¹Essence: Sweet children, hear no evil! ²Only listen to the one Father. ³Live like a lotus while living at home.

²prashn:- kis khel ko yathaartha reeti jaanne vaale bachche kabhi moonjh nahin sakte hain?

⁴Question: By accurately knowing which play do you children never become confused?

³uttar:- duhkh aur sukh, bhakti aur gyaan ka jo khel chalta hai, isko yathaartha reeti jaanne vaale kabhi moonjhate nahin।

⁵Answer: Those who accurately know the play of happiness and sorrow, this knowledge and devotion, never become confused.

⁴tum jaante ho bhagwan kisi ko duhkh nahin deta, woh hai duhkh harta sukh karta।

⁶You know that God never causes sorrow for anyone. ⁷He is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁵jab sabhi duhkhi ho jaate hain, tab duhkhon se liberate karne ke liye woh aate hain।

⁸When everyone becomes unhappy, He comes to liberate them from their sorrow.

⁹Song: Who has come here early in the morning?

⁷om shanti।

¹⁰Om shanti.

⁸bachchon ne kya suna?

¹¹What did you children hear?

⁹bhakti ka geet।

¹²You heard a song of devotion.

¹⁰bhakti ko angreji mein philosophy kehte hain।

¹³Devotion in English is philosophy.

¹¹title milte hain doctor oph philosophy।

¹⁴They receive titles such as Doctor of Philosophy.

¹²ab philosophy (bhakti) to chhote bade manushya sab jaante hain।

¹⁵Young and old, all know philosophy (devotion).

¹³koi se bhi poochho eeshvar kahaan rehte hain, to kah denge sarvavyaapi hai।

¹⁶When you ask anyone where God resides, they would say that He is omnipresent.

¹⁴yeh bhi philosophy hui na।

¹⁷That too is philosophy.

¹⁵ab shaastron ki koi bhi baat baap nahin sunaate।

¹⁸The Father does not tell you anything of the scriptures.

¹⁶koi bhi bhagat ko gyaan saagar nahin kahenge।

¹⁹None of the devotees can be called the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹⁷na unmein gyaan hai, na gyaan saagar ke bachche hain।

²⁰Neither do they have this knowledge nor are they the children of the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹⁸gyaan saagar baap ko koi nahin jaante hain। ¹⁹na apne ko bachcha samajhte hain।

²¹None of them knows the Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, nor do they consider themselves to be His children.

²⁰woh sab bhakti karte hain bhagwan se milne ke liye। ²¹parantu bhagwan ko jaante nahin to bhakti se kya phaayda hoga।

²²They all perform devotion in order to meet God, but they don't know God and so what benefit do they receive by performing devotion?

²²bahuton ko yeh title milta hoga doctor oph philosophy, unhon ki buddhi mein to ek hi baat hai ki eeshvar sarvavyaapi hai।

²³Many receive this title Doctor of Philosophy. ²⁴They only have one thing in their intellects and that is that God is omnipresent.

²³usko philosophy samajhte hain, isse hi girte aaye hain, isko kaha jaata hai dharma glaani।

²⁵They consider that to be philosophy. ²⁶It is through this that they have been falling down. ²⁷It is called defamation of religion.

²⁴ham koi bhi manushyon se shaastron ka kuchh vaad-vivaad nahin kar sakte।

²⁸We cannot debate the scriptures with other people.

²⁵ham koi manushya se padhe hue nahin hain aur sab manushya, manushya dvaara padhe hue hote hain।

²⁹We have not learnt this from human beings. ³⁰All other human beings learn from human beings.

²⁶ved shaastra aadi sab manushya se hi padhte hain।

³¹They study the Vedas and scriptures, etc. with human beings.

²⁷banaaye bhi manushyon ne hain।

³²It was human beings who wrote them.

²⁸tumko to yeh gyaan sunaane vaala hai ek hi roohaani baap।

³³It is only the one spiritual Father who gives you this knowledge.

²⁹woh ek hi baar aakar samjhaate hain।

³⁴Only once does He come to explain to you.

³⁰ab hamko koi manushya se kuchh bhi seekhna nahin hai।

³⁵Now we don't have to learn anything from human beings.

³¹tumko ab spiritual baap se hi sunna hai।

³⁶You must now only listen to the spiritual Father.

³²sunne vaale hain roohaani bachche, aatmaayen।

³⁷It is spiritual children, souls, who listen to Him.

³³woh sab manushya, manushya ko sunaate hain।

³⁸All of those human beings relate things to human beings.

³⁴yeh hai roohaani baap ka gyaan। ³⁵woh hai manushyon ka gyaan।

³⁹This knowledge is from the spiritual Father, whereas that knowledge is from human beings.

³⁶yeh baba bhi (saakaar) manushya hai na।

⁴⁰This Baba is also a corporeal human being.

³⁷bolo, roohaani baap is dvaara sunaate hain।

⁴¹Tell them: The spiritual Father explains through this one.

³⁸ham rooh sunte hain। ³⁹ham rooh phir shareer dvaara auron ko sunaate hain।

⁴²I, the spirit, listen to Him and then I, the spirit, relate it to others through my body.

⁴⁰yeh hai roohaani gyaan।

⁴³This is spiritual knowledge.

⁴¹baaki sab hai jismaani।

⁴⁴All others are physical.

⁴²bhakti mein jisma ki pooja karte hain।

⁴⁷Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

⁴⁵tum aatmaayen bhaai-bhaai ho।

⁴⁸You souls are brothers.

⁴⁶gaaya hua bhi hai aatma-paramatma alag rahe bahukaal.. to hamko koi bhi manushya se sunna nahin hai।

⁴⁹It is remembered that souls remained separated from the Supreme Soul for a long time. ⁵⁰We mustn't listen to human beings.

⁴⁷koi savaal poochhe to bolo - hamaara koi shaastron ka gyaan nahin hai।

⁵¹If anyone asks you questions, tell him that your knowledge is not from any scripture.

⁴⁸ham usko philosophy kehte hain arthaat bhakti maarga ka gyaan hai।

⁵²We call that philosophy, that is, they have the knowledge of the path of devotion.

⁴⁹sadgati dene ka gyaan sirf ek baap hi dete hain।

⁵³Only the one Father gives you knowledge for salvation.

⁵⁰sarva ka sadgati daata ek hi gaaya hua hai।

⁵⁴Only the One has been remembered as the Bestower of Salvation for All.

⁵¹to tum bachchon ko koi se debate nahin karni hai।

⁵⁵You children mustn't debate with anyone.

⁵²baap kehte hain gyaan ki authority, gyaan saagar main hoon।

⁵⁶The Father says: I am the Authority of Knowledge, the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁵³main tumko koi shaastra aadi nahin sunaata hoon।

⁵⁷I do not relate any scriptures, etc. to you.

⁵⁴hamaara yeh hai roohaani gyaan। ⁵⁵baaki sab hai jismaani gyaan।

⁵⁸This knowledge of Mine is spiritual, whereas all other knowledge is the knowledge of physical things.

⁵⁶woh satsang aadi sab bhakti maarga ke liye hain।

⁵⁹Those spiritual gatherings are for the path of devotion.

⁵⁷yeh roohaani baap baith roohon ko samjhaate hain isliye dehi-abhimaani banne mein bachchon ko mehnat lagti hai।

⁶⁰The spiritual Father sits here and explains to you spirits. ⁶¹This is why some children feel that it is an effort to become soul conscious.

⁵⁸ham aatmaayen baap se varsa leti hain।

⁶²We souls are claiming our inheritance from the Father.

⁵⁹baap ke bachche zaroor baap ki hi gaddi ke vaaris honge na।

⁶³A father’s children would definitely become heirs to their father's seat (position).

⁶⁰lakshmi-naaraayan bhi dehdhaari hain।

⁶⁴Lakshmi and Narayan are also bodily beings.

⁶¹unke bachche jismaani baap se varsa paate hain।

⁶⁵Their children receive their inheritance from their physical father.

⁶²yeh baat hi nyaari hai।

⁶⁶Here it is something unique.

⁶³satayug mein bhi jismaani baat ho jaati hai।

⁶⁷In the golden age too, it is a physical thing.

⁶⁴vahaan yeh nahin kahenge ki roohaani baap se varsa milta hai।

⁶⁸There, you wouldn’t say that you receive an inheritance from your spiritual Father.

⁶⁵deh-abhimaan ko todna hai।

⁶⁹Body consciousness has to be broken.

⁶⁶ham aatma hain aur baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁷⁰I am a soul and I have to remember the Father.

⁶⁷yahi bhaarat ka praacheen yog gaaya hua hai।

⁷¹This ancient yoga of Bharat is remembered.

⁶⁸yaad akshar hindi ka hai।

⁷²The word "yaad” (remembrance) is a Hindi word.

⁶⁹to yeh knowledge tumko abhi kaun dete hain?

⁷³Who is giving you this knowledge at this time?

⁷⁰yeh koi manushya nahin jaante hain।

⁷⁴No human beings know this.

⁷¹janma-janmaantar manushya, manushya se baat karte aaye hain।

⁷⁵For birth after birth, human beings have been conversing with human beings.

⁷²abhi roohaani baap roohaani bachchon se baat karte hain।

⁷⁶Now, the spiritual Father is conversing with you spiritual children.

⁷³rooh sunaate hain isliye isko roohaani spiritual knowledge kaha jaata hai।

⁷⁷The Spirit is speaking and that is why this is called spiritual knowledge.

⁷⁴geeta ko bhi woh spiritual knowledge samajhte hain, parantu usmein naam shreekrishna dehdhaari ka daal diya hai।

⁷⁸They consider the Gita to be spiritual knowledge too, but they have mentioned the name of a bodily being, Shri Krishna.

⁷⁵baap kehte hain ki koi bhi manushya mein yeh knowledge ho nahin sakti।

⁷⁹The Father says: No human being can have this knowledge.

⁷⁶kabhi bhi koi tumse debate karte hain to bolo, yeh hai tumhaara bhakti ka gyaan। ⁷⁷manushyon ke banaaye hue shaastron ka gyaan।

⁸⁰When anyone debates with you, tell him: Your knowledge is of devotion: it is knowledge from the scriptures written by human beings.

⁷⁸satya gyaan to ek gyaan saagar baap ke paas hi hai, vahi khud knowledge de rahe hain।

⁸¹Only the one Father, the Ocean of Knowledge, has this true knowledge. ⁸²He Himself is now giving you this knowledge.

⁷⁹unhein supreme baap kehte hain।

⁸³He is called the Supreme Father.

⁸⁰pooja bhi us niraakaar ki hoti hai।

⁸⁴That incorporeal One is worshipped.

⁸¹agar aur niraakaariyon ki pooja hoti hai to woh bhi unke bachche hi hain।

⁸⁵If other incorporeal beings are worshipped, they too are His children.

⁸²mitti ka shaaligraam banaakar pooja karte hain।

⁸⁶People make saligrams of mud and worship them.

⁸³roodra yagya rachte hain।

⁸⁷They create a sacrificial fire.

⁸⁴tum jaante ho woh parampita paramatma niraakaari duniya mein rehte hain।

⁸⁸You know that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, lives in the incorporeal world.

⁸⁵ham aatmaayen bhi vahaan rehti hain।

⁸⁹We souls also reside there.

⁸⁶woh gyaan ka saagar aakar gyaan sunaae sabki sadgati kar dete hain।

⁹⁰That Ocean of Knowledge comes and grants salvation to everyone by speaking this knowledge.

⁸⁷woh hai pare te pare rahne vaala parampita paramatma।

⁹¹He is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who lives far beyond.

⁸⁸sabhi aatmaayen brothers ko part mila hua hai, jo phir shareer dhaaran kar bhaai behen bante hain।

⁹²All souls, brothers, receive parts. ⁹³They then adopt bodies and become brothers and sisters.

⁸⁹aatma sab ek baap ke bachche hain।

⁹⁴All souls are children of the one Father.

⁹⁰aatma jab shareer dhaaran karti hai to svarga mein sukh, narka mein duhkh ko paati hai।

⁹⁵When a soul adopts a body in heaven, there is happiness, whereas in hell there is sorrow.

⁹¹yeh kyon hota hai?

⁹⁶Why does this happen?

⁹²samjhaaya jaata hai - gyaan aur bhakti।

⁹⁷It is explained that there is knowledge and then devotion.

⁹³woh hai din, woh hai raat।

⁹⁸That is the day and this is the night.

⁹⁴gyaan se sukh, bhakti se duhkh, yeh khel bana hua hai।

⁹⁹Knowledge brings happiness and devotion brings sorrow. ¹⁰⁰This play has been created.

⁹⁵aise nahin ki duhkh sukh sab bhagwan hi rachte hain।

¹⁰¹It isn't that God gives happiness and sorrow.

⁹⁶bhagwan ko bulaate hi tab hain jab duhkhi hote hain।

¹⁰²Only when they are unhappy do people call out to God.

⁹⁷samajhte hain woh sukh dene vaala hai।

¹⁰³They understand that He is the Bestower of Happiness.

⁹⁸phir jab sukh ka samay poora hota hai phir raavan 5 vikaaron ke kaaran duhkh shuru hota hai।

¹⁰⁴Then, when their time of happiness comes to an end, sorrow begins because of Ravan, the five vices.

⁹⁹yahi khel hai, jise yathaartha reeti samajhna hai।

¹⁰⁵This play has to be understood accurately.

¹⁰⁰ise hi roohaani gyaan kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰⁶This is spiritual knowledge.

¹⁰¹baaki hai sab jismaani gyaan, woh ham sunne nahin chaahte hain।

¹⁰⁷All the rest is the knowledge of physical things. ¹⁰⁸We don't want to listen to that.

¹⁰²hamko hukm mila hua hai - sirf mujh niraakaar baap se hi suno।

¹⁰⁹We have received the order: Only listen to Me, the incorporeal Father.

¹⁰³baap kehte hain - hear no evil... ham ek bhagwan se sunte hain। ¹⁰⁴tum manushyon se sunte ho।

¹¹⁰The Father says: Hear no evil! ¹¹¹We listen to God alone, whereas you listen to human beings.

¹⁰⁵raat-din ka pharka hai।

¹¹²There is the difference of day and night.

¹⁰⁶bade-bade vidvaan shaastra aadi padhte hain।

¹¹³Even great scholars, etc. study the scriptures.

¹⁰⁷woh to hamne bhi bahut padhe।

¹¹⁴We have also studied them a great deal.

¹⁰⁸ab bhagwan kehte hain tumne guru bahut kiye hain, ab unko chhodo, main jo sunaata hoon woh suno।

¹¹⁵God now says: You have had many gurus. ¹¹⁶Now let go of all of them and listen to what I tell you.

¹⁰⁹bhagwan hai hi niraakaar, unka naam hai shiv।

¹¹⁷God is incorporeal and His name is Shiva.

¹¹⁰abhi ham unse sun rahe hain।

¹¹⁸We now listen to Him.

¹¹¹baap khud apna parichay aur apni rachna ke aadi madhya ant ka parichay dete hain।

¹¹⁹The Father Himself gives us His own introduction and the introduction of the beginning, the middle and the end of His creation.

¹¹²phir ham aapse shaastron aadi ki baaten sunen hi kyon!

¹²⁰So, why should we listen to the things of the scriptures from you?

¹¹³ham aapko roohaani knowledge sunaate hain।

¹²¹We relate this spiritual knowledge to you.

¹¹⁴sunna ho to suno।

¹²²Listen to it if you want to.

¹¹⁵moonjhane ki to koi baat hi nahin।

¹²³There is no question of becoming confused.

¹¹⁶saari duniya hai ek taraph aur tum kitne thode ho।

¹²⁴The whole world is on one side, whereas there are very few of you.

¹¹⁷baap ab kehte hain mujhe yaad karo to tumhaare oopar jo paapon ka bojha hai woh utar jaayega aur tum pavitra ban jaayenge।

¹²⁵The Father now says: Remember Me and the burden of sin on you will be removed and you will become pure.

¹¹⁸jo pavitra banenge vahi pavitra duniya ka maalik banenge।

¹²⁶Those who become pure will become the masters of the pure world.

¹¹⁹abhi puraani duniya badalni hai।

¹²⁷The old world now has to change.

¹²⁰kaliyug ke baad satayug aana hai।

¹²⁸After the iron age, the golden age has to come.

¹²¹satayug hai paavan duniya।

¹²⁹The golden age is the pure world.

¹²²kaliyug mein hi mujhe bulaate hain ki aakar paavan duniya banaao।

¹³⁰It is only in the iron age that people call out to Me to come and purify the world.

¹²³so main ab aaya hoon, maamekam yaad karo।

¹³¹So, I have now come. ¹³²Constantly remember Me alone!

¹²⁴ab duniya badal rahi hai।

¹³³The world is now changing.

¹²⁵yeh antim janma hai।

¹³⁴This is your last birth.

¹²⁶is puraani duniya mein aasuri raajya khalaas ho raamraajya sthaapan ho raha hai isliye ab antim janma grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte kamal phool samaan pavitra bano।

¹³⁵The devilish kingdom of this old world is going to be destroyed and the kingdom of Rama is being established. ¹³⁶This is why you have to become as pure as a lotus for this last birth while living at home with your families.

¹²⁷yeh vishay saagar hai na।

¹³⁷This is the ocean of poison.

¹²⁸kamal phool paani ke oopar rehta hai।

¹³⁸A lotus lives on top of water.

¹²⁹to ab tum grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte kamal phool ke samaan pavitra bano।

¹³⁹Therefore, you now have to become as pure as a lotus while living at home with your families.

¹³⁰tum bachche jaante ho ham raajaai sthaapan kar rahe hain।

¹⁴⁰You children know that we are establishing a kingdom.

¹³¹abhi saari duniya badalni hai।

¹⁴¹The whole world now has to change.

¹³²woh dharma sthaapak sirf apna-apna dharma sthaapan karte hain।

¹⁴²Those founders of religions simply establish their own religions.

¹³³pahle woh paavan hote hain phir patit bante hain।

¹⁴³At first, they are pure and then they become impure.

¹³⁴satguru to ek hi sadgati daata hai।

¹⁴⁴Only the one Satguru is the Bestower of Salvation.

¹³⁵manushya guru karte hi tab hain jab sadgati mein jaana chaahte hain।

¹⁴⁵Human beings adopt gurus when they want to receive salvation.

¹³⁶jab paap bahut hote hain tab roohaani baap gyaan sunaate hain।

¹⁴⁶The spiritual Father gives you this knowledge when there is a lot of sin.

¹³⁷bhakti ka phal gyaan tumko bhagwan se milta hai।

¹⁴⁷You receive this knowledge, the fruit of your devotion, from God.

¹³⁸bhagwan koi bhakti nahin sikhlaate hain।

¹⁴⁸God doesn't teach you to perform devotion.

¹³⁹woh to gyaan dete hain।

¹⁴⁹He gives you knowledge.

¹⁴⁰kehte hain maamekam yaad karo to tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge aur koi paavan banne ka raasta hi nahin।

¹⁵⁰He says: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be absolved. ¹⁵¹There is no other way to become pure.

¹⁴¹nai duniya mein sab svargavaasi the।

¹⁵²In the new world, all were residents of heaven.

¹⁴²ab puraani duniya mein sab narkavaasi hain isliye baap kehte hain ki main sabka uddhaar karne aata hoon।

¹⁵³Now, in the old world, all are residents of hell and this is why the Father says: I come to uplift everyone.

¹⁴³main hi aakar roohaani gyaan deta hoon।

¹⁵⁴I come and give you this spiritual knowledge.

¹⁴⁴baap apna parichay de rahe hain। ¹⁴⁵main tumhaara baap hoon।

¹⁵⁵The Father gives His own introduction: “I am your Father.”

¹⁴⁶abhi yeh hai narka।

¹⁵⁶This is now hell.

¹⁴⁷nai duniya ko svarga kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵⁷The new world is called heaven.

¹⁴⁸aise kaise kahenge ki yahaan hi svarga narka hai, jinko bahut dhan hai woh svarga mein hain।

¹⁵⁸How can you say that heaven and hell exist here (at the same time)? ¹⁵⁹Those who have a lot of wealth think that they are in heaven.

¹⁴⁹svarga to hota hi hai nai duniya mein।

¹⁶⁰Heaven exists in the new world.

¹⁵⁰yahaan svarga kahaan se aaya isliye ham koi manushyon ki baat sunte nahin।

¹⁶¹How could heaven exist here? ¹⁶²This is why we don't listen to human beings.

¹⁵¹baap kehte hain tumko tamopradhaan se satopradhaan banna hai to maamekam yaad karo।

¹⁶³The Father says: If you want to become satopradhan from tamopradhan, then constantly remember Me alone.

¹⁵²saara din buddhi mein yeh knowledge rahni chaahiye।

¹⁶⁴Let this knowledge be in your intellects throughout the day.

¹⁵³achha!

¹⁶⁵Achcha.

¹⁵⁴meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

¹⁶⁶To you sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

¹⁵⁵roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।

¹⁶⁷The spiritual Father says namaste to you spiritual children.

¹⁵⁸kisi se doosri baaton ka vaad-vivaad nahin karna hai।

¹⁵⁹2) dehi-abhimaani banne ki mehnat karni hai।

¹⁷¹2. Make effort to become soul conscious.

¹⁶⁰satopradhaan banne ke liye ek baap ki yaad mein rehna hai।

¹⁷²In order to become satopradhan, stay in remembrance of the one Father.

¹⁶¹vardaan:- karma dvaara gunon ka daan karne vaale double light pharishta moorta bhav

¹⁷³Blessing: May you be a double-light angel who donates virtues through your deeds.

¹⁶²jo bachche karmana dvaara gunon ka daan karte hain unki chalan aur chehra donon hi pharishte ki tarah dikhaai dete hain।

¹⁷⁴The faces and deeds of the children who donate virtues through their deeds are seen as those of angels.

¹⁶³ve double light arthaat prakaashmay aur halkepan ki anubhooti karte hain।

¹⁷⁵They experience themselves to be double light, that is, they are light (bright) and also light (weightless).

¹⁶⁴unhein koi bhi bojh mahsoos nahin hota hai।

¹⁷⁶They do not feel anything to be a burden.

¹⁷⁹Slogan: Become a star of success in the service you do; do not be weak.

¹⁷⁰gyaan, yog aur daivi gunon ki dhaarna jeevan ka aadhaar hai

¹⁸¹1) The basis of life is gyan, yoga and the inculcation of divine virtues.

¹⁷¹yeh to apne ko nishchay hai ki parampita paramatma dvaara humein knowledge mil rahi hai, is knowledge mein mukhya teen point hain jiske liye apne ko poora purushaartha karne ka dhyaan rakhna hai।

¹⁸²You have the faith that you are receiving this knowledge from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. ¹⁸³There are three main points of this knowledge to which you have to pay full attention in your efforts.

¹⁷²ismen pahle hai yog athva eeshvareey nirantar yaad, jisse vikarmon ka vinaash hota hai।

¹⁸⁴First is yoga - constant remembrance of God with which our sins are destroyed.

¹⁷³doosra hai gyaan maana is saare brahmaanda, srishti ki aadi-madhya-ant kaise hoti hai, jab yeh knowledge ho tab hi is life mein practical change aa sakti hai aur ham bhavishya praalabdha achhi bana sakte hain।

¹⁸⁵Second is this knowledge: what the beginning, middle and end of Brahmand and the whole world are. ¹⁸⁶Only when we have this knowledge can there be a practical change in our lives and can we then create a good reward for ourselves.

¹⁷⁴teesri point hai - qualification to hamko sarvagun sampanna, 16 kala sampoorn avashya banna hai tab hi devta ban sakte hain।

¹⁸⁷Third point is our qualification of becoming filled with all virtues, 16 celestial degrees complete. ¹⁸⁸Only then can we become deities.

¹⁷⁵to apne aapko chalte-phirte, khaate-peete in teenon point par dhyaan dena zaroori hai।

¹⁸⁹It is essential for us to pay attention to these three points while walking and moving around, while eating and drinking.

¹⁷⁶is ek hi janma mein gyaan bal, yog bal aur daivi gunon ki dhaarna ki jaati hai।

¹⁹⁰Only in this one birth do we have the power of this knowledge, the power of yoga and the inculcation of divine virtues.

¹⁷⁷teenon ka aapas mein connection hai - gyaan bigar yog nahin lag sakta aur yog bigar daivi gunon ki dhaarna nahin hoti, in teenon point par saari jeevan ka aadhaar hai, tab hi vikarmon ka khaata khalaas ho achhe karma bante hain।

¹⁹¹All three are connected. ¹⁹²We cannot have yoga without this knowledge and we cannot imbibe divine virtues without having yoga. ¹⁹³Our lives are based on all these three points, for only then can we finish our accounts of sin and perform good actions.

¹⁷⁸ise hi eeshvareey jeevan kaha jaata hai।

¹⁹⁴This is called a Godly life.

¹⁷⁹bhaarat ka praacheen yog paramatma dvaara sikhaaya hua hai

¹⁹⁵2) The ancient yoga of Bharat is taught by God.

¹⁸⁰apna yeh eeshvareey yog bhaarat mein praacheen yog ke naam se mashhoor hai।

¹⁹⁶This Godly yoga of ours is well known in Bharat as ancient yoga.

¹⁸¹is yog ko avinaashi yog kyon kehte hain?

¹⁹⁷Why is this yoga called the imperishable yoga?

¹⁸²kyonki avinaashi parampita paramatma dvaara sikhaaya gaya hai।

¹⁹⁸Because it is taught by the imperishable Supreme Father, Supreme Soul.

¹⁸³bhal yog aur manushya aatmaayen bhi sikhaati hain isliye yogaashram vagaira kholte rehte hain parantu vo praacheen yog sikhla nahin sakte।

¹⁹⁹Although other human souls teach yoga, for this is why yoga ashrams are opened, they cannot teach this ancient yoga.

¹⁸⁴agar aisa yog hota to phir vo bal kahaan!

²⁰⁰If there were such yoga, then where is that power?

¹⁸⁵bhaarat to din pratidin nirbal hota jaata hai isse siddha hai woh yog avinaashi yog nahin hai, jiske saath yog lagaana hai woh khud hi sikhla sakta hai।

²⁰¹Day by day, Bharat is becoming weaker and this shows that their yoga is not imperishable. ²⁰²Only the One with whom you have yoga can teach you this yoga.

¹⁸⁶baaki auron se to yog lagaana hi nahin hai to phir sikhlaayenge kaise?

²⁰³We mustn’t have yoga with others, for how could they teach us?

¹⁸⁷yeh to svayan paramatma hi kaarya kar sakta hai, vahi humein poora bhed bata sakta hai। ¹⁸⁸baaki to sab taraph kehte rehte hain, ham yog sikhlaayenge।

²⁰⁴Only God can carry out this task. ²⁰⁵Only He can tell us the secret; others just continue to say that they will teach us yoga.

¹⁸⁹yeh to ham jaante hain ki sachcha yog to khud paramatma hi sikhlaae sooryavanshi chandravanshi gharaana va daivi raajya sthaapan karte hain।

²⁰⁶We know that only God can teach us this true yoga and establish the sun and moon dynasties of the deity kingdom.

¹⁹⁰ab vo praacheen yog paramatma aakar kalpa-kalpa humein sikhlaate hain।

²⁰⁷God comes and teaches us this ancient yoga every cycle.

¹⁹¹kehte hain he aatma mujh paramatma ke saath nirantar yog lagaao to tumhaare paap nashta ho jaayenge।

²⁰⁸He says: O souls, have constant yoga with Me, God, and your sins will be destroyed.

²¹²No matter what type of souls come into contact with you, whether they are satoguni or tamoguni, always have pure thoughts for everyone. ²¹³Always uplift even those who defame you.

¹⁹⁵kabhi kisi aatma ke prati ghrina drishti nahin kyonki jaante hain ki yeh agyaan ke vasheebhoot hai arthaat besmajh bachcha hai।

²¹⁴Never have a vision of dislike for any soul, because you know that that soul is influenced because of not having this knowledge. ²¹⁵You know that that soul has no understanding.

¹⁹⁶besmajh bachche ke koi bhi karma par ghrina nahin hoti hai aur hi bachche ke oopar raham va sneh aayega।

²¹⁶One would never dislike a child who acts without understanding. ²¹⁷Instead, there would be feelings of mercy and love for that child.
