¹meethe bachche - yaad roopi davaai se svayan ko ever nirogi banaao, yaad aur svadarshan chakra phiraane ki aadat daalo to vikarmaajeet ban jaayenge

¹Essence: Sweet children, make yourselves ever free from disease with the medicine of remembrance. ²Instil the habit of remembrance and of spinning the discus of self-realisation and you will become conquerors of sinful actions.

²prashn:- jin bachchon ko apni unnati ka sada khyaal rehta hai, unki nishaani kya hogi?

³Question: What is the sign of the children who are constantly concerned about their progress?

³uttar:- unki har act sada shreemat ke aadhaar par hogi।

⁴Answer: Every act of theirs will always be on the basis of shrimat. ⁵The Father’s shrimat is: Children, don’t be body conscious.

⁴baap ki shreemat hai - bachche, deh-abhimaan mein na aao, yaad ki yaatra ka chart rakho।

⁶Keep a chart of your pilgrimage of remembrance. ⁷Keep a record of your account of profit and loss.

⁵apne hisaab-kitaab ka potaamel rakho। ⁶check karo - kitna samay ham baba ki yaad mein rahe, kitna samay kisko samjhaaya?

⁸Check for how long you stayed in remembrance of Baba and for how long you explained to others.

¹⁰maaya bahuton ko yaad karne nahin deti kyonki deh-abhimaani hain।

¹³Because you are body conscious, Maya does not allow many of you to stay in remembrance.

¹¹koi ko mitra-sambandhi, koi ko khaan-paan aadi yaad aata rehta hai।

¹⁴Some remember their friends and relatives whereas others remember food and drink etc.

¹²yahaan jab aate ho to baap ka aahvaan karna chaahiye।

¹⁵When you come here, invoke the Father, just as they invoke Lakshmi when they worship her.

¹³jaise lakshmi ki pooja hoti hai to lakshmi ka aahvaan karte hain, lakshmi koi aati nahin hai।

¹⁶However, she doesn’t really come. ¹⁷Whether you say “Remember the Father” or “Invoke Him”, it is the same thing.

¹⁴yeh sirf kaha jaata hai to tum bhi baap ko yaad karo athva aahvaan karo, baat ek hi hai। ¹⁵yaad se hi vikarma vinaash honge।

¹⁸It is by having remembrance that your sins will be absolved. ¹⁹You are not able to imbibe this knowledge because you have committed many sins.

¹⁶dhaarna nahin hoti hai kyonki vikarma bahut kiye hue hain, jis kaaran baap ko bhi yaad nahin kar sakte hain। ¹⁷jitna baap ko yaad karenge utna vikarmaajeet banenge, health milegi।

²⁰This is also why you are not able to remember the Father. ²¹The more you remember the Father, the more you will become conquerors of sinful actions and the more healthy you will become.

¹⁸hai bahut sahaj, parantu maaya athva past ke vikarma rookaavat daalte hain।

²²It is very easy, yet Maya, the sins of the past, prevents you.

¹⁹baap kehte hain tumne aadhaakalpa aythaartha yaad kiya hai।

²³The Father says: For half a cycle you have been remembering Me inaccurately.

²⁰abhi to practical mein aahvaan karte ho kyonki jaante ho aane vaala hai, murli sunaane vaala hai।

²⁴You invoke Him in a practical way when you know that He is going to come and speak a murli.

²¹parantu yeh yaad ki aadat pad jaani chaahiye।

²⁵However, this habit of remembrance must be instilled.

²²ever nirogi banaane liye surgeon davaai dete hain ki mujhe yaad karo।

²⁶In order to make you free from disease, the Surgeon gives you medicine: Remember Me!

²³phir tum mere se aakar milenge।

²⁷Then, you will come to meet Me.

²⁴mujhe yaad karne se hi varsa paayenge।

²⁸You will attain your inheritance by remembering Me.

²⁵baap aur sweet home ko yaad karna hai।

²⁹Remember the Father and the sweet home.

²⁶jahaan jaana hai, woh buddhi mein rakhna hai।

³⁰Keep in your intellects the place you are to return to.

²⁷baap hi yahaan aakar sachcha paigaam dete hain, aur koi bhi eeshvar ka paigaam nahin dete hain।

³¹Only the Father comes here and gives you the true message. ³²No one else can give you God’s message.

²⁸woh to yahaan stage par part bajaane aate hain aur eeshvar ko bhool jaate hain।

³³Others come down here onto the stage to play their parts.

²⁹eeshvar ka pata nahin rehta hai।

³⁴They forget who God is; they don’t know God.

³⁰unko vaastav mein paigambar, messenger kah nahin sakte।

³⁵In fact, they cannot be called messengers.

³¹yeh to manushyon ne naam lagaaye hain।

³⁶It was human beings who gave them that name.

³²woh to yahaan aate hain, unko apna part bajaana hai।

³⁷They come down here to play their parts, so how would they remember Him?

³³to yaad phir kaise karenge? ³⁴part bajaate patit banna hi hai।

³⁸While playing their parts, they have to become impure.

³⁵phir ant mein paavan banna hai।

³⁹Then, at the end, they have to become pure.

³⁶paavan to baap hi aakar banaate hain।

⁴⁰It is the Father who comes and makes them pure.

³⁷baap ki yaad se hi paavan banna hai।

⁴¹You become pure by remembering the Father.

³⁸baap kehte hain paavan banne ka ek hi upaay hai - deh sahit jo bhi deh ke sambandh hain, unko bhool jaana hai।

⁴²The Father says: There is only one way to have purification: forget all your bodily relations including your own bodies.

³⁹tum jaante ho mujh aatma ko yaad karne ka farmaan mila hai।

⁴³You know: I, a soul, have been given the order to have remembrance.

⁴⁰us par chalne se hi farmaanbardaar kaha jaayega।

⁴⁴By following this order, you will be called obedient.

⁴¹jo jitna purushaartha karte hain utna farmaanbardaar hai।

⁴⁵The more effort you make in this, the more obedient you become.

⁴²yaad kam karte to kam farmaanbardaar hain।

⁴⁶If you have less remembrance, it means that you are less obedient.

⁴³farmaanbardaar pad bhi oonch paate hain।

⁴⁷It is the obedient ones who claim a high status.

⁴⁴baap ka farmaan hai - ek to mujh baap ko yaad karo, doosra knowledge ko dhaaran karo।

⁴⁸The Father’s first order is: Remember Me, your Father, and, secondly, imbibe this knowledge.

⁴⁵yaad nahin karte to sajaayen bahut khaani padti।

⁴⁹If you do not stay in remembrance, you will have to endure a great deal of punishment.

⁴⁶svadarshan chakra phiraate rahenge to bahut dhan milega।

⁵⁰You will receive a great deal of wealth if you continue to spin the discus of self-realisation.

⁴⁷bhagvaanuvaach - mujhe yaad karo aur svadarshan chakra phiraao arthaat drama ke aadi-madhya-ant ko jaano।

⁵¹God speaks: Remember Me and spin the discus of self-realisation, that is, understand the beginning, the middle and the end of the drama.

⁴⁸mere dvaara mujhe bhi jaano aur srishti ke aadi-madhya-ant ka chakra bhi jaano।

⁵²Recognise Me and understand from Me the beginning, the middle and the end of the cycle.

⁴⁹do baaten mukhya hain।

⁵³These are the two main aspects.

⁵⁰is par attention dena hai।

⁵⁴You have to pay attention to these.

⁵¹shreemat par poora attention denge to oonch pad paayenge।

⁵⁵If you pay full attention to shrimat, you will claim a high status.

⁵²merciful banna hai, sabko raasta bataana hai, kalyaan karna hai।

⁵⁶Become ones with merciful hearts and show the path to everyone; bring benefit to them.

⁵³mitra-sambandhiyon aadi ko sachchi yaatra par le jaane ki yukti rachni hai।

⁵⁷Create a method to take all your friends and relatives on this true pilgrimage.

⁵⁴woh hain jismaani yaatraayen, yeh hai roohaani yaatra।

⁵⁸Those are physical pilgrimages whereas this is a spiritual pilgrimage.

⁵⁵yeh spiritual knowledge koi ke paas nahin hai।

⁵⁹No one else has this spiritual knowledge.

⁵⁶woh hai sab shaastron ki philosophy।

⁶⁰All of their knowledge is just the philosophy of the scriptures.

⁵⁷yeh hai spiritual roohaani knowledge।

⁶¹This is spiritual knowledge.

⁵⁸supreme rooh yeh knowledge dete hi hain roohon ko samjhaakar vaapas le jaane ke liye।

⁶²The supreme Spirit gives this knowledge in order to explain to the spirits and He then takes them back home.

⁵⁹kai bachche yahaan aakar baithte hain to koi laachaari baithte hain। ⁶⁰apni sva-unnati ka kuchh bhi khyaal nahin hai।

⁶³When some children come and sit here, it is just for the sake of it; they have no concern for their own progress.

⁶¹deh-abhimaan bahut hai।

⁶⁴They have a great deal of body consciousness.

⁶²dehi-abhimaani ho to merciful banen, shreemat par chalen।

⁶⁵If they were to become soul conscious, they would be merciful and follow shrimat.

⁶³farmaanbardaar nahin hain।

⁶⁶They are not obedient.

⁶⁴baap kehte hain apna chart likho - kitna samay yaad karte hain? ⁶⁵kis-kis samay yaad karte hain?

⁶⁷The Father says: Keep a chart of how long you stayed in remembrance and at what times you stayed in remembrance.

⁶⁶aage chart rakhte the।

⁶⁸Previously, you used to keep a chart.

⁶⁷achha baba ko na bhejo, apne paas to chart rakho।

⁶⁹Achcha, even if you don’t send your chart to Baba, at least keep it with you.

⁶⁸apni shakla dekhni hai - ham lakshmi ko varne laayak banen hain?

⁷⁰Look at your face and see if you have become worthy of claiming Lakshmi.

⁶⁹vyaapaari log apne paas potaamel rakhte hain, koi-koi manushya apni saare din ki dincharya likhte hain।

⁷¹Business people keep their accounts. ⁷²Some people keep an account of their whole day’s activity.

⁷⁰ek hobby rehti hai likhne ki।

⁷³It is as though they have the hobby of writing it.

⁷¹yeh hisaab-kitaab rakhna to bahut achhi baat hai ki kitna samay ham baba ki yaad mein rahe? ⁷²kitna samay kisko samjhaaya?

⁷⁴It is very good to keep an account of how long you stayed in remembrance of Baba and for how long you explained to others.

⁷³aisa chart rakhen to bahut unnati ho jaae।

⁷⁵If you keep such a chart, you can make a lot of progress.

⁷⁴baap raay dete hain aise-aise karo।

⁷⁶The Father gives you advice about what you should do.

⁷⁵bachchon ko apni unnati karni hai।

⁷⁷You children have to make your own progress.

⁷⁶maala ka daana jo bante hain unko purushaartha bahut karna hai।

⁷⁸Those who are to become the beads of the rosary have to make a great deal of effort.

⁷⁷baba ne kaha tha - braahmanon ki maala abhi nahin ban sakti hai, ant mein banegi, jab roodra ki maala banegi।

⁷⁹Baba has said that the rosary of Brahmins cannot be created now; it will only be created at the end when the rosary of Rudra is created.

⁷⁸braahmanon ki maala ke daane badalte rehte hain।

⁸⁰The beads of the rosary of Brahmins keep changing.

⁷⁹aaj jo 3-4 number mein hain, kal woh last mein chale jaate hain।

⁸¹Those who are in the third or fourth number today become the last ones tomorrow.

⁸⁰kitna farka ho jaata।

⁸²There is such a difference!

⁸¹koi girte hain to durgati ko pa lete।

⁸³Some fall and become degraded.

⁸²maala se to gaye, praja mein bhi bilkul chandaal jaakar bante hain।

⁸⁴They don’t just fall out of the rosary; they go and become cremators for the subjects.

⁸³agar maala mein pirona hai to uske liye badi mehnat karni pade।

⁸⁵If you want to be threaded in the rosary, you have to make a great deal of effort.

⁸⁴baba bahut achhi raay dete hain - apni unnati kaise karo?

⁸⁶Baba gives you very good advice on how to make self-progress.

⁸⁵sabke liye kehte hain।

⁸⁷Baba says this to everyone.

⁸⁶bhal koi goonga hote bhi ishaare se koi ko baap ki yaad dila sakte hain।

⁸⁸Even someone who is dumb can remind others of the Father with a signal.

⁸⁷bolne vaale se ooncha ja sakte hain।

⁸⁹He can go even higher than those who are able to speak.

⁸⁸andhe loole kaise bhi hon tandaroosta se bhi jaasti pad pa sakte hain।

⁹⁰Someone who is blind or crippled can claim a status higher than those who are healthy.

⁸⁹second mein ishaara diya jaata hai।

⁹¹A signal is given in a second.

⁹⁰second mein jeevanmukti gaai hui hai na।

⁹²“Liberation-in-life in a second” has been remembered.

⁹¹baap ka bana aur varsa to mil hi jaayega। ⁹²phir usmein nambarvaar pad zaroor hain।

⁹³As soon as you belong to the Father, you certainly do receive the inheritance, but the status you receive is surely numberwise.

⁹³bachcha paida hua aur varse ka hakdaar ban jaata hai।

⁹⁴As soon as a child is born, he receives the right to his inheritance.

⁹⁴yahaan tum aatma to ho hi males। ⁹⁵to father se varse ka hak lena hai।

⁹⁵Here, all of you souls are males and so you have to claim from the Father a right to the inheritance.

⁹⁶saara madaar purushaartha ke oopar hai। ⁹⁷phir kahenge kalpa pahle bhi aise purushaartha kiya tha।

⁹⁶Everything depends on your efforts, but it would then also be said that you made the same efforts in the previous cycle too.

⁹⁸maaya ke saath boxing hai।

⁹⁷This is boxing with Maya.

⁹⁹paandavon ki thi hi maaya raavan se ladaai।

¹⁰⁰koi to purushaartha kar vishwa ke maalik double sirtaaj bante hain, koi phir praja mein bhi naukar chaakar bante hain।

⁹⁹Some make effort and become the masters of the world with a double crown, whereas others become maids and servants of the subjects.

¹⁰²raajdhaani sthaapan ho rahi hai, attention zaroor aage vaale daanon taraph jaayega।

¹⁰¹A kingdom is being established. ¹⁰²Baba’s attention is definitely drawn to the leading beads.

¹⁰³8 daane kaise chal rahe hain, purushaartha se maaloom padta hai।

¹⁰³It is understood from their efforts how much progress the eight beads are making.

¹⁰⁴aise nahin, antaryaami hain, sabke andar ko read karte hain।

¹⁰⁴It is not that He knows the secrets of everyone’s heart or that He reads what’s happening inside everyone; no.

¹⁰⁵nahin, antaryaami maana jaani jaananhaar।

¹⁰⁵To be “Janijananhar” means to know everything.

¹⁰⁶aise nahin ki har ek ke dil ki baat baithkar jaante hain।

¹¹⁹kehte hain manushya srishti ke aadi, madhya, ant aur jo mukhya actors hain unko jaanta hoon।

¹²⁰He says that He knows the beginning, the middle and the end of the human world and its main actors.

¹²⁰baaki to athaah rachna hai।

¹²¹The rest of creation is limitless.

¹²¹yeh jaani-jaananhaar akshar to puraana hai।

¹²²The word ‘Janijananhar’ (One who knows all secrets) is very old.

¹²²ham to jo knowledge jaanta hoon woh tumko padhaata hoon।

¹²³I teach you all the knowledge that I have, but I would not sit all day and watch what you do.

¹²³baaki tum kya-kya karte ho woh saara din baithkar dekhoonga kya?

¹²⁴I come to teach you easy knowledge and yoga. ¹²⁵The Father says: I have many children.

¹²⁴main to sahaj raajayog aur gyaan sikhlaane aata hoon।

¹²⁵baap kahenge bachche to bahut hain, main bachchon ke aage pratyaksha hua hoon।

¹²⁸I am the Father of those who become My children. ¹²⁹Only I can understand whether that child is a real one or a stepchild.

¹²⁶saari kaarobaar bachchon se hai।

¹³⁰Each one is studying.

¹²⁷jo mere bachche bante hain unka main baap hoon।

¹³¹You should act on the basis of shrimat and become benefactors.

¹²⁸phir woh saga hai va laga hai so main samajh sakta hoon। ¹²⁹har ek ki padhaai hai।

¹³²You children understand the day of the Lord of the Tree as the day of the Lord of Jupiter.

¹³⁰shreemat par act mein aana hai। ¹³¹kalyaankaari banna hai।

¹³³As well as being Shiva, He is the Lord of the Tree, the two are one and the same.

¹³²tum bachche jaante ho brihspati ko vrikshapti de kaha jaata hai। ¹³³vrikshapti bhi thahra, shiv bhi thahra।

¹³⁴Children start school on a Thursday (day of the Satguru), and so that is like adopting a guru (their teacher).

¹³⁴hai to ek hi। ¹³⁵guroovaar ke din bachchon ko school mein bithaate hain।

¹³⁵For example, Monday is the day of Somnath (Lord of Nectar) and so Shiv Baba gives you nectar to drink.

¹³⁶jaise somnaath ka din somvaar hai, shivbaaba somras pilaate hain।

¹³⁶In fact, His name is Shiva but, because He teaches you, He is called Somnath.

¹³⁷yoon naam to unka shiv hai parantu padhaate hain isliye somnaath kah diya hai। ¹³⁸roodra bhi somnaath ko kaha jaata hai।

¹³⁷Somnath is also called Rudra. ¹³⁸He creates this sacrificial fire of knowledge of Rudra and so He becomes the One who gives this knowledge.

¹³⁹roodra gyaan yagya racha to gyaan sunaane vaala ho gaya।

¹³⁹He has been given many names and an explanation is given of each one.

¹⁴⁰naam bahut rakh diye hain। ¹⁴¹to uski samjhaani di jaati hai।

¹⁴⁰Only this one yagya has continued from the beginning.

¹⁴²shuru se yeh ek hi yagya chalta hai, kisi ko bhi pata nahin hai ki saari puraani srishti ki saamagri is yagya mein svaaha honi hai।

¹⁴¹No one knows that everything of the whole old world is going to be sacrificed into this sacrificial fire. ¹⁴²All human beings and everything else, including the elements, will be transformed.

¹⁴³jo bhi manushya hain, jo kuchh bhi hai, tatvon sahit sab parivartan hona hai।

¹⁴³You children are going to see this. ¹⁴⁴You have to become mahavirs (brave warriors) in order to see it.

¹⁴⁴yeh bhi bachchon ko dekhna hai, dekhne vaale bade mahaaveer chaahiye।

¹⁴⁵No matter what happens, you must not forget Baba. ¹⁴⁶Human beings will continue to cry out in distress.

¹⁴⁵kuchh ho jaae, bhoolna nahin hai। ¹⁴⁶manushya to haay-haay, traahi-traahi karte rahenge।

¹⁴⁷First of all, explain to everyone: Just think, in the golden age, there was just the one Bharat.

¹⁴⁷pahle-pahle to samjhaana hai thoda khyaal karo, satayug mein ek hi bhaarat tha, manushya bahut thode the, ek dharma tha, abhi kaliyug ant tak kitne dharma hain!

¹⁴⁸There were very few human beings and there was only one religion. ¹⁴⁹Now, at the end of the iron age, there are so many religions.

¹⁴⁸yeh kahaan tak chalenge?

¹⁵⁰For how long will this continue?

¹⁴⁹kaliyug ke baad zaroor satayug hoga।

¹⁵¹The golden age will definitely come after the iron age.

¹⁵⁰abhi satayug ki sthaapna kaun karega?

¹⁵²Now, who would establish heaven?

¹⁵¹rachta to baap hi hai।

¹⁵³Only the one Father is the Creator.

¹⁵²satayug ki sthaapna aur kaliyug ka vinaash hota hai।

¹⁵⁴There is the establishment of the golden age and the destruction of the iron age.

¹⁵³yeh vinaash saamne khada hai।

¹⁵⁵That destruction is standing in front of you.

¹⁵⁴abhi tumhein baap dvaara past, present, future ka knowledge mila hai।

¹⁵⁶You have now received the knowledge of the past, present and future from the Father.

¹⁵⁵yeh svadarshan chakra phiraana hai।

¹⁵⁷You have to spin the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁵⁶baap aur baap ki rachna ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁵⁸Remember the Father and the Father’s creation.

¹⁶⁷Now, the Father says: By knowing Me, you will come to know everything.

¹⁶⁴main hi srishti ke aadi, madhya, ant ka gyaan samjhaaoonga।

¹⁶⁸Only I explain the knowledge of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world.

¹⁶⁵ek janma ki baat nahin, saare srishti ke past, present, future ko jaante hain, to kitna buddhi mein aana chaahiye।
