¹A successful tapaswi soul means one who has the personality and royalty of purity

³आज चारों ओर के तपस्वी बच्चों की याद बापदादा के पास पहुँच रही है।

²Today, the remembrance of the tapaswis everywhere is reaching BapDada.

⁴कोई साकार में सम्मुख याद का रिटर्न मिलन मना रहे हैं कोई बच्चे आकारी रूप में याद और मिलन का अनुभव कर रहे हैं।

³Some children are celebrating the corporeal meeting personally, as a return of their remembrance, and some are experiencing remembrance and meeting in the subtle form.

⁵बापदादा दोनों ही रूप के बच्चों को देख रहे हैं।

⁴BapDada is seeing the children of each form.

⁶आज अमृतवेले बापदादा बच्चों की तपस्या का प्रत्यक्ष स्वरूप देख रहे थे।

⁵Today, at amrit vela, BapDada was seeing the practical form of the tapasya of the children.

⁷हर एक बच्चा अपने पुरूषार्थ प्रमाण तपस्या कर रहे हैं।

⁶Each child is doing tapasya according to his own effort.

⁸लक्ष्य भी है और उमंग भी है।

⁷All have the aim and the enthusiasm.

⁹तपस्वी सभी हैं क्योंकि ब्राह्मण जीवन की विशेषता ही तपस्या है।

⁸All are tapaswis, because the speciality of Brahmin life is tapasya.

¹⁰तपस्या अर्थात् एक के लगन में मग्न रहना।

⁹Tapasya means to be lost in the deep love of One.

¹¹सफल तपस्वी बहुत थोड़े हैं। ¹²पुरुषार्थी तपस्वी बहुत हैं।

¹⁰There are very few successful tapaswis, but there are many effort­making tapaswis.

¹³सफल तपस्वी की निशानी उनके सूरत और सीरत में प्योरिटी की पर्सनैलिटी और प्योरिटी की रॉयल्टी सदा स्पष्ट अनुभव होगी।

¹¹The sign of a successful tapaswi is that from his face and his character, the personality of purity and the royalty of purity will constantly be clearly experienced.

¹⁴तपस्या का अर्थ ही है मन-वचन-कर्म और सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क में अपवित्रता का अंश मात्र भी विनाश होना। ¹⁵नाम- निशान समाप्त होना। ¹⁶जब अपवित्रता समाप्त हो जाती है तो इस समाप्ति को ही सम्पन्न स्थिति कहा जाता है।

¹²Tapasya means that even any trace of impurity in thoughts, words, deeds, relationships and connections is destroyed, that the name and trace of it is finished.

¹⁷सफल तपस्वी अर्थात् सदा-स्वतः पवित्रता की पर्सनैलिटी और रॉयल्टी,हर बोल और कर्म से, दृष्टि और वृत्ति से अनुभव हो। ¹⁸प्योरिटी सिर्फ ब्रह्मचर्य नहीं, सम्पूर्ण पवित्रता अर्थात् संकल्प में भी कोई भी विकार टच न हो। ¹⁹जैसे ब्राह्मण जीवन में शारीरिक आकर्षण व शारीरिक टचिंग अपवित्रता मानते हो, ऐसे मन-बुद्धि में किसी विकार के संकल्प मात्र की आकर्षण व टचिंग, इसको भी अपवित्रता कहा जायेगा। ²⁰पवित्रता की पर्सनैलिटी वाले, रॉयल्टी वाले मन-बुद्धि से भी इस बुराई को टच नहीं करते।

¹³When impurity has finished, this completion is called the complete stage.

²¹क्योंकि सफल तपस्वी अर्थात् सम्पूर्ण वैष्णव। ²²वैष्णव कभी बुरी चीज को टच नहीं करते हैं। ²³तो उन्हों का है स्थूल, आप ब्राह्मण वैष्णव आत्माओं का है सूक्ष्म।

¹⁴A successful tapaswi means that the personality and royalty of purity should constantly be experienced in your every word, every action and through your vision and attitude.

²⁴बुराई को टच न करना यही तपस्या है।

¹⁵Purity does not just mean celibacy.

²⁵धारण करना अर्थात् ग्रहण करना। ²⁶ये तो बहुत मोटी बात है।

¹⁶Complete purity means that none of the vices are touched even in thought.

²⁷लेकिन संकल्प में भी टच नहीं करना। ²⁸इसको ही कहा जाता है सच्चे वैष्णव। ²⁹सिर्फ याद के समय याद में रहना इसको तपस्या नहीं कहा जाता। ³⁰तपस्या अर्थात् प्योरिटी के पर्सनैलिटी और रॉयल्टी का स्वयं भी अनुभव करना और औरों को भी अनुभव कराना।

¹⁷Just as in Brahmin life you consider any physical attraction or physical touching to be impure, in the same way, if the mind or the intellect is attracted to or touched by the thought of any vice, that too is considered to be impurity.

³¹सफल तपस्वी का अर्थ ही है विशेष महान आत्मा बनना। ³²विशेष आत्माओं वा महान आत्माओं को देश की वा विश्व की पर्सनैलिटीज़ कहते हैं। ³³पवित्रता की पर्सनैलिटी अर्थात् हर कर्म में महानता और विशेषता।

¹⁸Those who have the personality of purity, who have the royalty of purity will not touch that which is bad, even through their mind or intellect, because to be a successful tapaswi means to be a complete Vaishnav (one who belongs to the clan of Vishnu).

³⁴पर्सनैलिटी अर्थात् सदा स्वयं की और औरों की सेवा में सदा बिज़ी रहना अर्थात् अपनी इनर्जा,समय, संकल्प वेस्ट नहीं गँवाना, सफल करना। ³⁵इसको कहेंगे पर्सनैलिटी वाले। ³⁶पर्सनैलिटी वाले कभी भी छोटी-छोटी बातों में अपने मन-बुद्धि को बिज़ी नहीं रखते हैं। ³⁷तो अपवित्रता की बातें आप श्रेष्ठ आत्माओं के आगे छोटी हैं या बड़ी हैं?

¹⁹Vaishnavs never touch anything bad.

³⁸इसलिए तपस्वी अर्थात् ऐसी बातों को सुनते हुए नहीं सुनें,देखते हुए नहीं देखें।

²⁰So theirs is a physical aspect, whereas for you Brahmin Vaishnav souls, it is a subtle aspect.

³⁹ऐसा अभ्यास किया है? ⁴⁰ऐसी तपस्या की है?

²¹Not to touch anything that is bad is tapasya.

⁴¹वा यही सोचते हो चाहते तो नहीं हैं, लेकिन दिखाई दे देता है, सुनाई दे देता है? ⁴²जैसे कोई चीज़ से आपका कनेक्शन ही नहीं हैं, उन चीजों को देखते हुए नहीं देखते हो ना।

²²To imbibe or adopt something means to pick something up; that is a very gross aspect, but you should not even touch it in thought.

⁴³जैसे रास्ते पर जाते हो, कहीं कुछ दिखाई देता है परन्तु आपके मतलब की कोई बात नहीं है,तो देखते हुए नहीं देखेंगे ना। ⁴⁴साइड सीन समझ कर पार कर लेंगे ना? ⁴⁵ऐसे जो बातें सुनते हो, देखते हो, आपके काम की नहीं हैं, तो सुनते हुए नहीं सुनो, देखते हुए न देखो। ⁴⁶अगर मन-बुद्धि में धारण किया, कि ये ऐसे हैं, ये वैसे हैं… इसको कहा जायेगा व्यर्थ बुराई को टच किया अर्थात् सच्चा वैष्णवपन सम्पूर्ण रूप से नहीं है।

²³This is called being a true Vaishnav.

⁴⁷प्योरिटी के पर्सनैलिटी में परसेन्टेज कम अर्थात् तपस्या की परसेन्टेज कम।

²⁴To stay in remembrance simply at the time of remembrance is not called tapasya.

⁴⁸तो समझा तपस्या क्या है? ⁴⁹इसी विधि से अपने आपको चेक करो- तपस्या वर्ष में तपस्या का प्रत्यक्ष स्वरूप प्योरिटी की पर्सनैलिटी अनुभव करते हो?

²⁵Tapasya means that the self experiences the personality and royalty of purity and also gives that experience to others.

⁵⁰पर्स-नैलिटी कभी छिप नहीं सकती। ⁵¹प्रत्यक्ष दिखाई जरूर देती है।

²⁶Successful tapaswis means those who become special, great souls.

⁵²जैसे साकार ब्रह्मा बाप को देखा- प्योरिटी की पर्सनैलिटी कितनी स्पष्ट अनुभव करते थे।

²⁷Special souls and great souls are called the personalities of that land or the personalities of the world.

⁵³ये तपस्या के अनुभव की निशानी अब आप द्वारा औरों को अनुभव हो।

²⁸The personality of purity means greatness and speciality in every action.

⁵⁴सूरत और सीरत देनों द्वारा अनुभव करा सकते हो। ⁵⁵अभी भी कई लोग अनुभव करते भी हैं। ⁵⁶लेकिन इस अनुभव को और स्वयं द्वारा औरों में फैलाओ। ⁵⁷आज पर्सनैलिटी का सुनाया।

²⁹Personality means to remain constantly busy in serving the self and others, that is, not to waste your energy, time and thoughts, but to use them in a worthwhile way.

⁵⁸फिर रॉयल्टी का सुनायेंगे। ⁵⁹सभी मिलन मनाने आये हैं।

³⁰Such a soul is called one with personality.

⁶⁰तो बापदादा भी मिलन मनाने के लिए आप जैसे व्यक्त शरीर में आते हैं। ⁶¹समान बनना पड़ता है ना।

³¹Those with such personality never keep their mind or intellect busy in trivial matters.

⁶²आप साकार में हो तो बाप को भी साकार तन का आधार लेना पड़ता है।

³²So, in front of you elevated souls, are the things of impurity big or small?

⁶³वैसे आपको व्यक्त से अव्यक्त बनना है या अव्यक्त को व्यक्त बनना है? ⁶⁴कायदा क्या कहता है?

³³Therefore, to be a tapaswi means not to see while seeing and not to hear while hearing such things.

⁶⁵अव्यक्त बनना है ना?

³⁴Have you had such practice?

⁶⁶तो फिर अव्यक्त को व्यक्त में क्यों लाते हो? ⁶⁷जब आपको भी अव्यक्त ही बनना है तो अव्यक्त को तो अव्यक्त ही रहने दो ना। ⁶⁸अव्यक्त मिलन के अनुभव को बढ़ाते चलो। ⁶⁹अव्यक्त भी ड्रामा अनुसार व्यक्त में आने के लिए बांधे हुए हैं लेकिन समय प्रमाण सरकमस्टांस प्रमाण अव्यक्त मिलन का अनुभव बहुत काम में आने वाला है।

³⁵Have you done such tapasya?

⁷⁰इसलिए इस अनुभव को इतना स्पष्ट और सहज करते जाओ, जो समय पर यह अव्यक्त मिलन साकार समान ही अनुभव हो।

³⁶Or, do you think, “I didn't want to look, but yet I saw it; I didn't want to listen, but yet I heard it”?

⁷¹समझा - उस समय ऐसे नहीं कहना कि हमको तो अव्यक्त से व्यक्त में मिलने की आदत है ।

³⁷When you do not have any connection with something, you do not see it even while seeing it.

⁷²जैसा समय वैसे मिलन मना सकते हो। ⁷³समझा!

³⁸If you see something while walking along, what do you do?

⁷⁴जो भी जहाँ से भी आये हो इस समय सभी मधुबन निवासी हो।

³⁹If it does not concern you, even while seeing it, you do not see it, do you?

⁷⁵या अपने को महाराष्ट्र निवासी, उड़ीसा निवासी… समझते हो?

⁴⁰You consider those to be side­ scenes, and go beyond them, do you not?

⁷⁶ओरिजनल तो मधुबन निवासी हो। ⁷⁷यह सेवा अर्थ भिन्न-भिन्न स्थान पर गये हो, ब्राह्मण अर्थात् मधुबन निवासी।

⁴¹In the same way, if you hear something or see something, if it is of no use to you, while hearing, do not hear it, while seeing, do not see it.

⁷⁸सेवा स्थान पर गये हो इसीलिए सेवा स्थान को मेरा यही स्थान है - यह कभी भी नहीं समझना। ⁷⁹कई बच्चे ऐसे कहते हैं, इसको चेंज करो तो कहते हैं नहीं,हमको पंजाब में वा उड़ीसा में ही भेजो।

⁴²If you imbibe it in the mind or intellect, thinking, “It is like this, it is like that”, that is known as touching waste, and that which is bad.

⁸⁰तो ओरिजनल पंजाब, उड़ीसा के हो वा मधुबन के हो ।

⁴³That means you are not a complete, true Vaishnav.

⁸¹फिर क्यों कहते हो हम पंजाब के हैं तो पंजाब में ही भेजो, गुजरात के हैं तो गुजरात में ही भेजो?

⁴⁴If there is a lower percentage in the personality of purity, it means that there is a lower percentage of tapasya.

⁸²चेंज होने में तैयार हो? ⁸³टीचर्स सभी तैयार हो?

⁴⁵Do you understand what tapasya is?

⁸⁴किसी को कहाँ भी चेंज करें, तैयार हैं?

⁴⁶Check yourself with this method.

⁸⁵देखो,दादी सभी को सर्टिफिकेट ना का दे रही है। ⁸⁶अच्छा यह भी अप्रैल में करेंगे।

⁴⁷During the Year of Tapasya, do you experience the practical form of the personality of purity?

⁸⁷जो चेंज होने के लिए तैयार हों वही मिलने आवें।

⁴⁸Personality can never remain hidden; it is definitely visible.

⁸⁸सेन्टर पर जाकर सोचेंगे यदि नहीं रहेंगे कि इसका क्या होगा, मेरा क्या होगा…? ⁸⁹थोड़ा बहुत कुछ किनारा भी करेंगी। ⁹⁰बापदादा से तपस्या की प्राइज़ लेने चाहते हो और बापदादा को तपस्या की प्राइज़ देने भी चाहते हो,या सिर्फ लेने चाहते हो?

⁴⁹You saw sakar Brahma Baba, and just as you used to experience the personality of purity very clearly, you experienced this sign of tapasya, so now others should experience this through you.

⁹¹सभी सेन्टर से सरेन्डर होकर आना। ⁹²नये मकान में आसक्ति है क्या?

⁵⁰You can give an experience through both your face and your character.

⁹³मेहनत करके बनाया है ना, जहाँ मेरापन है वहाँ तपस्या किसको कहा जायेगा? ⁹⁴तपस्या अर्थात् तेरा और तपस्या भंग होना माना मेरा।

⁵¹Even now, many people experience this, but you must now spread this experience among others through yourself.

⁹⁵समझा - ये तो सब छोटी-छोटी टीचर्स हैं कहेंगी हर्जा नहीं यहाँ से वहाँ हो जायेंगी।

⁵²Today, Baba told you about the personality. ⁵³Baba will talk about royalty at another time.

⁹⁶बड़ों को थोड़ा सोचना पड़ता।

⁵⁴Everyone has come to celebrate a meeting.

⁹⁷अच्छा - जो सेन्टर पर आने वाले हैं वो भी सोचते होंगे हमारी टीचर चली जायेगी,आप सभी भी एवररेडी हो?

⁵⁵BapDada also comes into a corporeal body like yours in order to celebrate a meeting.

⁹⁸कोई भी कहाँ भी चली जाये।

⁵⁶He has to become the same as you.

⁹⁹वा कहेंगे हमको तो यही टीचर चाहिए? ¹⁰⁰जो समझते हैं कि कोई भी टीचर मिले उसमें राज़ी हैं वह हाथ उठावें।

⁵⁷Since you are in the corporeal, the Father also has to take the support of a corporeal body.

¹⁰¹कोई भी टीचर मिले बापदादा जिम्मेवार है, दादी दीदी जिम्मेवार है,वह हाथ उठायें।

⁵⁸However, do you in fact have to change from corporeal to subtle, or does the subtle have to become the corporeal?

¹⁰²अभी ये टी.वी. में तो निकाला है ना।

⁵⁹What does the law say?

¹⁰³सभी के फोटो टी.वी. में निकाल लो फिर देखेंगे।

⁶⁰You want to become avyakt, do you not?

¹⁰⁴अन्तिम पेपर का क्वेश्चन ही यह आना है - नष्टोमोहा स्मृति स्वरूप।

⁶¹In that case, why do you bring the subtle (avyakt) into the corporeal?

¹⁰⁵तो अन्तिम पेपर के लिए तो सभी तैयार होना ही है । ¹⁰⁶रिहर्सल करेंगे ना, ज़ोन हेड को भी चेंज करेंगे।

⁶²Since you also have to become subtle, why do you not let the subtle remain the subtle?

¹⁰⁷पाण्डवों को भी चेंज करेंगे। ¹⁰⁸आपका है ही क्या ?

⁶³Continue to increase the experience of the subtle meeting.

¹⁰⁹बापदादा ने दिया और बापदादा ने लिया। ¹¹⁰अच्छा- सभी एवररेडी हैं इसलिए अभी सिर्फ हाथ उठाने की मुबारक हो। ¹¹¹चारों ओर के सफल तपस्वी आत्माओं को,सदा प्योरिटी के पर्सनैलिटी में रहने वाली,सदा प्योरिटी के रॉयल्टी में रहने वाली, सदा सच्चे सम्पूर्ण वैष्णव आत्मायें, सदा समय प्रमाण स्वयं को परिवर्तन करने वाले विश्व परिवर्तक, ऐसे सदा योगी, सहज योगी, स्वतः योगी, महान आत्माओं को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते।

¹¹²पार्टियों से मुलाकात ¹¹³1- सभी तपस्वी आत्माएं हैं - ऐसे अनुभव करते हो? ¹¹⁴तपस्या अर्थात् एक बाप दूसरा न कोई।

⁶⁴According to the drama, the subtle is also tied in the bondage of the drama to come into the corporeal.

¹¹⁵ऐसे है या दूसरा कोई है अभी भी कोई है? ¹¹⁶कोई व्यक्ति या कोई वैभव? ¹¹⁷एक के सिवाए और कोई नहीं या थोड़ा-थोड़ा लगाव है?

⁶⁵However, according to the circumstances, the experience of the subtle meeting will be very useful.

¹¹⁸निमित्त बनवर सेवा करना वह और बात है लेकिन लगाव जहाँ भी होगा, चाहे व्यक्ति में,चाहे वैभव में, तो लगाव की निशानी है, वहाँ बुद्धि जरूर जायेगी।

⁶⁶Therefore, make this experience so clear and easy that you experience the subtle meeting in the same way that you experience the corporeal meeting.

¹¹⁹मन भागेगा जरूर।

⁶⁷Do you understand?

¹²⁰तो चेक करो कि सारे दिन में मन और बुद्धि कहाँ-कहाँ भागती है?

⁶⁸At that time, do not say that you have the habit of meeting the subtle in the corporeal.

¹²¹सिवाए बाप और सेवा के और कहाँ तो मन-बुद्धि नहीं जाती?

⁶⁹You should be able to celebrate the meeting according to the time.

¹²²अगर जाती है तो लगाव है।

⁷⁰Do you understand?

¹²³अगर व्यवहार भी करते हो,जो भी करते हो, वो भी ट्रस्टी बनकर। ¹²⁴मेरा नहीं, तेरा। ¹²⁵मेरा काम है,मुझे ही देखना पड़ता है… मेरी जिम्मेवारी है… ऐसे कहते हो कभी?

⁷¹No matter where all of you have come from, at the moment, all of you are Madhuban residents, or do you consider yourselves to be Maharashtra residents or Orissa residents? ⁷²Originally, you are Madhuban residents.

¹²⁶क्या करें, मेरी जिम्मेवारी है ना, निभाना पड़ता है ना,करना पड़ता है ना, कहते हो कभी?

⁷³You have gone to different places for the sake of service; Brahmins means Madhuban residents.

¹²⁷या तेरा तेरे अर्पण, मेरा कहाँ से आया? ¹²⁸तो यह बोल भी नहीं बोल सकते हो?

⁷⁴You have gone to your place of service, therefore never consider your place of service to be your place.

¹²⁹मुझे ही देखना पड़ता है, मुझे ही करना पड़ता है, मेरा ही है, निभाना ही पड़ेगा…। ¹³⁰मेरा कहा और बोझ हुआ।

⁷⁵Many children are told to change their place, and they reply, “No, send us to Punjab, or send us to Orissa.”

¹³¹बाप का है, बाप करेगा, मैं निमित्त हूँ तो हल्के।

⁷⁶Are you originally from Punjab or Orissa, or from Madhuban?

¹³²बोझ उठाने की आदत तो नहीं है? ¹³³63 जन्म बोझ उठाया ना। ¹³⁴कइयों की आदत होती है बोझ उठाने की।

⁷⁷So why do you say that you are from Punjab, and that you should only be sent to Punjab?

¹³⁵बोझ उठाने बिना रह नहीं सकते।

⁷⁸“We are from Gujarat, and so only send us to Gujarat?”

¹³⁶आदत से मजबूर हो जाते हैं।

⁷⁹Are you ready to change your place?

¹³⁷मेरा मानना माना बोझ उठाना।

⁸⁰Are all the teachers ready?

¹³⁸समझा। ¹³⁹थोड़ा सा किनारा करके रखा है, समय पर काम में आयेगा?

⁸¹If any of you were asked to change, would you be ready?

¹⁴⁰पाण्डवों ने थोड़ा बैंक बैलेन्स, थोड़ा जेब खर्च रखा है?

⁸²Look, Dadi is giving the certificate of 'no' to all of you.

¹⁴¹जरा भी मेरापन नहीं। ¹⁴²मेरा माना मैला।

⁸³Achcha, this will be done in April.

¹⁴³जहाँ मेरापन होगा ना वहाँ विकारों का मैलापन जरूर होगा। ¹⁴⁴तेरा है तो क्या होगा?

⁸⁴Only those who come prepared to change (transfer) should come to celebrate a meeting with Baba.

¹⁴⁵तैरते रहेंगे, डूबेंगे नहीं। ¹⁴⁶तैरने में तो मजा आता है ना! ¹⁴⁷तो तपस्या अर्थात् तेरा,मेरा नहीं।

⁸⁵When you go back to your centre, you will not wonder: “If I do not stay here, what will happen to this one?

¹⁴⁸अच्छा- ये इस्टर्न ज़ोन है।

⁸⁶What will happen to me?”

¹⁴⁹सूर्य उदय होता है ना।

⁸⁷You will step away a little.

¹⁵⁰तो इस्टर्न ज़ोन वालों के पास बाप के साथ का यादगार सूर्य सदा ही चमकता है ना।

⁸⁸You wish to claim the prize of tapasya from BapDada, and you also wish to give BapDada a prize of tapasya.

¹⁵¹सभी तपस्या में सफलता को प्राप्त कर रहे हो ना।

⁸⁹Or, do you only wish to receive it?

¹⁵²तपस्या में सन्तुष्ट हो? ¹⁵³अपने चार्ट से सन्तुष्ट हो?

⁹⁰All of you should come having surrendered: surrendered from the centre.

¹⁵⁴या अभी होना है? ¹⁵⁵यह भी एक लिफ्ट की गिफ्ट है।

⁹¹Do you have any attachment to the new building?

¹⁵⁶गिफ्ट जो होती है उसमें खर्चा नहीं करना पड़ता, खरीदने की मेहनत नहीं करनी पड़ती।

⁹²You have built it with a lot of effort, have you not?

¹⁵⁷एक तो है अपना पुरूषार्थ और दूसरा है विशेष बाप द्वारा गिफ्ट मिलना।

⁹³Where there is the consciousness of 'mine', what would tapasya be called?

¹⁵⁸तो तपस्या वर्ष एक गिफ्ट है,सहज अनुभूति की गिफ्ट।

⁹⁴Tapasya means ‘Yours’ and to break tapasya means to have the consciousness of 'mine'.

¹⁵⁹जितना जो करना चाहे कर सकता है।

⁹⁵Do you understand?

¹⁶⁰मेहनत कम,निमित्त मात्र और प्राप्ति ज्यादा कर सकते हैं। ¹⁶¹अभी भी समय है, वर्ष पूरा नहीं हुआ है।

⁹⁶All of these are very young teachers, and so they would say, “It doesn't matter; we can go from here to there.”

¹⁶²अभी भी जो लेने चाहो ले सकते हो। ¹⁶³इसलिए सफलता का सूर्य इस्ट में जगाओ।

¹⁸⁷मधुबन में बैठे हो तो सहज है, वहाँ प्रवृत्ति में रहते जब माया आती है फिर मुश्किल लगता है? ¹⁸⁸कभी-कभी क्यों लगता है,उसका कारण? ¹⁸⁹मार्ग कभी मुश्किल, कभी सहज है - ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे। ¹⁹⁰मार्ग सदा सहज है, लेकिन आप कमज़ोर हो जाते हो इसी-लिए सहज भी मुश्किल लगता है।

¹⁹¹कमज़ोर के लिए कोई छोटा सा भी कार्य भी मुश्किल लगता है।

¹¹⁸BapDada meeting groups: ¹¹⁹Do you have the experience that all of you are tapaswi souls?

¹⁹²अपनी कमज़ोरी मुश्किल बना देती है, बाकी मुश्किल है नहीं।

¹²⁰Tapasya means to belong to the one Father and none other.

¹⁹³कमज़ोर क्यों होते हैं? ¹⁹⁴क्योंकि कोई न कोई विकारों के संग दोष में आ जाते हैं।

¹²¹Is it like that or is there anyone else even now – any person or any material comfort?

¹⁹⁵सत का संग किनारे हो जाता है और दूसरा संग दोष लग जाता है।

¹²²Is there no one apart from the One?

¹⁹⁶इसलिए भक्ति में भी कहते हैं कि सदा सतसंग में रहो।

¹²³Or, is there still a little attachment?

¹⁹⁷सतसंग अर्थात् सत बाप के संग में रहना।

¹²⁴To do service as an instrument is a different matter.

¹⁹⁸तो आप सदा सतसंग में रहते हो या और संग में भी चक्कर लगाते हो? ¹⁹⁹सतसंग की कितनी महिमा है! ²⁰⁰और आप सबके लिए सत बाप का संग अति सहज है। ²⁰¹क्योंकि समीप का सम्बन्ध है।

¹²⁵But wherever there is attachment – either to a person or a possession – the sign of attachment is that wherever there is attachment your intellect will definitely be pulled there.

²⁰²सबसे समीप सम्बन्ध है बाप और बच्चे का।

¹²⁶Your mind will definitely run there.

²⁰³यह सम्बन्ध सहज भी है और साथ-साथ प्राप्ति कराने वाला भी है।

¹²⁷So, check where your mind and intellect wander to throughout the day.

²⁰⁴तो आप सभी सदा सतसंग में रहने वाले सहज योगी, सहज ज्ञानी है।

¹²⁸Your mind and intellect do not go to anything other than the Father and service, do they?

²⁰⁵सदैव यह सोचो कि हम औरों की भी मुश्किल को सहज करने वाले हैं।

¹²⁹If they do, then there is attachment.

²⁰⁶जो दूसरों की मुश्किल को सहज करने वाला होता वह स्वयं मुश्किल में नहीं आ सकता।

¹³⁰When you interact with others, that too is as a trustee; it is not ‘mine’, but ‘Yours’.

²⁰⁷अच्छा सेवा में क्वालिटी है या क्वान्टिटी है? ²⁰⁸क्वालिटी वालों की निशानी क्या होती है?

¹³¹“This is my work, I have to look after it, it is my responsibility.” – Do you ever say this?

²⁰⁹क्वालिटी वाली आत्मा की निशानी है -वह आते ही अपनापन महसूस करेगी।

¹³²“What can I do? ¹³³It is my responsibility, is it not?

²¹⁰उसको ये स्मृति स्पष्ट होगी कि मैं इसी परिवार का था और पहुँच गया हूँ।

¹³⁴So, I have to fulfill it, do I not? ¹³⁵I have to do it.”

²¹¹अपनेपन से निश्चय में या पुरूषार्थ में देरी नहीं लगेगी। ²¹²वह अपने परिवार को परख लेगा,अपने बाप को पह-चान लेगा। ²¹³तो अपनेपन का अनुभव होना ये पुरूषार्थ में क्वालिटी की निशानी है। ²¹⁴सिर्फ नाम या धन में क्वालिटी नहीं,उसको सिर्फ क्वालिटी नहीं कहा जाता है, लेकिन पुरूषार्थ की भी क्वालिटी उसमें हो और जिसका अटल निश्चय पक्का रहता है,उसका प्रभाव स्वतः ही औरों पर पड़ता है।

¹³⁶Do you ever say this?

²¹⁵अपनापन होने के कारण उसको सब सहज अनुभव होगा। ²¹⁶इसलिए तीव्र अर्थात् फास्ट जायेगा।

¹³⁷Or, is it that ‘Yours’ is surrendered to You, and so how can there be any consciousness of ‘mine’?

²¹⁷जहाँ अपनापन होता है वहाँ कोई भी काम मुश्किल नहीं लगता है।

¹³⁸So, you cannot say even these words: “I have to look after everything.

²¹⁸तो ऐसी क्वालिटी वाली आत्मायें और ज्यादा से ज्यादा निकालो। ²¹⁹समझा।

¹³⁹I have to do it. ¹⁴⁰It is mine and I have to fulfill it.”

²²⁰आप सब तो क्वालिटी वाली आत्माएं हो ना।

¹⁴¹As soon as you say, ‘mine’, it becomes a burden.

²²¹वृद्धि को प्राप्त कर रहे हो और आगे भी करते रहेंगे। ²²²पहले स्व के पुरूषार्थ में वृद्धि,फिर सेवा में।

¹⁴²It is the Father’s and the Father will do it; I am just an instrument, and so you remain light.

²²³तो देनों बातों में सदा ही वृद्धि को प्राप्त करते,उड़ते चलो। ²²⁴अच्छा।

¹⁴³You do not have the habit of carrying a burden, do you?

²²⁵माताओं को बहुत खुशी है या कभी-कभी दुःख की लहर भी आ जाती है?

¹⁴⁴You carried a burden for 63 births, did you not?

²²⁶कुछ भी हो जाये,दुःख की लहर तो नहीं आती है?

¹⁴⁵Many have the habit of carrying a burden.

²²⁷संकल्प में भी दुःख की महसूसता नहीं हो।

¹⁴⁶They cannot stay without carrying a burden.

²²⁸सुखदाता के बच्चे हो ना।

¹⁴⁷They are compelled by their habit.

²²⁹सुखदाता के बच्चों के पास दुःख की लेशमात्र भी नहीं आ सकती।

¹⁴⁸To believe it to be ‘mine’ means to carry a burden.

²³⁰स्वप्न में भी नहीं आ सकती।

¹⁴⁹Do you understand?

²³¹ऐसे सुखदायी आत्मा हो? ²³²क्या भी हो जाये दुःख नहीं हो सकता।

¹⁵⁰Have you kept aside a little, thinking that it will be useful at a time of need?

²³³सुख में रहने वाले और सुख देने वाले। ²³⁴दुःख की दुनिया को छोड़ दिया।

¹⁵¹Have the Pandavas kept a little bank­balance, a little pocket­money?

²³⁵3- डबल विदेशी बताओ - आपका इस आबू पर्वत पर कौन सा यादगार है?

¹⁵²There should not be the slightest consciousness of “mine”.

²³⁶अच्छा भारतवासी सुनाओ आपका यादगार कौन सा है?

¹⁵³To say ‘mine’ means to become dirty.

²³⁷अच्छा - भारतवासियों का यादगार अचलगढ़ है और डबल विदेशियों का यादगार दिलवाला है?

¹⁵⁴Where there is the consciousness of ‘mine’, there will definitely be the dirt of the vices.

²³⁸या देनों ही यादगार देनों के हैं?

¹⁵⁵What would happen when you say, “Yours”?

²³⁹अचलगढ़ कौन बन सकता है?

¹⁵⁶You will not drown, but will continue to swim.

²⁴⁰जिसने दिलाराम को अपना बना लिया,वही अचल बन सकता है।

¹⁵⁷You enjoy swimming, do you not?

²⁴¹इसलिए देनों ही यादगार बहुत कायदे प्रमाण बने हुए हैं।

¹⁵⁸So, tapasya means ‘Yours’, not mine. ¹⁵⁹Achcha.

²⁴²अगर दिलवाला बाप को अपना नहीं बनाया तो अचल की बजाए हलचल होती है।

¹⁶⁰This is the Eastern Zone. ¹⁶¹The sun rises in the East.

²⁴³कोई भी चीज में हलचल होती रहे तो वह टूट जायेगी और जो अचल होगी वो सदा कायम रहेगी।

¹⁶²So, the memorial of the Father’s company with the Eastern Zone is that the sun constantly shines there.

²⁴⁴तो सदैव ये स्मृति में रखो कि हम दिलवाला बाप को दिल देने वाली अचल आत्मायें हैं।

¹⁶³All of you are successful in your tapasya, are you not? ¹⁶⁴Are you satisfied with your tapasya?

²⁴⁵ये मेरा यादगार है - हरेक अनुभव करे।

¹⁶⁵Are you satisfied with your chart?

²⁴⁶ऐसे नहीं - ये ब्रह्मा बाप का या महारथियों का है।

¹⁶⁶Or, are you going to become that now?

²⁴⁷नहीं, मेरा यादगार है।

¹⁶⁷This is also a gift of a lift.

²⁴⁸देखो ड्रामानुसार अपने यादगार स्थान पर ही पहुँच गये।

¹⁶⁸There is no expense in a gift; you don’t need to make effort to buy it.

²⁴⁹नहीं तो पाकिस्तान से आबू में आना - यह तो स्वप्न में भी नहीं आ सकता था।

¹⁶⁹One is your own effort and the other is to receive a special gift from the Father.

²⁵⁰लेकिन ड्रामा में यादगार यहीं था तो कैसे पहुँच गये हैं।

¹⁷⁰So, the Year of Tapasya is a gift; a gift of easy experience.

²⁵¹अपने ही यादगार को देख हर्षित होते रहते हो।

¹⁷¹Anyone can do as much as they want.

²⁵²अचल रहना - कोई मुश्किल बात नहीं है।

¹⁷²It requires less effort, in name only, and you can have greater attainment.

²⁵³कोई भी चीज को हिलाते रहो तो मेहनत भी और मुश्किल भी।

¹⁷³Even now, there is still some time; the year has not yet ended.

²⁵⁴सीधा रख दो तो वह सहज है।

¹⁷⁴You can take whatever you want even now.

²⁵⁵ऐसे ही मन-बुद्धि द्वारा हलचल में आना कितना मुश्किल होता है और मन बुद्धि एकाग्र हो जाती है तो कितना सहज होता है।

¹⁷⁵This is why, let the sun of success rise in the East. ¹⁷⁶Are all of you always happy?

²⁵⁶अभी हलचल में आना पसन्द ही नहीं करेंगे।

¹⁷⁷Or, are you unhappy when something trivial happens?

²⁵⁷अच्छा नहीं लगेगा।

¹⁷⁸Does your happiness continue to increase?

²⁵⁸आधाकल्प हलचल में आते थक गये।

¹⁷⁹It doesn’t decrease, does it?

²⁵⁹तन की भी हलचल,मन की भी हलचल, धन की भी हलचल।

¹⁸⁰Are you conquerors of Maya or does Maya show you her colours?

²⁶⁰तन से भी भटकते रहे। ²⁶¹कभी किस मन्दिर में। ²⁶²कभी किस यात्रा पर, तो कभी किस यात्रा पर और मन परेशानियों में, हलचल में आते रहा और धन में तो देखो- कभी लखपति तो कभी कखपति।

¹⁸¹No matter how many colours she shows, you are the lord of Maya; Maya is the creation and I am a master creator. ¹⁸²So, watch the game, but do not be defeated in the game.

²⁶³तो अनेक जन्मों की हलचल का अनुभव होने के कारण अभी अचल अवस्था अति प्रिय लगती है।

¹⁸³No matter how many games Maya shows you, just be an observer and watch everything of Maya as entertainment.

²⁶⁴इसीलिए दूसरों के ऊपर रहम आता है।

¹⁸⁴Do not be defeated while watching it.

²⁶⁵शुभ भावना, शुभ कामना उत्पन्न होती है कि ये भी अचल हो जाये।

¹⁸⁵Continue to observe it with detachment.

²⁶⁶अचल स्थिति वालों का विशेष गुण होगा - रहमदिल।

¹⁸⁶Are all of you those who move forward in your tapasya and claim a gift?

²⁶⁷सदा हर एक आत्मा के प्रति दातापन की भावना।

¹⁸⁷Is good service taking place?

²⁶⁸ऐसे मास्टर दाता बने हो कि दूसरे को देखकर घृणा आती है?

¹⁸⁸You are flying in your own efforts and also in service.

²⁶⁹रहम आता है, दया भाव आता है,दातापन की स्मृति आती है?

¹⁸⁹All of you are first.

²⁷⁰या क्यों क्या उत्पन्न है?

¹⁹⁰Always remain first; do not become second.

²⁷¹आप सबका विशेष टाइटल है - विश्व कल्याणकारी। ²⁷²जो विश्व कल्याणकारी है उसको हर आत्मा के प्रति कल्याण की भावना होगी।

¹⁹¹If you remain first, you will become part of the sun dynasty and if you come second, you will become part of the moon dynasty.

²⁷³उसके अन्दर स्वतः ही किसी आत्मा के प्रति भी घृणा भाव, द्वेष भाव, ईर्ष्या भाव या ग्लानि का भाव कभी उत्पन्न नहीं होगा।

¹⁹²Those who are in the first number will be conquerors of Maya. ¹⁹³You have no problems, no questions, no weaknesses. ¹⁹⁴First number means those who make fast effort.

²⁷⁴इसको कहा जाता है विश्व कल्याणकारी आत्मा।

¹⁹⁵Those who are making fast effort cannot be at the back.

²⁷⁵तो ऐसे हो? ²⁷⁶या कभी-कभी दूसरे भाव भी आ जाते हैं?

¹⁹⁶Always remember: a detached observer and the Father’s companion.

²⁷⁷बस,सदा कल्याण का भाव हो।
