¹“meethe bachche - tumhaare duhkh ke din ab poore hue, tum ab aisi duniya mein ja rahe ho jahaan koi bhi apraapta vastu nahin''

¹Essence: Sweet children, your days of sorrow are now over. ²You are now going to such a world that nothing is unattained there.

²prashn:- kin do shabdon ka raaz tumhaari buddhi mein hone kaaran puraani duniya se behad ka vairaagya rehta hai?

³Question: By keeping the significance of which two words in your intellects is it possible to have unlimited disinterest in the old world?

³uttar:- utarti kala aur chadhti kala ka raaz tumhaari buddhi mein hai।

⁴Answer: The significance of both the descending and ascending stages are in your intellects. ⁵You know that we have been descending for half a cycle; now, it is time to ascend.

⁴tum jaante ho aadhaakalpa ham utarte aaye, abhi hai chadhne ka samay। ⁵baap aaye hain nar se naaraayan banaane ki satya knowledge dene।

⁶The Father has come to give us true knowledge to make us into Narayan from ordinary humans.

⁶hamaare liye ab kaliyug poora hua, nai duniya mein jaana hai isliye isse behad ka vairaagya hai।

⁷The iron age has now come to an end for us and we are going to the new world. ⁸This is why we have unlimited disinterest.

⁹meethe-meethe roohaani bachchon ne geet suna।

¹²You sweetest, spiritual children heard the song.

¹⁰roohaani baap baith samjhaate hain - yeh ek hi purushottam sangamayug hai jabki kalpa-kalpa baap aakar roohaani bachchon ko padhaate hain।

¹³The spiritual Father sits here and explains: This is the only elevated confluence age when the Father comes every cycle and teaches the spiritual children.

¹¹raajayog sikhlaate hain।

¹⁴He teaches us Raja Yoga.

¹²baap roohaani bachchon ko kehte hain manuva arthaat aatma, he aatma dheeraj dharo।

¹⁵The Father says to the spiritual children: O human beings, that is, O souls, have patience!

¹³aatmaon se baat karte hain।

¹⁶He speaks to souls.

¹⁴is shareer ka maalik aatma hai।

¹⁷The soul is the master of this body.

¹⁵aatma kehti hai - main avinaashi aatma hoon, yeh mera shareer vinaashi hai।

¹⁸The soul says: I am an imperishable soul; this body of mine is perishable.

¹⁶roohaani baap kehte hain - main ek hi baar kalpa ke sangam par aakar tum bachchon ko dheeraj deta hoon ki ab sukh ke din aate hain।

¹⁹The spiritual Father says: I only come once, at the confluence age, to give you children the patience of knowing that your days of happiness are now coming.

¹⁷abhi tum duhkhadhaam raurav narka mein ho।

²⁰You are now in the land of sorrow and the extreme depths of hell.

¹⁸sirf tum nahin ho parantu saari duniya raurav narka mein hai, tum jo mere bachche bane ho, raurav narka se nikalkar svarga mein chal rahe ho।

²¹It isn’t just you children, but the whole world, who are in the extreme depths of hell. ²²Those who have become My children have emerged from the extreme depths of hell and are going to heaven.

¹⁹satayug, treta, dvaapar paas ho gaya।

²³The golden, silver and copper ages have passed.

²⁰kaliyug bhi tumhaare liye paas ho gaya।

²⁴The iron age has also passed for you.

²¹tumhaare liye yeh purushottam sangamayug hai jabki tum tamopradhaan se satopradhaan bante ho।

²⁵For you, it is now the elevated confluence age when you become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

²²aatma jab satopradhaan ban jaayegi to phir yeh shareer bhi chhodegi।

²⁶When the soul becomes satopradhan he will leave the body.

²³satopradhaan aatma ko satayug mein naya shareer chaahiye।

²⁷In the golden age, a satopradhan soul needs a new body.

²⁴vahaan sab kuchh naya hota hai।

²⁸There, everything is new.

²⁵baap kehte hain bachche ab duhkhadhaam se sukhdhaam mein chalna hai, uske liye purushaartha karna hai।

²⁹The Father says: Children, you now have to go from the land of sorrow to the land of happiness. ³⁰Therefore, make effort for that.

²⁶sukhdhaam mein in lakshmi-naaraayan ki raajaai thi।

³¹In the land of happiness it was the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

²⁷tum purushaartha kar rahe ho nar se naaraayan banne ka।

³²You are making effort to change from ordinary humans into Narayan.

²⁸yeh satya nar se naaraayan banne ki knowledge hai।

³³This is the true knowledge to become Narayan from an ordinary human.

²⁹bhakti maarga mein har poornamaasi par katha sunte aaye ho, parantu woh hai hi bhakti maarga।

³⁴On the path of devotion they listen to stories from the scriptures on the night of the full moon. ³⁵However, that is the path of devotion.

³⁰use satya maarga nahin kahenge, gyaan maarga hai satya maarga।

³⁶You cannot call that the path of truth; the path of knowledge is the true path.

³¹tum seedhi utarte-utarte jhooth khanda mein aate ho।

³⁷While descending the ladder you came into the land of falsehood.

³²abhi tum jaante ho satya baap se ham yeh knowledge paakar 21 janma devi-devta banenge।

³⁸You now know that, having attained this knowledge from the true Father, we will become deities for 21 births.

³³ham the, phir seedhi utarte aaye।

³⁹We were that and then we came down the ladder.

³⁴utarti kala aur chadhti kala ka raaz tumhaari buddhi mein hai।

⁴⁰The significance of the stages of descending and ascending is in your intellects.

³⁵pukaarte bhi hain he baba aakar hamko paavan banaao।

⁴¹They even call out: O Baba, come and purify us!

³⁶ek baap hi paavan banaane vaala hai।

⁴²Only the one Father can purify us.

³⁷baap kehte hain - bachche, tum satayug mein vishwa ke maalik the।

⁴³The Father says: Children, you were the masters of the world in the golden age.

³⁸bahut dhanvaan, bahut sukhi the।

⁴⁴You were very wealthy and happy.

⁵⁰Just as the human world tree grows, so the tree of languages also continues to grow.

⁴⁵phir hogi ek bhaasha।

⁵¹Then there will be one language.

⁴⁶gaayan hai na world ki history-geography repeat।

⁵²It is remembered: The history and geography of the world repeat.

⁴⁷manushyon ki buddhi mein nahin baithta।

⁵³This does not sit in the intellects of humans.

⁴⁸baap hi duhkh ki puraani duniya ko badal sukh ki nai duniya sthaapan karte hain।

⁵⁴The Father is the One who changes the old world of sorrow and establishes the new world of happiness.

⁴⁹likha hua hai prajaapita brahma dvaara Deityism ki sthaapna।

⁵⁵It is written that deityism is established through Prajapita Brahma.

⁵⁰yeh hai raajayog ki padhaai।

⁵⁶This is the study of Raj Yoga.

⁵¹yeh gyaan jo geeta mein likha hua hai, baap ne jo sammukh sunaaya woh phir manushyon ne bhakti maarga ke liye baith likha hai, jisse tum utarte aaye ho।

⁵⁷The knowledge written in the Gita is that which the Father spoke to you face to face. ⁵⁸People then rewrote this knowledge for the path of devotion, and this led to your descent.

⁵²abhi bhagwan tumko padhaate hain oopar chadhne ke liye।

⁵⁹God is now teaching you to make you ascend.

⁵³bhakti ko kaha hi jaata hai utarti kala ka maarga।

⁶⁰Devotion is called the path of descending.

⁵⁴gyaan hai chadhti kala ka maarga।

⁶¹Knowledge is the path for ascending.

⁵⁵yeh samjhaane mein tum daro mat।

⁶²Do not be afraid to explain this.

⁵⁶bhal aise bhi hain jo in baaton ko na samajhne kaaran virodh karenge, shaastravaad karenge।

⁶³Even though some people may oppose and argue with you because they do not understand, you should not argue with anyone.

⁵⁷parantu tumko koi se shaastravaad nahin karna hai। ⁵⁸bolo shaastra, ved, upnishad va ganga snaan karna, teertha aadi karna yeh sab bhakti kaanda hai।

⁶⁴Tell them that the scriptures, the Vedas, the Upanishads, bathing in the Ganges and going on pilgrimages are all the paraphernalia of the path of devotion.

⁵⁹bhaarat mein raavan bhi hai barobar, jiski effigy jalaate hain।

⁶⁵Ravan truly exists in Bharat and that is why they burn his effigy.

⁶⁰vaise to dushmanon ki effigy jalaate hain, alpakaal ke liye। ⁶¹yeh is ek raavan ki hi effigy har varsha jalaate aate hain।

⁶⁶Generally, an effigy of an enemy is burnt for a temporary period, but only the effigy of Ravan is burnt every year.

⁶²baap kehte hain tum golden aged buddhi se iron aged buddhi ho gaye ho।

⁶⁷The Father says: Your intellects have become ironaged from golden aged.

⁶³tum kitne sukhi the।

⁶⁸You were so happy!

⁶⁴baap aate hi hain sukhdhaam ki sthaapna karne।

⁶⁹The Father has come to establish the land of happiness.

⁶⁵phir baad mein jab bhakti maarga shuru hota hai to duhkhi bante hain।

⁷⁰Later, when the path of devotion begins, you experience sorrow.

⁶⁶phir sukhdaata ko yaad karte hain, woh bhi naam maatra kyonki unko jaante nahin।

⁷¹At that time, you remember the Bestower of Happiness, but that, too, is just in name because you do not know Him.

⁶⁷geeta mein naam badal diya hai।

⁷²They have changed the name in the Gita.

⁶⁸pahle-pahle tum yeh samjhaao ki oonch te oonch bhagwan ek hai, yaad bhi unko karna chaahiye।

⁷³First of all, you should explain that there is only one God, the Highest on High, and it is He who should be remembered.

⁶⁹ek ko yaad karna usko hi avyabhichaari yaad, avyabhichaari gyaan kaha jaata hai।

⁷⁴It is the remembrance of only One that is known as unadulterated remembrance and unadulterated knowledge.

⁷⁰tum abhi brahman bane ho to bhakti nahin karte ho। ⁷¹tumko gyaan hai।

⁷⁵You do not perform any devotion now as you have become Brahmins; you have knowledge.

⁷²baap padhaate hain jisse ham yeh devta bante hain।

⁷⁶We become deities through the study that the Father teaches us.

⁷³daiveegun bhi dhaaran karne hain isliye baba kehte hain apna chart rakho to maaloom padega hamaare mein koi aasuri gun to nahin hain।

⁷⁷Divine virtues also have to be imbibed and that is why Baba says: Keep your chart so that you can know whether you have any devilish traits in you.

⁷⁴deh-abhimaan hai pahla avgun phir dushman hai kaam।

⁷⁸Bodyconsciousness is the first defect. ⁷⁹The next enemy is lust.

⁷⁵kaam par jeet paane se hi tum jagatjeet banenge।

⁸⁰By conquering lust you will become the conquerors of the world.

⁷⁶tumhaara uddeshya hi yeh hai, in lakshmi-naaraayan ke raajya mein koi anek dharma the nahin।

⁸¹This is your aim. ⁸²There aren’t innumerable religions in the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁷⁷satayug mein devtaaon ka hi raajya hota hai।

⁸³In the golden age it is only the kingdom of deities.

⁷⁸manushya hote hain kaliyug mein।

⁸⁴Human beings exist in the iron age.

⁷⁹hain bhal woh bhi manushya, parantu daiveegunon vaale।

⁸⁵They (deities) are also human beings, but they have divine virtues.

⁸⁰is samay sab manushya hain aasuri gunon vaale।

⁸⁶At this time, all human beings have devilish traits.

⁸¹satayug mein kaam mahaashatru hota nahin।

⁸⁷Lust, the greatest enemy, does not exist in the golden age.

⁸²baap kehte hain is kaam mahaashatru par jeet paane se tum jagatjeet banenge।

⁸⁸The Father says: By conquering this great enemy of lust you will become the conquerors of the world.

⁸³vahaan raavan hota nahin।

⁸⁹Ravan does not exist there.

⁸⁴yeh bhi manushya samajh nahin sakte।

⁹⁰Even this cannot be understood by human beings.

⁸⁵golden ej se utarte-utarte tamopradhaan buddhi bane hain।

⁹¹Intellects have become tamopradhan while descending from the golden age.

⁸⁶ab phir satopradhaan banna hai।

⁹²You now have to become satopradhan again.

⁸⁷uske liye ek hi davaai milti hai - baap kehte hain apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo to janma-janmaantar ke paap bhasma ho jaayenge।

⁹³You only receive one medicine for this. ⁹⁴The Father says: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father and your sins of many births will be burnt away.

⁸⁸tum baithe ho paapon ko bhasma karne to phir aage paap nahin karna chaahiye।

⁹⁵Since you are sitting here to have your sins burnt away, you shouldn’t commit any further sin.

⁸⁹nahin to woh sau guna ban jaayega।

⁹⁶Otherwise it will become one hundred-fold.

⁹⁰vikaar mein gaye to sau guna danda pad jaayega, phir woh mushkil chadh sakte hain।

⁹⁷If you indulge in vice, you will receive one hundred-fold punishment and you will then barely be able to climb up.

⁹¹pahla number dushman hai yeh kaam।

⁹⁸The number one enemy is lust.

⁹²5 manzil se girenge to hadgud ekdam toot jaayengi।

⁹⁹If you fall from the fifth floor, your bones would be completely broken.

⁹³shaayad mar bhi jaayen।

¹⁰⁰Perhaps you would even die.

⁹⁴oopar se girne se ekdam chaknaachoor ho jaate hain।

¹⁰¹You are completely crushed when you fall from up above.

⁹⁵baap se pratigya tod kaala munh kiya to goya aasuri duniya mein chala gaya।

¹⁰²If you break your promise to the Father and become ugly, you go back to the devilish world.

⁹⁶yahaan se mar gaya।

¹⁰³That means you have died from here.

⁹⁷unko brahman bhi nahin, shoodra kaha jaayega।

¹⁰⁴Such a soul would not even be called a Brahmin but a shudra.

⁹⁸baap kitna sahaj samjhaate hain।

¹⁰⁵Baba explains in such an easy way.

⁹⁹pahle to yeh nasha rehna chaahiye।

¹⁰⁶First of all you should have this intoxication.

¹⁰⁰agar samjho krishna bhagvaanuvaach bhi ho, woh bhi to zaroor padha karke aapasmaan banaayenge na। ¹⁰¹parantu krishna to bhagwan ho na sake।

¹⁰⁷For instance, if there were versions spoken by Krishna, he would also have taught others and made them the same as himself.

¹⁰⁴raadhe-krishna, lakshmi-naaraayan athva vishnu ek hi baat hai।

¹¹¹It is all the same whether you say Radhe and Krishna or Lakshmi and Narayan or Vishnu.

¹⁰⁵vishnu ke do roop lakshmi-naaraayan aur lakshmi-naaraayan ka hi bachpan hai raadhe-krishna।

¹¹²The two forms of Vishnu are Lakshmi and Narayan and in their childhood they are Radhe and Krishna.

¹⁰⁶brahma ka bhi raaz samjhaaya hai - brahma-sarasvati so lakshmi-naaraayan।

¹¹³The secret of Brahma has also been explained. ¹¹⁴Brahma and Saraswati become Narayan and Lakshmi.

¹⁰⁷ab transfer hote hain।

¹¹⁵They are now to be transferred.

¹⁰⁸pichhaadi ka naam inka brahma rakha hai। ¹⁰⁹baaki yeh brahma to dekho ekdam iron ej mein khada hai।

¹¹²brahma ki beti sarasvati।

¹¹⁹Saraswati is the daughter of Brahma.

¹²⁰No one can understand this.

¹¹⁴4 bhuja brahma ko bhi dete hain kyonki pravritti maarga hai na।

¹²¹Brahma is shown with four arms because this is the family path.

¹¹⁵nivritti maarga vaale yeh gyaan de nahin sakte।

¹²²Those on the path of isolation cannot give this knowledge.

¹¹⁶bahuton ko baahar se phansa kar le aate hain ki chalo ham praacheen raajayog sikhlaayen।

¹²³They trap many people from abroad by telling them that they will teach them ancient Raj Yoga.

¹¹⁷ab sannyaasi raajayog sikhla na saken।

¹²⁴However, sannyasis cannot teach Raj Yoga.

¹¹⁸ab eeshvar aaye hain, tum ab unke bachche eeshvareey sampradaay bane ho।

¹²⁵God has now come. ¹²⁶You, His children, have now become part of the Godly community.

¹¹⁹eeshvar aaye hain tumko padhaane।

¹²⁷God has come to teach you.

¹²⁰tumko raajayog sikhla rahe hain।

¹²⁸He is teaching you Raj Yoga.

¹²¹woh to hai niraakaar।

¹²⁹He is incorporeal.

¹²²brahma dvaara tumko apna banaaya hai।

¹³⁰He has made you belong to Him through Brahma.

¹²³baba-baba tum unko kehte ho, brahma to beech mein interpreter hai।

¹³¹You call out to Him “Baba, Baba!” ¹³²Brahma is just an interpreter in between.

¹²⁴bhaagyashaali rath hai।

¹³³He is "The Lucky Chariot".

¹²⁵is dvaara baba tumko padhaate hain।

¹³⁴Baba teaches you through him.

¹²⁶tum bhi patit se paavan bante ho।

¹³⁵You also become pure from impure.

¹²⁷baap padhaate hain - manushya se devta banaane।

¹³⁶The Father teaches you in order to change you from human beings into deities.

¹²⁸abhi to raavan raajya, aasuri sampradaay hai na।

¹³⁷It is now the kingdom of Ravan, the devilish community.

¹²⁹abhi tum eeshvareey sampradaay bane ho phir daivi sampradaay banenge।

¹³⁸You now belong to the Godly community and you will then belong to the deity community.

¹³⁰abhi tum purushottam sangamayug par ho, paavan ban rahe ho।

¹³⁹You are now at the elevated confluence age and are becoming pure.

¹³¹sannyaasi log to gharbaar chhod jaate hain।

¹⁴⁰Sannyasis leave their households.

¹³²yahaan baap to kehte hain - bhal stri-purush ghar mein ikatthe raho, aise mat samjho stri naagin hai isliye ham alag ho jaayen to chhoot jaayenge।

¹⁴¹Here, the Father says: Husband and wife may stay together at home. ¹⁴²Don’t think that a woman is a serpent and that you will become free by leaving her.

¹³³tumko bhaagna nahin hai।

¹⁴³You mustn’t run away.

¹³⁴woh had ka sannyaas hai jo bhaagte hain, tum yahaan baithe ho parantu tumko is vikaari duniya se vairaagya hai।

¹⁴⁴Their running away is limited renunciation. ¹⁴⁵You are sitting here, but you have disinterest in this vicious world.

¹³⁵yeh sab baaten tumhein achhi reeti dhaaran karni hai, note karna hai aur parhej bhi rakhni hai।

¹⁴⁶You have to imbibe all of these aspects very well. ¹⁴⁷Note them down and also take precautions.

¹³⁶daiveegun dhaaran karne hain।

¹⁴⁸Imbibe divine virtues too.

¹³⁷shreekrishna ke gun gaaye jaate hain na।

¹⁴⁹There is praise of the virtues of Shri Krishna.

¹³⁸yeh tumhaari em object hai।

¹⁵⁰That is your aim and objective.

¹³⁹baap nahin bante, tumko banaate hain।

¹⁵¹The Father does not become that, but He makes you become that.

¹⁴⁰phir aadhaakalpa ke baad tum neeche utarte, tamopradhaan bante ho।

¹⁵²After half a cycle, you climb down and become tamopradhan.

¹⁴¹main nahin banta hoon, yeh bante hain।

¹⁵³I do not become tamopradhan, but this one becomes that.

¹⁴²84 janma bhi isne liye hain।

¹⁵⁴This one has taken 84 births.

¹⁴³inko bhi abhi satopradhaan banna hai, yeh purushaarthi hai।

¹⁵⁵He now has to become satopradhan; he too is an effort-maker.

¹⁴⁴nai duniya ko satopradhaan kahenge।

¹⁵⁶The new world is said to be satopradhan.

¹⁴⁵har ek cheez pahle satopradhaan phir sato-rajo-tamo mein aati hai।

¹⁵⁷Everything is originally satopradhan and it then goes through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.

¹⁴⁶chhote bachche ko bhi mahaatma kaha jaata hai kyonki unmein vikaar hote nahin, isliye unko phool kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵⁸A young child is also called a great soul. ¹⁵⁹He does not have any vices in him and he is therefore called a flower.

¹⁴⁷sannyaasiyon se chhote bachchon ko uttam kahenge kyonki sannyaasi to phir bhi life paas kar aate hain na।

¹⁶⁰A young child is said to be more elevated than a sannyasi because a sannyasi has already experienced life.

¹⁴⁸5 vikaaron ka anubhav hai।

¹⁶¹They have the experience of the five vices.

¹⁴⁹bachchon ko to pata nahin rehta isliye bachchon ko dekh khushi hoti hai, chaitanya phool hain।

¹⁶²A child is unaware of the vices. ¹⁶³This is why there is happiness on seeing a child, a living flower.

¹⁵⁰apna to hai hi pravritti maarga।

¹⁶⁴We belong to the family path.

¹⁵¹abhi tum bachchon ko is puraani duniya se nai duniya mein jaana hai।

¹⁶⁵You children now have to go from this old world to the new world.

¹⁵²amarlok mein chalne ke liye tum sab purushaartha karte ho, mrityulok se transfer hote ho।

¹⁶⁶All of you are making effort to go to the land of immortality. ¹⁶⁷You are being transferred from the land of death.

¹⁵³devta banna hai to uske liye ab mehnat karni pade, prajaapita brahma ke bachche bhaai-behen ho jaate hain।

¹⁶⁸In order to become deities you now have to make effort. ¹⁶⁹The children of Prajapita Brahma are brothers and sisters.

¹⁵⁴bhaai-behen to the na।

¹⁷⁰You were brothers and sisters.

¹⁵⁵prajaapita brahma ki aulaad aapas mein kya thahre?

¹⁷¹What is the relationship between the children of Prajapita Brahma?

¹⁷⁴All are the spiritual children of Prajapita Brahma.

¹⁵⁹woh brahman hote hain jismaani yaatra vaale। ¹⁶⁰tum ho roohaani yaatra vaale।

¹⁷⁵Those brahmins are on a physical pilgrimage whereas you are on a spiritual pilgrimage.

¹⁶¹woh patit, tum paavan।
