1The duty of your alokik life is to make viceless those who are full of vices.
3laukik se alaukik banaane vaale, svayan ke parivartan se vishwa-parivartan karne vaale anubhvi bachchon prati baap-daada bole:-
2Do you constantly consider yourself to be cooperating with BapDada and engaged in the task of world transformation with deep love?

3Are you aware that BapDadas task is your task? 4Just as Baba is the Ocean of all powers and all virtues, do you consider yourself to be full of all these?

17From amrit vela until night time, change whatever you see, hear, think or perform from lokik to alokik. 18This practice is very easy but you need to pay special attention to it.

19Just as you do all things for the body such as eating, drinking, walking etc. very naturally and easily, so too, whilst on the spiritual path, together with these physical activities, you also need to think about food for the soul, progress of the soul, leisure for the soul, seeing and thinking as a soul.

20If you continue to do all of this, then you can easily experience a life transformed from lokik to alokik. 21You will not be pulled or burdened by your lokik interactions and duties if you fulfil them in namesake only.

24When you do everything as a trustee, the burden of wondering, What will happen?

25How will it happen?, will finish. 26The alokik form means to be like a lotus flower.
30laukik keechad mein rehte bhi nyaare arthaat aakarshan se pare aur sada baap ke pyaare anubhav karenge।
27No matter how tamoguni (impure) the atmosphere or vibrations may be, you will constantly be like a lotus.
31kisi bhi prakaar ke maayaavi arthaat vikaaron ke vasheebhoot vyakti ke samparka se,svayan vasheebhoot nahin honge।
28Whilst being trapped in that which is lokik, you will experience being detached, that is, beyond all attraction, and constantly loved by the Father.
32kyonki apna alaukik kaarya sada smriti mein rahega ki vasheebhoot aatmaon ko bandhanayukta se bandhanmukta banaana, vikaari se nirvikaari banaana, arthaat laukik se alaukik banaana yahi alaukik jeevan ka hamaara kaarya arthaat karttavya hai। 33vasheebhoot aatma ko chhudaane vaala svayan vasheebhoot ho nahin sakta।
29You will not become influenced by being in contact with those who are influenced by Maya and the vices, because you constantly have the awareness of your alokik task. 30That task is of liberating souls from their bondages and making souls who are full of vice into those who are viceless; that is, of changing the lokik into alokik. 31This is the duty of your alokik life.
34ham sab ek baap ki santaan roohaani bhaai hain - yeh alaukik drishti ki smriti rahne se dehdhaari drishti arthaat laukik drishti, jiske aadhaar se vikaaron ki utpatti hoti hai, woh beej hi samaapta ho jaata hai।
32Souls who liberate others from influence cannot themselves be influenced. 33The seed of bodily or lokik vision that gives rise to the vices, is completely destroyed by the awareness that you are all spiritual brothers, the children of the one Father.
35jab beej samaapta ho gaya, to phir anek prakaar ke vistaar roopi vikaaron ka vriksha svatah hi samaapta ho jaata hai।
34When the seed is completely destroyed, then the many different trees of the expansion of vices are also automatically destroyed.
36abhi tak bhi bahut bachchon ki complaint (Complaint;shikaayat) hai ki drishti chanchal hoti hai va drishti kharaab hoti hai।
35Even now, many children complain that their vision is mischievous or gets spoilt.

38jabki baap ka pharmaan hai - laukik deh arthaat shareer mein alaukik aatma ko dekho, phir deh ko dekhte kyon ho?

38If you say that it is just a habit and that you are compelled by it, or that you are influenced by different types of temporary sweetness, it proves that the soul has not yet attained the taste of the experience of the soul and of attaining God.
40paramatma-praapti ka ras aur dehdhaari karmendriyon dvaara alpakaal ka praapta hua ras - iske mahaan antar ko anubhav nahin kiya hai।
39It means that you havent experienced the vast difference between the taste of attaining God and the taste of the temporary attainment of the bodily senses.
41jab alpakaal ka kaan ka ras, mukh ka ras, naynon ka ras va kisi bhi karmendriy ka ras aakarshit karta hai, us samay is mahaan antar ke yantra ko use karo।
40Use this weapon of knowing this vast difference at the time of being attracted by some temporary sweetness for the ears, lips, eyes or any other physical organ.

42All of this is the snakes poison rather than something sweet and attractive.

43What would you say to someone who renounces nectar and is still attracted to poison?

58alaukik vritti dvaara harek se shubh bhaavna,kalyaan ki bhaavna se samparka mein aana - isko kaha jaata hai alaukik jeevan ki alaukik vritti।
57To have an alokik attitude means to interact with everyone with good wishes and benevolent feelings. 58This is known as having an alokik attitude in alokik life.
59lekin alaukik vritti ke bajaae laukik vritti, avgun dhaaran karne ki vritti, eershya aur ghrina ki vritti dhaaran karne se alaukik jeevan ke alaukik parivaar dvaara alaukik sahayog ki khushi, alaukik sneh ki praapti ki shakti praapta nahin kar paate।
59In your alokik life, if, instead of having an alokik attitude, you have a lokik attitude or an attitude of imbibing defects, jealousy and dislike, then you are not able to receive the power of alokik love and the happiness of alokik cooperation from the alokik family.
60is kaaran laukik vritti ko bhi alaukik vritti mein parivartan karo।
60For this reason, change your lokik attitude into an alokik attitude.

61So, what is the reason for being weak in your efforts?

63Have the awareness, even in your lokik relationships, of the alokik relationship of being spiritual brothers and sisters.
64 kisi bhi sambandh ki taraph laukik sambandh ki aakarshan aakarshit karti hai, arthaat moh ki drishti jaati hai, to laukik sambandh ke antar mein baap se sarva avinaashi sambandh ki smriti ki va baap ke sarva sambandhon ke anubhav ki knowledge kam hone ke kaaran, laukik sambandh taraph buddhi bhatakti hai।
64If any lokik relationship pulls you, that is, if there is the vision of attachment, then the intellect wanders towards the lokik relations instead of the alokik. 65The reason for this is the lack of awareness or lack of the experience of having all eternal relationships with the Father.

66Become an embodiment of experience of all relationships with the Father and there wont be any pull towards lokik relationships.

67Whilst doing anything, keep the contrast of lokik and alokik in your awareness and the lokik will also become alokik.

82To those who change their every thought, moment, relationship and connection from lokik to alokik; to those who are embodiments of the experience of the alokik Brahmin life; to those who, together with world transformation, show the right path to others through selftransformation; to those who are the embodiments of experiencing all relationships with the Father and who remain lost in the sweetness of all attainments; to those who constantly belong to the one Father and none other; to such embodiments of experience, BapDadas love, remembrance and namaste. 83BAPDADA MEETING GROUPS:

84What special qualification do trustees have?
84trustee ka vishesh lakshan kya dikhaai dega? 85jo trustee hoga uska vishesh lakshan, sadaiv svayan ko har baat mein halka anubhav karega।
85The special qualification of trustees is to experience being light in every aspect; of being doublelight. 86A trustee is one who does not have the burden of even the consciousness of the body.
86double light anubhav karega। 87shareer ke bhaan ka bhi bojh na ho - isko kaha jaata hai - trustee।
87If there is the burden of the consciousness of the body, then that (the awareness of being a trustee) is the method to remain beyond this and all other types of burden.

88Check for how long you remain body conscious. 89When you belong to the Father, you do so with your mind, body and wealth. 90You gave everything to the Father, did you not?

91Once you have given everything, how can it still be yours? 92Since it doesnt belong to you, how can you have the consciousness of it being yours?

95A trustee is one who does not have any consciousness of mine.

96When the consciousness of mine finishes, all attachment also finishes.

97A trustee does not have any bondage. 98A trustee is a free soul.

99If you are attracted to anything, it means that you are not a trustee.

102Constantly be aware of your home. 103In terms of the soul, your home is Paramdham, and in terms of Brahmin life and the corporeal world, your home is Madhuban, because it is the home of father Brahma.
100 101nashtomoha banne ki sahaj yukti kaunsi hai?
104Remain aware of both these homes and you will become free from attachment.
102sadaiv apne ghar ki smriti mein raho। 103aatma ke naate, aapka ghar paramdhamhai aur brahman jeevan ke naate,saakaar srishti vriksha mein yeh madhubanaapka ghar hai,kyonki brahma baap ka ghar madhuban hai।
105If you consider something to be your family or your home, then you will develop attachment, but you wont have attachment when you consider it to be your work.Do not think of those souls as your lokik family, but as souls for you to serve at a particular place of service.
104yeh donon hi ghar smriti mein rahe, to nashtomoha ho jaayenge।
106All are alokik servers. 107Some are instruments to serve and others to be served.
105kyonki jab apna parivaar,apna ghar koi bana lete to usmein moh jaata, agar usko daphtar samjho to moh nahin jaaega।
108Lokik relations are also there for you to serve. 109Do not think, This is my son, or This is my daughter. You have these relationships for the sake of service.
106sadaiv buddhi mein rahe, seva sthaan par seva ke nimitta roop aatmaaen hain - na ki mera koi laukik parivaar hai।
110When the relationship of being a husband, father, uncle etc. is over, you will become a trustee. 111Awareness becomes forgetfulness when you have the consciousness of mine.
107sab alaukik sevaadhaari hain;koi seva karne ke nimitta hain,koi ki seva karni hai।
112To be a conqueror of attachment is to be an embodiment of remembrance. 113The greatest test for mothers is of attachment.

114If mothers become conquerors of attachment, they will claim a high number.

116If the Pandavs develop a constantly stable intellect with a constant stage, they will become number one. 117The intellect of Pandavs quickly wanders everywhere.

118However, if their intellect is stable, they are number one.

119Generally, Pandavs would never stay at home at one place; they would never sit still; they like to move around all the time.

120So their intellect also has the habit of wandering around.

121Their intellect is also influenced by their activity. 122Do you think that since you are to become the rulers of the globe, you should wander around here? 123Do not wander around unnecessarily.
118paandav agar ekras sthiti mein ekaagra buddhi ho gae to number one ho jaaenge।
124Become swadarshanchakradhari (one who sees the self), not pardarshanchakradhari (one who sees others).

125Do all of you maintain the very highest intoxication of your new Brahmin life? 126Brahmin life is the most elevated life of all.

127This new birth, which is the most elevated Brahmin birth, is also called the alokik birth. 128Do you have the intoxication of this? 129The thoughts and words of the most elevated souls are not ordinary, but elevated.

130What would happen if a wealthy person behaves like a beggar?

135You have been listening to everything from time immemorial, but the speciality of the confluence age is to reveal everything to the world in a practical form.

136There are many who relate something, but only a handful out of multimillions put everything into practice. 137You are those who put everything into practice, not those who just speak about it.
130oonche te oonchi aatmaon ka sankalp,karma sab ooncha, saadhaaran nahin।
138You should check and see how far you have put into practice all that you speak about.
131jaise laukik mein bhi agar koi saahukaar bhikhaari ka kaarya kare, to kya hoga?
139What kind of image would you call those who put everything into practice? 140A practical image, an image that grants visions.
