¹“meethe bachche - ab satopradhaan ban ghar jaana hai isliye apne ko aatma samajh nirantar baap ko yaad karne ka abhyaas karo, unnati ka sada khyaal rakho''

¹Essence: Sweet children, you now have to become satopradhan and return home. ²Therefore, practise considering yourselves to be souls and constantly remember the Father. ³Always be concerned about your progress.

²prashn:- padhaai mein din-pratidin aage badh rahe hain ya peechhe hat rahe hain uski nishaani kya hai?

⁴Question: What is a sign of your making progress day by day or whether you are moving backwards in how you study?

³uttar:- padhaai mein agar aage badh rahe hain to halkepan ka anubhav hoga।

⁵Answer: If you are making progress in your studies, you experience lightness.

⁴buddhi mein rahega yeh shareer to chhi-chhi hai, isko chhodna hai, hamko to ab ghar jaana hai।

⁶It will remain in your intellect that that is a dirty body and that you now have to shed it, that you now have to return home.

⁵daiveegun dhaaran karte jaayenge।

⁷You will continue to imbibe divine virtues.

⁶agar peechhe hat rahe hain to chalan se aasuri gun dikhaai denge।

⁸If you are moving backwards, devilish traits would be visible in your activity.

⁷chalte-phirte baap ki yaad nahin rahegi।

⁹You wouldn't have remembrance of the Father whilst you are walking and moving around.

¹⁰Such souls will not be able to become flowers or give happiness to everyone.

⁹aise bachchon ko aage chal saakshaatkaar honge phir bahut sajaayen khaani padengi।

¹¹Such children will later on have visions and also experience a lot of punishment.

¹¹buddhi mein yeh khyaalaat rahe ki ham satopradhaan aaye the।

¹³Let the thought remain in your intellects that you were satopradhan when you came down here.

¹²roohaani baap roohaani bachchon ko samjhaate hain yahaan sab baithe hain, koi to deh-abhimaani hain aur koi dehi-abhimaani honge।

¹⁴The spiritual Father explains to you spiritual children: Out of all of you sitting here, some are body conscious and others are soul conscious.

¹³koi second mein deh-abhimaani aur second mein dehi-abhimaani hote rahenge।

¹⁵Some will continue to become body conscious in a second and soul conscious in the next second.

¹⁴aise to koi kah na sake ki ham saara samay dehi-abhimaani ho baithe hain।

¹⁶None of you can say that you sit here in soul consciousness all the time; no.

¹⁵nahin, baap samjhaate hain koi samay dehi-abhimaani, koi samay deh-abhimaan mein honge।

¹⁷The Father explains: You would be soul conscious at some times and body conscious at other times.

¹⁸You children know that you will shed your bodies and go back to your home.

¹⁹You have to return home in great happiness.

²⁰Throughout the day, the only thought you should have is: I want to go to the land of peace because the Father has shown me the way.

¹⁹aur log kabhi is vichaar se nahin baithte honge।

²¹Other people would not be sitting with this thought.

²⁰yeh shiksha kisko milti hi nahin hai।

²²No one else receives these teachings.

²¹khyaal bhi nahin hoga।

²³They would never even have that thought.

²²tum samajhte ho yeh duhkhadhaam hai।

²⁴We understand that this is the land of sorrow.

²³ab baap ne sukhdhaam mein jaane ka raasta bataaya hai।

²⁵The Father has now shown you the way to go to the land of happiness.

²⁴jitna baap ko yaad karenge utna sampoorn ban yatha yogya shantidham mein jaayenge, unko hi mukti kaha jaata hai, jiske liye hi manushya guru karte hain। ²⁵parantu manushyon ko bilkul pata nahin ki mukti-jeevanmukti cheez kya hai kyonki yeh hai nai baat।

²⁶The more you remember the Father, the more perfect you will become according to your capacity and go to the land of peace. ²⁷That is called liberation for which people adopt gurus, but they don’t know at all what liberation is or liberation-in-life is because this is something new.

²⁶tum bachche hi samajhte ho ab hamko ghar jaana hai।

²⁸Only you children understand that you now have to go back home.

²⁷baap kehte hain yaad ki yaatra se pavitra bano।

²⁹The Father says: Become pure by having the pilgrimage of remembrance.

²⁸tum pahle-pahle jab aaye shreshthaachaari duniya mein to satopradhaan the।

³⁰When you first went to the elevated world, you were satopradhan.

²⁹aatma satopradhaan thi।

³¹Souls were satopradhan.

³⁰koi ke saath connection bhi peechhe hoga।

³²It was later that connections were made with others.

³¹jab garbha mein jaayenge tab sambandh mein aayenge।

³³When you enter a womb, you forge a relationship.

³²tum jaante ho abhi yeh hamaara antim janma hai। ³³hamko vaapis ghar jaana hai।

³⁴You know that this is now your last birth and that you have to return home.

³⁴pavitra banne bigar ham ja nahin sakenge।

³⁵We cannot go home without becoming pure.

³⁵aise-aise andar mein baaten karni chaahiye kyonki baap ka farmaan hai uthte-baithte, chalte-phirte buddhi mein yahi khyaalaat rahen ki ham satopradhaan aaye the, ab satopradhaan bankar ghar jaana hai।

³⁶You should talk to yourselves internally: The Father's orders are: Whilst walking and moving around, let there be this thought in your intellect: We came satopradhan and we now have to become satopradhan and return home.

³⁶satopradhaan banna hai baap ki yaad se kyonki baap hi patit-paavan hai।

³⁷We have to become satopradhan by having remembrance of the Father because only the Father is the Purifier.

³⁷ham bachchon ko yukti bataate hain ki tum aise paavan ho sakenge।

³⁸He shows us children how we can become pure.

³⁸saare srishti ke aadi-madhya-ant ko to baap hi jaante hain aur koi authority hai nahin।

³⁹Only the Father knows the beginning, middle and end of the whole world. ⁴⁰There is no other Authority.

³⁹baap hi manushya srishti ka beejroop hai।

⁴¹The Father alone is the Seed of the human world tree.

⁴⁰bhakti kahaan tak chalti hai, yeh bhi baap ne samjhaaya hai।

⁴²The Father has also explained to you how long devotion lasts.

⁴¹itna samay gyaan maarga, itna samay bhakti।

⁴³There is the path of this knowledge for such and such a period and the path of devotion for such and such a period.

⁴²yeh saara gyaan andar mein tapakna chaahiye।

⁴⁴All of this knowledge should trickle into your intellects.

⁴³jaise baap ki aatma mein gyaan hai, tumhaari aatma mein bhi gyaan hai।

⁴⁵Just as the Father's soul has this knowledge in it, so you souls also have this knowledge in you.

⁴⁴shareer dvaara sunte aur sunaate hain।

⁴⁶You listen and relate it through your bodies.

⁴⁵shareer bigar to aatma bol na sake, ismen prerna va aakaashvaani ki baat hoti nahin।

⁴⁷A soul cannot speak without a body. ⁴⁸There is no question of inspiration or “A voice from the ether” in this.

⁴⁶bhagvaanuvaach hai to zaroor mukh chaahiye, rath chaahiye।

⁴⁹Since these are the words of God, a mouth and a chariot are definitely needed.

⁴⁷gadhe-ghode ka rath to nahin chaahiye।

⁵⁰You don't need a chariot of a donkey or a horse.

⁴⁸tum bhi pahle samajhte the kaliyug abhi 40 hazaar varsha aur chalna hai।

⁵¹Previously, you too used to think that the iron age would continue for another 40,000 years.

⁴⁹agyaan neend mein soye pade the, ab baba ne jagaaya hai।

⁵²You were sleeping in the sleep of ignorance. ⁵³Baba has now awakened you.

⁵⁰tum bhi agyaan mein the।

⁵⁴You too were ignorant.

⁵¹ab gyaan mila hai।

⁵⁵You have now received this knowledge.

⁵²agyaan kaha jaata hai bhakti ko।

⁵⁶Devotion is called ignorance.

⁵³ab tum bachchon ko yeh khyaal karna hai ham apni unnati kaise karen, oonch pad kaise paayen?

⁵⁷You children should now be thinking about how to make progress and claim a high status.

⁵⁴apne ghar jaakar phir nai raajdhaani mein aakar oonch martaba paayen।

⁵⁸You want to go to your home and then claim a high status in the new kingdom.

⁵⁵uske liye hai yaad ki yaatra।

⁵⁹There is the pilgrimage of remembrance for that.

⁵⁶apne ko aatma to zaroor samajhna hai।

⁶⁰You must definitely consider yourselves to be souls.

⁵⁷ham sab aatmaon ka baap paramatma hai।

⁶¹The Supreme Soul is the Father of all of us souls.

⁵⁸yeh to bahut simple hai। ⁵⁹parantu manushya itni baat bhi nahin samajhte।

⁶²This is very simple, but people don't even understand this much.

⁶⁰tum samjha sakte ho ki yeh hai raavan raajya, isliye tumhaari buddhi bhrashtaachaari ban gai hai।

⁶³You can explain that this is the kingdom of Ravan and that is why their intellects have become corrupt.

⁶¹manushya samajhte hain jo vikaar mein nahin jaate hain woh paavan hain।

⁶⁴People think that those who don’t indulge in vice are pure.

⁶²jaise sanyaasi hain। ⁶³baap kehte hain woh to alpakaal ke liye paavan bante hain। ⁶⁴duniya to phir bhi patit hai na।

⁶⁵For example, the Father says of the sannyasis: They become pure for a temporary period, but the world is still impure.

⁶⁵paavan duniya hai hi satayug।

⁶⁶The golden age is the pure world.

⁶⁶patit duniya mein satayug jaisa paavan koi ho nahin sakta।

⁶⁷No one in the impure world can be as pure as the people in the golden age.

⁶⁷vahaan to raavan raajya hi nahin, vikaar ki baat hi nahin।

⁶⁸There is no kingdom of Ravan there; there is no question of vice there.

⁶⁸to chakra lagaate ghoomte-phirte buddhi mein yeh chintan rehna chaahiye।

⁶⁹So, whilst touring and moving around, let there be these thoughts in your intellects.

⁶⁹baba mein yeh gyaan hai na।

⁷⁰Baba has this knowledge in Him.

⁷⁰gyaan saagar hai to zaroor gyaan tapakta hoga।

⁷¹He is the Ocean of Knowledge and so the knowledge would definitely trickle from Him.

⁷¹tum bhi gyaan saagar se nikli hui nadiyaan ho।

⁷²You are rivers that have emerged from the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁷²woh to ever saagar hi hai, tum ever saagar nahin ho।

⁷³He is constantly the Ocean. ⁷⁴You are not constantly oceans.

⁷³tum bachche samajhte ho ham to sab bhaai-bhaai hain।

⁷⁵You children understand that you are all brothers.

⁷⁴tum bachche padhte ho, vaastav mein nadiyon aadi ki baat nahin।

⁷⁶You children are studying. ⁷⁷In fact, it is not a question of rivers etc.

⁷⁵nadi kahne se ganga jamuna aadi kah dete hain।

⁷⁸When you speak of rivers, they mention the Ganges, the Jamuna, etc.

⁷⁶tum abhi behad mein khade ho।

⁷⁹You are now standing in the unlimited.

⁷⁷ham sab aatmaayen ek baap ke bachche bhaai-bhaai hain।

⁸⁰All of us souls are brothers, children of the one Father.

⁷⁸abhi humein vaapis ghar jaana hai। ⁷⁹jahaan se aakar shareer roopi takhta par viraajmaan hote hain।

⁸¹We now have to return home from where we will then go down and enter bodies and sit on our thrones (foreheads).

⁸⁰bahut chhoti aatma hai, saakshaatkaar hone se samajh na saken।

⁸²A soul is very tiny. ⁸³If you were to have a vision of one, you wouldn't understand anything.

⁸¹aatma nikalti hai to kabhi kehte hain maathe se nikli, aankhon se, mukh se nikli… mukh khul jaata hai।

⁸⁴They say that when a soul leaves a body, he sometimes leaves through the head, sometimes through the eyes, sometimes through the mouth. ⁸⁵The mouth remains open then.

⁸²aatma shareer chhod chali jaati hai to shareer jad ho jaata hai।

⁸⁶When a soul leaves a body and departs, the body becomes non-living.

⁸³yeh gyaan hai।

⁸⁷This is knowledge.

⁸⁴student ki buddhi mein saara din padhaai rehti hai।

⁸⁸The studies of students remain in their intellects throughout the day.

⁸⁵tumhaare bhi saara din padhaai ke hi khyaalaat chalne chaahiye।

⁸⁹You too should just have thoughts of this study throughout the day.

⁸⁶achhe-achhe student ke haath mein sadaiv koi na koi kitaab rehti hai।

⁹⁰Good students always have one book or another in their hands.

⁸⁷padhte rehte hain।

⁹¹They are continually studying.

⁸⁸baap kehte hain tumhaara yeh antim janma hai, saara chakra lagaakar ant mein aaye ho to buddhi mein yahi simran rehna chaahiye।

⁹²The Father says: This is your last birth. ⁹³You have been around the whole cycle and have now come to the end. ⁹⁴Therefore, let there just be these thoughts in your intellects.

⁸⁹dhaarna kar auron ko samjhaana chaahiye।

⁹⁵Imbibe these and then explain to others.

⁹⁰koi ko to dhaarna hoti hi nahin।

⁹⁶Some are unable to imbibe anything at all.

⁹¹school mein bhi nambarvaar student hote hain।

⁹⁷In a school too, students are numberwise.

⁹²subject bhi bahut hoti hain।

⁹⁸There are many subjects too.

⁹³yahaan to subject ek hi hai।

⁹⁹Here, you have just the one subject.

⁹⁴devta banna hai, yahi padhaai ka chintan chalta rahe।

¹⁰⁰You have to become deities. ¹⁰¹Let there be concern for just this study.

⁹⁵aise nahin, padhaai bhool jaaye baaki aur-aur khyaalaat chalte rahen।

¹⁰²It should not be that you forget to study and continue to have other thoughts.

⁹⁶dhandhe vaala hoga, apne dhandhe ke hi khyaalaat mein laga rahega।

¹⁰³Businessmen would always be thinking about their business.

⁹⁷student padhaai mein hi laga rahega।

¹⁰⁴Students would always remain busy with their studies.

⁹⁸tum bachchon ko bhi apni padhaai mein rehna hai।

¹⁰⁵You children also have to remain busy with your study.

⁹⁹kal ek nimantran patra aaya tha international yog conference ka।

¹⁰⁶Yesterday, Baba received an invitation to the International Yoga Conference.

¹⁰⁰tum unhon ko likh sakte ho tumhaara to yeh hai hathayog।

¹⁰⁷You can write and tell them that theirs is hatha yoga.

¹⁰¹iski em object kya hai?

¹⁰⁸What is the aim and objective of that?

¹⁰²isse faayda kya hota hai?

¹⁰⁹What is the benefit of that?

¹⁰³ham to raajayog seekh rahe hain।

¹¹⁰We are studying Raja Yoga.

¹⁰⁴parampita paramatma jo gyaan saagar hai, woh rachayita hamko apna aur rachna ka gyaan sunaate hain।

¹¹¹The Creator, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who is the Ocean of Knowledge, is giving us this knowledge of ourselves and creation.

¹⁰⁵ab hamko vaapis ghar jaana hai।

¹¹²We now have to return home.

¹⁰⁶manamnaabhav - yeh hai hamaara mantra।

¹¹³Our mantra is "Manmanabhav".

¹⁰⁷ham baap ko aur baap dvaara jo varsa milta hai, usko yaad karte hain।

¹¹⁴We remember Baba and the inheritance that we receive from the Father.

¹⁰⁸tum yeh hathayog aadi karte aaye ho, iski em object kya hai?

¹¹⁵You have been doing hatha yoga etc., but what is its aim and objective?

¹⁰⁹hamne apna to bataaya ki ham yeh seekh rahe hain।

¹¹⁶We have told you ours and that is why we are studying this.

¹¹⁰tumhaare is hathayog se kya milta hai?

¹¹⁷What can be received through that hatha yoga of yours?

¹²⁰If you were to receive an All India Religious Conference invitation and they asked you what your aim and objective is, tell them that this is what we are studying.

¹¹⁵apna zaroor bataana chaahiye, kyon? ¹¹⁶yeh raajayog tum seekh rahe ho।

¹²¹You must definitely tell them what you do and why you study this Raja Yoga.

¹¹⁷bolo ham yeh padh rahe hain।

¹²²Tell them: We are studying this.

¹¹⁸hamko padhaane vaala bhagwan hai, ham sab brothers hain।

¹²³It is God who teaches us and we are all brothers.

¹¹⁹ham apne ko aatma samajhte hain।

¹²⁴We consider ourselves to be souls.

¹²⁰behad ka baap kehte hain apne ko aatma samajh maamekam yaad karo to tumhaare paap kat jaayenge।

¹²⁵The unlimited Father says: Consider yourselves to be souls and constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be cut away.

¹²¹aisi-aisi likhat bahut achhi reeti chhapaakar rakh do।

¹²⁶You should have such writing printed and kept for giving out.

¹²²phir jahaan-jahaan conference aadi ho vahaan bhej do।

¹²⁷Then, wherever conferences etc. take place, send them there.

¹²³kahenge yeh to bahut achhe kaayde ki baat seekhte hain।

¹²⁸They will say: You teach very benevolent things.

¹²⁴is raajayog se raajaaon ka raaja vishwa ka maalik bante hain।

¹²⁹Through this Raja Yoga, you become kings of kings and the masters of the world.

¹²⁵har 5 hazaar varsha baad ham devta bante hain phir manushya bante hain।

¹³⁰Every 5000 years we become deities and then we become human beings.

¹²⁶aise-aise vichaar saagar manthan kar first class likhat banaani chaahiye।

¹³¹You should churn the ocean of knowledge in this way and write first-class articles.

¹²⁷uddeshya tumse poochh sakte hain।

¹³²Anyone can ask you what your aim is.

¹²⁸to yeh chhapa hua rakha ho, hamaari em object yeh hai।

¹³³So, you should have these articles printed: This is our aim and objective.

¹²⁹aise likhne se temptation hogi।

¹³⁴When you write this, they will be tempted.

¹³⁰ismen koi hathayog va shaastraartha karne ki baat nahin।

¹³⁵There is no question of hatha yoga or of debating scriptures in this.

¹³¹unko shaastraartha ka bhi kitna ahankaar rehta hai।

¹³⁶Those people have so much arrogance of their knowledge of the scriptures.

¹³²ve apne ko shaastron ki authority samajhte hain।

¹³⁷They consider themselves to be authorities of the scriptures.

¹³³vaastav mein to woh pujaari hain, authority to poojya ko kahenge।

¹³⁸In fact, they are worshippers, whereas it could be said that those who are worthy of worship are authorities.

¹³⁴pujaari ko kya kahenge?

¹³⁹What would worshippers be called?

¹³⁵to yeh clear kar likhna chaahiye - ham kya seekhte hain।

¹⁴⁰You should write very clearly what you are studying.

¹³⁶bi.ke. ka naam to mashhoor ho gaya hai।

¹⁴¹The name of the BKs has become very well known.

¹³⁷yog to do prakaar ka hai - ek hai hathayog, doosra hai sahaj yog।

¹⁴²There are two types of yoga: one is hatha yoga and the other is easy yoga.

¹³⁸woh to koi manushya sikhla na sake।

¹⁴³No human being can teach this.

¹³⁹raajayog ek paramatma hi sikhlaate hain।

¹⁴⁴Only the Supreme Soul teaches Raja Yoga.

¹⁴⁰baaki yeh anek prakaar ke yog hain manushya mat par।

¹⁴⁵All other types of yoga are based on human dictates.

¹⁴¹vahaan devtaaon ko to kiske mat ki darkaar nahin kyonki varsa liya hua hai।

¹⁴⁶There, the deities do not need anyone's directions because they have received their inheritance.

¹⁴²woh hain devtaayen arthaat daiveegun vaale, jinmen aise gun nahin unko asur kaha jaata hai।

¹⁴⁷They are deities, those with divine virtues. ¹⁴⁸Those who don't have any virtues are called devils.

¹⁴³devtaaon ka raajya tha phir woh kahaan gaye?

¹⁴⁹There used to be the kingdom of the deities, so where did they go?

¹⁴⁴84 janma kaise liye?

¹⁵⁰How did they take 84 births?

¹⁴⁵seedhi par samjhaana chaahiye।

¹⁴⁶seedhi badi achhi hai।

¹⁴⁷jo tumhaari dil mein hai woh is seedhi mein hai।

¹⁵⁴Everything depends on how you study.

¹⁴⁹padhaai hai source oph income।

¹⁵⁵A study is a source of income.

¹⁵⁰yeh hai sabse oonchi padhaai। ¹⁵¹di best।

¹⁵⁶This is the highest study; it is the best.

¹⁵²duniya nahin jaanti ki di best kaun-si padhaai hai।

¹⁵⁷The world doesn't know which study is the best.

¹⁵³is padhaai se manushya se devta double crown ban jaate hain।

¹⁵⁸Through this study, you change from human beings into double-crowned deities.

¹⁵⁴abhi tum double sirtaaj banne ka purooshaartha kar rahe ho।

¹⁵⁹You are now making effort to become double-crowned.

¹⁵⁵padhaai ek hi hai phir koi kya bante, koi kya!

¹⁶⁰There is just the one study and yet some become one thing and others become something else.

¹⁵⁶wonder hai, ek hi padhaai se raajdhaani sthaapan ho jaati hai, raaja bhi bante to rank bhi bante।

¹⁶¹It is a wonder that, through this one study, a kingdom is established. ¹⁶²Some become kings and some become paupers.

¹⁵⁷baaki vahaan duhkh ki baat hoti nahin।

¹⁶³However, there is no question of sorrow there.

¹⁵⁸martabe to hain na।

¹⁶⁴There are different levels of status.

¹⁵⁹yahaan anek prakaar ke duhkh hain।

¹⁶⁵Here, there are many types of sorrow.

¹⁶⁰famine, beemaariyaan, anaaj aadi nahin milta, floods aati rehti।

¹⁶⁶There is famine, illness, shortage of food and floods.

¹⁶¹bhal lakhapti, karodapti hai, janma to vikaaron se hi hota hai na।

¹⁶⁷Although some are millionaires and multimillionaires, they still take birth through vice.

¹⁶²dhakka khaaya, machchhar ne kaata, yeh sab duhkh hai na।

¹⁶⁸To fall down, to be bitten by a mosquito are all types of sorrow.

¹⁶³naam hi hai raurav narka।

¹⁶⁹This is called the extreme depths of hell.

¹⁶⁴to bhi kehte rehte phalaana svarga padhaara।

¹⁷⁰Nevertheless, they continue to say: So-and-so has gone to heaven.

¹⁶⁵are, svarga to aane vaala hai phir koi svarga gaya kaise।

¹⁷¹Oh! but heaven is yet to come. ¹⁷²So, how can anyone go to heaven?

¹⁶⁶kisko bhi samjhaana to bahut sahaj hai।

¹⁷³It is very easy to explain to anyone.

¹⁶⁷ab baba ne essay (nibandha) diya hai, likhna bachchon ka kaam hai।

¹⁷⁴Baba has told you to write an essay and so it is the duty of each of you children to write one.

¹⁶⁸dhaarna hogi to likhenge bhi।

¹⁷⁵If you have imbibed something, you can write it.

¹⁶⁹mukhya baat bachchon ko samjhaate hain apne ko aatma samjho, ab vaapis jaana hai।
