¹Essence: Sweet children, you have to separate yourselves from your bodies and go to the Father. ²You will not take your bodies with you. ³Therefore, forget bodies and see souls.

⁴Question: Why do you children make effort to increase your lifespans with the power of yoga?

³uttar:- kyonki tumhaari dil hoti hai ki ham baap dvaara sab kuchh is janma mein jaan jaayen।

⁵Answer: Because your hearts’ desire is to learn everything from the Father in this birth.

⁴baap dvaara sab kuchh sun len, isliye tum yogbal se apni aayu ko badhaane ka purooshaartha karte ho।

⁶You want to hear everything from the Father and this is why you make effort to increase your lifespans with the power of yoga.

⁵abhi hi tumhein baap se pyaar milta hai।

⁷It is only now that you receive love from the Father.

⁶aisa pyaar phir saare kalpa mein nahin mil sakta।

⁸You cannot receive such love throughout the whole cycle.

¹⁴⁷By seeing souls, rust will be removed and by seeing bodies, rust will accumulate.

¹⁵²kabhi chadhti, kabhi utarti - yeh chalta rehta hai।

¹⁴⁸Sometimes it is removed and sometimes it accumulates; this continues all the time.

¹⁵³kabhi neeche, kabhi oopar - bada naazuk raasta hai।

¹⁵⁴yeh hote-hote pichhaadi mein karmaateet avastha ko paate hain।

¹⁵⁸Deities never eat dirty, impure food.

¹⁶⁵In the golden age, there are human beings with two arms.

¹⁶⁸brahma ko bhi 2 bhujaayen hain।

¹⁶⁹brahma ki beti sarasvati, unko phir milaakar 4 bhuja di hain।

¹⁷⁰ab sarasvati koi brahma ki stri nahin hai, yeh to prajaapita brahma ki beti hai।

¹⁶⁸Saraswati is not Brahma's wife. ¹⁶⁹She is the daughter of Prajapita Brahma.

¹⁷¹jitne bachche adopt hote jaate hain, utni inki bhujaayen badhti jaati hain।

¹⁷⁰The greater the number of adopted children, the more the number of his arms increase.

¹⁷²brahma ki hi 108 bhujaayen kehte hain। ¹⁷³vishnu va shankar ki nahin kahenge।
