Daily Murli for Thursday 1 August 2024

Sentence alignment between two languages is corrected.

This view uses everyday Hindi spelling in Latin characters without diacritics, generated automatically from the Hindi text.

How is Hinglish generated?

The site generally uses aa, ee and oo for long vowels (a, i and u at the end of a word), ch and chh, sh and ri. English words recognised by the dictionary keep their English spelling. Rules for dropping some inherent vowels and a list of common words produce familiar spellings such as aatma, shanti, main and hoon.

Informal spelling is not standardised: these conventions produce a consistent version, but some spellings may differ from those you know. The “Transliterated Hindi” view retains the distinctions of adapted ISO 15919.

Murli

9om shanti।

10Om shanti.

11isko kaha jaata hai sahaj yaad।

13This is called easy remembrance.

12pahle-pahle apne ko aatma hi samajhna hai।

14First of all, each of you has to consider yourself to be a soul.

13aatma hi shareer dhaaran kar part bajaati hai।

15It is a soul that adopts a body and plays a part.

14sanskaar bhi sab aatma mein hi rehte hain।

16All his sanskars remain in each soul.

15aatma to independent hai।

17Each soul is independent.

16baap kehte hain apne ko aatma samajh mujh baap ko yaad karo।

18The Father says: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father.

17yeh knowledge abhi hi tumko milti hai, phir nahin milegi।

19Only at this time do you receive this knowledge; you will not receive it again.

18tumhaara yeh shant mein baithna duniya nahin jaanti, isko kaha jaata hai natural shanti।

20The world doesn't know that you are sitting in peace. 21This is called natural peace.

19ham aatma oopar se aai hain, is shareer dvaara part bajaane।

22We souls came from up above to play our parts through bodies.

20ham aatma asul vahaan ke rahne vaale hain।

23We souls were originally residents of that place.

21yeh buddhi mein gyaan hai।

24This knowledge is in your intellects.

22baaki ismen hathayog ki koi baat nahin, bilkul sahaj hai।

25There is no question of hatha yoga etc. in this. 26This is very easy.

23abhi ham aatmaon ko ghar jaana hai parantu pavitra banne bigar ja nahin sakte।

27We souls now have to go back home, but we cannot go there without becoming pure.

24pavitra hone ke liye paramatma baap ko yaad karna hai।

28In order to become pure you have to remember the Father, the Supreme Soul.

25yaad karte-karte paap mit jaayenge।

29Your sins will be erased by remembering Him.

26takleeph ki to koi baat hi nahin।

30There is no question of difficulty.

27tum paidal karne jaate ho to baap ki yaad mein raho।

31When you go for a walk, stay in remembrance of the Father.

28abhi hi yaad se pavitra ban sakte ho।

32It is only now that you can become pure by having remembrance.

29vahaan woh to hai pavitra duniya।

33There, it is a pure world.

30vahaan us paavan duniya mein is gyaan ki koi darkaar nahin rehti kyonki vahaan koi vikarma hota nahin।

34There, in that pure world, there is no need for this knowledge because there are no sinful acts performed there.

31yahaan yaad se vikarma vinaash karne hain।

35It is here that sins have to be absolved by having remembrance.

32vahaan to tum natural chalte ho, jaise yahaan chalte ho।

36There, you do everything naturally as you do here.

33phir thoda-thoda neeche utarte ho।

37Then, you come down, little by little.

34aise nahin ki vahaan bhi tumko yeh practice karna hai।

38It isn't that you also have to have this practice there.

35practice abhi hi karna hai।

39It is now that you have to have this practice.

36battery ab charge karna hai phir aahiste-aahiste battery discharge hona hi hai।

40Your batteries have to be charged now, and then they will definitely gradually be discharged.

37battery charge hone ka gyaan abhi ek hi baar tumko milta hai।

41Only once, at this time, do you receive the knowledge of how to charge your batteries.

38satopradhaan se tamopradhaan banne mein tumko kitna samay lag jaata hai!

42How long it takes you to become tamopradhan from satopradhan!

39shuru se lekar kuchh na kuchh battery kam hoti jaati hai।

43From the beginning, your batteries continue to decrease a little at a time.

40mool vatan mein to hain hi aatmaayen।

44There are just souls in the incorporeal world.

41shareer to hai nahin।

45There are no bodies there.

42to natural utarne arthaat battery kam hone ki baat hi nahin।

46So, there is no question there of your battery going down naturally or the charge decreasing.

43motor jab chalegi tab to battery kam hoti jaayegi।

47It is only when the motor car goes that the battery begins to discharge.

44motor khadi hogi to battery thode hi chaalu hogi।

48When the motor car is just standing, the battery does not work.

45motor jab chale tab battery chaalu hogi।

49The battery would start when the motor car goes.

46bhal motor mein battery charge hoti rehti hai lekin tumhaari battery ek hi baar is samay charge hoti hai।

50In a motor car, the battery continues to be charged, but your batteries are only charged once, at this time.

47tum phir jab yahaan shareer se karma karte ho phir thodi battery kam hoti jaati hai।

51Then, when you begin to act through your bodies, the batteries decrease a little.

48pahle to samjhaana hai ki woh hai supreme father, jisko sab aatmaayen yaad karti hain।

52First of all, explain that He is the Supreme Father, the One whom all souls remember.

49he bhagwan kehte hain, woh baap hai, ham bachche hain।

53They say: O God! 54He is the Father and we are the children.

50yahaan tum bachchon ko samjhaaya jaata hai, battery kaise charge karni hai।

55Here, it is explained to you children how your batteries have to be charged.

51bhal ghoomo phiro, baap ko yaad karo to satopradhaan ban jaayenge।

56You can tour around and remember the Father and you will become satopradhan.

52koi bhi baat na samjho to poochh sakte ho।

57If you don't understand anything, you can ask.

53hai bilkul sahaj।

58It is very easy.

545 hajaar varsha baad hamaari battery discharge ho jaati hai।

59Our batteries discharge every 5000 years.

55baap aakar sabki battery charge kar dete hain।

60The Father comes and charges everyone's battery.

56vinaash ke samay sab eeshvar ko yaad karte hain।

61Everyone remembers God at the time of destruction.

57samjho baadh hui to bhi jo bhakta honge woh bhagwan ko hi yaad karenge parantu us samay bhagwan ki yaad aa nahin sakti।

62For instance, when there is a flood, all devotees try to remember God. 63However, at that time, they will not be able to have remembrance of God.

58mitra-sambandhi, dhan-daulat hi yaad aa jaata hai।

64It would only be friends and relatives, wealth and property that are remembered.

59bhal ‘he bhagwan' kehte hain parantu woh bhi kahne maatra।

65Although they say, “O God!” that is just for the sake of saying it.

60bhagwan baap hai, ham unke bachche hain।

66God is the Father and we are His children.

61yeh to jaante hi nahin।

67They don't know this at all.

62unko sarvavyaapi ka ulta gyaan milta hai।

68They receive the incorrect knowledge of omnipresence.

63baap aakar sulta gyaan dete hain।

69The Father comes and gives you correct knowledge.

64bhakti ki department hi alag hai।

70The department of devotion is completely separate.

65bhakti mein thokren khaani hoti hain।

71They have to stumble along on the path of devotion.

66brahma ki raat so braahmanon ki raat hai।

72The night of Brahma is the night of Brahmins.

67brahma ka din so braahmanon ka din hai।

73The day of Brahma is the day of Brahmins.

68aisa to nahin kahenge shoodron ka din, shoodron ki raat।

74It would not be said: The day of shudras and the night of shudras.

69yeh raaz baap baith samjhaate hain।

75The Father sits here and explains these secrets.

70yeh hai behad ki raat va din।

76This is an unlimited night and day.

71abhi tum din mein jaate ho, raat poori hoti hai।

77The night is now coming to an end and you are going into the day.

72yeh akshar shaastron mein hain।

78These words are mentioned in the scriptures.

73brahma ka din, brahma ki raat kehte hain parantu jaante nahin hain।

79They speak of the day of Brahma and the night of Brahma, but they do not know anything.

74tumhaari buddhi ab behad mein chali gai hai।

80Your intellects have now gone into the unlimited.

75yoon to devtaaon ko bhi kah sakte hain - vishnu ka din, vishnu ki raat kyonki vishnu aur brahma ka sambandh bhi samjhaaya jaata hai।

81In fact, you can say of the deities: The day of Vishnu and the night of Vishnu because the relationship between Brahma and Vishnu is explained to you.

76trimoorti ka occupation kya hai - aur to koi samajh na sake।

82No one else can understand what the occupation of the Trimurti is.

77woh to bhagwan ko hi kachchha-machchha mein va janma-maran ke chakra mein le gaye hain।

83They have put God into a fish and a crocodile and into the cycle of birth and death.

78raadhe-krishna aadi bhi manushya hain, parantu daivi gunon vaale।

84Radhe and Krishna etc. are also human beings, but they have divine virtues.

79abhi tumko aisa banna hai।

85You now have to become like them.

80doosre janma mein devta ban jaayenge।

86You will then become deities in your next birth.

8184 janmon ka jo hisaab-kitaab tha woh ab poora hua।

87There was the account of 84 births, but that has now finished.

82phir repeat hoga।

88It will now repeat.

83ab tumko yeh shiksha mil rahi hai।

89You are now receiving these teachings.

84baap kehte hain - meethe-meethe bachchon, apne ko aatma nishchay karo।

90The Father says: Sweetest children, have the faith that you are souls.

85kehte bhi hain ham paartadhaari hain। 86parantu ham aatmaayen oopar se kaise aati hain - yeh nahin samajhte hain।

91They say that they are actors, but they don't understand how souls come down from up above.

87apne ko dehdhaari hi samajh lete hain।

92They consider themselves to be bodily beings.

88ham aatma oopar se aati hain phir kab jaayengi?

93We souls come from up above, but when shall we go back again?

89oopar jaana maana marna, shareer chhodna।

94To go up above means to die, to shed your body.

90marna kaun chaahte hain?

95Who wants to die?

91yahaan to baap ne kaha hai - tum is shareer ko bhoolte jaao।

96The Father has said: Simply continue to forget your bodies.

92jeete ji marna tumko sikhlaate hain, jo aur koi sikhla na sake।

97He teaches you how to die alive. 98No one else can teach you this.

93tum aaye hi ho apne ghar jaane ke liye।

99You have come here to go to your home.

94ghar kaise jaana hai - yeh gyaan abhi hi milta hai।

100It is only now that you receive the knowledge of how to go back home.

95tumhaara is mrityulok ka yeh antim janma hai।

101This is your final birth in the land of death.

96amarlok satayug ko kaha jaata hai।

102The golden age is called the land of immortality.

97abhi tum bachchon ki buddhi mein hai - ham jaldi-jaldi jaaven।

103It is now in the intellects of you children that you soon have to go back home.

98pahle-pahle to ghar muktidhaam mein jaana padega।

104First of all, you have to go to your home, the land of liberation.

99yeh shareer roopi kapda yahaan hi chhodna hai phir aatma chali jaayegi ghar।

105It is here that you have to shed the costume of that body and then the soul will go back home.

100jaise had ke naatak ke actors hote hain, naatak poora hua to kapde vahaan hi chhodkar ghar ke kapde pahan ghar mein jaate hain।

106When a limited play ends, the actors take off their costumes, leave them there and put on the clothes they wear at home and go back home.

101tumhein bhi ab yeh chola chhod jaana hai।

107In the same way, you, too, now have to shed those costumes and return home.

102satayug mein to thode devtaayen hote hain।

108There are very few deities in the golden age.

103yahaan to kitne manushya hain anginat।

109Here, there are countless human beings.

104vahaan to hoga hi ek aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma।

110There, there would just be the one original, eternal, deity religion.

105abhi to apne ko hindu kah dete hain।

111They now call themselves Hindus.

106apne shreshtha dharma-karma ko bhool gaye hain tab to duhkhi hue hain।

112They have forgotten their elevated religion and acts and this is why they have become unhappy.

107satayug mein tumhaara shreshtha karma, dharma tha।

113In the golden age, your religion and actions were elevated.

108abhi kaliyug mein dharma bhrashta hain।

114Now, in the iron age, your religion has become corrupt.

109buddhi mein aata hai ki ham kaise gire hain?

115Does it enter your intellects how you have fallen?

110abhi tum behad ke baap ka parichay dete ho।

116You now give the introduction of the unlimited Father.

111behad ka baap hi aakar nai duniya svarga rachte hain।

117The unlimited Father comes and creates the new world, heaven.

112kehte hain manamnaabhav।

118He says: Manmanabhav!

113yeh geeta ke hi akshar hain।

119These words are from the Gita.

114sahaj raajayog ke gyaan ka naam rakh diya jaata hai geeta।

120The name given to the knowledge of easy Raja Yoga is the Gita.

115yeh tumhaari paathshaala hai।

121This is your school.

116bachche aakar padhte hain to kahenge hamaare baba ki paathshaala hai।

122When children come and study here, they say: It is the school of our Baba.

117jaise koi bachche ka baap principal hoga to kahenge ham apne baba ke college mein padhte hain।

123For instance, the child of a principal would say: I am studying in my father's college.

118unki maa bhi principal hai to kahenge hamaare maa-baap donon principal hain।

124If his mother is also a principal, he would say: Both my mother and father are principals.

119donon padhaate hain।

125Both of them are teaching.

120hamaare mama-baba ka college hai।

126It is the college of my mother and father.

121tum kahenge hamaare mama-baba ki paathshaala hai।

127You would say: This is the school of our Mama and Baba.

122donon hi padhaate hain।

128Both of them are teaching.

123donon ne yeh roohaani college va university kholi hai।

129Both of them have opened this spiritual college or university.

124donon ikatthe padhaate hain।

130Both of them are teaching at the same time.

125baap ne bachchon ko adopt kiya hai।

131The father (Brahma) has adopted you.

126yeh bahut guhya gyaan ki baaten hain।

132These are very deep matters of knowledge.

127baap koi nai baat nahin samjhaate hain।

133The Father is not explaining anything new to you.

128yeh to kalpa pahle bhi samjhaani di hai।

134He also gave you this explanation in the previous cycle.

129haan, itni knowledge hai jo din-pratidin guhya hoti jaati hai।

135Yes, there is so much knowledge and it continues to become deeper day by day.

130aatma ki samjhaani dekho abhi tumko kaise milti hai।

136Look how you receive the explanation of souls.

131itni chhoti si aatma mein 84 janmon ka part bhara hua hai।

137Such a tiny soul has a part of 84 births recorded in him.

132woh kabhi vinaash nahin hota।

138It is never destroyed.

133aatma avinaashi to unmein part bhi avinaashi hai।

139A soul is imperishable and so the part within him is also imperishable.

134aatma ne kaanon dvaara suna।

140A soul hears through his ears.

135shareer hai to part hai।

141When there is a body, there is a part.

136shareer se aatma alag ho jaati hai to javaab nahin milta।

142When a soul separates from his body, you cannot receive a response.

137abhi baap kehte hain - bachche, tumko vaapis ghar chalna hai।

143The Father now says: Children, you now have to return home.

138yeh purooshottam yug jab aata hai tab hi vaapis jaana hota hai, ismen pavitrata hi mukhya chaahiye।

144When this most auspicious confluence age comes, you have to return home. 145Purity is the main thing that is needed.

139shantidham mein to pavitra aatmaayen hi rehti hain।

146Only pure souls reside in the land of peace.

140shantidham aur sukhdhaam donon hi pavitra dhaam hain।

147The land of peace and the land of happiness are both pure lands.

141vahaan shareer hai nahin।

148There are no bodies there.

142aatma pavitra hai, vahaan battery discharge nahin hoti।

149Souls are pure. 150No one’s battery discharges there.

143yahaan shareer dhaaran karne se motor chalti hai।

151When you adopt a body here, the motor begins to work.

144motor khadi hogi to petrol kam thode hi hoga।

152When a motor car is standing still, the petrol does not reduce.

145abhi tumhaari aatma ki jyot bahut kam ho gai hai। 146ekdam bujh nahin jaati hai।

153The lights of you souls have now become very dim; they haven't gone completely out.

147jab koi marta hai to deeva jalaate hain। 148phir uski bahut sambhaal rakhte hain ki bujh na jaae।

154When a person dies, people ignite an earthenware lamp, and they look after it very carefully so that it doesn't go out.

149aatma ki jyot kabhi bujhti nahin hai, woh to avinaashi hai।

155The light of a soul never goes out completely; it is imperishable.

150yeh sab baaten baap baith samjhaate hain।

156The Father sits here and explains all of these things.

151baba jaante hain ki yeh bahut sweet children hain, yeh sab kaam chita par baith jalkar bhasma ho gaye hain।

157Baba knows that you are very sweet children and that you have been burnt by sitting on the pyre of lust.

152phir inhon ko jagaata hoon।

158I am awakening you again.

153bilkul hi tamopradhaan murde ban pade hain।

159You became completely tamopradhan corpses.

154baap ko jaante hi nahin।

160You didn't know the Father at all.

155manushya koi kaam ke nahin rahe hain।

161Human beings are of no use at all.

156manushya ki mitti koi kaam ki nahin rehti hai।

162The ashes of human beings are of no use.

157aise nahin ki bade aadmi ki mitti koi kaam ki hai, gareebon ki nahin।

163It isn't that the ashes of important people are useful whereas those of poor people aren't.

158mitti to mitti mein mil jaati hai phir bhal koi bhi ho।

164Everything gets mixed: ashes to ashes and dust to dust, no matter who it is.

159koi jalaate hain, koi kabra mein band kar dete hain।

165Some people have cremation ceremonies whereas others have burials.

160paarsi log kuen par rakh dete hain phir panchhi maas kha lete hain।

166Parsis keep the corpses on a tower over a well and the birds come and eat the flesh.

161phir haddiyaan jaakar neeche padti hain।

167The bones then fall into the well.

162woh phir bhi kaam aati hain।

168That is at least useful.

163duniya mein to dher manushya marte hain।

169So many people in the world die.

164abhi tumko to aapehi shareer chhodna hai।

170You now have to shed your bodies automatically.

165tum yahaan aaye hi ho shareer chhodkar vaapis ghar jaane arthaat marne।

171You have come here to shed your bodies and return home, that is, you have come here to die.

166tum khushi se jaate ho ki ham jeevanmukti mein jaayenge।

172You go in happiness because you are going to the land of liberation-in-life.

167jinhonne jo part bajaaya hai, ant tak vahi bajaayenge।

173Whatever part each one of you has played, you will play that same part till the end.

168baap purooshaartha karaate rahenge, saakshi ho dekhte rahenge।

174The Father will continue to inspire you to make effort and will continue to watch as the detached Observer.

169yeh to samajh ki baat hai, ismen darne ki koi baat nahin hai।

175This is a matter of understanding. 176There is no question of being afraid in this.

170ham svarga mein jaane ke liye khud hi purooshaartha kar shareer chhod dete hain।

177We are making effort for ourselves to shed our bodies in order to go to heaven.

171baap ko hi yaad karte rehna hai to ant mati so gati ho jaae, ismen mehnat hai।

178You simply have to continue to remember the Father and your final thoughts will then lead you to your destination. 179This requires effort.

172har ek padhaai mein mehnat hai।

180Effort is needed in every study.

173bhagwan ko aakar padhaana padta hai। 174zaroor padhaai badi hogi, ismen daiveegun bhi chaahiye।

181God has to come to teach you, so this study must definitely be a great one. 182Divine virtues are needed here.

175yeh lakshmi-naaraayan banna hai na।

183You have to become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

176yeh satayug mein the।

184They existed in the golden age.

177ab phir tum satayugi devta banne aaye ho।

185You have come here to become golden-aged deities once again.

178em object kitni sahaj hai।

186The aim and objective is so easy!

179trimoorti mein clear hai।

187The Trimurti is also clear.

180yeh brahma, vishnu, shankar aadi ke chitra na hon to ham samjha kaise sakte।

188How could you explain if you didn't have the pictures of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar?

181brahma so vishnu, vishnu so brahma।

189Brahma becomes Vishnu and Vishnu becomes Brahma.

182brahma ki 8 bhuja, 100 bhuja dikhaate hain kyonki brahma ke kitne dher bachche hote hain।

190They show eight arms of Brahma and 100 arms of Brahma because Brahma has so many children.

183to unhonne phir woh chitra bana diya hai।

191So, they have made those pictures.

184baaki manushya koi itni bhujaaon vaala hota thode hi hai।

192However, it isn't that there are human beings with so many arms.

185raavan 10 sheesh ka bhi arth hai, aisa manushya hota nahin।

193Ravan with ten heads is also symbolic; there is no human being like that.

186yeh baap hi baith samjhaate hain, manushya to kuchh bhi jaante nahin।

194The Father sits here and explains this. 195People do not know anything.

187yeh bhi khel hai, yeh koi ko pata nahin hai ki yeh kab se shuru hua hai।

196This is also a play. 197No one knows when this began.

188parampara kah dete hain।

198They say that it has existed from time immemorial.

189are, woh bhi kab se?

199Oh! but when was that?

190to meethe-meethe bachchon ko baap padhaate hain, woh teacher bhi hai to guru bhi hai।

200The Father teaches you sweetest children. 201He is the Teacher and also the Guru.

191to bachchon ko kitni khushi honi chaahiye।

202So, you children should have so much happiness.

192yeh museum aadi kiske direction se kholte hain?

203On whose directions are these museums etc. being opened?

193yahaan hain hi maa, baap aur bachche।

204Here, there is just the mother, the Father and the children.

194dher bachche hain।

205There are so many children.

195direction par kholte rehte hain।

206Centres continue to be opened according to directions.

196log kehte hain tum kehte ho bhagvaanuvaach to rath dvaara hamko bhagwan ka saakshaatkaar karaao।

207People say: You say that God speaks through a chariot, so grant us a vision!

197are, tumne aatma ka saakshaatkaar kiya hai?

208Oh! but have you had a vision of a soul?

198itni chhoti-si bindu ka saakshaatkaar tum kya kar sakenge!

209How would you be able to have a vision of such a tiny point?

199jaroorat hi nahin hai।

210There is no need for it.

200yeh to aatma ko jaanna hota hai।

211It is just a matter of knowing about souls.

201aatma bhrakuti ke beech rehti hai, jiske aadhaar par hi itna bada shareer chalta hai।

212A soul resides in the centre of each forehead and such a big body functions on that basis.

202abhi tumhaare paas na light ka, na ratna jadit taaj hai।

213You now neither have a crown of light nor a jewel-studded crown.

203donon taaj lene liye phir se tum purooshaartha kar rahe ho।

214You are once again making effort to claim both crowns.

204kalpa-kalpa tum baap se varsa lete ho।

215You claim the inheritance from the Father every cycle.

205baba poochhte hain aage kab mile ho?

216Baba asks you: Have we met before?

206to kehte hain - haan baba, kalpa-kalpa milte aaye hain kyon?

217You say: Yes, Baba. 218We have been meeting every cycle. 219Why?

207yeh lakshmi-naaraayan banne ke liye।

220To become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

208yeh sabhi ek hi baat bolenge।

221Everyone would say the same thing.

209baap kehte hain - achha, shubh bolte ho, ab purooshaartha karo।

222The Father says: Achcha, since you say auspicious things, now make effort!

210sab to nar se naaraayan nahin banenge, praja bhi to chaahiye।

223Not everyone will become Narayan from an ordinary man. 224Subjects are also needed.

211katha bhi hoti hai satya naaraayan ki।

225There is the story of the true Narayan.

212vo log katha sunaate hain, parantu buddhi mein kuchh bhi nahin aata।

226Those people relate that story, but nothing enters their intellects.

213tum bachche samajhte ho woh hai shantidham, niraakaari duniya।

227You children understand that that is the land of peace, the incorporeal world.

214phir vahaan se jaayenge sukhdhaam।

228From there, you will go to the land of happiness.

215sukhdhaam mein le jaane vaala ek hi baap hai।

229It is only the one Father who takes you to the land of happiness.

216tum koi ko samjhaao, bolo abhi vaapis ghar jaayenge।

230Explain to anyone and tell him: We are now to return home.

217aatma ko apne ghar to ashareeri baap hi le jaayenge।

231Only the bodiless Father will take all souls home.

218abhi baap aaye hain, unko jaante nahin।

232The Father has now come, but they don't know Him.

219baap kehte hain main jis tan mein aaya hoon, unko bhi nahin jaante।

233The Father says: They don't even know the one whose body I enter.

220rath bhi to hai na।

234There is the chariot too.

221har ek rath mein aatma pravesh karti hai।

235Every soul enters a chariot.

222sabki aatma bhrakuti ke beech rehti hai।

236The soul of everyone resides in the centre of his or her forehead.

223baap aakar bhrakuti ke beech mein baithega।

237The Father comes and sits in the centre of this forehead.

224samjhaate to bahut sahaj hain।

238He explains very easily.

225patit-paavan to ek hi baap hai, baap ke sab bachche ek samaan hain। 226unmein har ek ka apna-apna part hai, ismen koi interfere nahin kar sakta।

239Only the one Father is the Purifier. 240All the children of the Father are the same and each one has his own part. 241No one can interfere with this.

227achha!

242Achcha.

228meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।

243To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

229roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।

244The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

Essence for dharna

230dhaarna ke liye mukhya saar:-

245Essence for dharna:

2311) is shareer roopi kapde se mamatva nikaal jeete ji marna hai arthaat apne sab puraane hisaab-kitaab chuktu karne hain।

246 1. Remove your attachment from that costume, that body, and die alive! 247That is, settle all your past karmic accounts!

2322) double taajdhaari banne ke liye padhaai ki mehnat karni hai। 233daivi gun dhaaran karne hain।

248 2. In order to become double crowned, make effort to study and imbibe divine virtues.

234jaisa lakshya hai, shubh bol hai, aisa purooshaartha karna hai।

249Make effort according to your aim and your auspicious words.

Blessing

235vardaan:- akalyaan ke sankalp ko samaapta kar apkaariyon par upkaar karne vaale gyaani tu aatma bhav

250Blessing: May you be a knowledgeable soul who uplifts those who defame you and one who finishes any thoughts of causing anyone harm.

236koi roz aapki glaani kare, akalyaan kare, gaali de - to bhi uske prati man mein ghrina bhaav na aaye, apkaari par bhi upkaar - yahi gyaani tu aatma ka kartavya hai।

251 Even if someone defames you, causes you harm or insults you every day, let there not be any feelings of dislike for that one in your mind. 252To uplift those who defame you is the task of knowledgeable souls.

237jaise aap bachchon ne baap ko 63 janma gaali di phir bhi baap ne kalyaankaari drishti se dekha, to follow father।

253You children insulted the Father for 63 births and the Father still looked at you with benevolent vision. 254So, follow the Father.

238gyaani tu aatma ka arth hi hai sarva ke prati kalyaan ki bhaavna।

255To be a knowledgeable soul is to have feelings of benevolence for everyone.

239akalyaan sankalp maatra bhi nahin ho।

256Do not have the slightest thought of causing anyone harm.

Slogan

240slogan:- manamnaabhav ki sthiti mein sthit raho to auron ke man ke bhaavon ko jaan jaayenge।

257Slogan: Stabilise yourself in the stage of “Manmanabhav” and you will understand the intentions in the minds of others.
