¹ekavrata ban pavitrata ki dhaarna dvaara roohaaniyat mein rah mansa seva karo

¹Be committed to One and by absorbing purity, ²maintain spirituality and serve with your mind.

²aaj roohaani baap chaaron or ke roohaani bachchon ki roohaaniyat ko dekh rahe hain। ³har ek bachche mein roohaaniyat ki jhalak kitni hai?

³Today, the spiritual Father is looking at the spirituality of all the spiritual children everywhere to see to what extent there is the sparkle of spirituality in each child.

⁴roohaaniyat naynon se pratyaksha hoti hai।

⁴Spirituality is revealed through the eyes.

⁵roohaaniyat ki shakti vaali aatma sada naynon se auron ko bhi roohaani shakti deti hai।

⁵Souls who have the power of spirituality constantly give others spiritual power through their eyes.

⁹To the extent that there is purity in your thoughts, words and deeds, so that much spirituality will be visible.

¹⁰pavitrata brahman jeevan ka shrringaar hai।

¹⁰Purity is the decoration of Brahmin life.

¹¹pavitrata brahman jeevan ki maryaada hai।

¹¹Purity is the code of conduct of Brahmin life.

¹²to baapdaada har bachche ki pavitrata ke aadhaar par roohaaniyat ko dekh rahe hain।

¹²So BapDada is seeing the spirituality of every child on the basis of his or her purity.

¹³roohaani aatma is lok mein rehte hue bhi alaukik pharishta dikhaai degi।

¹³Whilst living in this world, spiritual souls would be seen as subtle angels.

¹⁴to apne aapko dekho, check karo - hamaare sankalp, bol mein roohaaniyat hai?

¹⁴Therefore, examine and check yourself: Is there spirituality in my thoughts and words?

¹⁵roohaani sankalp apne mein bhi shakti bharne vaale hain aur doosron ko bhi shakti dete hain।

¹⁵Spiritual thoughts fill you with power and also give power to others.

¹⁶jisko doosre shabdon mein kehte ho roohaani sankalp mansa seva ke nimitta bante hain।

¹⁶You refer to this in other words as: “Spiritual thoughts are the instrument with which to serve with your mind.”

¹⁷roohaani bol svayan ko aur doosre ko sukh ka anubhav karaate hain।

¹⁷Spiritual words enable you and others to experience happiness.

¹⁸shanti ka anubhav karaate hain।

¹⁸They enable you to experience peace.

¹⁹ek roohaani bol anya aatmaon ke jeevan mein aage badhne ka aadhaar ban jaata hai।

¹⁹One spiritual word becomes the basis for many souls to move forward in their lives.

²⁰roohaani bol bolne vaala vardaani aatma ban jaata hai।

²⁰One who speaks spiritual words becomes a bestower of blessings.

²¹roohaani karma sahaj svayan ko bhi karmayogi sthiti ka anubhav karaate hain aur doosron ko bhi karma yogi banaane ke sample ban jaate hain।

²¹Spiritual actions enable you to experience the karma-yogi stage easily and you become a sample for others to become karma yogis.

²²jo bhi unke samparka mein aate hain woh sahajyogi, karmayogi jeevan ka anubhvi ban jaate hain।

²²Whoever comes into contact with such souls easily experience the easy yogi and karma yogi life themselves.

²³lekin sunaaya roohaaniyat ka beej hai pavitrata।

²³However, you were told that the seed of spirituality is purity.

²⁴pavitrata svapna tak bhi bhang na ho tab roohaaniyat dikhaai degi।

²⁴Purity should not be broken even in your dreams, for only then would spirituality be visible.

²⁵pavitrata sirf brahmacharya nahin, lekin har bol brahmaachaari ho, har sankalp brahmaachaari ho, har karma brahmaachaari ho।

²⁵Purity does not just mean celibacy, but let every word be “Brahmachari” (one who follows in the footsteps of Brahma), let every thought be Brahma-chari, and every action be Brahma-chari.

²⁶jaise laukik mein koi-koi bachche ki soorat baap samaan hoti hai to kaha jaata hai ki ismen baap dikhaai deta hai।

²⁶In worldly life, when a child’s features are like his father’s, it is said that his father is visible in him.

²⁷aise brahmaachaari brahman aatma ke chehre mein roohaaniyat ke aadhaar par brahma baap samaan anubhav ho। ²⁸jo samparka vaali aatmaayen anubhav karen - yeh baap samaan hai।

²⁷In the same way, on the basis of spirituality, let the faces of you Brahmachari Brahmin souls be experienced to be like that of Father Brahma, so that souls who come into contact with you experience your being equal to the Father.

²⁹chalo 100 percent nahin bhi ho to samay anusaar kitni percent dikhaai de?

²⁸OK, you may not be 100%, but, according to the present time, what percentage should you have?

³¹75 percent, 80 percent, 90 percent, kahaan tak pahunche hain?

³²yeh aage ki line bataao, dekho baithne mein to aapko number aage mila hai।

³⁴This line sitting at the front, speak! ³⁵Look, you have been given a number to sit at the front.

³³to brahmaachaari banne mein bhi number aage honge na!

³⁶So, you would also claim a number ahead in becoming Brahmachari, would you not?

³⁷Are you ahead in this or not?

³⁵baapdaada har bachche ki pavitrata ke aadhaar par roohaaniyat dekhne chaahte hain।

³⁸BapDada wishes to see the spirituality of every child on the basis of their purity.

³⁹BapDada has everyone’s chart.

³⁷bolte nahin hain lekin chart hai, kya-kya karte hain, kaise karte hain, sab baapdaada ke paas chart hai।

⁴⁰He doesn’t say anything, but He has a chart of what each one does, and how they do it. ⁴¹BapDada has all the charts.

³⁸pavitrata mein bhi abhi koi-koi bachchon ki percentage bahut kam hai।

⁴²Even in purity the percentage of some children is very small.

³⁹samay ke anusaar vishwa ki aatmaayen aap aatmaon ko roohaaniyat ka sample dekhne chaahti hain।

⁴³According to the time, souls of the world want to see you souls as samples of spirituality.

⁴⁰iska sahaj saadhan hai - sirf ek shabd attention mein rakho, baar-baar us ek shabd ko apne aap underline karo, woh ek shabd hai - ekavrata bhav।

⁴⁴jab hai hi ekavrata to ek ki mat se ekamti sadgati sahaj ho jaati hai।

⁵¹Since you are committed to One then, by following the directions of the One Supreme, there will easily be salvation.

⁴⁵ekras sthiti svatah hi ban jaati hai।

⁵²Your stage automatically becomes constant and stable.

⁴⁶to check karo - ekavrata hain?

⁵³Therefore, check yourself: Am I committed to One?

⁴⁷saare din mein man-buddhi ekavrata rehta hai?

⁵⁴Throughout the day, do my mind and intellect remain committed to One?

⁴⁸hisaab mein bhi aadi hisaab ek se shuru hota hai।

⁴⁹ek bindi aur ek shabd, ek ank lagaate jaao, ek bindi lagaate jaao to kitna badhta jaayega!

⁶⁴When will you souls, who enable others to receive liberation, you master bestowers of liberation, give liberation to those souls?

⁵⁷kya man mein raham nahin aata?

⁶⁵Do you not feel mercy for them in your minds?

⁵⁸ki samaachaar sun karke chup ho jaate ho, bas, ho gaya, sun liya isliye baapdaada har bachche ka abhi merciful swaroop dekhne chaahte hain।

⁶⁶Or, do you just become quiet, having heard the news? ⁶⁷That’s it! ⁶⁸It’s all happened. ⁶⁹You have heard about it. ⁷⁰This is why BapDada now wishes to see the merciful form of every child.

⁵⁹apni had ki baaten abhi chhod do, merciful bano।

⁷¹Now renounce all your limited matters. ⁷²Become merciful!

⁶⁰mansa seva mein lag jaao।

⁷³Become busy serving with your minds.

⁶¹sakaash do, shanti do, sahaara do।

⁷⁴Give a powerful current (sakaash)! ⁷⁵Give peace! ⁷⁶Give support!

⁶²agar merciful ban auron ko sahaara dene mein busy rahenge to had ki aakarshanon se, had ki baaton se svatah hi door ho jaayenge।

⁷⁷If you become merciful and remain busy giving support to others, you will automatically become distant from all limited attractions and matters.

⁶³mehnat se bach jaayenge।

⁷⁸You will become free from labouring.

⁶⁴vaani ki seva mein bahut samay diya, samay saphal kiya, sandesh diya।

⁷⁹You have given a lot of time to serving with words. ⁸⁰You used that time in a worthwhile way and also gave a message.

⁶⁵aatmaon ko sambandh-samparka mein laaya, draamaanusaar ab tak jo kiya woh bahut achha kiya।

⁸¹You brought souls into a relationship or a connection with you. ⁸²Whatever you have done so far according to the drama, you have done very well.

⁶⁶lekin abhi vaani ke saath mansa seva ki jyaada aavashyakta hai।

⁸³However, now, as well as serving with words, there is a greater need for serving with your minds.

⁶⁷aur yeh mansa seva har ek naya, puraana, mahaarthi, ghodesvaar, pyaada sab kar sakte hain।

⁸⁴Everyone, new, old, maharathis (elephant-riders), cavalry and infantry, can all do this.

⁶⁸ismen bade karenge, ham to chhote hain, ham to beemaar hain, ham to saadhnon vaale nahin hain… koi bhi aadhaar nahin chaahiye।

⁸⁵You don’t need any supports for this: “The older ones will do this! ⁸⁶I am still young. ⁸⁷I am ill! ⁸⁸I don’t have the physical means.”

⁶⁹yeh chhote-chhote bachche bhi kar sakte hain।

⁸⁹Even the little children can do this.

⁷⁰bachche, mansa seva kar sakte hain na?

⁹⁰Children, you can do this, can you not?

⁷¹(haan ji) isliye abhi vaacha aur mansa seva ka balance rakho।

⁹¹(Yes). ⁹²You can serve with your minds. ⁹³Therefore, now keep a balance of serving with words and your minds.

⁷²mansa seva se aap karne vaalon ko bhi bahut phaayda hai।

⁹⁴All of you who serve with your minds can benefit a great deal.

⁷⁴jis aatma ko mansa seva arthaat sankalp dvaara shakti denge, sakaash denge woh aatma aapko dua degi।

⁹⁶The souls to whom you give power and a powerful current (sakaash) by serving them with your minds, that is, with your thoughts, will give you blessings.

⁷⁵aur aapke khaate mein sva ka purooshaartha to hai hi lekin duaaon ka khaata bhi jama ho jaayega।

⁹⁷In your accounts, there is already the accumulation of effort of yourselves, and you will also accumulate in your accounts of blessings.

⁸⁰) yeh to bahut achha haath uthaaya, chaahe koi T.vi. se dekh sun rahe hain, chaahe sammukh sun rahe hain, abhi baapdaada sabhi bachchon ko jimmevaari dete hain ki roz saare din mein kitne ghante mansa seva yathaartha reeti se ki, uska har ek apne paas chart rakhna।

¹⁰³All of you raised your hands very well. ¹⁰⁴Now, whether you are watching and listening on the TV or whether you are listening to Baba face-to-face, BapDada is giving all of you children the responsibility: Every day, for how many hours did you serve with your minds accurately?

⁸¹aise nahin kehna haan kar li।

¹⁰⁹You will not be given a date.

⁸⁵achaanak mangaayenge, dekhenge ki jimmevaari ka taaj pahna ya hilta raha hai?

¹¹⁰He will ask for it suddenly. ¹¹¹He will see whether you have worn the crown of responsibility or whether it has been shaking.

⁹⁷duhkhi aatmaon ko anchali to do।

¹²⁷At least give a drop to the unhappy souls!

⁹⁸jo aapka geet hai - ek boond ki pyaasi hain ham... aaj ke samay mein sukh shanti ke ek boond ki aatmaayen pyaasi hain।

¹⁵⁴ismen koi kaaran nahin। ¹⁵⁵samay nahin milta, chance nahin milta, tabiyat nahin chalti, poochha nahin gaya, yeh kuchh nahin।

¹⁹⁴There are no excuses for this: “I don’t have time. ¹⁹⁵I am not given a chance. ¹⁹⁶My health is not OK. ¹⁹⁷I wasn’t asked about it.”

¹⁵⁶sab kar sakte ho।

¹⁹⁸None of this will do.

¹⁵⁷bachchon ne daud lagaane ka khel khela tha na, abhi ismen daud lagaana।

¹⁹⁹Everyone can do this. ²⁰⁰Children played a game of racing. ²⁰¹Now race in this.

¹⁵⁸mansa seva mein daud lagaana।

²⁰²Race in serving with your minds.

¹⁶⁰karnaatak ka tarna hai - karnaatak vaale jo seva mein aaye hain, woh utho।

¹⁶⁹agar sachchi dil se punya samajh karke seva karte hain to uska pratyaksha phal hai, usko thakaavat nahin hogi, khushi hogi।

²¹⁴If you serve with an honest heart considering it to be charity, then the practical, visible fruit of that is that you won’t feel tired, but will be happy.

¹⁷⁰yeh pratyakshaphal punya ke jama ka anubhav hota hai।

²¹⁵This practical fruit is experienced to be the accumulation of charity.

¹⁷¹agar thoda bhi kisi kaaran se thakaavat hoti ya thoda sa mahsoos karte to samjho sachchi dil se seva nahin hai।

²¹⁶If you feel a little tired due to any reason, if you even feel this a little, then understand that it is not serving with an honest heart.

¹⁷²seva arthaat pratyakshaphal, meva।

²¹⁷Service means instant fruit, nourishing fruit.

¹⁷³seva nahin karte meva khaate hain।

²¹⁸You are not just serving, but eating nourishing fruit.

¹⁷⁴to karnaatak ke sabhi sevaadhaariyon ne apni achhi seva ka part bajaaya aur seva ka phal khaaya।

²¹⁹So all the servers of Karnataka played their part of service very well and also ate the fruit of that service.

¹⁷⁵achha sabhi teachers theek hain।

²²⁰Achcha, are all of you teachers all right?

¹⁷⁶teachers ko to kitne baari season mein tarna milta hai।

²²¹Teachers receive so many chances during the season.

¹⁷⁷yeh tarna milna bhi bhaagya ki nishaani hai।

²²²To receive this chance is also a sign of fortune.

¹⁷⁸abhi teachers ko mansa seva mein race karni hai। ¹⁷⁹lekin aise nahin karna ki saara din baith jaao, main mansa seva kar rahi hoon।

²²³Now you teachers have to race in serving with your minds, but don’t just sit down for the whole day and say: “I am serving with mind.”

¹⁸⁰koi course karne vaala aave to aap kaho nahin, nahin main to mansa seva kar rahi hoon।

²²⁴If someone comes to take a course, you then say: “No, I am serving with my mind!”

¹⁸¹koi karmayog ka time aave to kaho mansa seva kar rahi hoon, nahin।

²²⁵Or when it is time to do karma yoga, you say that you are serving with your mind. ²²⁶No.

¹⁸²balance chaahiye।

²²⁷There has to be a balance.

¹⁸³koi koi ko jyaada nasha chadh jaata hai na!

²²⁸Some become too intoxicated.

¹⁸⁴to aisa nasha nahin chadhaana।

²²⁹Therefore, don’t have that type of intoxication.

¹⁸⁵balance se blessing hai।

²³⁰Blessings will be received by keeping a balance.

¹⁸⁶balance nahin to blessing nahin।

²³¹If there is no balance, there are no blessings.

¹⁸⁸abhi sabhi ek second mein mansa seva ka anubhav karo।

²³³Now, all of you will experience serving with your minds in a second.

²⁵⁵You definitely have to become knowledge-full in this too because you have to do a lot of service.

²⁰⁸to tabiyat bhi saath deti hai।

²⁵⁷Therefore, be double knowledge-full.

²⁶¹In front of God’s company, that company is nothing.

²¹⁴sab kamjor hai। ²¹⁵lekin jab khud kamjor bante ho tab ulte sang ka vaar hota hai।

²⁶²All are weak, but when you yourself become weak, you are then attacked by wrong company.

²¹⁶jo sada ek baap ke sang mein rehte hain arthaat sada ke satsangi hain woh aur kisi sang ke rang mein prabhaavit nahin ho sakte।

²⁶³When you constantly stay in the company of the one Father, that is, when you are constantly in the company of the Truth, you cannot be influenced by the colour of anyone else’s company.

²¹⁷vyartha baaten, vyartha sang arthaat kusang unhein aakarshit kar nahin sakta।

²⁶⁴Wasteful situations and wasteful company, which is wrong company, cannot then attract you.
