Daily Murli for Sunday 30 June 2024

Sentence alignment between two languages is corrected.

This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.

How is Hinglish generated?

The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.

Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

1“man ko durusta rakhne ke liye beech-beech mein 5 second bhi nikaal kar man ki exercise karo''

1In order to keep your mind healthy, exercise it 2for five seconds every now and then.

2aaj doordeshi baapdaada apne saakaar duniya ke bhinna-bhinna deshvaasi bachchon se milne aaye hain।

3Today, BapDada, the Resident of the far-away land, has come to meet His children who live in the various countries of the corporeal world.

3baapdaada bhinna-bhinna deshvaasiyon ko ek deshvaasi dekh rahe hain।

4BapDada sees all of you residents of the various countries as residents of the one land.

4chaahe koi kahaan se bhi aaye ho lekin sabse pahle sabhi ek hi desh se aaye ho।

5No matter where each one of you has come from, you have all originally come from the same place.

5to apna anaadi desh yaad hai na!

6So, you do remember your eternal land, do you not?

6pyaara lagta hai na!

7You do love it, do you not?

7baap ke saath-saath apna anaadi desh bhi bahut pyaara lagta hai na!

8As well as loving the Father, you also love your eternal land, do you not?

8baapdaada aaj sabhi bachchon ke paanch swaroop dekh rahe hain, jaante ho paanch swaroop kaun se hain?

9Today, BapDada is seeing all of you children in your five forms. 10Do you know what those five forms are?

9jaante ho na!

11You do know them, do you not?

105 mukhi brahma ka bhi poojan hota hai।

12Brahma with the five faces is also worshipped.

11to baapdaada sabhi bachchon ke 5 swaroop dekh rahe hain।

13Therefore, BapDada is looking at all the five forms of all you children.

12pahla - anaadi jyotibindu swaroop।

14First: Your eternal form of a point of light.

13yaad hai na apna swaroop?

15Do you remember your form?

14bhool to nahin jaate?

16You don’t forget it, do you?

15doosra hai - aadi devta swaroop।

17Second: Your original form of a deity.

16pahunch gaye devta swaroop mein?

18Have you reached your deity form?

17teesra - madhya mein poojya swaroop, woh bhi yaad hai?

19Third: Your worthy of being worshipped form of the middle period. 20Do you remember that?

18aap sabki pooja hoti hai ya bhaaratvaasiyon ki hoti hai?

21Is it all of you who are worshipped or is it the residents of Bharat who are worshipped?

19aapki pooja hoti hai?

22Are you worshipped?

20kumaar sunaao aapki pooja hoti hai?

23Kumars, speak! 24Are you worshipped?

21to teesra hai poojya swaroop।

25So, the third form is your worthy of being worshipped form.

22chautha hai - sangamayugi brahman swaroop aur last mein hai pharishta swaroop।

26Fourth: Your confluence-aged Brahmin form, and, finally, your angelic form.

23to 5 hi roop yaad aa gaye?

27So, do you now remember all your five forms?

24achha ek second mein yeh 5 hi roopon mein apne ko anubhav kar sakte ho?

28Achcha. 29Are you able to experience all of these five forms of yours in a second?

25one, tu, three, four, five… to kar sakte ho!

30You can at least count: one, two, three, four, five!

26yeh 5 hi swaroop kitne pyaare hain?

31All of these five forms are so lovely!

27jab chaaho, jis bhi roop mein sthit hone chaaho, socha aur anubhav kiya।

32Whenever and in whichever form you want to stabilise yourself, as soon as you think of it, you experience it.

28yahi roohaani man ki exercise hai।

33This is a spiritual exercise for the mind.

29aajkal sabhi kya karte hain?

34What does everyone do nowadays?

30exercise karte hain na!

35They exercise, do they not?

31jaise aadi mein bhi aapki duniya mein (satayug mein) natural chalte-phirte ki exercise thi।

36In the beginning of your world - and the golden age was your world, was it not? - at that time, you had natural exercise as you walked and moved.

32khade hokarke one two three... exercise nahin।

37You didn’t exercise by standing somewhere and saying, “One, two, three”.

33to abhi ant mein bhi baapdaada man ki exercise karaate hain।

38Therefore, now that it is the end, BapDada is making you also do this exercise.

34jaise sthool exercise se tan tandaroosta rehta hai na!

39Your bodies become healthy by doing physical exercise.

35to chalte-phirte yeh man ki exercise karte raho।

40Similarly, continue to exercise your minds whilst walking and moving around.

36iske liye time nahin chaahiye।

41You don’t need to find a special time for this.

375 second kabhi bhi nikaal sakte ho ya nahin!

42Are you able to take five seconds at any time or not?

38aisa koi busy hai, jo 5 second bhi nahin nikaal sake।

43Are any of you so busy that you can’t even find five seconds? 44Is there anyone?

39hai koi to haath uthaao।

45If so, raise your hand!

40phir to nahin kahenge - kya karen time nahin milta?

46Then, you wouldn’t say, “What can I do? 47I don’t have any time!” would you?

41yeh to nahin kahenge na!

48You wouldn’t say this, would you?

42time milta hai?

49Do you have time?

43to yeh exercise beech-beech mein karo।

50So, every now and then, perform this exercise.

44kisi bhi kaarya mein ho 5 second ki yeh man ki exercise karo। 45to man sada hi durusta rahega, theek rahega।

51No matter what task you are doing, exercise your minds for five seconds and your minds will thereby remain constantly healthy.

46baapdaada to kehte hain - har ghante mein yeh 5 second ki exercise karo।

52BapDada says: Perform this five second exercise every hour.

47ho sakti hai?

53Are you able to do this?

48dekho, sabhi kah rahe hain - ho sakti hai।

54Look, you are all saying that this is possible to do.

49yaad rakhna।

55Therefore, remember to do it!

50om shanti bhavan yaad rakhna, bhoolna nahin।

56Remember this Om Shanti Bhawan. 57Do not forget it!

51to jo man ki bhinna-bhinna complain hai na!

58You have many different complaints about your minds.

52kya karen man nahin tikta!

59“What can I do if I can’t focus my mind?”

53man ko man bana dete ho।

60You make your minds (man) weigh a ton (mann).

54vazan karte hain na!

61You make them heavy.

55pahle jamaane mein paav, ser aur man hota tha, aajkal badal gaya hai।

62Earlier, for measuring weight, you used this system of measurement. 63However, that system of measurement has now changed (to metric).

56to man ko man bana dete hain bojh vaala aur yeh exercise karte rahenge to bilkul light ho jaayenge।

64You make your minds weigh a ton, that is, you make them very heavy. 65However, if you continue to perform this exercise, you would become very light.

57abhyaas ho jaayega।

66So then develop this practice.

58brahman shabd yaad aaye to brahman jeevan ke anubhav mein aa jaao।

67Whenever you want to stabilise in any particular form, for instance, the Brahmin form, you will then experience the Brahmin life.

59pharishta shabd kaho to pharishta ban jaao।

68Say, “Angel”, and you become an angel.

60mushkil hai? 61nahin hai?

69Is this difficult or not?

62kumaar bolo thoda mushkil hai?

70Kumars speak! 71Is it difficult? 72Is it a little difficult?

63aap pharishte ho ya nahin?

73Are you angels or not?

64aap hi ho ya doosre hain?

74Is it you who are angels or is it someone else?

65kitne baar pharishta bane ho?

75So, how many times have you become angels?

66anginat baar bane ho।

76You have become those countless times.

67aap hi bane ho?

77Are you the ones who have become those?

68achha।

78Achcha.

69anginat baar ki hui baat ko repeat karna kya mushkil hota hai?

79Is something you have done countless times difficult to repeat once more?

70kabhi-kabhi hota hai?

80Is it sometimes difficult?

71abhi yeh abhyaas karna।

81Now practise this!

72kahaan bhi ho 5 second man ko ghumaao, chakkar lagaao।

82Wherever you are, take your mind on a five second tour.

73chakkar lagaana to achha lagta hai na!

83You like touring, do you not?

74teachers theek hai na!

84Teachers, is this OK?

75round lagaana aayega na?

85You know how to go on a tour, do you not?

76bas round lagaao phir karma mein lag jaao।

86Go on this tour and carry on occupying yourselves in your work.

77har ghante mein round lagaaya phir kaam mein lag jaao kyonki kaam ko to chhod nahin sakte hain na!

87Go on this tour every hour and then occupy yourselves in your work. 88You can’t leave your work.

78duty to bajaani hai।

89You have to fulfil your duties.

79lekin 5 second, minute bhi nahin, second।

90However, you can take five seconds, not even a minute, but seconds!

80nahin nikal sakta hai?

91Are you not able to find time for this?

81nikal sakta hai?

92Can you find this time?

82yu. N. ki office mein nikal sakta hai?

93Are you able to find this time whilst you are in the U.N. 94Office?

83master sarvashaktivaan ho।

95You are master almighty authorities!

84to master sarvashaktivaan kya nahin kar sakta!

96Therefore, what can master almighty authorities not do?

85baapdaada ko ek baat par bachchon ko dekh karke meethi-meethi hansi aati hai।

97BapDada is very sweetly amused seeing one thing in the children.

86kis baat par?

98What is that?

87challenge karte hain, parcha chhapaate hain, bhaashan karte hain, course karaate hain।

99You issue challenges, you have leaflets printed, you give lectures and courses.

88kya karaate hain?

100What else do you do?

89ham vishwa ko parivartan karenge।

101You say that you will transform the world.

90yeh to sabhi bolte hain na! 91ya nahin?

102All of you say this, do you not?

92sabhi bolte hain ya sirf bhaashan karne vaale bolte hain?

103Do all of you say this? 104Or, is it only those who give lectures who say this?

93to ek taraph kehte hain vishwa ko parivartan karenge, master sarvashaktivaan hain!

105On the one hand, you say that you will transform the world, that you are master almighty authorities.

94aur doosre taraph apne man ko mera man kehte hain, maalik hain man ke aur master sarvashaktivaan hain।

106You also say that your minds belong to you, that you are the masters of your minds; that you are master almighty authorities.

95phir bhi kehte hain mushkil hai?

107Even then, on the other hand, you still say that it is difficult!

96to hansi nahin aayegi!

108So would Baba not be amused by this?

97aayegi na hansi!

109He would be amused, would He not?

98to jis samay sochte ho, man nahin maanta, us samay apne oopar muskaraana।

110So when you think that your minds are not listening to you, then you too should be amused with yourselves.

99man mein koi bhi baat aati hai to baapdaada ne dekha hai teen lakeeren gaai hui hain।

111BapDada sees the three types of lines that are remembered for when anything enters your minds.

100ek paani par lakeer, paani par lakeer dekhi hai, lagaao lakeer to usi samay mit jaayegi।

112One is a line drawn on water. 113Have you seen a line drawn on water? 114As soon as you try to draw such a line, it is instantly erased.

101lagaate to hai na!

115You do draw this line, do you not?

102to doosri hai kisi bhi kaagaj par, slate par kahaan bhi lakeer lagaana aur sabse badi lakeer hai patthar par lakeer।

116The second is to draw a line on paper or on a slate. 117However, the biggest line is a line etched on stone.

103patthar ki lakeer mitti bahut mushkil hai।

118It is very difficult to erase a line etched on stone.

104to baapdaada dekhte hain ki kai baar bachche apne hi man mein patthar ki lakeer ke muaaphik pakki lakeer laga dete hain।

119BapDada sees that, sometimes you children etch a very deep line on your minds like a line etched on stone.

105jo mitaate hain lekin mitti nahin hai।

120You can’t then erase it even when you try to do so.

106aisi lakeer achhi hai?

121Is such a line good?

107kitna vaari pratigya bhi karte hain, ab se nahin karenge।

122You promise so many times, “I will now not do this anymore.

108ab se nahin hoga। 109lekin phir-phir parvash ho jaate hain isliye baapdaada ko bachchon par ghrina nahin aati hai, raham aata hai।

123It will not happen anymore”, but you then become influenced by something. 124This is why BapDada does not dislike you children, but He does have mercy for you.

110parvash ho jaate hain।

125You are influenced.

111to parvash par raham aata hai।

126Therefore, one feels mercy for someone who is influenced.

112jab baapdaada aise raham bhaav se bachchon ko dekhte hain to drama ke parde par kya aa jaata hai?

127When BapDada sees you children with His vision of mercy, then what appears on the curtains of the drama?

113kab tak?

128The question: “For how much longer?”

114to iska uttar aap do।

129Therefore, you have to reply to this. 130Will you reply?

115kab tak?

131How much longer?

116kumaar de sakte hain - kab tak yeh samaapta hoga?

132Can you kumars reply? 133When will all of that finish?

117bahut plan banaate ho na kumaar!

134You kumars make many plans, do you not?

118to kab tak, bata sakte ho?

135So, for how much longer?

119aakhir bhi yeh kab tak?

136Are you able to reply to this? 137How much longer is this to continue before it eventually stops?

120bolo।

138Speak!

121javaab aata hai kab tak?

139Do you know the answer?

122daadiyaan sunaao।

140Dadis, speak!

123(jab tak sangamayug hai tab tak thoda-thoda rahega) to sangamayug bhi kab tak?

141(It will continue a little whilst it is still the confluence age.) 142But, for how much longer is the confluence age going to continue?

124(jab pharishta ban jaayenge) woh bhi kab tak?

143(Until we become angels.) 144But when will that be?

125(baba bataayen) pharishta banna aapko hai ya baap ko?

145(Baba should tell us.) 146Is it you who have to become angels or is it the Father?

126to iska javaab sochna।

147Therefore, think about the answer to this.

127baap to kahenge ab, taiyaar hain?

148The Father would say “Now!” 149So, are you ready?

128aadhi maala mein bhi haath nahin uthaaya।

150You didn’t raise your hands for even half of the rosary being ready!

129baapdaada sada hi bachchon ko sampanna swaroop mein dekhne chaahte hain।

151BapDada constantly wants to see you children in your perfect form.

130jab kehte hi ho, baap hi mera sansaar hai।

152You say that the Father is your world (sansar).

131yeh to sab kehte ho na!

153All of you do say this, do you not?

132doosra bhi koi sansaar hai kya?

154Do you have any other world?

133baap hi sansaar hai, to sansaar ke baahar aur kya hai?

155If the Father is your world, can there be anything outside this world?

134sirf sanskaar parivartan karne ki baat hai।

156It is just a matter of transforming your sanskars.

135braahmanon ke jeevan mein majority vighna roop banta hai - sanskaar। 136chaahe apna sanskaar, chaahe doosron ka sanskaar।

157In your Brahmin life, for the majority of the time, it is sanskars that cause obstacles, whether they are your own sanskars or the sanskars of others.

137gyaan sabhi mein hai, shaktiyaan bhi sabhi ke paas hain। 138lekin kaaran kya hota hai?

158All of you have this knowledge, all of you have the powers, but what is the reason for obstacles?

139jo shakti, jis samay kaarya mein laani chaahiye, us samay emerge hone ke bajaae thoda peechhe emerge hoti hain।

159Whatever particular power you need at a particular time, it emerges a little later than it should.

140peechhe sochte hain ki yeh na kahkar yeh kehti to bahut achha।

160Afterwards, you think, “Instead of saying that, if I had said this, it would have been much better.”

141yeh karne ke bajaae yeh karti to bahut achha।

161“Instead of doing that, if I had done this, it would have been a lot better.”

142lekin jo samay paas hone ka tha woh to nikal jaata hai, vaise sabhi apne mein shaktiyon ko sochte bhi rehte ho, sahanshakti yeh hai, nirnay shakti yeh hai, aise use karna chaahiye।

162However, the time you had to pass that test has by then passed by. 163You even think about all the powers you have: “I have the power to tolerate, I have the power to discriminate, I should use this power.”

143sirf thode samay ka antar pad jaata hai।

164There is just the difference of a short time.

144aur doosri baat kya hoti hai?

165What else happens?

145chalo ek baar samay par shakti kaarya mein nahin aai aur baad mein mahsoos bhi kiya ki yeh na karke yeh karna chaahiye tha।

166OK, you were not able to use that power at that time, and you even realise what you should have done instead of what you did.

146samajh mein aa jaata hai peechhe।

167You realise later what you should have done.

147lekin us galti ko ek baar anubhav karne ke baad aage ke liye anubhvi ban usko achhi tarah se realise kar len jo dubaara nahin ho।

168Having made that mistake once, become experienced and realise what your mistake was so that you don’t make that same mistake again.

148phir bhi progress ho sakti hai।

169Even then, there can be progress.

149us samay samajh mein aata hai - yeh wrong hai, yeh right hai।

170At that time, you can understand what is wrong and what is right.

150lekin vahi galti dubaara nahin ho, uske liye apne aapse achhi tarah se realisation karna, usmein bhi itna full percent paas nahin hote।

171Make yourself realise very clearly, so that you do not make that same mistake again. 172However, even in this, not all of you are able to pass to the full percentage. 173Maya too is very clever.

151aur maaya badi chatur hai, vahi baat maano aapmen sahanshakti kam hai, to aisi hi baat jismen aapko sahanshakti use karna hai, ek baar aapne realise kar liya, lekin maaya kya karti hai ki doosri baari thoda sa roop badli karke aati hai।

174She comes to test you again in the same thing. 175For instance, if you lack the power to tolerate, then, even though you have realised that once, Maya will again bring about a situation for which you would need the power to tolerate, but, at that time, she would change her form a little.

152hoti vahi baat hai lekin jaise aajkal ke jamaane mein cheez vahi puraani hoti hai lekin polish aisi kar dete hain jo nai se bhi nai dikhaai de।

176It is the same thing, but Maya changes her form a little. 177It is the same old thing, but as happens nowadays, something old is polished very well and made to appear newer than new.

153to maaya bhi aise polish karke aati hai jo baat ka rahasya vahi hota hai, maanon aapmen eershya aa gai।

178So, Maya, too, comes polished in such a way, that you don’t recognise the significance of the situation to be the same.

154eershya bhi bhinna-bhinna roop ki hai, ek roop ki nahin hai।

179For instance, you may have become jealous. 180Jealousy too is of many types, not just of one type.

155to beej eershya ka hi hoga lekin aur roop mein aayegi।

181So, the seed would be of jealousy, but it would come in a different form.

156usi roop mein nahin aati hai। 157to kai baar sochte hain ki yeh baat pahle vaali to woh thi na, yeh to baat hi doosri hui na।

182It will not come in the same form, so you would sometimes think, “The thing that happened before was different. 183This thing is totally different.”

158lekin beej vahi hota hai sirf roop parivartit hota hai।

184However, the seed is the same. 185It’s just that its form has been transformed.

159uske liye kaun si shakti chaahiye?

186What power do you need to recognise this?

160parakhne ki shakti।

187The power to discern.

161iske liye baapdaada ne pahle bhi kaha hai ki do baaton ka attention rakho।

188For this, BapDada had also told you earlier to pay attention to two things.

162ek - sachchi dil।

189One is to have an honest heart.

163sachchaai।

190Honesty!

164andar nahin rakho।

191Do not keep anything hidden within you.

165andar rakhne se gas ka gubbaara bhar jaata hai aur aakhir kya hoga?

192What happens when you keep it within you? 193What would happen if a balloon were to be filled with too much gas?

166phatega na!

194It would eventually explode, would it not?

167to sachchi dil - chalo aatmaon ke aage thoda sankoch hota hai, thoda sharma-sa aata hai - pata nahin mujhe kis drishti se dekhenge।

195Therefore, keep your hearts honest. 196OK, perhaps you hesitate a little before speaking in front of other souls. 197Perhaps you are a little ashamed, worrying about how they would see you.

168lekin sachchi dil se, mahsoosta se baapdaada ke aage rakho।

198However, along with realisation, also have an honest heart and put it in front of BapDada.

169aise nahin mainne baapdaada ko kah diya, yeh galti ho gai।

199Don’t say, “I have already told BapDada about the mistake I made.”

170jaise order chalaate hain haan mere se yeh galti ho gai, aise nahin।

200Don’t say it as though you are issuing an order, “Yes, I made this mistake.”

171mahsoosta ki shakti se, sachchi dil se sirf dimaag se nahin lekin dil se agar baapdaada ke aage mahsoos karte hain to dil khaali ho jaayegi, kichda khatma।

201With your power of realisation and your honest heart, place it in front of BapDada - with your heart, not your head - with your heart. 202Your heart will then be emptied of that rubbish which will be destroyed.

172baaten badi nahin hoti hai, chhoti hi hoti hai lekin agar aapki dil mein chhoti-chhoti baaten bhi ikatthi hoti rehti hain to unse dil bhar jaati hai।

203Your heart becomes full of little things, and they are always little things, those things are never big. 204You fill your heart with all the little things you collect.

173khaali to nahin rehti hai na! 174to dil khaali nahin to dilaaraam kahaan baithega!

205Then your heart is no longer empty, and when your heart is not empty, where can the Comforter of Hearts sit?

175baithne ki jagah to ho na!

206There should at least be a place for Him to sit! 207Or not?

176to sachchi dil par saaheb raazi।

208So, the Lord is pleased with an honest heart.

177jo hoon, jaisi hoon, jo hoon, jaisa hoon, baba aapka hoon।

209“Whatever I am, however I am, Baba, I am Yours.”

178baapdaada to jaante hi hain ki nambarvaar to hone hi hain, iseelie baapdaada us nazar se aapko nahin dekhega, lekin sachchi dil aur doosra kaha tha - sada buddhi ki line clear ho।

210BapDada knows that everyone is going to be numberwise. 211This is why BapDada doesn’t see you with that vision. 212However, each of you must have an honest heart. 213Secondly, the line of your intellect must always be clear.

179line mein disturbance nahin ho, cut off nahin ho।

214There should be no disturbance in your line. 215The line should not be cut off.

180baapdaada jo extra samay par shakti dene chaahte hain, duaayen dene chaahte hain, extra madad dene chaahte hain, agar disturbance hogi to woh mil nahin sakegi।

216Otherwise, you become unable to receive the extra power, blessings and help that BapDada wants to give you at your time of need.

181line clear hi nahin hai, clean nahin hai, cut off hai, to yeh jo praapti honi chaahiye woh nahin hoti।

217If your line is not clear, if it is not clean, the line is cut off. 218You are not then able to attain what you should.

182kai bachche kehte hain, kehte nahin hain to sochte hain - koi-koi aatma ko bahut sahayog milta, braahmanon ka bhi milta, badon ka bhi milta, baapdaada ka bhi milta, hamko kam milta hai।

219Many children say – if they don’t say it, they think it, “Some souls receive a lot of co-operation. 220They receive it from Brahmins, from seniors and even from BapDada. 221I don’t receive as much as they do.”

183kaaran kya?

222What is the reason for this?

184baap to daata hai, saagar hai, jitna jo lene chaahe baapdaada ke bhandaare mein taala-chaabi nahin hai, pahredaar nahin hai।

223Baba is the Bestower, He is the Ocean. 224Any of you can take as much as you want, because BapDada’s treasure store has no lock or key. 225There are no guards.

185baba kaha, ji haajir।

226As soon as you say “Baba”, Baba replies, “Ji Hajir” (I am present.)

186baba kaha - lo। 187daata hai na।

227As soon as you say, “Baba”, He gives. 228He is the Bestower.

188daata bhi hai aur saagar bhi hai।

229He is the Bestower and He is also the Ocean.

189to kya kami hogi?

230So, what could He lack?

190inheen do baaton ki kami hoti hai। 191ek sachchi dil, saaph dil ho, chaturaai nahin karo।

231Therefore, pay attention to these two things: An honest heart, a clean heart. 232Do not try to be clever!

192chaturaai bahut karte hain।

233Many of you become too clever!

193bhinna-bhinna prakaar ki chaturaai karte hain।

234You try to be clever in different ways.

194to saaph dil, sachchi dil aur doosra buddhi ki line sada check karo clear hai aur clean hai?

235Check that you have a constantly clean and honest heart and that the line of your intellect is constantly clear and clean.

195aajkal ke science ke saadhnon mein bhi dekhte ho na thodi bhi disturbance clear nahin karne deti।

236Even when there is a little disturbance with the facilities of science, you can see that that stops it from being clear.

196to yeh zaroor karo।

237Therefore, definitely do this.

197aur vishesh baat - is season ka last tarna hai na isliye bata rahe hain, double videshiyon ke liye hi nahin hai, sabke liye hai।

238One more thing: This is the last turn of the season. 239This is why Baba is telling you this. 240It is not just for the double foreigners, but for everyone.

198last tarna mein aap saamne baithe ho to aapko hi kehna padta hai।

241Because it is you, who are in front of Baba in the last turn, Baba is saying this to you.

199baapdaada ne dekha hai ki ek sanskaar ya nature kaho, nature to har ek ki apni-apni hai lekin sarva ka snehi aur sarva baaton mein, sambandh mein saphal, mansa mein vijayi aur vaani mein madhurta tab aa sakti hai jab easy nature ho।

242BapDada has seen that there is still one particular sanskar, or, you can call it nature. 243Even though each of you has your own nature, it is only when you have love for everyone and everything, when your relationships are successful, your thoughts are victorious and your words are full of sweetness that you are called one with an easy nature.

200albeli nature nahin।

244Do not have a careless nature.

201albelaapan alag cheez hai।

245Carelessness is something else.

202easy nature usko kaha jaata hai - jaisa samay, jaisa vyakti, jaisa circumstance usko parakhte hue apne ko easy kar deve।

246An easy nature is to recognise the time, the person and the circumstances and thereby make yourself easy.

203easy arthaat milansaar।

247To be easy means to be in harmony.

204tight nature bahut tu-mach official nahin, official rehna achha hai lekin tu-mach nahin aur samay par jab samay aisa hai, us samay agar koi official ban jaata hai to woh gun ke bajaae, unki visheshta us samay nahin lagti।

248Do not have a tight nature of being too official. 249It is good to remain official, but not too much! 250If you become official at the wrong time, then for that time, it no longer appears to be a special virtue.

205apne ko mould kar sake, milansaar ho sake, chhota ho, bada ho।

251No matter whether you are young or mature, you need to be able to mould yourself and be flexible.

206bade se badepan mein chal sake, chhote se chhotepan mein chal sake।

252With adults, you need to be able to become like them, and with children, you need to be able to become like them.

207saathiyon mein saathi banke chal sake, badon se regard se chal sake।

253With your companions, you need to be able to continue with them as their companion. 254With the elders, you need to be able to carry on with them and have regard for them.

208easy mould kar sake, shareer bhi easy rakhte hain na to jahaan bhi chaahen mud jaate hain aur tight hoga to mud nahin sakega।

255You need to be able to mould yourself easily. 256Some people keep their bodies easy (flexible), so that they are able to turn as they want, but if some are too tense, they are unable to turn themselves.

209albela bhi nahin, easy hai to jahaan chaahe easy ho jaae, albela ho jaae।

257You should still not be careless. 258It isn’t that if you are easy, you can become easy and careless about everything.

210nahin।

259No!

211baapdaada ne kaha na easy ho jaao to easy ho gaye, aise nahin karna।

260Do not then say, “Well, BapDada told us to be easy and so we have become easy!”

212easy nature arthaat jaisa samay vaisa apna swaroop bana sake।

261To have an easy nature means to be able to adjust your form according to the time.

213achha - double videshiyon ko achha chance mila hai।

262Achcha, you double foreigners have received a good chance.

214sabhi ko drill yaad hai ya bhool gai?

263Do all of you remember the drill? 264Or, have you forgotten it?

215abhi-abhi sabhi yeh drill karo, lagaao chakkar।

265All of you, perform this drill right now. 266Go on a tour.

216achha।

267Achcha.

217chaaron or ke sarva shreshtha aatmaon ko, chaaron or se yaad pyaar, samaachaar bhejne vaalon ko bahut achhe bhinna-bhinna sambandh se sneh ke patra aur apna haalchaal likha hai, seva samaachaar umang, plan bahut achhe-achhe likhe hain, jo baapdaada ko mil hi gaye।

268To all the most elevated souls everywhere. 269Those who sent love, remembrance and news and those who have also sent very good love letters of their various relationships, their service news and very good plans – they have reached BapDada.

218jis pyaar se, mehnat se likha hai to jinhonne bhi likha hai, woh har ek apne-apne naam se baapdaada ka, dilaaraam ka dil se yaadapyaar sveekaar karen।

270Each one of those who has written and made that effort should personally accept love and remembrance from the heart of BapDada, the Comforter of Hearts, by name.

219bachchon ka pyaar baap se aur usse padamguna baap ka bachchon se pyaar hai aur sada amar hai।

271Children love the Father and the Father loves the children multimillion-times more. 272This will remain constantly eternal.

220snehi bachche, na baap se alag ho sakte hain, na baap bachchon se alag ho sakte hain।

273You loving children can neither become separated from the Father nor can the Father become separated from you.

221saath hain, saath hi rahenge।

274You are together and you will remain together.

222chaaron or ke sada svayan ko baap samaan banaane vaale, sada baap ke naynon mein, dil mein, mastak mein sameep rahne vaale, sada ek baap ke sansaar mein rahne vaale, sada har kadam mein baapdaada ko follow karne vaale, sada vijayi the, vijayi hain aur vijayi rahenge - aise nishchay aur nashe mein rahne vaale, aise ati shreshtha sikeeldhe, pyaare te pyaare, sarva bachchon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste।

275To all the children everywhere who make themselves equal to the Father, to those who are constantly close to the Father and in His eyes, in His heart and His forehead, to those who constantly remain in the one world of the Father, to those who constantly follow BapDada at every step, to those who constantly maintain the faith and intoxication of being constantly victorious, who have been victorious and who will always remain victorious, to such extremely elevated, long-lost and now-found children, who are the most loved, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.
