¹siddhi ka aadhaar - ‘shreshtha vritti'

¹The basis of success is to have an elevated attitude.

²aaj baapdaada apne chaaron or ke holeehanson ki sabha ko dekh rahe hain।

²Today, BapDada is looking at the gathering of His holy swans everywhere.

³har ek holeehans apni shreshtha sthiti ke aasan par viraajmaan hai।

³Each holy swan is seated on the seat of his elevated stage.

⁴sabhi aasandhaari holeehanson ki sabha saare kalpa mein alaukik aur nyaari hai।

⁴This gathering of holy swans seated on their seats is alokik and unique in the whole cycle.

⁵har ek holeehans apni visheshtaaon se ati sundar saja hua hai।

⁵Each holy swan is decorated extremely beautifully with his or her specialities.

⁶visheshtaayen shreshtha shrringaar hain।

⁶The specialities are the elevated decoration.

⁷saje sajaaye holeehans kitne pyaare lagte hain?

⁷The decorated holy swans look so lovely.

⁸baapdaada har ek ki visheshtaaon ka shrringaar dekh harshit hote hain।

⁸BapDada is pleased to see each one's decoration of specialities.

⁹shrringaare hue sabhi hain kyonki baapdaada ne brahman janma dete hi bachpan se hi ‘vishesh aatma bhav' ka vardaan diya।

⁹All of you are decorated because, as soon as you were given this Brahmin birth, BapDada gave you the blessing "May you be a special soul".

¹⁰nambarvaar hote bhi last number bhi vishesh aatma hai।

¹⁰Although it is numberwise, even the last number soul is a special soul.

¹¹brahman jeevan mein aana arthaat vishesh aatma mein aa hi gaye।

¹¹To enter Brahmin life means you are among those who are counted as special souls.

¹²brahman parivaar mein chaahe last number ho lekin vishwa ki anek aatmaon ke antar mein woh bhi vishesh gaaye jaate, isliye koton mein koi, koi mein bhi koi gaaya hua hai।

¹²Even if you are the last number in the Brahmin family, in comparison to the many souls of the world, you are remembered as a special soul. ¹³This is why it is remembered: A handful out of multimillions and a few out of that handful.

¹³to braahmanon ki sabha arthaat vishesh aatmaon ki sabha।

¹⁴So, a gathering of Brahmins means a gathering of special souls.

¹⁴aaj baapdaada dekh rahe the ki visheshtaaon ka shrringaar baap ne to sabhi ko samaan ek jaisa hi karaaya hai lekin koi us shrringaar ko dhaaran kar samay pramaan kaarya mein lagaate hain aur koi ya to dhaaran nahin kar sakte ya koi samay pramaan kaarya mein nahin laga sakte।

¹⁵Today, BapDada was seeing that, although the Father decorates everyone equally with specialities, some imbibe that decoration and use it at the appropriate time, whereas others are either not able to imbibe it or are not able to use it at the appropriate time.

¹⁵jaise aajkal ki royal family vaale samay pramaan shrringaar karte hain to kitna achha lagta hai!

¹⁶For instance, those of royal families nowadays decorate themselves appropriately according to the time and that looks so good.

¹⁶jaisa samay vaisa shrringaar, isko kaha jaata hai knowledgeful।

¹⁷As is the time, so is their decoration; this is called being knowledge-full.

¹⁷aajkal shrringaar ke alag-alag set rakhte hai na।

¹⁸Nowadays, people keep various sets of decoration (jewellery).

¹⁸to baapdaada ne anek visheshtaaon ke, anek shreshtha gunon ke kitne variety set diye hain!

¹⁹So, BapDada has also given you so many various sets of many specialities and elevated virtues.

¹⁹chaahe kitna bhi amoolya shrringaar ho lekin samay pramaan agar nahin ho to kya lagega?

²⁰No matter how invaluable a decoration may be, if it is not appropriate for the time, how would it look?

²⁰aise visheshtaaon ke, gunon ke, shaktiyon ke, gyaan ratnon ke anek shrringaar baap ne sabhi ko diye hain lekin samay par kaarya mein lagaane mein number ban jaate hain।

²¹Similarly, the Father has given everyone the decorations of specialities, virtues, powers and jewels of knowledge, but you become numberwise in using them at the right time.

²¹bhal yeh sab shrringaar hain bhi lekin har ek visheshta va gun ka mahatva samay par hota hai।

²²All of you have all of these decorations. ²³Each speciality and virtue has its own importance according to the time.

²²hote hue bhi samay par kaarya mein nahin lagaate to amoolya hote hue bhi uska moolya nahin hota।

²⁴If, while having them, you don't use them, then, although they are invaluable, they have no value.

²³jis samay jo visheshta dhaaran karne ka kaarya hai usi visheshta ka hi moolya hai।

²⁵For whatever task you need to imbibe a speciality, that particular speciality is valuable at that time.

²⁴jaise hans kankad aur ratna - donon ko parakh alag-alag kar dhaaran karta hai।

²⁶For instance, swans discriminate between stones and jewels; they separate out the jewels and only imbibe those.

²⁵kankad ko chhod deta hai, baaki ratna-moti dhaaran karta hai।

²⁷They put aside the stones and imbibe the jewels and pearls.

²⁶aise holeehans arthaat samay pramaan visheshta va gun ko parakh kar vahi samay par use kare।

²⁸Such holy swans means those who choose the specialities and virtues appropriate for the time and use them at that time.

²⁷isko kehte hain parakhne ki shakti, nirnay karne ki shakti vaala holeehans।

²⁹This is known as being a holy swan that has the power to discern and the power to decide.

²⁸to parakhna aur nirnay karna - yahi donon shaktiyaan number aage le jaati hain।

³⁰So, the two powers of discerning and deciding are the two powers that take you to the front.

²⁹jab yeh donon shaktiyaan dhaaran ho jaati tab samay pramaan usi visheshta se kaarya le sakte।

³¹When you have imbibed both of these powers, you can carry out a task at the right time with that speciality.

³⁰to har ek holeehans apni in donon shaktiyon ko check karo।

³²So, each of you holy swans has to check both of these powers.

³¹donon shaktiyaan samay par dhokha to nahin deti?

³³Does either of these two powers deceive you at that time?

³²samay beet jaane ke baad agar parakh bhi liya, nirnay kar bhi liya lekin samay to woh beet gaya na।

³⁴If you discern or decide after the time (when it needed to be done), that time has already passed.

³³jo number one holeehans hain, unhon ki yeh donon shaktiyaan sada samay pramaan kaarya karti hain।

³⁵Both of these powers always work appropriately for the time for those who are number one holy swans.

³⁴agar samay ke baad yeh shaktiyaan kaarya karti to second number mein aa jaate!

³⁶If these powers work after the time has passed, you become part of the second number.

³⁵third number ki to baat hi chhodo।

³⁷Don't even ask about the third number!

³⁶aur samay par vahi hans kaarya kar sakta jiski sada buddhi holi (pavitra) hai।

³⁸Only the swans whose intellects are always holy (pure) are able to carry out a task at the right time.

³⁷holi ka arth sunaaya tha na।

³⁹You were told the meaning of the word "Holi".

³⁸ek holi arthaat pavitra aur hindi mein ho li arthaat beeti so beeti।

⁴⁰One holy is pure. ⁴¹In Hindi "ho li", means the past that has passed.

³⁹to jinki buddhi holi arthaat svachchha hai aur sada hi jo second, jo paristhiti beet gai woh ho li - yeh abhyaas hai, aisi buddhi vaale sada holi arthaat roohaani rang mein range hue rehte hain, sada hi baap ke sang ke rang mein range hue hain।

⁴²So, those whose intellects are holy, which means pure and clean, and those who have the practice of always letting the past be the past at every second and in every situation, are always holy, that is, they remain coloured with spiritual colour. ⁴³They are always coloured with the Father's company.

⁴⁰to ek hi holi shabd teen roop se use hota hai।

⁴⁴So, the one word "holy" is used in three ways.

⁴¹jismen yeh teenon hi arth ki visheshtaayen hain arthaat jin hanson ko yeh vidhi aati hai, woh har samay siddhi ko praapta hote hain।

⁴⁵Those who have the speciality of all its three meanings, that is, those swans who know this method, attain success at every moment.

⁴²to aaj baapdaada holeehanson ki sabha mein sabhi holeehanson ki yeh visheshta dekh rahe hain।

⁴⁶So, today, BapDada was looking at this speciality of holy swans in this gathering of holy swans.

⁴³chaahe sthool kaarya athva roohaani kaarya ho lekin donon mein saphalta ka aadhaar parakhne aur nirnay karne ki shakti hai।

⁴⁷Whether it is a physical task or a spiritual task, the basis of success in both are the powers to discern and to decide.

⁴⁴kisi ke bhi samparka mein aate ho, jab tak uske bhaav aur bhaavna ko parakh nahin sakte aur parakhne ke baad yathaartha nirnay nahin kar paate, to donon kaarya mein saphalta nahin praapta hoti - chaahe vyakti ho va paristhiti ho kyonki vyaktiyon ke sambandh mein bhi aana padta hai aur paristhitiyon ko bhi paar karna padta hai।

⁴⁸When you come into contact with anyone, unless you have discerned their motives and feelings and then, having discerned them, if you haven't decided accurately, you cannot be successful in either task, whether it is to do with people or situations. ⁴⁹You have to come into relationship with people and you also have to overcome situations.

⁴⁵jeevan mein yeh donon hi baaten aati hain।

⁵⁰Both of these things have to be faced in life.

⁴⁶to number one holeehans arthaat donon visheshtaaon mein sampanna।

⁵¹So, a number one holy swan means one who is full of both specialities.

⁴⁷yeh hua aaj ki is sabha ka samaachaar।

⁵²This was the news of today's gathering.

⁴⁸yeh sabha arthaat sirf saamne baithe hue nahin।

⁵³This gathering doesn't mean only those who are sitting here in front of Baba.

⁴⁹baapdaada ke saamne to aapke saath-saath chaaron or ke bachche bhi emerge hote hain।

⁵⁴In front of BapDada, along with all of you, all the children from everywhere have emerged.

⁵⁰behad ke parivaar ke beech baapdaada milan manaate va roohrihaan karte hain।

⁵⁵BapDada celebrates a meeting and has a heart-to-heart conversation with the whole unlimited family.

⁵¹sabhi brahman aatmaayen apne yaad ki shakti se svayan bhi madhuban mein haazir hoti hain।

⁵⁶All Brahmin souls with the power of their remembrance become present in Madhuban.

⁵²aur baapdaada yeh bhi vishesh baat dekh rahe hain ki har ek bachche ke vidhi ki line aur siddhi ki line, yeh donon rekhaayen kitna spashta hain, aadi se ab tak vidhi kaisi rahi hai aur vidhi ke phalasvaroop siddhi kitni praapta ki hai, donon rekhaayen kitni spashta hain aur kitni lambi arthaat vidhi aur siddhi ka khaata kitna yathaartha roop se jama hai?

⁵⁷BapDada was particularly seeing how clear every child's line of the method and line of success are, how the method has been applied from the beginning until now and how much success they have attained as a result of using the method. ⁵⁸How clear are both these lines? ⁵⁹How long are they? ⁶⁰That is, how much have they accumulated in their accounts in an accurate way through using the method and having success?

⁵³vidhi ka aadhaar hai shreshtha vritti।

⁶¹The foundation of the method is having an elevated attitude.

⁵⁴agar shreshtha vritti hai to yathaartha vidhi bhi hai aur yathaartha vidhi hai to siddhi shreshtha hai hi hai।

⁶²If the attitude is elevated, then the method is accurate and, if the method is accurate, then the success is definitely elevated too.

⁵⁵to vidhi aur siddhi ka beej vritti hai।

⁶³So, the seed of the method and its success is your attitude.

⁵⁶shreshtha vritti sada bhaai-bhaai ki aatmik vritti ho।

⁶⁴Always have an elevated soul-conscious attitude of brotherhood.

⁵⁷yeh to mukhya baat hai hi lekin saath-saath samparka mein aate har aatma ke prati kalyaan ki, sneh ki, sahayog ki, nihsvaarthapan ki nirvikalp vritti ho, niravyartha-sankalp vritti ho।

⁶⁵This is the main thing but, along with that, while coming into contact with every soul, let there always be an attitude of benevolence, love, co-operation, selflessness and of being free from sinful thoughts. ⁶⁶Let there be an attitude that is free from wasteful thoughts.

⁵⁸kai baar kisi bhi aatma ke prati vyartha sankalp va vikalpa ki vritti hoti hai to jaisi vritti drishti vaisi hi us aatma ke kartavya, karma ki srishti dikhaai degi।

⁶⁷Sometimes, you have an attitude of wasteful or sinful thoughts towards some soul and, as is your attitude and vision, so you will see the world of that soul's tasks and actions accordingly.

⁵⁹kabhi-kabhi bachchon ka sunte bhi hain aur dekhte bhi hain।

⁶⁸Sometimes, Baba hears this and also sees this in the children.

⁶⁰vritti ke kaaran varnan bhi karte hain, chaahe woh kitna bhi achha kaarya kare lekin vritti vyartha hone ke kaaran sada hi us aatma ke prati vaani bhi aisi hi nikalti ki yeh to hai hi aisa, hota hi aisa hai।

⁶⁹Because of this attitude, you also speak about it. ⁷⁰No matter how good a task that person may perform, because you have an attitude of wastefulness, the words that emerge for that soul are always like this: "This one is always like that anyway; he is always like that".

⁶¹to yeh vritti unke karma roopi srishti vaisa hi anubhav karaati hai।

⁷¹So, this type of attitude will make you experience that soul's world (field) of activity to be likewise.

⁶²jaise aap log is duniya mein aankhon ki nazar ke chashme ka drishtaanta dete hain; jis rang ka chashma pahnenge vahi dikhaai dega।

⁷²In this world, all of you give the example of spectacles. ⁷³Whatever colour glasses you wear, that is the colour you will see everything to be.

⁶³aise yeh jaisi vritti hoti hai, to vritti drishti ko badalti hai, drishti srishti ko badalti hai।

⁷⁴Similarly, whatever your attitude is, that attitude changes your vision and your vision changes the world.

⁶⁴agar vritti ka beej sada hi shreshtha hai to vidhi aur siddhi saphaltaapoorvak hai hi।

⁷⁵If the seed of the attitude is always elevated, then the method and result are definitely successful.

⁶⁵to pahle vritti ke foundation ko check karo।

⁷⁶So, first of all, check the foundation of your attitude.

⁶⁶usko shreshtha vritti kaha jaata hai।

⁷⁷That is called having an elevated attitude.

⁶⁷agar kisi sambandh-samparka mein shreshtha vritti ke bajaae mix hai to bhal kitni bhi vidhi apnaao lekin siddhi nahin hogi kyonki beej hai vritti aur vriksha hai vidhi aur phal hai siddhi।

⁷⁸In any relationship or connection, if there is a mixed attitude instead of an elevated attitude, then, no matter how many methods you adopt, there won't be success. ⁷⁹This is because the seed is the attitude, the tree is the method and the fruit is the result.

⁶⁸agar beej kamjor hai to vriksha chaahe kitna bhi vistaar vaala ho lekin siddhi roopi phal nahin hoga।

⁸⁰If the seed is weak, then no matter how expansive (wide-spread) the tree is, it won't have the fruit of success.

⁶⁹isi vritti aur vidhi ke oopar baapdaada bachchon ke prati ek vishesh roohrihaan kar rahe the।

⁸¹Bap and Dada were having a special heart-to-heart conversation about this attitude and method of the children.

⁷⁰sva-unnati ke prati va seva ki saphalta ke prati ek ramneek slogan roohrihaan mein bata rahe the।

⁸²For self-progress and for success in service, Bap and Dada were sharing an entertaining slogan in their heart-to-heart conversation.

⁷¹aap sabhi yeh slogan ek do mein kehte bhi ho, har kaarya mein ‘pahle aap' - yeh slogan yaad hai na?

⁸³All of you also use this slogan with one another. ⁸⁴You remember the slogan "You first" in every task, do you not?

⁷²ek hai ‘pahle aap', doosra hai ‘pahle main'।

⁸⁵One is "You first" and the other is "I first".

⁷³donon slogan “pahle aap'' aur ‘pahle main' - donon aavashyak hain।

⁸⁶Both slogans, "You first" and "I first”, are essential.

⁹⁸It shouldn't be that you simply say "You first" in words but your actions are then different.

⁸³svamaan mein sthit ho svamaan dena hai।

⁹⁹You have to remain stable in your self-respect and give respect.

⁸⁴svamaan dena va svamaan mein sthit hona, uski nishaani kya hogi?

¹⁰⁰What would be the sign of giving respect and being stable in self-respect?

⁸⁵usmein do baaten sada check karo -

¹⁰¹Always check two things in this.

⁸⁶ek hoti hai abhimaan ki vritti, doosri hai apmaan ki vritti।

¹⁰²One is an attitude of arrogance and the other is a disrespectful attitude.

⁸⁷jo svamaan mein sthit hota hai aur doosre ko svamaan dene vaala daata hota, usmein yeh donon vritti nahin hogi - na abhimaan ki, na apmaan ki।

¹⁰³Someone who is stable in his self-respect and is a bestower, who gives respect to others, would not have either an attitude of disrespect or of arrogance.

¹⁰⁷To remain stable in your self-respect and give respect is known as saying "You first".

⁹¹aur jo bhi sva-unnati ki baat ho usmein sada ‘pahle main' ka slogan yaad ho to kya result hogi?

¹⁰⁹In any situation of self-progress, if you always remember the slogan "I first", what will the result be?

⁹²pahle main arthaat jo ote so arjun।

¹¹⁰"I first" means the one who takes the initiative is Arjuna.

⁹³arjun arthaat vishesh aatma, nyaari aatma, alaukik aatma, alaukik vishesh aatma।

¹¹¹Arjuna means a special soul, a unique soul, an alokik soul, an alokik special soul.

⁹⁴jaise brahma baap sada ‘pahle main' ke slogan se jo ote so arjun bana na arthaat number one aatma।

¹¹²Father Brahma became Arjuna, that is, the number one soul, by always living with the slogan "I first".

⁹⁵number one ka sunaaya - number one division।

¹²⁸When you have the slightest desire to receive respect, even in your thoughts, you won't receive it.

¹¹⁰nirmaan banna arthaat ‘pahle aap' kehna।

¹²⁹To be humble means to say "You first".

¹¹¹nirmaan sthiti svatah hi svamaan dilaayegi।

¹³⁰The humble stage will automatically make others give you respect.

¹¹²svamaan ki paristhitiyon mein ‘pahle aap' kehna arthaat baap samaan banna।

¹³¹In situations that challenge your self-respect, to say "You first" means to become equal to the Father.

¹¹³jaise brahma baap ne sada hi svamaan dene mein pahle jagat amba pahle sarasvati maa, peechhe brahma baap rakha।

¹³²In giving respect, Father Brahma always kept the World Mother, Jagadamba, Mother Saraswati, first, and then came Father Brahma.

¹¹⁴brahma maata hote hue bhi svamaan dene ke arth jagat amba maa ko aage rakha।

¹³³Although being Mother Brahma, for the sake of giving respect he placed Mother Jagadamba ahead.

¹¹⁵har kaarya mein bachchon ko aage rakha aur purooshaartha ki sthiti mein sada svayan ko ‘pahle main' engine ke roop mein dekha।

¹³⁴He kept the children in front in every task, whereas in terms of the stage of effort, he kept himself in front in the form of an engine.

¹¹⁶engine aage hota hai na।

¹³⁵An engine is always at the front.

¹¹⁷sada yeh saakaar jeevan mein dekha ki jo main karoonga mujhe dekh sabhi karenge।

¹³⁶You always saw in sakar Baba's life: "Whatever I do, others who see me will do the same."

¹¹⁸to vidhi mein, sva-unnati mein va teevra purooshaartha ki line mein sada ‘pahle main' rakha।
