¹Signs of a True Server.

²aaj gyaan soorya, gyaan chandrama apne dharti ke taara mandal mein sabhi sitaaron ko dekh rahe hain।

²Today, the Sun of Knowledge and the Moon of Knowledge are seeing all the stars of the constellation of Earth.

³sitaare sabhi chamakte hue apni chamak va roshni de rahe hain।

³All the stars are sparkling and emanating their light and sparkle.

⁴bhinna-bhinna sitaare hain। ⁵koi vishesh gyaan sitaare hain, koi sahaj yogi sitaare hain, koi gundaan moorta sitaare hain। ⁶koi nirantar sevaadhaari sitaare hain। ⁷koi sada sampanna sitaare hain।

⁴There is variety amongst the stars: some are special stars of knowledge, some are easy yogi stars, some are stars who are images of donating virtues, some are stars who are constant servers and some are stars who are constantly complete.

⁸sabse shreshtha hain har second saphalta ke sitaare।

⁵However, the most elevated of all are the stars who have success at every second.

⁹saath-saath koi-koi sirf ummeedon ke sitaare bhi hain।

⁶As well as these, there are some who are still only stars of hope.

¹⁰kahaan ummeedon ke sitaare aur kahaan saphalta ke sitaare! ¹¹donon mein mahaan antar hai।

⁷On the one hand, there are the stars of hope and, on the other, the stars of success.

¹²lekin hain donon sitaare aur har ek bhinna-bhinna sitaaron ka vishwa ki aatmaon par, prakriti par apna-apna prabhaav pad raha hai।

⁸There is a vast difference between these two and yet the influence of each kind of star falls on the souls of the world and also on matter.

¹³saphalta ke sitaare chaaron or apna umang-utsaah ka prabhaav daal rahe hain।

⁹The stars of success influence everyone with their zeal and enthusiasm.

¹⁴ummeedon ke sitaare svayan bhi kabhi muhabbat, kabhi mehnat donon prabhaav mein rahne kaaran doosron mein aage badhne ki ummeed rakh badhte ja rahe hain।

¹⁰The stars of hope sometimes experience love and sometimes labour. ¹¹So, because they are under both of these influences, they exert them on others, as they move forward.

¹⁵to har ek apne aapse poochho ki main kaun-sa sitaara hoon?

¹²However, having hopes they still move forward. ¹³So, each of you can ask yourself: "Which star am I?"

¹⁶sabhi mein gyaan, yog, gunon ki dhaarna aur seva bhaav hai bhi lekin sab hote hue bhi kismen gyaan ki chamak hai to kismen vishesh yaad ki, yog ki hai। ¹⁷aur koi-koi apne gun-moorta ki chamak se vishesh aakarshit kar raha hai।

¹⁴All the stars have knowledge, yoga, virtues and the feelings of service, but some specifically have the sparkle of knowledge, some the speciality of remembrance and yoga, and some especially attract others by being images of all virtues.

¹⁸chaaron hi dhaarna hote hue bhi percentage mein antar hai isliye bhinna-bhinna sitaare chamakte hue dikhaai de rahe hain।

¹⁵Even though all four aspects are being imbibed, there is a difference in the percentage imbibed. ¹⁶This is why there is some variety visible in the sparkling stars.

¹⁹yeh roohaani vichitra taaraamandal hai।

¹⁷This is a unique, spiritual constellation.

²⁰aap roohaani sitaaron ka prabhaav vishwa par padta hai। ²¹to vishwa ke sthool sitaaron ka bhi prabhaav vishwa par padta hai।

¹⁸Your influence as spiritual stars falls on the world, just as physical stars influence the world.

²²jitna shaktishaali aap svayan sitaare bante ho utna vishwa ki aatmaon par prabhaav pad raha hai aur aage padta hi rahega।

¹⁹To the extent that you stars become powerful yourselves, to that extent there will be an influence on the souls of the world and this will continue to happen in the future.

²³jaise jitna ghor andhiyaara hota hai to sitaaron ki rimjhim jyaada spashta dikhaai deti hai।

²⁰The greater the darkness all around, the more clearly visible the sparkle of the stars would be.

²⁴aise apraapti ka andhakaar badhta ja raha hai aur jitna badhta ja raha hai, badhta jaayega utna hi aap roohaani sitaaron ka vishesh prabhaav anubhav karte jaayenge।

²¹Therefore, as the darkness of lack of attainment continues to increase, and it will continue to increase, the more they will experience the special influence of you spiritual stars.

²⁵sabhi ko dharti ke chamakte hue sitaare jyoti bindu ke roop mein prakaashmay kaaya pharishte ke roop mein dikhaai denge।

²⁴Just as they watch the stars in the sky now, in the same way, they will watch the constellation of this Earth, the sparkle of the angels and the beauty of the stars emanating light. ²⁵They will experience this and ask, "Who are they? ²⁶Where have they come from to show their magic?"

²⁷At the beginning of establishment people everywhere had a wave of experiences of visions of Brahma and Krishna: "Who is this?

²⁹The attention of many was drawn to try and understand it.

³³aise ab ant mein chaaron or yeh donon roop “jyoti aur pharishta'' usmein baap-daada aur bachche sabki jhalak dikhaai degi।

³⁰In the same way, now, at the end, everywhere in the world, through this sparkle of both forms (light and angel), they will have visions of BapDada and the children.

³⁴aur sabhi ka ek se anekon ka isi taraph svatah hi attention jaayega।

³¹From one it will spread to many and the attention of all will be drawn here.

³⁵abhi yeh divya drishya aap sabke sampanna banne tak raha hua hai।

³²This divine scene is waiting for all of you to become complete.

³⁶pharishte pan ki sthiti sahaj aur svatah anubhav karen tab woh saakshaat pharishte saakshaatkaar mein dikhaai denge।

³³When you experience this angelic stage easily and automatically, there will then truly be visions of angels.

³⁷yeh varsha pharishtepan ki sthiti ke liye vishesh diya hua hai।

³⁴This year has especially been given so that you can create the angelic stage.

³⁸kai bachche samajhte hain ki kya sirf yaad ka abhyaas karenge va seva bhi karenge va seva se mukta ho tapasya mein hi rahenge।

³⁵Some children are thinking, "Will we just need to practise remembrance or will we also do service? ³⁶Or, will we be liberated from doing service and just sit in tapasya?"

³⁹baapdaada seva ka yathaartha arth suna rahe hain:-

³⁷BapDada is now telling you the true meaning of service.

⁴⁰sevaabhaav arthaat sada har aatma ke prati shubh bhaavna। ⁴¹shreshtha kaamna ka bhaav।

³⁸Feelings of service means to have constantly good wishes for every soul, to have feelings of the most elevated pure desires.

⁴²seva bhaav arthaat har aatma ki bhaavna pramaan phal dena। ⁴³bhaavna had ki nahin lekin shreshtha bhaavna।

³⁹The feelings to serve means to give every soul fruit, according to their own feelings, and not to have any limited feelings but to have the most elevated feelings.

⁴⁴aap sevaadhaariyon prati agar koi roohaani sneh ki bhaavna rakhte, shaktiyon ke sahayog ki bhaavna rakhte, khushi ki bhaavna rakhte, shaktiyon ke praapti ki bhaavna rakhte, umang utsaah ki bhaavna rakhte, aise bhinna-bhinna bhaavna ka phal arthaat sahayog dvaara anubhooti karaana, to seva bhaav isko kaha jaata hai।

⁴⁰If anyone has a feeling of seeking spiritual love from you or a feeling of wanting co-operation or any of the powers or of happiness or zeal and enthusiasm, or a feeling of attaining all powers, then to serve means to give them the fruit of all of those various feelings. ⁴¹That is, to inspire them with your co-operation, to experience that.

⁴⁵sirf speech karke aa gaye, ya group samjhaakar aa gaye, course poora karaake aa gaye, va centre kholkar aa gaye, isko sevaabhaav nahin kaha jaata।

⁴²This is what is meant by true feelings of service. ⁴³Just simply to give a speech or to explain to groups, or to give the course to someone or open a centre doesn’t mean to have feelings of service.

⁴⁶seva arthaat kisi bhi aatma ko praapti ka meva anubhav karaana, aisi seva mein tapasya sada saath hai।

⁴⁴To do service means to serve souls in such a way that they experience some attainment. ⁴⁵When service is done in this way, there is also tapasya within that.

⁴⁷tapasya ka arth sunaaya - dridh sankalp se koi bhi kaarya karna।

⁴⁶You have heard the significance of tapasya; it is to perform a task with determination.

⁴⁸jahaan yathaartha seva bhaav hai vahaan tapasya ka bhaav alag nahin।

⁴⁷Where there are accurate feelings of service, the feeling of tapasya is not separate from those.

⁴⁹tyaag, tapasya, seva in teenon ka combined roop sachchi seva hai, aur naamdhaari seva ka phal alpa-kaal ka hota hai।

⁴⁸Where there is a combined form of renunciation, tapasya and service, that is true service. ⁴⁹If there is service without renunciation and tapasya, it is service only in name and its fruit is only temporary.

⁵⁰vahaan hi seva ki aur vahaan hi alpakaal ke prabhaav ka phal praapta hua aur samaapta ho gaya, alpakaal ke prabhaav ka phal alpakaal ki mahima hai - bahut achha bhaashan kiya, bahut achha course karaaya, bahut achhi seva ki।

⁵⁰Service is done, the influence of temporary fruit is reaped and it finishes there. ⁵¹The influence of temporary attainment is temporary praise. ⁵²They will say, "It has been a very good lecture; you gave the course very well; you did very good service".

⁵¹to achha-achha kahne ka alpa-kaal ka phal mila aur unko mahima sunne ka alpakaal ka phal mila।

⁵³So, by someone speaking of the goodness, temporary fruit was received. ⁵⁴The one who spoke also received temporary fruit.

⁵²lekin anubhooti karaana arthaat baap se sambandh judvaana, shaktishaali banaana - yeh hai sachchi seva।

⁵⁵However, to give an experience means to enable them to forge a relationship with the Father and to make them powerful.

⁵³sachchi seva mein tyaag tapasya na ho to yeh 50-50 vaali seva nahin, lekin 25 pratishat seva hai।

⁵⁶This is true service. ⁵⁷If there isn’t renunciation and tapasya in true service, it isn’t even 50% service but 25% service.

⁵⁴sachche sevaadhaari ki nishaani hai - tyaag arthaat namrata aur tapasya arthaat ek baap ke nishchay, nashe mein dridhta।

⁵⁸The sign of a true server is renunciation, that is, humility and tapasya, that is, determination of having faith and intoxication in the one Father.

⁵⁵yathaartha seva isko kaha jaata hai।

⁵⁹This is what is meant by accurate service.

⁵⁶baapdaada nirantar sachche sevaadhaari banne ke liye kehte hain।

⁶⁰BapDada is asking you to become constantly true servers.

⁵⁷naam seva ho aur svayan bhi disturb ho, doosre ko bhi disturb kare - is seva se mukta hone ke liye baapdaada kah rahe hain। ⁵⁸aisi seva na karna achha hai kyonki seva ka vishesh gun “santushtata'' hai।

⁶¹If, in the name of service, you get disturbed or you disturb others, then BapDada asks you to free yourself from that type of service. ⁶²In that case, it would be better not to do that type of service, because the special virtue experienced from doing service is contentment.

⁵⁹jahaan santushtata nahin, chaahe svayan se chaahe samparka vaalon se, woh seva na svayan ko phal ki praapti karaayegi, na doosron ko।

⁶³Where there isn’t contentment, either with yourself or with those with whom you are in contact, then that service will not bring you fruit, nor will it allow others to attain fruit.

⁶⁰isse svayan apne ko pahle santushtamni banaae phir seva mein aave, woh achha hai।

⁶⁴Therefore, first simply make yourself a jewel of contentment and then do service.

⁶¹nahin to sookshm bojh zaroor hai।

⁶⁵Otherwise, there will definitely be a subtle burden.

⁶²woh anek prakaar ka bojh udti kala mein vighna roop ban jaata hai।

⁶⁶Many varieties of burdens become obstacles to the flying stage.

⁶³bojh chadhaana nahin hai, bojh utaarna hai।

⁶⁷You don’t want to increase your burden but you want to remove it.

⁶⁴jab aisa samajhte ho to isse ekaantavaasi banna achha hai kyonki ekaanta-vaasi banne se sva parivartan ka attention jaayega।

⁶⁸When you have this consciousness, it is better to be in solitude because, by staying in solitude, you will pay attention to self-transformation.

⁶⁵to baapdaada tapasya jo kah rahe hain - woh sirf din raat baithe-baithe tapasya ke liye nahin kah rahe hain। ⁶⁶tapasya mein baithna bhi seva hi hai। ⁶⁷light house, might house ban shanti ki, shakti ki kirnon dvaara vaayumandal banaana hai।

⁶⁹The tapasya that BapDada is speaking about is not a question of just sitting in tapasya day and night, though to sit in tapasya is also to do service, but you have to be a lighthouse and might-house and spread rays of peace, rays of power and create such an atmosphere.

⁶⁸tapasya ke saath mansa seva judi hui hai। ⁶⁹alag nahin hai।

⁷⁰Along with tapasya, there is service through the mind; it isn’t separate.

⁷⁰nahin to tapasya kya karenge!

⁷¹Otherwise, what sort of tapasya would you do?

⁷¹shreshtha aatma brahman aatma to ho gaye। ⁷²ab tapasya arthaat svayan sarva shaktiyon se sampanna ban dridh sthiti, dridh sankalp dvaara vishwa ki seva karna।

⁷²You are already elevated souls, Brahmin souls, but tapasya means to be full of all powers and with your determined stage and determined thoughts to serve the world.

⁷³sirf vaani ki seva, seva nahin hai।

⁷³To serve with words alone isn’t service.

⁷⁴jaise sukh-shanti pavitrata ka aapas mein sambandh hai vaise tyaag, tapasya, seva ka sambandh hai।

⁷⁴Just as happiness, peace and purity are related, in the same way, renunciation, tapasya and service are all related to one another.

⁷⁵baapdaada tapasvi roop arthaat shaktishaali sevaadhaari roop banaane ke liye kehte hain।

⁷⁵BapDada is asking you to become the form of tapasya, that is, to become the form of a powerful server.

⁷⁶tapasvi roop ki drishti bhi seva karti।

⁷⁶The drishti of someone who is an embodiment of tapasya will also do service.

⁷⁷unka shant swaroop chehra bhi seva karta, tapasvi moorta ke darshan maatra se bhi praapti ki anubhooti hoti hai isliye aajkal dekho jo hath se tapasya karte hain unke darshan ke peechhe bhi kitni bheed ho jaati hai।

⁷⁷The face of someone who is an embodiment of peace will also do service. ⁷⁸Simply having a glimpse of someone who is an image of tapasya will give the experience of attainment. ⁷⁹Look how, nowadays, huge crowds gather to have a glimpse of someone who just does limited tapasya.

⁷⁸yeh aapki tapasya ke prabhaav ka yaadgaar ant tak chala aa raha hai।

⁸⁰That is the memorial of the influence of your tapasya which will continue, even now, to the very end.

⁷⁹to samjha seva bhaav kisko kaha jaata hai।

⁸¹Do you understand what is meant by feelings of service?

⁸⁰seva bhaav arthaat sarva ki kamjoriyon ko samaane ka bhaav।

⁸²Feelings of service, means feelings with which you can merge all the weaknesses of others.

⁸¹kamjoriyon ka saamna karne ka bhaav nahin, samaane ka bhaav। ⁸²svayan sahan kar doosre ko shakti dene ka bhaav isliye sahanshakti kaha jaata hai।

⁸³It doesn’t mean feelings of opposing the weaknesses of others, but to have feelings of merging; for you to have tolerance and a feeling of wanting to give power to others.

⁸³sahan karna shakti bharna aur shakti dena hai।

⁸⁴This is why they use the term "the power of tolerance".

⁸⁴sahan karna, marna nahin hai। ⁸⁵kai sochte hain ham to sahan karte karte mar jaayenge।

⁸⁵To tolerate means to fill oneself with power and give power to others. ⁸⁶To tolerate doesn’t mean to die.

⁸⁶kya humein marna hai kya!

⁸⁷Some think that by tolerating they will die.

⁸⁷lekin yeh marna nahin hai।

⁸⁸They say, "Do I have to die?"

⁸⁸yeh sab ke dilon mein sneh se jeena hai।

⁸⁹However, that isn’t dying; it is the way to live in everyone’s heart with love.

⁸⁹kaisa bhi virodhi ho, raavan se bhi tej ho, ek baar nahin 10 baar sahan karna pade phir bhi sahanshakti ka phal avinaashi aur madhur hoga। ⁹⁰woh bhi zaroor badal jaayega।

⁹⁰No matter how much opposition there may be - they may be even stronger than Ravan and you may have to tolerate not just once, but ten times - the fruit of tolerance is eternal and sweet, for they will also definitely change.

⁹¹sirf yeh bhaavna nahin rakho ki mainne itna sahan kiya, to yeh bhi kuchh karen।

⁹¹Don’t feel, "I have tolerated so much so they should also do something in return."

⁹²alpakaal ke phal ki bhaavna nahin rakho।

⁹²Don’t have feelings of temporary fruit; have feelings of mercy.

⁹³raham bhaav rakho - isko kaha jaata hai “sevaabhaav''।

⁹³This is what is meant by feelings of service.

⁹⁴to is varsha aisi sachchi seva ka saboot de sapoot ki list mein aane ka golden chance de rahe hain।

⁹⁴So, this year, give the proof of doing true service and take a golden chance to come into the list of those who have given the proof of that.

⁹⁵is varsha yeh nahin dekhenge ki mela va function bahut achha kiya। ⁹⁶lekin santushtamniyaan ban santushtata ki seva mein number aage jaana।

⁹⁵This year, Baba will not see that you had a good mela (spiritual fair) or a good function, but you have to claim a numberahead in the service of being jewels of contentment and of giving contentment to others.

⁹⁷“vighna-vinaashak'' title ke ceremony mein inaam lena।

⁹⁶Claim a prize in the ceremony of winning the title of "destroyer of obstacles".

⁹⁸samjha!

⁹⁷Do you understand?

⁹⁹isi ko hi kaha jaata hai “nashtomoha smriti swaroop।

⁹⁸This is the stage that is described as "being a destroyer of attachment and an embodiment of remembrance."

¹⁰⁰'' to 18 varsha ki samaapti ka yeh vishesh sampanna banne ka adhyaay swaroop mein dikhaao।

⁹⁹So, now, show the special form of becoming complete, of reaching the conclusion in this 18th year, by being an embodiment of that 18th chapter.

¹⁰¹isko hi kaha jaata “baap samaan banna।

¹⁰⁰This is the stage described as ‘being like the Father’.

¹⁰²'' achha!

¹⁰¹Achcha.

¹⁰³sada chamakte hue roohaani sitaaron ko sada santushtata ki lahar phailaane vaali santushta maniyon ko, sada ek hi samay par tyaag, tapasya, seva ka prabhaav daalne vaale prabhaavshaali aatmaon ko, sada sarva aatmaon ko roohaani bhaavna ka roohaani phal dene vaale beej swaroop baap samaan shreshtha bachchon ko baap-daada ka sampanna banne ka yaadapyaar aur namaste।

¹⁰²To the spiritual stars who are constantly sparkling, to the jewels of contentment who spread waves of contentment, to the powerful souls who influence others with their constant renunciation, tapasya and service simultaneously, to those who constantly give all souls spiritual fruit, spiritual feelings, to each elevated child who is a seed like the Father, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste for becoming perfect.

¹⁰⁴panjaab tatha hariyaana zone ke bhaai-bahnon se avyakt baapdaada ki mulaakaat

¹⁰³Avyakt BapDada meeting the brothers and sisters from the Punjab and Hariyana Zones:

¹⁰⁵sada apne ko achal adol aatmaayen anubhav karte ho?

¹⁰⁴Do you constantly experience yourselves to be immovable and unshakeable souls?

¹⁰⁶kisi bhi prakaar ki halchal mein achal rehna, yahi shreshtha brahman aatmaon ki nishaani hai।

¹⁰⁵To remain stable in any situation of upheaval is a sign of being an elevated Brahmin soul.

¹⁰⁷duniya halchal mein ho lekin aap shreshtha aatmaayen halchal mein nahin aa sakti।

¹⁰⁶The world is in upheaval, but you elevated souls cannot come into upheaval.

¹⁰⁸kyon?

¹⁰⁷Why?

¹⁰⁹drama ki har scene ko jaante ho।

¹⁰⁸You know every scene of the drama.

¹¹⁰knowledgeful aatmaayen, powerful aatmaayen sada svatah hi achal rehti hain।

¹⁰⁹Knowledge-full and powerful souls constantly and automatically remain unshakeable.

¹¹¹to kabhi vaayumandal se ghabraate to nahin hain!

¹¹⁰Therefore, the atmosphere never makes you afraid.

¹¹²nirbhay ho?

¹¹¹You are fearless.

¹¹³shaktiyaan nirbhay ho?

¹¹²Are the Shaktis fearless?

¹¹⁴ya thoda-thoda dar lagta hai?

¹¹³Or, do you have a little fear?

¹¹⁵kyonki yeh to pahle se hi sthaapna ke samay se hi jaante ho ki bhaarat mein civil vaar honi hi hai। ¹¹⁶yeh shuru ke chitron mein hi aapka dikhaaya hua hai।

¹¹⁴Because you knew, even before the time of establishment, that civil war was going to take place in Bharat, it has also been shown in your pictures from the beginning.

¹¹⁷to jo dikhaaya hai woh hona to hai na!

¹¹⁵Therefore, whatever is shown will happen, will it not?

¹¹⁸bhaarat ka part hi civil war se hai isliye nothing new।

¹²⁰kya hua, kaise hua, yeh hua… samaachaar sunte dekhte bhi drama ki bani hui bhaavi ko shaktishaali ban dekhte aur auron ko bhi shakti dete - yahi kaam hai na aap sabka!

¹¹⁸“What happened?” ¹¹⁹“How did it happen?” ¹²⁰“This happened…" ¹²¹The task of all of you, while listening to and seeing the news, is to be powerful and see the predestined drama and to give power to others.

¹²¹duniya vaale ghabraate rehte aur aap un aatmaon mein shakti bharte।

¹²²People of the world are afraid, whereas you fill those souls with power.

¹²²jo bhi samparka mein aaye, use shaktiyon ka daan dete chalo।

¹²³You have to continue to donate power to whoever comes into contact with you.

¹²³shanti ka daan dete chalo।

¹²⁴abhi samay hai ashaanti ke samay shanti dene ka।

¹²⁵At this time of peacelessness, it is the time to give peace.

¹²⁶Therefore, you are messengers of peace.

¹²⁶shanti doot gaaye hue hain na!

¹²⁷to kabhi bhi kahaan bhi rehte ho chalte ho, sada apne ko shanti ke doot samajhkar chalo।

¹²⁸Therefore, wherever you live, continue to move around considering yourselves to be messengers of peace.

¹³⁴shareer to vinaashi hai, lekin aatma shaktishaali hoti hai to ek shareer chhoot bhi jaata hai to doosre mein yaad ki praalabdha chalti rahegi isliye avinaashi praapti karaate chalo।

¹⁴⁵There is now a great need to do service through the mind, but only when you have filled yourselves with power will you be able to give it to others.

¹⁴³to sada shaantidaata ke bachche shanti daata bano।

¹⁴⁶Therefore, children of the constant Bestower of Peace, become bestowers of peace.

¹⁴⁴daata bhi ho to vidhaata bhi ho। ¹⁴⁵chalte-phirte yaad rahe - main master shanti daata, master shakti daata hoon - isi smriti se anek aatmaon ko vibration dete raho।
