¹Essence: Sweet children, have true love for the one Father and He will take you back home with Him. ²He will liberate you from all sins and make you into the masters of heaven.

²prashn:- apne aapko khushi mein rakhne ke liye kaun si mukhya dhaarna chaahiye?

³Question: What main dharna do you need in order to keep yourself happy?

³uttar:- khushi mein tabhi rah sakte jab apne aapse rooh-rihaan karna aata ho।

⁴Answer: Only when you know how to have a spiritual conversation with yourself can you remain happy. ⁵Let there not be attachment to anything. ⁶Your stomach only needs two chapattis, that’s all.

⁴kisi bhi cheez mein aasakti na ho। ⁵do roti pet ko mile, bas - aisi anaasakta vritti ki dhaarna ho tab harshit rahenge।

⁷Only when you have the dharna of an attitude that is free from attraction can you remain cheerful.

⁶gyaan ka manan kar svayan ko harshit rakho।

⁸Churn knowledge and keep yourselves happy.

⁷tum karmayogi ho, karma karte, ghar ka kaam karte, khaana aadi khaate bhi baap ko yaad karo।

⁸svadarshan chakra buddhi mein ghoomta rahe, to bahut khushi rahegi।

¹¹Let the discus of self-realisation continue to spin in your intellects and you will have a lot of happiness.

¹⁸However, when they say that each soul is the Supreme Soul, whom would the soul love?

¹⁶muhabbat hoti hai bachchon ki baap ke saath।

¹⁹It is the children who love their Father.

¹⁷baap, baap ki muhabbat nahin hoti hai।

²⁰It isn’t the Father’s love for the Father.

¹⁸abhi tum samajhte ho ham aatmaayen apne parampita paramatma ke saath muhabbat jod rahi hain।

²¹You understand that you souls are now connecting your love to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁹yeh muhabbat hi tumko saath le jaati hai।

²²It is this love that will take you back with Him.

²⁰tum roohaani muhabbat baap ke saath rakhte ho to takleeph bhi sahan karni padti hai। ²¹saari duniya, ghar ke bhaati aadi sab dushman ban jaate hain।

²³You have spiritual love for the Father and so you also have to face difficulties; the whole world and members of your family all become your enemies.

²²bachchon ko samjhaaya hai ki patit-paavni ganga nahin hai।

²⁴It has been explained to you children that the Ganges is not the Purifier.

²³manushya paavan hone ke khyaal se ganga va jamuna ke tat par haridvaar, kaashi mein jaakar baithte hain। ²⁴mukhya sthaan yeh do hain।

²⁵People go to the banks of the River Ganges and the River Jamuna with the thought of becoming pure; they go and sit at Haridwar and at Kashi; those are the two main places.

²⁵kehte hain - he patit-paavni ganga।

²⁶They say: O Purifier Ganges!

²⁶ab woh ganga to sunti hi nahin।

²⁷However, that Ganges does not hear them.

²⁷sunne vaala ek patit-paavan baap hi hai।

²⁸It is only the one Purifier Father who hears them.

²⁸abhi tum us baap ke sammukh baithe ho।

²⁹You are now sitting in front of that Father.

²⁹baap batla rahe hain tum paavan kaise banoge?

³⁰The Father is telling you how you can become pure.

³⁰paani ki ganga thode hi kehti hai - maamekam yaad karne se tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge।

³¹The water of the Ganges does not say: Constantly remember me alone and your sins will be absolved.

³¹baap kehte hain - main pratigya karta hoon agar tum mujh baap ko yaad karenge to tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge।

³²The Father says: I promise you that if you remember Me, the Father, your sins will be absolved.

³²guarantee dete hain, ganga to guarantee de na sake।

³³I guarantee this. ³⁴The Ganges cannot guarantee this.

³³jaise manushya raavan ko varsha-varsha jalaate aaye hain parantu raavan marta hi nahin hai, vaise ganga mein snaan bhi janma-janmaantar karte aaye hain parantu patit se paavan koi bante hi nahin।

³⁵Just as people have been burning an effigy of Ravan every year but he doesn’t die, in the same way, people have been bathing in the Ganges for birth after birth, but no one has become pure from impure.

³⁴phir-phir snaan karne jaate rehte hain।

³⁶They go to bathe there again and again.

³⁵ek baar paavan banen to phir kyon jaate hain snaan karne?

³⁷Once they have become pure, why do they go to bathe there again?

³⁶kitne mele lagte hain।

³⁸There are so many melas.

³⁷unko koi aatma-paramatma ka sangam nahin kahenge।

³⁹No one would call those meetings of souls with the Supreme Soul.

³⁸bhakti maarga mein bheed lagti hai mele par।

⁴⁰On the path of devotion, there are huge crowds at the melas.

³⁹abhi tum baap ke saath buddhiyog lagaate ho।

⁴¹You now connect your intellects in yoga to the Father.

⁴⁰tum jaante ho ham aatmaayen aashik bani hai।

⁴²You souls know that you have become His lovers.

⁴¹aatma hi bhagwan ko yaad karti hai shareer dvaara।

⁴³It is souls who remember God through their bodies.

⁴²baap kehte hain main bhi is shareer dvaara tumko padha raha hoon isliye hamesha baba ko yaad karte raho।

⁴⁷Liberation is also called the land of nirvana.

⁴⁶jab tak aatmaayen yahaan na aayen to saakaari duniya kaise badhe?

⁴⁹How could this corporeal world’s population increase unless souls came here?

⁴⁷aatmaayen niraakaari duniya se aati hain। ⁴⁸manushya srishti badhti jaati hai।

⁵⁰Souls come from the incorporeal world and this human world continues to increase.

⁴⁹koi samajhte hain natural badhti rehti hai।

⁵¹Some think that it continues to increase naturally.

⁵⁰tum jaante ho aatmaayen yahaan aati hain, vriddhi ko paati rehti hain।

⁵²You know that souls come here and that the world population continues to increase.

⁵¹bachchon ko maaloom hua hai ki sweet hom shantidham hai।

⁵³You children now know that the sweet home is the land of peace.

⁵²shanti ko bahut log pasanda karte hain।

⁵⁵You know that the land of peace is your sweet Godfatherly home.

⁵⁴bhaaratvaasi vilaayat se lautte hain to kehte hain ham apne sweet hom bhaarat mein jaate hain।

⁵⁶When the people of Bharat are returning from abroad, they say: We are going back to our sweet home of Bharat.

⁵⁵jahaan janma lete hain woh desh pyaara lagta hai।

⁵⁷They love the land where they took birth.

⁵⁶kehte hain hamko sweet hom (bhaarat mein) le chalo।

⁵⁸They say: Take us back to our sweet home of Bharat.

⁵⁷achha, samjho mar jaate hain, aatma to chali gai। ⁵⁸phir shareer ko yahaan le aakar khatma karte hain।

⁵⁹OK, when someone dies and that soul has departed, they bring the body here and finish it off here.

⁵⁹samajhte hain bhaarat ki mitti bhaarat mein hi jaaye।

⁶⁰They believe that the soil of Bharat should come back to Bharat.

⁶⁰nehru ne shareer chhoda to unki raakh dekho kahaan-kahaan le gaye!

⁶¹When Nehru died, they scattered his ashes in so many places.

⁶¹kheton mein giraai।

⁶²They scattered them on the fields.

⁶²samajhte hain kheti achhi hogi।

⁶³They thought that the land would become fertile.

⁶³parantu har cheez ko woh kitna bhi maan den, puraani to zaroor honi hai।

⁶⁴However, no matter how much respect someone gives to anything, it definitely has to become old.

⁶⁴kitni takleeph sahan kar rahe hain!

⁶⁵They are facing so many difficulties.

⁶⁵baap ka pata nahin hai।

⁶⁶They don’t know the Father.

⁶⁶tum baap ko jaankar baap se varsa le rahe ho।

⁶⁷You know the Father and are claiming the inheritance from Him.

⁶⁷to dil hoti hai mitra sambandhiyon aadi ko bhi svargavaasi banaayen।

⁶⁸Therefore, your hearts’ desire is to make your friends and relatives into residents of heaven too.

⁶⁸kisko tum kaho svargavaasi bano to kahenge tum maarne chaahte ho kya!

⁶⁹When you tell them to become residents of heaven, they say: Do you want to kill us?

⁶⁹tum bachche jaante ho - shreemat par ham shreshtha svargavaasi ban rahe hain।

⁷⁰You children know that you are becoming the elevated residents of heaven by following shrimat.

⁷⁰dehi-abhimaani banne mein badi mehnat lagti hai।

⁷¹It takes a lot of effort to become soul conscious.

⁷¹ghadi-ghadi deh-abhimaan mein aakar baap ko bhool jaate ho।

⁷²You repeatedly become body conscious and forget the Father.

⁷²abhi tum sammukh baithe ho।

⁷³You are now sitting personally in front of Him.

⁷³jaante ho ham apne parampita paramatma paas aaye hain।

⁷⁴You know that you have come to your Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁷⁴baba kehte hain - aage kabhi mile the?

⁷⁵Baba asks: Have we met before?

⁷⁵to jhat kehte hain - haan, baba 5 hajaar varsha pahle।

⁷⁶So, you instantly reply: Yes, Baba, we met 5000 years ago.

⁷⁶yeh tumhaara gupta akshar hai।

⁷⁷These words of yours are incognito.

⁷⁷aur koi copy kar na sake।

⁷⁸No one else can copy you.

⁷⁸bhal shreekrishna ka vesh dhaaran kar lete hain, kehte hain ham aaye hain svarga ki sthaapna karne। ⁷⁹parantu yeh baat ki 5 hajaar varsha pahle bhi svarga sthaapan kiya tha - yeh kah na saken।

⁷⁹Although some adopt the costume of Krishna and say that they have come to establish heaven, they cannot say that they also established heaven 5000 years ago.

⁸⁰tum hi kehte ho - baba, 5 hajaar varsha pahle ham aapse varsa lene aaye the।

⁸⁰You alone say: Baba, we also came 5000 years ago to claim our inheritance from You.

⁸¹aapne raajayog sikhaaya tha।

⁸¹You taught us Raja Yoga.

⁸²yeh aatma kehti hai is shareer dvaara।

⁸²You souls say this through your bodies.

⁸³apne ko aatma nishchay kar aur baap ko yaad karna hai, ismen sarvavyaapi ki to baat hi nahin।

⁸³Have the faith that you are souls and remember the Father. ⁸⁴There is no question of omnipresence in this.

⁸⁴yeh bhi nahin samajhte hain ki brahma zaroor saakaar mein hona chaahiye, jis dvaara parampita paramatma srishti rachte hain।

⁸⁵They don’t even understand that the Brahma through whom the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, creates the world, would surely have to exist in a corporeal form.

⁸⁵patit-paavan baap aakar so devi-devta paavan banaate hain।

⁸⁶The Purifier Father comes and makes you into pure deities.

⁸⁶baap hi svarga ka rachayita hai।

⁸⁷The Father alone is the Creator of heaven.

⁸⁷to zaroor svarga mein manushya chaahiye।

⁸⁸Therefore, surely, human beings are needed in heaven.

⁸⁸baba aakar tumhein svarga ka dvaar bataate hain।

⁸⁹Baba comes and shows you the gates to heaven.

⁸⁹tum koshish karte ho ham narkavaasi ko svargavaasi banaayen।

⁹⁰You try to change the residents of hell into residents of heaven.

⁹⁰koi bade aadmi ko seedha kaho tum patit narkavaasi ho to kitna bigad padenge।

⁹¹If you told an eminent person directly that he was an impure resident of hell, he would get very upset.

⁹¹abhi tum jaante ho ham narka se nikal svarga mein ja rahe hain।

⁹²You now know that you are coming out of hell and going to heaven.

⁹²abhi ham sangamvaasi hain।

⁹³We are now residents of the confluence age.

⁹³ham aatmaayen ab ja rahi hain - is shareer ko chhod baba ke saath, baba ke ghar।

⁹⁴Having renounced our bodies, we souls are now going to Baba’s home with Baba.

⁹⁴yeh hai tumhaari roohaani yaatra।

⁹⁵This is your spiritual pilgrimage.

⁹⁵baba ki yaad mein rehna hai।

⁹⁶You have to stay in remembrance of Baba.

⁹⁶samajhte ho yeh shareer jahaan tak rahega vahaan tak yaatra chaalu hai।

⁹⁷You understand that the pilgrimage will continue for as long as your body remains.

⁹⁷karma bhi to karna hai।

⁹⁸You also have to perform actions.

⁹⁸bhal khaao, piyo, khaana pakaao। ⁹⁹jitna samay mile baap ko zaroor yaad karna hai।

⁹⁹Although you may eat, drink and cook, you definitely have to remember the Father whenever you have time.

¹⁰⁰daphtar mein baithte ho, dekho phursat hai to baba ki yaad mein baith jaao।

¹⁰⁰While you are at work, when you see that you have some time, sit in remembrance of Baba.

¹⁰¹bahut kamaai hai।

¹⁰¹There is a lot of income in that.

¹⁰²train mein saphar karte ho, us samay to koi kaam nahin rehta hai।

¹⁰²When travelling by train, you don’t have to do anything at that time.

¹⁰³baithe hue baba ko yaad karte raho।

¹⁰³So, while sitting there, continue to remember Baba.

¹⁰⁴abhi ham baba ke paas jaate hain।

¹⁰⁴We are now going to Baba.

¹⁰⁵baba paramdham se hamko lene liye aaya hai।

¹⁰⁵Baba has come from the supreme abode to take us back.

¹⁰⁶achha, shaam ko ghar ka khaana aadi pakaate ho to bhi ek-do ko yaad dilaao - aao, ham apne baap ki yaad mein baithen।

¹⁰⁶Achcha, when you are cooking for your family in the evening, remind one another of Baba. ¹⁰⁷Come and we will sit in remembrance of our Father.

¹¹²You have liberation in one eye and liberation-in-life in the other eye.

¹¹²svarga yahaan tha। ¹¹³abhi nahin hai।

¹¹³Heaven used to be here, but it is not here now.

¹¹⁴ab to narka hai।

¹¹⁴This is now hell.

¹¹⁵baba phir se svarga sthaapan kar rahe hain।

¹¹⁵Baba is once again establishing heaven.

¹¹⁶baap kehte hain ham tumko bahut gul-gul banaate hain।

¹¹⁶The Father says: I am making you into very beautiful flowers.

¹¹⁷phir tum jaakar mahaaraani, patraani banenge।

¹¹⁷You will then become empresses and queens.

¹¹⁸khaddar ki raani nahin banna।

¹¹⁸You mustn’t become a coarse, hand-spun cotton queen.

¹¹⁹tumhein 16 kala sampanna banna hai, na ki 14 kala।

¹¹⁹You have to become 16 celestial degrees full, not 14 degrees.

¹²³You used to make so much effort but you did not go to the land of Shri Krishna. ¹²⁴You are now making effort to go to the land of Krishna, heaven, in a practical way.

¹²⁵shreekrishna ko dvaapar mein le jaane se svarga ka kisko pata nahin padta hai।

¹²⁵Because Shri Krishna has been shown in the copper age, no one knows about heaven.

¹²⁶vaastav mein 7 roz ka arth kya hai, so tum abhi jaante ho।

¹²⁶In fact, you now know what the seven days mean.

¹²⁷sivaae baap ke aur koi ko yaad nahin karna hai। ¹²⁸baaki nirjal aadi ki koi baat nahin।

¹²⁷You must not remember anyone except the Father but there is no question of doing without water, etc.

¹²⁹baba ko yaad karne se tum baba ke paas chale jaayenge।

¹²⁸By remembering Baba, you will go to Baba. ¹²⁹The Father will then send you to heaven.

¹³²janma by janma kitni mehnat karte ho!

¹³¹You made so much effort for birth after birth!

¹³³praapti kuchh bhi nahin hui hai।

¹³⁴abhi tumko unse chhudaae sadgati maarga mein le jaate hai।

¹³³You have now been liberated from all of that and brought on to the path of salvation.

¹³⁵tum kehte ho - baba, kalpa pahle bhi aapse mile the svarga ka varsa lene।

¹³⁴You say: Baba, we met you in the previous cycle too and claimed the inheritance of heaven.

¹³⁶baap kehte hain kadam-kadam par raay lete raho।

¹³⁵The Father says: Continue to take advice at every step.

¹³⁷sab hisaab-kitaab poochho। ¹³⁸baba raay dete rahenge।

¹³⁶Ask about all your accounts and Baba will continue to advise you.

¹³⁹bhal tum apna dhandhaadhori aadi karte raho। ¹⁴⁰phir bhi baba raay dete rahenge।

¹³⁷You may continue with your business, etc. and, even then, Baba will continue to advise you.

¹⁴¹dekhenge - yeh bahut dhandhe mein ghus pade hain to raay denge। ¹⁴²kyon itna maatha maarte ho?

¹³⁸When He sees that you have been caught up in your business too much, He will advise you: Why do you beat your head so much with that?

¹⁴³kitna samay tum jiyenge।

¹³⁹How long are you going to live for?

¹⁴²Wealthy people eat very well and yet they still become ill.

¹⁴⁷bheel log dekho kitne majboot rehte hain!

¹⁴³Look how strong the natives are, and look what they eat!

¹⁴⁸aur khaate kya hain!

¹⁴⁴They work so hard.

¹⁴⁹kitna kaam karte hain!

¹⁴⁵They remain happy in their huts.

¹⁵⁰apni kutiya mein woh khush rehte hain।

¹⁴⁶Therefore, at this time, you should renounce all other desires.

¹⁵¹to is samay tumhein aur sab aashaayen chhod deni chaahiye।

¹⁴⁷Take two chapattis and your stomach will become full.

¹⁵²do roti mili, pet bhara, bas, baap ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁴⁸That’s all. ¹⁴⁹You then have to remember the Father.

¹⁵³tum ho roohaani bachche, parampita paramatma maashook ke aashik bane ho।

¹⁵⁰You are spiritual children and have become lovers of the Beloved, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁵⁴jitna baba ko yaad karenge utna vikarma vinaash honge aur jisko yaad karte ho unse jaae milenge।

¹⁵¹The more you remember Baba, the more your sins will be absolved and you will go and meet the One whom you remember.

¹⁵⁵kai chaahte hain saakshaatkaar ho, yeh ho।

¹⁵²Some of you want to have visions.

¹⁵⁶baba kehte hain ghar baithe bhi tumko ho sakta hai।

¹⁵³Baba says: You can have visions while sitting at home.

¹⁵⁷shivbaaba ko yaad karne se tumko vaikuntha ka saakshaatkaar hoga, shreekrishna-puri dekhenge।

¹⁵⁴By remembering Shiv Baba you will have visions of Paradise and you will see the land of Shri Krishna.

¹⁵⁸yahaan to baba tumko vaikuntha ka maalik bana dete hain।

¹⁵⁵Here, Baba makes you into the masters of Paradise.

¹⁵⁹sirf saakshaatkaar ki baat nahin।

¹⁵⁶It is not a question of just visions.

¹⁶⁰mere ko yaad karo kyonki main aaya hoon tumko le jaane।

¹⁶¹By remembering Shiv Baba, you receive the sovereignty of Paradise.

¹⁶⁵ab woh paramdham se aaya hua hai।

¹⁶⁶zaroor aaye hain tab to mandir yaadgaar bana hai na। ¹⁶⁷shiv ka mandir hai।

¹⁶³He definitely did come at some time; that is why the temples have been built as memorials.

¹⁶⁸shivjayanti bhi manaate hain na। ¹⁶⁹parantu woh bhaarat mein kaise aate hain - yeh kisko pata nahin hain।

¹⁶⁴There is the Shiva Temple and people also celebrate the birthday of Shiva, but no one knows how He comes in Bharat.

¹⁷⁰shreekrishna ke tan mein to nahin aate।

¹⁶⁵He doesn’t enter the body of Shri Krishna.

¹⁷¹shreekrishna hota hi hai satayug mein।

¹⁶⁶Shri Krishna only exists in the golden age.

¹⁷²shiv ka bada bhaari mandir hai। ¹⁷³shreekrishna ka itna bada nahin hai।

¹⁶⁷There is a very big temple to Shiva, but the temple to Shri Krishna is not as big.

¹⁷⁴somnaath ka mandir kitna bada hai!

¹⁶⁸The Somnath Temple is so big.

¹⁷⁵shreekrishna ke mandir mein raadhe-krishna ko bahut gahne dikhaate hain।
