This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.

How is Hinglish generated?

The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.

Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

1manan karne ki vidhi tatha manan shakti ko badhaane ki yuktiyaan

1The method for churning and the way to increase churning power.

2aaj ratnaagar baap apne amoolya ratnon se milne aaye hain ki har ek shreshtha aatma ne kitne gyaan-ratna jama kiye arthaat jeevan mein dhaaran kiye hain?

2Today, the Jewel Merchant Father has come to meet His invaluable jewels to see how many jewels of knowledge every elevated soul has accumulated, that is, how many jewels of knowledge you have instilled in your practical lives.

3ek-ek gyaan ratna padmon se bhi jyaada moolyavaan hai!

3Each and every jewel of knowledge is more valuable than multi-millions.

4to socho, aadi se ab tak kitne gyaan ratna mile hain!

4So, just think how many jewels of knowledge you have received from the beginning until now.

5ratnaagar baap ne har ek bachche ki buddhi roopi jholi mein anekaanek ratna bhar diye hain।

5The Jewel Merchant Father has filled the apron of the intellect of every child with many jewels.

6sabhi bachchon ko ek saath ek jitne hi gyaan ratna diye hain।

6He has given all the children jewels of knowledge equally and at the same time.

7lekin yeh gyaan-ratna jitna sva prati va anya aatmaon ke prati kaarya mein lagaate hain, utna yeh ratna badhte jaate hain।

7However, the more you use these jewels of knowledge for yourself and for others, the more these jewels continue to increase.

8baapdaada dekh rahe hain-baap ne to sabko samaan diye lekin koi bachchon ne ratnon ko badhaaya hai aur koi ne ratnon ko badhaaya nahin।

8BapDada was seeing that, although the Father has given equally to all the children, some children have increased their jewels, whereas others have not.

9koi bharpoor hai; koi akhut maalaamaal hai; koi samay pramaan kaarya mein laga rahe hain, koi sada kaarya mein lagaakar ek ka padamguna badha rahe hain; koi jitna kaarya mein lagaana chaahiye utna laga nahin sakte, isliye ratnon ki value ko jitna samajhna chaahiye utna samajh nahin rahe hain।

9Some are full, overflowing, some have unlimited treasures, some are using them appropriately according to the time, some are using them for a task and are increasing them multi-million fold from one. 10Some are unable to use these jewels for a task as much as they should. 11This is why they are unable to understand the value of the jewels as much as they should.

10jitna mila hai woh buddhi mein dhaaran to kiya lekin kaarya mein laane se jo sukh, khushi, shakti, shanti aur nirvighna sthiti ki praapti ki anubhooti honi chaahiye woh nahin kar paate hain।

12Your intellects have imbibed what you have received, but you are unable to experience the attainment of happiness, joy, power, peace and a stage free from obstacles that you should have by using them.

11iska kaaran manan shakti ki kami hai kyonki manan karna arthaat jeevan mein samaana, dhaaran karna।

13The reason for this is a lack of churning power, because to churn it means to put it into your life, to imbibe it.

12manan na karna arthaat sirf buddhi tak dhaaran karna।

14Not to churn means that just your intellect imbibes it.

13woh jeevan ke har kaarya mein, har karma mein lagaate hain-chaahe apne prati, chaahe anya aatmaon ke prati aur doosre sirf buddhi mein yaad rakhte arthaat dhaaran karte hain।

15The former use these for every task and in every action of their life, whether it is for the self or for others. 16The latter simply remember these with their intellects, that is, they imbibe them.

14jaise koi bhi sthool khajaane ko sirf tijori mein va laakar mein rakh lo aur samay pramaan va sada kaam mein nahin lagaao to woh khushi ki praapti nahin hoti hai, sirf dil ka dilaasa rehta hai ki hamaare paas hai।

17For instance, when you keep a physical treasure in your safe or locker and don't use it at the appropriate time or all the time, you don't experience happiness, but you just have the reassurance in your heart that you have that treasure.

15na badhega, na anubhooti hogi।

18Neither will it increase nor will you have an experience.

16aise, gyaan ratna agar sirf buddhi mein dhaaran kiya, yaad rakha, mukh se varnan kiya-point bahut achhi hai, to thode samay ke liye achhi point ka achha nasha rehta hai lekin jeevan mein, har karma mein un gyaan ratnon ko laana hai kyonki gyaan ratna bhi hain, gyaan roshni bhi hai, gyaan shakti bhi hai isliye agar isi vidhi se karma mein nahin laaya to badhta nahin hai va anubhooti nahin hoti hai।

19In the same way, if your intellect has just imbibed the jewels of knowledge, if you just remember them and repeat them saying that the point is very good, then, for a short time you have good intoxication of that good point. 20However, you have to put these jewels of knowledge into your practical lives and into every action because knowledge is not only jewels, but knowledge is enlightenment and knowledge is also power. 21So, if you don't use them with this method in practice, neither do they increase nor is there any experience.

17gyaan padhaai bhi hai, gyaan ladaai ke shreshtha shastra bhi hain।

22Knowledge is a study and it is also an elevated battle weapon.

18yeh hai gyaan ka moolya।

23This is the value of knowledge.

19moolya ko jaanna arthaat kaarya mein lagaana aur jitna-jitna kaarya mein lagaate hain utna shakti ka anubhav karte jaate hain।

24To know their value means to use them for a task and the more you use them for a task, the more you continue to experience power.

20jaise shastra ko samay pramaan use nahin karo to woh shastra bekaar ho jaata hai arthaat uski jo value hai, woh utni nahin rehti hai।

25For instance, when you don't use a weapon at the right time, then that weapon becomes useless, that is, it no longer has that much value.

21gyaan bhi shastra hai, agar maayaajeet banne ke samay shastra ko kaarya mein nahin lagaaya to jo value hai, usko kam kar diya kyonki laabh nahin liya।

26Knowledge is also a weapon but, if at the time for becoming a conqueror of Maya you don't use the weapon, you reduce its value, because you didn't take its benefit.

22laabh lena arthaat value rakhna।

27To take the benefit of something means to keep its value.

23gyaan ratna sabke paas hain kyonki adhikaari ho। 24lekin bharpoor rahne mein nambarvaar ho।

28You all have jewels of knowledge because you all have a right, but you are numberwise in being full.

25mool kaaran sunaaya-manan shakti ki kami।

29You were told that the main reason is a lack of churning power.

26manan shakti baap ke khajaane ko apna khajaana anubhav karaane ka aadhaar hai।

30Churning power is the basis of experiencing the Father's treasures to be your own.

27jaise sthool bhojan hajam hone se khoon ban jaata hai kyonki bhojan alag hai, usko jab hazam kar lete ho to woh khoon ke roop mein apna ban jaata hai।

31When digested, physical food becomes blood, because food is separate. 32When it is digested, it becomes your own in the form of blood.

28aise manan shakti se baap ka khajaana so mera khajaana-yeh apna adhikaar, apna khajaana anubhav hota hai।

33In the same way, with churning power, you experience the Father's treasures to be your own; you experience them as a right and as your treasure.

29baapdaada pahle bhi sunaate rahe hain - apni ghot to nasha chadhe arthaat baap ke khajaane ko manan shakti se kaarya mein lagaakar praaptiyon ki anubhooti karo to nasha chadhe।

34Previously, too, BapDada has been saying that only when you grind your own ingredients will you feel that intoxication. 35That is, by using the Father's treasures with your churning power, you experience attainment and your intoxication rises.

30sunne ke samay nasha rehta hai lekin sada kyon nahin rehta?

36At the time of listening to Baba you have intoxication, but why is it not there all the time?

31iska kaaran hai ki sada manan shakti se apna nahin banaaya hai।

37The reason is that you have not made them your own with churning power.

32manan shakti arthaat saagar ke tale mein jaakar antarmukhi ban har gyaan-ratna ki guhyata mein jaana।

38Churning power means to go to the bottom of the ocean, to be introverted and go into the depth of every jewel of knowledge.

33sirf repeat nahin karna hai lekin har ek point ka raaz kya hai aur har point ko kis samay, kis vidhi se kaarya mein laagaana hai aur har point ko anya aatmaon ke prati seva mein kis vidhi se kaarya mein lagaana hai - yeh chaaron hi baaten har ek point ko sunkar manan karo।

39You mustn't just repeat them, but ask yourself i) what the significance is of every point, ii & iii) at what time and with what method must you use every point, iv) with what method must you use every point for the service of others. 40So, listen to every point and think about these four things.

34saath-saath manan karte practical mein us raaz ke ras mein chale jaao, nashe ki anubhooti mein aao।

41Along with churning, also go into the sweetness of its significance, become lost in the experience of intoxication.

35maaya ke bhinna-bhinna vighnon ke samay va prakriti ke bhinna-bhinna paristhitiyon ke samay kaam mein lagaakar dekho ki jo mainne manan kiya ki is paristhiti ke pramaan va vighna ke pramaan yeh gyaan ratna maayaajeet bana sakte va banaane vaala hai, woh practical hua arthaat maayaajeet bane?

42Use these when the different obstacles from Maya occur or when you have different problems of nature. 43Ask yourself, according to the situation or according to the obstacle, whatever points you churned, will those jewels of knowledge make you or can they make you a conqueror of Maya? 44Did that happen practically? 45That is, did you become a conqueror of Maya?

36va socha tha maayaajeet banenge lekin mehnat karni padi va samay vyartha gaya?

46Or, is it that you thought that you would become a conqueror of Maya, but you had to labour instead or your time was wasted?

37isse siddha hai ki vidhi yathaartha nahin thi, tab siddhi nahin mili।

47This proves that the method was not accurate, and that was why you didn't experience success.

38use karne ka tareeka bhi chaahiye, abhyaas chaahiye।

48You also need the method and practice to use these things.

39jaise science vaale bhi bahut powerful bombs (shaktishaali gole) le jaate hain।

49Similarly scientists create very powerful bombs.

40samajhte hain-bas isse ab to jeet lenge।

50They believe that they will definitely be victorious with those.

41lekin use karne vaale ko use karne ka dhang nahin aata to powerful bomb hote bhi yahaan-vahaan aise sthaan par jaakar girta jo vyartha chala jaata।

51However, if the person using those bombs doesn't know how to use them, then, even though they are powerful bombs, if they just fall here or there, they would be wasted.

42kaaran kya hua?

52What was the reason?

43use karne ki vidhi theek nahin।

53The method of using them was not accurate.

44aise, ek-ek gyaan-ratna ati amoolya hai।

54In this way, every jewel of knowledge is extremely valuable.

45gyaan ratna va gyaan ki shakti ke aage paristhiti va vighna thahar nahin sakte।

55Situations and obstacles cannot continue when you have the jewels of knowledge and the power of knowledge.

46lekin agar vijay nahin hoti hai to samjho use karne ki vidhi nahin aati hai।

56However, if you don't experience victory, then understand that you don't know the method to use them accurately.

47doosri baat-manan shakti ka abhyaas sada na karne se samay par bina abhyaas ke achaanak kaam mein lagaane ka prayatna karte ho, isliye dhokha kha lete ho।

57Secondly, by not constantly having the practice of churning, when you suddenly try to use them at a time of need, you are deceived.

48yeh albelaapan aa jaata hai-gyaan to buddhi mein hai hi, samay par kaam mein laga lenge।

58You have the carelessness that you have the knowledge in your intellect anyway, and that you will use it at the right time.

49lekin sada ka abhyaas, bahutkaal ka abhyaas chaahiye।

59However, you need to practise constantly and practise over a long period of time.

50nahin to us samay sochne vaale ko kya title denge?

60Otherwise, what title will those who just think about these things receive?

51kumbhakran।

61A kumbhakarna.

52usne kya albelaapan kiya?

62What carelessness did he have?

53yahi socha na ki aane do, aayenge to jeet lenge।

63He only thought: Let them come, and I will then be victorious.

54to aisa sochna ki samay par ho jaayega-yeh albelaapan dhokha de deta, isliye har roz manan shakti ko badhaate jaao।

64So the carelessness to think that it will happen when it is time deceives you. 65Therefore, continue to increase churning power every day.

55revise course mein va avyakt, jo roz sunte ho, to manan shakti ko badhaane ke liye roz koi na koi ek vishesh point buddhi mein dhaaran karo aur jo 4 baaten sunaai, us vidhi se abhyaas karo।

66Whether it is the revised course (sakar murlis) or the avyakt murli you hear every day, in order to increase churning power, let your intellect imbibe one special point every day and practise with the method of the four things that Baba told you about.

56chalte-phirte, har karma karte-chaahe sthool karma karte ho, chaahe seva ka karma karte ho lekin saara din manan chalta rahe।

67While moving along, while performing every action, whether it is for yourself or an action for service, let there be churning throughout the day.

57chaahe business karte ho va daphtar ka kaam karte ho, chaahe sevaakendra mein seva karte ho lekin jis samay bhi buddhi thoda free ho to apne manan shakti ke abhyaas ko baar-baar daudaao।

68Whether you are in business or you go to the office or whether you serve at a centre, whenever your intellect is a little free, repeatedly increase the practice of churning.

58kai kaam aise hote hain jo karma kar rahe hain, uske saath-saath aur bhi soch sakte hain।

69Some work is such that while you are doing that work, you can also think about these things at the same time.

59bahut thoda samay hota hai jo aisa kaarya hota hai jismen buddhi ka full attention dena hota hai, nahin to double taraph buddhi chalti rehti hai।

70It is for a very little time that you have to do work in which your intellect has to pay full attention. 71Otherwise, your intellect can continue to work on both things.

60aisa samay agar apni dincharya mein note karo to beech-beech mein bahut samay milta hai।

72If you fix such time in your timetable, you can find a lot of time in between.

61manan shakti ke liye vishesh samay mile tab abhyaas karenge-aisi koi baat nahin hai।

73It isn't that you have to find special time to use churning power.

62chalte-phirte bhi kar sakte ho।

74You can do it even while walking and moving around.

63agar ekaanta ka samay milta hai to bahut achha hai।

75If you have some time in solitude, that is very good.

64aur maheenta mein jaae har point ke spashteekran mein jaao, vistaar mein laao to bahut maja aayega। 65lekin pahle point ke nashe ki sthiti mein sthit ho ke karna, phir bor nahin honge।

76Go into the depths of the clarification of every point; go into its expansion and you will enjoy yourself very much, but first of all stabilise yourself in the intoxication of that point, then you won't get bored.

66nahin to sirf repeat kar lete hain, phir kehte-yeh to ho gaya, ab kya karen?

77Otherwise, you just repeat the points and you then say, “This is now done; what should I now do?”

67jaise kai svadarshan chakra chalaane mein hansaate hain na - chakra kya chalaayen, 5 minute mein chakra poora ho jaata hai!

78When you spin the discus of self-realisation, some of you make Baba laugh: “What should we think about? 79Our cycle finishes within five minutes!”

68sthiti ka anubhav karne nahin aata hai to sirf repeat kar lete hain - satayug, treta, dvaapar, kaliyug, itne janma, itni aayu, itna samay hai…bas, poora ho gaya।

80They don't know how to experience that stage and so they simply repeat the knowledge: the golden, silver, copper and iron ages, so many births, this lifespan, this much time, that’s it, and then it is over.

69lekin svadarshan chakradhaari banna arthaat knowledgeful, powerful sthiti ka anubhav karna।

81However, to become a spinner of the discus of self-realisation means to experience a knowledge-full and powerful stage.

70point ke nashe mein sthit rehna, raaz mein raajayukta banna-aisa abhyaas har point mein karo।

82Now practise using every point to remain stable in the intoxication of that point and become one who knows of the significance of that point of knowledge.

71yeh to ek svadarshan chakra ki baat sunaai।

83This was an aspect of the discus of self-realisation that the Father spoke about.

72aise, har gyaan ki point ko manan karo aur beech-beech mein abhyaas karo।

84In the same way, churn each and every point of knowledge and, every now and then, practise having an experience.

73aise nahin sirf aadha ghanta manan kiya।

85It should not be that you just sit there for half an hour simply churning it.

74samay mile aur buddhi manan ke abhyaas mein chali jaae।

86Whenever you have time, let your intellect have the practice of churning.

75manan shakti se buddhi busy rahegi to svatah hi sahaj maayaajeet ban jaayenge।

87When your intellect remains busy with churning power, you will automatically and easily become a conqueror of Maya.

76busy dekh maaya aape hi kinaara kar legi।

88When Maya sees that you are busy, she automatically steps away.

77maaya aaye aur yuddha karo, bhagaao; phir kabhi haar, kabhi jeet ho - yeh cheenti maarga ka purooshaartha hai।

89If Maya comes and you then have to battle to chase her away and there is sometimes victory and sometimes defeat, that is the effort of the crawling stage.

78ab to teevra purooshaartha karne ka samay hai, udne ka samay hai isliye manan shakti se buddhi ko busy rakho।

90Now is the time to make intense effort; it is the time to fly. 91Therefore, keep your intellect busy with churning power.

79isi manan shakti se yaad ki shakti mein magna rehna - yeh anubhav sahaj ho jaayega।

92Through this churning power, stay absorbed in the power of remembrance. 93You will easily have that experience.

80manan maayaajeet aur vyartha sankalpon se bhi mukta kar deta hai।

94Churning makes you a conqueror of Maya and frees you from all waste thoughts.

81jahaan vyartha nahin, vighna nahin to samartha sthiti va lagan mein magna rahne ki sthiti svatah hi ho jaati hai।

95Where there is no waste and there are no obstacles, you automatically have a powerful stage, the stage of remaining lost in love.

82kai sochte hain - beejroop sthiti ya shaktishaali yaad ki sthiti kam rehti hai ya bahut attention dene ke baad anubhav hota hai।

96Some of you think that you have very little of the seed stage or the stage of powerful remembrance, or that you have an experience only after paying a lot of attention.

83iska kaaran agle baar bhi sunaaya ki leakage hai, buddhi ki shakti vyartha ke taraph bant jaati hai।

97You were told the reason for this last time too, that there is some leakage. 98The power of your intellect goes to waste.

84kabhi vyartha sankalp chalenge, kabhi saadhaaran sankalp chalenge।

99Sometimes, you will have waste thoughts and at other times you will have ordinary thoughts.

85jo kaam kar rahe hain usi ke sankalp mein buddhi ka busy rehna - isko kehte hain saadhaaran sankalp।

100To keep your intellect busy with the work that you are doing is known as having ordinary thoughts.

86yaad ki shakti ya manan shakti jo honi chaahiye woh nahin hoti aur apne ko khush kar lete ki aaj koi paap karma nahin hua, vyartha nahin chala, kisko duhkh nahin diya।

101At that time, you don't have the power of remembrance or the churning power that is needed and you satisfy yourself by saying: Today, I didn't commit any sins, there hasn’t been any wastage and I didn't cause anyone sorrow.

87lekin samartha sankalp, samartha sthiti, shaktishaali yaad rahi?

102However, did you have powerful thoughts, a powerful stage and powerful remembrance?

88agar woh nahin rahi to isko kahenge saadhaaran sankalp।

103If you didn't have these, that is called ordinary thoughts.

89karma kiya lekin karma aur yog saath-saath nahin raha।

104You performed actions, but karma and yoga were not together.

90karma karta bane lekin karmayogi nahin bane isliye karma karte bhi, ya manan shakti ya magna sthiti ki shakti, donon mein se ek anubhooti sada rahni chaahiye।

105You became one who performs actions, but not one who is a karma yogi. 106So, while performing actions, let there always be the experience of either churning power or the power of being lost in that stage.

91yeh donon sthitiyaan shaktishaali seva karaane ke aadhaar hain।

107Both these powers are the basis of doing powerful service.

92manan karne vaale abhyaas hone ke kaaran jis samay jo sthiti banaane chaahen woh bana sakenge।

108Because those who churn have that practice, they are able to create whatever stage they want whenever they want.

93link rahne se leakage khatma ho jaayegi aur jis samay jo anubhooti-chaahe beejroop sthiti ki, chaahe pharishte roop ki, jo karna chaaho woh sahaj kar sakenge kyonki jab gyaan ki smriti hai to gyaan ke simran se gyaandaata svatah hi yaad rehta।

109By having a link, the leakage will end and whatever experience you want - whether it is of the seed stage or the angelic stage - you will easily be able to experience whatever stage you want. 110When you have the knowledge in your awareness, then by remembering knowledge, you automatically remember the Bestower of that knowledge.

94to samjha, manan kaise karna hai?

111So, do you understand how you have to churn?

95kaha tha na ki manan ka phir sunaayenge।

112You were told that Baba would tell you about churning at some point.

96to aaj manan karne ki vidhi sunaai।

113So, today, Baba has told you the way to churn.

97maaya ke vighnon se sada vijayi banna va sada seva mein saphalta ka anubhav karna, iska aadhaar manan shakti hai।

114The basis of constantly being victorious over the obstacles of Maya and constantly experiencing success in service is churning power.

98samjha?

115Do you understand?

99achha!

116Achcha.

100sarva gyaan-saagar ke gyaani tu aatma bachchon ko, sada manan shakti dvaara sahaj maayaajeet banne vaali shreshtha aatmaon ko, sada manan shakti ke abhyaas ko aage badhaane vaale, manan se magna sthiti ka anubhav karne vaale, sada gyaan ke ratnon ka moolya jaanne vaale, sada har karma mein gyaan ki shakti ko kaarya mein laane vaale, aise sada shreshtha sthiti mein rahne vaale vishesh va amoolya ratnon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste।

117To all the knowledgeable children of the Ocean of Knowledge, to the elevated souls who constantly become conquerors of Maya easily with the power of churning, to those who increase their practice of churning power and who experience the stage of being lost in love, to those who always know the value of the jewels of knowledge, to those who use the power of knowledge in every action, to the special, invaluable jewels who constantly remain stable in an elevated stage, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

101party se avyakt baapdaada ki mulaakaat:- svayan ko teevra purooshaarthi aatmaayen anubhav karte ho?

118Avyakt BapDada meeting groups: 119Do you experience yourselves to be souls who are intense effort-makers?

102kyonki samay bahut teevragti se aage badh raha hai।

120Time is moving ahead at a very fast speed.

103jaise samay aage badh raha hai, to samay par manzil par pahunchne vaale ko kis gati se chalna pade?

121As time is moving forward, with what speed should those who are going to reach their destination on time move?

104samay kam hai aur praapti jyaada karni hai।

122There is little time and a lot to be attained.

105to thode samay mein agar jyaada praapti karni ho to teevra karna padega na।

123So, if you want to attain a lot in a short time, you have to do it quickly.

106samay ko dekh rahe ho aur apne purooshaartha ki gati ko bhi jaante ho।

124You are seeing the time and you also know the speed of your efforts.

107to samay agar tej hai aur apni gati tej nahin hai to samay arthaat rachna aap rachta se bhi tej hui।

125So, if time is moving fast and your speed is not fast, then time, that is the creation, is faster than you, the creator.

108rachta se rachna tej chali jaae to use achhi baat kahenge?

126Is it a good thing for the creation to be faster than the creator?

109rachna se rachta aage hona chaahiye।

127The creator should be ahead of the creation.

110sada teevra purooshaarthi aatmaayen ban aage badhne ka samay hai।

128It is now the time to become constant, intense effort-making souls and move forward.

111agar aage badhte koi bhi sidescenes ko dekh rukte ho, to rukne vaale theek samay par pahunch nahin sakenge।

129If, whilst moving forward, you stop to see side scenes, then those who stop don’t reach their destination on time.

112koi bhi maaya ki aakarshan side-scene hai।

130Any attraction of Maya is a side scene.

113sidescene par rookne vaala manzil par kaise pahunchega?

131How would those who stop at side scenes be able to reach their destination?

114isliye sadaiv teevra purooshaarthi ban aage badhte chalo।

132Therefore, always be intense effort-makers and continue to move forward.

115aise nahin samay par pahunch hi jaayenge, abhi to samay pada hai।

133Don't think that you will reach your destination anyway because there is still some time left.

116aise sochkar agar dheemi gati se chalenge to samay par dhokha mil jaayega।

134If you move at a slow speed thinking in this way, you will be deceived at that time.

117bahut kaal ka teevra purooshaartha ka sanskaar, ant mein bhi teevra purooshaartha ka anubhav karaayega।

135The sanskar of making intense effort over a long period of time will give you the experience of intense effort in the final moments.

118to sada teevra purooshaarthi।

136So, always be intense effort-makers.

119kabhi teevra, kabhi kamjor-nahin।

137Do not sometimes be intense and sometimes weak.

120aise nahin thodi-si baat hui kamjor ban jaao।

138Do not become weak when something trivial happens.

121isko teevra purooshaarthi nahin kahenge।

139In that case, you would not be called an intense effort-maker.

122teevra purooshaarthi kabhi rookte nahin, udte hain।

140An intense effort-maker never stops, but flies.

123to udte panchhi ban udti kala ka anubhav karte chalo।

141So, become flying birds and continue to experience the flying stage.

124ek do ko bhi sahayog de teevra purooshaarthi banaate chalo।

142Give co-operation to others and continue to make them into intense effort-makers.

125jitni auron ki seva karenge utna svayan ka umang-utsaah badhta rahega।

143The more you serve others, the more your zeal and enthusiasm will continue to increase.

126vidaai ke samay (daadi jaanki ji videsh mein jaane ki chhutti baapdaada se le rahi hain)

144At the time of farewell: Dadi Janki taking leave from BapDada before going abroad.

127desh-videsh mein seva ka umang-utsaah achha hai।

145There is very good zeal and enthusiasm for service in this land and abroad.

128jahaan umang-utsaah hai, vahaan saphalta bhi hoti hai।

146Where there is zeal and enthusiasm, there is success.

129sada yeh attention rakhna hai ki pahle apna umang-utsaah ho, sangathan ki shakti ho।

147Always pay attention that firstly, you always have zeal and enthusiasm and also the power of the gathering.

130sneh ki shakti, sahayog ki shakti ho to saphalta usi anusaar hoti hai।

148When you have the power of love and the power of co-operation, you achieve success according to that.

131yeh hai dharni।

149This is the field.

132jaise dharni theek hoti hai to phal bhi aisa hi nikalta hai aur agar temporary (asthaayi) dharni ko theek karke beej daal do to phal bhi thode samay ke liye milega, sadaakaal ke liye phal nahin milega।

150When the field is good, the fruit it gives is according to that. 151However, if you temporarily make the field good and sow seeds in that, you will receive fruit for a short time; you won't then receive fruit for all time.

133to saphalta ke phal ke pahle sada dharni ko check karo।

152So, before receiving the fruit of success, always check the field.

134baaki jo karte hain unka jama to ho hi jaata hai।

153However, whatever each one of you does, you accumulate that anyway.

135abhi bhi khushi milti hai aur bhavishya to hai hi।

154You receive happiness now and you will have that in the future anyway.

136achha!

155Achcha.

Blessing

137vardaan:- todna, modna aur jodna - in teen shabdon ki smriti dvaara sada vijayi bhav

156Blessing: May you be constantly victorious with the awareness of three expressions: to break, to mould and to forge (connect).

138saari padhaai aur shikshaaon ka saar yeh teen shabd hain:- 1-karmabandhan todne hain।

157 The essence of the whole study and teachings are in three expressions: 1) Karmic bondages have to be broken.

1392-apne sanskaar-svabhaav ko modna hai aur 3- ek baap se sarva sambandh jodne hain - yahi teen shabd sampoorn vijayi bana denge, iske liye sada yahi smriti rahe ki jo bhi in naynon se vinaashi cheeze dekhte hain woh sab vinaash hui padi hain।

1582) Your sanskars and nature have to be moulded. 1593) You have to forge all relationships with the one Father. 160These three expressions will make you completely victorious. 161For this, always have the awareness: Whatever perishable things I see with these eyes have already perished.

140unhein dekhte bhi apne naye sambandh, nai srishti ko dekhte raho to kabhi haar ho nahin sakti।

162Even while seeing these, continue to see your new relationships and the new world, and you will never be defeated.
