¹Essence: Sweet children, in order to make progress, wake up in the early morning hours of nectar and remember the Father. ²The early morning is the best time to earn an income.

²prashn:- sada salaamat rahne ka aadhaar kya hai? ³sada salaamat kise kahenge?

³Question: What is the basis of remaining safe and sound for all time? ⁴What is the state in which you are safe and sound?

⁴uttar:- baap ki shreemat hi sada salaamat banaati hai।

⁵Answer: The Father’s shrimat enables you to remain safe and sound; you will never experience any sorrow or problems.

⁵kabhi bhi koi duhkh aur takleeph nahin hogi। ⁶tum bachche itne takdeervaan bante ho jo kabhi kisi prakaar ki chot nahin lag sakti।

⁶You children become so fortunate that you can never be hurt in any way and your bodies become free from disease.

⁷nirogi kaaya ban jaayegi। ⁸tum apni takdeer ki mahima gaate raho।

⁷Continue to sing the praise of your fortune.

⁹jo uthte-baithte baap ki yaad mein rehte hain - woh hain takdeervaan bachche। ¹⁰unhein hi sada salaamat kahenge।

⁸Those who remember the Father while sitting and moving around are said to be the fortunate children who remain safe and sound.

¹²You sweetest, effort-making children must know the meaning of this song yourselves, numberwise, according to your efforts.

¹⁴jo yaatra par upasthit hain ve hi yathaartha arth samajh sakte hain।

¹³Only those who are present on this pilgrimage can understand the accurate meaning of the song.

¹⁵ab yeh yaatra hai raat ki aur jismaani yaatraayen hoti hain din ki।

¹⁴This pilgrimage takes place at night, whereas physical pilgrimages take place during the day.

¹⁶amarnaath, badreenaath par jaate hain to din ko saphar (musaaphiri) kar raat ko so jaate hain। ¹⁷aur tum bachchon ki musaaphiri hai raat ki।

¹⁵When pilgrims go to Amarnath or Badrinath, they travel by day and sleep at night, whereas you children travel through the night.

¹⁸din mein to tumko shareer nirvaah arth kaam karna padta hai।

¹⁶You have to work during the day for the livelihood of your bodies.

¹⁹naukri par jaate hain aur maataayen ghar sambhaalti hain।

¹⁷You go to work and the mothers look after the home.

²⁰sabse jyaada unnati raat ko hoti hai, jabki sab manushya soye hue hote hain।

¹⁸The maximum progress can be made at night when everyone else is asleep.

²¹tumhaari us samay badi achhi yaatra ho sakti hai।

¹⁹You can have a very good pilgrimage at that time.

²²bhakta log bhi savere amritvele yaad mein rehte hain।

²⁰Even devotees stay in remembrance in the early morning hours of nectar.

²³bachche apni unnati karna chaahte ho to baap raay dete hain - neend ko jeetne vaale bano।

²¹Children, if you want to make progress, the Father advises you: Become conquerors of sleep!

²⁴5 hazaar varsha pahle bhi kaha tha।

²⁹yahaan to tum janma by janma purushaartha karte ho aur abhi ka tumhaara purushaartha 21 janmon ka ban jaata hai।

²⁸Here, you have been making effort for birth after birth, whereas the reward of the efforts of this time lasts for 21 births.

³⁰wonder hai na।

²⁹It is a wonder!

³¹aisa koi bhi purushaartha karaane vaala hai nahin।

³⁰No one else could inspire you to make such effort.

³²avinaashi baap avinaashi purushaartha karaate hain।

³¹The imperishable Father inspires you to make imperishable effort.

³³yahaan to paise ke liye kya nahin karte hain - baap bachchon ko, bachche baap ko bhi maar daalte hain।

³²Here, what do people not do for money? ³³A father would kill his children and children would kill their father.

³⁴tumhein ab avinaashi baap se avinaashi varsa lena hai, to avinaashi baap aur varse ko yaad karna hai।

³⁴You now have to claim your imperishable inheritance from the eternal Father, and so you have to remember the eternal Father and the imperishable inheritance.

³⁵aur koi takleeph nahin, sirf do akshar hain। ³⁶isko mahaamantra kaha jaata hai।

³⁵There is no other difficulty; there are simply two words, which are called the great mantra.

³⁷bas, yeh do akshar yaad karne se tumko raaj-tilak mil jaata hai।

³⁶Simply by remembering these two words, you receive the tilak of sovereignty.

³⁸ab is yaad mein hai bal।

³⁷There is power in this remembrance.

³⁹jitna jo yaad karenge। ⁴⁰yog aur gyaan।

³⁸It depends on how much remembrance you have and how much yoga and knowledge you have.

⁴¹shaastron aadi ke gyaan ki yahaan baat nahin।

³⁹There is no question of the knowledge of the scriptures here.

⁴²do akshar yaad karne ke liye kehte hain to phursat nahin rehti hai।

⁴⁰If you tell people to remember just these two words, they would say that they don’t have time.

⁴³kah dete hain ham yaad nahin kar sakte, ghadi-ghadi bhool jaate hain। ⁴⁴do akshar ki yaatra nahin kar sakte!

⁴¹They cannot remember; they forget again and again and they therefore cannot make the pilgrimage of two words.

⁴⁵tum log geet, kavita, dialogue banaate ho, yaad karte ho, vaastav mein in sabki yahaan darkaar nahin hai।

⁴²You compose songs, poems and dialogues and you then remember them. ⁴³In fact, there is no need for those here.

⁴⁶yahaan to chup rehna hai।

⁴⁴Here, you have to remain silent.

⁴⁷kya tum beej aur jhaad ko nahin samajh sakte ho।

⁴⁵Can you not understand the Seed and the tree?

⁴⁸beej ko haath mein lene se hi saara jhaad saamne aa jaayega।

⁴⁶By your grasping the meaning of the Seed, the whole tree will be visible in front of you.

⁴⁹ismen chaar yug aur chaar varna hain।

⁴⁷There are four ages and four clans in this.

⁵⁰yeh sab buddhi mein laana, deri nahin lagti hai।

⁴⁸It does not take time to bring all of this into your intellect.

⁵¹second mein svarga ki baadshaahi mil jaati hai। ⁵²sirf yaad mein rehna hai।

⁴⁹You receive the kingdom of heaven within a second simply by staying in remembrance.

⁵³second mein saakshaatkaar karaaya jaata hai।

⁵⁰Visions are granted within a second.

⁵⁴us samay jaise svarga va krishnapuri mein hain।

⁵¹At that moment, it is as though you are in heaven, the land of Krishna.

⁵⁵sirf do baaten yaad karni hain - ek to baap ki yaad, doosra yeh knowledge bahut oonch hai manushya se devta banne ki। ⁵⁶devtaayen to pavitra hote hain।

⁵²You only have to remember two things: Firstly, remember the Father. ⁵³Secondly, this knowledge is so elevated that it enables you to become deities from human beings. ⁵⁴Deities are pure.

⁵⁷knowledge hamesha brahmacharya mein padhi jaati hai।

⁵⁵Knowledge is always studied in a state of celibacy.

⁵⁸jab padhkar ghar sambhaalne laayak banen tab baad mein shaadi karni hoti hai।

⁵⁶It is only after studying and when they are ready to look after a home that they then get married.

⁵⁹apne ghar vaalon ko creator sambhaalenge, isliye apni kamaai chaahiye na।

⁵⁷A creator (father) has to look after everyone at home, which is why he has to earn money.

⁶⁰to brahmacharya mein kamaai hoti hai।

⁵⁸Therefore, this income is earned in a state of celibacy.

⁶¹aajkal to dhan ke bhookhe ho gaye hain। ⁶²thodi aamadni hui phir doosra course karte hain।

⁵⁹Nowadays, people have become greedy for wealth: they earn some income and then go and do another course.

⁶³ab baap kehte hain - bachchon, yeh course bahut sahaj hai sirf shreemat par raat ko jaagkar practice karo।

⁶⁰Now, the Father says: Children, this course is very easy. ⁶¹Simply follow shrimat, stay awake at night and practise this.

⁶⁴raat ko buddhi ki yaatra karna bahut sahaj hai aur madad bhi bahut milegi।

⁶²It is very easy to have the pilgrimage of the intellect during the night and you will also receive a great deal of help.

⁶⁵do teen baje amritvela kaha jaata hai।

⁶³Two to three o’clock is called the early morning hours of nectar.

⁶⁶savere uthkar svadarshan chakra phiraana hai। ⁶⁷yeh buddhi ka kaam hai।

⁶⁴Wake up early in the morning and spin the discus of self-realization.

⁶⁸baap ka pharmaan hai - nirantar mujhe yaad karo to tumhaare vikarma vinaash hote jaayenge।

⁶⁵This is the task of your intellects. ⁶⁶The Father’s order is: Remember Me constantly and your sins will continue to be absolved.

⁶⁹nahin to tum sajniyon ko kaise le jaayenge।

⁶⁷Otherwise, how could I take you brides home?

⁷⁰tum sajniyaan ho patit, sabke pankh toote hue hain।

⁶⁸All of you brides are impure and your wings are broken.

⁷¹ab sirf yaad karo to pavitra ban jaayenge।

⁶⁹Now simply have remembrance and you will become pure.

⁷²savere uthne ka prayatna karo।

⁷⁰Make effort to wake up early in the morning.

⁷³din mein to yaad na bhi thahre, raat ko purushaartha karna sahaj hai aur madad bhi bahut milegi।

⁷¹You might not be able to have remembrance throughout the day. ⁷²It is easy to make this effort at night, and you will receive a great deal of help.

⁷⁴mukhya hai yaad।

⁷³The main thing is remembrance.

⁷⁵tum jaante ho ham aatma hain। ⁷⁶hamko parampita paramatma padha rahe hain।

⁷⁴You know that you are souls and that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is teaching you.

⁷⁷unse padhna hai।

⁷⁵You have to study with Him.

⁷⁸woh baap bhi hai, unka banna hai।

⁷⁶He is your Father and so you have to belong to Him.

⁷⁹tum jaante ho ham aatmaayen aakar shivbaaba se mili hain। ⁸⁰aatma paramatma alag rahe bahukaal... jeev aatmaayen aakar baap se milti hain।

⁷⁷You understand that you are the souls who have been separated from the Supreme Soul for a very long time and that you have now come and met Shiv Baba.

⁸¹to zaroor paramatma ko bhi jeev aatma banna pade। ⁸²woh to supreme aatma hai।

⁷⁸Living (human) souls come to meet the Father, and so the Supreme Soul also has to come in a human body.

⁸³aatma paramatma ka roop ek hi hai।

⁷⁹He is the Supreme Soul.

⁸⁴jaise stars chamakte hain, aatma mein 84 janmon ka part bhara hua hai।

⁸⁰The form of souls and that of the Supreme Soul are the same; both are like sparkling stars.

⁸⁵baap kehte hain main bhi actor hoon।

⁸¹You souls are filled with parts of 84 births.

⁸⁶main bhi drama ke bandhan mein baandha hua hoon।

⁸²The Father says: I too am an Actor and I am also bound by the drama.

⁸⁷yeh duniya nahin jaanti ki kalpa-kalpa sangamayug ke sivaae kab aa nahin sakta hoon।

⁸³The world doesn’t know that I cannot come at any time other than at the confluence age of every cycle.

⁸⁸aaphten aadi to bahut aati rehti hain। ⁸⁹baap kehte hain main aata hi tab hoon jab sab patit ban jaate hain।

⁸⁴Although many calamities etc. come, the Father says: I only come when everyone becomes impure.

⁹⁰main hi nai duniya ka rachayita hoon। ⁹¹aata hi patit duniya mein hoon।

⁸⁵I am the Creator of a new world and I come in an impure world.

⁹²patit pahle aatma banti hai।

⁸⁶It is the soul that becomes impure first.

⁹³aatma jaanti hai ham pahle paavan the, ab patit bane hain।

⁸⁷The soul knows that he was at first pure and that he has now become impure.

⁹⁴yeh shiksha tumko hi milti hai।

⁸⁸Only you receive these teachings.

⁹⁵teacher ke saamne jo student hote hain unko hi shiksha milti hai।

⁸⁹The students who remain present in front of the Teacher are the ones who receive all the teachings.

⁹⁶tumko yeh shiksha pahle-pahle milti hai। ⁹⁷in 5 vikaaron ko jeeto। ⁹⁸yog agni se vikarmon ko bhasma karo।

⁹⁰The very first teachings you receive are: Conquer the five vices; burn your sins away with the fire of yoga.

⁹⁹is vish (vikaar) ne hi tumko kabradaakhil kar diya hai, isko poison kaha jaata hai।

⁹¹It is poison (vice) that has buried you in the graveyard; it is called poison.

¹⁰⁰gyaan amrit se tum pavitra ban jaate ho।

⁹²You become pure with the nectar of knowledge.

¹⁰¹baap aur varse ko yaad karna, hai to bahut sahaj।

⁹³It is very easy to remember the Father and the inheritance.

¹⁰²kai bachchiyaan kehti hain baba dhaarna nahin hoti, badi bahnon muaaphik samjha nahin sakte hain।

⁹⁴Some children say: Baba, I am not able to imbibe knowledge; I cannot explain like the senior sisters do.

¹⁰³baap kehte hain - bachche, yeh to harek ke karma ka hisaab-kitaab hai।

⁹⁵The Father says: Children, these are the karmic accounts of everyone.

¹⁰⁴koi to 25-30 varsha rehte hue bhi dhaarna nahin kar sakte hain।

⁹⁶Some are not able to imbibe knowledge even after living here for 25 to 30 years.

¹⁰⁵tum aatmaon ka to baap paramatma hai। ¹⁰⁶woh svarga ka rachayita hai।

⁹⁷The Father of you souls is the Supreme Soul and He is the Creator of heaven.

¹⁰⁷baap svarga ka varsa dene hi aaye hain। ¹⁰⁸tum baap ko to yaad karo।

⁹⁸The Father has come to give you your inheritance of heaven, and so you have to remember the Father.

¹⁰⁹bachchon ko bhi hoshiyaar karna hai।

⁹⁹Your children also have to be made clever.

¹¹⁰tum bachchon ko pahle raham karna chaahiye - apne bachchon par।

¹⁰⁰You children first have to have mercy for your children.

¹¹¹tum bachche samajhte ho ham is samay apne most beloved parampita paramatma ke sammukh baithe hain।

¹⁰¹You children understand that, at this time, you are sitting personally in front of the most beloved, Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹¹²kalpa pahle bhi hamne niraakaar baap se behad ka varsa svarga ka liya tha।

¹⁰²We also claimed our unlimited inheritance of heaven from the incorporeal Father a cycle ago.

¹¹³baap kehte hain mujhe bhi is shareer ka loan lena padta hai।

¹⁰³The Father says: I have to take this body on loan.

¹¹⁴kiraaye par baithe hain।

¹¹⁷rath mein rathi dekh rahe hain na।

¹⁰⁷You can see the Charioteer in this chariot.

¹¹⁸aage to geeta padhne se kuchh bhi samajh mein nahin aata tha।

¹⁰⁸Previously, you did not understand anything from studying the Gita.

¹¹⁹kahaan woh arjun aur ghodon ka rath baith dikhaaya hai।

¹⁰⁹They have shown Arjuna seated in a horse chariot.

¹²⁰tumhaara baap rathi hai, bachchon ko kehte hain mujh baap ko yaad karo phir chart rakho।

¹¹⁰Your Father is the Charioteer. ¹¹¹He says to you children: Remember Me, your Father, and keep a chart.

¹²¹aisa saajan jo 21 janma sukh dete unko kyon nahin yaad karenge।

¹¹²Why do you not remember such a Bridegroom who gives you happiness for 21 births?

¹²²parantu yeh hai gupta।

¹¹³However, that One is incognito.

¹²³ab baap kehte hain apne ko aatma nishchay kar phir baap ki shreemat par chalna hai, ismen hi maaya bada hairaan karti hai।

¹¹⁴The Father now says: Have the faith that you are souls and follow the Father’s shrimat. ¹¹⁵However, it is in this that Maya harasses you a great deal.

¹²⁴woh bhi kam ustaad nahin hai। ¹²⁵achhe-achhe bachchon ko bhi jeet leti hai।

¹¹⁶She is no less clever; she also wins the very good children.

¹²⁶baba svarga ka maalik banaave aur maaya chandaal ke janma mein le jaave kyonki shreemat chhod dete hain।

¹¹⁷Baba makes you souls into the masters of heaven and Maya tries to reduce you to the birth of a cremator because you stop following shrimat.

¹²⁷yahaan bachche jaante hain hamko bhagwan padhaate hain।

¹¹⁸Here, you children understand that God is teaching you.

¹²⁸tum godly student ho na।

¹¹⁹You are Godly students.

¹²⁹bhal doosra bhi course uthaate phir bhi teacher ko yaad karenge।

¹²⁰Even though you take up some other courses, you would still remember the Teacher.

¹³⁰baap kehte hain - bhal grihastha vyavhaar mein raho, parantu sada sukhi banne ke liye saath mein doosra course uthaao।

¹²¹The Father says: By all means, live at home with your families but, together with that, take this course that makes you ever happy.

¹³¹main tumhein athaah dhan deta hoon jo tum 21 janma kabhi duhkh nahin dekhenge।

¹²²I give you such unlimited wealth that you will not have to experience sorrow for 21 births.

¹³²tumhaare jaisa aklamand srishti bhar mein koi nahin hota।

¹²³No one in the entire world is as sensible as you.

¹³³president aadi ki kitni mahima karte hain। ¹³⁴parantu tum most wonderful incognito badi authority ho।

¹²⁴There is so much praise of Presidents etc., but you are the most wonderful, great incognito authorities.

¹³⁵tumhaare jaisa knowledgeful is duniya mein koi ho nahin sakta।

¹²⁵No one in this world can be as full of knowledge as you.

¹³⁶ab tum bachche jaante ho bhaarat ko ham svarga banaae 21 janma ke liye svarga ka maalik ban rahe hain।

¹²⁶You children now understand that, by making Bharat into heaven, you are becoming the masters of heaven for 21 births.

¹³⁷jagat amba ko kitni badi praapti hai।

¹²⁷Jagadamba’s attainment is so great.

¹³⁸woh bhi yahi mahaamantra deti hai ki shivbaaba ko yaad karo।

¹²⁸She also gives the great mantra to remember Shiv Baba.

¹³⁹baap sammukh kehte hain - laadle bachche, mujhe yaad karo।

¹²⁹The Father sits here and personally says: Beloved children, remember Me.

¹⁴⁰yeh yaatra bhoolo mat।

¹³⁰Do not forget this pilgrimage.

¹⁴¹time vesta na karo।

¹³¹Do not waste time.

¹⁴²yeh bahut bhaari kamaai hai।

¹³²This is a huge income.

¹⁴³buddhiyog vahaan lag jaana chaahiye।

¹³³Your intellects’ yoga should remain there.

¹⁴⁴ham shivbaaba ke sammukh hain।

¹³⁴We are personally in front of Shiv Baba.

¹⁴⁵baap ke ghar aaye hain।

¹³⁵We have come to the Father’s home.

¹⁴⁶abhi to tum haridvaar mein baithe ho।

¹³⁶You are now sitting at Haridwar (God’s Gateway).

¹⁴⁷hari paramatma khud baithe hain।

¹³⁷Hari (God) Himself, the Supreme Soul, is sitting here.

¹⁴⁸vahaan to paani hai।

¹³⁸There (at Haridwar), there is water.

¹⁴⁹yeh sachcha-sachcha hari ka dvaar hai।

¹³⁹This is the true doorway to God.

¹⁵⁰har har yaani duhkh harne vaala।

¹⁴⁰Har Har (Remover) means the One who removes sorrow.

¹⁵¹yahaan woh duhkh harta sukh karta tumhaare saamne baitha hai।

¹⁴¹That Remover of Sorrow and Bestower of Happiness is sitting here in front of you.

¹⁵²bhakta log jaakar ganga ke kinaare baithte hain, samajhte hain ganga ka tat ho, ganga jal mukh mein ho।

¹⁴²Devotees go and sit on the banks of the River Ganges. ¹⁴³They believe that they should remain on the banks of the Ganges and also have the water of the Ganges in their mouths.

¹⁵³jab koi marte hain to gangaajal pilaate hain।

¹⁴⁴When someone is dying, they give him the water of the Ganges to drink.

¹⁵⁴ab ganga patit-paavni nahin hai।

¹⁴⁵Now, the water of the Ganges is not the Purifier.

¹⁵⁵patit-paavan hai hi shivbaaba।

¹⁴⁶Shiv Baba alone is the Purifier.

¹⁵⁶harek ko yaad us shivbaaba ko karna hai to ant mati so gati ho jaayegi।

¹⁴⁷Everyone has to remember Shiv Baba so that their final thoughts will lead them to their destination.

¹⁵⁷aise nahin, pichhaadi mein koi baith kahenge shiv-baba ko yaad karo।

¹⁴⁸It is not that, at the end, someone will sit and say: “Remember Shiv Baba!”

¹⁵⁸ant mein aapehi shivbaaba ki yaad mein shareer chhodna hai।

¹⁴⁹At the end, you have to remember Shiv Baba by yourself while leaving your body.

¹⁵⁹ab hamko shivbaaba ke paas jaana hai muktidhaam।

¹⁵⁰We now have to return to Shiv Baba in the land of liberation.

¹⁶⁰satayug ko jeevanmuktidhaam kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵¹The golden age is called the land of liberation-in-life.

¹⁶¹dhaam rahne ke sthaan ko kaha jaata hai।

¹⁵²Dham (land) means a place of residence.

¹⁶²nirvaandhaam mein niraakaar aatmaayen brahm tatva mein rehti hain।

¹⁵³Incorporeal souls reside in the land of liberation, in the element of light.

¹⁶³ab tum aakar hari ke ghar mein baithe ho।

¹⁵⁴You are sitting in the home of Hari (God).

¹⁶⁴duhkh harne vaala ek hi hai।

¹⁵⁵There is only the One who is the Remover of Sorrow.

¹⁶⁵ab tum bachchon ko shivbaaba aur unka sweet hom yaad aayega।

¹⁵⁶You children now remember Shiv Baba and His sweet home.

¹⁶⁶baba aaye hain apne ghar le chalne।

¹⁵⁷Baba has come to take you back to His home.

¹⁶⁷ab shivbaaba ke sweet hom ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁵⁸You now have to remember Shiv Baba’s sweet home. ¹⁵⁹No one here is sweet.

¹⁶⁸yahaan to koi sweet hai nahin। ¹⁶⁹ab baap bachchon ko kehte hain - behad ki raajaai leni hai to raat ko jaagkar yaatra karo।

¹⁶⁰The Father now tells you children: If you want to claim the unlimited kingdom, stay awake throughout the night and go on a pilgrimage.

¹⁷⁰main aata hi hoon ghor andhiyaari raat mein। ¹⁷¹brahma ki raat poori ho din hona hai।

¹⁶¹I only come in the depths of the darkness of the night when the night of Brahma is about to end and the day has to begin.

¹⁷²main aata hoon behad ki raat aur behad din ke sangam par।
