¹The speciality of a life that is complete with all attainments is to be free from sadness and ²to be cheerful.

³aaj pyaar ke saagar baapdaada apne prem swaroop aatmaon ko dekh rahe hain।

³Today, BapDada, the Ocean of Love, is seeing the souls who are the embodiments of love for Him.

⁴har ek ke dil mein parmaatma pyaar samaaya hua hai।

⁴Godly love is merged in each one's heart.

⁵ye parmaatma pyaar praapta bhi ek hi janma mein hota hai।

⁵This Godly love is attained in just this one birth.

⁶83 janma dev aatmaayen va saadhaaran aatmaon dvaara mila।

⁶You received love from deity souls and ordinary souls for eighty­three births.

⁷socho,yaad karo, saare kalpa ka chakkar lagaao-svadarshan chakradhaari ho na!

⁷Just think about it and remember it. ⁸Go through the entire kalpa.

⁸to ek second mein saare kalpa ka chakkar lagaaya?

⁹You are the spinners of the discus of self­realisation, are you not?

⁹83 janmon mein parmaatma-pyaar mila tha?

¹⁰So, did you go around the entire kalpa in one second?

¹⁰nahin mila।

¹¹Did you? ¹²You didn't.

¹¹sirf is sangam par ek janma mein parmaatma pyaar praapta hua।

¹³It is only in this one birth at the confluence age that you receive Godly love.

¹²to antar ko jaan liya na! ¹³aatmaon ka pyaar aur parmaatma pyaar-kitna antar hai!

¹⁴So, you now know the difference between love from souls and love from God. ¹⁵There is so much difference between the two.

¹⁴saadhaaran aatmaon ka pyaar kahaan le gaya?

¹⁶Where did love from ordinary souls take you? ¹⁷What did it make you attain?

¹⁵kya praapta karaaya - anubhav hai na?

¹⁸You have experienced this, have you not?

¹⁶aur parmaatma-pyaar kahaan le jaata?

¹⁹And where does God's love take you?

¹⁷apne sweet hom aur sweet raajdhaani mein।

²⁰To your sweet home and your sweet kingdom.

¹⁸aatma-pyaar raajya-bhaagya ganvaata hai aur parmaatma-pyaar raajya-bhaagya dilaata hai, aur isi janma mein।

²¹Through love for human souls, you lost the fortune of the kingdom, and through God's love you receive the fortune of the kingdom in this birth.

¹⁹aise nahin ki sirf bhavishya ke aadhaar par chal rahe ho।

²²It isn't that you are moving along on the basis of the future.

²⁰nahin। ²¹direct parmaatma praapti to ab hai।

²³No, it is at this time that you have direct Godly attainment.

²²vartamaan ke aage bhavishya bhi kuchh nahin hai।

²⁴Compared to the present, the future is nothing.

²³aap log geet gaate ho na ki svarga mein kya hoga aur kya nahin hoga।

²⁵You sing the song of what there will be and what there won't be in heaven.

²⁴aur abhi ka geet kya hai?

²⁶You have attained what you had to attain.

²⁵jo paana tha vo pa liya… va paana hai?

²⁷Or, do you still have to attain it.

²⁶pa liya।

²⁸You have attained it.

²⁷paandavon ne pa liya?

²⁹Have the Pandavs attained it?

²⁸gopiyon ka to gaayan hai hi।

³⁰There is the memorial of the gopies.

²⁹is samay ka gaayan hai ki apraapta nahin koi vastu braahmanon ke khazaane mein।

³¹The memorial of the present time is that nothing is lacking in the treasure­ store of Brahmins.

³⁰devtaaon ke khazaane mein nahin, braahmanon ke khazaane mein।

³²Not in the treasure­store of deities, but in the treasure­store of Brahmins.

³¹to abhi brahman ho na?

³³So, who are you at present?

³²to anubhav karte ho ki apraapta nahin koi vastu?

³⁴You are Brahmins, are you not? ³⁵Do you have the experience that nothing is lacking?

³³aur ye praaptiyaan avinaashi hain, alpakaal ki nahin hain। ³⁴to jisko sarva praaptiyaan hain uske jeevan mein kya visheshta hogi?

³⁶Where there are all attainments and these attainments are imperishable, not temporary, then what speciality would someone who has all attainments in his life have?

³⁵sab praaptiyaan hain, ek bhi kam nahin hai to uski chalan aur chehre mein kya visheshta dikhaai degi?

³⁷If someone has all attainments, and not a single attainment is lacking, then what speciality would be visible in his activity and on his face?

³⁶sada prasannata।

³⁸Constant cheerfulness.

³⁷kuchh bhi ho jaaye lekin sarva praaptivaan apni prasannata chhod nahin sakta।

³⁹No matter what happens, someone who has all attainments cannot let go of his cheerfulness.

³⁸aprasannata kabhi bhi hoti hai to check karo ki apraapti ka anubhav hota hai ya sarva praaptiyon ka?

⁴⁰Wherever there is sadness, check whether you experience a lack of attainment or whether you have all attainments.

³⁹aaj baapdaada ne bahut hi, sevaakendra aur up-sevaakendra dekhe, videsh mein nahin, desh mein sevaakendra dekhe।

⁴¹Today, BapDada saw many centres and sub­centres; not in the foreign lands, but in this land. ⁴²In the service centres, there are the special servers.

⁴⁰sevaakendra mein vishesh to sevaadhaari hain,to aaj chakkar lagaate hue sevaadhaari aur sevaasthaan,donon dekhe।

⁴³So today, whilst touring around the centres, Baba saw both the servers and the service places.

⁴¹har ek sthaan mein, chaahe chhote,chaahe bade,sabhi mein check kiya ki sevaadhaari tan se, man se,dhan se aur seva ke sambandh-samparka se kitne prasanna hain? ⁴²kyonki vishesh to yahi baaten hain na!

⁴⁴In each place, whether it was big or small, Baba checked each server to see to what extent they are cheerful whilst serving through their body, their mind, their wealth and the relations and contacts in service.

⁴³to kya dekha?

⁴⁵What is special?

⁴⁴tan to sabke puraane hain hi,chaahe javaan hain, chaahe bade hain, chhote aur hi badon se bhi kahaan-kahaan kamzor hain, chaahe beemaari badi hai lekin beemaari ki mahsoosta ki main kamzor hoon,main beemaar hoon - ye beemaari ko badha deti hai।

⁴⁶It is these things; so what did Baba see? ⁴⁷Everyone's body is old anyway, whether they are young or old. ⁴⁸In fact, the younger ones are sometimes weaker than the old ones. ⁴⁹Even if their illness is serious, the feeling of being ill or the thought "I am weak, I am ill", increases the illness.

⁴⁵kyonki tan ka prabhaav man par aa gaya to double beemaar ho gaye।

⁵⁰Because the body affects the mind, you therefore become doubly ill; the body and the mind.

⁴⁶tan aur man donon se double beemaar hone ke kaaran baar-baar soul conscious ke bajaay beemaari conscious ho jaate hain।

⁵¹Because of being doubly ill, instead of being soul conscious, again and again you become illness conscious.

⁴⁷to kya dekha?

⁵²So what did Baba see?

⁴⁸ki tan se to majority, beemaar kaho ya hisaab-kitaab chuktu karna kaho, kar rahe hain, lekin50 percent double beemaar aur 50percent single beemaar hain।

⁵³He saw that with the body, whether you call them ill or call it their accounts ­ the majority are settling their accounts ­ 50% are doubly ill and 50% are ill in a single way.

⁴⁹baaki hona kya chaahiye?

⁵⁴But what should happen?

⁵⁰kabhi bhi man mein beemaari ka sankalp nahin laana chaahiye-main beemaar hoon, main beemaar hoon… lekin hota kya hai?

⁵⁵You must never bring any thoughts of illness into your mind, thinking, "I am ill, I am ill". ⁵⁶What happens then?

⁵¹ye paath pakka ho jaata hai ki main beemaar hoon… kabhi-kabhi kisi samay beemaar hote nahin hain lekin man mein khushi nahin hai to bahaana karenge ki mere kamar mein darda hai।

⁵⁷You make this lesson firm, "I am ill". ⁵⁸Then, sometimes, although you are not ill, you have pain in your back. ⁵⁹The majority has this: pain in their leg or pain in their back.

⁵²kyonki majority ko ya to taang darda, ya kamar ka darda hota hai, kai baar darda hota nahin hai phir bhi kahenge mere ko kamar mein darda hai।

⁶⁰Then, sometimes, there isn't any pain, but, because of not having happiness in their mind, they make excuses, "I have a back­ache".

⁵³abhi uski checking kaise ho?

⁶¹How can you check this?

⁵⁴doctors ke paas iska koi thermometer hai,jo kamar darda hai ya nahin vo check kar sake?

⁶²Do the doctors have any thermometer which can check whether there truly is back­ache or not? ⁶³Has anything like this been invented?

⁵⁵X-ray karaao,ye karaao,vo to aur hi kharcha lagaao।

⁶⁴Get an X-ray, do this, etc. ⁶⁵This incurs further expense.

⁵⁶to kya dekha, tan ke baare mein sunaaya।

⁶⁶So what did Baba see? ⁶⁷Baba told you about the body.

⁵⁷kai sevaadhaari aise dikhaai diye।

⁶⁸Many servers like this were seen.

⁵⁸sevaadhaari aap sabhi ho।

⁶⁹All of you are servers.

⁵⁹aise nahin samajhna sirf teachers ki baat hai।

⁷⁰Do not think that this only applies to the teachers; no.

⁶⁰sevaadhaari aap pravritti vaale bhi ho na?

⁷¹All of you householders are also servers, are you not?

⁶¹ki jo centres par rehte hain vo sevaadhaari hain?

⁷²Or, are only those who are living at the centres servers?

⁶²aap log pravritti mein rahne vaale bhi sevaadhaari ho।

⁷³All of you living in the household; are you servers? ⁷⁴Are the mothers servers?

⁶³kabhi aapke gharon ka bhi chakkar lagaayenge। ⁶⁴dekhenge ki kaise sote ho,kaise uthte ho? ⁶⁵double bed hai,single bed hai?

⁷⁵Sometimes, Baba tours around your homes and sees how you sleep, how you wake up; whether you have a double bed or a single bed.

⁶⁶achha ye to aaj ke chakkar ki baat hai।

⁷⁶Achcha, Baba is now talking about today's tour.

⁶⁷aajkal ke hisaab se davaaiyaan khaana ye badi baat nahin samjho।

⁷⁷According to the time nowadays, do not think that it is a big thing to take medicine.

⁶⁸kyonki kaliyug ka vartamaan samay sabse shaktishaali fruit ye davaaiyaan hain।

⁷⁸Because, at the present time, the most powerful fruit of the iron age is medicine.

⁶⁹dekho koi rang-birangi to hain na।

⁷⁹Look, they are all so colourful.

⁷⁰kaliyug ke last ka yahi ek fruit hai to kha lo pyaar se।

⁸⁰This is the last fruit of the iron age which you should eat with love.

⁷¹davaai khaana ye beemaari yaad nahin dilaata।

⁸¹When you eat medicine, it doesn't have to remind you of the illness.

⁷²agar davaai ko mazboori se khaate ho to mazboori ki davaai beemaari yaad dilaati hai aur shareer ko chalaane ke liye ek shakti bhar rahe hain, us smriti mein khaayenge to davaai beemaari yaad nahin dilaayegi,khushi dilaayegi to bas do-teen din mein davaai se theek ho jaayenge।

⁸²If you eat your medicine under compulsion, then compulsive medicine will remind you of your illness, whereas if you eat it with the consciousness of taking it to put strength into your body, then the medicine will not remind you of your illness. ⁸³If you think that it will give happiness, then through that medicine, you will be all right in two or three days.

⁷³aajkal ke to bahut naye fashion hain, kaliyug mein sabse jyaada invention aajkal davaaiyaan ya alag-alag therapy nikaali hai, aaj phalaani therapy hai, aaj phalaani,to ye kaliyug ke season ka shaktishaali phal hai।

⁸⁴Nowadays, there are many new fashions. ⁸⁵In the iron age, the maximum inventions are of medicine and different therapies. ⁸⁶Today, there is this therapy and tomorrow, there will be that therapy, and so this is the most powerful fruit of the iron age.

⁷⁴isliye ghabraao nahin।

⁸⁷Therefore, don't be afraid.

⁷⁵lekin davaai kaanses,beemaari kaanses hokar nahin khaao।

⁸⁸However, do not take medicine whilst being medicine conscious or illness conscious.

⁷⁶to tan ki beemaari honi hi hai,nai baat nahin hai।

⁸⁹So, of course, there will be illness of the body; that is nothing new.

⁷⁷isliye beemaari se kabhi ghabraana nahin।

⁹⁰Therefore, do not ever be afraid of any illness.

⁷⁸beemaari aai aur usko fruit thoda khila do aur vidaai de do।

⁹¹When it comes, give it some fruit and then bid it farewell.

⁷⁹achha ye hua tan ki result।

⁹²Achcha, this was the result in terms of the body.

⁸⁰phir aur kya dekha?

⁹³Then, what else did Baba see?

⁸¹man,man mein kya dekha?

⁹⁴What did Baba see about the mind?

⁸²ek baat khushkhabri ki ye dekhi ki majority har ek sevaadhaari ke man mein baap ka pyaar aur seva ka umang donon hain।

⁹⁵Baba saw the good news that in the majority, each server has a lot of love for Baba and a lot of enthusiasm for service.

⁸³baaki 25percent koi mazboori se chal raha hai, vo chhodo। ⁸⁴lekin majority ke man mein ye donon baaten dekhi।

⁹⁶Leaving aside the 25% who may be moving along under compulsion, Baba saw both these aspects in the mind of the majority of children.

⁸⁵aur ye bhi dekha ki baap se pyaar hone ke kaaran yaad mein bhi shaktishaali ho baithne ka,chalne ka, seva karne ka attention bahut dete hain lekin khel kya hota hai ki chaahte hain ki yaad ki seat par achhi tarah se set hokar baith jaayen lekin thoda time to set hote hain phir hilna-dulna shuru hota hai।

⁹⁷Baba also saw that, because of having love for the Father, you pay a lot of attention to sit in remembrance, to progressing and doing service. ⁹⁸However, what game takes place then? ⁹⁹That although you desire to remain set on the seat of remembrance very well, you only remain set for a short time; then you start fidgeting.

⁸⁶jaise bachcha hota hai,usko jyaada time seat par bithaao to hilega zarur। ⁸⁷to man bhi agar control mein,order mein nahin hai to thoda time to bahut achhe baithte hain, chalte hain,seva bhi karte hain lekin kabhi set hote hain, kabhi upset bhi ho jaate hain।

¹⁰⁰Just like little children would definitely start to fidget if you make them sit on a seat for a long time, so too, if your mind is not under control, if it is not in order, then you only remain seated well for a short time. ¹⁰¹You progress and also do service, but sometimes, you are set and sometimes you become upset.

⁸⁸kaaran kya hai?

¹⁰²What is the reason for this?

⁸⁹hona set chaahte hain lekin upset kyon hote hain?

¹⁰³You wish to be set, but why do you become upset?

⁹⁰kaaran kya hai?

¹⁰⁴What is the reason for this?

⁹¹ekaagrata ki shakti, dridhta ki shakti, uski kami hai।

¹⁰⁵You lack the power of concentration and the power of determination.

⁹²plan bahut achha sochte hain, aise baithenge,ye anubhav karenge phir ye seva karenge,phir aise chalenge, lekin karma karne mein ya baithe-baithe bhi dridhta ki shakti kam ho jaati hai।

¹⁰⁶You think very well that you will sit in this way and have this experience, and that you will then do this service; that then you will move along like this. ¹⁰⁷You make very good plans. ¹⁰⁸However, whilst performing actions or even whilst just sitting idle, your power of determination reduces.

⁹³aur baaton mein man-buddhi but jaate hain।

¹⁰⁹And your mind and intellect become engaged in other things around you.

⁹⁴chaahe kaam mein busy nahin hai lekin vyartha sankalp ye sabse bada kaam hai jo apne taraph kheench leta hai।

¹¹⁰Sometimes, because you are not busy in any work, waste thoughts become the greatest work and that attracts you towards itself.

⁹⁵to sthool kaam nahin bhi ho lekin dridhta ki shakti bantane ke kaaran man aur buddhi seat par set hone ke bajaae halchal mein aa jaate hain।

¹¹¹You may not have any physical work, but because the power of determination is scattered, the mind and intellect, which you want to keep set, fluctuate.

⁹⁶baapdaada ne aap sabko jo kaam diya tha vo dekha।

¹¹²BapDada saw to what extent you carried out the work that He gave all of you.

⁹⁷baapdaada ke paas sab chitkiyaan pahunchi।

¹¹³All the notes reached BapDada.

⁹⁸lekin kai bachche bade chaalaak hain।

¹¹⁴However, many children are very tricky.

⁹⁹chaalaaki kya karte hain?

¹¹⁵What trickery did they do?

¹⁰⁰chitki likhte hain lekin naam nahin likhte।

¹¹⁶They wrote a note, but didn't write their name on it.

¹⁰¹aise samajhkar karte hain baba to jaanta hai।

¹¹⁷They wrote it in this way thinking that Baba knows everything.

¹⁰²jaanta hai, phir bhi agar kaam diya hai to kaam to poora karo na।

¹¹⁸Of course Baba knows, but, since Baba has given you some work to do, at least complete your work.

¹⁰³teacher agar kahe ye likhkar aao aur teacher ko kaho ki aap to jaante ho na - mujhe ye likhna aata hai, to teacher maanega?

¹¹⁹If your teacher tells you to write something and you tell your teacher, "Well, you know that I know to write this", would the teacher accept this?

¹⁰⁴to kai to naam hi nahin likhte।

¹²⁰Many don't even write their name.

¹⁰⁵lekin jo bhi jis group mein kaam diya hai,majority sabki ye khushi ki baat dekhi, ki sabne likha hai ki ham diamond jubilee tak karke dikhaayenge।

¹²¹However, whatever task you have been given in whichever group, Baba saw one thing in each of them. ¹²²It is a matter of happiness for the majority who have the thought that they will definitely do this by the Diamond Jubilee.

¹⁰⁶ye majority ka hai।

¹²³This applies to the majority.

¹⁰⁷aap sabka bhi hai?

¹²⁴Do you also feel the same?

¹⁰⁸jeevanmukta ho jaayenge?

¹²⁵You will then be liberated in life.

¹⁰⁹agar sabhi baaton se mukta ho gaye to kya ho jaayenge?

¹²⁶If you become free from all these things, what would happen?

¹¹⁰jeevanmukta ho jaayenge na।

¹²⁷You would be liberated in life, would you not?

¹¹¹to sabhi ne apni himmat,umang achha dikhaaya hai, chaahe foreign vaalon ne, chaahe bhaarat vaalon ne,umang-utsaah sabhi ka achha hai।

¹²⁸So, each of you has shown very good courage and enthusiasm. ¹²⁹Whether you are foreigners or Bharatwasis, the majority of you have good zeal and enthusiasm.

¹¹²koi-koi ne, bahut thodon ne likha hai,ki hamko time lagega।

¹³⁰Very few have written that they would need more time.

¹¹³lagne do unhon ko।

¹³¹Let them take more time.

¹¹⁴aap log to jeevanmukta ho jaao।

¹³²All of you should at least be liberated in life.

¹¹⁵to result mein dekha ki sabhi ko umang hai ki diamond jubilee mein kuchh karke dikhaayen।

¹³³So Baba saw in the result that everyone has the enthusiasm to definitely do something in the Diamond Jubilee.

¹¹⁶lekin baapdaada ne dekha ki jitna apne aapko diamond banaane ka umang-utsaah hai, utna hi diamond jubilee varsha mein sevaaon ke plan bhi bahut fast banaaye hain।

¹³⁴However, BapDada saw that to the extent that you have zeal and enthusiasm to make yourself into a diamond, to that extent, you also make very fast plans for service for the Diamond Jubilee.

¹¹⁷fast banaaye hain ismen baapdaada khush hai lekin aisa nahin kehna ki bahut seva ka bojh tha na iseelie thoda neeche-oopar ho gaya।

¹³⁵BapDada is happy that you have made fast plans. ¹³⁶However, do not then say that the burden of service was too much and so there was some fluctuation.

¹¹⁸ye baapdaada nahin chaahte।

¹³⁷BapDada does not want this.

¹¹⁹seva jo svayan ko va doosre ko disturb kare vo seva nahin hai, svaartha hai।

¹³⁸Service that disturbs you or others is not service. ¹³⁹That is selfishness, it is not service.

¹²⁰aur nimitta koi na koi svaartha hi hota hai isliye neeche-oopar hote hain।

¹⁴⁰And when there is fluctuation, it is because of one or another selfish motive.

¹²¹chaahe apna, chaahe doosre ka svaartha jab poora nahin hota hai tab seva mein disturbance hoti hai।

¹⁴¹When either your own selfishness or that of others is not fulfilled, you become upset in service.

¹²²isliye svaartha se nyaare aur sarva ke sambandh mein pyaare bankar seva karo,tab jo sankalp kiya hai va lakshya rakha hai ki diamond jubilee mein diamond ban diamond jubilee manaayenge, woh poora ho sakega।

¹⁴²All of you should become detached and loving: detached from selfishness and loving in your relationships with everyone. ¹⁴³Until you fulfil this aim, the thought that you have had for the Diamond Jubilee, that you will become a diamond and celebrate the Diamond Jubilee, will not be fulfilled.

¹²³aadha nahin yaad karna।

¹⁴⁴Do not just remember half of it.

¹²⁴kai aise javaab dete hain,kehte hain diamond jubilee to manaane ki thi to manaaya,usmein busy ho gaye।

¹⁴⁵Many respond to Baba, and say, that they have to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee, and so they become busy in this and that.

¹²⁵lekin baapdaada ke donon shabd yaad rakhna। ¹²⁶aadha nahin।

¹⁴⁶But you have to remember both aspects of what BapDada has said; not just half of it.

¹²⁷diamond ban,diamond jubilee manaani hai।

¹⁴⁷You have to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee having become a diamond.

¹²⁸sirf manaani hai nahin,bankar manaani hai। ¹²⁹to matlab ka arth nahin lena - mana liya na।

¹⁴⁸It is not that you just have to celebrate it, but you have to become a diamond and celebrate it.

¹³⁰lekin bankar manaaya? ¹³¹bankarke manaana - ye hai diamond jubilee ka lakshya।

¹⁴⁹So, do not take just the aspect that suits you and celebrate it in that way, but become this and then celebrate it.

¹³²to aadha lakshya nahin poora karna। ¹³³double hai - banna aur manaana।

¹⁵⁰To become a diamond and then celebrate it is the aim for the Diamond Jubilee.

¹³⁴sirf banna nahin, sirf manaana nahin। ¹³⁵donon saath-saath ho।

¹⁵¹Do not fulfil only half the aim; you have a double aim.

¹³⁶aur aap sabko maaloom hai ki jab aap diamond jubilee ke va diamond banne ke plan bana rahe ho to aap sabse pahle maaya bhi apna plan bana rahi hai। ¹³⁷isliye ye nahin kehna - kya karen baba, himmat kam ho gai, maaya bahut tej hai,maaya ko apne paas rakho।

¹⁵²You have to become and celebrate; not just become or not just celebrate, but both should be together. ¹⁵³And, all of you know that since you are making plans for the Diamond Jubilee, that you are making plans to become diamonds, then, Maya is also making her plans in advance. ¹⁵⁴Therefore, do not say, "What can I do Baba?

¹³⁸raajya aap karenge aur maaya ko baba sambhaalenge!

¹⁵⁵I lack courage. ¹⁵⁶Maya is very sharp, and so keep Maya with You."

¹³⁹raajya to aapko karna hai na।

¹⁵⁷You will rule the kingdom, and Baba will look after Maya?!

¹⁴⁰maayaajeet jagatjeet banta hai, to maaya ko jeetne ke bina jagatjeet kaise banenge?

¹⁵⁸You have to rule the kingdom. ¹⁵⁹Those who are the conquerors of Maya become the conquerors of the world.

¹⁴¹iseeliye chaaron or attention please। ¹⁴²samjha?

¹⁶⁰So, how can you become the conquerors of the world without conquering Maya?

¹⁴³achha। ¹⁴⁴chakkar ka aadha sunaaya,aadha phir sunaayenge।

¹⁶¹Therefore, in all directions, attention please. ¹⁶²Do you understand? ¹⁶³Achcha.
