This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.

How is Hinglish generated?

The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.

Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

2mehnat se chhootne ka sahaj saadhan - niraakaari swaroop ki sthiti 3avyakt baapdaada bole

1The easy way to be liberated from making effort is to have the stage of the incorporeal form

4baapdaada bachchon ke sneh se, vaani se pare nirvaan avastha se vaani mein aate hain।

2Out of love for the children, BapDada comes into sound from being in the stage of nirvana, beyond sound.

5kislie?

3What for?

6bachchon ko aap samaan nirvaan sthiti ka anubhav karaane ke liye। 7nirvaan sweet hom mein le jaane ke liye।

4In order to give children the experience of the nirvana stage, beyond sound, the same as He is in, in order to take you to nirvana, the sweet home.

8nirvaan sthiti nirvikalp sthiti hai।

5The nirvana stage is the stage of being free from negative thoughts.

9nirvaan sthiti nirvikaari sthiti hai।

6The nirvana stage is the incorporeal stage.

10nirvaan sthiti sada niraakaari so saakaar svaroopdhaari ban vaani mein aate hain।

7In the nirvana stage, you come into sound in the corporeal form whilst in the incorporeal.

11saakaar mein aate bhi niraakaari swaroop ki smriti, smriti mein rehti hai।

8When coming into the corporeal, you have the awareness of the incorporeal form.

12main niraakaar,saakaar aadhaar se bol raha hoon।

9I, the incorporeal being, am speaking with the support of the corporeal.

13saakaar mein bhi niraakaar sthiti smriti mein rahe - isko kehte hain niraakaar so saakaar dvaara vaani mein, karma mein aana। 14asli swaroop niraakaar hai, saakaar aadhaar hai।

10When you have the incorporeal stage in your awareness whilst in the corporeal form, that is called coming into words and actions from the incorporeal through the corporeal.

15yeh double smriti - ‘niraakaar so saakaar’ shaktishaali sthiti hai।

11The original form is incorporeal and the corporeal form is the support.

16saakaar aadhaar le niraakaar swaroop ko bhoolo nahin।

12This double awareness of the incorporeal and the corporeal is powerful.

17bhoolte ho isliye yaad karne ki mehnat karni padti hai।

13Whilst taking the support of the corporeal, do not forget the incorporeal form.

18jaise laukik jeevan mein apna shaareerik swaroop svatah hi sada yaad rehta hai ki main phalaana va phalaani is samay yeh kaarya kar rahi hoon ya kar raha hoon।

14It is because you forget that you have to make effort to remember. 15In worldly life, you automatically remember your physical form, that you are Soandso and that you are carrying out this task at this time.

19kaarya badalta hai lekin main phalaana hoon yeh nahin badalta,na bhoolta hai।

16The task changes, but your being Soandso doesn’t change nor do you forget it.

20aise, main niraakaar aatma hoon, yeh asli swaroop koi bhi kaarya karte svatah aur sada yaad rehna chaahiye।

17In the same way, the original form that “I am an incorporeal soul” should always automatically and constantly be remembered whenever performing any task.

21jab ek baar smriti aa gai, parichay bhi mil gaya - main niraakaar aatma hoon। 22parichay arthaat knowledge। 23to knowledge ki shakti dvaara swaroop ko jaan liya।

18Once you have this awareness and you have the introduction that you are an incorporeal soul – introduction means knowledge – then you know the form with the power of knowledge.

24jaanne ke baad phir bhool kaise sakte?

19How could you forget this after knowing it?

25jaise knowledge ki shakti se shareer ka bhaan bhulaate bhi bhool nahin sakte।

20With the power of knowledge, you don’t forget the awareness of the body even when you try to forget it.

26to yeh aatmik swaroop bhool kaise sakenge?

21So, then, how can you forget this soul conscious form?

27to yeh apne aapse poochho aur abhyaas karo।

22So, ask yourself this and practise it.

28chalte-phirte kaarya karte check karo - niraakaar so saakaar aadhaar se yeh kaarya kar raha hoon!

23Whilst walking, moving around and carrying out any task, check whether the incorporeal is carrying out the task with the support of the corporeal.

29to svatah hi nirvikalp sthiti, niraakaari sthiti, nirvighna sthiti sahaj rahegi।

24Then you will automatically have the stage of being free from negative thoughts, the incorporeal stage and the stage that is free from obstacles.

30mehnat se chhoot jaayenge।

25You will be liberated from effort.

31yeh mehnat tab lagti hai jab baar-baar bhoolte ho।

26You find it to be effort when you repeatedly forget this.

32phir yaad karne ki mehnat karte ho।

27Then you have to make effort to remember.

33bhoolo hi kyon, bhoolna chaahiye?

28Why do you forget it? 29Should you forget this?

34baapdaada poochhte hain - aap ho kaun?

30BapDada is asking: Who are you?

35saakaar ho va niraakaar?

31Are you corporeal or incorporeal?

36niraakaar ho na!

32You are incorporeal, are you not?

37niraakaar hote hue bhool kyon jaate ho!

33Whilst being incorporeal, why do you forget it?

38asli swaroop bhool jaate aur aadhaar yaad rehta!

34You forget your original form and you remember the support.

39svayan par hi hansi nahin aati ki yeh kya karte hain!

35Are you not amused with yourself because of what you are doing?

40ab hansi aati hai na?

36You are now amused, are you not?

41asli bhool jaate aur nakli cheez yaad aa jaati?

37You forget the real thing and you remember the artificial.

42baapdaada ko kabhi-kabhi bachchon par aashcharya bhi lagta hai।

38Sometimes, BapDada is amazed at the children.

43apne aapko bhool jaate aur bhoolkar phir kya karte?

39You forget yourself and what do you then do?

44apne aapko bhool hairaan hote hain।

40You forget yourself and then become distressed.

45jaise baap ko sneh se niraakaar se saakaar mein aahvaan kar la sakte ho to jisse sneh hai us jaise niraakaar sthiti mein sthit nahin ho sakte ho!

41You are able to call the Father from the incorporeal into the corporeal because of your love. 42So, are you not able to remain stable in the incorporeal stage, like the stage of the One you love?

46baapdaada bachchon ki mehnat dekh nahin sakte hain!

43BapDada cannot bear to see the children labouring.

47master sarvashaktivaan aur mehnat?

44Master almighty authority and labouring.

48master sarvashaktivaan sarva shaktiyon ke maalik ho।

45You master almighty authorities are the masters of all powers.

49jis shakti ko jis bhi samay shubh sankalp se aahvaan karo woh shakti aap maalik ke aage haajar hai।

46At any time, whatever power you invoke with a pure thought, that power will become present in front of you masters.

50aise maalik, jiski sarva shaktiyaan sevaadhaari hain, woh mehnat karega va shubh sankalp ka order karega?

47Would such a master, whose servers are all the powers, labour or would he order them with pure thoughts?

51kya karega, raaje ho na ki praja ho?

48What would he do? 49You are kings, are you not?

52vaise bhi jo yogya bachcha hota hai usko kya kehte hain?

50Or, are you subjects? 51Generally, what is a worthy child called?

53raaja bachche kehte hain na।

52He is called a childking, is he not?

54to aap kaun ho?

53So, who are you?

55raaja bachche ho ki adheen bachche ho?

54Are you kingly children or children who are dependent?

56adhikaari aatmaayen ho na।

55You are souls who have a right, are you not?

57to yeh shaktiyaan, yeh gun yeh sab aapke sevaadhaari hain, aahvaan karo aur haajar।

56So, these powers and these virtues are all your servers. 57Invoke them and they become present in front of you.

58jo kamzor hota hai woh shaktishaali shastra hote hue bhi kamzori ke kaaran haar jaate hain।

58Because of having weaknesses those who are powerful become defeated even whilst having powerful weapons. 59Are you weak?

59aap kamzor ho kya? 60bahaadur bachche ho na!

60You are courageous children, are you not?

61sarvashaktivaan ke bachche kamzor hon to sab log kya kahenge?

61What would everyone say if the children of the Almighty Authority were weak?

62achha lagega?

62Would it look good?

63to aahvaan karna,order karna seekho।

63So learn how to invoke them and order them.

64lekin sevaadhaari order kiska maanega?

64However, whose orders would a server obey?

65jo maalik hoga।

65Those of someone who is the master.

66maalik svayan sevaadhaari ban gaye, mehnat karne vaale to sevaadhaari ho gaye na।

66The master himself becomes a server. 67Someone who has to labour is a server, is he not?

67man ki mehnat se ab chhoot gaye! 68shareer ke mehnat ki yagya seva alag baat hai। 69woh bhi yagya seva ke mahatva ko jaanne se mehnat nahin lagti hai। 70jab madhuban mein samparka vaali aatmaayen aati hain aur dekhti hain itni sankhya ki aatmaon ka bhojan banta hai aur sab kaarya hota hai to dekh-dekh kar samajhti hain yeh itna haardavarka kaise karte hain!

68Have you now become free from the labour of the mind?

71unhon ko bada aashcharya lagta hai। 72itna bada kaarya kaise ho raha hai!

69Labouring physically through the body for serving the yagya is a different matter.

73lekin karne vaale aise bade kaarya ko bhi kya samajhte hain? 74seva ke mahatva ke kaaran yeh to khel lagta hai।

70That too will not seem like labour when you understand the importance of service of the yagya.

75mehnat nahin lagti। 76aise mahatva ke kaaran baap se muhabbat hone ke kaaran mehnat ka roop badal jaata hai। 77aise man ki mehnat se ab chhootne ka samay aa gaya hai।

71When contact souls come to Madhuban and they see how food is prepared for so many people and, at the same time, everything else is also going on, they wonder how you are able to do such hard work.

78dvaapar se dhoondhane ki, tadapne ki,pukaarne ki,man ki mehnat karte aaye ho।

72They are very amazed at how such a big task is being carried out.

79man ki mehnat ke kaaran dhan kamaane ki bhi mehnat badhti gai।

73However, what do those who are doing this consider even that big task to be?

80aaj kise bhi poochho to kya kehte hain?

74Because of the importance of service, all of that seems like a game.

81dhan kamaana maasi ka ghar nahin hai।

75It doesn’t seem like labour.

82man ki mehnat se dhan ki kamaai ki bhi mehnat badha di। 83aur tan to ban hi gaya rogi।

76The form of labour changes because of knowing this importance and because of loving the Father.

84isliye tan ke kaarya mein bhi mehnat, man ki bhi mehnat, dhan ki bhi mehnat।

77So now, the time has come to become free from the labour of the mind.

85sirf itna hi nahin lekin aaj parivaar mein pyaar nibhaane mein bhi mehnat hai।

78From the copper age onwards, you laboured through the mind searching, being desperate and calling out.

86kabhi ek roosta hai, kabhi doosra…phir usko manaane ki mehnat mein lage rehte।

79Because of the labour of the mind, the labour for earning money also increased. 80What does anyone you ask today say?

87aaj tera hai, kal tera nahin phera aa jaata hai।

81Earning money is not like going to your aunty’s home!

88to sab prakaar ki mehnat karke thak gaye the na। 89tan se,man se, dhan se, sambandh se, sabse thak gaye।

82With the labour of the mind, you also increased the labour for earning money, and the body became diseased.

90baapdaada pahle man ki mehnat samaapta kar dete। 91kyonki beej hai - ‘man’।

83This is why there is labour in doing anything with the body.

92man ki mehnat tan ki,dhan ki mehnat anubhav karaati hai।

84There is labour of the mind and labour for money.

93jab man theek nahin hoga to koi kaarya hoga to kahenge aaj yeh hota nahin।

85Not just that, but today, there is also labour in fulfilling the responsibility of love to the family.

94beemaar hoga nahin lekin samjhega mujhe 1030bukhaar hai।

86Sometimes one person sulks, sometimes another person sulks.

95to man ki mehnat tan ki mehnat anubhav karaati hai। 96dhan mein bhi aise hi hai।

87And then you remain engaged in cajoling that person and trying to make it up with him.

97man thoda bhi kharaab hoga, kahenge bahut kaam karna padta hai। 98kamaana bada mushkil hai।

88Today, something is yours and tomorrow, that would not be yours, it would be vice versa.

99vaayumandal kharaab hai। 100aur jab man khush hoga to kahenge koi badi baat nahin।

89So, you became tired of labouring in all of those things, did you not?

101kaam vahi hoga lekin man ki mehnat dhan ki mehnat bhi anubhav karaati hai।

90You were tired with the body, with the mind, with wealth and with relationships.

102man ki kamzori vaayumandal ki kamzori mein laati hai।

91First of all BapDada ends the labour of the mind because the seed is the mind.

103baapdaada bachchon ke man ki mehnat nahin dekh sakte। 10463 janma mehnat ki।

92Labour of the mind makes you experience labouring with the body and for money.

105ab ek janma maujon ka janma hai, muhabbat ka janma hai, praaptiyon ka janma hai, vardaanon ka janma hai।

93When the mind is not right, then, when it comes to carrying out a task, you would say that you are unable to do it that day.

106madad lene ka, madad milne ka janma hai। 107phir bhi is janma mein bhi mehnat kyon?

94You wouldn’t be ill, but you would feel that you have a fever of 103 degrees.

108to ab mehnat ko muhabbat mein parivartan karo। 109mahatva se khatma karo।

95So, labour of the mind makes you experience labouring with the body.

110aaj baapdaada aapas mein bahut chit-chat kar rahe the, bachchon ki mehnat par। 111kya karte hain, baapdaada muskara rahe the ki man ki mehnat ka kaaran kya banta hai,kya karte hain? 112tedhe baanke, bachche paida karte, jiska kabhi munh nahin hota, kabhi taang nahin, kabhi baanh nahin hoti। 113aise vyartha ki vanshaavli bahut paida karte hain aur phir jo rachna ki to kya karenge?

96It is the same with money.

114usko paalne ke kaaran mehnat karni padti। 115aisi rachna rachne ke kaaran jyaada mehnat kar thak jaate hain aur dilshikasta bhi ho jaate hain।

97If the mind is a little unwell, you would say that you have to work a lot, that it is very difficult to earn money or that the atmosphere is bad.

116bahut mushkil lagta hai। 117hai achha lekin hai bada mushkil।

98However, when the mind is happy, you would say that nothing is a big deal.

118chhodna bhi nahin chaahte aur udna bhi nahin chaahte। 119to kya karna padega?

99It is the same work, but the labour of the mind would also make you experience labouring through the body.

120chalna padega। 121chalne mein to zaroor mehnat lagegi na।

100Weakness of the mind brings about weakness in the atmosphere.

122isliye ab kamzor rachna banda karo to man ki mehnat se chhoot jaayengen।

101BapDada cannot bear to see the children labouring with the mind.

123phir hansi ki baat kya kehte hain?

102You have laboured for 63 births.

124baap kehte yeh rachna kyon karte,to jaise aajkal ke log kehte hain na - kya karen eeshvar de deta hai।

103Now, this one birth is a birth of pleasure, it is a birth of love, a birth of attainment, a birth of blessings.

125dosh saara eeshvar par lagaate hain, aise yeh vyartha rachna par kya kehte?

104It is a birth of taking, receiving help. 105So, then, why is there labour even in this birth?

126ham chaahte nahin hain lekin maaya aa jaati hai।

106Therefore, now transform labour into love.

127hamaari chaahna nahin hai lekin ho jaata hai।

107Finish it by knowing the importance of this.

128isliye sarvashaktivaan baap ke bachche maalik bano। 129raaja bano। 130kamzor arthaat adheen praja।

108Today, Bap and Dada were having a lot of chitchat between themselves about the labouring of the children.

131maalik arthaat shaktishaali raaja। 132to aahvaan karo maalik ban karke। 133svasthiti ke shreshtha sinhaasan par baitho।

109Bap and Dada were smiling about what you were doing, about the reason for the labour of the mind and what you do.

134sinhaasan par baith ke shakti roopi sevaadhaariyon ka aahvaan karo। 135order do। 136ho nahin sakta ki aapke sevaadhaari aapke order par na chalen।

110You create all types of children, handicapped children, who sometimes don’t even have a face or a leg or an arm.

137phir aise nahin kahenge kya karen sahan shakti na hone ke kaaran mehnat karni padti hai। 138samaane ki shakti kam thi isliye aisa hua।

111You create a progeny of waste and then, because you have created that creation, what would you do?

139aapke sevaadhaari samay par kaarya mein na aaven to sevaadhaari kya hue? 140kaarya poora ho jaae phir sevaadhaari aaven to kya hoga! 141jisko svayan samay ka mahatva hai uske sevaadhaari bhi samay par mahatva jaan haajar honge। 142agar koi bhi shakti va gun samay par emerge nahin hota hai to isse siddha hai ki maalik ko samay ka mahatva nahin hai।

112You have to labour to sustain it.

143kya karna chaahiye? 144sinhaasan par baithna achha ya mehnat karna achha? 145abhi ismen samay dene ki aavashyakta nahin hai।

113Because of creating such a creation, you have to labour a lot more and you then become tired and also disheartened.

146mehnat karna theek lagta ya maalik banna theek lagta? 147kya achha lagta hai? 148sunaaya na - iske liye sirf yeh ek abhyaas sada karte raho -’’niraakaar so saakaar ke aadhaar se yeh kaarya kar raha hoon। 149’’ karaavanhaar ban karmendriyon se karaao।

114You then find it very difficult.

150apne niraakaari vaastavik swaroop ko smriti mein rakhenge to vaastavik swaroop ke gun shaktiyaan svatah hi emerge honge। 151jaisa swaroop hota hai vaise gun aur shaktiyaan svatah hi karma mein aate hain। 152jaise kanya jab maa ban jaati hai to maa ke swaroop mein seva bhaav, tyaag, sneh, athak seva aadi gun aur shaktiyaan svatah hi emerge hoti hain na। 153to anaadi avinaashi swaroop yaad rahne se svatah hi yeh gun aur shaktiyaan emerge honge।

115“It is very good, but it is very difficult.”

154swaroop smriti sthiti ko svatah hi banaata hai।

116You don’t want to let go and you don’t want to fly.

155samjha kya karna hai!

117So what will have to be done?

156mehnat shabd ko jeevan se samaapta kar do।

118You will have to walk.

157mushkil mehnat ke kaaran lagta hai।

119And walking will definitely take effort.

158mehnat samaapta to mushkil shabd bhi svatah hi samaapta ho jaayega। 159achha –

120So, now, stop creating a weak creation and you will be liberated from the labour of the mind.

160sada mushkil ko sahaj karne vaale, mehnat ko muhabbat mein badalne vaale, sada sva-swaroop ki smriti dvaara shreshtha shaktiyon aur gunon ko anubhav karne vaale, sada baap ko sneh ka respond dene vaale, baap samaan banne vaale, sada shreshtha smriti ke shreshtha aasan par sthit ho maalik ban sevaadhaariyon dvaara kaarya karaane vaale, aise raaje bachchon ko, maalik bachchon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste। 161’’ 162personal mulaakaat - (videshi bhaai-bahnon se) (1) seva, baap ke saath ka anubhav karaati hai। 163seva par jaana maana sada baap ke saath rehna।

121What amusing things do you then say?

164chaahe saakaar roop mein rahen, chaahe aakaar roop mein।

122The Father is asking why you create such a creation.

165lekin sevaadhaari bachchon ke saath, baap sada saath hai hi hai।

123You say the same as people nowadays say: What can I do when God gives that?

166karaavanhaar kara raha hai, chalaane vaala chala raha hai aur svayan kya karte hain?

124You put all the blame on God. 125What do you say about this wasteful creation?

167nimitta ban khel khelte rehte hain।

126I didn’t want it, but Maya came.

168aise hi anubhav hota hai na?

127I don’t want it, but it happens.

169aise sevaadhaari saphalta ke adhikaari ban jaate hain।

128Therefore, become masters, the children of the Almighty Authority.

170saphalta janma-siddha adhikaar hai, saphalta sada hi mahaan punyaatma banne ka anubhav karaati hai। 171mahaan punya aatma banne vaalon ko anek aatmaon ki aasheervaad ki lift milti hai। 172achha – 173abhi to woh bhi din aana hi hai jab sabke mukh se - ‘‘ek hain, ek hi hain’’yeh geet niklenge।

129Become kings.

174bas drama ka yahi part raha hua hai।

130Weak means dependent subjects.

175yeh hua aur samaapti hui।

131A master means a powerful king.

176ab is part ko sameep laana hai।

132So be a master and invoke.

177iske liye anubhav karaana hi vishesh aakarshan ka saadhan hai।

133Sit on the elevated throne of your original stage.

178gyaan sunaate jaao aur anubhav karaate jaao।

134Sit on the throne and invoke the powers, your servers.

179gyaan sirf sunne se santushta nahin hote lekin gyaan sunaate hue anubhav bhi karaate jaao to gyaan ka bhi mahatva hai aur praapti ke kaaran aage utsaah mein bhi aa jaate hain। 180un sabke bhaashan to sirf knowledgeful hote hain। 181aap logon ke bhaashan siaarpha knowledgeful nahin hon lekin anubhav ki authority vaale hon। 182aur anubhvon ki authority se bolte hue anubhav karaate jaao।

135Order them!

183jaise koi-koi jo achhe speaker hote hain, woh bolte hue roola bhi dete hain, hansa bhi dete hain।

136It is then not possible that your servers would not follow your orders. 137Then you would not say, “What can I do?

184shanti mein,silence mein bhi le jaayenge।

138Because of not having the power to tolerate, I have to labour.”

185jaisi baat karenge vaisa vaayumandal haal ka bana dete hain।

139“This happened because I lacked the power to accommodate.”

186woh to hue temporary। 187jab woh kar sakte hain to aap master sarvashaktivaan kya nahin kar sakte।

140If your servers are not useful to you when you need them, what type of servers are they?

188koi ‘‘shanti’’bole to shanti ka vaataavran ho, ‘‘aananda’’ bole to aananda ka vaatavran ho।

141What would happen if your servers arrived when the task was over?

189aise anubhooti karaane vaale bhaashan, pratyakshata ka jhanda lahraayenge। 190koi to visheshta dekhenge na। 191achha - samay svatah hi shaktiyaan bhar raha hai।

142When someone gives that importance to time, then his servers would also be present at the right time, knowing the importance of time.

192hua hi pada hai, sirf repeat karna hai। 193yu.ke.group se - sada apne ko sikeeldhe samajhte ho na।

143If any power or virtue doesn’t emerge at the right time, it proves that the master doesn’t know the importance of time.

144So, what should you do?

198aisa sauda saari duniya mein koi kar nahin sakta। 199kitna sahaj sauda hai।

145Is it good to sit on the throne or is it good to labour?

200do shabdon ka sauda hai lekin hai amar।

146Now, there is no need to give time to this.

201do shabd kaun se hain? 202aapne kaha‘tera’ aur baap ne kaha ‘mera’।

147Do you like labouring or do you like being a master?

203bas sauda ho gaya।

148Which do you prefer?

204tera aur mera in do shabdon mein avinaashi sauda ho gaya। 205aur kuchh dena nahin padta। 206dena bhi na pade aur sauda bhi badhiya ho jaaen to aur kya chaahiye! 207sab kuchh mil gaya hai na।

149You were told that for this, simply constantly continue with the one practice: “I, the incorporeal, am carrying out this task with the support of the corporeal.”

208aise samjha tha ki ghar baithe itna sahaj sauda bhagwan se karenge। 209socha tha!

150Become karavanhar and make it happen through your physical organs.

210to jo sankalp mein bhi nahin tha woh practical karma mein ho gaya। 211yeh khushi hai na? 212sabse jyaada khushi kisko hai?

151If you keep your real, incorporeal form in your awareness, the virtues and powers of the real form will automatically emerge.

213visheshta yahi hai jo harek kehta - humein jyaada khushi hai। 214pahle main।

152As your form, so the virtues and powers of that form automatically come into action.

215aise nahin inhen hai humein nahin। 216yeh bhi race hai, eershya nahin। 217ismen harek ek do se aage badho। 218chance hai aage badhne ka।

153When a kumari becomes a mother, then, in the form of a mother, the virtues, such as serving, renunciation, love and tireless service and all powers emerge automatically.

219jitna aage badhne chaaho utna badh sakte ho। 220to sab pakke saudaagar bano।

154So, by remembering your eternal and imperishable form, these virtues and powers will automatically emerge.

221kachcha sauda karenge to nuksaan apne ko hi karenge।

155The form automatically creates the awareness and the stage.

222sada svayan ko samaaya hua anubhav karte ho?

156Do you understand what you have to do?

223baap ke naynon mein,dil mein samaaya hua।

157Finish the word “labour” in your life.

224jo samaaye rehte hain woh duniya se paar rehte hain।

158You find something to be difficult because you have to labour.

225unhein anubhav hota ki baap hi saari duniya hai।

159When labour ends, the word “difficult” will also end automatically.

226svapna mein bhi puraani duniya ki aakarshan aakarshit nahin kar sakti hai। 227aise samaaye hue ko kisi bhi baat mein mushkil ka anubhav nahin ho sakta। 228woh duniya se khoya hua hai। 229avinaashi sarva praapti praapta kiya hua hai।

160Achcha.

230sada dil mein ek hi dilaaraam rehta, aisi samaai hui aatma sada saphal hai hi।

161To those who constantly make the difficult easy, to those who change labour into love, to those who experience their elevated powers and virtues through the awareness of their original form, to those who always give the Father the response of love, to those who become equal to the Father, to those who always sit on the elevated seat of an elevated awareness and as a master carry out a task through their servers, to such kingly children, masterchildren, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

234saare vishwa mein se kitni aatmaayen baap ki bani hain!

162BapDada meeting doubleforeign brothers and sisters personally:

235vishesh ho tab koton mein koi,koi mein koi aatma baap ki bani ho।

163Service enables you to experience the Father’s company.

236baapdaada aisi visheshta sampanna aatmaon mein shreshtha aashaayen rakhte hain - baapdaada sada bachchon ko svaunnati aur seva ki unnati mein aage dekhte hain।

164To go on service means to stay constantly in the Father’s company. 165Whether you remain in the corporeal form or the subtle form, the Father is always with the server children.

237sada baap mere dvaara kya chaahte hain-yeh yaad rakho to baap aur seva sada saamne rahegi।

166Karavanhar is making you do it, the One making everyone move is making you move, and what do you do?

238aur baap tatha seva saamne rahne se saphalta hai hi।

167You become an instrument and play the games.

239baapdaada bachchon ke dil ki baaten roj sunaate hain, aur dil ka respond dil vaalon ko milta bhi hai aur milta bhi rahega।

168You have this experience, do you not? 169You are such servers who claim a right to success, are you not? 170Success is your birthright.

240braajeel - jitna desh ke hisaab se door hai utna dil se sameep hai।

171Success constantly gives you the experience of being a great, charitable soul.

241sabse sameep te sameep rahne vaale arthaat sada diltakhtansheen।

172Those who are to become great charitable souls receive the lift of blessings from everyone. 173Achcha.

242jo abhi dilakhtansheen hain woh janma-janma takhtansheen aatma ban jaate hain। 243aise adhikaari ho na!

174Now, the day will also come when the song will emerge from everyone’s lips, “There is just the One, this is the only One.”

244jab jaan liya ki aisa baap, aisi praapti saare kalpa mein kabhi nahin ho sakti, abhi hoti hai to apne ko sadaakaal ke liye adhikaari aatma samajh aage badhte rahenge।

175Just this part in the drama is still left. 176As soon as this happens, completion will take place. 177Now, you have to bring this part close.

245sada diltakhtansheen hain arthaat yaad mein samaaye hue hain।

178To give this experience is the special way to attract.

246dil mein samaaye hue maana kabhi baap se alag nahin ho sakte।

179Continue to give them knowledge and give them an experience.

247jitna bachche yaad karte hain usse padmaguna baap return mein yaad karte hain। 248bachchon ko yaad ke return mein sneh, sahayog dete rehte hain।

180They aren’t content just to listen to knowledge, but whilst they are listening to knowledge, also continue to give them an experience.

249jo sada baap ki yaad ke saajon mein busy rehte hain woh maaya ke saajon se free ho jaate hain।

181Then, they would have the importance of knowledge and because of attainment, they would also feel that zeal and enthusiasm.

250jo knowledgeful hain woh kabhi fail nahin ho sakte hain।

182Those people’s lectures are just knowledgefull.

251vidaai ke samay daadi jaanki ji se baapdaada ki mulaakaat - dekh-dekh harshit hoti rehti ho!

183Your lectures should not be just knowledgefull, but they should also have the authority of experience.

252sabse jyaada khushi ananya bachchon ko hai na! 253jo sada hi khushiyon ke saagar mein lahraate rehte hain।

184So, speaking with the authority of experience, continue to give them an experience.

254sukh ke saagar mein, sarva praaptiyon ke saagar mein lahraate hi rehte hain, woh doosron ko bhi usi saagar mein lahraate hain।

185For instance, those who are good speakers can make people cry or even laugh when they speak. 186In silence, they take them into silence.

255saara din kya kaam karti ho? 256jaise koi ko saagar mein nahaana nahin aata hai to kya karte?

187They make the atmosphere of the hall the same as that which they are speaking about.

257haath pakadkar nahlaate hain na!

188That is only temporary.

258yahi kaam karti ho, sukh mein lahraao, khushi mein lahraao…aise karti rehti ho na!

189Since they are able to do it, then what can you master almighty authorities not achieve?

259busy rahne ka kaarya achha mil gaya hai। 260kitna busy rehti ho?

190When someone says “peace” there should be the atmosphere of peace.

261phursat hai? 262isi mein sada busy hain, to doosre bhi dekh follow karte hain।

191When someone says “bliss” there should be the atmosphere of bliss.

263bas, yaad aur seva ke sivaae aur kuchh dikhaai nahin deta।

192Lectures that give such an experience will hoist the flag of revelation.

264automatically buddhi yaad aur seva mein hi jaati hai aur kahaan ja nahin sakti।

193They have to see some speciality. 194Achcha. 195Time is automatically filling you with powers.

265chalaana nahin padta, chalti hi rehti hai।

196It is already accomplished, you just have to repeat it. 197Achcha.

266isko kehte hain - seekhe hue sikha rahe hain। 267achha kaam de diya hai na।

198Blessing: May you be an altruistic server and serve whilst remaining free from any royal limited desires.

268baap hoshiyaar banaakar gaye hain na। 269dheelaadhaala to nahin chhodkar gaye।

199Father Brahma gave the proof of being free from the bondage of karma and of being detached.

270hoshiyaar banaakar, jagah dekar gaye hain।

200He didn’t have any bondages except those of service and love.

271saath to hain hi lekin nimieentta to banaaya na। 272hoshiyaar banaakar seat diya hai।

201Royal limited desires that you have in service also tie you in the bondage of karmic accounts.

273yahaan se hi seat dene ki rasma shuru hui hai।

202A true server remains free from even this karmic account.

274baap seva ka takhta va seva ki seat dekar aage badhe, abhi saakshi hokar dekh rahe hain, kaise bachche aage se aage badh rahe hain।

203Just as there is bondage of the body and of bodily relationships, similarly, selfish motives in service are also a bondage.

275saath ka saath bhi hai, saakshi ka saakshi bhi। 276donon hi part baja rahe hain।

204Become an altruistic server who is free from this bondage and also from royal karmic accounts.

277saakaar roop mein saakshi kahenge, avyakt roop mein saathi kahenge।

205Slogan: Do not keep your promises in a file, but demonstrate how to become the final form.

278donon hi part baja rahe hain। 279achha-
