¹Essence: Sweet children, the Father is having a heart-to-heart conversation with you spirits. ²You have come to the Father to insure your lives for 21 births. ³You insure your lives in such a way that you become immortal.

²prashn:- manushya bhi apni life insure karaate aur tum bachche bhi, donon mein antar kya hai?

⁴Question: Human beings have life insurance and you Brahmins also insure your lives. ⁵What is the difference?

³uttar:- manushya apni life insure karaate ki mar jaayen to parivaar vaalon ko paisa mile।

⁶Answer: Human beings have life insurance so that, if they die, their families receive money.

⁴tum bachche insure karte ho ki 21 janma ham maren hi nahin। ⁵amar ban jaayen।

⁷You children now have life insurance against dying for 21 births; you become immortal.

⁶satayug mein koi insure company hoti nahin।

⁸In the golden age, there are no insurance companies.

⁷abhi tum apni life insure kar dete ho phir kabhi marenge nahin, yeh khushi rahni chaahiye।

⁹You should now have the happiness that you are insuring your lives and that you will never die.

¹⁰roohaani baap baith roohaani bachchon se roohrihaan karte hain, tum bachche jaante ho baap hamko abhi 21 janma to kya 40-50 janmon liye insure kar rahe hain।

¹²The spiritual Father is sitting here and having a heart-to-heart conversation with you children. ¹³You children know that the Father is insuring you, not just for 21 births, but for 40 to 50 births.

¹¹vo log insure karte hain ki mar jaaen to unke parivaar ko paisa mile।

¹⁴Other people have life insurance so that, if they die, their family receives money.

¹²tum insure karte ho 21 janmon ke liye maren hi nahin।

¹⁵You now insure yourselves against dying for 21 births.

¹³amar banaate hain na।

¹⁶Baba makes you immortal.

¹⁴tum amar the, mool vatan bhi amarlok hai।

¹⁷You were immortal. ¹⁸The incorporeal world is also the land of immortality.

¹⁵vahaan marne jeene ki baat nahin rehti। ¹⁶vo hai aatmaon ka nivaas sthaan।

¹⁹There is no question of living or dying there; that is the place where souls reside.

¹⁷ab yeh roohrihaan baap apne bachchon se karte hain aur koi se nahin karte।

²⁰The Father only has this heart-to-heart conversation with His children and no one else.

¹⁸jo rooh apne ko jaanti hai unse hi baat karte hain।

²¹The Father only speaks to those who know themselves to be spirits.

¹⁹baaki aur koi baap ki bhaasha ko samjhenge nahin।

²²No one else would understand the Father's language.

²⁰pradarshani mein itne aate hain, tumhaari bhaasha ko samajhte hain kya।

²³So many come to the exhibitions. ²⁴Do they understand your language?

²¹koi mushkil thoda samajhte hain।

²⁵Some scarcely understand anything.

²²tumko bhi samjhaate-samjhaate kitne varsha hue hain to bhi kitne thode samajhte hain।

²⁶It has taken so many years to explain to you, yet, even now, only a few of you understand.

²³hai bhi second mein samajhne ki baat।

²⁷It is something to be understood in just a second.

²⁴ham aatmaayen jo paavan thi vahi patit bani hain phir hamko paavan banna hai।

²⁸We souls were pure and have now become impure. ²⁹We now have to become pure again.

²⁵uske liye sweet father ko yaad karna hai।

³⁰For this, we have to remember the sweet Father.

²⁶unse sweet aur koi cheez hoti nahin।

³¹There is no one sweeter than He.

²⁷is yaad karne mein hi maaya ke vighna padte hain।

³²It is only in this remembrance that the obstacles of Maya come.

²⁸yeh bhi jaante ho baba hamko amar banaane aaye hain।

³³You also know that Baba has come to make you immortal.

²⁹purooshaartha kar amar ban, amarpuri ka maalik banna hai।

³⁴You have to make effort to become immortal and become the masters of the land of immortality.

³⁰amar to sab banenge।

³⁵All of you will become immortal.

³¹satayug ko kaha hi jaata hai amarlok।

³⁶The golden age is called the land of immortality.

³²yeh hai mrityulok।

³⁷This is a land of death.

³³yeh amraktha hai, aise nahin ki sirf shankar ne paarvati ko amraktha sunaai।

³⁸This is the story of immortality. ³⁹It isn't that Shankar told the story of immortality to Parvati alone.

³⁴woh to sab hain bhakti maarga ki baaten।

⁴⁰All of those stories belong to the path of devotion.

³⁵tum bachche sirf mujh ek se hi suno।

⁴¹You children must only listen to Me.

³⁶maamekam yaad karo।

⁴²Constantly remember Me alone.

³⁷gyaan main hi de sakta hoon।

⁴³Only I can give you this knowledge.

³⁸drama plen anusaar saari duniya tamopradhaan bani hai।

⁴⁴According to the drama plan, the whole world has become tamopradhan.

³⁹amarpuri mein raajya karna - usko hi amar pad kaha jaata hai।

⁴⁵To rule in the land of immortality means to claim an immortal status.

⁴⁰vahaan insure company aadi hoti nahin।

⁴⁶There, there are no insurance companies, etc.

⁴¹abhi tumhaari life insure kar rahe hain।

⁴⁷Your lives are now being insured.

⁴²tum kabhi marenge nahin।

⁴⁸You will never die.

⁴³yeh buddhi mein khushi rahni chaahiye।

⁴⁹There should be this happiness in your intellects.

⁴⁴ham amarpuri ke maalik bante hain, to amarpuri ko yaad karna pade।

⁵⁰We are becoming the masters of that land of immortality, and so that land of immortality has to be remembered.

⁴⁵via mool vatan hi jaana hota hai।

⁵¹We have to go there via the incorporeal world.

⁴⁶yeh bhi manamnaabhav ho jaata।

⁵²This too is “Manmanabhav”.

⁴⁷mool vatan hai manamnaabhav, amarpuri hai madhyaaji bhav।

⁵³To remember the incorporeal world is to be “Manmanabhav”, and to remember the land of immortality is to be “Madhyajibhav” (your aim and objective).

⁴⁸har ek baat mein do akshar hi aate hain।

⁵⁴There are just two words that cover everything.

⁴⁹tumko kitne prakaar se arth samjhaate hain। ⁵⁰to buddhi mein baithe।

⁵⁵So many different meanings are explained to you so that it can sit in your intellects.

⁵¹sabse jaasti mehnat hai hi ismen apne ko aatma nishchay karna hai।

⁵⁶The greatest effort lies in having the faith that you are a soul.

⁵²ham aatma ne yeh janma liya hai।

⁵⁷We souls have taken this birth.

⁵³84 janma mein bhinna-bhinna naam, roop, desh, kaal phirte aaye hain।

⁵⁸While taking 84 births we have been through various names, forms, countries and times.

⁵⁴satayug mein itne janma, treta mein itne… yeh bhi bahut bachche bhool jaate hain।

⁵⁹In the golden age, we took this many births and in the silver age we took this many births. ⁶⁰So many children even forget this.

⁵⁵mukhya baat hai apne ko aatma samajh sweet baap ko yaad karna।

⁶¹The main thing is to consider yourselves to be souls and to remember the sweet Father.

⁵⁶uthte-baithte yeh buddhi mein rahne se khushi rahegi।

⁶²Whether you are walking or sitting, by keeping this in your intellects you will remain happy.

⁵⁷phir se baba aaya hua hai, jisko ham aadhaakalpa yaad karte the ki aao aakar paavan banaao।

⁶³Baba, the One whom we had been remembering for half a cycle and asking to come and make us pure, has come once again.

⁵⁸paavan rehte hain mool vatan mein aur amarpuri satayug mein।

⁶⁴You remain pure in both the incorporeal world and the golden age, the land of immortality.

⁵⁹bhakti mein manushya purooshaartha karte hain mukti mein va krishnapuri mein jaane ke liye।

⁶⁵People make effort in devotion to attain liberation or to go to the land of Krishna.

⁶⁰mukti kaho athva nirvaandhaam kaho, vaanaprastha akshar correct hai।

⁶⁶Whether you call it liberation or the land beyond sound, the term, "stage of retirement" is correct.

⁶¹vaanaprasthi to shahar mein hi rehte hain। ⁶²sannyaasi log to gharbaar chhod jangal mein jaate hain।

⁶⁷Those in the stage of retirement live in cities, whereas sannyasis leave their homes and go into forests.

⁶³aajkal ke vaanaprasthiyon mein koi dam nahin hai।

⁶⁸Nowadays, those who are in the stage of retirement have no power.

⁶⁴sannyaasi to brahm ko bhagwan kah dete।

⁶⁹Sannyasis call the brahm element God.

⁶⁵brahm lok nahin kehte।

⁷⁰They do not call it Brahmlok (the world of the brahm element).

⁶⁶abhi tum bachche jaante ho punarjanma to kiska bhi band nahin hota।

⁷¹You children now know that no one can stop taking rebirth.

⁶⁷apna-apna part sab bajaate hain।

⁷²Each one has to play his own part.

⁶⁸aavaagman se kabhi chhootna nahin hai।

⁷³No one can ever be liberated from coming and going.

⁶⁹is samay karodon manushya hain aur bhi aate rahenge, punarjanma lete rahenge। ⁷⁰phir first floor khaali hoga।

⁷⁴There are now billions of human beings, and more will continue to come down. ⁷⁵They will continue to take rebirth until the first floor becomes empty.

⁷¹mool vatan hai first floor, sookshm vatan hai second floor।

⁷⁶The incorporeal world is the first floor and the subtle region is the second floor.

⁷²yeh hai third floor athva inko ground floor kaho।

⁷⁷This world is the third floor, or you could call it the ground floor.

⁷³doosra koi floor hai nahin।

⁷⁸There is no other floor.

⁷⁴woh samajhte hain stars mein bhi duniya hai।

⁷⁹People think that there is another world among the stars.

⁷⁵aise hai nahin।

⁸⁰It isn't like that.

⁷⁶first floor mein aatmaayen rehti hain। ⁷⁷baaki manushyon ke liye to yeh duniya hai।

⁸¹Souls reside on the first floor, but human beings reside in this world.

⁷⁸tum behad ke vairaagi bachche ho, tumhein is puraani duniya mein rehte hue bhi in aankhon se sab kuchh dekhte hue nahin dekhna hai।

⁸²You children are unlimited renunciates. ⁸³While staying in this old world, and seeing this old world with your physical eyes, you must not see it.

⁷⁹yeh hai mukhya purooshaartha; kyonki yeh sab khatma ho jaayega।

⁸⁴This is the main effort for you to make because all of this is going to be destroyed.

⁸⁰aise nahin ki sansaar bana hi nahin hai।

⁸⁵It isn't that the world was never created.

⁸¹bana hua hai parantu unse vairaagya ho jaata arthaat saari puraani duniya se vairaagya।

⁸⁶It is created but you now have no interest in it. ⁸⁷There is disinterest in the whole of this old world.

⁸²bhakti, gyaan aur vairaagya।

⁸⁸There is worship, this knowledge and disinterest.

⁸³bhakti ke baad hai gyaan, phir bhakti ka vairaagya ho jaata।

⁸⁹After worship, there is this knowledge and there is then no interest in devotion.

⁸⁴buddhi se samajhte ho ki yeh puraani duniya hai।

⁹⁰Your intellects understand that this world is old and that this is our last birth.

⁸⁵yeh hamaara antim janma hai, abhi sabko vaapis jaana hai।

⁹¹Everyone now has to return home.

⁸⁶chhote bachchon ko bhi shivbaaba ki yaad dilaani hai।

⁹²Even small children have to be reminded of Shiv Baba.

⁸⁷ulte-sulte khaan-paan aadi ki koi aadat nahin daalni chaahiye।

⁹³Do not inculcate in them any habits of eating impure food or drink.

⁸⁸chhotepan se jaisi aadat daalo vaisi aadat pad jaati hai।

⁹⁴Whatever habits you form in your childhood, they remain with you for all time.

⁸⁹aajkal sang ka dosh bada ganda hai।

⁹⁵Nowadays, the influence of company is very dirty.

⁹⁰sang taare kusang bore...... yeh vishay saagar veshyaalay hai।

⁹⁶It is said: Good company takes you across and bad company drowns you. ⁹⁷This is an ocean of poison, a brothel.

⁹¹sat to ek hi parampita paramatma hai।

⁹⁸Only the one Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is the Truth.

⁹²god is one kaha jaata hai।

⁹⁹It is said: God is one.

⁹³woh aakar satya baat samjhaate hain।

¹⁰⁰He comes and explains the truth.

⁹⁴baap kehte hain he roohaani bachchon, main tumhaara baap tumse roohrihaan kar raha hoon।

¹⁰¹The Father says: O spiritual children; I, your Father, am having a heart-to-heart conversation with you.

⁹⁵mujhe tum bulaate ho na।

¹⁰²You have been calling out for Me to come.

⁹⁶vahi gyaan ka saagar, patit-paavan hai।

¹⁰³Only He is the Ocean of Knowledge, the Purifier.

⁹⁷nai srishti ka rachayita hai।

¹⁰⁴He is the Creator of the new world.

⁹⁸puraani srishti ka vinaash karaate hain।

¹⁰⁵He inspires the destruction of the old world to take place.

⁹⁹yeh trimoorti to prasiddha hai।

¹⁰⁶The Trimurti is very well known.

¹⁰⁰oonch te oonch hai shiv।

¹⁰⁷The Highest on High is Shiva.

¹⁰¹achha, phir sookshm vatan mein hain brahma-vishnu-shankar।

¹⁰⁸Then, in the subtle region there are Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar.

¹⁰²unhon ka saakshaatkaar bhi hota hai kyonki pavitra hain na।

¹⁰⁹Many have visions of them because they are pure.

¹⁰³unhon ko chaitanya mein in aankhon se dekh nahin sakte।

¹¹⁰It isn’t possible to see them in living forms with your physical eyes.

¹⁰⁴bahut naudha bhakti se dekh sakte hain।

¹¹¹However, it is possible for those who do a lot of intense devotion to see them.

¹⁰⁵samjho koi hanoomaan ka bhakta hoga to unka saakshaatkaar hoga।

¹¹²For instance, if someone is a devotee of Hanuman (monkey god), he would have a vision of that one.

¹⁰⁶shiv ke bhakta ko to jhooth bataaya gaya hai ki paramatma akhanda jyoti swaroop hai।

¹¹³However, the devotees of Shiva have been told the lie that the Supreme Soul has the form of eternal, infinite light.

¹⁰⁷baap kehte hain main to itni chhoti-si bindi hoon, woh kehte akhanda jyoti swaroop arjun ko dikhaaya। ¹⁰⁸usne kaha bas main sahan nahin kar sakta hoon।

¹¹⁴The Father says: My form is a tiny point. ¹¹⁵It is written that when Arjuna was shown the form of eternal, infinite light, he said: Stop it, I cannot tolerate any more.

¹⁰⁹unko deedaar hua to yeh geeta mein likha hua hai।

¹¹⁶It is written in the Gita that he had that vision.

¹¹⁰manushya samajhte hain akhanda jyoti ka saakshaatkaar hua।

¹¹⁷Human beings think he had a vision of constant, unlimited light.

¹¹¹ab baap kehte hain yeh sab bhakti maarga ki baaten dilkhush karne ki hain।

¹¹⁸The Father says: All of those stories of the path of devotion are simply to please hearts.

¹¹²main to kehta hi nahin hoon ki main akhanda jyoti-swaroop hoon।

¹¹⁹I never said that My form is eternal, infinite light.

¹¹³jaise bindi misal tumhaari aatma hai vaise main hoon।

¹²⁰Just as you souls are like points, so, too, am I.

¹¹⁴jaise tum drama ke bandhan mein ho vaise main bhi drama ke bandhan mein baandha hua hoon।

¹²¹Just as you are bound by the drama, so too, I am bound by the drama.

¹¹⁵sab aatmaon ko apna-apna part mila hua hai।

¹²²Each and every soul has received his own part to play.

¹¹⁶punarjanma to sabko lena hi hai।

¹²³Everyone has to take rebirth.

¹¹⁷nambarvaar sabko aana hi hai।

¹²⁴Everyone has to go down, numberwise.

¹¹⁸pahle number vaala phir neeche jaata hai।

¹²⁵The number one soul then goes down.

¹¹⁹kitni baaten baap samjhaate hain।

¹²⁶The Father explains so many things.

¹²⁰yeh samjhaaya hai ki srishti roopi chakra phirta rehta hai।

¹²⁷You have been told how this world cycle continues to turn.

¹²¹jaise din ke baad raat aati hai vaise kaliyug ke baad satayug, phir treta....... phir sangamayug aata hai।

¹²⁸Just as the day follows after the night, similarly the golden age has to follow the iron age. ¹²⁹Then, the silver age, etc. follow. ¹³⁰Then, there is this confluence age.

¹²²sangamayug par hi baap change karte hain।

¹³¹Only in this confluence age can the Father change you.

¹²³jo satopradhaan the ab vahi tamopradhaan bane hain।

¹³²Those who were satopradhan have now become tamopradhan.

¹²⁴vahi phir satopradhaan banenge।

¹³³They will become satopradhan again.

¹²⁵bulaate bhi hain he patit-paavan aao।

¹³⁴You called out: O Purifier, come!

¹²⁶to ab baap kehte hain manamnaabhav।

¹³⁵Therefore, the Father now says: Manmanabhav!

¹²⁷main aatma hoon, mujhe baap ko yaad karna hai।

¹³⁶I am a soul, and I now have to remember the Father.

¹²⁸yeh yathaartha reeti koi mushkil samajhte hain।

¹³⁷Hardly anyone understands this accurately.

¹²⁹ham aatmaon ka baap kitna meetha hai।

¹³⁸The Father of us souls is so sweet.

¹³⁰aatma hi meethi hai na।

¹³⁹It is the soul that is sweet.

¹³¹shareer to khatma ho jaata hai phir unki aatma ko bulaate hain।

¹⁴⁰The body is destroyed and that soul is then invited to come here.

¹³²pyaar to aatma se hi hota hai na।

¹⁴¹Love is only for souls.

¹³³sanskaar aatma mein rehte hain।

¹⁴²The sanskars are in the souls.

¹³⁴aatma hi padhti sunti hai, deh to khatma ho jaati hai।

¹⁴³It is souls who study and listen whereas bodies die.

¹³⁵main aatma amar hoon।

¹⁴⁴“I, a soul, am immortal.

¹³⁶phir tum mere liye rote kyon ho?

¹⁴⁵So, why do you cry for me?”

¹³⁷yeh to deh-abhimaan hai na।

¹⁴⁶That is body consciousness.

¹³⁸tumhaara deh mein pyaar hai, hona chaahiye aatma mein pyaar।

¹⁴⁷Your love is for bodies, but your love has to be for souls.

¹³⁹avinaashi cheez mein pyaar hona chaahiye।

¹⁴⁸Let your love be for imperishable things.

¹⁴⁰vinaashi cheez mein pyaar hone se hi ladte-jhagadte hain।

¹⁴⁹It is because of loving perishable things that you fight and quarrel.

¹⁴¹satayug mein hain dehi-abhimaani, isliye khushi se ek shareer chhod doosra lete hain। ¹⁴²rona peetna kuchh bhi nahin hota।

¹⁵⁰In the golden age, all are soul conscious, and so when they leave their bodies, they take their next ones in happiness; there is no weeping or wailing.

¹⁴³tum bachchon ko apni aatma-abhimaani avastha banaane ke liye bahut practice karni hai - main aatma hoon, apne bhaai (aatma) ko baap ka sandesh sunaata hoon, hamaara bhaai in organs dvaara sunta hai, aisi avastha jamaao।

¹⁵¹In order to create your stage of soul consciousness, you children have to practise this a great deal: I am a soul and I am giving my brother soul the Father's message. ¹⁵²My brother is listening through those organs. ¹⁵³Create such a stage.

¹⁴⁴baap ko yaad karte raho to vikarma vinaash hote rahenge।

¹⁵⁴Continue to remember the Father and your sins will continue to be absolved.

¹⁴⁵khud ko bhi aatma samjho, unko bhi aatma samjho tab pakki aadat ho jaaye, yeh hai gupta mehnat।

¹⁵⁵By considering yourself to be a soul and considering the other person to be a soul, the habit will become firm. ¹⁵⁶This effort is incognito.

¹⁴⁶antarmukh ho is avastha ko pakka karna hai।

¹⁵⁷Become introverted and make this stage firm.

¹⁴⁷jitna samay nikaal sako utna ismen lagaao।

¹⁵⁸Whatever time you have, use it for this.

¹⁴⁸8 ghanta to dhandha aadi bhal karo। ¹⁴⁹neend bhi karo। ¹⁵⁰baaki ismen lagaao।

¹⁵⁹By all means, carry on with your business, etc. for eight hours and also sleep, but use the rest of your time for this.

¹⁵¹8 ghanta tak pahunchna hai, tab tumko bahut khushi rahegi।

¹⁶⁰You have to reach the stage of having eight hours’ remembrance. ¹⁶¹You will then have a lot of happiness.

¹⁵²patit-paavan baap kehte hain mujhe yaad karo to tumhaare vikarma vinaash hon।

¹⁶²The Purifier Father says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved.

¹⁵³gyaan tumko abhi hi sangam par milta hai।

¹⁶³It is now, at the confluence age, that you receive this knowledge.

¹⁵⁴mahima saari is sangamayug ki hai, jabki baap baith tumko gyaan samjhaate hain, ismen sthool koi baat nahin।

¹⁶⁴All the praise refers to this confluence age when the Father sits here and gives you this knowledge. ¹⁶⁵There is no question of anything physical in this.

¹⁵⁵yeh jo tum likhte ho woh sab khatma ho jaayega।

¹⁶⁶Everything you write down will be destroyed.

¹⁵⁶note bhi isliye karte hain to points note hone se yaad rahegi।

¹⁶⁷You note down these points so that you can remember them.

¹⁵⁷koi ki buddhi teekhi hoti hai to buddhi mein yaad rehti hai। ¹⁵⁸nambarvaar to hain na।

¹⁶⁸Some of you have clever intellects. ¹⁶⁹They can keep everything in their intellects; it is numberwise.

¹⁵⁹mukhya baat, baap ko yaad karna hai aur srishti chakra ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁷⁰The main thing is to remember the Father and the world cycle.

¹⁶⁰koi vikarma nahin karna hai।

¹⁷¹Do not perform any sinful acts.

¹⁶¹grihastha vyavhaar mein bhi rehna hai। ¹⁶²pavitra zaroor banna hai।

¹⁷²Whilst living at home with your family, definitely remain pure.

¹⁶³kai gande khyaalaat vaale bachche samajhte hain - hamko yeh phalaani bahut achhi lagti hai, inse ham gandharvi vivaah kar len।

¹⁷³Some children have dirty thoughts and think: I like this one very much. ¹⁷⁴They say that they want to have a pure marriage.

¹⁶⁴parantu yeh gandharvi vivaah to tab karaate hain jabki mitra-sambandhi aadi bahut tang karte hain, to unko bachaane liye।

¹⁷⁵However, only when their friends and relatives cause them a lot of trouble are they allowed to have a pure marriage in order for them to be saved from that.

¹⁶⁵aise thode hi sab kahenge ham gandharvi vivaah karenge।

¹⁷⁶It isn't that everyone would say that they want to have a pure marriage.

¹⁶⁶woh kabhi rah nahin sakenge।

¹⁷⁷Not everyone can remain pure.

¹⁶⁷pahle din hi jaakar gutter mein padenge।

¹⁷⁸They would go and fall into the gutter on the first day.

¹⁶⁸naam roop mein dil lag jaati hai।

¹⁷⁹Their hearts are attracted to each other's name and form.

¹⁶⁹yeh to badi kharaab baat hai।

¹⁸⁰That is very bad.

¹⁷⁰gandharvi vivaah karna koi maasi ka ghar nahin hai।

¹⁸¹To have a pure marriage is not like going to your aunty's home.

¹⁷¹ek-do se dil lagi to kah dete gandharvi vivaah karen, ismen sambandhiyon ko bada khabardaar rehna chaahiye।
