¹The easy method to be constantly powerful is to have positive thoughts and good wishes for others.

³aaj sneh sampanna smriti divas hai।

²Today is the day of remembrance filled with love.

⁴chaaron or ke bachchon ke sneh ka,dil ka aavaaz baapdaada ke paas pahunch gaya hai।

³The sound of love from the hearts of the children in all four directions has reached BapDada.

⁵yeh sneh sukh swaroop sneh hai।

⁴This love is filled with happiness.

⁶baapdaada is divas ko smriti divas ke saath-saath samarthi divas kehte hain। ⁷kyonki brahma baap ne apne saakaar swaroop mein sarva kaarya karne ki samaarthiyaan arthaat shaktiyaan saakaar roop mein bachchon ko arpan kiya।

⁵As well as calling this the day of remembrance, BapDada also calls it a day of power because Brahma Baba, in his corporeal form, surrendered his powers to the children for them to carry out all tasks in the corporeal form.

⁸is divas ko san shows father ke vardaan ka din kaha jaata hai।

⁶This day is called the day with the blessing of "Son shows the Father".

⁹saakaar roop mein bachchon ko aage kiya aur pharishta roop mein apne bachchon ki aur vishwa ki seva aarambha kiya।

⁷In the corporeal form Baba put the children in the front, and in the angelic form he started the service of his children and the world.

¹⁰ye18 January ka divas brahma baap ke sampoorn nashtomoha smriti swaroop ka raha।

⁸The 18th of January is the day of remembrance when Brahma Baba became completely free from all attachment.

¹¹jaise geeta ke 18adhyaay ka saar hai - bhagwan ne arjun ko nashtomoha smriti swaroop banaaya।

⁹The essence of the eighteen chapters of the Gita is that God made Arjuna the conqueror of attachment and the embodiment of remembrance.

¹²to ye 18 ka yaadgaar hai ki brahma baap kitna hi bachchon ke prati ati snehi rahe,jo bachche anubhvi hain ki sada seva ke nimitta bachchon ko kitna yaad karte - anubhav hai na! ¹³moh nahin raha lekin dil ka pyaar raha।

¹⁰So, this 18th is the memorial of this. ¹¹No matter how much love Brahma Baba had for the children, he didn't have attachment but love in his heart. ¹²And, of course, the children have experienced how much Baba used to remember those who were instruments in service; you had this experience, did you not?

¹⁴kyonki moh usko kaha jaata hai jismen apna svaartha ho।

¹³Attachment is that in which one has selfish motives.

¹⁵to brahma baap ka apna svaartha nahin raha, lekin bachchon mein seva arth ati sneh raha।

¹⁴However, Brahma Baba didn't have any selfish motives for himself, but he did have extreme love for the children in the name of service.

¹⁶phir bhi saath rehte,bachchon ko saamne dekhte bhi koi deh ke roop mein yaad sataai nahin।

¹⁵This is why the remembrance of the children didn't pull him. ¹⁶He was always loving and yet detached.

¹⁷ekdam nyaara aur pyaara raha। ¹⁸isliye kaha jaata hai smriti swaroop nashtomoha।

¹⁷This is why it is said: the conqueror of attachment and the embodiment of remembrance.

¹⁹koi meraapan nahin raha, dehbhaan se bhi nashtomoha। ²⁰to ye divas aise follow father ka paath padhaane ka divas raha।

¹⁸He had no consciousness of "mine" for anything; he even became free from attachment to the consciousness of the body.

²¹ye avyakt divas duniya ki anzaan aatmaon ko parmaatma kaarya ki taraph jagaane ka raha। ²²kyonki majority log brahma baap ko dekhkar yahi sochte ya samajhte the ki inhon ka param aatma brahma hai।

¹⁹So, today is the day for learning the lesson of following the father in the same way. ²⁰This avyakt day has been a day for making souls without knowledge aware of God's task, because on seeing father Brahma, the majority of people used to think and believe that Brahma was your God.

²³ye brahmaakumaariyaan,brahma ko hi bhagwan maanti hain।

²¹They used to think that Brahma was the God of the Brahma Kumaris.

²⁴aur brahma ne saakaar mein part parivartan kiya to kya sochne lage ki abhi to brahmaakumaariyon ka bhagwan chala gaya aur ye brahmaakumaariyon ka kaarya aaj nahin to kal samaapta ho jaayega।

²²However, what did they think when Brahma transformed his part from the corporeal form? ²³That now the God of the Brahma Kumaris has gone away. ²⁴But did he go away? ²⁵And they even thought that, if not today then tomorrow, the work of the Brahma Kumaris would end.

²⁵lekin aap jaante hain ki inhon ka karaavanhaar brahma dvaara bhi paramatma tha,hai aur ant tak rahega।

²⁶However, you know that your Karankaravanhar working through Brahma was the Supreme Soul: He is and will be till the end.

²⁶to ye parmaatma kaarya hai, vyakti ka kaarya nahin hai।

²⁷So this is God's task. ²⁸It is not the work of any human being.

²⁷ye pahchaan brahma baap ke saakaar part parivartan hone ke baad samajhte hain ki inhon ko koi shakti chala rahi hai, abhi bhi bichaare paramatma ko nahin jaante।

²⁹They only recognised this after Brahma Baba changed his part from the corporeal form; they realised that some power was working for you, but even now, the poor, helpless people don't know God.

²⁸lekin koi shakti kaarya kara rahi hai,vo kaun-si shakti hai, usko bhi dekh rahe hain, soch rahe hain aur aakhir to samajhna hi hai।

³⁰They know that some power is working, but they are still thinking about who that power is. ³¹They are seeing it and thinking about it; eventually, they will understand it.

²⁹to kiska kaarya hai?

³²So, whose task is this?

³⁰brahma baap ka ya param aatma ka brahma dvaara?

³³Is it father Brahma's or is it that of God working through Brahma?

³¹kiska kaarya hai?

³⁴Whose task is it?

³²jo bachche saakaar ke baad mein aaye hain vo sochte hain ki brahma baba ne apna saakaar part itna jaldi kyon poora kiya?

³⁵You might say that the children who came after the part of sakar Baba are wondering: Why did Brahma Baba finish his sakar part so quickly?

³³ham to dekhte na! ³⁴ham to milte na!

³⁶Otherwise, we could also have at least seen him!

³⁵sochte ho na?

³⁷We could have met him!

³⁶lekin kalpa pahle ka bhi gaayan hai ki kaurav sena ke nimitta bane hue mahaaveer ka kalyaan kis dvaara hua?

³⁸You think in this way, do you not? ³⁹In the memorial of the previous kalpa, through whom did the mahavir instruments of the Kaurav army receive benefit?

³⁷shakti dvaara hua na!

⁴⁰They benefitted through the Shaktis.

³⁸to shaktiyon ka part drama mein saakaar roop mein noondha hua hai।

⁴¹So, according to the drama, the part of the Shaktis has been fixed in the corporeal form.

³⁹aur sab maante bhi hain ki maatri shakti ke bina is vishwa ka kalyaan hona asambhav hai।

⁴²And everyone even believes that it is impossible for there to be world benefit without the power of the mothers.

⁴⁰to brahma baap pharishta kyon bana?

⁴³So, why did Brahma Baba become an angel?

⁴¹saakaar part parivartan kyon hua?

⁴⁴Why was the sakar part changed?

⁴²agar brahma baap pharishta roop nahin dhaaran karta to aap itni aatmaayen yahaan pahunch nahin paati।

⁴⁵If Brahma Baba didn't adopt the angelic form, all of you souls would not have reached here today.

⁴³kyonki vaayumandal ki bhraantiyaan is vishwa kraanti ke kaarya ko halka kar rahi thi।

⁴⁶Because the uncertainty in the atmosphere was making the task of this world revolution fluctuate.

⁴⁴to brahma baap ka pharishta banna aap jyaada se jyaada bachchon ke bhaagya khulne ka kaaran raha।

⁴⁷So Brahma Baba becoming avyakt became the reason for opening the fortune of the maximum number of children.

⁴⁵abhi pharishte roop mein jo seva ki fast gati hai vo dekh rahe ho na!

⁴⁸You can now see the fast speed of service through the angelic form. ⁴⁹You can see that, can't you?

⁴⁶fast gati hui ya kam hui hai?

⁵⁰Did the speed become fast or slow?

⁴⁷fast hui hai na!

⁵¹It became very fast.

⁴⁸to fast gati hui tabhi aap yahaan pahunche ho।

⁵²It is because everything became so fast that all of you reached here.

⁴⁹nahin to soye hue the achhi tarah se।

⁵³Otherwise, you would still be fast asleep.

⁵⁰to aaj ka divas aisa nahin hai jaise log manaate hain - chala gaya, chala gaya।

⁵⁴So today is not the same as how other people celebrate such a day; they think that he has now gone.

⁵¹lekin umang-utsaah aata hai ki follow father, ham bhi aise smriti swaroop nashtomoha banen।

⁵⁵But, in fact, there is zeal and enthusiasm to follow the father and become an embodiment of remembrance and a conqueror of attachment, the same as Baba.

⁵²ye practical paath padhne ka divas hai।

⁵⁶This is the day for learning this lesson practically.

⁵³aaj aap kisi ke bhi dil se duhkh ke aansu nikle? ⁵⁴nikle ya andar- andar thoda aaya!

⁵⁷Out of all of you sitting here, whether sitting at the back, at the front or anywhere else, did any of you have tears of sorrow in your heart today?

⁵⁵jisko duhkh ki thodi bhi lahar aai vo haath uthaao।

⁵⁸Did you have any tears or did you feel something inside?

⁵⁶duhkh hua? ⁵⁷nahin hua?

⁵⁹No; maybe one or two of you had tears.

⁵⁸aaj ke din to brahma baap ko seva ka saathi banne ka din hai।

⁶⁰Those who had the slightest feeling of sorrow, raise your hands!

⁵⁹aap sab saathi ho ki saakshi ho?

⁶¹Did you feel any sorrow? ⁶²You didn't, did you?

⁶⁰seva mein saathi aur maaya ki paristhitiyon se saakshi।

⁶³Today is the day that Brahma Baba became a service companion. ⁶⁴Are all of you companions also?

⁶¹maaya ko to welcome kiya hai na ki ghabraate ho-haay, kya ho gaya!

⁶⁵Or, are you just observers? ⁶⁶You are companions in service and observers of the situations of Maya.

⁶²thoda-thoda ghabraate ho?

⁶⁷You have welcomed Maya, have you not?

⁶³maaya ke halke-halke roopon ko to aap bhi jaan gaye ho aur maaya bhi sochti hai ki ye jaan gaye hain lekin jab koi bhi vikraal roop ki maaya aave to sada saakshi hokar khel karo। ⁶⁴jaise vo kushti ka khel hota hai na, dekha hai ki dikhaayen?

⁶⁸Or, are you afraid, thinking, "What has happened?" ⁶⁹Are you a little afraid? ⁷⁰Whenever Maya comes to you in a fearsome form ­ you are now aware of her ordinary, insignificant form and Maya also knows that you now know her very well ­ but when she comes in a fearsome form, then hit her very hard, just like in wrestling.

⁶⁵yahaan bachche karke dikhaate hain na!

⁷¹Have you seen wrestling? ⁷²Do you want to see it?

⁶⁶to samjho ki ye kushti ka khel,khel rahe hain,achhi tarah se maaro।

⁷³Children demonstrate that here. ⁷⁴So always think that you are having a wrestling match.

⁶⁷ghabraao nahin, khel hai।

⁷⁵Therefore, hit her very hard.

⁶⁸to saakshi hokar khel karne mein maza aata hai aur maaya aa gai,maaya aa gai to ghabra jaate hain।

⁷⁶Don't be afraid, it's just a sport. ⁷⁷You enjoy it more when you play as a detached observer.

⁶⁹kuchh bhi taakat abhi maaya mein nahin hai।

⁷⁸But if you think that Maya has come, then you would be afraid.

⁷⁰sirf baahar ka sher ka roop hai lekin billi bhi nahin hai। ⁷¹sirf aap logon ko ghabraane ke liye bada roop le aati hai phir sochte ho pata nahin ab kya hoga!

⁷⁹Maya doesn't have any strength any more. ⁸⁰Externally, she has the form of a lion, but in fact, she is not even like a cat. ⁸¹In order to make you afraid, she adopts a huge form and you think, "What will happen now?".

⁷²to yeh kabhi nahin kaho - kya karoon, kaise hoga,kya hoga…,lekin baapdaada ne pahle bhi yeh paath padhaaya hai ki jo ho raha hai vo achha aur jo hone vaala hai vo aur achha।

⁸²BapDada taught you this lesson earlier also: Don't ever say, "What will happen now?". ⁸³Has Baba taught you the lesson of asking questions: "What can I do? ⁸⁴How will it happen? ⁸⁵What will happen?"

⁷³brahman banna arthaat achha hi achha hai।

⁸⁶Whatever is happening is good and whatever is to happen will be even better.

⁷⁴chaahe baaten aisi hoti hain jo kabhi aapke svapna mein bhi nahin hoti aur kai baaten aise hoti hain jo agyaan kaal mein nahin hogi lekin gyaan ke baad hui hain, agyaankaal mein kabhi business neeche-oopar nahin hua hoga aur gyaan mein aane ke baad ho gaya,ghabra jaate hain - haay, gyaan chhod den!

⁸⁷To become a Brahmin means that everything is good. ⁸⁸Maybe, sometimes something that you never even dreamt about would happen, and some things may not have happened before gyan, but as soon as you come into gyan, they happen. ⁸⁹Your business may not have fluctuated before gyan, but this happens after you come into gyan, and you become afraid, thinking you should leave knowledge now.

⁷⁵lekin koi bhi paristhiti aati hai us paristhiti ko apna thode samay ke liye shikshak samjho।

⁹⁰But whenever any situation comes, consider that situation to be your teacher for a short time. ⁹¹What does a teacher do?

⁷⁶shikshak kya karta hai?

⁹²He teaches, doesn't he?

⁷⁷shiksha deta hai na! ⁷⁸to paristhiti aapko vishesh do shaktiyon ke anubhvi banaati hai - ek-sahanshakti,nyaaraapan,nashtomoha aur doosra-saamna karne ki shakti ka paath padhaati hai jisse aage ke liye aap seekh lo ki ye paristhiti,ye do paath padhaane aai hai।

⁹³So the situations also especially make you experienced in having two particular powers. ⁹⁴One is the power to tolerate, to have detachment and become a conqueror of attachment and it also teaches you the lesson of having the power to face, so that you learn something for the future. ⁹⁵So the situation has only come to teach you these two lessons: the power to tolerate and the power to face.

⁷⁹aur jo kehte rehte ho ham to trustee hain,mera kuchh nahin hai, thagi se to nahin kehte!

⁹⁶And when you say that you are just a trustee and that nothing belongs to you, do you really mean it or are you just saying it and deceiving yourself?

⁸⁰dil se kehte ho?

⁹⁷Do you really mean it in your heart?

⁸¹trustee ho ki thoda grihasthi ho?

⁹⁸Are you a trustee or a little bit of a householder?

⁸²kabhi grihasthi ban jaate kabhi trustee ban jaate?

⁹⁹Are you sometimes a trustee and sometimes a householder?

⁸³new year mein baapdaada ko do-chaar khilaune diye the, usmein kya tha ki ek taraph karo to bhaai hai,doosre taraph karo to female hai, ek hi khilauna badal jaata tha।

¹⁰⁰In the New Year, BapDada was presented with a few toys and one of them was such that when it was turned one way, it was a male figure and when turned the other way, it was a female figure. ¹⁰¹The one toy would change its form.

⁸⁴ek second mein vo ho jaata, ek second mein vo ho jaata।

¹⁰²You are not like this toy, are you? ¹⁰³Show them this toy! ¹⁰⁴If you still have it in stock, show it to them.

⁸⁵to aap aise khilaune to nahin ho, abhi-abhi grihasthi, abhi-abhi trustee।

¹⁰⁵In one second it becomes one thing, the next second it becomes something else. ¹⁰⁶You are not like that, are you?

⁸⁶thoda-thoda,kabhi-kabhi to ho jaata hai?

¹⁰⁷Being a trustee one moment and becoming a householder the next?

⁸⁷ghabraate ho na to maaya samajh jaati hai ki ye ghabra gaya hai, maaro achhi tarah se।

¹⁰⁸Maybe the Pandavs sometimes become a little like that? ¹⁰⁹When you feel afraid, Maya understands that you are afraid and so she hits you hard.

⁸⁸isliye ghabraao nahin।

¹¹⁰But don't be afraid.

⁸⁹trustee hain arthaat pahle se hi sab kuchh chhoot gaya।

¹¹¹You are already trustees, that is, you have renounced everything.

⁹⁰trustee maana sab baap ke havaale kar diya।

¹¹²To be a trustee means you have handed over everything to the Father.

⁹¹mera kya hoga!

¹¹³What would be "mine" anyway?

⁹²- bas ga ga aata hai na to gadbad hoti hai। ⁹³sab achha hai aur achha hona hi hai,nishchinta hai - isko kaha jaata hai samartha swaroop। ⁹⁴to aaj ka din kaun sa hai?

¹¹⁴When you think of something belonging to you, the intellect gets deflected and then there is a little problem. ¹¹⁵Everything is good and everything will work out well, and therefore, you are carefree.

⁹⁵samartha banne ka, nashtomoha hone ka।

¹¹⁶This is known as being an embodiment of power. ¹¹⁷So, what day is it today?

⁹⁶sirf baba bahut yaad aaye,geet gaane ka nahin hai।

¹¹⁸The day to become powerful, the day to become a conqueror of attachment.

⁹⁷to brahma baap ka pharishta roop hona drama mein parmaatma kaarya ko pratyaksha karne ka nimitta kaaran bana।

¹¹⁹It is not just a day to remember Baba and sing songs. ¹²⁰Brahma Baba becoming an angel became a means to reveal the Godly task within the drama.

¹²¹Does Brahma Baba exist or not?

¹²⁹However, at the present time, the field of service is prepared.

¹⁰⁶abhi chaahe president hai, chaahe prime minister hai,chaahe koi bhi neta hai, majority ye to maante hain na ki kaarya achha hai, ham kar sakte hain ya nahin, vo baat alag hai।

¹³⁰Now, whether it is a President, a Prime Minister or any leader, at least the majority of them believe that your work is very good. ¹³¹Whether they can do it themselves or not is a different issue.

¹⁰⁷harek ka part apna hai।

¹³²Each one's part is his own.

¹⁰⁸lekin achha kaarya hai aur ye kaarya aur aage badhna chaahiye ye to kehte hain na!

¹¹⁴abhi sabhi samajhte hain ki saakaar brahma ke baad bhi brahmaakumaariyon ne silver jubilee bhi mana li, golden bhi mana li, abhi diamond tak pahunch gaye hain।

¹³⁹Now, everyone knows that, even after sakar Baba became avyakt, you Brahma Kumaris have celebrated the silver jubilee, you have also celebrated the golden jubilee and have now reached the diamond jubilee.

¹¹⁵kyonki koi bhi bada guru chala jaata hai to gadbad ho jaati hai।

¹⁴⁰When any great guru leaves, it causes many problems. ¹⁴¹Are there any problems here?

¹²⁰ye part alag cheez hai lekin maadhyam drama mein pahle saakaar brahma raha aur abhi pharishta roop mein brahma hai।

¹⁴⁶This part (of Avyakt BapDada) is something different, but within the drama, the medium initially was sakar Brahma and now it is Brahma in his angelic form.

¹²¹brahma ko pita kahenge,rachta to brahma hai na।

¹⁴⁷Brahma is called the father. ¹⁴⁸Brahma is the creator.

¹²²ye to part beech-beech mein bachchon ki paalna karne ke liye nimitta hai।

¹⁴⁹This part is to give sustenance to the children every now and then.

¹²³baaki rachta brahma hai aur rachna ke kaarya mein abhi bhi ant tak brahma ka hi part hai।

¹⁵⁰But Brahma is the creator and he will have the part in the task of creation till the end.

¹²⁴to aaj saare din mein kiske paas maaya aai?

¹⁵¹Today, throughout the whole day, who had any Maya? ¹⁵²Did Maya come?

¹²⁵koi potra-dhotra yaad nahin aaya?

¹⁵³Did she? ¹⁵⁴Did you not remember your grandchildren?

¹²⁶to sada aise samartha raho aur iski sabse sahaj vidhi hai do shabd yaad rakho।

¹⁵⁵So constantly remain powerful in this way, and the easiest method of all is to remember two words.

¹²⁷do shabd yaad rah sakte hain na?

¹⁵⁶You are able to remember two words, are you not?

¹²⁸saari murli bhool jaaye lekin do shabd yaad rakho aur practical mein karte chalo।

¹⁵⁷You may forget the entire murli, but you can remember two words and continue to practise them.

¹²⁹vo do shabd,jaante bhi ho,koi nai baat nahin hai, ek hai shubh chintan,negative ko bhi pojetiv karo, isko kehte hain shubh chintan।

¹⁵⁸In fact, you know these two words, they are not new. ¹⁵⁹One is to have positive thoughts (subh chintan), to change the negative into positive: this is known as having positive thoughts.

¹³⁰negative pojetiv ho sakta hai aur badal sakte ho sirf check karo ki karma karte bhi shubh chintan chala?

¹⁶⁰Negative can become positive and you can change it. ¹⁶¹But simply check whether you had positive thoughts even whilst performing actions.

¹³¹aur doosra sabhi ke prati shubh chintak,to shubh chintan aur shubh chintak donon ka sambandh hai।

¹⁶²And the second is to constantly have good wishes for others. ¹⁶³So positive thoughts and good wishes (subh chintak) for others have a connection with one another.

¹³²agar shubh chintan nahin hai to shubh chintak bhi nahin ban sakte।

¹⁶⁴If you don't have positive thoughts, you can't have good wishes for others.

¹³³isliye in do baaton ka attention rakhna।

¹⁶⁵Therefore, pay attention to these two aspects.

¹³⁴samjha?

¹⁶⁶Do you understand?

¹³⁵kya karenge?

¹⁶⁷What will you do now?

¹³⁶yahin nahin bhool jaana।

¹⁶⁸Don't forget everything here.
