2Ōm śhānti . 3Yah mahāvākya kitnē sabhī K|kē pyārē haĩ .

1Stabilise the self in the form of the meaning of the word “Om Shanti” and increase thedance of the mind.

4Bhalē kuchh bhī hō lēkin ōm śhānti śhabda rōnē kā vāyumaṇḍal hō , tō bhī ōm śhānti śhabda hamārē kō śhānti key|kī yād dilātā hai .

2Instill the habit of silence of the mind, and the sound of words will become distant and servicewill automatically continue to increase with rays of peace. 3Om Shanti.

5Ōm śhānti kahnē sē hī kaisā bhī dr̥iśhya sāmnē āvē lēkin ōm śhānti kā arth|earth apnā hī rūp dikhātā hai .

4This elevated version (Om Shanti) is so much loved by everyone. 5No matter what happens, even in an atmosphere of tears, the words “Om Shanti” remind us of peace.

6Ōm śhānti kahnā svataḥ hī andar śhānti key|kī lahar phailātā hai . 7Sabkē dil mē̃ ōm śhānti apnā hī arth|earth phailātā hai .

6When “Om Shanti” is said, no matter what type of scene comes in front of you, but the meaning of “Om Shanti” shows its own form.

8Jaisē bābā śhabda apnā arth|earth phailātā hai , aisē ōm śhānti K|kē śhabda sē apnā hī arth|earth dil mē̃ phailtā hai .

7Saying “Om Shanti” automatically spreads a wave of peace internally. 8The words “Om Shanti” spread their own meaning (vibration) in everyone’s heart.

9Dil mē̃ phailātā tō hai lēkin phailātē huē us arth|earth svarūp mē̃ sthit hō jātē , sirph kahtē nahī̃ haĩ lēkin chārō̃ ōr dēkhō tō ōm śhānti K|kē arth|earth svarūp mē̃ majority ṭikē huē haĩ . 10Majority K|kē rūp chamak rahē haĩ .

9Just as the word “Baba” spreads its own vibration, in the same way, saying “Om Shanti” spreads its own meaning (vibration) in the heart. 10It spreads into the heart and while it is spreading, you stabilise yourself in its form. 11You do not just say it, but if you look all around, themajority of you are seen sitting stable in the meaningful form of “Om Shanti”.

11Ēk dō kō dēkh , ēk dō K|kē saṅg kā raṅg chēhrē mē̃ chamaktā rahtā hai isliē bāpdādā bhī ōm śhānti hī yād dilātā hai . 12Har ēk K|kē mukh mē̃ andar ōm śhānti kā arth|earth dikhāī dē rahā hai .

12The form of themajority of you is sparkling. 13Seeing one another, the colour of being in the company of one another is sparkling on your faces and this is why even BapDada is also reminding you of Om Shanti. 14On each one’s face, the meaning of Om Shanti is visible.

13Har ēk K|kē dil andar ōm śhānti kā arth|earth svarūp dikhāī dē rahā hai .

15The form of the meaning of the word “Om Shanti” is visible in the hearts of each one.

14Āp sabkē dil andar arth|earth ā gayā  !

16Has the meaning emerged in the hearts of all?

15Har ēk ōm śhānti K|kē arth|earth svarūp mē̃ dikhāī dē rahā hai , kōī bōl rahā hai , dēkh rahā hai ōm śhānti .

17Each one is visible as stable in the form of the meaning of Om Shanti, and some are saying “Om Shanti”. 18You are seeing Om Shanti.

16Abhī bhī sabhī is ghaṛī ōm śhānti K|kē arth|earth svarūp mē̃ bahut arth|earth mē̃ magan haĩ .

19Even now, at this moment, all of you are engrossed in the vibration of “Om Shanti”.

17Tō bāp bhī kahtē haĩ isī ōm śhānti arth|earth mē̃ ṭiknē sē , sabkī śhaklē̃ majority ōm śhānti K|kē arth|earth mē̃ magan haĩ .

20The Father also says: By becoming stable in the meaning of “Om Shanti”, the faces of themajority of you are engrossed in the meaning of Om Shanti.

18Āgē pīchhē hāth kyā uṭhāyē̃ lēkin majority sab is arth|earth svarūp mē̃ samāyē huē haĩ .

21Baba cannot ask those of you at the front or the back to raise your hands, but themajority of you are merged in the meaning of this.

19Sabkē mukh sē ōm śhānti hī nikal rahā hai .

22Only “Om Shanti” is emerging through everyone’s lips.

20Sabhī K|kē dil mē̃ ōm śhānti śhabda samāyā huā hai .

23The words “Om Shanti” are merged in the hearts of all of you.

21Sabhī K|kē man mē̃ yah arth|earth emerge hai .

24The meaning of thisemerges in the minds of all of you.

22Sabhī us ōm śhānti K|kē arth|earth mē̃ man key|kī dance kar rahē haĩ .

25All of you aredancing in your minds with the meaning of “Om Shanti”.

23Bhalē pāṅw key|kī dance nahī̃ kar rahē haĩ lēkin man key|kī dance majority kar rahē haĩ aur yah man key|kī dance kitnī pyārī hai .

26Though you are notdancing with your feet, themajority of you are dancing in your minds and thisdance of the mind is so lovely.

24Kisī kō parēśhān nahī̃ kartī .

27It doesn’t disturb anyone.

25Har ēk apnē man key|kī śhānti hōnē K|kē kāraṇ bahut bāhar sē bhī śhānt , man sē bhī śhānt .

28Because each one of you has peace of mind, you are externally peaceful and also peaceful in your mind.

26Aisē double ōm śhānti , bāhar mukh sē bhī ōm śhānti aur man sē bhī ōm śhānti .

29So, in this way, it is “Double Om Shanti”: externally with your mouth and also “Om Shanti” in your mind.

27Yah bhī ēk dance hai . 28Yah man key|kī dance hai .

30This too is adance; this is a dance of the mind.

29Śhānti mē̃ baiṭhē kitnī mīṭhī dance kar rahē haĩ . 30Lēkin man key|kī dance hōnē K|kē kāraṇ bāhar kā āvāj nahī̃ hai .

31While sitting peacefully, you are performing such a sweetdance, but because it is adance of the mind, there is no external noise.

31Har ēk apnē man key|kī dance mē̃ busy hai isliē man kā āvāj hai lēkin mukh kā āvāj nahī̃ hai .

32Each of you isbusy with the dance of your mind and this is why there is sound of the mind, and no sound of words.

32Itnē lōg hōtē bhī najdīk tak kōī āvē tab sun saktā hai kyōṅki man key|kī dance man hī jānē .

33Even though there are so many people, it is only when they come close that you are able to hear them because only the mind knows thedance of the mind.

33Aur is man key|kī dance mē̃ itnē busy haĩ jō is man key|kī dance mē̃ bāhar kitnē bhī baiṭhē haĩ lēkin man śhānt hai .

34And you are sobusy with this dance of the mind that, no matter how many are sitting outside, your mind is quiet. 35Everyone is lost in the joy in the mind.

34Man key|kī mastī mē̃ sab magan haĩ isliē yah man key|kī dance mē̃ bāhar kā āvāj nahī̃ kartē lēkin yah man key|kī dance man mē̃ itnē raṅg dikhātī jō bahut pyārē haĩ .

36This is why you do not make any external sound during thedance of the mind. 37However, thisdance of the mind shows so many colours in your mind that it is very lovely.

35Yah man kā dance jab bhī hōtā hai tō bāhar key|kī āvāj kuchh nahī̃ .

38Whenever thisdance of the mind takes place, there is no external sound.

36Har ēk itnē baiṭhē haĩ lēkin āvāj nahī̃ hai kyōṅki man key|kī dance mē̃ sab busy haĩ .

39There are so many sitting here, but there is no sound because all arebusy in the dance of the mind.

37Yah dance achchhī lagtī hai nā .

40You like thisdance, do you not?

38Bāhar key|kī dance tō bahut hī dēkhī hai lēkin yah man key|kī dance bahut ramaṇīk hai .

41You have seen a lot of physicaldances, but this dance of the mind is very entertaining.

39Is dance kō jyādā baṛhāō .

42Increase thisdance even more.

40Man key|kī dance jāntē hō nā  !

43You know thedance of the mind, do you not?

41Jāntē hō  ?

44Do you know it?

42Jō jāntē haĩ vah hāth uṭhāō .

45Those who know it, raise your hands!

43Achchhā , sabhī jāntē haĩ .

46Achcha, all of you know it.

44Bahut achchhā hāth bhī uṭhā rahē haĩ .

47You are all raising your hands very well.

45Tō abhī is dance mē̃ number āgē jāō .

48So now, claim anumber ahead in this dance.

46Yah man key|kī dance achchhī lagtī hai vā mukh key|kī dance achchhī lagtī hai  ?

49Do you like thisdance of the mind or the dance of speech?

47Abhī ādat ḍālō man K|kē dance key|kī .

50Now, instil the habit of thedance of the mind.

48Ismē̃ hī busy rahnē sē , man key|kī dance karnē K|kē time yahā̃ hall|hāl mē̃ kitnī śhānti hō jātī hai .

51By remainingbusy with this, at the time of performing thedance in the mind, there is so much peace in thishall.

49Lēkin yah dance abhī jyādā āvaśhyak hai kyōṅki dinpratidin bāhar kā haṅgāmā tō baṛhtā hai , baṛhnā hī hai .

52However, there is now a greater need for thisdance because, day by day, external upheaval is increasing and it has to increase.

50Aisē time par bāhar key|kī dance yā bāhar key|kī āvāj mē̃ ānā vah bhī achchhā hai lēkin man K|kē dance key|kī practice bahut chāhiē .

53At such atime, to perform the externaldance or to come into external sound is good, however, a lot ofpractice is needed for thedance of the mind.

51Iskī andar hī andar practice hōnī chāhiē .

54There has to be internalpractice of this.

52Sārē din mē̃ iskā time pahlē nikālō .

55Throughout the whole day, first of all maketime for this.

53Har ēk pūrē din mē̃ dōnō̃ hī dance kā time nikālō aur practice karō .

56During the day, each one of you has to maketime and practice bothdances.

54Jitnā yah dance kartē rahē̃gē tō is dance sē , man key|kī dance kā prabhāv , mukh key|kī dance mē̃ bhī paṛtā rahtā hai .

57The more you perform thisdance, the dance of the mind, the more it will make an impact on thedance of words.

55Tō abhī man kā dance baṛhāō .

58So now, increase thedance of the mind.

56Phir bahut rūchi baṛhtī jāyēgī .

59Then, a lot ofinterest will grow.

57Abhī bāp nē dēkhā tō kaīyō̃ kā man key|kī dance mē̃ interest baṛhtā jātā hai aur chārō̃ ōr sachchī śhānti key|kī anubhūti hō rahī hai .

60The Father has seen that now, many have a growing interest in thedance of the mind and they are experiencing true peace everywhere.

58Kaīyō̃ kā anubhav ismē̃ bahut achchhā baṛhtā jā rahā hai .

61The experience of many is growing in this way very well.

59Yah abhyās baṛhnā bahut phāydē vālā hai .

62It is very beneficial to increase this practice.

60Jō bāhar maun kā programme banātē hō tō usmē̃ bhī man key|kī śhānti baṛhtī hai aur man key|kī śhānti baṛhnē sē automatically mukh kā bōl bhī kam hōnē lagā hai .

63When you make a silenceprogramme outside, peace of mind increases in that too, and when peace of mind increases, thenautomatically the spoken words also decrease.

61Tō har ēk kō abhī is samay kyā attention dēnā hai  !

64So, now, whatattention does each one have to pay?

62Man K|kē maun par .

65Silence of the mind.

63Man kā maun , man kā maun āp jāntē hō  !

66Silence of the mind. 67Do you know silence of the mind?

64Ki itnā nahī̃ jāntē hō  ?

68Or, do you not know it that much?

65Śhauk rakhō is par , man kā maun baṛhtā jāē .

69Have an interest in this so that silence of the mind increases.

66Man kā maun baṛhnē sē tan kā maun svataḥ hī baṛhtā jātā hai .

70When silence of the mind increases, then silence of the body also increases.

67Ismē̃ āp sabhī apnē andar man kā maun baṛhānē kā purūṣhārth pyār sē baṛhātē chalō .

71All of you have to continue lovingly to make effort to increase silence of the mind.

68Jitnā is taraph kōśhiśh karē̃gē , rūchi baṛhēgī tō svataḥ hī man K|kē maun hōnē sē āvāj sē dūr hōtē jāyēṅgē aur andar śhānti key|kī kiraṇē̃ baṛhtī jāyēṅgī .

72The more you try this, the more your interest will grow and by having silence of the mind, you will automatically become distant from sounds and rays of peace will increase within you.

69Tō abhī ēk saptāh viśhēṣh man key|kī śhānti kā yah ēk saptāh manāō .

73So, now, for one week, especially celebrate one week of silence of the mind.

70Mukh key|kī śhānti ghaṭāō , man key|kī śhānti baṛhāō . 71Tō yah trial karō man key|kī śhānti sē sab prakār key|kī śhānti baṛhtī jāyēgī .

74Decrease the silence through words and increase peace of mind.Try this and with peace of mind, all types of peace will increase.

72Abhī ēk mās man key|kī śhakti kō baṛhānā hai .

75Now, for one month, increase the power of the mind.

73Man key|kī śhānti baṛhnē sē automatically mukh key|kī śhakti baṛhtī rahēgī . 74Yah practice sabhī kō achchhī lagtī hai  !

76When peace of mind increases, the power of words willautomatically increase .Does everyone like this practice?

75Hāth uṭhāō .

77Raise your hands!

76Achchhā , hāth tō sabhī nē uṭhāyā hai majority .

78Achcha, themajority of you have raised your hands.

77Abhī yah man key|kī śhakti kyā hai  !

79What is this power of the mind?

78Aur uskō kaisē baṛhānā hai , yah bhī andar hī andar abhyās kartē rahō , aur yah man key|kī śhānti kā lesson baṛhātē rahō .

80And, how do you have to increase it? 81Continue to practice this internally. 82Continue to increase thislesson of peace of mind.

79Jitnī man key|kī śhānti baṛhēgī utnī hī man key|kī śhānti kā prabhāv mukh key|kī śhānti par bhī paṛēgā aur jitnī man key|kī śhānti baṛhēgī utnī mukh key|kī śhakti bāhar key|kī vah kam hōgī .

83The more that peace of mind increases, the more that peace of mind will then make an impact on the peace on your face and, to the extent that peace of mind increases, the power of externalised words will accordingly decrease.

80Ājkal bīch mē̃ bahut achchhī yah race chalī thī , man key|kī śhānti sabkī baṛh gaī thī , chāhē mansā sōchnē key|kī śhakti , chāhē mukh dvārā chāhē sūkṣhma śhakti baṛhnē K|kē abhyās dvārā jitnā baṛhāyēṅgē utnā hī śhakti baṛh karkē mukh key|kī śhakti kam hōgī tō kāphī bōl mē̃ jō nīchē ūpar hōtā hai , yā bōl kē liē purūṣhārth kartē haĩ vah dēkhā gayā ki kam hōtā hai .

84Nowadays, there has been a very goodrace in this and everyone’s peace of mind increased. 85Whether it is the power of thoughts, words, or the practice of increasing this subtle power, to the extent that you increase this, accordingly the power will increase and the power of words will decrease. 86So, it has been seen that to a greater extent, the ups and downs that take place through words will happen less, or you will have to make less effort for words.

81Tō vah kartē chalē̃ , yahī bāpdādā kā kahnā hai .

87So, BapDada says: Continue to do this.

82Sēvā kā turn , pañjāb aur rājasthān kā hai , total 22000 āyē haĩ  : vaisē ṭōṭalī abhī jō subject chalī hai , sēvā aur yād , yah dō subject haĩ .

88It is the turn of Punjab and Rajasthan to serve: In total 22,000 have come.Totally, the subject that has just come up, service and remembrance are twosubjects.

83Abhī sēvā kō bhī baṛhānā hī hai .

89Now, service also has to be increased.

84Āp kyā samajhtē hō , sēvā kō baṛhāyē̃  ?

90What do you think? 91Should we increase service?

85Hāth uṭhāō .

92Raise your hands!

86Sēvā bhī jarūrī hai .

93Service too is essential.

87Agar sēvā nahī̃ karē̃gē tō yahā̃ vahā̃ time aisē hī chalā jāyēgā kyōṅki time tō pās|pass karnā hī hai aur achchhā time pās|pass karnā hai , jō āyā sō kiyā , nahī̃ .

94If you do not do service, then yourtime would be wasted here and there because you have topass the time, and you have topass the time in a good way, not that you do whatever comes into your mind.

88Kāydē mujīb jaisē programme milē usī anusār result nikalnī chāhiē .

95Theresults should be according to theprogrammes that are made systematically.

89Ramēśhh bhāīkī tabiyat ḍhīlī hai unhē̃ hospital lēkar jā rahē haĩ , vah bāpdādā sē mil rahē haĩ , ramēśh bhāī nē bāpdādā kō naī pustakē̃ bhēṇṭ key|kī  : ōm śhānti .

96Rameshbhai’s health is not so good and before being taken to the hospital, so he is meeting BapDada. 97Rameshbhai presented a new book to BapDada. 98Om Shanti. 99The subject ofservice is continuing andservice is essential.

90Sārvis kā tō chal hī rahā hai aur sārvis bhī jarūrī hai .

100Without doingservice you become freeand then you would have other thoughts that something should happen.

91Sārvis K|kē binā āp bhī free hō jāyēṅgē nā tō āpkō bhī aur aur saṅkalp chalē̃gē ki kuchh hōnā chāhiē lēkin pahlē abhī jō sārvis K|kē plan kē bārē mē̃ nikalā hai , tō bāpdādā kā yahī vichār hai ki pahlē jō sēvā rahī huī hai unkō pūrā karō .

101However, first of all, regarding theplans that have already been made for theservice that still remains, BapDada’s thought is first of all to accomplish thatservice. 102You start in this way but then, after some time, the passion of doing thatservice reduces. 103It is good. 104Ramesh, your thoughts are good.

92Aisē śhurū kartē haĩ phir kuchh samay kē bād vah jōśh jō hai sārvis karnē kā vah kam hō jātā hai .

105However, at the time of doing it, you will have to pay special attention. 106Sit amongst yourselves and discuss how to make it work and how to increase it.

93Achchhā hai , Ramēśhh āpkā vichār tō baṛhiyā hai lēkin ismē̃ karnē K|kē samay kuchh viśhēṣh dhyān bhī rakhnā paṛēgā , vah thōṛā āpas mē̃ baiṭhkar iskē bārē mē̃ charchā karō , tō vah kaisē chalāyē̃ aur kaisē uskī vr̥iddhi hō .

107Do not go into ittoo much nor reduce it to very little. 108It has to be at the middle of the two levels and so, have a smallmeeting for this first. 109Create ideas for what you have to do and what you must not do; let each one give his or her thoughts on it.

94Jyādā too much mē̃ bhī nahī̃ jānā hai aur na ēkdam cum|kam kar dēnā hai .

110First makeplans for this. 111From this, you will know whether to increase everyone’sservice or not.

95Bīch mē̃ chāhiē dōnō̃ taraph isliē pahlē ēk chhōṭī meeting karō , usmē̃ idea banāō kyā-kyā karnā hai , kyā nahī̃ karnā hai , vah har ēk apnā vichār dēvē us par pahlē plan banāō kyōṅki sārvis sabhī key|kī baṛhāyē̃ yā nahī̃ , yah patā paṛ jāyēgā .

112900 double foreigners have come from 75 countries:(They had sent a serviceplan to BapDada and BapDada is speaking about that.) 113Theirservice plan is very good. 114To the extent that you move forward inservice, do not be left behind accordingly in othersubjects. 115When you collectively make aplan for that, it will then befinalised.

96Double vidēśhī 75 dēśhō̃ sē 900 āyē haĩ  : ( bāpdādā kō sārvis kā plan bhējā hai , bāpdādā us par apnē mahāvākya uchchāraṇ kar rahē haĩ ) inkā sārvis kā plan baṛhiyā hai . 97Jitnā sārvis mē̃ āgē baṛhtē haĩ utnā hī phir aur subject mē̃ bhī pīchhē nahī̃ rahē̃ .

116First of all, listen to those who have madeservice plans, and if you are able tofinalise them, then do so. 117Otherwise, if you want to make anyadditions, you can tell Baba what form ofadditions you want to make, and then after thinking about that, also makeplans for service and yoga; both of thesetopics are essential.

98Uskā phir milkar plan banāyēṅgē tabhī final karē̃gē .

118Make theseplans and then finalise them: what we have to do in this and what we must not do in this.

99Pahlē jinhōnnē sārvis kā plan banāyā hai uskō pahlē sunō aur usē final kar sakō tō karō , nahī̃ tō addition karnī hō tō addition key|kī bhī rūprēkhā batāō phir uskā sōchkar sārvis kā bhī banāō aur yōg kā bhī banāō . 100Yah dōnō̃ topic jarūrī hai uskō banākar phir yah plan jō hai uskō final karō tō ismē̃ kyā karnā hai , kyā nahī̃ karnā hai . 101Jō samajhtē hō ki yah sēvā jarūrī hai vah plan banākē pahlē pās|pass karāō phir out karnā . 102 ( dādiyā̃ bāpdādā sē mil rahī haĩ )

119Those who think that this service is essential, first of all, make aplan, have it verified and then bring itout.

103Bābā āpkā tō pahlē sārvis bhī āpkī , kyōṅki bābā kō śhauk hai sēvā kā .

120BapDada meeting Dadis 121Baba is yours andservice is also first of all for you because Baba has the interest to serve.

104Sēvā key|kī taraph hī attention jātā hai isliē sēvā bhī karnī hai aur sāth mē̃ yah jō sēvā hai , uskō baṛhānā bhī hai .

122Hisattention goes to service and this is why you also have to serve. 123Together with that, this service also has to be increased.

105Ēk taraph bābā kahtē haĩ baṛhāō , dūsrē taraph kahtē haĩ itnī sēvā nahī̃ karō jō sambhāl nahī̃ sakō .

124On the one hand, Baba says, increase it, and on the other hand, Baba says: Do not increase it so much that you are not able to look after it.

106Yah bhī pahlē system ṭhīk karō .

125First of all, put thissystem right .

107System ṭhīk hō jāyēgī tō phir automatically sab department mē̃ vah ṭhīk hōgī .

126When thesystem is put right, everything willautomatically be fine in alldepartments.

108Lēkin dhyān jāē tō ēk-ēk department kō jaisē āp nikālē̃gē vaisē hī karnā hai yā kuchh add karnā hai yā kaṭ karnā hai . 109Vah bhī pahlē final karnā hai .

127However, you do have to pay attention that eachdepartment has to do whatever you decide, and that you also first have tofinalise what you have to eitheradd or cut away.

110Vidēśh key|kī baṛī bahinō̃ sē  : sabhī āyē haĩ .

128Speaking to the senior sisters from abroad:All of you have come.

111Tō āpas mē̃ baiṭhē haĩ  !

129Have you sat together amongst yourselves?

112Āpnē apnā plan banā diyā hai  ?

130Have you made yourplans? 131(We will make them now.)

113 ( abhī banāyēṅgē ) tō pahlē banāō phir bāpdādā dēkhē̃gē ki kyā-kyā hō saktā hai aur phir is sēvā kō , jaisē itnā time āpnē diyā nā , tō itnā time sabhī kō nikālnā hī paṛēgā kyōṅki vah repeat tō karē̃gē nā . 114Usmē̃ bhī bahut karkē aim|M|am rakhō sārvis jō mukhya hai vah batā dō phir double bārī nahī̃ baiṭhē̃ .

132So, first make them and then BapDada will see what is possible. 133And then, just as you have given so muchtime to this service, accordingly, everyone else will have to make as muchtime because that will berepeated, will it not? 134In that too, have theaim to tell the main service so that you don’t have to sit twice – tell those who areserviceable, those who think aboutservice and who have come forservice plans.

115Jō sārvisaēbul haĩ jō sārvis kē liē sōchtē haĩ , āyē bhī sārvis K|kē plan kē liē haĩ .

135To the extent thatattention is given to service, you are able to take that much benefit ofservice.

116Tō jitnā sārvis kē ūpar attention dēnā hai utnā sārvis kā phāydā uṭhā sakē̃ .

136Sit amongst yourselves and bring about some newness. 137Put right all of this that happens. 138Bring about some other newness.
