¹“meethe bachche - jitna samay mile antarmukhi rahne ka purooshaartha karo, baaharmukhta mein na aao, tab hi paap katenge''

¹Essence: Sweet children, make effort to remain introverted for whatever time you have. ²Do not become extroverted. ³Only then can your sins be cut away.

²prashn:- chadhti kala ka purooshaartha kya hai jo baap har bachche ko sikhlaate hain?

⁴Question: What effort must you make to have the stage of ascent which the Father teaches every child?

³uttar:- 1. bachche chadhti kala mein jaana hai to buddhiyog ek baap se lagaao। ⁴phalaana aisa hai, yeh aisa karta hai, ismen yeh avgun hain - in baaton mein jaane ki darkaar nahin।

⁵Answer: 1) If you children want to go into the stage of ascent, connect your intellects in yoga to the one Father. ⁶There is no need to go into such aspects as: So-and-so is like that, this one does that and this; this one has defects.

⁵avgun dekhne se munh mod lo।

⁷Turn your faces away from anyone’s defects.

⁶2. kabhi bhi padhaai se roothna nahin।

⁸2) Never sulk with this study.

⁷murli mein jo achhi-achhi points hain, unhein dhaaran karte raho, tab hi chadhti kala ho sakti hai।

⁹Continue to imbibe good points from the murlis because only then can you go into the stage of ascent.

⁸om shanti।

¹⁰Om shanti.

⁹abhi yeh hai gyaan ka class aur savere yog ka class।

¹¹This class now is of knowledge, whereas the morning class is of yoga.

¹⁰yog kaun-sa?

¹²Which yoga?

¹¹yeh bahut achhi reeti samjhaana hai kyonki bahut manushya hathayog mein phanse hue hain। ¹²jo hathayog manushya sikhlaate hain।

¹³You have to explain this very clearly, because many human beings are trapped in the hatha yoga taught by human beings.

¹³yeh hai raajayog, jo paramatma sikhlaate hain kyonki raaja to koi hai nahin jo raajayog sikhlaave।

¹⁴This is Raja Yoga that the Supreme Soul teaches because there are no kings here who can teach Raja Yoga.

¹⁴yeh lakshmi-naaraayan bhagavti-bhagwan hain, raajayog seekhe tab to bhavishya mein bhagavti-bhagwan banen।

¹⁵This Lakshmi and Narayan are a god and goddess. ¹⁶It is only when they study Raja Yoga that they can become a god and goddess in the future.

¹⁵yeh hai hi purooshottam sangamayug ki samjhaani।

¹⁷This knowledge is explained at this most auspicious confluence age.

¹⁶isko kaha jaata hai purooshottam। ¹⁷puraani aur nai duniya ka beech। ¹⁸puraane manushya aur naye devtaayen।

¹⁸This is called the most auspicious age; it is between the old world and the new world, old human beings and new deities.

¹⁹is samay sabhi manushya puraane hain।

¹⁹At this time, all human beings are old.

²⁰nai duniya mein nai aatmaayen, devtaayen hote hain। ²¹vahaan manushya nahin kahenge।

²⁰There are new souls in the new world. ²¹They are deities; they are not called human beings.

²²bhal hain manushya parantu daiveegunon vaale hain, isliye devi-devta kaha jaata hai।

²²Although they are human beings, they have divine virtues, which is why they are called deities.

²³pavitra bhi rehte hain।

²³They also remain pure.

²⁴baap bachchon ko samjhaate hain kaam mahaashatru hai।

²⁴The Father explains to you children: Lust is the greatest enemy.

²⁵yeh raavan ka pahla-pahla bhoot hai।

²⁵It is the foremost evil spirit of Ravan.

²⁶koi bahut krodh karte hain to kaha jaata hai - bhaun-bhaun kyon karte ho!

²⁶When someone becomes very angry, people say: Why are you barking?

²⁷yeh do vikaar bade shatru hain।

²⁷These two vices are your biggest enemies.

²⁸lobh-moh ke liye bhaun-bhaun nahin kahenge।

²⁸The word ‘barking’ is not used for greed or attachment.

²⁹manushyon mein science ghamanda ke kaaran krodh kitna hai - yeh bhi bahut nuksaankaarak hai।

²⁹Some people have so much anger due to the arrogance of science. ³⁰This too causes a great deal of damage.

³⁰kaam ka bhoot aadi, madhya, ant duhkh dene vaala hai।

³¹The evil spirit of lust causes sorrow from its beginning, through middle to the end.

³¹ek-do par kaam kataari chalaate hain।

³²They use the sword of lust on each other.

³²yeh sab baaten samajhkar phir auron ko samjhaani hain।

³³You have to understand all of these aspects and then explain them to others.

³³tumhaare sivaae baap se varsa lene ka sachcha raasta to koi batla na sake।

³⁴No one except you children can show anyone the true path to claim the inheritance from the Father.

³⁴tum bachche hi bata sakte ho। ³⁵behad ke baap se itna bada varsa kaise milta hai!

³⁵Only you children can show them this path: how they can claim their inheritance from the unlimited Father.

³⁶jo kisko samjha nahin sakte to zaroor padhaai par dhyaan nahin hai। ³⁷buddhiyog kahaan bhatakta hai।

³⁶If you are not able to explain to others, it means that you are not paying attention to this study and that your intellect’s yoga is wandering elsewhere.

³⁸yuddha ka maidaan hai na।

³⁷This is a battlefield.

³⁹aise koi mat samjhe - sahaj baat hai।

³⁸No one should think that this is easy.

⁴⁰man ke toofaan va vikalpa dher ke dher na chaahte hue bhi aayenge, ismen moonjhana nahin hai।

³⁹Even though you don’t want them to come, many storms and wasteful thoughts will enter your mind. ⁴⁰Do not become confused by them.

⁴¹yogbal se hi maaya bhaagegi, ismen purooshaartha bahut hai।

⁴¹It is only through your power of yoga that Maya will run away.

⁴²dhandhe-dhori mein kitne thak jaate hain kyonki deh-abhimaan mein rehte hain।

⁴²This takes a great deal of effort. ⁴³You become very tired in your business and work because you remain body conscious.

⁴³deh-abhimaan ke kaaran bahut baatcheet karni padti hai।

⁴⁴It is because of body consciousness that you have to talk so much.

⁴⁴baap kehte hain dehi-abhimaani bano।

⁴⁵The Father says: Become soul conscious.

⁴⁵dehi-abhimaani banne se jo baap samjhaate hain vahi auron ko samjhaayenge। ⁴⁶apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo।

⁴⁶By becoming soul conscious, you will only explain to others the things that the Father explains to you: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

⁴⁷baap hi shiksha denge ki bachche baaharmukhi nahin hona chaahiye।

⁴⁷The Father gives you teachings: Children, do not become extroverted.

⁴⁸antarmukhi hona hai।

⁴⁸Become introverted.

⁴⁹bhal kahaan baaharmukhi hona bhi pade, phir bhi jitni phursat mile koshish kar antarmukhi hona chaahiye, tab hi paap katenge।

⁴⁹Although you do sometimes have to become extroverted, try to become introverted for whatever time you have. ⁵⁰Only then will your sins be cut away.

⁵⁰nahin to na paap katenge, na oonch pad paayenge।

⁵¹Otherwise, neither will your sins be cut away nor will you attain a high status.

⁵¹janma-janmaantar ke paap sir par hain।

⁵²There is a burden of sins of many births on your heads.

⁵²sabse jaasti paap braahmanon ke hain, unmein bhi nambarvaar hain।

⁵³Brahmins have performed the most sin and they are also numberwise in this.

⁵³jo bahut oonch bante hain, vahi bilkul neech bhi bante hain।

⁵⁴Those who become very high also become very low.

⁵⁴jo prince bante hain unko hi phir beggar bhi banna hai।

⁵⁵Those who become princes then have to become beggars.

⁵⁵drama ko achhi reeti samajhna hai, jo pahle aaye hain woh pichhaadi mein aayenge।

⁵⁶You have to understand this drama very well. ⁵⁷Those who come at the beginning will also come at the end.

⁵⁶jo pahle paavan bante hain vahi pahle patit bante hain।

⁵⁸Those who become pure first also become impure first.

⁵⁷baap kehte hain main bhi aata hi hoon inke bahut janmon ke ant mein, so bhi jab vaanaprastha avastha hai।

⁵⁹The Father says: I enter this one’s body in the last of his many births; that too is when he is in his stage of retirement.

⁵⁸is samay chhote-bade sabki vaanaprastha avastha hai।

⁶⁰At this time, young and old, all are in their stage of retirement.

⁵⁹baap ke liye gaayan bhi hai sarva ki sadgati karne vaale।

⁶¹There is the praise of the Father: The One who grants salvation to all.

⁶⁰woh hoti hi hai purooshottam sangamayug par।

⁶²That happens at the most auspicious confluence age.

⁶¹yeh purooshottam sangamayug bhi yaad rakhna chaahiye।

⁶³You should remember the auspicious confluence age.

⁶²jaise manushyon ko kaliyug yaad hai, sangamayug sirf tumko yaad hai।

⁶⁴People remember the iron age, whereas only you remember the auspicious confluence age.

⁶³tumhaare mein bhi nambarvaar hain।

⁶⁵However, you too are numberwise.

⁶⁴bahuton ko to apna gorakhdhandha hi yaad rehta hai।

⁶⁶Many of you only remember your mundane business.

⁶⁵baahar se munh hata hua ho to dhaarna bhi ho jaae।

⁶⁷Once your face has turned away from the external, you can imbibe this knowledge.

⁶⁶ek kahaavat hai - antakaal jo stri simre… jo geet va shlok achhe-achhe hain, jinka hamaare gyaan se connection hai, woh rakhne chaahiye।

⁶⁸There is a saying: Your next birth is according to whatever you remember in your final moments. ⁶⁹The good sayings and songs that apply to our knowledge are worth keeping.

⁶⁷jaise chhi-chhi duniya se jaana hi hoga। ⁶⁸doosra, nain heen ko raah dikhaao… aise-aise geet apne paas rakhne chaahiye।

⁷⁰For instance, there is a song: “Now you have to leave this dirty world”, and another is: “Show the path to those who are blind.”

⁶⁹banaaye to manushyon ne hain, jinko is sangam ka pata hi nahin hai। ⁷⁰is samay sab gyaan nainheen andhe hain।

⁷¹You should keep such songs. ⁷²Human beings have composed these but they don’t have any awareness of the confluence age.

⁷¹jab paramatma aaye tab aakar raah dikhaaye।

⁷³At this time, all are blind and have no eye of knowledge.

⁷²akele ko to nahin dikhaayenge। ⁷³yeh hai unki shiv shakti sena।

⁷⁴It is only when the Supreme Soul comes that He can show everyone the path.

⁷⁴yeh shakti sena kya karti hai?

⁷⁵He does not show this to only one person.

⁷⁵shreemat par nai duniya ki sthaapna।

⁷⁶This is His Shiv Shakti Army.

⁷⁶tum bhi raajayog seekhte ho jo bhagwan ke sivaae koi sikhla na sake।

⁷⁷What does this Shakti Army do? ⁷⁸They establish the new world on the basis of shrimat.

⁷⁷bhagwan to niraakaar hai, unko to apna shareer hai nahin, baaki jo bhi hain sab shareerdhaari hain।

⁷⁹You are also studying Raja Yoga which no one except God can teach. ⁸⁰God is incorporeal. ⁸¹He does not have a body of His own.

⁷⁸oonch te oonch to ek baap hi hai, jo tumko padhaate hain।

⁸²All the rest are bodily beings. ⁸³The Highest on High is only the one Father.

⁷⁹yeh to tum hi jaano।

⁸⁴He is teaching you.

⁸⁰tumhaare mein bhi nambarvaar hain to tumko warning deni chaahiye।

⁸⁵Only you know this. ⁸⁶You are all also numberwise. ⁸⁷Therefore, you should issue a warning.

⁸¹bade-bade akhbaar mein daalna chaahiye। ⁸²manushya jo yog sikhlaate hain, woh hai hathayog। ⁸³raajayog ek parampita paramatma baap hi sikhlaate hain, jisse mukti-jeevanmukti milti hai।

⁸⁸Print in a big newspaper that the yoga that human beings teach is hatha yoga whereas only the one Father, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, can teach Raja Yoga through which you receive liberation and liberation-in-life.

⁸⁴hathayog se donon nahin milte।

⁸⁹You cannot receive either through hatha yoga.

⁸⁵woh hai hathayog jo ki parmapra se chala aata hai, puraana hai।

⁹⁰That is hatha yoga, which has existed since the beginning. ⁹¹It is old.

⁸⁶yeh raajayog sirf sangamayug par baap sikhlaate hain।

⁹²This Raja Yoga can only be taught by the Father at the confluence age.

⁸⁷baba ne samjhaaya hai jab bhaashan karte ho to topics nikaalni chaahiye।

⁹³Baba has explained that when you give a lecture, you should first select a topic, but you don’t do that.

⁸⁸parantu aise karte nahin hain।

⁹⁴There are very few who follow this shrimat.

⁸⁹shreemat par chalne vaale bahut thode hain। ⁹⁰pahle bhaashan likho phir pakka karo to yaad aayega।

⁹⁵First write out your lecture and prepare it so that you are able to remember everything.

⁹¹tumko orally bhaashan karna hai। ⁹²tumko padhkar to sunaana nahin hai।

⁹⁶You have to give your lecture orally, not read it from a piece of paper.

⁹³vichaar saagar manthan kar bhaashan karne ki taakat usmein rahegi jo apne ko aatma samajhkar phir bolte hain।

⁹⁷Those who churn the ocean of knowledge and speak while considering themselves to be souls will have the power to give a lecture.

⁹⁴ham bhaaiyon ko sunaate hain, aise samajhne se taakat rahegi।

⁹⁸There will be power by staying in the consciousness of speaking to your brothers.

⁹⁵yeh bahut oonchi manzil hai na।

⁹⁹This is a very high destination.

⁹⁶paan ka beeda uthaana maasi ka ghar nahin hai।

¹⁰⁰To take responsibility is not like going to your aunty’s home!

⁹⁷jitna tum roostam banenge, utna maaya ka vaar hoga।

¹⁰¹The more powerful you become, the more powerfully Maya will attack you.

⁹⁸angad va mahaaveer bhi roostam tha, tab kaha raavan bhi hamko hilaakar dikhaaye।

¹⁰²Angad and Mahavir were also very powerful. ¹⁰³That was why they challenged Ravan to try and shake them.

⁹⁹yeh sthool baaten nahin।

¹⁰⁴That was not a physical aspect.

¹⁰⁰shaastron mein yeh danta kathaayen hain।

¹⁰⁵There are many tall stories in the scriptures.

¹⁰¹yeh kaan jo paramatma baap ka sunahri gyaan sunne vaale the woh danta kathaayen sun-sunkar ekdam patthar ban gaye hain।

¹⁰⁶Your ears, that were once accustomed to hearing the golden versions spoken by God, the Supreme Father, have now become like stone by listening to those tall stories.

¹⁰²bhakti maarga mein maatha bhi ghisaaya to paisa bhi ganvaaya। ¹⁰³seedhi neeche hi utarte aaye।

¹⁰⁷On the path of devotion, you lost all your money and wore out your foreheads as you continued to descend the ladder.

¹⁰⁴84 janmon ki bhi kahaani hai na।

¹⁰⁸There is the story of 84 births.

¹⁰⁵jo bhi bhakti ki hai, neeche hi utre hain।

¹⁰⁹By following the path of devotion you continued to come down.

¹⁰⁶ab baap oopar chadhna sikhlaate hain।

¹¹⁰The Father is now teaching you how to climb up again.

¹⁰⁷ab tumhaari chadhti kala hai।

¹¹¹It is now your stage of ascent.

¹⁰⁸agar buddhiyog baap ke saath nahin lagaayenge to zaroor neeche hi girenge।

¹¹²If you do not engage your intellects in yoga with the Father you will definitely fall.

¹⁰⁹baap ko yaad karte ho to oopar chadhte ho।

¹¹³When you remember the Father, you climb up.

¹¹⁰mehnat hai bahut, parantu bachche gaphlat karte hain।

¹¹⁴It takes a great deal of effort, but some children become careless.

¹¹¹dhandhe mein baap ko aur knowledge ko bhool jaate hain।

¹¹⁵While at your business you forget the Father and this knowledge.

¹¹²maaya toophaan mein laati hai - phalaana aisa hai, yeh karta hai, yeh braahmani aisi hai, ismen yeh avgun hai।

¹¹⁶Maya brings many storms: So-and-so is like this; he does that; this teacher is like this; this one has this defect.

¹¹³are, ismen tumhaara kya jaata hai!

¹¹⁷Oh! but what concern is that of yours?

¹¹⁴sarvagun sampanna to koi bana nahin hai।

¹¹⁸No one has yet become full of all virtues and complete.

¹¹⁵koi ka avgun na dekh gun grahan karna hai।

¹¹⁹Do not look at the defects of others but just imbibe their virtues.

¹¹⁶avgun dekho to munh mod lo।

¹²⁰Turn your faces away from anyone’s defects.

¹¹⁷murli to milti hai woh sunte dhaaran karte raho।

¹²¹You receive murlis and so you should listen to them and imbibe them.

¹¹⁸buddhi se samajhna hai yeh baba ki baat bilkul theek hai।

¹²²Use your intellects to understand whether the things Baba tells you are correct.

¹¹⁹jo baat theek na lage, chhod deni chaahiye।

¹²³Just put aside any aspect that doesn’t appeal to you.

¹²⁰padhaai se kabhi roothna nahin chaahiye।

¹²⁴You must never sulk with this study.

¹²¹braahmani se va padhaai se roothna goya baap se roothna।

¹²⁵If you sulk with a teacher or the study, it means you are sulking with the Father.

¹²²aise bahut bachche hain, jo phir centre par nahin aate hain।

¹²⁶There are many children who don’t go to a centre.

¹²³bhal koi kaisa bhi hai tumhaara kaam murli se hai, murli jo sunaaye unmein se achhi-achhi points dhaaran karni hai।

¹²⁷No matter what someone is like, your concern is with the murli. ¹²⁸Whoever reads the murli, listen to it and imbibe the points from it that are good.

¹²⁴kisi se baat karne mein maja nahin aata to shant karke murli sunkar chale jaana chaahiye।

¹²⁹If you don’t find pleasure in talking to anyone, then remain quiet, listen to the murli and go home.

¹²⁵roothna nahin chaahiye ki ham yahaan nahin aayenge।

¹³⁰Do not sulk or say, “I will not come here.”

¹²⁶nambarvaar to hain।

¹³¹Everyone is numberwise.

¹²⁷yeh bhi achha hai jo subah ko tum yaad mein baithte ho।

¹³²It is also good that you sit in remembrance early in the morning.

¹²⁸baba aakar search light dete hain।

¹³³Baba comes to give a searchlight.

¹²⁹baba anubhav sunaate hain jab baithte hain to jo ananya hain woh bachche pahle yaad aate hain।

¹³⁴Baba relates his experience. ¹³⁵When he sits, he first remembers his special children.

¹³⁰bhal vilaayat mein hain, kalkatte mein hain, to pahle ananya ko yaad kar searchlight dete hain।

¹³⁶Whether they are abroad or in Calcutta, he remembers the special ones and gives them a searchlight.

¹³¹bachche to bhal yahaan bhi baithe hain parantu baba yaad unko karte hain jo service karte hain।

¹³⁷Although you children are sitting here, Baba remembers those who do service.

¹³²jaise achhe bachche shareer chhod jaate hain to unki aatma ko bhi yaad karte hain, bahut service karke gaye hain।

¹³⁸When the good children who had been doing service have left their bodies, Baba remembers those souls, that they departed having done a lot of service.

¹³³to zaroor yahaan hi nazdeek koi ghar mein honge।

¹³⁹They would surely have taken birth in a home close by.

¹³⁴to unko bhi baba yaad kar searchlight dete hain। ¹³⁵hain to sab baba ke bachche।

¹⁴⁰Therefore, Baba also remembers them and gives them a searchlight.

¹³⁶parantu kaun-kaun achhi service karte hain, yeh to sab jaante hain।

¹⁴¹In fact, all are Baba’s children, but everyone knows which ones do good service.

¹³⁷baba ne kaha - yahaan searchlight do, to dete hain।

¹⁴²Baba has said: Give a searchlight here. ¹⁴³Then he gives it.

¹³⁸do engine hain na।

¹⁴⁴There are two engines.

¹³⁹yeh bhi itna oonch pad paate hain to zaroor taakat hogi।

¹⁴⁵This one attains a high status and so surely he has some power.

¹⁴⁰bhal baba kehte hain hamesha yahi samjho ki shivbaaba padhaate hain to unki yaad rahni chaahiye। ¹⁴¹baaki yeh to samajhte ho yahaan do batti hain।

¹⁴⁶Baba says: Always consider it to be Shiv Baba who is teaching you for you have to remember Him, but you do understand that there are two lights.

¹⁴²aur to koi mein do batti nahin hain isliye yahaan do battiyon ke sammukh aate hain to achhi tarah se refresh hote hain।

¹⁴⁷There cannot be two lights in anyone else. ¹⁴⁸This is why you come in front of the two lights and become very refreshed.

¹⁴³time bhi savere ka achha hai।

¹⁴⁹The early hours of the morning are very good.

¹⁴⁴snaan kar chhat par ekaanta mein chale jaana chaahiye।

¹⁵⁰After taking a bath, you can go on to the roof and sit in solitude.

¹⁴⁵baba ne isliye badi-badi chhaten banaai hain।

¹⁵¹This is why Baba has had big roofs made.

¹⁴⁶paadri log bhi ekdam silence mein jaate hain, zaroor Christ ko yaad karte honge।

¹⁵²Priests also walk in total silence; they must surely be remembering Christ.

¹⁴⁷god ko jaante nahin।

¹⁵³They don’t know God.

¹⁴⁸agar god ko yaad karte honge to shivling hi buddhi mein aata hoga।

¹⁵⁴If they remembered God, a Shivlingam would enter their intellects.

¹⁴⁹apni masti mein jaate hain, to unse gun uthaana hai।

¹⁵⁵They stay in their own intoxication. ¹⁵⁶You should pick up that virtue from them.

¹⁵⁰dataatrey ke liye bhi kehte hain woh sabse gun uthaate the।

¹⁵⁷It is said of Dattatreya that he picked up virtues from everyone.

¹⁵¹tum bachche bhi nambarvaar dattaatrey ho।

¹⁵⁸Each of you children is also Dattatreya, but numberwise.

¹⁵²yahaan ekaanta bahut achha hai। ¹⁵³jitni chaaho kamaai kar sakte ho।

¹⁵⁹Here, you can have very good solitude and you can earn as much as you want.

¹⁵⁴baahar to gorakhdhandha yaad padega।

¹⁶⁰Outside, you remember your mundane business.

¹⁵⁵4 baje ka time bhi bahut achha hai।

¹⁶¹The time of 4 am is very good.

¹⁵⁶baahar kahaan jaane ki jaroorat nahin hai।

¹⁶²There is no need to go out.

¹⁵⁷ghar mein baithe ho, pahra bhi hai।

¹⁶³You sit in your home and also keep guard.

¹⁵⁸yagya mein pahra bhi rakhna padta hai।

¹⁶⁴In the yagya, you have to do guard duty.

¹⁵⁹yagya ke har vastu ki sambhaal rakhni padti hai kyonki yagya ki ek-ek cheez bahut-bahut valuable hai, isliye safety first।

¹⁶⁵You have to take care of everything in this sacrificial fire because every single thing of this yagya is very valuable. ¹⁶⁶Therefore, safety first!

¹⁶⁰yahaan koi aayenge nahin।

¹⁶⁷No one will come here.

¹⁶¹samajhte hain yahaan jevar aadi to kuchh hain nahin।

¹⁶⁸They understand that there is no jewellery etc. here.

¹⁶²yeh mandir bhi nahin hai।

¹⁶⁹This is not even a temple.

¹⁶³aajkal chori sab jagah hoti hain।

¹⁷⁰Nowadays, theft takes place everywhere.

¹⁶⁴vilaayat mein bhi puraani cheejen chori karke le jaate hain।

¹⁷¹Antiques are stolen and taken abroad. ¹⁷²The world has become very dirty.

¹⁶⁵jamaana bahut dirty hai, kaam mahaashatru hai। ¹⁶⁶woh sab kuchh bhula deta hai।

¹⁷³Lust is the greatest enemy; it makes you forget everything.
