Essence
1 « mīṭhē bachchē - sabsē achchhā daivīguṇ hai śhānt rahnā , adhik āvāz mē̃ na ānā , mīṭhā bōlnā , tum bachchē abhī talkie sē movie , movie sē silence mē̃ jātē hō , isliē adhik āvāz mē̃ na āō ' '
1Essence: Sweet children, the most divine virtue of all is to remain quiet, that is, not to speak loudly but to speak sweetly. 2You children are now to go from this “talkie world” into the “movie world” and then, from that “movie world”, you will go into silence. 3Therefore, do not talk too much.
Question
2Praśhna : kis mukhya dhārṇā K|kē ādhār sē sarv daivīguṇ svataḥ ātē jāyēṅgē ?
4Question: By imbibing which main virtue are you automatically able to imbibe all the other divine virtues?
Answer
3Uttar : mukhya hai pavitratā key|kī dhārṇā .
5Answer: The main virtue to imbibe is purity.
4Dēvtāyē̃ pavitra haĩ , isliē unmē̃ daivīguṇ haĩ .
6Deities are pure. 7This is why they have divine virtues in them.
5Is duniyā mē̃ kōī mē̃ bhī daivīguṇ nahī̃ hō saktē .
8No one in this world can have divine virtues.
6Rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ daivīguṇ kahā̃ sē āyē .
9How could there be divine virtues in this kingdom of Ravan?
7Tum royal bachchē abhī daivīguṇ dhāraṇ kar rahē hō .
10You royal children are now imbibing divine virtues.
Song
8Gīt : bhōlēnāth sē nirālā …
11Song: No one is as unique as the Innocent Lord.
Murli
9Ōm śhānti .
12Om shanti.
10Abhī bachchē samajhtē haĩ ki bigaṛī kō banānē vālā ēk hī hai .
13You children now understand that there is only the One who reforms that which has been spoilt.
11Bhakti mārg mē̃ anēkō̃ kē pās jātē haĩ .
14People on the path of devotion go to many others.
12Kitnī tīrtha yātrāyē̃ ādi kartē haĩ .
15They go on so many pilgrimages etc.
13Bigaṛī kō banānē vālā , patitō̃ kō pāvan banānē vālā tō ēk hī hai , sadgati dātā , guide , liberator bhī vah ēk hai .
16There is only the One who reforms that which has been spoilt, only the One who purifies the impure. 17There is also only the one Bestower of Salvation, the Guide and the Liberator.
14Ab gāyan hai parantu anēk manuṣhya , anēk dharm , maṭh , panth , śhāstra hōnē kāraṇ anēk rāstē ḍhūṇḍhtē rahtē haĩ .
18This is the praise of Him but, because there are innumerable human beings, many religions, sects, ‘isms’ and scriptures, people seek God on many paths.
15Sukh aur śhānti kē liē satsaṅgō̃ mē̃ jātē haĩ nā .
19They go to satsangs (spiritual gatherings) for peace and happiness.
16Jō nahī̃ jātē vah māyāvī mastī mē̃ hī mast rahtē haĩ .
20Those who do not go to those satsangs remain intoxicated in the intoxication of Maya.
17Yah bhī tum bachchē jāntē hō ki abhī kaliyug kā ant hai .
21You children know that it is now the end of the iron age.
18Manuṣhya yah nahī̃ jāntē ki satyug kab hōtā hai ? 19Abhī kyā hai ?
22People do not know when the golden age will come or what age it is now.
20Yah tō kōī bachchā bhī samajh saktā hai . 21Naī duniyā mē̃ sukh , purānī duniyā mē̃ jarūr duḥkh hōtā hai .
23Any child can understand that there is definitely happiness in a new world and sorrow in an old world.
22Is purānī duniyā mē̃ anēk manuṣhya haĩ , anēk dharm haĩ .
24There are many people and many religions in this old world.
23Tum kōī kō bhī samjhā saktē hō . 24Yah hai kaliyug , satyug past hō gayā hai .
25You can explain to anyone that the golden age existed in the past and that this is now the iron age.
25Vahā̃ ēk hī ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm thā , aur kōī dharm nahī̃ thā .
26There was only the one original eternal deity religion in the golden age. 27No other religions existed there.
26Bābā nē bahut bār samjhāyā hai , phir bhī samjhātē haĩ , jō āyē unkō naī duniyā aur purānī duniyā kā fark dikhānā chāhiē .
28Baba has already told you many times and He is telling you again: Show the contrast between this old world and that new world to anyone who comes.
27Bhal vah kyā bhī kahē , kōī 10 hazār varṣh āyu kahtē haĩ , kōī 30 hazār varṣh āyu kahtē haĩ .
29It doesn't matter what they say. 30Some say that the duration of each cycle is 10,000 years and others say that it is 30,000 years.
28Anēk matē̃ haĩ nā .
31There are innumerable opinions.
29Ab unhō̃ kē pās tō hai hī śhāstrō̃ key|kī mat .
32They have the directions of the scriptures.
30Anēk śhāstra , anēk mat . 31Manuṣhyō̃ key|kī mat hai nā .
33There are many scriptures and many directions; they are the directions of human beings.
32Śhāstra bhī likhtē tō manuṣhya haĩ nā .
34Scriptures are also written by human beings.
33Dēvtāyē̃ kōī śhāstra nahī̃ likhtē .
35Deities do not write them.
34Satyug mē̃ dēvī-dēvtā dharm hōtā hai . 35Unhō̃ kō manuṣhya bhī nahī̃ kahā jā saktā .
36In the golden age, there is the deity religion; they are not even called human beings.
36Tō jab kōī mitra-sambandhī ādi miltē haĩ tō unkō baiṭh yah sunānā chāhiē .
37Tell all of this to your friends and relatives that you meet.
37Vichār key|kī bāt hai .
38These things have to be thought about.
38Naī duniyā mē̃ kitnē thōṛē manuṣhya hōtē haĩ . 39Purānī duniyā mē̃ kitnī vr̥iddhi hōtī hai .
39There are very few people in that new world, whereas the population of this old world has grown so much.
40Satyug mē̃ sirph ēk dēvtā dharm thā . 41Manuṣhya bhī thōṛē thē .
40In the golden age, there is only the one deity religion and there are very few human beings.
42Daivīguṇ hōtē hī haĩ dēvtāō̃ mē̃ . 43Manuṣhyō̃ mē̃ nahī̃ hōtē haĩ .
41Only deities have divine virtues; human beings do not have them.
44Tab tō manuṣhya jākar dēvtāō̃ kē āgē namastē kartē haĩ nā . 45Dēvtāō̃ key|kī mahimā gātē haĩ .
42This is why human beings give salutations to the deities, why they sing songs of praise to the deities.
46Jāntē haĩ vah svargvāsī haĩ , ham narkvāsī kaliyugvāsī haĩ .
43They know that the deities reside in heaven and that they themselves are living in hell, the residents of the iron age.
47Manuṣhya mē̃ daivīguṇ hō na sakē .
44Human beings cannot have divine virtues.
48Kōī kahē phalānē mē̃ bahut achchhē daivīguṇ haĩ ! 49Bōlō - nahī̃ , daivī-guṇ hōtē hī haĩ dēvtāō̃ mē̃ kyōṅki vah pavitra haĩ .
45If someone says that so-and-so has very good, divine virtues, tell him: No; only deities have divine virtues because only they are pure.
50Yahā̃ pavitra na hōnē kāraṇ kōī mē̃ daivīguṇ hō na sakē̃ kyōṅki āsurī rāvaṇ rājya hai nā .
46Here, because no one is pure, no one can have divine virtues. 47This is the devilish kingdom of Ravan.
51Nayē jhāṛ mē̃ daivī guṇ vālē dēvtāyē̃ rahtē haĩ phir jhāṛ purānā hōtā hai .
48The deities with divine virtues belong to a new tree. 49Then that tree becomes old.
52Rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ daivīguṇ vālē hō na sakē .
50No one with divine virtues can exist in this kingdom of Ravan.
53Satyug mē̃ ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvatāō̃ kā pravr̥itti mārg thā .
51In the golden age, there is the family path of the original eternal deity religion.
54Pravr̥itti mārg vālō̃ key|kī hī mahimā gāī huī hai .
52Those on the family path are praised.
55Satyug mē̃ ham pavitra dēvī-dēvtā thē , sannyās mārg thā nahī̃ .
53In the golden age, we are pure deities. 54The path of renunciation does not exist there.
56Kitnī points miltī haĩ .
55You receive so many points.
57Parantu sabhī points kiskī buddhi mē̃ rah na sakē .
56However, all of these points cannot stay in anyone’s intellect.
58Points bhūl jātī haĩ isliē fail hōtē haĩ .
57You fail because you forget the points.
59Daivīguṇ dhāraṇ nahī̃ kartē haĩ .
58You do not imbibe divine virtues.
60Ēk hī daivīguṇ achchhā hai . 61Jāstī kōī sē na bōlnā , mīṭhā bōlnā , bahut thōṛā bōlnā chāhiē kyōṅki tum bachchō̃ kō talkie sē movie , movie sē silence mē̃ jānā hai .
59This one divine virtue is very good: not to talk too much to anyone unnecessarily and to speak sweetly and to speak less, because you children now have to go from this “talkie world” into the “movie world” and then into the world of silence.
62Tō talkie kō bahut cum|kam karnā chāhiē .
60Therefore, stop talking too much.
63Jō bahut thōṛā dhīrē sē bōltē haĩ tō samajhtē haĩ yah royal ghar kā hai .
61Someone who speaks very little and very softly is understood to be from a royal family.
64Mukh sē sadaiv ratna nikalē̃ .
62Let there be jewels constantly emerging from your mouths.
65Sannyāsī athavā kōī bhī hō tō unkō naī aur purānī duniyā kā contrast batānā chāhiē . 66Satyug mē̃ daivīguṇ vālē dēvtāyē̃ thē , vah pravr̥itti mārg thā .
63No matter who it is you speak to, even if it is a sannyasi, explain to him the contrast between this old world and that new world: In the golden age, there were deities with divine virtues; that was the household path.
67Tum sannyāsiyō̃ kā dharm hī alag hai .
64The religion of you sannyasis is totally separate.
68Phir bhī yah tō samajhtē hō nā - naī sr̥iṣhṭi satōpradhān hōtī hai , abhī tamōpradhān hai .
65Nevertheless, you do understand that the new world was satopradhan and that it is now tamopradhan.
69Ātmā tamōpradhān hōtī hai tō śharīr bhī tamōpradhān miltā hai .
66When souls become tamopradhan, they receive tamopradhan bodies.
70Abhī hai hī patit duniyā .
67This is now an impure world.
71Sabkō patit kahē̃gē .
68Everyone is called impure.
72Vah hai pāvan satōpradhān duniyā .
69That is a pure, satopradhan world.
73Vahī naī duniyā sō ab purānī hōtī hai .
70That new world then becomes old.
74Is samay sabhī manuṣhya ātmāyē̃ nāstik haĩ , isliē hī haṅgāmē̃ haĩ .
71At present, all humans are atheists. 72This is why there is so much chaos.
75Dhaṇī kō na jānnē K|kē kāraṇ āpas mē̃ laṛtē-jhagaṛtē rahtē haĩ .
73Because they do not know their Lord and Master, they continue to fight and battle amongst themselves.
76Rachayitā aur rachnā kō jānnē vālē kō āstik kahā jātā hai .
74Those who know the Creator and creation are called theists.
77Sannyās dharm vālē tō naī duniyā kō jāntē hī nahī̃ .
75Those who belong to the religion of renunciation do not know that new world.
78Tō vahā̃ ātē hī nahī̃ .
76Therefore, they do not even go there.
79Bāp nē samjhāyā hai , abhī sab ātmāyē̃ tamōpradhān banī haĩ phir sabhī ātmāō̃ kō satōpradhān kaun banāyē ?
77The Father has explained that all souls are at present tamopradhan. 78Who can now make all souls satopradhan?
80Vah tō bāp hī banā saktē haĩ .
79Only the Father can do this.
81Satōpradhān duniyā mē̃ thōṛē manuṣhya hōtē haĩ .
80There are very few people in that satopradhan world.
82Bākī sab muktidhām mē̃ rahtē haĩ .
81At that time, all the rest are in the land of liberation.
83Brahm tatva hai , jahā̃ ham ātmāyē̃ nivās kartī haĩ .
82That is the element of brahm where we reside as souls.
84Unkō kahā jātā hai brahmāṇḍ .
83It is called Brahmand.
85Ātmā tō avināśhī hai .
84Souls are imperishable.
86Yah avināśhī nāṭak hai , jismē̃ sabhī ātmāō̃ kā part hai .
85This is an eternal play in which all souls have to play a part.
87Nāṭak kab śhurū huā ? 88Yah kabhī kōī batā na sakē .
86No one can tell you when this play began.
89Yah anādi drama hai nā .
87This drama is eternal.
90Bāp kō sirph purānī duniyā kō naī banānē ānā paṛtā hai .
88The Father simply has to come and change this old world into a new one.
91Aisē nahī̃ ki bāp naī sr̥iṣhṭi rachtē haĩ .
89It isn't that the Father creates a new world.
92Jab patit hōtē haĩ tab hī pukārtē haĩ , satyug mē̃ kōī pukārtē nahī̃ . 93Hai hī pāvan duniyā .
90When people are impure, they call out to Him. 91No one in the golden age calls out to Him, because that world is pure.
94Rāvaṇ patit banātē haĩ , parampitā paramātmā ākar pāvan banātē haĩ .
92Ravan makes you impure and then the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, comes and makes you pure.
95Ādhā-ādhā jarūr kahē̃gē . 96Brahmā kā din aur brahmā kī rāt ādhā-ādhā hai .
93The day of Brahma and the night of Brahma are said to be half and half.
97Gyān sē din hōtā hai , vahā̃ agyān hai nahī̃ .
94The day dawns with this knowledge; there is no ignorance there.
98Bhakti mārg kō andhiyārā mārg kahā jātā hai .
95The path of devotion is called the path of the darkness of ignorance.
99Dēvtāyē̃ punarjanma lētē-lētē phir andhiyārē mē̃ ātē haĩ isliē is sīṛhī mē̃ dikhāyā hai - manuṣhya kaisē satō , rajō , tamō mē̃ ātē haĩ .
96Whilst taking rebirth, the deities enter darkness. 97This is why it is shown in the picture of the ladder how people go through the stages of Sato, rajo and tamo.
100Abhī sabkī jaṛjaṛībhūt avasthā hai .
98Everyone is now in a state of total decay.
101Bāp ātē haĩ transfer karnē arthāt manuṣhya kō dēvtā banānē .
99The Father comes in order to transfer you, that is, to change human beings into deities.
102Jab dēvtā thē tō āsurī guṇ vālē manuṣhya nahī̃ thē .
100When the deities exist, human beings with devilish traits do not exist.
103Abhī in āsurī guṇ vālō̃ kō phir daivīguṇō̃ vālā kaun banāyē ?
101Now, who would make those with devilish traits into those with divine virtues?
104Abhī tō anēk dharm , anēk manuṣhya haĩ . 105Laṛtē-jhagaṛtē rahtē haĩ .
102There are now many religions and so many people; they continue to fight and quarrel.
106Satyug mē̃ ēk dharm hai tō duḥkh key|kī kōī bāt nahī̃ .
103In the golden age, there is only the one religion. 104There is no question of sorrow there.
107Śhāstrō̃ mē̃ tō bahut dant kathāyē̃ haĩ jō janma-janmāntar paṛhtē āyē haĩ .
105Many tall stories are written in the scriptures; people have been reading them for birth after birth.
108Bāp kahtē haĩ yah sab bhakti mārg K|kē śhāstra haĩ , unsē mujhē prāpt kar nahī̃ saktē .
106The Father says: All of those scriptures belong to the path of devotion. 107No one can attain Me through those.
109Mujhē tō svayã ēk hī bār ākar sabkī sadgati karnī hai .
108Only once do I, Myself, have to come and grant salvation to all.
110Aisē vāpis kōī jā na sakē .
109No one can return home just like that.
111Bahut dhairya sē baiṭh samjhānā chāhiē , haṅgāmā bhī na hō .
110Sit them down and patiently explain to them. 111There shouldn't be any arguing.
112Un lōgō̃ kō apnā ahaṅkār tō rahtā hai nā .
112Those people have their own ego.
113Sādhū-santō̃ kē sāth followers bhī rahtē haĩ .
113Sages and holy men have their followers with them.
114Jhaṭ kah dēgē inkō bhī brahmākumāriyō̃ kā jādū lagā hai .
114They would instantly say that he has had the magic of the Brahma Kumaris cast on him.
115Sayānē manuṣhya jō hōṅgē vah kahē̃gē yah vichār karnē yōgya bātē̃ haĩ .
115A sensible person would say that these matters are worth thinking about.
116Mēlē pradarśhanī mē̃ anēk prakār K|kē ātē haĩ nā .
116All types of people come to the exhibitions and fairs.
117Pradarśhanī ādi mē̃ kōī bhī āyē tō usē baṛē dhairya sē samjhānā chāhiē . 118Jaisē bābā dhīraj sē samjhā rahē haĩ .
117When any of them come to your exhibition, patiently explain to them just as Baba explains to you with so much patience.
119Bahut zōr sē bōlnā nahī̃ chāhiē .
118Do not speak too loudly.
120Pradarśhanī mē̃ tō bahut ikaṭṭhē hō jātē haĩ nā .
119Many people gather together at exhibitions.
121Phir kah dēnā chāhiē - āp kuchh time dēkar ēkānt mē̃ ākar samajhē̃gē tō āpkō rachayitā aur rachnā kā rāz samjhāyēṅgē .
120Therefore, tell them: Allow yourself some time and come on your own and understand. 121I will tell you the secrets of the Creator and creation.
122Rachnā K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kā gyān rachayitā bāp hī samjhātē haĩ .
122Only the Father, the Creator, is able to explain to you the beginning, the middle and the end of creation.
123Bākī tō sab nētī-nētī hī karkē jātē haĩ .
123Everyone else simply says, “Neti, neti” (Neither this nor that).
124Kōī bhī manuṣhya jā na sakē .
124Not a single person can go back yet.
125Gyān sē sadgati hō jātī phir gyān key|kī darkār nahī̃ hōtī .
125Once salvation has been received through this knowledge, there is no further need of knowledge.
126Yah knowledge sivāē bāp K|kē kōī samjhā na sakē .
126No one but the Father can explain this knowledge to you.
127Samjhānē vālā kōī bujurg hōgā tō manuṣhya samajhē̃gē yah bhī anubhavī hai . 128Jarūr satsaṅg ādi kiyā hōgā .
127When a mature person explains, people think that he is experienced, that he must have gone to satsangs etc.
129Kōī bachchē samjhāyēṅgē tō kahē̃gē yah kyā jānē̃ .
128When a child explains, they think: What does this one know?
130Tō aisē-aisē kō bujurg kā asar paṛ saktā hai .
129Therefore, such people can be influenced by you mature ones.
131Bāp ēk hī bār ākar yah knowledge samjhātē haĩ .
130The Father only comes once to explain this knowledge to you.
132Tamōpradhān sē satōpradhān banātē haĩ .
131He makes you satopradhan from tamopradhan.
133Mātāyē̃ baiṭh unkō samajhāyēṅgī tō khuśh hōṅgē .
132If you mothers sit with others and explain to them they can become happy.
134Bōlō gyān sāgar bāp nē gyān kā kalaṣh ham mātāō̃ kō diyā hai jō ham phir aurō̃ kō dētē haĩ .
133Tell them: The Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, has given the urn of nectar to us mothers. 134We then give it to others.
135Bahut namratā sē bōltē rahnā hai .
135Continue to speak with a lot of humility.
136Śhiv hī gyān kā sāgar hai jō hamkō gyān sunātē haĩ .
136Only Shiva is the Ocean of this Knowledge and He gives this knowledge to us.
137Kahtē haĩ maĩ tum mātāō̃ dvārā mukti-jīvanmukti K|kē gates khōltā hū̃ , aur kōī khōl na sakē .
137He says: I open the gates to liberation and liberation in life through you mothers. 138No one else can open them.
138Ham abhī paramātmā dvārā paṛh rahē haĩ .
139We are all studying with the Supreme Soul.
139Hamkō kōī manuṣhya nahī̃ paṛhātē haĩ .
140It is not a human being teaching us.
140Gyān kā sāgar ēk hī parampitā paramātmā hai .
141Only the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is the Ocean of this Knowledge.
141Tum sab bhakti K|kē sāgar hō .
142All of you are oceans of devotion.
142Bhakti key|kī authority hō , na ki gyān key|kī .
143You are authorities of devotion, not this knowledge.
143Gyān key|kī authority ēk maĩ hī hū̃ .
144I alone am the Authority of this knowledge.
144Mahimā bhī ēk key|kī kartē haĩ .
145People sing the praise of the One alone.
145Vahī ūñch tē ūñch hai .
146He alone is the Highest on High.
146Ham unkō hī māntē haĩ .
147We only believe in Him.
147Vah hamkō brahmā tan sē paṛhātē haĩ isliyē brahmākumār-kumāriyā̃ gāyē huē haĩ .
148It is because He teaches us through the body of Brahma that the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are remembered.
148Aisē bahut mīṭhē rūp mē̃ baiṭh samjhāō .
149Sit with them and explain very sweetly in this way.
149Bhal kitnā bhī paṛhā huā hō . 150Ḍhēr praśhna kartē haĩ .
150No matter how educated someone is, he will still ask many questions.
151Pahlē-pahlē tō bāp par hī niśhchay karānā hai .
151First of all, make them have faith in the Father.
152Pahlē tum yah samjhō rachtā bāp hai vā nahī̃ .
152Tell them: First of all, understand whether the Father is the Creator or not.
153Sabhī kā rachayitā ēk hī śhivbābā hai , vahī gyān kā sāgar hai .
153Only Shiv Baba is the Creator of all. 154He is the Ocean of this Knowledge.
154Bāp , teacher , satgurū hai .
155He is the Father, Teacher and Satguru.
155Pahlē tō yah niśhchaybuddhi hō ki rachtā bāp hī rachnā K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kā gyān dētē haĩ .
156Your intellects should have the faith that only the Father, the Creator, gives us the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end of creation.
156Vahī hamkō samjhātē haĩ , vah tō jarūr right hī samjhāyēṅgē .
157Only He explains that to us. 158He would definitely only explain to us that which is right.
157Phir kōī praśhna uṭh na sakē .
159No one can then raise any questions.
158Bāp ātē hī haĩ saṅgam par .
160The Father only comes at the confluence age.
159Sirph kahtē haĩ mujhē yād karō tō pāp bhasma hō jāē̃ .
161He simply says: Remember Me and your sins will be burnt away.
160Hamārā kām hī hai patit kō pāvan banānē kā .
162My task is to purify the impure.
161Abhī tamōpradhān duniyā hai .
163This world is now tamopradhan.
162Patit-pāvan bāp bigar kōī kō jīvanmukti mil na sakē .
164No one could receive liberation in life until the Purifier Father comes.
163Sabhī gaṅgā snān karnē jātē haĩ tō patit ṭhaharē nā .
165They all go to bathe in the Ganges. 166Therefore, they must all be impure.
164Maĩ tō kahtā nahī̃ hū̃ ki gaṅgā snān karō .
167I do not tell you to bathe in the Ganges.
165Maĩ tō kahtā hū̃ māmēkam yād karō .
168I say: Remember Me alone.
166Maĩ tum sabhī āśhikō̃ kā māśhuk hū̃ .
169I am the Beloved of all you lovers.
167Sabhī ēk māśhuk kō yād kartē haĩ .
170Everyone remembers the one Beloved.
168Rachnā kā creator ēk hī bāp hai .
171Only the one Father is the Creator of creation.
169Vah kahtē haĩ dēhī-abhimānī ban mujhē yād karō tō is yōg agni sē vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .
172He says: Become soul conscious and remember Me and your sins will be absolved in this fire of yoga.
170Yah yōg bāp abhī hī sikhlātē haĩ jabki purānī duniyā badal rahī hai .
173It is only at this time, when the old world has to be transformed, that the Father teaches this yoga.
171Vināśh sāmnē khaṛā hai .
174Destruction is standing ahead.
172Abhī ham dēvtā ban rahē haĩ .
175We are now becoming deities.
173Bāp kitnā sahaj batātē haĩ .
176Everything the Father tells us is so easy.
174Bāp K|kē sāmnē bhal suntē haĩ parantu ēkras hō nahī̃ suntē . 175Buddhi aur aur taraph bhāgtī rahtī hai .
177Some of you who listen directly to the Father are not stable when you listen; your intellects keep running in other directions.
176Bhakti mē̃ bhī aisē hōtā hai .
178The same thing happens in devotion.
177Sārā din tō west|waste jātā hai bākī jō time mukarar kartē haĩ , usmē̃ bhī buddhi kahā̃-kahā̃ chalī jātī hai .
179The whole day is wasted. 180Their intellects also wander here and there during the time they keep aside for devotion.
178Sabkā aisā hall|hāl hōtā hōgā . 179Māyā hai nā !
181The same thing probably happens to everyone because of Maya.
180Kōī-kōī bachchē bāp K|kē sāmnē baiṭhē dhyān mē̃ chalē jātē haĩ , yah bhī time west|waste huā nā .
182Some children go into trance whilst sitting in front of the Father. 183That time too is wasted.
181Kamāī tō nahī̃ huī .
184No income is earned.
182Bāp tō kahtē haĩ yād mē̃ rahō , jissē vikarma vināśh hō̃ .
185The Father says: Stay in remembrance and your sins will be absolved.
183Dhyān mē̃ jānē sē buddhi mē̃ bāp kī yād nahī̃ rahtī hai .
186When you go into trance, your intellect doesn’t have remembrance of the Father.
184In sab bātō̃ mē̃ bahut ghōṭālā hai .
187There is a lot of confusion about these matters.
185Tumkō tō āṅkhē band bhī nahī̃ karnī hai .
188Do not even close your eyes.
186Yād mē̃ baiṭhnā hai nā .
189You have to sit in remembrance.
187Āṅkhē̃ khōlnē sē ḍarnā nahī̃ chāhiē .
190Do not be afraid to keep your eyes open.
188Āṅkhē khulī hō̃ . 189Buddhi mē̃ māśhuk hī yād hō .
191Keep your eyes open and keep the remembrance of the Beloved in your intellects.
190Āṅkhē band karkē baiṭhnā , yah kāydā nahī̃ .
192To sit with your eyes closed is not the system here.
191Bāp kahtē haĩ yād mē̃ baiṭhō .
193The Father says: Sit in remembrance.
192Aisē thōṛēhī kahtē haĩ āṅkhē band karō .
194He does not tell you to close your eyes.
193Āṅkh band kar , kāndh aisē nīchē kar baiṭhē̃gē tō bābā kaisē dēkhē̃gē .
195If you close your eyes or lower your head, how would the Father be able to see you?
194Āṅkhē kabhī band nahī̃ karnī chāhiē .
196Never close your eyes.
195Āṅkhē band hō jātī hai tō kuchh dāl mē̃ kālā hōgā , aur kōī kō yād kartē hōṅgē .
197If you close your eyes, there must be something wrong; you must be remembering someone else.
196Bāp tō kahtē haĩ aur kōī mitr-sambandhiyō̃ ādi kō yād kiyā tō tum sachchē āśhik nahī̃ ṭhaharē .
198The Father says: If you remember your friends and relatives, you can’t be a true lover.
197Sachchā āśhik banē̃gē tab hī ūñch pad pāyēṅgē .
199Only when you become a true lover can you claim a high status.
198Mēhnat sārī yād mē̃ hai .
200All the effort lies in having this remembrance.
199Dēh-abhimān mē̃ bāp kō bhūltē haĩ , phir dhakkē khātē rahtē haĩ aur bahut mīṭhā bhī bannā chāhiē .
201It is due to body consciousness that you forget the Father and stumble around. 202Become very sweet.
200Vātāvaraṇ bhī mīṭhā hō , kōī āvāz nahī̃ .
203The atmosphere should also be very sweet; there should be no noise.
201Kōī bhī āyē tō dēkhē - bāt kitnī mīṭhī kartē haĩ .
204Anyone who comes should be able to hear how sweetly you talk.
202Bahut silence hōnī chāhiē . 203Kuchh bhī laṛnā-jhagaṛnā nahī̃ .
205There should be a lot of silence; you mustn't fight or quarrel.
204Nahī̃ tō jaisē bāp , teacher , gurū tīnō̃ key|kī nindā karātē haĩ .
206Otherwise, it would be as though you defame all three: the Father, the Teacher and the Guru.
205Vah phir pad bhī bahut cum|kam pāyēṅgē .
207You would then claim a low status.
206Bachchō̃ kō ab samajh tō milī hai .
208You children have now received understanding.
207Bāp kahtē haĩ ham tumkō paṛhātē haĩ ūñch pad pānē .
209The Father says: I am teaching you to enable you to claim a high status.
208Paṛhkar phir aurō̃ kō paṛhānā hai .
210You must study and also teach others.
209Khud bhī samajh saktē haĩ , ham tō kōī kō sunātē nahī̃ haĩ tō kyā pad pāyēṅgē !
211If you are not giving this knowledge to anyone, you can understand for yourselves what status you would claim.
210Prajā nahī̃ banāyēṅgē tō kyā banē̃gē !
212What would you become if you don't create subjects?
211Yōg nahī̃ , gyān nahī̃ tō phir jarūr paṛhē huē kē āgē bharī ḍhōnī paṛēgī .
213If you don't have yoga and you have none of this knowledge, you would definitely have to bow down to those who have studied.
212Apnē kō dēkhnā chāhiē is samay nā-pass huē , cum|kam pad pāyā tō kalp-kalpāntar cum|kam pad hō jāyēgā .
214Check yourselves. 215If you fail now and claim a low status, you will claim a low status for cycle after cycle.
213Bāp kā kām hai samjhānā , nahī̃ samajhē̃gē tō apnā pad bhraṣhṭa karē̃gē .
216The Father's duty is to explain to you. 217If you do not understand, you destroy your own status.
214Kaisē kiskō samjhānā chāhiē - vah bhī bābā samjhātē rahtē haĩ .
218Baba also continues to tell you how you should explain to others.
215Jitnā thōṛā aur āhistē bōlē̃gē utnā achchhā hai .
219It is better to speak less and to speak softly.
216Bābā service karnē vālō̃ key|kī mahimā bhī kartē haĩ nā .
220Baba praises those who do service.
217Bahut achchhī service kartē haĩ tō bābā key|kī dil par chaṛhtē haĩ .
221Those who do service very well are able to sit in Baba's heart.
218Service sē hī tō dil par chaṛhē̃gē nā .
222You can sit in His heart by doing service.
219Yād kī yātrā bhī jarūr chāhiē tab hī satōpradhān banē̃gē .
223You also definitely need the pilgrimage of remembrance. 224Only then will you become satopradhan.
220Sajā jāstī khāyēṅgē tō pad kam hō jāyēgā .
225If you experience more punishment, your status will be reduced.
221Pāp bhasma nahī̃ hōtē haĩ tō sajā bahut khānī paṛtī hai , pad bhī kam hō jātā hai .
226If your sins are not burnt away, you will have to experience a lot of punishment and your status will be reduced.
222Uskō ghāṭā kahā jātā hai .
227That is called a loss.
223Yah bhī vyāpār hai nā .
228This too is a business.
224Ghāṭē mē̃ nahī̃ jānā chāhiē .
229Do not incur a loss.
225Daivīguṇ dhāraṇ karō .
230Imbibe divine virtues.
226Ūñch bannā chāhiē .
231Become elevated.
227Bābā unnati kē liē kisma-kisma key|kī bātē̃ sunātē haĩ , ab jō karē̃gē sō pāyēṅgē .
232Baba tells you different things to help you make progress. 233Those who do something receive the reward of that.
228Tumkō paristānī bannā hai , guṇ bhī aisē dhāraṇ karnē haĩ .
234You have to become the residents of the land of angels. 235Therefore, imbibe virtues accordingly.
229Achchhā !
236Achcha.
230Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .
237To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
231Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .
238The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

243Only when there is no noise will service become successful.
2372 ) sachchā-sachchā āśhik ban ēk māśhuk kō yād karnā hai .
244 2. Become a true lover and remember the one Beloved.
238Yād mē̃ kabhī āṅkhē band kar kāndh nīchē karkē nahī̃ baiṭhnā hai .
245Never sit in remembrance with your eyes closed or with your head lowered.
239Dēhī-abhimānī hōkar rahnā hai .
246Remain soul conscious.
