This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.
How is Hinglish generated?
The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.
Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

023-07-23 praatahmurli om shanti ''avyakt-baapdaada'' revise 16-03-95 madhuban
0 23/07/23 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 16/03/1995
1sarva praapti sampanna aatma ki nishaani - santushtata aur prasannata
1The sign of souls who are full of all attainments is that they are content and happy.
2aaj sarva praaptiyaan karaane vaale baapdaada apne chaaron or ke praapti sampanna bachchon ko dekh rahe hain।
2Today, BapDada, the One who enables you to attain all attainments, is seeing His children everywhere who are full of all attainments.
3sarva praaptiyon ke daata sampanna aur sampoorn baap ke bachche hain to har ek bachche ko baap ne sarva praaptiyon ka varsa diya hai।
3You are the children of the full and perfect Father, the Bestower of all attainments and so Baba has given each child the inheritance of all attainments.
4aise nahin - kisko 10 diya ho, kisko 20 diya ho।
4It is not that He has given someone 10% or someone else 20%.
5sabhi bachchon ko sarva praaptiyon ka adhikaar diya hai।
5He has given all the children the right to all attainments.
6sabhi bachche full varse ke adhikaari hain।
6All the children have a right to the full inheritance.
7to baapdaada dekh rahe hain ki har ek adhikaari bachchon ne apne mein praaptiyon ka adhikaar kitna praapta kiya hai?
7So BapDada is seeing to what extent every child who has a right to all attainments has claimed that right. 8The Father has given everything.
8baap ne sarva diya hai। 9baap ko sarva shaktimaan va sampanna saagar kehte hain।
9The Father is called the Almighty Authority, the One with all Powers and the full Ocean.
10lekin bachchon ne un praaptiyon ko kahaan tak apna banaaya hai?
10However, to what extent have you children made all of those attainments your own?
11baap ka diya hua varsa jab apna bana lete hain to jitna apna banaate hain utna nasha aur khushi rehti hai - mera khazaana hai।
11When you make the inheritance given by the Father belong to you, you have the intoxication and happiness that they are your treasures to the extent that you make them your own.
12diya baap ne lekin apne mein dhaaran kar apna bana liya।
12They are given by the Father, but you have made them your own by imbibing them.
13to kya dekha?
13So, what did BapDada see?
14ki apna banaane mein nambarvaar ho gaye hain।
14That you become numberwise in making them your own.
15baap ne number nahin banaaye hain lekin apne-apne dhaarna ki yathaashakti ne nambarvaar bana diya hai।
15The Father has not created numbers, but instilling them in yourselves according to your own capacity has made you numberwise.
16sampoorn adhikaar va sarva praaptiyon se sampanna aatma jo sada amritvele se raat tak praaptiyon ke nashe va anubhav mein rehti hai, unki nishaani kya hogi?
16What are the signs of souls who have all rights and are full of all attainments, who stay in the intoxication and experience of all attainments from amrit vela until night time? 17The sign of having attainments is contentment.
17praaptiyon ki nishaani hai santushtata। 18vo sada santushtamni ban doosron ko bhi santushtata ki jhalak ka vibration phailaate rehte hain।
18Such souls are constantly jewels of contentment and spread the sparkle and vibrations of contentment to others. 19Their faces will be constantly happy (prasanchit).
19unka chehra sada prasannachitta dikhaai dega।
20To be happy means to be free from all types of question (prasnachit).
20prasannachitta arthaat sarva prashnachitta se nyaara।
21They will not have any questions, they will be happy. 22“Why?”
21koi prashn nahin hoga, prasanna hoga।
23“What?” 24“How?” 25All these questions have finished.
22kyon, kya, kaise - yeh sab samaapta। 23to aise prasannachitta bane ho?
26So, have you become happy to this extent or do you still sometimes have some questions? 27“What is this?”
24ki abhi bhi kabhi-kabhi koi prashn uthta hai ki ye kya hai, ye kyon hai, ye kaise hoga, kab hoga?
28“Why is this like that?” 29“How will this happen?” 30“When will it happen?” 31Do these questions arise, whether in your own mind or through others?
25ye prashn chaahe man mein, chaahe doosron se uthta hai?
32Are you an embodiment of questions or an embodiment of happiness?
26prashnachitta ho ya prasannachitta ho? 27ya kabhi prashnachitta, kabhi prasannachitta?
33Or, are you sometimes an embodiment of questions and sometimes an embodiment of contentment?
28kya hai?
34What are you?
29vaise gaayan hai - apraapta nahin koi vastu braahmanon ke khajaane mein।
35Generally, it is remembered that nothing is lacking in the treasure store of Brahmins.
30ye kiska, kin braahmanon ka gaayan hai?
36Whose praise is this? 37Which Brahmins does this praise belong to?
31aapka hai ya doosre aane vaale hain?
38Does it belong to you? 39Or of those who are yet to come?
32aap hi ho!
40You are these.
33to jab koi apraapti hoti hai na, apraapti asantushtata ka kaaran hai।
41So, when there is a lack of attainment, this lack of attainment is the reason for discontentment.
34apna anubhav dekho - kabhi bhi man asantushta hota hai to kaaran kya hota hai?
42Look at your own experience. 43Whenever your mind is discontented, what is the reason for that?
35koi na koi apraapti ka anubhav karte ho tab asantushtata hoti hai।
44It is because you feel a lack of something or other that you feel discontented.
36gaayan to hai apraapta nahin koi vastu।
45There is the praise that nothing is lacking.
37ye ab ka gaayan hai ya vinaash ke samay ka?
46Is this the praise of the present time or of the time of destruction?
38vinaash ke samay sampanna ho jaayenge ki abhi hona hai?
47Will you become complete at the time of destruction or are you going to become complete now?
39jo samajhte hain ki ham sada prasannachitta rehte hain, kabhi bhi kisi bhi baat mein, chaahe apne sambandh mein, chaahe doosron ke sambandh mein bhi prashn nahin uthta, sada santushta rehte hain - aisi santushta aatmaayen kitni hongi?
48Those of you who think that you remain constantly satisfied, that no matter whether in relation to you or to others, you do not have any questions, that you are always contented - how many such contented souls would there be? 49There are many.
40bahut hain!
50Achcha.
41achha, jo samajhte hain sada prasanna rehte hain, chaahe maaya kitna bhi hilaaye, lekin ham nahin hilte, maaya ko hila dete hain, maaya namaskaar karti hai, ham angad hain, maaya haar jaati lekin ham vijayi hain, jo aise hain vo haath uthaao, sada shabd yaad rakhna, kabhi-kabhi vaale nahin।
51Those who think that you are always contented, no matter how much Maya makes you fluctuate, you will not fluctuate but will make Maya fluctuate, that Maya may salute you, that you are Angad, that Maya may be defeated and you are victorious. 52Those who are like this, raise your hands! 53Always remember the word "constantly". 54You are not those who are like this only sometimes.
42bahut thode hain, koto mein koi hain!
55There are very few of you. 56There are only a few out of multimillions.
43question mark uthta to hai na।
57However, there are question marks, are there not?
44question mark dictionary se nikal jaaye।
58The question mark should be removed from your dictionary.
45halchal bhi na ho।
59Let there not be any fluctuation.
46computer chalaate ho to usmein aata hai na?
60When you use a computer, this comes up, does it not?
47aapke buddhi roopi computer mein sada fullstop ki maatra aaye।
61Whenever you use the computer of your intellect, it should always be able to put a full stop.
48question mark, aashcharya ki maatra khatma।
62Let the symbols for a question mark and an exclamation mark finish for all time.
49isko kaha jaata hai sada prasannachitta।
63This is known as being constantly happy.
50aisa prasannachitta auron ka bhi question mark khatma kar deta hai।
64Those who are happy in this way will finish the question marks of others.
51nahin to svayan mein agar question mark hai to koi bhi baat sunenge, dekhenge, kahenge - haan, ye to hona nahin chaahiye, lekin hota hai, main bhi samajhti hoon, hona nahin chaahiye, mix ho jaayenge।
65Otherwise, if there are question marks in yourself, then, whenever you hear something or see something, you would say, "This should not happen, but it does happen. 66I too think that this should not happen." 67In this way, you mix in others.
52uske prashn ko aur underline kar denge।
68This makes you underline their questions.
53teka to de diya na - ki haan, ye theek nahin hai lekin hota hai…।
69You give them your support and then you say, "This is not right, but it does happen."
54to prasannachitta usko nahin kiya lekin aur hi prashn ko badha liya।
70So, you did not make the other person happy, but you actually increased their questions.
55addition ho gai।
71You added to them.
56vaise ek ka question tha, abhi do ka ho gaya, do se chaar ka ho jaayega।
72It was a question of only one person, and it then became questions of two. 73Then, from two, it becomes questions of four people.
57to prasannachitta vibration ke bajaay prashnachitta ka vibration jaldi phailta hai। 58haan!
74So, the vibrations of having questions spread much more quickly than the vibrations of being happy.
59aisa hai... saath de diya।
75You say, "Yes, it is like this..."
60aashcharya ki maatra aa gai na - haan!
76So, you give others your support in this way.
61to fullstop to nahin hua na।
77You use an exclamation mark.
62chaahe apne prati bhi - ye mere se hona nahin chaahiye, ye mere ko milna chaahiye, ye doosre ko nahin hona chaahiye, to ye chaahiye-chaahiye prashnachitta bana deti hai, prasannachitta nahin।
78Therefore, this is not a full stop. 79When it is for yourself, "I should not be doing this, I should receive this, others should not have this…" - this wanting fills you with questions and doesn't allow you to remain happy.
63to sabhi ka lakshya kya hai?
80So, what is everyone's aim?
64santushta, prasannachitta।
81To be contented and happy.
65jiska prasannachitta hota hai uske man-buddhi ke vyartha ki gati fast nahin hogi।
82The speed of wastage in the mind and intellect of those who are contented will not be fast.
66sada nirmal, nirmaan।
83They will be constantly gentle and humble.
67nirmaan hone ke kaaran sabhi ko apne prasannachitta ki chhaaya mein sheetalta denge।
84Because of being humble, they will give everyone the coolness of the shade of happiness and contentment.
68kaisa bhi aag samaan jala hua, bahut garam dimaag ka ho lekin prasannachitta ke vibration ki chhaaya mein sheetal ho jaayega।
85No matter how much they are burning like a fire or how hot someone's temper may be, they will become cool under the vibrations of happiness.
69kamjori kya aati hai?
86What is the weakness that comes up?
70vaise theek chalte ho, apne reeti se achhe chalte ho lekin jab sambandh-samparka mein aate ho to doosre ki kamzori dekhte-sunte, varnan karte prabhaav mein aa jaate ho।
87Generally, you move along very well. 88On your own, you move along very well, but when you get into relationships and connections with others, then, by seeing, hearing and speaking of the weaknesses of others, you come under their influence.
71phir kehte ho ki isne kiya na, iseeliye mere se bhi ho gaya।
89You then say: "This one did this and that was why I also did it.”
72isne kaha, tabhi mainne kaha।
90“This one said this and so I also said this."
73usne 50 baari kaha, mainne ek baari kaha।
91“That one said this 50 times but I only said it once.”
74phir baap ke aage bhi bahut meethi-meethi baaten rakhte hain, kehte hain - baba aap samjho na itna sahan kahaan tak karenge!
92Then you put very sweet words in front of the Father. 93You say: Baba, at least you should understand a little! 94To what extent am I going to have to tolerate all of that?
75phir bhi purushaarthi hain na, to thoda to aayega na!
95We are still effort-makers and so we will feel a little, will we not?
76baap ko bhi samjhaane lagte hain।
96You begin to explain to the Father in this way.
77yahaan jo nimitta hain unhon ko bahut kathaayen sunaate hain।
97You tell many stories to those who are instruments here.
78aisa tha na, aisa tha na, aisa tha na... aise-aise ki maala japte hain।
98“It was like this, it was like that..” 99You turn the rosary of, "It was like this".
79baapdaada sada hi ishaara dete hain ki aisi baaten do akshar mein varnan karo। 80lamba varnan nahin karo kyonki ye vyartha baaten bahut chatapti hoti hain।
100BapDada constantly giving the signal that you have to speak of such things briefly, in just a few words, and not give long explanations.
81mazedaar lagti hain, jaise khaane mein bhi khatti-meethi cheej ho to achhi lagegi na, aur pheeki, saadi ho to kahenge ye to khaate hi rehte hain।
101Wasteful things are very spicy, they are very entertaining, just as in food too, you like sweet and sour food very much. 102However, if it is bland, if it is simple, you say, "We eat this all the time anyway."
82to vyartha baaten, vyartha chintan sunna, bolna aur karna ismen chalte-chalte interest badh jaata hai। 83phir sochte hain - main to nahin chaahti thi lekin usne sunaaya na, to mainne kaha ki achha uska sun len, dil khaali kar den।
103So, while moving along, your interest in listening, speaking and doing wasteful things and wasteful thoughts increases, and you then think: I did not want to, but they wanted to tell me, so I said, OK, let me listen to them so that their hearts become empty of it.
84uski to dil khaali hui aur aapne dil bhar li।
104That one's heart became empty, but you filled your heart.
85vo thoda-thoda dil mein bharte-bharte phir sanskaar ban jaata hai aur jab sanskaar ban jaata hai to mahsoos hi nahin hota ki ye wrong hai।
105By repeatedly filling your heart a little, you create a sanskar. 106Then, when you have this sanskar, you don't even realise that it is wrong.
86ye vyartha sanskaar buddhi ke nirnay ko khatma kar deta hai isliye sabse sahaj sada santushta rahne ki vidhi hai - sada apne saamne koi na koi vishesh praapti ko rakho kyonki praapti bhoolti nahin hai।
107This wasteful sanskar finishes the judgement power of your intellect. 108Therefore, the easiest way to remain constantly content is constantly to keep one special attainment or other in front of you, because you never forget any attainments.
87gyaan ki points bhool sakti hain lekin koi bhi praapti bhoolti nahin hai।
109You may forget points of knowledge, but you cannot forget your attainments. 110What have you received from the Father?
88baap se kya-kya mila, kitna mila hai, variety pasanda aati hai na!
111How much have you received from the Father? 112You like variety, do you not?
89ek jaisa pasanda nahin hota।
113You do not like the same thing all the time.
90to aap apne praaptiyon ko dekho - gyaan ke khajaane ki praapti kitni hai, yog se shaktiyon ki praapti kitni hai, divyagunon ki praaptiyaan kitni hain, practical nashe mein, khushi mein rahne ki praaptiyaan kitni hain?
114So, look at your attainments: How much attainment of the treasures of this knowledge do you have? 115How many powers have you attained by doing yoga? 116How many attainments of the divine virtues do you have? 117How many attainments for practically maintaining that intoxication and happiness do you have?
91bahut list hai na!
118It is a long list, is it not?
92pahle bhi sunaaya tha ki kabhi koi, kabhi koi gun ki praapti ko saamne rakhte hue santushta raho kyonki ek gun bhi apnaaya to jaise vikaaron ka aapas mein bahut gahra sambandh hai, agar baahar ke roop mein emerge reeti se krodh hai lekin aantarik check karo to krodh ke saath lobh, ahankaar hota hi hai। 93ye sab aapas mein saathi hain।
119You were also told earlier, that you have to remain content by keeping the attainment of any one virtue in front of you. 120This is because, when you adopt even one virtue, it is just like how the vices have a very deep relationship with one another. 121Externally, when you have anger, then, along with anger, if you check internally, there would also be greed and arrogance within yourself.
94koi emerge roop mein hote hain, koi merge roop mein hote hain।
122They are all one another’s companions. 123Some have emerged and some are merged.
95to gun bhi jo hain unhon ka bhi aapas mein sambandh hai।
124So, too, the virtues have a connection with one another.
96emerge ek gun ko rakho lekin doosre gun bhi unke saath hi merge roop mein hote hain।
125You might keep one virtue in an emerged form, but other virtues would also be merged within that one.
97to roz koi na koi praapti swaroop ka anubhav avashya karo।
126So, every day, definitely experience being an embodiment of one attainment or another.
98agar praapti emerge roop mein hogi to praapti ke aage apraapti khatma ho jaayegi aur sada santushta rahenge।
127When you have the attainment in an emerged form, the lack of attainment will finish and you will remain constantly contented.
99vaise bhi dekho, duniya mein bhi mukhya praapti sabhi kya chaahte hain?
128In fact, in the world as well, what is the main attainment that everyone wants?
100har ek chaahta hai ki apna naam achha ho, doosra maan aur teesra shaan।
1291. Everyone desires to attain a good name for himself. 1302. Regard.
101naam-maan-shaan - ye praapta karna chaahte hain।
1313. Honour. 132They want to attain name, regard and honour.
102aap bhi kya chaahte ho?
133What do you wish for?
103aap bhi to yahi chaahte ho na!
134You also want this, do you not?
104had ka nahin, behad ka।
135Not of anything limited, but of the unlimited.
105to duniya vaale to had ke naam ke pichhaadi daudte hain aur aapka naam vishwa mein jitna ooncha hai utna aur kiska hai?
136People of the world chase a limited name. 137However, look at your own name: does anyone else in the world have such an elevated name as yours?
106to aap apne naam ko dekho।
138So, look at your own name.
107sabse naam ki visheshta ye hai ki aapka naam kaun japta hai?
139The main speciality of your name is: Who is chanting your name?
108svayan bhagwan aapka naam japta hai!
140God Himself is chanting your name.
109to isse bada naam kya hoga!
141So what could be a greater name than this?
110aapke naam se abhi last janma mein bhi anek aatmaayen apna shareer nirvaah chala rahi hain।
142Even now, in your last birth, many souls are creating their livelihood with your name. 143You are Brahmins, are you not?
111aap brahman ho na, to braahmanon ke naam se aaj bhi naamdhaari brahman kitna kama rahe hain!
144So, even with the name "Brahmins", those who are brahmins in name are also earning so much even today.
112abhi tak naamdhaari brahman bhi kitna oonche gaaye jaate hain!
145Even now, those who are only brahmins in name are considered to be so elevated.
113to aapke naam ki kitni mahima hai!
146There is so much praise for your name.
114itna shreshtha naam aapka ho gaya, iseeliye had ke naam ke peechhe nahin jaao।
147Your name has become so elevated and this is why you must not chase after any limited name.
115mera naam to kabhi kisi mein lete hi nahin hain, mera naam sada peechhe hi rehta hai, seva main karti hoon naam doosre ka ho jaata hai..., to had ke naam ke peechhe nahin jaao।
148"No one ever mentions my name for anything. 149My name is always last. 150I am the one who does all the service and the names of others are mentioned." 151So, do not chase after a limited name.
116baap ke dil mein aapka naam sada hi shreshtha hai।
152Your name is constantly elevated in Baba's heart.
117jab baap ke dil mein naam ho gaya to koi seva mein ya koi programme mein ya koi bhi baaton mein aapka naam nahin bhi aaya to kya harja, baap ke paas to hai na!
153Since your name is in the Father’s heart, what does it matter if your name is not mentioned in any service or any programme or anything? 154It is in the Father's heart.
118jaise bhakti maarga mein hanumaan ka chitra dikhaate hain na to uske dil mein kya tha?
155On the path of devotion, they show an image of Hanuman: whom did he have in his heart?
119raam tha।
156He had Rama.
120aur baap ke dil mein kya hai?
157However, what is in the Father's heart?
121(bachche) to bachchon mein aap ho ya nahin ho?
158(The children.) 159So, are you the children or not?
122to sabhi ka naam hai!
160All of you are included.
123dekha hai?
161Have you seen this?
124pakka?
162Are you sure?
125kabhi miss ho gaya ho to!
163What if it is sometimes missed out?
126aap sabhi ka naam hai!
164The names of all of you are mentioned.
127to aur naam ke peechhe kyon padte ho?
165So, why do you chase after other names?
128kyonki majority yahi naam-maan-shaan giraata bhi hai aur yahi naam-maan-shaan nasha bhi chadhaata hai।
166Because for the majority, it is name, regard or honour that makes you fall and it is also the same thing that increases your intoxication.
129to praapti ke roop mein dekho।
167So, look at it in terms of attainment.
130agar maanon koi kaaran se aapka naam gupta hai aur aap samajhte ho ki mera naam hona chaahiye, yathaartha hai phir bhi agar kisi aatma se hisaab-kitaab ke kaaran ya uske sanskaar ke kaaran aapka naam nahin hota hai, aap right ho, vo wrong hai phir bhi uska naam hota hai, aapka nahin, to vijay maala mein aapka naam nishchit hai।
168If, for instance, your name is incognito for some reason, but you think that your name should be glorified, it is right that your name should be glorified, but, because of some karmic account or the sanskars of another soul, your name is not glorified, you may be right and the other person wrong and yet the other person's name is still glorified whereas yours is not, then your name is fixed in the rosary of victory.
131iseeliye iski bhi parvaah nahin karo।
169Therefore, do not be concerned about that.
132is roop mein maaya jyaada aati hai isliye abhi galti se naam miss ho bhi gaya, koi harja nahin lekin vijay maala mein aapka naam miss nahin ho sakta।
170Maya comes in this form a lot more. 171Therefore, now, even if your name is missed out by mistake, it does not matter because your name cannot be missed from the rosary of victory.
133pahle aapka naam hoga।
172First will be your name.
134to apne naam ki mahima yaad rakho ki mera naam baap ke dil par hai, vijay maala mein hai, ant tak mera naam seva kar raha hai।
173So, remember the praise of your name: that your name is in the Father's heart and in the rosary of victory, that your name is doing service till the end.
135aur aapka maan kitna hai?
174How much regard do you receive?
136bhagwan ne bhi aapko apne se aage rakha hai!
175Even God has kept you ahead of Himself.
137pahle bachche।
176Children first.
138to svayan baap ne maan de diya।
177So the Father, Himself, has given you so much regard.
139kitna aapka maan hai, uska proof dekho ki aapke jad chitron ka bhi last janma tak kitna maan hai!
178You have received so much regard and the proof of that is that even your non-living images are praised so much even in this last birth.
140chaahe jaane, nahin jaane lekin koi bhi devi-devta ka chitra hoga to kitne maan se usko dekhte hain!
179Knowingly or unknowingly, people look at the images of the deities with so much regard.
141sabse shreshtha maan ab tak aapke chitron ka bhi hai।
180Even now, they have the most elevated regard for your images.
142ye proof hai।
181This is your proof.
143jab aapke chitra hi itne maanneey, poojneey hain to jiska maan rakha jaata hai usko poojneey maana jaata hai।
182Since your images are so worthy of regard and worthy of worship, the one you give regard to is also considered to be worthy of worship.
144hamesha kehte hain na - yeh hamaare poojneey hain, poojya hain।
183They always say: This one is worthy to be worshipped by us - one who is worthy of worship.
145to practical proof hai ki aapke chitron ka bhi maan hai to chaitanya mein hain tab bhi chitron ka maan hai।
184So, your practical proof is that people have so much regard for your images and it is because of this regard for your living forms that they give it to your images.
146agar chaitanya mein maan nahin hota to chitron ko kaise milta?
185If your living forms did not receive regard, how could the images receive it?
147baap to sada kehte hain - pahle bachche।
186The Father always says: Children first.
148bachche double pooje jaate hain, baap single।
187Children are doubly worshipped whereas the Father is worshipped in only a single way.
149to aapka maan baap se jyaada hua na!
188Therefore, your regard is greater than the regard for the Father.
150itna shreshtha maan mil gaya!
189So, you have received such elevated regard.
151to jab bhi koi had ke maan ki baat aaye to sochna ki aatmaon ka maan kya karega, jab param aatma ka maan mil gaya।
190Whenever any limited aspect of regard arises, then think: What would regard from souls do, when I received regard from the Supreme Soul?
152aise nahin socho ki ham itna kuchh karte hain phir bhi maan nahin dete, poochhte hi nahin hain!
191Do not think: I do so much and still no one gives me regard or asks me about anything! 192It is wasteful to think in that way.
153ye sochna vyartha hai kyonki jitna aap had ke maan ke peechhe daud lagaayenge na to ye had ki koi bhi cheez parchhaai ke samaan hai।
193Anything limited that you chase after is like a shadow. 194Whenever you try to catch hold of a shadow, are you able to catch it or does it run further away?
154parchhaai ke peechhe padne se kabhi parchhaai milti hai ki aur aage badhti jaati hai?
195Limited name and regard are like shadows. 196They are visible under the sun of Maya, but they are in fact nothing.
155to ye had ka maan, had ka naam - ye parchhaai hai। 156ye maaya ke dhoop mein dikhaai deti hai lekin hai kuchh bhi nahin।
197So, you have received name, you have received regard and look how much honour is given to you!
157to naam bhi aapko mil gaya, maan bhi aapko mila hua hai aur shaan kitna hai!
198Remember how much honour you have received and who has made you sit so honourably! 199The Father.
158apne ek-ek shaan ko yaad karo aur kisne shaan mein bithaaya?
200You are seated on the heart throne of the Father. 201The greatest honour of all is the ruling status.
159baap ne bithaaya। 160baap ke dil-takhtansheen hain।
202So, you have received a throne and a crown, have you not?
161sabse bade te badi shaan raajya pad hai na! 162to aapko takhta-taaj mil gaya hai na!
203You are seated on the heart throne of the Supreme Soul, and so what could be a greater honour?
163jo param aatma ke takhtansheen hain isse badi shaan kya hai!
204Sometimes you make a small mistake when making a decision.
164kabhi-kabhi nirnay karne mein ek chhoti-si galti kar dete ho।
205Real honour, spiritual honour, would never allow you to feel insulted.
165jo real shaan hai, roohaani shaan hai vo kabhi bhi abhimaan ki feeling nahin dega।
206It would not give you any kind of feeling of insult, but what do you sometimes do?
166to kabhi-kabhi kya karte ho? 167hota abhimaan hai lekin samajhte ho ki ye shaan to apna rakhna chaahiye, itna shaan to rakhna chaahiye na, shaan mein rehna achha hota hai, lekin shaan hai ya abhimaan hai, usko achhi tarah se check karo।
207Actually it is arrogance, but you think that you have to maintain your honour, that you have to maintain that much honour at least; it is good to maintain your honour, but check very well whether it is your honour or your arrogance.
168kabhi-kabhi abhimaan ko shaan samajh lete hain aur phir nirmaan nahin hote hain।
208Sometimes, you consider your arrogance to be your honour, but you are not then able to be humble.
169aap apne shaan ko real samajhte ho lekin doosre samajhte hain ki ye abhimaan hai to thoda bhi kuchh kah denge to aapko apmaan lagega।
209The sign of arrogance is that you might consider your honour to be real, whereas others consider it to be arrogance, and so, whenever someone says something, you would feel insulted.
170abhimaan vaale ko apmaan bahut jaldi feel hoga।
210Those who have arrogance will very quickly feel an insult.
171thoda bhi kisne hansi mein bhi kuchh kah diya to apmaan lagega।
211Even when someone says something jokingly, they will feel insulted.
172ye abhimaan ki nishaani hai।
212This is a sign of arrogance.
173sochenge - nahin, main to aisa hoon nahin, aise thode hi kehna chaahiye।
213They would think: No, I am not like that. 214They should not say that.
174to nirnay theek karo।
215So make an accurate decision.
175us samay nirnay mein kami kar lete ho।
216At that time, you create a weakness in making the right decision.
176yathaartha ke bajaay mix hota hai aur aap usko yathaartha samajh lete ho।
217Instead of it being accurate, it becomes mixed, and yet you consider it to be accurate.
177to kahne mein aata hai ki ye hain bahut achhe lekin bolchaal, uthna, baithna jo hai na vo abhimaan ka lagta hai।
218Generally, it is said: this one is very good, but his way of speaking, sitting, walking etc., seems very arrogant.
178ye bhi kisi ne kaha to apmaan ki feeling aa jaayegi।
219Even when someone says this, there is a feeling of being insulted.
179to svamaan aur abhimaan ke antar ko bhi check karo।
220So, also check the difference between self-respect and arrogance.
180svamaan kitna bada hai, shaan kitni badi hai, us behad ke naam, maan aur shaan ko sada emerge rakho।
221Therefore, constantly keep this emerged: how great your self-respect and honour are. 222Constantly keep this unlimited name, regard and honour emerged.
181merge nahin, emerge karo।
223Do not let it become merged, but keep it emerged.
182jaise yaad mein kabhi-kabhi albelaapan aa jaata hai to kehte hain ham hain hi baap ke, yaad kya karen...।
224There is sometimes carelessness about having remembrance: I belong to the Father anyway, so I don't need to remember Him.
183lekin emerge sankalp se praapti ka anubhav hota hai।
225However, when the thought is emerged, you are able to experience attainment.
184aise hi har dhaarna mein alert raho, albele nahin bano kyonki samay sameep aa raha hai aur samay sameep kya soochna de raha hai?
226In the same way, remain alert in every aspect of dharna. 227Do not be careless because time is coming close, and what notice is the time giving you?
185samaan bano, sampanna bano।
228To become equal and become perfect.
186to samay ki challenge ko dekho aur sarva praaptiyon se sampanna bano।
229Therefore, look at the challenge of time and become full with all attainments.
187achha।
230Achcha.
188chaaron or ke sada sarva praapti swaroop aatmaayen, sada santushta, sada prasannachitta rahne vaali shreshtha aatmaayen, sada svayan ko shreshtha naam, maan, shaan ke adhikaari anubhav karne vaali sameep aatmaayen, sada sarva ko santushtata ke vibration ki light-might dene vaale prasannachitta aatmaon ko baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur namaste।
231To the souls in all four directions who are constant embodiments of all attainments, to the elevated souls who constantly remain content and satisfied, to the close souls who constantly experience themselves to have a right to the elevated name, regard and honour, to the satisfied souls who give everyone the light and might of the vibrations of contentment, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

232Blessing: May you be an embodiment of remembrance and power and experience yourself to be full at every second and constantly safe.
190baapdaada dvaara sangamayug par jo bhi khajaane mile hain unse svayan ko sada bharpoor rakho, jitna bharpoor utna halchal nahin, bharpoor cheez mein doosri koi cheez aa nahin sakti, aise nahin kah sakte ki sahanshakti va shanti ki shakti nahin hai, thoda krodh ya aavesh aa jaata hai, koi dushman jabardasti tab aata hai jab albelaapan hai ya double laak nahin hai।
233 Constantly keep yourself full with the treasures you have received from BapDada at the confluence age. 234Because you are full, nothing else can enter you. 235You cannot say that you do not have any power of tolerance or power of silence, that you have a little anger or forcefulness. 236An enemy is forceful when you are careless or you haven’t applied a double lock.
191yaad aur seva ka double laak laga do, smriti swaroop raho to samartha ban sada hi safe rahenge।
237Apply the double lock of remembrance and service, become an embodiment of remembrance and you will be powerful and stay constantly safe.
