⁴yahaan baithe apne aapko change kar rahe ho, yeh bhi jaadoogri hai।

⁶While sitting here, you are changing yourselves: this too is magic.

⁵sirf alpha ko yaad karne se tumhaara shrringaar ho jaata hai।

⁷By remembering Alpha alone, you become decorated.

⁶koi haath-paanv chalaane ki bhi baat nahin sirf vichaar ki baat hai।

⁸There is no need to use your hands and feet, for it is just a question of thinking about it.

⁷yog se tum saaph, svachchha aur shobhnik ban jaate ho, tumhaari aatma aur shareer kanchan ban jaata hai, yeh bhi kamaal hai na।

⁹By having yoga, you become clean, pure and beautiful. ¹⁰Both you, the souls, and your bodies become pure and that too is a wonder.

³³tum yahaan baithe ho parantu buddhi mein hai ki saari srishti ka chakra kaise phirta hai।

³⁶You are sitting here, but your intellects are aware of how the whole world cycle turns.

³⁴abhi phir se ham vishwa ka shrringaar kar rahe hain।

³⁵tum kitne padmaapadma bhaagyashaali ho।

³⁸You are multimillion times fortunate.

⁴³The mantra of “Manmanabhav” is so elevated.

⁴¹is yog se hi tumhaare paap bhasma hote jaayenge aur tum saaph bante-bante phir kitne shobhnik ho jaayenge।

⁴⁴It is by having this yoga that your sins will continue to be burnt away and, while becoming clean, you will become very beautiful.

⁴²abhi aatma patit hai to shareer ki bhi haalat dekho kya ho gai hai।

⁴⁵Souls are now impure, and so look at the condition bodies have reached.

⁴³ab tumhaari aatma aur kaaya kanchan ban jaayegi।

⁴⁶You souls and your bodies will now become pure.

⁴⁴yeh kamaal hai na।

⁵⁶bachchon ko kitna achhi reeti samjhaakar fresh karte hain।

⁶⁵While walking, sitting and moving around, we have to decorate ourselves.

⁶⁴koi to apna shrringaar kar phir doosron ka bhi karte hain।

⁶⁶Some decorate themselves and then decorate others too.

⁶⁵koi to apna bhi shrringaar nahin karte to doosre ka bhi shrringaar bigaadte rehte hain।

⁶⁷Some don't decorate themselves and then also continue to spoil the decoration of others.

⁶⁶phaaltu baaten sunaakar unki avastha ko bhi neeche gira dete hain।

⁶⁸They relate useless things and also bring down the other person's stage.

⁶⁷khud bhi shrringaar se rah jaate hain, to doosre ko bhi raha dete hain।

⁶⁹Then that one deprives himself of the decoration and also deprives others of it.

⁶⁸to achhi reeti soch vichaar karo - baba kaise-kaise yukti bataate hain।

¹⁰⁵The Father says: Sweetest children, you have spoilt your decoration so much by forgetting your Father.

¹¹⁹aatma mein hi man-buddhi hai।

¹¹⁹The mind and intellect are in the soul.

¹²⁰yahaan tumko baahar ka gorakh dhandha kuchh bhi nahin hai।

¹²⁰Here, you don't have any external, mundane business.

¹²¹yahaan aate hi ho tum apne ko shrringaarne, refresh hone।

¹²¹You come here to refresh yourselves and decorate yourselves.

¹²²baap padhaate to sabko ek hi jaisa hain।

¹²²The Father teaches everyone the same things.

¹²³yahaan baba paas aate hain nai-nai points sammukh sunne, phir ghar mein jaate hain to jo kuchh suna hai woh baahar nikal jaata hai।

¹²³You come here to Baba personally to listen to new points and then, when you return home, whatever you heard here is forgotten.

¹²⁴yahaan se baahar nikalne se hi jholi chhaant lete hain। ¹²⁵jo suna us par manan-chitann nahin karte hain।

¹²⁴As soon as you leave here, you brush down your aprons; you don't churn the things you heard.

¹²⁶tumhaare liye to yahaan ekaanta ki jagah bahut hai।

¹²⁵There are many places of solitude for you here.

¹²⁷baahar mein to khatmal phirte rehte hain।

¹²⁶Outside, bedbugs continue to wander around.

¹²⁸ek-do ka khoon karte, peete rehte hain।

¹²⁷They kill one another and drink the blood.

¹²⁹to baap bachchon ko samjhaate hain - yeh tumhaara time most valuable hai, isko tum vesta mat karo।

¹²⁸The Father explains to you children: This time of yours is most valuable. ¹²⁹Do not waste it.

¹³⁰apne ko shrringaarne ki bahut yuktiyaan mili hain।

¹³⁰You have been given many methods with which you can decorate yourselves.

¹³⁷You have heard many religious stories of the world.

¹³⁷ab baap kehte hain woh sab bhool jaao।

¹³⁸The Father says: Now forget all of those.

¹³⁸bhakti maarga mein tumne mujhe yaad kiya aur vaayda bhi kiya hai, ham aapke hi banenge।

¹³⁹On the path of devotion, you remembered Me and you also made a promise: I will belong to You alone.

¹³⁹dher ke dher aashikon ka ek maashook।

¹⁴⁰There is the one Beloved of so many lovers.

¹⁴⁰bhakti maarga mein kehte hain - brahm mein leen honge, yeh sab hain phaaltu baaten। ¹⁴¹ek bhi manushya moksha ko nahin pa sakta hai।

¹⁴¹On the path of devotion, they say: I will merge into the brahm element. ¹⁴²All of those matters are useless; not a single human being can attain eternal liberation.

¹⁴²yeh to anaadi drama hai, itne sab actors hain, ismen zara bhi pharka nahin ho sakta hai।

¹⁴³This is an eternal drama. ¹⁴⁴All of them are actors in it and there cannot be the slightest difference.

¹⁴³baap kehte hain sirf ek alpha ko yaad karo to tumhaara yeh shrringaar ho jaayega।

¹⁴⁵The Father says: Simply remember the one Alpha and you will become decorated.

¹⁴⁴abhi tum yeh ban rahe ho।

¹⁴⁶You are now becoming that.

¹⁴⁵smriti mein aata hai - anek baar hamne yeh shrringaar kiya hai।

¹⁴⁷You now remember that you have decorated yourselves many times.

¹⁴⁶kalpa-kalpa baba aap aayenge, ham aapse hi sunenge।
