha।

⁸³The Father now explains: Previously, this Bharat was a land of truth.

⁷⁹zaroor sachche baap ne sthaapan kiya hoga।

⁸⁴It must surely have been the true Father who established it.

⁸⁰baap ko hi truth kaha jaata hai।

⁸⁵The Father is called the Truth.

⁸¹baap hi kehte hain main hi is bhaarat ko sachkhanda banaata hoon।

⁸⁶The Father says: Only I make this Bharat into a land of truth.

⁸²tum sachche devtaayen kaise ban sakte ho, woh bhi tumko sikhlaata hoon।

⁸⁷I also teach you how you can become true deities.

⁸³kitne bachche yahaan aate hain isliye yeh makaan aadi banvaane padte hain।

⁸⁸So many children come here. ⁸⁹This is why these buildings, etc. have been built.

⁸⁴ant tak bhi bante rahenge, bahut banenge। ⁸⁵makaan khareed bhi karte hain।

⁹⁰They will continue to be made until the end. ⁹¹Many buildings will be built and some will be bought.

⁸⁶shivbaaba brahma dvaara kaarya karte hain।

⁹²Shiv Baba carries out this task through Brahma.

⁸⁷brahma ho gaya saanvara kyonki yeh bahut janmon ke ant ka janma hai na।

⁹³Brahma has become ugly because this is the last of his many births.

⁸⁸yeh phir gora banega।

⁹⁴He will then become beautiful.

⁸⁹krishna ka bhi chitra gora aur saanvara hai na।

⁹⁵There is a picture of Krishna which portrays him as ugly and beautiful.

⁹⁰museum mein bade-bade achhe chitra hain, jis par tum kisko achhi reeti samjha sakte ho।

⁹⁶There are also many large and beautiful pictures in the museums. ⁹⁷You can explain these pictures to anyone very well.

⁹¹yahaan baba museum nahin banvaate hain inko kaha jaata hai tower aaph silence।

⁹⁸Baba does not have a museum built here. ⁹⁹This is called the tower of silence.

⁹²tum jaante ho ham shantidham apne ghar jaate hain।

¹⁰⁰You know that you are to go back to your home, the land of peace.

⁹³ham vahaan ke rahne vaale hain phir yahaan aakar shareer le part bajaate hain।

¹⁰¹We are residents of that place and we then come here, adopt bodies and play our parts.

⁹⁴bachchon ko pahle-pahle yeh nishchay hona chaahiye ki yeh koi saadhu-santa nahin padhaate hain।

¹⁰²First of all, you children should have the faith that it is not a sage or saint teaching you.

⁹⁵yeh (daada) to sindh ka rahne vaala tha parantu ismen jo pravesh kar bolte hain - woh hai gyaan ka saagar।

¹⁰³This Dada was a resident of Sindh, but the One who enters him in order to speak to you is the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁹⁶unko koi jaante hi nahin।

¹⁰⁴No one knows Him.

⁹⁷kehte bhi hain god father। ⁹⁸parantu kah dete unka naam-roop hai hi nahin। ⁹⁹woh niraakaar hai, unka koi aakaar nahin hai। ¹⁰⁰phir kah dete woh sarvavyaapi hai।

¹⁰⁵They do say, "God, the Father", and yet they say that He does not have a name or form, that He is incorporeal. ¹⁰⁶They say that He doesn’t have a form and then they say that He is omnipresent.

¹⁰¹are, paramatma kahaan hai? ¹⁰²kahenge woh sarvavyaapi hai, sabke andar hai।

¹⁰⁷Ask them where the Supreme Soul is, and they will reply that He is omnipresent or that He is in everyone.

¹⁰³are, har ek ke andar aatma baithi hai, sab bhaai-bhaai hain na, phir ghat-ghat mein paramatma kahaan se aaya?

¹⁰⁸Oh! but there is a soul in each one; all are brothers, so how could God be in each and every particle?

¹⁰⁴aise nahin kahenge paramatma bhi hai aur aatma bhi hai।

¹⁰⁹You cannot say that there is a soul as well as the Supreme Soul in each one.

¹⁰⁵paramatma baap ko bulaate hain, baba aakar ham patiton ko paavan banaao।

¹¹⁰You call out to the Father, the Supreme Soul: Baba come and make us impure ones pure.

¹⁰⁶mujhe tum bulaate ho yeh dhandha, yeh seva karne liye। ¹⁰⁷ham sabhi ko aakar shuddh banaao।

¹¹¹You call out to Me to come and do this business, this service, of making you all pure.

¹⁰⁸patit duniya mein hamko nimantran dete ho, kehte ho baba ham patit hain।

¹¹²You invite Me to come into this impure world. ¹¹³You say: “Baba, we are impure.”

¹⁰⁹baap to paavan duniya dekhte hi nahin।

¹¹⁴The Father never sees the pure world.

¹¹⁰patit duniya mein hi tumhaari seva karne ke liye aaye hain।

¹¹⁵He has come into the impure world just to serve you.

¹¹¹ab yeh raavan raajya vinaash ho jaayega।

¹¹⁶This kingdom of Ravan is now to be destroyed.

¹¹²baaki tum jo raajayog seekhte ho woh jaakar raajaaon ka raaja bante ho।

¹¹⁷All of you who study Raja Yoga will become the kings of kings.

¹¹³tumko anginat baar padhaaya hai phir 5 hazaar varsha baad tumko hi padhaayenge।

¹¹⁸He has taught you this countless times and He will teach you again only after 5000 years.

¹¹⁴satayug-treta ki raajdhaani ab sthaapan ho rahi hai।

¹¹⁹The kingdoms of the golden and silver ages are now being established.

¹¹⁵pahle hai brahman kul।

¹²⁰There first has to be the Brahmin clan.

¹¹⁶prajaapita brahma gaaya jaata hai na, jisko Adam aadi dev kehte hain।

¹²¹Brahma, the Father of Humanity, has been remembered. ¹²²He is also called Adam and Adi Dev (the first deity).

¹¹⁷yeh koi ko pata nahin hai।

¹²³No one knows this.

¹¹⁸bahut hain jo yahaan aakar sunkar phir maaya ke vash ho jaate hain।

¹²⁴There are many who come here and listen to these things but then become influenced by Maya.

¹¹⁹punya aatma bante-bante paap aatma ban padte hain।

¹²⁵Instead of becoming charitable souls, they become sinful souls.

¹²⁰maaya badi jabardasta hai। ¹²¹sabko paap aatma bana deti hai।

¹²⁶Maya is very powerful; she makes everyone into a sinful soul.

¹²²yahaan koi bhi pavitra aatma, punya aatma hai nahin।

¹²⁷There are no pure, charitable souls here.

¹²³pavitra aatmaayen devi-devta hi the, jab sabhi patit ban jaate hain tab baap ko bulaate hain।

¹²⁸The deities were pure souls. ¹²⁹It is when you have all become impure that you call out to the Father.

¹²⁴abhi yeh hai raavan raajya patit duniya, inko kaha jaata hai kaanton ka jangal।

¹³⁰This is now the impure world of the kingdom of Ravan. ¹³¹It is also called a forest of thorns.

¹²⁵satayug ko kaha jaata hai garden oph flowers।

¹³²The golden age is called a garden of flowers.

¹²⁶mugal garden mein kitne first class achhe-achhe phool hote hain।

¹³³There are so many first-class flowers in the Mughal Gardens.

¹²⁷ak ke bhi phool milenge parantu iska arth koi bhi samajhte nahin hain, shiv ke oopar ak kyon chadhaate hain?

¹³⁴You can also find uck flowers there, but no one knows the significance of them or why they offer uck flowers to Shiva.

¹²⁸yeh bhi baap baith samjhaate hain। ¹²⁹main jab padhaata hoon to unmein koi first class motiye, koi ratan jyot, koi phir ak ke bhi hain। ¹³⁰nambarvaar to hain na।

¹³⁵The Father sits here and explains: There are many different types of flowers whom I teach. ¹³⁶There are first-class jasmine flowers, there are some other fragrant flowers (ratan-jyot) and even some who are like uck flowers; they are all numberwise.

¹³¹to isko kaha hi jaata hai duhkhadhaam, mrityulok।

¹³⁷This is called a land of sorrow, a land of death.

¹³²satayug hai amarlok।

¹³⁸The golden age is a land of immortality.

¹³³yeh baaten koi shaastron mein nahin hain।

¹³⁹These things are not mentioned in the scriptures.

¹³⁴shaastra to is daada ne padhe hain, baap to shaastra nahin padhaayenge।

¹⁴⁰This Dada studied the scriptures; the Father does not teach from the scriptures.

¹³⁵baap to khud sadgati daata hai।

¹⁴¹The Father, Himself, is the Bestower of Salvation.

¹³⁶karke geeta ko refer karte hain।

¹⁴²Sometimes, He refers to the Gita.

¹³⁷sarvashaastramai shiromni geeta bhagwan ne gaai hai parantu bhagwan kisko kaha jaata hai, yeh bhaaratvaasiyon ko pata nahin।

¹⁴³It was God who spoke the Gita, the jewel of all scriptures, but the people of Bharat do not know who God is.

¹³⁸baap kehte hain main nishkaam seva karta hoon, tumko vishwa ka maalik banaata hoon, main nahin banta hoon।

¹⁴⁴The Father says: I serve you altruistically and make you into the masters of the world. ¹⁴⁵I, Myself, do not become that.

¹³⁹svarga mein tum mujhe yaad nahin karte ho।

¹⁴⁶You do not remember Me in heaven.

¹⁴⁰duhkh mein simran sab karen, sukh mein kare na koy।

¹⁴⁷Everyone remembers Me in times of sorrow, but no one remembers Me in times of happiness.

¹⁴¹inko duhkh aur sukh ka khel kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴⁸This is called the play of happiness and sorrow.

¹⁴²svarga mein aur koi doosra dharma hota hi nahin।

¹⁴⁹There are no other religions in heaven.

¹⁴³woh sabhi aate hi hain baad mein।

¹⁵⁰They all come later on.

¹⁴⁴tum jaante ho abhi is puraani duniya ka vinaash ho jaayega, natural calamities toofaan aayenge jor se।

¹⁵¹You understand that this old world is now about to be destroyed. ¹⁵²There will be many natural calamities and storms will come with great force.

¹⁴⁵sab khatma ho jaayenge।

¹⁵³Everyone will be destroyed.

¹⁴⁶to baap abhi aakar besmajhdaar se samajhdaar banaate hain।

¹⁵⁴The Father now comes and changes you from senseless to sensible.

¹⁴⁷baap ne kitna dhan maal diya tha, sab kahaan gaya?

¹⁵⁵The Father gave you so many riches, etc. ¹⁵⁶Where have they all gone?

¹⁴⁸abhi kitne insolvent ban gaye hain।

¹⁵⁷You have now become so insolvent.

¹⁴⁹bhaarat jo sone ki chidiya tha woh ab kya ban pada hai?

¹⁵⁸What has Bharat, which was known as the Golden Sparrow, now become?

¹⁵⁰ab phir patit-paavan baap aaye hue hain raajayog sikhla rahe hain।

¹⁵⁹The Purifier Father has now come and is teaching you Raja Yoga once again.

¹⁵¹woh hai hathayog, yeh hai raajayog।

¹⁶⁰That is hatha yoga whereas this is Raja Yoga.

¹⁵²yeh raajayog donon ke liye hai, woh hathayog sirf puroosh hi seekhte hain।

¹⁶¹This Raja Yoga is for both men and women, whereas that hatha yoga is only learnt by men.

¹⁵³ab baap kehte hain purooshaartha karo, vishwa ka maalik bankar dikhaao।

¹⁶²The Father says: You must make effort and show everyone that you are definitely becoming the masters of the world.

¹⁵⁴ab is puraani duniya ka vinaash to hona hi hai baaki thoda samay hai, yeh ladaai antim ladaai hai।

¹⁶³This old world is now definitely going to be destroyed. ¹⁶⁴There is now very little time left. ¹⁶⁵That war is to be the last war.

¹⁵⁵yeh ladaai shuru hogi to rook nahin sakti।

¹⁶⁶Once that war begins, it will not stop.

¹⁵⁶yeh ladaai shuru hi tab hogi jab tum karmaateet avastha ko paayenge aur svarga mein jaane ke laayak ban jaayenge।

¹⁶⁷That war will start when you have attained your karmateet stage and have become worthy of going to heaven.

¹⁵⁷baap phir bhi kehte hain yaad ki yaatra mein albele nahin bano, ismen hi maaya vighna daalti hai।

¹⁶⁸Again, the Father says: Do not become careless about your pilgrimage of remembrance. ¹⁶⁹It is in this that Maya causes obstacles.

¹⁵⁸achha!

¹⁷⁰Achcha.

¹⁵⁹meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

¹⁷¹To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
