2Today, the Father, the Image of Immortality, is seeing all the children who are seated on their thrones of immortality, wearing crowns of world benefit, the children who have a tilak sparkling in the centre of their foreheads.
3har ek takhtadhaari bhi hain, taajdhaari bhi hain, tilak bhi sabhi ka chamak raha hai।
3Each one is seated on the throne, is wearing a crown and has a sparkling tilak.

10When you stabilise yourselves in the stage of being an elevated soul, an immortal image, seated on the throne of immortality, this stage is so elevated.

11The sparkle of this most elevated stage makes your face into that of an angel - not an ordinary face, but an angelic face.

22An angel means one who has the consciousness of being an instrument; who has a humble nature and elevated good wishes of benevolence for everyone.

23You are such angels, are you not?
25falak se kaho ham nahin honge to kaun hoga! 26falak hai na!
24Say with this intoxication: If I do not become this, then who would?
27to baapdaada aise farishton ki darbaar dekh rahe hain।
25You have this spiritual intoxication, do you not? 26BapDada is seeing this court of such angels.
28sirf isi svamaan mein sthit rahne se dehbhaan svatah hi samaapta ho jaayega।
27Simply by stabilising yourselves in this stage of self-respect, body consciousness automatically finishes.
29baap dekhte hain ki bachche dehbhaan ko chhodne ki bahut mehnat karte hain।
28The Father sees that children are making a lot of effort to let go of body consciousness.
30ek dehbhaan ke roop ko chhodte hain to doosra aa jaata hai, phir doosre ko chhodte hain to teesra aa jaata hai।
29They let go of one form of body consciousness and another one emerges. 30They let go of the second form and a third form emerges.
31lekin chhodna sada mushkil hota hai aur dhaaran karna sahaj hota hai।
31However, it is always difficult to let go, but easy to imbibe another form.
32to baapdaada kehte hain ki svamaan mein sada raho। 33jahaan svamaan hai vahaan dehbhaan aa hi nahin sakta।
32So, BapDada says: Constantly stabilise yourself in your stage of self-respect; then, where there is self-respect, there cannot be any body consciousness.
34to chhodne ki mehnat nahin karo lekin svamaan mein sthit rahne ka attention rakho aur sangamayug par svayan baap dvaara kitne achhe-achhe svamaan praapta hain।
33Do not make effort to let go, but pay attention to stabilising yourself in your self-respect. 34At the confluence age, you have attained so much self-respect from the Father, which is the best of all.
35praapta karna nahin hai, praapta hain।
35You do not have to attain it; you have attained it.
36apne svamaan ki list nikaalo। 37kitni badi list hai!
36Make a list of your stages of self-respect: it is such a long list.
38saare kalpa mein kitne bhi svamaan arthaat titles kisi bhi naameegraami aatma ke ho, chaahe raajneta ho, chaahe abhineta ho, chaahe dharmaatma ho, chaahe mahaan aatma ho, unke agar title ginti bhi karo to aapke svamaan ki list se jyaada ho sakte hain?
37Throughout the entire cycle, no famous soul would have so much respect or so many titles, whether he is a ruler, an actor, a dharamatma or a mahatma. 38If you were to count their titles, could they be more than your list of self-respect?
39aur roz savere-savere baapdaada svamaan ki smriti dilaate hain, svamaan mein sthit karaate hain।
39BapDada reminds you of the awareness of your self-respect every morning, and stabilises you in your self-respect.
40roz bhi ek naye te naya svamaan smriti mein rakho to svamaan ke aage dehbhaan aise bhaag jaata jaise roshni ke aage andhakaar bhaag jaata।
40Each day, keep a new point of self-respect in your awareness. 41Then, in front of your self-respect, body consciousness will run away just as when darkness is dispelled by light.

42It takes neither time nor effort.

43So, why do you repeatedly have to make effort to finish body consciousness?

45No matter how much a dark cloud may hide the light of the sun, you have an automatic, direct connection of light with the Supreme.

52phir to ek baadal kya, saare baadal aa jaayen, andhakaar kar sakte hain kya?
53Then, let alone one cloud, even if there were many clouds, could they create darkness?

54As soon as you turn on the switch of your consciousness with a direct line, there will be so much light that not only are you in light but you also become a lighthouse for others. 55It is like this, is it not?

57However, sometimes you put aside your experiences.

58You have received the Support but, instead of taking the Support, you put yourself aside.

60Perhaps not always, but sometimes.

61Do you forget to turn on the switch?
61vaastav mein agar ek master sarvashaktimaan ka svamaan bhi yaad ho to mehnat ki koi baat hi nahin hai।
62In fact, if you still remember the stage of your self-respect, of your being a master almighty authority, there should be no question of effort at all.
62maarga mehnat ka nahin hai lekin highway ke bajaay galiyon mein chale jaate ho va manzil ke nishaane se aur aage badh jaate ho to lautne ki mehnat karni padti hai।
63The path is not difficult, but instead of going onto the highway, you go on to the small roads or you even go past your destination and you then have to make the effort to return.
63baapdaada sada apne sneh aur sahayog ki godi mein bithaakar manzil par le ja rahe hain।
64BapDada constantly seats you in His lap of love and co-operation and takes you towards the destination.

65So, why is it difficult to sit in the lap and reach your destination?

66You move away from the lap of love and co-operation and are pulled away by other attractions and so you go on a tour elsewhere.

67You get tired and you even experience having to labour.

68So, what will you do this year?
68mehnat samaapta। 69mohabbat mein, lav mein leen ho jaao, lavleen ho har kaarya karo।
69Finish doing hard work, and merge yourself in love. 70Perform every task whilst absorbed in love.
70jo leen hota hai usko aur kuchh dikhaai nahin deta, aakarshit nahin karta।
71Those who are absorbed in love are not able to see anything else; they are not attracted by anything else.
71to lav mein rehte ho।
72So, you remain absorbed in love.
72aisa koi hoga jo kahe mujhe baap se pyaar nahin hai, lav nahin hai!
73Is there anyone who says that he doesn’t have love for the Father? 74That he doesn’t have love?
73sabhi ka lav hai na!
75All of you have love, do you not?
74lekin kabhi lav mein rehte ho, kabhi lav mein leen rehte ho। 75nahin to dekho man-buddhi dvaara sthiti mein baap ka sarva sambandhon se saath hai।
76However, sometimes you have love and sometimes you become merged in love but, otherwise, you have the company of the Father in all relationships with your mind and intellect in your stage.

77You have the Father's company and the Father is also your Companion in your doing service at every moment.

78So, He is with you in your stage and your Companion in doing service.
79param aatma ki mahima hi hai mushkil ko sahaj karne vaale।
79So, where there is His constant company and He is your Companion, what can be difficult?
80aisa baap aapke saath hai aur saathi hai to mushkil ho sakta hai?
80The praise of the Supreme Soul is that He is the One who makes difficult things easy.
81phir kyon mushkil karte ho? 82samay pramaan baap svayan har bachche ko sarva sambandhon ki offer karte hain।
81Such a Father is with you and He is your Companion, so can anything be difficult? 82In that case, why do you make it difficult?
83jaisa samay vaise sambandh se saath raho va saathi banaao। 84koi samay to sambandh se saathi banaate ho aur koi samay saathi ko kinaare kar dete ho। 85phir kehte hain ki akelaapan feel hota hai।
83According to the time, the Father offers Himself to the children at all times in all relationships. 84So stay with Him in a way that is appropriate for the time and appropriate for the relationship, and make Him your Companion.
86chalte-chalte akelaapan lagta hai। 87aur akelaapan hone se kya hota hai?
85Sometimes, you make Him your Companion with a relationship and sometimes, you put aside the Companion.

87What happens when you feel lonely? 88You experience your elevated life to be an ordinary life.

89You then say that your life has become boring and that you need a change.
91combined kabhi akela hota hai kya? 92badi achhi-achhi baaten karte hain baba, ham to hain hi combined।
90On the one hand, you please BapDada by saying that you are combined, but can someone who is combined ever be alone?
93phir 15-20 varsha beetta to kehte hain change chaahiye, akele ho gaye hain।
91You speak very well about these things. 92"Baba, I am combined".
94vaise bhi dekho duniya mein agar change chaahte hain to koi saagar ke kinaare par jaakar so jaate hain, koi manoranjan mein chale jaate hain, dance karte hain, koi geeton ki mauz mein mauz manaate hain, koi company ya companion ka saath lete ho।
93Then, 15 to 20 years later, you say that you want a change, that you are alone". 94Generally, when people want a change, some would go to sleep on the sea-shore, some would turn to entertainment, some would turn to dance, some would enjoy themselves in the pleasure of songs and some would seek the company of a companion.

108All of you have a book of entertaining stories and experiences.
110jab bor ho jaate hain to novels padhte hain na!
109You read novels when you get bored, do you not?
111to aap apne kahaaniyon ka kitaab kholo aur use padhne mein busy ho jaao।
110So, open the book of your stories and make yourselves busy reading that.
112apne svamaan ki list ko saamne laao, apne praaptiyon ki list ko saamne laao।
111Keep a list of your stages of self-respect in front of you. 112Bring your list of attainments in front of you.
113brahman sansaar ke vichitra practical kahaaniyon ko smriti mein laao।
113Bring into your awareness the unique, practical stories of the Brahmin world.
114jaise apne ko change karne ke liye samaachaar patra padhne ka bhi aadhaar lete hain to brahman sansaar ke kitne alaukik samaachaar aadi se ab tak dekhe hain va sune hain, samaachaar patra bhi aapke paas hai।
114Just as you take the support of the newsletters to transform yourselves, in the same way, you have seen and heard so much news of the Brahmin world from the beginning until now. 115You also have those newsletters with you.

116Many people experience restlessness unless they read the papers.

120The greatest entertainment is to become “Manmanabhav”. 121To experience the sweetness of all relationships is to become “Manmanabhav”.
121sirf baap ke roop mein ya vishesh teen roopon ke sambandh se anubhav nahin hai lekin sarva sambandhon ke sneh ka anubhav kar sakte ho।
122There isn't just the experience of the special three forms of relationship with the Father, but you can also experience the love of all relationships. 123You remember Baba in all relationships, but what difference is created?

124One is to remember Baba with your head just on the basis of knowledge.

152It is because God has love that He writes you letters, that is, He gives the response in the murlis and also gives love and remembrance.
