1The essence of knowledge is “I and my Baba”.
3baapdaada sabhi bachchon ko sampanna swaroop banaane ke liye roj-roj bhinna-bhinna prakaar se points bataate rehte hain।
2In order to make all of you children complete and perfect, BapDada gives you different points every day.
4sabhi points ka saar hai - sabhi ko saar mein samaae bindu ban jaao। 5yeh abhyaas nirantar rehta hai?
3However, the essence of all the points is to become the form of a point and merge everything into its essence.
6koi bhi karma karte hue yeh smriti rehti hai ki - main jyotibindu in karmendriyon dvaara yeh karma karaane vaala hoon।
4Do you constantly practise this? 5Whilst doing everything, do you remain aware that you are a point and are doing everything through your physical organs?

8Knowledge is of a second, and so are you able to become the embodiment of this knowledge within a second?

9Do you practise merging the expansion into its essence in a second?
12jitna vistaar mein aana sahaj hai utna hi saar swaroop mein aana sahaj anubhav hota hai?
10Do you find it just as easy to become the form of the essence as you do to start expanding on it?
13saar swaroop mein sthit ho phir vistaar mein aana, yeh baat bhool to nahin jaate ho?
11You do not forget to stabilise yourself in your form of the essence before you start to expand on it, do you?
14saar swaroop mein sthit ho vistaar mein aane se koi bhi prakaar ke vistaar ki aakarshan nahin hogi।
12By remaining stable in your form of the essence before you start to expand on it, you will not be attracted by any other type of expansion.
15vistaar ko dekhte, sunte,varnan karte aise anubhav karenge jaise ek khel kar rahe hain।
13By practising this whilst seeing, hearing and speaking of the expansion, you will feel as though you are just playing a game.
16aisa abhyaas sada kaayam rahe।
14You should constantly be practising this.

16In everything you do in your life, both in knowledge and on the path of ignorance, two words are very useful.

22And “mine” is one Baba and none other.
25mera baba ismen sab aa jaata hai।
23Everything is included in “My Baba”.

54When you open a fair or an exhibition, you cut a string of flowers with scissors.

66All of you will become like avyakt angels of the subtle region.
67phir sangamayug pharishton ka yug ho jaayega।
67The confluence age will then become the angelic age.
68isi phirashton dvaara phir devtaay pragat honge।
68Then the deities will emerge from you angels.
69pharishton ka devtaayen bhi intajaar kar rahe hain।

84This date has to be close because you need to have the stage of being free from obstacles over a long period, for only then will you be able to rule your obstaclefree kingdom for a long period.
87abhi samasyaaon ke aur samaadhaan ke bhi knowledgeful ho gaye ho।
85You have now become knowledgeable of all problems and how to resolve them.
88jo baat kisse poochhte ho usse pahle knowledge ke aadhaar se samajhte bhi ho ki yeh aisa hona chaahiye।
86When you know about something, you understand what you should do without having to ask someone else.
