¹holi kaise manaayen tatha sadaakaal ka parivartan kaise ho?

¹How to celebrate Holi and bring about permanent transformation.

²aaj sarva ke bhaagyavidhaata baap apne holeehanson se gyaan ratnon ki holi manaane aaye hain।

²Today, the Father, the Bestower of Fortune for all, has come to celebrate the Holi of the jewels of knowledge with His holy swans.

³manaana arthaat milan manaana।

³To celebrate means to celebrate a meeting.

⁴baapdaada har ek ati snehi, sahajyogi, sada baap ke kaarya mein sahayogi, sada paavan vritti se, paavan drishti se srishti ko parivartan karne vaale sarva holi bachchon ko dekh sada harshit hote hain।

⁴BapDada is always pleased to see all of the extremely loving, easy yogi, holy children, those who constantly co-operate in Baba's task, those who are transforming the world with their pure attitude and pure vision.

⁵paavan to aajkal ke gaaye hue mahaatmaayen bhi bante hain lekin aap shreshtha aatmaayen highest holi bante ho arthaat sankalp-maatra, svapna maatra bhi apvitrata vritti ko, drishti ko paavan sthiti se neeche nahin la sakti।

⁵The great souls of today are also praised as being pure, but you elevated souls become holy in the highest way, that is, any impurity, even in thoughts or dreams, will not bring your pure attitude and drishti down from its pure stage.

⁶har sankalp arthaat smriti paavan hone ke kaaran vritti, drishti svatah hi paavan ho jaati hai।

⁶Because every thought is pure, that is, because the consciousness is pure, your attitude and vision automatically become pure.

⁷na sirf aap paavan bante ho lekin prakriti ko bhi paavan bana dete ho isliye paavan prakriti ke kaaran bhavishya anek janma shareer bhi paavan milte hain।

⁷Not only do you become pure but you also purify matter. ⁸This is why, when matter is pure you receive pure bodies for innumerable births in the future.

⁸aise holeehans va sada paavan sankalpadhaari shreshtha aatmaayen ban jaati ho।

⁹Therefore, you become such holy swans, that is, elevated souls who constantly have pure thoughts.

⁹oonche te ooncha baap har baat mein shreshtha jeevan vaale banaate hain।

¹⁰The highest-on-high Father makes you into those with such elevated lives in every way.

¹⁰pavitrata bhi oonche te oonchi pavitrata, saadhaaran nahin।

¹¹This purity is the highest purity; it is not ordinary.

¹¹saadhaaran pavitra aatmaayen aap mahaan pavitra aatmaon ke aage man se maanne ka namaskaar karenge ki aapki pavitrata ati shreshtha hai।

¹²Ordinary pure souls will accept you as great pure souls and will bow in front of you and say: Your purity is extremely elevated.

¹²aajkal ke grihasthi apne ko apvitra samajhne ke kaaran jin pavitra aatmaon ko mahaan samajhkar sir jhukaate hain, woh mahaan aatmaayen kahlaane vaali aap shreshtha paavan aatmaon ke aage maanengi ki aapki pavitrata aur hamaari pavitrata mein mahaan antar hai।

¹³Householders of today, because they consider themselves to be impure, bow their heads to the pure souls, considering them to be great. ¹⁴However, they will accept that there is a great difference between the purity of you elevated pure souls and their purity.

¹³yeh holi ka utsav aap paavan aatmaon ke paavan banne ki vidhi ka yaadgaar hai kyonki aap sabhi nambarvaar paavan aatmaayen baap ke yaad ki lagna ki agni dvaara sada ke liye apvitrata ko jala dete ho isliye pahle jalaane ki holi manaate hain, phir rang ki holi va mangal-milan manaate hain।

¹⁵This festival of Holi is the memorial of the method of purification of you pure souls, because all of you numberwise pure souls burn impurity for all time in the fire of love in Baba’s remembrance. ¹⁶This is why you first celebrate the Holi of burning. ¹⁷You then celebrate the Holi of being coloured, that is, the Holi of celebrating a meeting.

¹⁴jalaana arthaat naam-nishaan samaapta karna।

¹⁸To burn something means to finish all name and trace of it.

¹⁵vaise kisko naam-nishaan se khatma karna hota hai to kya karte hain?

¹⁹If people want to finish all name and trace of something, what do they do?

¹⁶jala dete hain, isliye raavan ko bhi maarne ke baad jala dete hain।

²⁰They burn it. ²¹This is why, after killing Ravan, they burn him.

¹⁷yeh aap aatmaon ka yaadgaar hai। ¹⁸apvitrata ko jala diya arthaat paavan ‘holi' ban gaye।

²²This memorial of you souls is the burning of impurity, that is, you became pure, holy.

¹⁹baapdaada sadaiv sunaate hi hain ki braahmanon ki holi manaana arthaat holi (pavitra) banaana।

²³BapDada always says that for Brahmins to celebrate Holi means to become holy.

²⁰to yeh check karo ki apvitrata ko sirf maara hai ya jalaaya hai?

²⁴So check: Have you simply killed impurity, or have you burnt it?

²¹marne vaale phir bhi jinda ho jaate hain, kahaan na kahaan shvaans chhipa rah jaata hai।

²⁵It is possible for someone who has died to come alive: the life remains hidden somewhere or other.

²²lekin jalaana arthaat naam-nishaan samaapta karna।

²⁶However, to burn something means to finish all name and trace of it.

²³kahaan tak pahunche hain, apne aap ko check karna pade।

²⁷How far have you come? ²⁸You have to check this for yourselves, do you not?

²⁴svapna mein bhi apvitrata ka chhipa hua shvaans phir se jeevit nahin hona chaahiye।

²⁹The hidden life of impurity should not come back alive even in dreams.

²⁵isko kehte hain shreshtha paavan aatma।

³⁰Such a soul is known as an elevated, pure soul.

²⁶sankalp se svapna bhi parivartit ho jaate hain।

³¹Even dreams can be transformed with a thought.

²⁷aaj vatan mein baapdaada bachchon ke samay-prati-samay sankalp dvaara va likhit dvaara baap se kiye hue vaayde dekh rahe the।

³²Today, BapDada was seeing in the subtle regions the promises made by the children from time to time in their thoughts and in writing.

²⁸chaahe sthiti mein mahaarthi, chaahe seva mein mahaarthi - donon ke samay-prati-samay ke vaayde bahut achhe-achhe kiye hue hain।

³³Whether one is a maharathi in one's stage or a maharathi in doing service, both make very good promises from time to time.

²⁹mahaarthi bhi do prakaar ke hain।

³⁴There are two types of maharathi.

³⁰ek hain apne vardaan va varse ki praapti ke purushaartha ke aadhaar se mahaarthi aur doosre hain koi na koi seva ki visheshta ke aadhaar se mahaarthi।

³⁵One is to be a maharathi on the basis of the efforts you make to attain blessings or the inheritance. ³⁶The other is to become a maharathi on the basis of one speciality or other that you have in doing service.

³¹kahlaate donon hi mahaarthi hain lekin jo pahla number sunaaya - sthiti ke aadhaar vaale, woh sada man se ateendriy sukh ke, santushtata ke, sarva ke dil ke sneh ke praapti-svarup ke jhoole mein jhoolte rehte hain।

³⁷Although both are called maharathis, the first variety you heard about are that on the basis of their stage: they always swing in the swing of supersensuous joy in their minds, in the swing of contentment and the swing of being embodiments of love received from everyone's heart.

³²aur doosra number seva ki visheshta ke aadhaar vaale tan se arthaat baahar se seva ki visheshta ke phalasvarup santushta dikhaai denge।

³⁸The second variety are maharathis on the basis of their specialities in doing service: through their bodies, that is superficially, they appear to be embodiments of the fruit of contentment.

³³seva ki visheshta ke kaaran seva ke aadhaar par man ki santushtata hai।

³⁹Due to their speciality in doing service, their minds are content with the support of service.

³⁴seva ki visheshta kaaran sarva ka sneh bhi hoga lekin man se va dil se sada nahin hoga।

⁴⁰Due to their speciality of serving, there will be love from everyone, but not constantly, either in their minds or in their hearts.

³⁵kabhi baahar se, kabhi dil se।

⁴¹Sometimes, it will be superficial and sometimes in their hearts.

³⁶lekin seva ki visheshta mahaarthi bana deti hai। ³⁷ginti mein mahaarthi ki line mein aata hai।

⁴²However, speciality in serving makes them maharathis; they are counted in the line of maharathis.

³⁸to aaj baapdaada mahaarthi va purushaarthi - donon ke vaayde dekh rahe the।

⁴³Therefore, today, BapDada was seeing the promises of both the maharathis and the effort makers.

³⁹abhi-abhi najdeek mein vaayde bahut kiye hain।

⁴⁴Only recently, you made many promises.

⁴⁰to kya dekha?

⁴⁵What did Baba see?

⁴¹vaayde se phaayda to hota hai kyonki dridhta ka full ‘attention' rehta hai।

⁴⁶There is benefit in making a promise because you are giving full attention to determination.

⁴²baar-baar vaayde ki smriti samarthi dilaati hai।

⁴⁷A promise that is remembered again and again brings power.

⁴³is kaaran thoda bahut parivartan bhi hota hai।

⁴⁸Although, due to this, there is a little transformation, the seed still remains buried.

⁴⁴lekin beej daba hua rehta hai isliye jab aisa samay va samasya aati hai to ‘samasya' va ‘kaaran' ka paani milne se daba hua beej phir se patte nikaalna shuru kar deta hai। ⁴⁵sada ke liye samaapta nahin hota hai।

⁴⁹This is why, after a certain time or when a situation arises, because the buried seed receives the water of situations and reasons, its leaves begin to emerge once again; it does not finish for all time.

⁴⁶baapdaada dekh rahe the - jalaane ki holi kinhon ne manaai।

⁵⁰So BapDada was seeing who celebrated the Holi of burning.

⁴⁷jab beej ko jalaaya jaata hai to jala hua beej kabhi phal nahin deta।

⁵¹When a seed is burnt, a burnt seed never bears fruit.

⁴⁸vaayde to sabhi ne kiye ki beeti ko beeti kar jo ab tak hua, chaahe apne prati, chaahe auron ke prati - sarva ko samaapta kar parivartan karenge।

⁵²Everyone made promises: We will let the past be the past for whatever has happened up to now, whether to ourselves or to others. ⁵³We will finish everything and bring about transformation.

⁴⁹sabhi ne abhi-abhi vaayde kiye hain na।

⁵⁴Everyone recently made promises.

⁵⁰ruh-rihaan mein sabhi vaayde karte hain na।

⁵⁵You all make promises in your heart-to-heart conversations with Baba, do you not?

⁵¹har ek ka record baapdaada ke paas hai।

⁵⁶BapDada has a record of each one.

⁵²bahut achhe roop se vaayde karte hain।

⁵⁷Promises are made in very beautiful forms.

⁵³koi geet-kavita dvaara, koi chitron dvaara।

⁵⁸Some in songs, some in poetry and some in pictures.

⁵⁴baapdaada dekh rahe the jitna chaahte hain, utna parivartan kyon nahin hota?

⁵⁹BapDada was seeing why transformation does not take place as much as you wish.

⁵⁵kaaran kya hai, kyon nahin sada ke liye samaapta ho jaata hai, to kya dekha?

⁶⁰What is the reason for this? ⁶¹Why does it not finish for all time?

⁵⁶apne prati va doosron ke prati sankalp karte ho ki yeh kamjori phir aane nahin denge va doosre ke prati sochte ho ki jis kisi aatma se hisaab-kitaab chuktu hone ke kaaran sankalp, bol va karma mein sanskaar takraate hain, unka parivartan karenge।

⁶²What was seen was that you have a thought for yourself and others that you will not allow that weakness to emerge again. ⁶³For others, you think that you will transform whatever clashes you have with them in thoughts, words or deeds due to sanskars or due to the settling of karmic accounts with them.

⁵⁷lekin samay par phir se kyon repeat hota hai?

⁶⁴However, why does it repeat from time to time?

⁵⁸uska kaaran? ⁵⁹sochte ho ki aage se is aatma ke is sanskaar ko jaante hue svayan ko safe rakh us aatma ko bhi shubh bhaavna - shubh kaamna denge lekin jaise doosre ki kamjori dekhne, sunne va grahan karne ki aadat natural aur bahutkaal ki ho gai hai, ye aadat nahin rakhenge - yeh to bahut achha, lekin uske sthaan par kya dekhenge! ⁶⁰kya us aatma se grahan karenge! ⁶¹woh baar-baar attention mein nahin rakhte।

⁶⁵The reason for this is that you think that by knowing the sanskars of a certain soul, you will keep yourself safe in the future and have good wishes and pure feelings. ⁶⁶The habit of seeing, hearing and imbibing the weaknesses of others has become natural and has been there for a long period of time. ⁶⁷If you do not have this habit, that is very good, but you do not pay constant attention as to what you should see instead, or what you should imbibe from that soul.

⁶²yeh nahin karna hai, yeh to yaad rehta hai lekin aisi aatmaon ke prati kya karna hai, kya sochna hai, kya dekhna hai! ⁶³woh baaten natural attention mein nahin rehti।

⁶⁸You remember that you must not do a particular thing, but you do not pay natural attention instead to what you should think, see or do for other souls.

⁶⁴jaise koi sthaan khaali rehta, usko achhe roop se agar use nahin karte to khaali sthaan mein kichda ya machchhar aadi svatah hi paida ho jaate hain kyonki vaayumandal mein mitti-dhool, machchhar aadi hain hi; to woh phir se thoda-thoda karke badh jaata hai kyonki jagah bhari nahin hai।

⁶⁹Therefore, although you clear a place, if it is not used in a good way, dirt and mosquitoes collect in that empty space, because the dirt, dust and mosquitoes that are already in the atmosphere gradually begin to increase, for the space is not being used.

⁶⁵to jab bhi aatmaon ke samparka mein aate ho, pahle natural parivartan kiya hua shreshtha sankalp ka swaroop smriti mein aana chaahiye kyonki knowledgeful to ho hi jaate ho।

⁷⁰Whenever you come into connection with souls, let elevated thoughts of natural transformation first enter your consciousness, because you are already knowledge-full.

⁶⁶sabhi ke gun, kartavya, sanskaar, seva, svabhaav parivartan ke shubh sanskaar va sthaan sada bharpoor hoga to ashuddha ko svatah hi samaapta kar dega।

⁷¹Everyone's virtues, task, sanskars, service – the space and pure sanskars of transformation are always full, and so, the impure will automatically finish.

⁶⁷jaise sunaaya tha - kai bachche jab yaad mein baithte hain va brahman jeevan mein chalte-phirte yaad ka abhyaas karte hain to yaad mein shanti ka anubhav karte hain lekin khushi ka anubhav nahin karte।

⁷²You heard previously as well that when some children sit in remembrance or when they practise having remembrance in Brahmin life as they move along, although they experience peace in remembrance, they do not experience happiness.

⁶⁸sirf shanti ki anubhooti kabhi maatha bhaari kar deti hai aur kabhi nidra ke taraph le jaati hai।

⁷³The experience of just peace sometimes makes the head heavy or sometimes sends you to sleep.

⁶⁹shanti ki sthiti ke saath khushi nahin rehti।

⁷⁴When you are in a peaceful state, you do not experience happiness.

⁷⁰to jahaan khushi nahin, vahaan umang-utsaah nahin hota aur yog lagaate bhi apne se santushta nahin hote, thake hue rehte hain।

⁷⁵Therefore, when there is no happiness, there is no zeal or enthusiasm. ⁷⁶Even whilst having yoga, those souls are not content with themselves; the souls remain tired.

⁷¹sada soch ki mood mein rehte, sochte hi rehte।

⁷⁷They are always in the mood of thinking: Why am I not happy?

⁷²khushi kyon nahin aati, iska bhi kaaran hai kyonki sirf yeh sochte ho ki main aatma hoon, bindu hoon, jyoti-swaroop hoon, baap bhi aisa hi hai।

⁷⁸There is a reason for this as well. ⁷⁹You only think, "I am a soul, a dot, an embodiment of light and that Baba is also the same".

⁷³lekin main kaunsi aatma hoon!

⁸⁰However, "What sort of a soul am I?

⁷⁴mujh aatma ki visheshta kya hai?

⁸¹What are the specialities of myself, the soul?

⁷⁵jaise main padmaapadma bhaagyavaan aatma hoon, main aadi rachna vaali aatma hoon, main baap ke diltakhtansheen hone vaali aatma hoon।

⁸²I am a multi-million times fortunate soul. ⁸³I am a soul of the original creation. ⁸⁴I am a soul who is claiming Baba's heart-throne".

⁷⁶yeh visheshtaayen jo khushi dilaati hai, woh nahin sochte ho।

⁸⁵You don't think of these specialities that bring happiness.

⁷⁷sirf bindi hoon, jyoti hoon, shant-swaroop hoon… to nil mein chale jaate ho isliye maatha bhaari ho jaata hai।

⁸⁶Simply to think, "I am a dot, I am light, an embodiment of peace," takes you, a soul, into the stage of nil (emptiness).

⁷⁸aise hi jab svayan ke prati va anya aatmaon ke prati parivartan ka dridh sankalp karte ho to svayan prati va anya aatmaon ke prati shubh, shreshtha sankalp va visheshta ka swaroop sada emerge roop mein rakho to parivartan ho jaayega।

⁸⁷This is why your head becomes heavy. ⁸⁸Therefore, when you have the determined thought for transformation in yourself and others, you must constantly keep that pure, elevated thought and speciality emerged and transformation will then take place.

⁷⁹jaise yeh sankalp aata hai ki yeh hai hi aisa, yeh hoga hi aisa, ye karta hi aise hai।

⁸⁹You think, "This one is like this anyway; he does this anyway. ⁹⁰This is bound to happen like this."

⁸⁰iske bajaae yeh socho ki yeh visheshta pramaan vishesh aisa hai।

⁹¹Instead of that, think, "This one is special, according to his speciality."

⁸¹jaise kamjori ka ‘aisa' aur ‘vaisa' aata hai, vaise shreshthata va visheshta ka ‘aisa'‘vaisa' hai - yeh saamne laao।

⁹²Just as you think "this" and "that" about the weakness, in the same way, think "this" and "that" about the elevated stage and specialities.

⁸²smriti ko, swaroop ko, vritti ko, drishti ko parivartan mein laao।

⁹³Bring this about now. ⁹⁴Transform your consciousness, form, attitude and drishti.

⁸³is roop se svayan ko bhi dekho aur doosron ko bhi dekho।

⁹⁵See yourself in this form and also see others in this form.

⁸⁴isko kehte hai sthaan bhar diya, khaali nahin chhoda।

⁹⁶This is known as having filled the space and not leaving it empty.

⁸⁵is vidhi se jalaane ki holi manaao।

⁹⁷Celebrate the Holi of burning in this way.

⁸⁶apne prati va doosron ke prati aise kabhi nahin socho ki dekho hamne kaha tha na ki yeh badalne vaale hain hi nahin।

⁹⁸Don't ever think like this about yourself or others: "You see, I knew this one wasn’t going to change."

⁸⁷lekin us samay apne se poochho ki ‘kya main badla hoon?

⁹⁹At that time, ask yourself, "Have I changed?

⁸⁸' sva parivartan hi auron ka bhi parivartan saamne laayega।

¹⁰⁰Self-transformation will also bring about the transformation of others in front of you.

⁸⁹har ek yeh socho ki ‘pahle main badalne ka example banoon।

¹⁰¹Let each of you first think, "Let me be an example of having changed first".

⁹⁰' isko kehte hain holi jalaana।

¹⁰²This is known as the burning of Holi.

⁹¹jalaane ke bina manaana nahin hota, pahle jalaana hi hota hai kyonki jab jala diya arthaat svachchha ho gaye, shreshtha pavitra ban gaye। ⁹²to aisi aatma ko svatah hi baap ke sang ka rang sada laga hua hi rehta hai।

¹⁰³There is no celebration without burning. ¹⁰⁴It is the burning that takes place first because, once you have burnt it, you have become clean, elevated and pure, and such souls automatically and constantly remain coloured with the company of the Father.

⁹³sada hi aisi aatma baap se va sarva aatmaon se mangal-milan arthaat kalyaankaari shreshtha shubh milan manaati hi rehti hai।

¹⁰⁵Such souls constantly celebrate the auspicious meeting with Baba and all souls. ¹⁰⁶Auspicious means that they celebrate a beneficial, elevated and pure meeting.

⁹⁴samjha?

¹⁰⁷Do you understand?

⁹⁵aisi holi manaani hai na।

¹⁰⁸Are you going to celebrate such a Holi?

⁹⁶jahaan umang-utsaah hota hai, vahaan har ghadi utsav hai hi hai।

¹⁰⁹When there is zeal and enthusiasm, every moment is a festival.

⁹⁷to khushi se khoob manaao, khelo-khaao, mauj karo lekin sada holi ban milan manaate raho।

¹¹⁰So, celebrate in great happiness, play, eat and enjoy yourselves, but always be holy and continue to celebrate a meeting.

⁹⁸achha!

¹¹²To those who are constantly congratulated by the Father with blessings at every second, to those who are congratulated by every Brahmin with good wishes, to those who are extremely elevated, pure souls, to the souls who are constantly coloured by the Company, to the souls who constantly celebrate a meeting with the Father, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

¹⁰¹1. sada apne ko baap ki yaad ki chhatrachhaaya mein rahne vaali shreshtha aatma anubhav karte ho?

¹¹⁴Do you constantly experience yourselves to be souls who stay under the canopy of protection of the Father’s remembrance?

¹⁰²chhatrachhaaya hi safety ka saadhan hai।

¹¹⁵The canopy is the means of safety.

¹⁰³is chhatrachhaaya se sankalp mein bhi agar paanv baahar nikaalte ho to kya hoga?

¹¹⁶What would happen if you were to step outside this canopy even in your thoughts?

¹⁰⁴raavan uthaakar le jaayega aur shok vaatika mein bitha dega।

¹¹⁷Ravan would carry you away and sit you in the cottage of sorrow.

¹⁰⁵to vahaan to jaana nahin hai।

¹¹⁸So, you don’t want to go there.

¹⁰⁶sada baap ki chhatrachhaaya mein rahne vaali, baap ki snehi aatma hoon - isi anubhav mein raho।

¹¹⁹Always stay in the experience that you are a loving soul who constantly remains under the canopy of the protection of Father.

¹⁰⁷isi anubhav se sada shaktishaali ban aage badhte rahenge।

¹²⁰With this experience, constantly become powerful and continue to move forward.

¹⁰⁸2. sada apne ko baapdaada ki najron mein samaai hui aatma anubhav karte ho?

¹²¹Do you constantly experience yourself to be a soul merged in BapDada’s eyes?

¹⁰⁹naynon mein samaai hui aatma ka swaroop kya hoga?

¹²²What would be the form of a soul who is merged in the eyes?

¹¹⁰okhon mein kya hota hai?

¹²³What is in the eyes?

¹¹¹bindi।

¹²⁴A point (pupil).

¹¹²dekhne ki saari shakti bindi mein hai na।

¹²⁵The capacity to see is in the pupil.

¹¹³to naynon mein samaai hui arthaat sada bindi swaroop mein sthit rahne vaali - aisa anubhav hota hai na!

¹²⁶So, to be merged in the eyes means to experience yourself to be constantly stable in the point form. ¹²⁷Do you have this experience?

¹¹⁴isko hi kehte hain noore ratna।

¹²⁸This is called being the light of the eyes.

¹¹⁵to sada apne ko is smriti se aage badhaate raho।

¹²⁹So, constantly continue to make yourself move forward with this awareness.

¹¹⁶sada isi nashe mein raho ki main noore ratna aatma hoon।

¹³⁰Always maintain the intoxication: I am a soul who is the light of the eyes.

¹³¹Blessing: May you be a master sun of knowledge and make an impact on all souls with your spiritual attitude.
