Essence

1 «  mīṭhē bachchē - bāp jō hai , jaisā hai , usē yathārth rīti jānkar yād karnā , yahī mukhya bāt hai , manuṣhyō̃ kō yah bāt bahut yukti sē samjhānī hai ' '

1Essence: Sweet children, to know the Father accurately, as He is and what He is, and to remember Him is the main thing. 2Explain this aspect to human beings with great tact.

Question

2Praśhna  : sārē universe kē liē kaun-sī paṛhāī hai jō yahā̃ hī tum paṛhtē hō  ?

3Question: What do you only study here, a study that is for the whole universe?

Answer

3Uttar  : sārē universe kē liē yahī paṛhāī hai ki tum sab ātmā hō .

4Answer: The study for the whole universe is: You are a soul.

4Ātmā samajhkar bāp kō yād karō tō pāvan ban jāyēṅgē .

5Consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father and you will become pure.

5Sārē universe kā jō bāp hai vah ēk hī bār ātē haĩ sabkō pāvan banānē .

6The One who is the Father of the whole universe only comes in this one age to purify everyone.

6Vahī rachtā aur rachnā key|kī knowledge dētē haĩ isliē vāstav mē̃ yah ēk hī university hai , yah bāt bachchō̃ kō spaṣhṭ kar samjhānī hai .

7Only He gives this knowledge of the Creator and the creation. 8Therefore, this is, in fact, the only university. 9You children have to explain this aspect very clearly.

Murli

7Ōm śhānti .

10Om shanti.

8Bhagvānuvāch - ab yah tō rūhānī bachchē samajhtē haĩ ki bhagvān kaun hai .

11God speaks. 12You spiritual children definitely understand who God is.

9Bhārat mē̃ kōī bhī yathārth rīti jāntē nahī̃ .

13No one in Bharat knows this accurately.

10Kahtē bhī haĩ - maĩ jō hū̃ , jaisā hū̃ mujhē yathārth rīti kōī nahī̃ jāntē .

14He also says: No one knows Me accurately, as I am or what I am.

11Tumhārē mē̃ bhī number-vār haĩ .

15You too are numberwise.

12Number-vār purūṣhārth anusār jāntē haĩ .

16You know this, numberwise, according to your efforts.

13Bhal yahā̃ rahtē haĩ parantu yathārth rīti sē nahī̃ jāntē .

17Although you live here, you don’t know Me accurately.

14Yathārth rīti jānkar aur bāp kō yād karnā , yah baṛī muśhkilāt hai .

18To know the Father accurately and remember Him is very difficult.

15Bhal bachchē kahtē haĩ ki bahut sahaj hai parantu maĩ jō hū̃ , mujhē nirantar bāp kō yād karnā hai , buddhi mē̃ yah yukti rahtī hai . 16Maĩ ātmā bahut chhōṭā hū̃ .

19Some children might say that it is easy but you have to know Me as I am and constantly remember Me, the Father. 20The wise thing to keep in your intellects is I, a soul, am very tiny.

17Hamārā bābā bhī bindī chhōṭā hai .

21My Baba, the Point, is also tiny.

18Ādhākalp tō bhagvān kā kōī nām bhī nahī̃ lētē haĩ .

22For half a cycle, no one even mentions God’s name.

19Duḥkh mē̃ hī yād kartē haĩ - hē bhagvān .

23People only remember Him in sorrow: O God!

20Ab bhagvān kaun hai , yah tō kōī manuṣhya samajhtē nahī̃ .

24No human being understands who God is.

21Ab manuṣhyō̃ kō kaisē samjhāyē̃ - is par vichār sāgar manthan chalnā chāhiē .

25You should now churn the ocean of this knowledge about how to explain to human beings.

22Nām bhī likhā huā hai - prajāpitā brahmākumārī īśhvarīy viśhva vidyālay .

26The name, “Prajapita Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University”, is written.

23Issē bhī samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ ki yah rūhānī bēhad K|kē bāp kā īśhvarīy viśhva vidyālay hai .

27In spite of this, they don’t understand that this is also the unlimited spiritual Father’s World Spiritual University.

24Ab kyā nām rakhē̃ jō manuṣhya jhaṭ samajh jāē̃  ?

28What name can it be given so that human beings understand it quickly?

25Kaisē manuṣhyō̃ kō samjhāyē̃ ki yah university hai  ?

29How can it be explained to people that this is a university?

26Universe sē university akṣhar nikalā hai .

30The word “university” has emerged from the word "universe".

27Universe arthāt sārā world , uskā nām rakhā hai - university , jismē̃ sab manuṣhya paṛh saktē haĩ .

31Universe means the whole world. 32This is called a university, in which all human beings can study.

28Universe K|kē paṛhnē liē university hai .

33It is a university for the people of the universe to study in.

29Ab vāstav mē̃ universe kē liē tō ēk hī bāp ātē haĩ , unkī yah ēk hī university hai .

34In fact, only the one Father comes for the universe. 35He only has this one university.

30Aim object bhī ēk hai .

36The aim and objective is also only one.

31Bāp hī ākar sārē universe kō pāvan banātē haĩ , yōg sikhātē haĩ .

37Only the Father comes and purifies the whole universe. 38He teaches yoga.

32Yah tō sab dharm vālō̃ kē liē hai .

39This is for those of all religions.

33Kahtē haĩ apnē kō ātmā samjhō , sārē universe kā bāp hai - incorporeal god father , tō kyō̃ na iskā nām spiritual university of|off spiritual incorporeal god father rakhē̃ .

40He says: Consider yourselves to be souls. 41He Incorporeal God, the Father is the Father of the whole universe. 42So, why not call this place the Spiritual University of Spiritual, Incorporeal God, the Father?

34Khyāl kiyā jātā hai nā .

43You have to think about this.

35Manuṣhya aisē haĩ jō sārē world mē̃ bāp kō ēk bhī nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

44People of the whole world are such that not a single person knows the Father.

36Rachtā kō jānē̃ tō rachnā kō bhī jānē̃ .

45If they were to know the Creator, they would also know the creation.

37Rachtā dvārā hī rachnā kō jānā jā saktā hai .

46Only from the Creator can the creation be known.

38Bāp bachchō̃ kō sab kuchh samjhā dēgē .

47The Father explains everything to the children.

39Aur kōī bhī jāntē nahī̃ .

48No one else knows.

40R̥iṣhi-muni bhī nētī-nētī kartē gayē .

49Rishis and munis also say, "We don’t know".

41Tō bāp kahtē haĩ tumkō pahlē yah rachtā aur rachnā key|kī knowledge nahī̃ thī .

50So, the Father says: Previously, you didn’t have any knowledge of the Creator or the creation.

42Abhī rachtā nē samjhāyā hai .

51The Creator has now explained it.

43Bāp kahtē haĩ mujhē sab pukārtē bhī haĩ ki ākar hamkō sukh-śhānti dō kyōṅki abhī duḥkh-aśhānti hai .

52The Father says: Everyone also calls out to Me: Come and give us peace and happiness, because there is now sorrow and peacelessness.

44Unkā nām hī hai duḥkh hartā sukh kartā .

53His very name is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

45Vah kaun hai  ?

54Who is He?

46Bhagvān .

55God.

47Vah kaisē duḥkh her|har kar sukh dētē haĩ , yah kōī nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

56How does He remove sorrow and give happiness? 57No one knows.

48Tō aisā clear kar likhē̃ jō manuṣhya samajhē̃ nirākār god father hī yah knowledge dētē haĩ .

58Therefore, write it so clearly that people can understand that only Incorporeal God, the Father, gives this knowledge.

49Aisē-aisē vichār sāgar manthan karnā chāhiē .

59You should churn the ocean of this knowledge in this way.

50Bāp samjhātē haĩ manuṣhya sabhī haĩ pattharbuddhi .

60The Father explains: All human beings have stone intellects.

51Abhī tumkō pārasbuddhi banā rahē haĩ .

61He is now making you into those with divine intellects.

52Vāstav mē̃ pārasbuddhi unhē̃ kahē̃gē jō kam sē kam 50 sē adhik marks lē̃ .

62In fact, those who get at least 50% or more marks would be called ones with divine intellects.

53Fail hōnē vālē pārasbuddhi nahī̃ .

63Those who fail are not those with divine intellects.

54Yah bhī kōī samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ ki rām kō bāṇ kyō̃ dikhāyē haĩ  ?

64No one understands why Rama has been shown with a bow and arrow.

55Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō svadarśhan chakra dikhāyā hai ki usnē sabkō mārā aur rām kō bāṇ dikhāyē haĩ .

65Shri Krishna has been shown killing everyone with a swadarshanchakra, whereas Rama has been shown with a bow and arrow.

56Ēk khās magazine nikaltī hai , jismē̃ dikhāyā hai - śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kaisē svadarśhan chakra sē akāsur-bakāsur ādi kō mārtē haĩ .

66There’s a magazine that’s published in which it is shown how Shri Krishna slays Akasur, Bakasur etc., with the swadarshanchakra.

57Dōnō̃ kō hiṃsak banā diyā hai aur phir double hiṃsak banā diyā hai .

67Both have been made out to be violent and have then been made doubly violent.

58Kahtē haĩ unhō̃ kō bhī bachchē paidā huē nā .

68People say: They too had children.

59Arē , vah haĩ hī nirvikārī dēvī-dēvtā .

69Ah, but those are viceless deities.

60Vahā̃ rāvaṇ rājya hai hī nahī̃ .

70The kingdom of Ravan definitely does not exist there.

61Is samay rāvaṇ sampradāy kahā jātā hai .

71It is at this time that it is called Ravan’s community.

62Abhī tum samjhātē hō ham yōgbal sē viśhva kī bādśhāhī lētē haĩ tō kyā yōgbal sē bachchē nahī̃ hō saktē .

72You now explain that we claim the sovereignty of the world with the power of yoga. 73So then, is it not possible to have children with the power of yoga?

63Vah hai hī nirvikārī duniyā .

74That is a viceless world.

64Abhī tum śhūdra sē brāhmaṇ banē hō .

75You have now become Brahmins from shudras.

65Aisā achchhī rīti samjhānā hai jō manuṣhya samajhē̃ inkē pās|pass pūrā gyān hai .

76Explain clearly in this way, so that human beings can understand that you people are full of this knowledge.

66Thōṛā bhī is bāt kō samajhē̃gē tō samjhā jāyēgā yah brāhmaṇ kul kā hai .

77Even if someone understands a little of this aspect, you would understand that that one belongs to the Brahmin clan.

67Kōī kē liē tō jhaṭ samajh jāyēṅgē - yah brāhmaṇ kul kā hai nahī̃ .

78For some, you will understand quickly that they are not of the Brahmin clan.

68Ātē tō anēk prakār K|kē haĩ nā .

79Many types of people come.

69Tō tum spiritual university of|off spiritual incorporeal god father likhkar dēkhō , kyā hōtā hai  ?

80So, write: “Spiritual University of Spiritual Incorporeal God the Father”, and see what happens.

70Vichār sāgar manthan kar akṣhar milānē hōtē haĩ , ismē̃ baṛī yukti chāhiē likhnē key|kī . 71Jō manuṣhya samajhē̃ yahā̃ yah knowledge god father samjhātē haĩ athavā rājyōg sikhlātē haĩ .

81You have to churn the ocean of this knowledge and find the right words. 82For this, you need to have great tact to write something, so that people can understand that God, the Father, is explaining this knowledge here and that He teaches Raja Yoga.

72Yah akṣhar bhī common hai . 73Jīvanmukti deity sovereignty in second .

83These phrases "liberation-in-life" and "deity sovereignty in a second" are also common.

74Aisē-aisē akṣhar hō̃ jō manuṣhyō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ baiṭhē̃ .

84There should be such phrases that they sit in people’s intellects.

75Brahmā dvārā viṣhṇupurī key|kī sthāpanā hōtī hai .

85The land of Vishnu is established through Brahma.

76Manmanābhav kā arth|earth hai - bāp aur varsē kō yād karō .

86The meaning of “Manmanabhav” is: Remember the Father and the inheritance.

77Tum hō brahmā mukh vaṅśhāvalī brāhmaṇ kul bhūṣhaṇ , svadarśhan chakradhārī .

87You are the mouth-born creation of Brahma, the decoration of the Brahmin clan and those who spin the discus of self-realisation.

78Ab vah tō svadarśhan chakra viṣhṇu kō dikhātē haĩ .

88They show Vishnu with a swadarshanchakra.

79Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō bhī 4 bhujāyē̃ dikhātē haĩ .

89They show Shri Krishna too with four arms.

80Ab unkō 4 bhujāyē̃ hō kaisē saktī  ?

90How can he have four arms?

81Bāp kitnā achchhī rīti samjhātē haĩ .

91The Father explains so clearly.

82Bachchō̃ kō baṛā viśhāl buddhi , pārasbuddhi bannā hai .

92You children have to become ones with broad and unlimited intellects, divine intellects.

83Satyug mē̃ yathā rājā-rānī tathā prajā pārasbuddhi kahē̃gē nā .

93It would be said that, in the golden age, as the king and queen have divine intellects so do the subjects.

84Vah hai pāras duniyā , yah hai pattharō̃ key|kī duniyā .

94That is a divine world; this is a world of stones.

85Tumkō yah knowledge miltī hai - manuṣhya sē dēvtā bannē key|kī .

95You are receiving this knowledge in order to change from human beings into deities.

86Tum apnā rājya śhrīmat par phir sē sthāpan kar rahē hō .

96You are once again establishing your kingdom by following shrimat.

87Bābā hamkō yukti batlātē haĩ ki rājā-mahārājā kaisē ban saktē hō  ?

97Baba shows us the way to become kings and emperors.

88Tumhārī buddhi mē̃ yah gyān bhar jātā hai aurō̃ kō samjhānē kē liē .

98Your intellects are filled with this knowledge in order to explain it to others.

89Gōlē par samjhānā bhī baṛā sahaj hai . 90Is samay jansaṅkhyā dēkhō kitnī hai  !

99It is also very easy to explain the cycle: Look how large the population is at this time!

91Satyug mē̃ kitnē thōṛē hōtē haĩ .

100In the golden age, there are so few.

92Saṅgam tō hai nā .

101This is the confluence.

93Brāhmaṇ tō thōṛē hōṅgē nā .

102So, there would be few Brahmins.

94Brāhmaṇō̃ kā yug hī chhōṭā hai .

103The age of Brahmins is short.

95Brāhmaṇō̃ kē bād haĩ dēvtāyē̃ , phir vr̥iddhi kō pātē haĩ .

104After the Brahmins come the deities, then expansion continues.

96Bājōlī hōtī hai nā .

105It is a somersault.

97Tō sīṛhī K|kē chitra kē sāth virāṭ rūp bhī hōgā tō samjhānē mē̃ clear hōgā .

106So, if you also have a picture of the variety-form image together with a picture of the ladder, it will make the explanation clear.

98Jō tumhārē kul K|kē hōṅgē unkī buddhi mē̃ rachtā aur rachnā key|kī knowledge sahaj hī baiṭh jāyēgī .

107This knowledge of the Creator and the creation will easily fit well in the intellects of those who belong to your clan.

99Unkī śhakla sē bhī mālūm paṛ jātā hai ki yah hamārē kul kā hai yā nahī̃  ?

108You can tell from their faces whether they belong to your clan or not.

100Agar nahī̃ hōgā tō tavāī kī tarah sunēgā .

109If they don’t, they listen to this knowledge like a hot pan (the knowledge sizzles and evaporates as water would in a hot pan).

101Jō samjhū hōgā vah dhyān sē sunēgā .

110Sensible ones will listen with attention.

102Ēk bār kiskō pūrā tīr lagā tō phir ātē rahē̃gē .

111Once the arrow strikes the target, they will continue to come.

103Kōī praśhna pūchhē̃gē aur kōī achchhā fool|phūl hōgā tō rōz āpēhī ākar pūrā samajhkar chalā jāyēgā .

112Some will just ask questions whereas others who are good flowers will come by themselves every day; they will understand fully and then go back.

104Chitrō̃ sē tō kōī bhī samajh saktē haĩ . 105Yah tō barōbar dēvī-dēvtā dharm key|kī sthāpanā bāp kar rahē haĩ .

113Anyone can understand from the pictures that the Father is definitely establishing the deity religion.

106Kōī na pūchhtē bhī āpēhī samajhtē rahē̃gē .

114Some will understand even without them asking questions.

107Kōī tō bahut pūchhtē rahē̃gē , samajhē̃gē kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

115Others will continue to ask many questions and will still understand nothing.

108Phir samjhānā hōtā hai , haṅgāmā tō karnā nahī̃ hai .

116Then, you have to explain. 117There is no need to make any upheaval.

109Phir kahē̃gē īśhvar tumhārī rakṣhā bhī nahī̃ kartē haĩ  !

118Otherwise, they would say: God doesn’t even protect you.

110Ab vah rakṣhā kyā kartē haĩ sō tō tum jāntē hō .

119You also now know what protection He gives.

111Karmō̃ kā hisāb-kitāb tō har ēk kō apnā chuktū karnā hai .

120Each one has to settle his own karmic accounts.

112Aisē bahut haĩ , tabiyat kharāb hōtī hai tō kahtē haĩ rakṣhā karō .

121There are many who, when their physical health becomes bad, say: Protect us!

113Bāp kahtē haĩ ham tō ātē haĩ patitō̃ kō pāvan banānē .

122The Father says: I come to purify the impure.

114Vah dhandhā tum bhī sīkhō .

123You should also study this business.

115Bāp 5 vikārō̃ par jīt pahnātē haĩ tō aur hī jōr sē vah sāmnā karē̃gē .

124The Father makes you victorious over the five vices. 125Then they oppose you with even more force.

116Vikār kā tūphān bahut jōr sē ātā hai .

126Storms of vices attack with a lot of force.

117Bāp tō kahtē haĩ bāp kā bannē sē yah sab bīmāriyā̃ uthal khāyēṅgī , tūphān jōr sē āyēṅgē .

127The Father says: When you belong to the Father, all of those illnesses will come out. 128Storms will come with full force.

118Pūrī boxing hai .

129It is real boxing.

119Achchhē-achchhē pahalvānō̃ kō bhī harā lētē haĩ .

130They even defeat good, strong wrestlers.

120Kahtē haĩ - na chāhtē bhī kudr̥iṣhṭi hō jātī hai , register kharāb hō jāyēgā .

131They say: Even though we don’t want it to happen, our eyesight becomes corrupted. 132Their register becomes spoilt.

121Kudr̥iṣhṭi vālē sē bāt nahī̃ karnī chāhiē .

133You should not talk to those who have impure vision.

122Bābā sabhī centres K|kē bachchō̃ kō samjhā rahē haĩ ki kudr̥iṣhṭi vālē bahut ḍhēr haĩ , nām lēnē sē aur hī traitor ban jāyēṅgē .

134Baba explains to the children at all the centres that there are many who have impure vision. 135If Baba were to mention their names, they would become even greater traitors.

123Apnī satyānāśh karnē vālē ulṭē kām karnē lag paṛtē haĩ .

136Those who destroy their own truth become engrossed in doing wrong things.

124Kām vikār nāk sē pakaṛ lētā hai .

137The vice of lust takes hold of them by the nose.

125Māyā chhōṛtī nahī̃ hai , kukarm , kudr̥iṣhṭi , kuvachan nikal paṛtē haĩ , kuchalan hō paṛtī hai isliē bahut-bahut sāvdhān rahnā hai .

138Maya doesn’t let go. 139Impure deeds, impure vision, impure words emerge and the activities become impure. 140Therefore, you have to remain very cautious.

126Tum bachchē jab pradarśhanī ādi kartē hō tō aisī yukti rachō jō kōī bhī sahaj samajh sakē .

141When you children hold exhibitions etc., create such methods that anyone can understand easily.

127Yah gītā gyān svayã bāp paṛhā rahē haĩ , ismē̃ kōī śhāstra ādi key|kī bāt nahī̃ hai .

142The Father Himself is teaching this knowledge of the Gita. 143This is not a matter of any scripture etc.

128Yah tō paṛhāī hai .

144This is a study.

129Kitāb gītā tō yahā̃ hai nahī̃ . 130Bāp paṛhātē haĩ .

145The Gita book is not used here; the Father teaches here.

131Kitāb thōṛēhī hāth mē̃ uṭhātē haĩ .

146It is not as though He picks up any books in His hands.

132Phir yah gītā nām kahā̃ sē āyā  ?

147Where did the name, ‘The Gita’, come from?

133Yah sab dharmaśhāstra bantē hī bād mē̃ haĩ .

148All of those religious scriptures were created later on.

134Kitnē anēk maṭh-panth haĩ .

149There are so many sects and “isms.”

135Sabkē apnē-apnē śhāstra haĩ .

150Each of them has its own individual scripture.

136Ṭāl-ḍāl jō bhī haĩ , chhōṭē-chhōṭē maṭh-panth , unkē bhī śhāstra ādi apnē-apnē haĩ .

151Whatever branches and twigs, small sects and “isms” exist, they all have their own scriptures etc.

137Tō vah hō gayē sab bāl-bachchē .

152So, they are all children.

138Unsē tō mukti mil na sakē .

153Liberation cannot be attained from them.

139Sarvśhāstra maī śhirōmaṇī gītā gāī huī hai .

154The Gita is remembered as the most elevated jewel of all the scriptures.

140Gītā kā bhī gyān sunānē vālē hōṅgē nā .

155There would also be the ones who recite the knowledge of the Gita.

141Tō yah knowledge bāp hī ākar dētē haĩ .

156However, only the Father comes and gives this knowledge.

142Kōī bhī śhāstra ādi hāth mē̃ thōṛēhī haĩ .

157It is not that He holds any scriptures etc. in His hands.

143Maĩ bhī śhāstra nahī̃ paṛhā hū̃ , tumkō bhī nahī̃ paṛhātē haĩ .

158Neither have I studied the scriptures, nor do I teach them to you.

144Vah sīkhtē haĩ , sikhlātē haĩ .

159Those people study them and then teach them to others.

145Yahā̃ śhāstrō̃ key|kī bāt nahī̃ .

160Here, it is not a matter of the scriptures.

146Bāp hai hī knowledgeful .

161The Father is definitely the knowledge-full One.

147Ham tumkō sabhī vēdō̃-śhāstrō̃ kā sār batlātē haĩ .

162I show you the essence of all the Vedas and scriptures.

148Mukhya haĩ hī 4 dharmō̃ K|kē 4 dharmaśhāstra .
