¹Essence: Sweet children, forget your old bodies and bodily relations who cause you sorrow. ²Remember the one Father and follow shrimat.

²prashn:- baap ke saath-saath vaapis chalne ke liye baap ki kis shreemat ka paalan karna pade? ³uttar:- baap ki shreemat hai bachche pavitra bano, gyaan ki poori dhaarna kar apni karmaateet avastha banaao tab saath-saath vaapis chal sakenge।

³Question: What is the Father’s shrimat you must definitely follow in order to return home with the Father? ⁴Answer: The Father’s shrimat is: Children, become pure.

⁴karmaateet nahin bane to beech mein ruk kar sajaayen khaani padengi।

⁵Imbibe knowledge fully and make your stage karmateet, for only then will you be able to return home with Baba.

⁵kayaamat ke samay kai aatmaayen shareer chhod bhatakti hain, saath mein jaane ke bajaae yahaan hi pahle saza bhog hisaab chuktu karti hain isliye baap ki shreemat hai bachche sir par jo paapon ka bojha hai, puraane hisaab-kitaab hain, sab yogbal se bhasma karo।

⁶If you do not become karmateet, you will have to wait in between and experience punishment. ⁷Many souls shed their bodies and wander around at the time of settlement. ⁸Instead of going home with the Father, they first have to experience punishment here and settle their karmic accounts.

⁸abhi tum braahmanon ki buddhi se sarvavyaapi ka gyaan to nikal gaya hai।

¹²The idea of omnipresence has now been removed from the intellects of you children.

⁹yeh to achhi reeti samjhaaya jaata hai ki parampita paramatma prajaapita brahma dvaara nai rachna rachte hain।

¹³It has been explained to you very clearly that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, creates a new creation through Prajapita Brahma.

¹⁰woh thahra rachayita, jisko paramatma kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴He is the Creator who is called the Supreme Soul.

¹¹yeh bhi bachche jaante hain ki woh aate hain, aakar bachchon ko apna banaate hain।

¹⁵You children know He comes and makes you belong to Him and liberates you from Maya.

¹²maaya se liberate karte hain। ¹³puraani deh, deh sahit jo bhi mitra-sambandhi aadi hain, jo ek do ko duhkh dene vaale hain, unko bhoolna hai।

¹⁶You have to forget your old bodies and bodily relationships, your friends and relatives, who cause sorrow for one another.

¹⁴jaise koi boodha hota hai to unko mitra-sambandhi aadi kehte hain raam japo।

¹⁵ab woh bhi jhooth hi bataate hain।

¹⁸They only tell him something false.

¹⁶na khud jaante hain, na unki buddhi mein paramatma ki yaad thaharti hai। ¹⁷samajhte hain paramatma sarvavyaapi hai।

¹⁹Neither do they know God nor are they able to keep the remembrance of the Supreme Soul in their intellects.

¹⁸ek taraph gaate hain door ke musaaphir.. aatmaayen door se aakar shareer dhaaran kar apna-apna part bajaati hain।

²⁰They think that God is omnipresent, yet they sing, “O Traveller of the faraway land!”

¹⁹yeh sab baaten manushyon ke liye hi samjhaai jaati hain।

²¹Souls come from far away, adopt bodies and play their parts.

²⁰manushya shiv ka mandir banaate hain। ²¹pooja karte hain।

²²All of these things are explained to human beings.

²²phir bhi yahaan-vahaan dhoondhate rehte hain। ²³kah dete hain hamaare tumhaare sabmen vyaapak hai।

²³Human beings build temples to Shiva, worship Him and still keep searching for God here, there and everywhere.

²⁴unko orphan kehte hain - dhani ko na jaanne vaale।

²⁴They also say that He is present in everyone.

²⁵yaad karte hain he bhagwan, parantu jaante nahin।

²⁵They are called orphans, those who do not know their Master.

²⁶haath jodte hain। ²⁷samajhte hain woh niraakaar hai।

²⁶They remember God, but they do not know Him.

²⁸hamaari aatma bhi niraakaar hai। ²⁹yeh aatma ka shareer hai। ³⁰parantu aatma ko koi bhi jaante nahin।

²⁷They put their palms together in front of God and they understand that He is incorporeal. ²⁸We souls are also incorporeal.

³¹kehte bhi hain bhrakuti ke beech chamakta hai azab sitaara।

²⁹This is the body of the soul, but no one knows about the soul.

³²agar star hai to phir itna bada ling kyon banaate hain!

³⁰They say that a wonderful star shines in the middle of the forehead.

³³aatma mein hi 84 janmon ka part hai।

³¹If it is a star, why do they make such a big oval image?

³⁴yeh bhi nahin jaante hain।

³²A part of 84 births is recorded in the soul.

³⁵idhar udhar dhoondhate dhakka khaate rehte hain। ³⁶sabko bhagwan kehte hain।

³³They do not even know this much and they continue to stumble everywhere in search of God.

³⁷badreenaath bhi bhagwan, krishna bhi bhagwan, patthar-thikkar mein bhi bhagwan hai to phir itna door door dhoondhane kyon jaate hain।

³⁴They consider everyone to be God: Badrinath is God, Krishna is God and God is in the pebbles and stones! ³⁵So, why do they go so far to look for Him?

³⁸jo hamaare devi-devta dharma vaala nahin hoga woh na brahman banega, na unko dhaarna hogi।

³⁶Those who do not belong to our deity religion will not become Brahmins and they will not be able to imbibe knowledge.

³⁹woh aise hi achha-achha kehte rahenge।

³⁷They will simply continue to say that this is good.

⁴⁰baap kehte hain bachche main tumko saath le chaloonga।

³⁸The Father says: Children, I will take you back home with Me.

⁴¹jab tum shreemat par chal pahle pavitra banenge, gyaan ki dhaarna karenge, apni karmaateet avastha banaayenge tab hi mere saath-saath ghar pahunchenge।

³⁹Only if you follow shrimat, become pure, imbibe knowledge and make your stage karmateet will you be able to return home with Me.

⁴²nahin to beech mein ruk kar bahut kadi saja khaani padegi।

⁴⁰Otherwise, you will have to wait in between and experience severe punishment.

⁴³marne ke baad kai aatmaayen bhatakti bhi hain।

⁴¹Many souls even wander around after they have died.

⁴⁴jab tak shareer mile tab tak bhatakti hui saja bhogengi।

⁴²Until they receive bodies, they continually wander around experiencing punishment.

⁴⁵yahaan bahut gandagi ho jaayegi - kayaamat ke samay।

⁴³Here, there will be a lot of rubbish at the time of settlement.

⁴⁶paapon ka bojha bahut sir par hai, sabko hisaab-kitaab to chuktu karna hi hai।

⁴⁴There is a huge burden of sin on everyone’s head. ⁴⁵All have to settle their karmic accounts.

⁴⁷koi bachche to abhi tak bhi yog ko samajhte nahin hain। ⁴⁸ek minute bhi baap ko yaad nahin karte।

⁴⁶Even now, some children do not understand what yoga is; they do not remember the Father for even a minute.

⁴⁹tum bachchon ko ghadi-ghadi kaha jaata hai - baba ko yaad karo kyonki sir par bojha bahut hai।

⁴⁷You children are told again and again to remember Baba, because you have a huge burden of sin on you.

⁵⁰manushya kehte hain paramatma sarvavyaapi hai, phir bhi teerthon ki taraph kitna bhatakte hain।

⁴⁸People say that God is omnipresent but, in spite of that, they wander around so much on pilgrimages.

⁵¹samajhte hain yeh sab karmakaanda aadi karne se hamko paramatma se milne ka raasta milega।

⁴⁹They think they will find the way to meet God by doing all of those things of devotion.

⁵²baap kehte hain patit bhrashtaachaari to mere paas pahunch bhi nahin sakte।

⁵⁰The Father says: Those who are impure and corrupt cannot reach Me.

⁵³kehte hain phalaana paar nirvaan gaya, parantu yeh gapode maarte hain। ⁵⁴jaata koi bhi nahin hai।

⁵¹They say that So-and-so went to the land of nirvana, the land beyond, but they are just telling lies, because no one goes there.

⁵⁵abhi tum jaante ho - bhakti maarga mein kitne dhakke khaate hain।

⁵²You now know how much people stumble around on the path of devotion.

⁵⁶yeh sab shaastra aadi padhte-padhte manushyon ko girna hi hai।

⁵³While studying all of those scriptures, etc. they have to come down.

⁵⁷baap chadhaate hain, raavan giraate hain।

⁵⁴The Father makes you climb and Ravan brings you down.

⁵⁸ab baap samjhaate hain tum meri mat par chal pavitra banenge aur achhi tarah padhenge to svarga mein chalenge, nahin to itna oonch pad pa nahin sakenge।

⁵⁵The Father now explains: If you follow My shrimat and become pure, if you study well, you will then go to heaven. ⁵⁶Otherwise, you will not be able to claim a high status.

⁵⁹pradarshani ki kitni service chalti hai।

⁵⁷There is so much service done at exhibitions.

⁶⁰ab yeh service badhti jaayegi।

⁵⁸This form of service will now continue to increase.

⁶¹gaanv-gaanv mein jaayenge।

⁵⁹It will go to the villages etc.

⁶²yeh hai nai invention। ⁶³nai-nai points nikalti rehti hain।

⁶⁰This is a new invention and new points also continue to emerge.

⁶⁴jab tak jeena hai tab tak seekhna hi hai।

⁶¹You have to continue to study for as long as you live.

⁶⁵tumhaari em object hai hi bhavishya ke liye।

⁶²Your aim and objective is for the future.

⁶⁶yeh shareer chhodege to tum jaakar prince princess banenge।

⁶³When you shed your bodies, you will become princes and princesses.

⁶⁷svarga maana svarga।

⁶⁴Heaven means heaven!

⁶⁸vahaan narka ka naam-nishaan bhi nahin।

⁷⁴yeh teertha yaatra aadi sab bhakti maarga hai।

⁷¹To go on pilgrimages, etc. is the path of devotion.

⁷⁵bhakti hai raat।

⁷²Devotion is the night.

⁷⁶jab bhakti ki raat poori hoti hai to brahma aate hain din karne।

⁷³When the night of devotion ends, Brahma comes to make it into the day.

⁷⁷dvaapar kaliyug hai brahma ki raat, phir din hona chaahiye।

⁷⁴The copper and iron ages are the night of Brahma, and it then has to become the day.

⁷⁸tum bachchon mein bhi nambarvaar hain।

⁷⁵All are numberwise among you children too.

⁷⁹sab to ek jaisa padh na sake। ⁸⁰bhinna-bhinna darje hain।

⁷⁶Not everyone can study to the same extent; there are different classes.

⁸¹pradarshani mein dekho kitne aate hain। ⁸²5-7 hajaar roz aate hain।

⁷⁷Look how many people come to the exhibitions every day!

⁸³phir nikalte kaun hain! ⁸⁴koto mein koi, koi mein bhi koi।

⁷⁸Five to seven thousand come every day, and yet look how many emerge from there!

⁸⁵likhte hain - baba, 3-4 nikle hain, jo roz aate hain।

⁷⁹A few out of multimillions and, even out of that few, only a handful.

⁸⁶koi 7 roz ka course bhi uthaate hain, phir aate nahin hain।

⁸⁰They write, “Baba, there are three or four who come every day.

⁸⁷jo devi-devta dharma ke honge vahi yahaan thahrenge।

⁸¹Some even took the seven days’ course, but they no longer come.”

⁸⁸saadhaaran gareeb hi nikalte hain।

⁸²Those who belong to the deity religion will remain here.

⁸⁹saahookaar to mushkil hi thaharte hain।

⁸³Only ordinary, poor people emerge.

⁹⁰bahut mehnat karni padti hai।

⁸⁴The wealthy are scarcely able to remain here.

⁹¹chitthi bhi likhte hain।

⁸⁵A lot of effort has to be made.

⁹²blood se bhi likhkar dete hain। ⁹³phir chalte-chalte maaya kha jaati hai।

⁸⁶Some write a letter, some even write in their blood but, as they move along, Maya eats them.

⁹⁴yuddha chalti hai to raavan jeet leta hai।

⁸⁷A battle takes place and Ravan conquers them.

⁹⁵baaki jo thoda kuchh sunte hain woh praja mein chale jaate hain।

⁸⁸However, those who hear even a little knowledge become part of the subjects.

⁹⁶baba to samjhaate rehte hain - shreemat par chalna hai। ⁹⁷jaise mama baba aur ananya bachche purushaartha kar rahe hain।

⁸⁹Baba continues to explain that you have to follow shrimat, just like Mama, Baba and the special children who make effort do.

⁹⁸mahaarthiyon ke naam to liye jaate hain na!

⁹⁰The names of the maharathis are mentioned. ⁹¹Who are those in the Pandava Army?

⁹⁹paandav sena mein kaun-kaun hain, unka bhi naam baala hai।

⁹²Their names are glorified, just as the names of the main ones in the Kaurava Army are glorified.

¹⁰⁰to kaurav sena ke bhi mukhya ka naam baala hai।

⁹³The names of the Yadavas, the residents of Europe, are also mentioned.

¹⁰¹yooropvaasi yaadvon ke bhi naam hain।

¹⁰²akhbaar mein bhi jo naameegraami hain, unka naam daalte hain।

⁹⁵All of them have intellects that have no love for the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁰³un sabki parampita paramatma ke saath vipreet buddhi hai।

⁹⁶Only when they know the Supreme Soul can they have love for Him.

¹⁰⁴paramatma ko jaanen tab to preet rakhen। ¹⁰⁵yahaan bhi bachche preet rakh nahin sakte।

⁹⁷Here, too, some children are unable to have love for God; they forget Him again and again.

¹⁰⁶ghadi-ghadi bhool jaate hain, phir pad bhrashta ho padta hai। ¹⁰⁷jitna baap ko yaad karenge, utne vikarma vinaash honge aur pad ooncha milega।

⁹⁸Then their status is destroyed. ⁹⁹The more you remember the Father, the more your sins will be absolved and the higher the status you will receive.

¹⁰⁸doosron ko bhi aap samaan banaana hai, merciful banna hai aur andhon ki bhi laathi banna hai।

¹⁰⁰You also have to make others equal to yourselves. ¹⁰¹You must be merciful and become sticks for the blind.

¹⁰⁹koi andhe, koi kaane, koi jhunjhaar hote hain।

¹⁰²Some are blind, some are deaf and some have blurred vision.

¹¹³eeshvar ko sarvavyaapi kehna - yeh koi samajh nahin hai।

¹⁰⁷God is the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹¹⁵vahi aakar tumhein gyaan de rahe hain, raajayog bhi sikhla rahe hain।

¹⁰⁸He comes and gives you knowledge and teaches you Raja Yoga.

¹¹⁶shreekrishna ki aatma, jisne ab 84 janma poore kiye hain, ab woh raajayog seekh rahe hain।

¹⁰⁹The Shri Krishna soul, who has taken the full 84 births, is now studying Raja Yoga.

¹¹⁷kitni guhya baaten hain।

¹¹⁸is samay sabhi baap ko bhoolne ke kaaran mahaan duhkhi ban pade hain।

¹¹²The more effort you children make, the more your defects will be removed from within you. ¹¹³The destination is very high.

¹²⁰karodon se 8 mukhya nikalte hain।

¹¹⁴Eight main ones emerge from many hundreds of thousands.

¹²¹phir 108 ki maala banti hai। ¹²²phir hain 16 hajaar। ¹²³yeh bhi bheeti di jaati hai - purushaartha karne ke liye।

¹¹⁹They do not become worthy of attaining the happiness of heaven at all.

¹³⁰bhal pujaari bahut hain, woh bhi aayenge to praja mein।

¹²⁰Although there are many worshippers, they will also become part of the subjects.

¹³¹praja pad to kuchh nahin hai।

¹²¹The status of the subjects is nothing.

¹³²mama baba kehte ho to follow kar mama baba ke takhtansheen bano।

¹²²You say, “Mama and Baba”, so you should follow them and become seated on the throne of Mama and Baba.

¹³³heart-fail kyon hote ho!

¹²³Why do you become disheartened?

¹³⁴school mein koi bachcha kahe ki ham paas nahin honge to sab kahenge yeh dull head hai।

¹²⁴In a school, if a student says that he will not pass, everyone would say that he is dull headed.

¹³⁵sensible bachche bahut achha padhte hain aur oonch number mein aate hain।

¹²⁵Sensible children study very well and claim a high number.

¹³⁶tum bachche pradarshani mein bahut achhi service kar sakte ho।

¹²⁶You children can do very good service at the exhibitions.

¹³⁷baba se bhi poochh sakte ho - baba main service karne laayak hoon।

¹²⁷You can even ask Baba: Baba, am I worthy of doing service?

¹³⁸to baba batla sakta hai ki bachche abhi tumko bahut kuchh seekhna hai athva laayak banna hai।

¹²⁸Baba would then tell you: Child, you still have a lot to learn, that is, you have to become worthy.

¹³⁹vidvaan aadi ke saamne samjhaane vaale bhi hoshiyaar chaahiye।

¹³¹You call out: O Resident of the faraway land, come! ¹³²Come and take us back with You because we are experiencing a lot of sorrow.

¹⁴²satayug mein to itne sab manushya honge hi nahin।

¹³³There will not be as many people in the golden age.

¹⁴³sabhi aatmaayen muktidhaam mein chali jaayengi, jiske liye duniya itni bhakti karti hai।

¹³⁴All souls will go to the land of liberation. ¹³⁵Everyone in the world is doing so much devotion for that.

¹⁴⁴baap kehte hain main sabko le jaaoonga।

¹³⁶The Father says: I will take all of you back with Me.

¹⁴⁵second mein mukti-jeevanmukti।

¹³⁷You will receive liberation and liberation-in-life in a second.

¹⁴⁶nishchay hua to jeevanmukta banenge phir jeevanmukti mein bhi pad hai।

¹³⁸If you have faith, you become liberated-in-life. ¹³⁹There is status in liberation-in-life.

¹⁴⁷purushaartha karna hai jeevanmukti mein raaja-raani pad paayen।

¹⁴⁰You also have to make effort to claim the status of a king or queen.

¹⁴⁸mama-baba mahaaraaja mahaaraani bante hain to ham kyon na pad paayen।

¹⁴¹Mama and Baba become the emperor and empress of the world, so why should you not claim a status?

¹⁴⁹purushaartha karne vaale chhip nahin sakte। ¹⁵⁰saari raajdhaani sthaapan ho rahi hai।

¹⁴²Those who make effort cannot remain hidden; a whole kingdom is being established.

¹⁵¹daivi dharma vaale jo bhi hain aayenge zaroor।

¹⁴³Those who belong to the deity religion will definitely come.

¹⁵²mama baba raaja-raani bante hain to ham bhi kyon na purushaartha karen।

¹⁴⁴Mama and Baba become the king and queen, so why should you not make effort?

¹⁵³baba ko bachche patra likhte hain - baba kabhi-kabhi centre par aata hoon।

¹⁴⁵Children write letters to Baba: Baba, I go to the centre sometimes.

¹⁵⁴ab bachchi ki shaadi karaani hai।

¹⁵⁰So, Baba writes: Mother, father and child should all come to Baba, so that Baba can make you understand.

¹⁶⁰aadarneey pitaashri likhte ho to aa jaao।

¹⁵¹Since you write “Respected Pita Shri” to Baba, then come to Baba!

¹⁶¹paisa nahin ho, ticket ke liye to woh bhi mil sakte hain।

¹⁵²If you do not have money for your ticket, you will be given that too.

¹⁶²sammukh aane se shreemat milegi।

¹⁵³When you personally come in front of Baba, you will receive shrimat.

¹⁶³kumaari ka ghaat to nahin karna hai na। ¹⁶⁴nahin to paap aatma ban padenge।

¹⁵⁴You must not allow the kumari to fall into vice, otherwise you will become a sinful soul.

¹⁶⁵baap ki shreemat par chalkar pavitra banna pade।

¹⁵⁵You have to follow the Father’s shrimat and become pure.
