This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.

How is Hinglish generated?

The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.

Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

1himmat ka doosra kadam - “sahansheelta'' (brahma baap ki jeevan kahaani)

1The Second Step of Courage is Tolerance (life story of Brahma Baba).

2aaj almighty authority baap apni pahli shreshtha rachna ko dekh rahe hain।

2Today, the Almighty Authority Father is seeing His first elevated creation.

3pahli rachna braahmanon ki rachna hai। 4uski pahli rachna mein bhi pahla number brahma ko hi kahenge।

3The first creation is of Brahmins, and Brahma is said to be the first number of the first creation.

5pahli rachna ka pahla number hone kaaran brahma ko aadi-dev kaha jaata hai।

4Because of being the first number of the first creation, Brahma is called Adi Dev.

6isi naam se is aabu-parvat par yaadgaar bhi “aadi-dev'' naam se hi hai।

5There is also a memorial of this name “Adi Dev” on Abu mountain.

7aadi-dev arthaat aadi-rachta bhi kaha jaata aur saath-saath aadi-dev arthaat nai srishti ke aadi ka pahla number dev hai।

6He is called Adi Dev, that is, the first creation and, as well as that, Adi Dev also means that he is the first number deity at the start of the new world.

8pahli dev aatma shreekrishna ke roop mein brahma hi bante hain, isliye nai srishti ke aadi ka aadi-dev kaha jaata hai।

7It is Brahma who becomes the first deity in the form of Shri Krishna. 8This is why he is called the first deity at the start of the new world.

9sangamayug mein bhi aadi rachna ka pahla number arthaat aadi dev kaho va brahman aatmaon ke rachta brahma kaho।

9At the confluence age too, he is the first number of the first creation, that is, whether you call him Adi Dev or Brahma, he is the creator of Brahmin souls.

10to sangam par aur srishti ke aadi par - donon samay ke aadi hain, isliye aadi-dev kaha jaata hai।

10So, he is the first one at the confluence age and also at the start of the world, and so he is called Adi Dev.

11brahma hi aadi karmaateet pharishta banta hai।

11It is Brahma who becomes the first karmateet angel.

12brahma so pharishta aur pharishta so devta - sabmen number one।

12Brahma becomes an angel and that angel becomes a deity; he is number one in everything.

13aisa number one kyon banen?

13How did he become number one in this way?

14kis vidhi se number one siddhi ko praapta kiya?

14With what method did he attain number one success?

15aap sabhi brahman aatmaon ko brahma ko hi follow karna hai।

15All of you Brahmin souls have to follow Brahma.

16kya follow karna hai?

16What do you have to follow him in?

17iska pahla kadam - “samarpanta'', yeh to pahle sunaaya hai।

17You have already been told about his first step of surrender.

18pahle kadam mein bhi sab roop se samarpan banke dikhaaya।

18He demonstrated this too in his first step by surrendering in every way.

19doosra kadam - sahansheelta।

19The second step is tolerance.

20jab samarpan hue to baap se sarva shreshtha varsa to mila lekin duniya vaalon se kya mila?

20When he surrendered himself, of course he received the most elevated inheritance from the Father, but what did he receive from the people of the world?

21sabse jyaada gaaliyon ki varsha kis par hui?

21Who was showered with the most insults?

22chaahe aap aatmaon ko bhi gaaliyaan mili ya atyaachaar hue lekin jyaada krodh va gussa brahma ko hi milta raha।

22Even though you souls were insulted or assaulted, it was Brahma who continued to receive the most anger.

23laukik jeevan mein jo kabhi ek apshabda bhi nahin suna lekin brahma bana to apshabda sunne mein bhi number one raha।

23In his lokik life, he had never heard a bad word, but when he became Brahma, he became number one in having to hear bad words.

24sabse jyaada sarva ke snehi jeevan vyateet ki lekin jitna hi laukik jeevan mein sarva ke snehi rahe, utna hi alaukik jeevan mein sarva ke dushman roop bane।

24He had led a life where he received the most love from everyone, but to the extent that he was loved by everyone in his lokik life, everyone became his enemy in his alokik life.

25bachchon ke oopar atyaachaar hua to svatah hi indirect baap ke oopar atyaachaar hue।

25When some children were assaulted, that was automatically also an assault on the father indirectly.

26lekin sahansheelta ke gun se va sahansheelta ki dhaarna se muskaraate rahe, kabhi murjhaaye nahin।

26However, with the virtue of tolerance, or with the inculcation of tolerance he remained smiling; he never wilted.

27koi prashansa kare aur muskaraaye - isko sahansheelta nahin kehte।

27To smile when someone praises you is not being tolerant.

28lekin dushman ban, krodhit ho apshabdon ki varsha kare, aise samay par bhi sada muskaraate rehna, sankalpamaatra bhi murjhaane ka chinha chehre par na ho, isko kaha jaata hai sahansheel।

28However, to remain smiling at a time when someone becomes an angry enemy and rains insults on you and you do not show the slightest sign of wilting on your face or even in your thoughts; that is said to be having tolerance.

29dushman aatma ko bhi merciful bhaavna se dekhna, bolna, samparka mein aana, isko kehte hain sahansheelta।

29To see, speak and start a connection with merciful feelings with an enemy soul is called having tolerance.

30sthaapna ke kaarya mein, seva ke kaarya mein kabhi chhote, kabhi bade toofaan aaye।

30In the task of establishment and of doing service, there were sometimes small and sometimes big storms.

31jaise yaadgaar shaastron mein mahaaveer hanumaan ke liye dikhaate hain ki itna bada pahaad bhi hatheli par ek gend ke samaan le aaya।

31As a memorial in the scriptures, they have portrayed Mahavir Hanuman carrying such a big mountain on the palm of his hand just like a ball.

32aise, kitni bhi badi pahaad samaan samasya ho, toofaan ho, vighna ho lekin pahaad arthaat badi baat ko chhota-sa khilauna banaae khel ki reeti se sada paar kiya va badi bhaari baat ko sada halka banaae svayan bhi halke rahe aur doosron ko bhi halka banaaya, isko kehte hain sahansheelta।

32In the same way, no matter if the problem, obstacle or storm seems like a big mountain, a mountain means to make a big thing into a small toy and overcome it as you would in a game. 33Or, he made anything big become something very light; he remained light himself and he also made others light. 34This is called tolerance.

33chhote se patthar ko pahaad nahin lekin pahaad ko gend banaaya, vistaar ko saar mein laaya, yeh hai sahansheelta।

35He didn’t make a small stone into a mountain, but made a mountain into a ball; he put the expansion into its essence: this is tolerance.

34vighnon ko, samasya ko apne man mein va doosron ke aage vistaar karna arthaat pahaad banaana hai।

36To expand obstacles and problems in your mind or to speak about them to others means to make mountains.

35lekin vistaar mein na jaae “nothing new'' ke full stop se bindi lagaae bindi ban aage badhe - isko kehte hain vistaar ko saar mein laana।

37However, he did not go into expansion but, with the full stop of “nothing new”, he put a full stop and moved forward. 38This is called putting expansion into its essence.

36sahansheel shreshtha aatma sada gyaan-yog ke saar mein sthit ho aise vistaar ko, samasya ko, vighnon ko bhi saar mein le aati hai jaise brahma baap ne kiya।

39An elevated, tolerant soul is always able to put expansion, problems and obstacles into their essence with knowledge and yoga, just as Brahma Baba did.

37jaise lamba raasta paar karne mein samay, shaktiyaan samaapta ho jaati arthaat jyaada use hoti, aise vistaar hai lamba raasta paar karna aur saar hai shortcut raasta paar karna।

40When you go on a long route, it flakes up all your time and energy, that is, a lot more of both are used. 41In the same way, expansion is the long route and the essence is achieved by taking a short cut.

38paar donon hi karte hain lekin shortcut karne vaale samay aur shaktiyon ki bachat hone kaaran niraash nahin hote, dilshikasta nahin hote, sada mauj mein muskaraate paar karte hain, isko kaha jaata hai sahansheelta।

42Both are able to go across, but because those who take a short cut are able to save their time and energy, they don’t become disheartened. 43They constantly enjoy themselves and overcome everything with a smile. 44This is called tolerance.

39sahansheelta ki shakti vaala kabhi ghabraayega nahin ki kya aisa bhi hota hai kya!

45Someone with the power of tolerance would never be afraid or think: “Does this also happen?”

40sada sampanna hone kaaran gyaan ki, yaad ki gahraai mein jaayega।

46Because of being constantly full, he will go into the depths of knowledge and remembrance.

41ghabraane vaala kabhi gahraai mein nahin ja sakta।

47Someone who is afraid is never able to go into the depths.

42saar vaala sada bharpoor hota hai, isliye bharpoor, sampanna cheez ki gahraai hoti hai।

48One with essence remains constantly full. 49This is why there is depth in something full. 50One with expansion is empty; this is why something empty always rattles.

43vistaar vaala khaali hota hai, isliye khaali cheez sada uchhalti rehti hai।

51So, someone with expansion would constantly continue to rattle on with thoughts such as “Why this?

44to vistaar vaala yeh kyon, yeh kya, aisa nahin vaisa, aisa hona nahin chaahiye… aise sankalpon mein bhi uchhalta rahega aur vaani mein bhi sabke aage uchhalta rahega।

52What is this? 53It shouldn’t be like this, but like this. 54It should not be like this.” 55He would continue to rattle on in this way in his thoughts and in his words, too.

45aur jo had se jyaada uchhalta hai to kya hoga?

56He would still constantly rattle on in front of everyone.

46haamphata rahega।

57What happens when you rattle on endlessly?

47svayan hi uchhalta, svayan hi haamphata aur svayan hi phir thakta।

58You rattle on, you become breathless and you tire yourself out.

48sahansheel in sab baaton se bach jaata hai, isliye sada mauj mein rehta, uchhalta nahin, udta hai।

59Those who are tolerant are saved from all of those things and this is why they always enjoy themselves; they don’t rattle on; they fly.

49doosra kadam - sahansheelta।

60The second step of tolerance.

50yeh brahma baap ne chal karke dikhaaya।

61Brahma Baba demonstrated this by taking this step.

51sada atal, achal, sahaj swaroop mein mauj se rahe, mehnat se nahin।

62He always remained unshakeable and immovable. 63He always enjoyed himself in an easy way and didn’t have to labour.

52iska anubhav 14 varsha tapasya karne vaale bachchon ne kiya।

64The children who did 14 years of tapasya experienced this.

5314 varsha mahsoos hue ya kuchh ghadiyaan lageen?

65Did you feel it was 14 long years, or did you feel it was just like a few moments?

54mauz se rahe ya mehnat lagi?

66Did you enjoy it or did it feel like hard work?

55vaise sthool mehnat ka paper bhi khoob liya।

67Baba took many test papers of physical labour too.

56kahaan naaj se palne vaale aur kahaan gobar ke gole bhi banvaaye, maikenik bhi banaaya।

68There is a vast difference between being those who were raised as if they were royalty and being those who made the cow-dung patties (for the fire) and who were made mechanics.

57chappal bhi silvaai!

69He also made you sew slippers.

58mochi bhi banaaya na। 59maali bhi banaaya।

70He made you into shoemakers and gardeners too.

60lekin mehnat lagi ya mauj lagi?

71However, was that labour or a pleasure?

61sab kuchh paar kiya lekin sada mauj ki jeevan ka anubhav raha।

72You overcame everything, but you always experienced it to be a life of pleasure.

62jo moonjhe, woh bhaag gaye aur jo mauj mein rahe woh anekon ko mauj ki jeevan ka anubhav kara rahe hain।

73Those who became confused ran away whereas those who remained in pleasure are giving many others the experience of a life of pleasure.

63abhi bhi agar vahi 14 varsha repeat karen to pasanda hai na।

74Even now, if those 14 years were to be repeated, you would like that, would you not?

64abhi to centre par agar thoda-sa sthool kaam bhi karna padta to sochte hain - iseelie sannyaas kiya, kya ham is kaam ke liye hain?

75However, now, if someone has to do even a little physical work at a centre, they think: Is this why I renounced everything? 76Am I meant to do this work?

65mauj se jeevan jeena - isko hi brahman jeevan kaha jaata hai।

77To live one’s life in pleasure is said to be a Brahmin life.

66chaahe sthool saadhaaran kaam ho, chaahe hajaaron ki sabha beech stage par speech karni ho - donon mauj se karen।

78Whether it is ordinary physical work or whether you have to give a speech on a stage to thousands of people, do both with pleasure.

67isko kaha jaata mauj ki jeevan jeena।

79This is called living a life of pleasure.

68moonjhe nahin - hamne to samjha nahin tha ki surrender hona arthaat yeh sab karna hoga, main to teacher bankar aai hoon, sthool kaam karne ke liye thode hi sannyaas kiya hai, kya yahi brahmaakumaari jeevan hoti hai?

80Not to be confused and think: I didn’t think that to surrender would mean I would have to do all of this. 81I came here as a teacher. 82I didn’t renounce everything to do this physical work. 83Is this all a Brahma Kumari life is?

69isko kehte hain moonjhane vaali jeevan।

84This is called a life of confusion.

70brahmaakumaari banna arthaat dil ki mauj mein rehna, na ki sthool maujon mein rehna।

85To become a Brahma Kumari means to live with pleasure in your heart, not with physical pleasures.

71dil ki mauj se kisi bhi paristhiti mein, kisi bhi kaarya mein moonjhane ko mauj mein badal denge aur dil ke moonjhane vaale, shreshtha saadhan hote bhi, spashta baat hote bhi sada svayan moonjhe hue hone ke kaaran spashta baat ko bhi moonjha dega, achhe saadhan hote hue bhi saadhnon se mauj nahin le sakenge।

86With pleasure in your heart, you will be able to transform any situation or task that is causing confusion into a pleasure. 87Although you have elevated facilities and everything you have is clear, if you yourself are constantly confused, you create confusion in something that is very clear. 88While having good facilities, you won’t be able to take pleasure in those facilities. 89“How will this happen?

72yeh kaise hoga, aisa nahin aisa hoga - ismen khud bhi moonjhega, doosre ko bhi moonjha dega।

90This will not happen like this, but like this.” 91You will be confused yourself about that and you will also confuse others.

73jaise kehte hain na - “soot moonjh jaata hai to mushkil hi sudharta hai।

92It is said: When a thread is tangled (confused), it is with great difficulty that you are able to untangle it.

74'' achhi baat mein bhi moonjhega to ghabraane vaali baat mein bhi moonjhega kyonki vritti moonjhi hui hai, man moonjha hua hai to svatah hi vritti ka prabhaav drishti par aur drishti ke kaaran srishti bhi moonjhi hui dikhaai degi।

93You would be confused about something good and also about something that causes fear, because your attitude is confused and your mind is confused. 94Your attitude automatically then affects your vision and, because of your vision, you see the world as being confused too.

75brahmaakumaari jeevan arthaat brahma baap samaan mauj ki jeevan।

95A Brahma Kumari life means a life of pleasure, like that of Father Brahma.

76lekin iska aadhaar hai - sahansheelta।

96However, the basis of this is tolerance.

77to sahansheelta ki itni visheshta hai!

97So, tolerance is very special.

78isi visheshta ke kaaran brahma baap sada atal, achal rahe।

98Because of this speciality, Father Brahma always remained unshakeable and immovable.

79do prakaar ke sahansheelta ke paper sunaaye।

99You have been told of two papers of tolerance.

80pahla paper - logon dvaara apshabda va atyaachaar।

100The first paper was of the bad words and assaults from people.

81doosra - yagya ki sthaapna mein bhinna-bhinna aaye hue vighna।

101The second was of the different obstacles that came in establishing the yagya.

82teesra - kai brahman bachchon dvaara bhi traitor hona va chhoti-moti baaton mein asantushtata ka saamna karna।

102The third was that some Brahmin children became traitors and created opposition because of their discontentment about small or large matters.

83lekin ismen bhi sada asantushta ko santushta karne ki bhaavna se parvash samajh sada kalyaan ki bhaavna se, sahansheelta ki silence power se har ek ko aage badhaaya।

103However, in this too, with the feeling of satisfying those who were discontent and by considering them to be influenced by something else, by having benevolent feelings and the silence power of tolerance, he made each one move forward.

84saamna karne vaale ko bhi madhurta aur shubh bhaavna, shubh kaamna se sahansheelta ka paath padhaaya।

104He still taught the lesson of tolerance with sweetness, good wishes and pure feelings to those who came to oppose him.

85jo aaj saamna karta aur kal kshama maangata, unke mukh se bhi yahi bol nikalte - “baba to baba hai! 86'' isko kaha jaata hai sahansheelta dvaara fail ko bhi paas banaae vighna ko paas karna।

105When someone opposed him one day and came the next day to ask him for forgiveness with words emerging from his lips, “Baba is truly Baba!”, that is said to be making those who fail pass with tolerance and to pass through the obstacle.

87to doosra kadam suna।

106So, you heard about the second step.

88kislie?

107For what?

89kadam par kadam rakho।

108So that you can place your steps in his steps.

90isko kaha jaata hai follow father arthaat baap samaan banna।

109This is known as “Follow Father” or to become equal to the father.

91banna hai ya sirf door se dekhna hai?

110Do you want to become this or do you just want to observe from a distance?

92bahaadur ho na?

111You are courageous, are you not?

93panjaab, mahaaraashtra donon hi bahaadur ho।

112Punjab, Maharashtra, both are courageous.

94sab bahaadur hain।

113All are courageous.

95desh-videsh ke sabhi apne ko mahaaveer kehte hain।

114All you people from this land and abroad call yourselves mahavirs.

96kisi ko bhi pyaada kahaan to maanega?

115If any one of you were to be called part of the infantry, would you accept that?

97isse siddha hai ki sabhi apne ko mahaaveer samajhte hain।

116This proves that all of you consider yourselves to be mahavirs.

98mahaaveer arthaat baap samaan banna।

117To be a mahavir means to be equal to the father.

99samjha?

118Do you understand?

100achha!

119Achcha.

101desh-videsh ke sarva baap samaan, sada buddhi se samarpit aatmaon ko, sada har paristhiti mein har vyakti se sahansheel bankar har badi baat ko chhota kar sahaj paar karne vaale, sada vistaar ko saar roop mein laane vaale, sada brahman jeevan mauj ki jeevan jeene vaale, aise baap samaan banne vaale mahaaveer shreshtha aatmaon ko baap-daada ka “samaan bhav'' ki sneh sampanna yaadapyaar aur namaste।

120To all the souls from this land and abroad who are equal to the father and constantly have surrendered intellects, to those who always remain tolerant in every situation and with everyone and who make every big situation into something small and easily overcome it, to those who put any expansion into its essence, to those who constantly live their Brahmin life as a life of pleasure, to such elevated mahavir souls who become equal to the Father, BapDada’s love filled love, remembrance and namaste together with the blessing, “May you become equal.”

102party se mulaakaat

121BapDada meeting groups:

103kumaaron se:- kumaaron ki visheshta kya hai?

122To the Kumars 1231. What is the speciality of kumars?

104kumaar jeevan shreshtha jeevan hai kyonki pavitra jeevan hai aur jahaan pavitrata hai, vahaan mahaanta hai।

124A kumar life is an elevated life because it is a pure life, and where there is purity, there is greatness.

105kumaar arthaat shaktishaali, jo sankalp karen woh kar sakte hain।

125A kumar means to be powerful, to be someone who is able to do whatever he has the thought to do.

106kumaar arthaat sada bandhanmukta banne aur banaane vaale।

126A kumar means to be one who is always free from bondage and makes others free from bondage.

107aisi visheshtaayen hain na?

127You have such specialities, do you not?

108jo sankalp karo vahi karma mein la sakte ho।

128You can put whatever thought you have into practice.

109svayan bhi pavitra rah auron ko bhi pavitra rahne ka mahatva bata sakte ho।

129You remain pure yourselves and you can also tell others the importance of remaining pure.

110aisi seva ke nimitta ban sakte ho।

130You can become instruments for such service.

111jo duniya vaale asambhav samajhte hain woh brahmaakumaar challenge karte hain - to hamaare jaisa paavan koi ho nahin sakta, kyon?

131What people of the world consider to be impossible, you Brahma Kumars issue this challenge: “No one can be as pure as we are.” 132Why?

112kyonki banaane vaala sarvashaktimaan hai।

133Because it is the Almighty Authority who makes you that.

113duniya vaale kitna bhi prayatna karte hain lekin aap jaise paavan ban nahin sakte।

134No matter how much people of the world try, they cannot become as pure as you.

114aap sahaj hi paavan ban gaye।

135You have easily become pure.

115sahaj lagta hai na?

136It feels easy, does it not?

116ya duniya vaale jaise kehte hain - yeh unnatural hai, aise lagta hai?

137Or, do you also say, like the people of the world, that it is unnatural? 138Do you feel that?

117kumaaron ki paribhaasha hi hai challenge karne vaale, parivartan kar dikhaane vaale, asambhav ko sambhav karne vaale।

139The definition of a kumar is: One who issues a challenge, those who demonstrate this by transforming themselves in a practical way, the ones who make the impossible possible.

118duniya vaale apne saathiyon ko sang ke dosh mein le jaate hain aur aap baap ke sang mein le aate ho।

140Other people take their companions into bad company, whereas you bring them into the Father’s company.

119unhein apna sang nahin lagaate, baap ke sang ka rang lagaate ho, baap samaan banaate ho।

141You don’t colour them with your company. 142You colour them with the Father’s company. 143You make them equal to the Father.

120aise ho na?

144You are like that, are you not?

121achha!

145Achcha.

1222. kumaar arthaat sada achal-adol, kaisi bhi paristhiti aa jaae lekin dagmag hone vaale nahin kyonki aapka saathi svayan baap hai।

1462. A kumar means one who is constantly unshakeable and immovable. 147No matter what type of situations come, you are not those who fluctuate because your Companion is the Father Himself.

123jahaan baap hai, vahaan sada hi achal-adol honge।

148One will always be unshakeable and immovable when the Father is there.

124jahaan sarvashaktimaan hoga vahaan sarva shaktiyaan hongi।

149When the Almighty Authority is there, there will be all the powers.

125sarvashaktiyon ke aage maaya kuchh kar nahin sakti isliye kumaar jeevan arthaat sada ekras sthiti vaale, halchal mein aane vaale nahin।

150Maya cannot do anything in front of all the powers. 151Therefore, a kumar life means to be one with a constant stage, not one who fluctuates.

126jo halchal mein aata hai, woh avinaashi raajya-bhaagya bhi nahin pa sakta, thoda-sa sukh mil jaayega lekin sada ka nahin, isliye kumaar jeevan arthaat sada achal, ekras sthiti mein sthit rahne vaale।

152Those who fluctuate are not able to claim the imperishable fortune of the kingdom. 153You would receive a little happiness, but not for all time. 154Therefore, a kumar life means to be constantly unshakeable and to have a stable stage. 155So, is your stage stable, or is your intellect pulled by other tastes?

127to ekras sthiti rehti hai ya doosre rason mein buddhi jaati hai?

156You are those who experience all sweetness in the one Father.

128sab ras ek baap dvaara anubhav karne vaale - isko kehte hain ekras arthaat achal-adol।

157This is called being constant and stable (focused on One), that is, unshakeable and immovable.

129aisa ekras sthiti vaala bachcha hi baap ko pyaara lagta hai।

158Only the children who have such a stable stage are loved by the Father.

130to yahi sada yaad rakhna ki ham achal-adol aatmaayen ekras sthiti mein rahne vaali hain।

159So, always remember that you souls are unshakeable and immovable, those who stay in a stable stage.

131maataaon se :- 1) maataaon ke liye baapdaada ne sahaj maarga kaun sa bataaya hai jisse sahaj hi baap ki yaad ka anubhav kar sako, mehnat na karni pade?

160To the mothers: 1611. What is the easy path that BapDada has shown you mothers through which you can easily experience remembrance of the Father and not have to labour?

132yaad ko bhi sahaj banaane ka saadhan kya hai?

162What is the means to make remembrance easy?

133dil se kaho “mera baba''।

163Say with your heart “My Baba”.

134jahaan mera kehte ho vahaan sahaj yaad aati hai।

164When you say “mine”, you have easy remembrance.

135saare din mein, jo mera hai vahi yaad aata hai na।

165Throughout the whole day, you remember whatever is “mine”, do you not?

136koi bhi mera ho - chaahe vyakti, chaahe vastu... jahaan meraapan hoga vahi yaad aayega।

166If someone or something belongs to you, where you feel that it belongs to you, you would remember that.

137aise yadi baap ko mera kehte ho, mera samajhte ho to baap hi yaad aayega।

167In this way, if you say, “My Father”, you will then only remember the Father.

138to baap ko yaad karne ka sahaj tareeka hai - dil se kaho “mera baba''।

168So, that is an easy way to remember the Father. 169Say with your heart “My Baba!”

139sirf mukh se mera-mera nahin karna, adhikaar se kehna।

170Do not simply say “mine, mine” in words, but say it with a right.

140yahi sahaj purushaartha kar aage badhte chalo।

171Make this easy effort and continue to move forward.

141sada hi is vidhi se sahajyogi bano।

172Always be an easy yogi using this method.

142mera kaho aur baap ke khajaanon ke maalik bano।

173Say “mine” and become a master of the Father’s treasures.

1432) maataayen sada apne ko padmaapadma bhaagyavaan samajhti ho?

1742. Mothers, do you constantly consider yourselves to be multimillion times fortunate?

144ghar baithe baap mila to kitna bada bhaagya hai!

175You found the Father while sitting at home, and so it is such great fortune.

145duniya vaale baap ko dhoondhane ke liye nikalte hain aur aapko ghar baithe mil gaya।

176People of the world go out looking for God whereas you found Him while sitting at home.

146to itna bada bhaagya praapta hoga - aise kabhi sankalp mein bhi socha tha?

177So, did you ever even think that you would receive such great fortune?

147yeh jo gaayan hai “ghar baithe bhagwan mila''.. yeh kiske liye hai?

178It is remembered that God was found while they were sitting at home. 179Who is that a memorial of?

148aapke liye hai na।

180It is your memorial, is it not?

149to isi shreshtha bhaagya ko smriti mein rakh aage badhte chalo।

181So, constantly keep this elevated fortune in your awareness and continue to move forward.

151khushi ke jhoole mein jhoolte raho।

184Continue to swing in the swings of happiness.

152khushi mein naacho-gaao।

185Continue to sing and dance in happiness.

1533) shaktiyon ko sada kaunsi khushi rehti hai।

1863. What happiness do the Shaktis always have?

154sada baap ke saath combined hoon।

187I am constantly combined with the Father.

155shiv shakti ka arth hi hai combined।

188Shiv Shakti means to be combined: the Father and I.

156baap aur aap - donon ko milaakar kehte hain shivshakti।

189Both together are referred to as Shiv Shakti.

157to jo combined hai, use koi alag nahin kar sakta।

190So, those who are combined cannot be separated by anyone.

158aisi khushi rehti hai?

191Do you have such happiness?

159nirbal aatma ko baap ne shakti bana diya।

192The Father has made weak souls powerful.

160to yahi sada yaad rakho ki ham combined rahne ke adhikaari ban gaye।

193So, always remember that you have claimed a right to remain combined.

161pahle dhoondhane vaale the aur abhi saath rahne vaale hain - yeh nasha sada rahe।

194Previously, you were those who were searching for Him whereas you have now become those who stay with Him.

162kitna bhi maaya koshish kare lekin shivshakti ke aage maaya kuchh kar nahin sakti।

195Always have this intoxication. 196No matter how much Maya tries, Maya cannot do anything in front of a Shiv Shakti.

163alag rehte ho to maaya aati hai, combined raho to maaya aa nahin sakti।

197If you remain separate, Maya will come so remain combined and Maya cannot come.

164to yahi vardaan sada yaad rakhna ki ham combined rahne vaali shivshaktiyaan vijayi hain। 165achha!
