¹Essence: Sweet children, the Yogeshwar (the God of yoga), the Father, has come to teach you Raj Yoga. ²It is only by studying this yoga that you will become conquerors of sin and then become world emperors and empresses in the future.

³Question: What promise must you remember in order to be saved from sin?

³uttar:- mera to ek shivbaaba doosra na koi।

⁴Answer: Mine is one Shiv Baba and none other. ⁵Have true, spiritual love for the one Father. ⁶If you remember this promise you won't perform sinful actions.

⁴ek baap se sachcha roohaani lav rakhna hai। ⁵yeh pratigya yaad rahe to vikarma nahin hoga।

⁷Maya makes you body conscious and makes you perform wrong actions.

⁶maaya deh-abhimaan mein laakar ulta karma karaati hai। ⁷baba ustaad hai, use yaad kar maaya se poori yuddha karo to haar nahin ho sakti।

⁸Baba is the Master. ⁹Remember Him and battle with full force against Maya and you won't be defeated.

²⁴God doesn't teach them yoga.

²²tum bachche jaante ho parampita paramatma hamko phir se kalpa pahle muaaphik raajayog sikhlaate hain।

²⁵You children know that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is once again teaching you Raja Yoga as He did in the previous cycle.

²³sannyaasi aise kabhi nahin kahenge। ²⁴yeh yog kalpa pahle bhi sikhaaya tha aur abhi bhi sikhla raha hoon।

²⁶Sannyasis would never say that they taught this yoga in the previous cycle and that they are now teaching it once again.

²⁵tum bachche kah sakte ho, woh hathayogi raajayog sikhla nahin sakte hain।

²⁷You children can say this. ²⁸Those hatha yogis cannot teach Raja Yoga.

²⁶hamko sikhlaane vaala shivbaaba hai, jisko yogeshvar kaha jaata hai।

²⁹It is Shiv Baba who teaches us and He is also called “The Yogeshwar”.

²⁷manushya bhool se shreekrishna ko yogeshvar kah dete hain।

³⁰People call Krishna, “The Yogeshwar” by mistake.

²⁸shreekrishna satayug ka prince hai, vahaan yog ki baat hi nahin।

³¹Krishna is the prince of the golden age. ³²There is no question of yoga there.

²⁹yeh bahut achhi point hai, samjhaane ki tarkeeb seekho।

³³This is a very good point. ³⁴Learn the art of explaining to others.

³⁰yukti se samjhaaya jaata hai।

³⁵You have to explain tactfully.

³¹tumhaara saara madaar yog par hai, jitna yog mein rahenge utna vikarmaajeet banenge।

³⁶Everything for you depends on yoga. ³⁷The more you stay in yoga, the more you will become conquerors of sin.

³²bhaarat ka praacheen yog bahut gaaya hua hai।

³⁸The ancient yoga of Bharat is remembered very much.

³³yeh raajayog parampita paramatma ke sivaae koi sikhla na sake, isliye inka naam yogeshvar hai।

³⁹No one, apart from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, can teach this Raja Yoga. ⁴⁰That is why His name is Yogeshwar.

³⁴eeshvar hi raajayog sikhlaate hain।

⁴¹It is only God who teaches Raja Yoga.

³⁵kiske liye raajayog sikhlaate hain?

⁴²For what does He teach Raja Yoga?

³⁶kya bhaarat ko raajaai dete hain?

⁴³Does He give the sovereignty of Bharat?

³⁷nahin, sirf bhaarat ki baat nahin।

⁴⁴No, it is not a question of Bharat alone.

³⁸tum bachchon ko saare vishwa ka maalik banaane ke liye raajayog sikhlaate hain।

⁴⁵I teach you children Raja Yoga in order to make you into the masters of the whole world.

³⁹yeh em object clear hai।

⁴⁶This aim and objective is clear.

⁴⁰bhal raajaai koi tukde par karenge, vishwa mein to nahin karenge parantu kahne mein aata hai vishwa ka maalik।

⁴⁷Although someone may rule over a piece of land and not over the whole world, it would be said that he is a master of the world.

⁴¹tum bachche jaante ho nai duniya ke liye ham takdeer banaakar aaye hain।

⁴⁸You children know that you have come having created your fortune for the new world.

⁴²saari vishwa nai ban jaati hai।

⁴⁹The whole world is to become new.

⁴³capital bhaarat hai।

⁵⁰Bharat is the capital.

⁴⁴tumhaare naye vishwa mein bhi capital dehli hogi।

⁵¹In your new world too, Delhi will be the capital.

⁴⁵unka naam gaaya hua hai paristaan।

⁵²That is remembered as the land of angels.

⁴⁶tum ho gyaan pariyaan।

⁵³You are the angels of knowledge.

⁴⁷gyaan saagar mein gota khaakar manushya se badal svarga ki pariyaan ban jaate ho।

⁵⁴You take a dip in the Ocean of Knowledge and change from human beings into angels of heaven.

⁴⁸yeh maan sarovar hai na। ⁴⁹kehte hain vahaan snaan karne se manushya pari ban jaate hain।

⁵⁵This is the Mansarovar (lake that changes human beings into angels). ⁵⁶It is said that by bathing in it human beings become angels.

⁵⁰tum yahaan aaye ho svarga ki pariyaan banne ke liye।

⁵⁷You have come here to become angels of heaven.

⁵¹tum baadshaahi lete ho।

⁵⁸You are receiving your sovereignty.

⁵²tumhaare paas jevar aadi dher honge।

⁵⁹You will have a lot of jewellery.

⁵³tum kahenge ham raajayog seekhte hain, jisse ham bhavishya mein mahaaraaja mahaaraani banenge।

⁶⁰You say that you are studying Raja Yoga through which you will become emperors and empresses in the future.

⁵⁴parantu agar shreemat par achhi reeti chalenge to।

⁶¹However, you will only become that if you follow shrimat well.

⁵⁵aise mat samajhna ki praja mein jaane vaale ko pari kahenge, nahin।

⁶²Don't think that those who become subjects will also be called angels; no.

⁵⁶shreemat par daiveegun dhaaran karne hain।

⁶³You have to imbibe divine virtues by following shrimat.

⁵⁷laukik baap ka bachchon mein moh hota hai to kehte hain bachchon ko oonch padhaaoon।

⁶⁴A physical father is attached to his children and so he wants his children to have a higher education.

⁵⁸yeh baap bhi kehte hain inhon ko ekdam svarga ki pari bana doon।

⁶⁵This Father also says: I will make you into the angels of heaven.

⁵⁹shreemat par jitna chalenge utna shreshtha banenge।

⁶⁶To the extent that you follow shrimat, so you will accordingly become elevated.

⁶⁰koi bhi takleeph nahin hai।

⁶⁷There is no difficulty.

⁶¹saahookaaron ko sunne ki phursat nahin milti, sirf gareebon ko phursat milti hai।

⁶⁸The wealthy don't have time to listen to this. ⁶⁹Only the poor have time.

⁶²tumhaare jitni phursat kisko nahin hai, jinko laphde jyaada hain, unka yog lag nahin sakta।

⁷⁰No one else has as much time as you do. ⁷¹Those people who have a lot of concerns are unable to have yoga.

⁶³aaj baba bachchi se poochh raha tha ki tum jaanti ho ki ham kiske rath ki seva kar rahe hain।

⁷²Today, Baba asked a child: Do you know whose chariot you are serving?

⁶⁴ghode ki sambhaal karne vaala samjhega ki ham phalaane saaheb ke ghode ki sambhaal kar rahe hain।

⁷³Someone who looks after horses would be aware of the horse of which master he is looking after.

⁶⁵tum bhi jaante ho yeh kiska rath hai।

⁷⁴You also know whose chariot this is.

⁶⁶agar shivbaaba ko yaad kar tum is rath ki seva karo to tum bahuton se achha pad pa sakti ho।

⁷⁵If you serve this chariot while remembering Shiv Baba, you can claim a status higher than that of many others.

⁶⁷yeh hua rath, yaad to shivbaaba ko karna hai।

⁷⁶This one is just the chariot, but you have to remember Shiv Baba.

⁶⁸yeh bhi yaad rahe to beda paar ho sakta hai।

⁷⁷Even if you remember this much, your boat can go across.

⁶⁹baba kahaan ke liye raajayog sikhlaate hain?

⁷⁸For where is Baba teaching you Raja Yoga?

⁷⁰bhavishya nai duniya ke liye, aur sikhaate hain sangam par।

⁷⁹For the future new world. ⁸⁰He teaches it at the confluence age.

⁷¹shreekrishna kaise raajayog sikhaayenge?

⁸¹How could Krishna teach Raja Yoga?

⁷²woh to satayugi raajaai mein tha, parantu woh raajaai kisne sthaapan ki?

⁸²He was in the golden-aged kingdom, but who established that kingdom?

⁷³baap ne।

⁸³The Father.

⁷⁴praacheen devi-devtaaon ko aisa kisne banaaya?

⁸⁴Who made the ancient deities become that?

⁷⁵kisne raajayog sikhaaya?

⁸⁵Who taught them Raja Yoga?

⁷⁶woh shreekrishna ka naam lete hain।

⁸⁶Those people mention Krishna’s name.

⁷⁷baap kehte hain main tum bachchon ko abhi sikhla raha hoon।

⁸⁷The Father says: I teach you children at this time.

⁷⁸tum takdeer jagaakar aaye ho, bhavishya nai duniya mein oonch pad paane ke liye।

⁸⁸You have come having awakened your fortune in order to claim a high status in the future new world.

⁷⁹baap kehte hain mujhe yaad karo to pavitra duniya ka maalik bano aur koi upaay nahin।

⁸⁹The Father says: Remember Me and become the masters of the pure world; there is no other way.

⁸⁰ek taraph yaad karte hain patit-paavan aao। ⁸¹doosre taraph nadiyon ko kehte hain patit-paavni... kitni bhool hai, baat chhoti hai parantu manushyon ki aankh kholni hai।

⁹⁰On the one hand, they remember the Purifier and ask Him to come. ⁹¹On the other hand, they say that the rivers are the Purifier. ⁹²This is such a big mistake.

⁸²baap jab aate hain aakar samjhaate hain ki patit-paavan main hoon।

⁹³It is a small thing but you do have to open the eyes of human beings.

⁸³main hi tumko gyaan snaan karaae paavan banaata hoon।

⁹⁴When the Father comes, He explains that He is the Purifier.

⁸⁴yeh patit duniya hai।

⁹⁵I bathe you in knowledge and purify you.

⁸⁵sannyaasi anek prakaar ke yog sikhlaate hain।

⁹⁶This is an impure world. ⁹⁷Sannyasis teach many types of yoga.

⁸⁶parantu raajayog to ek hi sikhlaane vaala main hoon।

⁹⁸However, I am the only one who can teach Raja Yoga.

⁸⁷parampita paramatma ko hi patit-paavan kehte hain।

⁹⁹Only the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Himself, is called the Purifier.

⁸⁸unko kitna yaad karna chaahiye, phir manners bhi achhe chaahiye।

¹⁰⁰You should remember Him so much! ¹⁰¹You also need good manners.

⁸⁹ham 16 kala sampoorn bante hain।

¹⁰²We are becoming 16 celestial degrees full.

⁹⁰khaan-paan shuddh hona chaahiye।

¹⁰³Your food and drink should be pure.

⁹¹koi jhat dhaaran karte hain। ⁹²gaaya hua hai second mein jeevanmukti।

¹⁰⁴Some imbibe this quickly. ‘Liberation-in-life in a second’ is remembered.

⁹³ek janak thode hi hoga।

¹⁰⁵There wouldn't have been just one Janak.

⁹⁴misaal ek ka diya jaata hai।

¹⁰⁶An example is given of just one.

⁹⁵dropdi ek thode hi hogi, sabki laaz rakhte hain।

¹⁰⁷There wouldn't have been just one Draupadi either.

⁹⁶stri purush donon ko patit hone se bachaate hain।

¹⁰⁸God maintains the honour of everyone. ¹⁰⁹He saves both men and women from becoming impure.

⁹⁷geeta mein shreekrishna ka naam likh diya hai।

¹¹⁰They have written Krishna’s name in the Gita.

⁹⁸is samay tum bachche jo kuchh bhi karte ho, bhakti mein yaadgaar banta hai।

¹¹¹Whatever you children do at this time, that becomes a memorial on the path of devotion.

⁹⁹shivbaaba ka kitna bada mandir hai।

¹¹²The Shiv Baba Temple is so big.

¹⁰⁰jo service karte hain, unka naamaachaar nikalta hai।

¹¹³The names of those who do service are glorified.

¹⁰¹tumhaara delvaada mandir accurate yaadgaar hai।

¹¹⁴The Dilwala Temple is your accurate memorial.

¹⁰²neeche tapasya kar rahe ho oopar raajaai ke chitra khade hain।

¹¹⁵Down below, you are doing tapasya and up above, there are images of the kingdom.

¹⁰³abhi tum baap se yog laga rahe ho, svarga ka maalik banne ke liye।

¹¹⁶You are now having yoga with the Father in order to become the masters of heaven.

¹⁰⁴svarga ko bhi yaad karte ho।

¹¹⁷You also remember heaven.

¹⁰⁵koi marta hai kehte hain svarga padhaara, parantu svarga hai kahaan, yeh kisko maaloom nahin।

¹¹⁸When a person dies, people say that he has gone to heaven. ¹¹⁹However, no one knows where heaven is.

¹⁰⁶samajhte hain bhaarat svarga tha phir oopar kah dete hain।

¹²⁰They believe that Bharat was heaven and then they say that it is up above.

¹⁰⁷baap samjhaate hain second mein jeevanmukti gaai hui hai।

¹²¹The Father explains: ‘Liberation-in-life in a second’ is remembered.

¹⁰⁸phir bhi kehte hain gyaan ka saagar hai।

¹²²Even then, they speak of the Ocean of Knowledge.

¹⁰⁹jangal ko kalam banaao, saagar ko syaahi banaao.. to bhi khutta nahin, pichhaadi tak chalega।

¹²³Even if you make the trees of a forest into pens and the ocean into ink, this knowledge will not finish; it will continue till the end.

¹¹⁰to mehnat ki jaati hai na।

¹²⁴Therefore, you have to make effort.

¹¹¹second ki baat bhi theek hai।

¹²⁵It is right to say that it just takes a second.

¹¹²baap ko jaana to baap ka varsa hai jeevanmukti।

¹²⁶When you know the Father, the inheritance from Him is liberation-in-life.

¹¹³saath-saath yeh samjhaaya jaata hai to chakra kaise phirta hai, dharma kaise sthaapan hote hain।

¹²⁷Together with that, how the cycle turns and how the religions are established is also explained to you.

¹¹⁴kitni baaten hain samjhaane ki।

¹²⁸So many things have to be explained.

¹¹⁵saath mein baba ko yaad karo, varse ko yaad karo।

¹²⁹Together with that, remember the Father and also remember your inheritance.

¹¹⁶tum yaad karte ho, nishchay bhi karte ho - ham vishwa ki baadshaahi le rahe hain।

¹³⁰You remember those and you also have the faith that you are claiming the sovereignty of the world.

¹¹⁷phir kyon bhool jaate ho?

¹³¹So, why do you then forget it?

¹¹⁸baba kehte hain jitna yaad karenge, utne vikarma vinaash honge, ismen time lagta hai, jab tak karmaateet avastha ho jaaye।

¹³²Therefore, Baba says: The more you remember Me, the more your sins will be absolved. ¹³³This is why it takes time until you reach your karmateet stage.

¹¹⁹karmaateet avastha ho gai phir to tum yahaan rah nahin sakte ho।

¹³⁴When you reach your karmateet stage, you won't be able to stay here any longer.

¹²⁰bachchon ko varshon se samjhaate rehte hain - baat hai bilkul sahaj।

¹³⁵Baba has been explaining to you children for years. ¹³⁶It is a very simple matter: Alpha and beta.

¹²¹alpha aur be, chakra ka raaz bhi baba samjhaate hain।

¹³⁷Baba also tells you the secrets of the cycle.

¹²²buddhi mein poora raaz aata hai to phir auron ko bhi samjhaana padta hai।

¹³⁸When you have all the secrets in your intellects you also have to explain them to others.

¹²³saara jhaad buddhi mein aa jaata hai।

¹³⁹You have the whole tree in your intellects.

¹²⁴baap se sahaj te sahaj varsa lena hai।

¹⁴⁰You have to claim the easiest inheritance from the Father.

¹²⁵kehte hain baba yog nahin lagta।

¹⁴¹Some say: Baba, I’m unable to have yoga.

¹²⁶maaya vikarma kara deti hai।

¹⁴²Maya makes me commit sin.

¹²⁷baap samjhaate hain bachche agar vikarma kar liya phir to bahut purushaartha karna padega।

¹⁴³The Father explains: Children, if you commit sin, you will have to make a lot of effort.

¹²⁸maaya deh-abhimaan mein laakar ulta kaam kara leti hai।

¹⁴⁴Maya makes you body conscious and makes you perform wrong actions.

¹²⁹baap kehte bachche mera bankar koi bhi vikarma nahin karo।

¹⁴⁵The Father says: Children, after belonging to Me, don't perform any sinful actions.

¹³⁰tumne pratigya ki hai - mera to ek shivbaaba, doosra na koi।

¹⁴⁶You promised that you would belong to one Shiv Baba and none other.

¹³¹jaise kanya ki jab sagaai hoti hai to pati ke saath kitna lav ho jaata hai।

¹⁴⁷When a kumari gets engaged she has so much love for her husband-to-be.

¹³²to behad ke baap se kitna lav hona chaahiye।

¹⁴⁸Therefore, you should have so much love for the unlimited Father.

¹³³tumhaara kitna gupta lav hai।

¹⁴⁹Your love is so incognito.

¹³⁴woh hai jismaani, yeh hai roohaani।

¹⁵⁰That is physical whereas this is spiritual.

¹³⁵unki practice pad gai hai।

¹⁵¹They have developed that practice.

¹³⁶yeh tum ghadi-ghadi bhool jaate ho kyonki nai baat hai।

¹⁵²Here, you repeatedly forget because this is something new.

¹³⁷apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁵³You have to consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

¹³⁸tum ho khudaai khidmatgaar।

¹⁵⁴You are Godly helpers.

¹³⁹tum ho roohaani sevaadhaari।

¹⁵⁵You are spiritual servers.

¹⁴⁰tum ladaai ke maidaan mein khade ho।

¹⁵⁶You are standing on the battlefield.

¹⁴¹baba ustaad bhi khada hai।

¹⁵⁷Baba, the Master, is also standing with you.

¹⁴²kehte hain maaya ke saath poori yuddha karo, jo yeh 5 vikaar pravesh hi na karen।

¹⁵⁸He says: Fight Maya with full force so that these five vices don't interfere.

¹⁴³likhte hain baba yeh bhoot aa gaya।

¹⁵⁹Some write: Baba, an evil spirit came.

¹⁴⁴baba kehte hain in bhooton ko bhagaate raho।

¹⁶⁰Baba says: Continue to chase away those evil spirits.

¹⁴⁵yeh to ant tak aayenge aur hi zor se toofaan aayenge।

¹⁶¹They will continue to come till the end and they will bring very powerful storms.

¹⁴⁶agyaan mein bhi kabhi nahin aaye honge woh bhi aayenge।

¹⁶²Storms that you never had on the path of ignorance will also come.

¹⁴⁷tum kahenge vaanaprastha mein the, kabhi khyaal bhi nahin aata tha। ¹⁴⁸gyaan mein aane se kaam ka nasha aa gaya।

¹⁶³You would say that you were in the stage of retirement and never had such thoughts but that, after coming into knowledge, there was the intoxication of lust.

¹⁴⁹svapna bhi aate rehte hain, yeh kya?

¹⁶⁴You also have such dreams. ¹⁶⁵What is this?

¹⁵⁰yeh wonderful gyaan hai।

¹⁶⁶This is wonderful knowledge.

¹⁵¹koi moonjhakar chhod bhi jaate hain।

¹⁶⁷Some become confused and leave.

¹⁵²baba bata deta hai - toofaan bahut aayenge।

¹⁶⁸Baba tells you that many storms will come.

¹⁵³jitna pahalvaan banenge maaya bahut pachhaadegi, isliye mahaaveer ban stheriyam rehna hai।

¹⁶⁹The stronger you become, the more Maya will make you fall, and this is why you have to become mahavirs and stable.

¹⁵⁴baba ki yaad mein rehna hai।

¹⁷⁰Stay in remembrance of Baba.

¹⁵⁶karma mein aane se vikarma ban jaata hai।

¹⁷²By putting them into practice, you commit sin.

¹⁵⁷bahut purushaartha karna hai, kharaab aadten nikaalni hain।

¹⁷³You have to make a lot of effort and remove any bad habits.

¹⁵⁸avinaashi surgeon jaante hain, yeh baba bhi jaante hain। ¹⁵⁹maaya ke anek prakaar ke vighna padte hain।

¹⁷⁴The eternal Surgeon knows and this Baba also knows that there are many types of obstacle from Maya.

¹⁶⁰yahaan bahut shuddh banna hai।

¹⁷⁵Here, you have to become very pure.

¹⁶¹chaahte ho ham sooryavanshi banen to laayak banna pade।

¹⁷⁶If you want to become part of the sun dynasty you have to become worthy.

¹⁶²yeh hai raajayog, praja yog nahin hai।

¹⁷⁷This is Raja Yoga, yoga to become kings, not yoga to become subjects.

¹⁶³to purushaartha kar raajaai leni chaahiye।

¹⁷⁸Therefore, make effort and claim the kingdom.

¹⁶⁴tum yukti se gupta reeti se kahaan bhi ja sakte ho।

¹⁷⁹You can go anywhere tactfully, in an incognito way.

¹⁶⁵bolo - hamko bataao ham kisko yaad karen, jo ham duhkh se chhoot jaayen?

¹⁸⁰Say to them: Tell us whom we should remember so that we can be liberated from sorrow.

¹⁶⁶bhala kehte hain - bhaarat ka praacheen yog, woh kya hai?

¹⁸¹People speak of the ancient yoga of Bharat, but what is that?

¹⁶⁷aap hamko raajayog sikhla sakte ho jo ham raaja banen?

¹⁸²Can you teach us Raja Yoga so that we can become kings?

¹⁶⁸aisi-aisi baaten karte gyaan mein le aana chaahiye।

¹⁸³You should ask them such things and bring them into knowledge.
