²⁰²ab yeh jo ham jeevanmukta kehte hain, to iska matlab yeh nahin ki ham koi deh se mukta the, unhon ko koi deh ka bhaan nahin tha, magar vo deh mein hote hue bhi duhkh ko praapta nahin karte the, goya vahaan koi bhi karmabandhan ka maamla nahin hai।

²¹²When we say, “Liberated in life”, it does not mean that we were free from bodies. ²¹³They did not have any awareness of their bodies, but, even while in their bodies, they had no sorrow, that is, there was no need of any bondage of karma there.

²¹⁵So, “Liberated in life” means to be karmateet while alive. ²¹⁶This whole world is trapped in the five vices. ²¹⁷It means that the five vices are fully present here, but people do not have sufficient strength to be able to conquer these five evil spirits. ²¹⁸So, this is when God Himself comes and liberates us from the five evil spirits and enables us to attain the future reward of the deity status.
