²aaj shiv baap apne shaaligraam bachchon ke saath apni aur bachchon ke avatran ki jayanti manaane aaye hain।

³Today, Father Shiva, has come to celebrate with His saligram children the jayanti (birthday) of His own incarnation and also of you children.

³yeh avatran ki jayanti kitni wonderful hai, jo baap bachchon ko aur bachche baap ko padmaapdam baar mubaarak de rahe hain।

⁴The jayanti of the incarnation is so wonderful.

⁵Children from everywhere have all come running to celebrate the Father’s and their own jayanti. ⁶The jayanti, that is, the day of incarnation of the Father and the children is the same. ⁷The wonder is that the birthdays of the Father and the children are on the same day. ⁸So, today, have all of you saligram children come to give congratulations to the Father or to receive them? ⁹You have come to give them; you have also come to receive them. ¹⁰The sign of these being together is that there is lots and lots and lots of love between you and the Father. ¹¹This is why your birthdays are together and you also remain combined throughout your lives, that is, you are together. ¹²Have you ever seen such love? ¹³In terms of your occupation, the occupation of the Father and of the children is to transform the world. ¹⁴What is the promise you have made? ¹⁵That you will go back to paramdham (the supreme abode), your sweet home, together. ¹⁶Or, will you go later? ¹⁷You want to go together, do you not? ¹⁸So, there is such love between you and the Father. ¹⁹Neither the Father nor the children can do anything on their own. ²⁰Are you able to do anything? ²¹Are you able to do anything without the Father? ²²The Father too is unable to do anything. ²³This is why He has taken the support of Father Brahma to create all of you Brahmin children. ²⁴Without Brahmins, even the Father cannot do anything. ²⁵This is why, on the birthday of this alokik incarnation, the Father is giving you and you children are giving the Father multimillion-fold congratulations and greetings. ²⁶You are giving these to the Father and the Father is giving these to you. ²⁷From amrit vela, even from before that, the Father received congratulations, greetings, cards, letters and sweet songs of the heart. ²⁸Even now, BapDada is seeing that all the children everywhere in this land and abroad are giving congratulations to BapDada in a subtle way. ²⁹They are reaching here. ³⁰This sound (transmission) is reaching the children and the sounds from the children’s hearts are reaching the Father.

⁴chaaron or bachche khushi mein jhoom rahe hain - vaah baba, vaah ham shaaligraam aatmaayen!

³¹The children everywhere are dancing in happiness. ³²“Wah Baba! ³³Wah, we saligram souls!”

³⁴You are all singing songs of wah, wah!

⁸isi aapke janma divas ki yaadgaar dvaapar se ab tak bhakta bhi manaate rehte hain।

³⁵Devotees have been celebrating the memorial of this birthday of yours from the copper age until now.

⁹bhakta bhi bhaavna mein kam nahin hain।

³⁶Devotees are also no less in their loving devotion.

¹⁰lekin bhagat hain, bachche nahin hain।

³⁷However, they are devotees, they are not the children.

¹¹woh har varsha manaate hain aur aap saare kalpa mein ek baar avatran ka mahatva manaate ho।

³⁸They celebrate every year and you celebrate the importance of the incarnation once throughout the whole cycle.

¹²woh har varsha vrat rakhte hain, vrat rakhte bhi hain aur vrat lete bhi hain।

³⁹They make a vow every year. ⁴⁰They hold a fast and they also make a vow.

¹³aap ek hi baar vrat le lete ho, kaapi aapki hi ki hai lekin aapka mahatva aur unke yaadgaar ke mahatva mein antar hai।

⁴¹You make the vow just once. ⁴²They have copied you, but there is a difference between the importance you give and the importance of their memorial.

¹⁴woh bhi pavitrata ka vrat lete hain lekin har varsha vrat lete hain ek din ke liye।

⁴³They too make a vow of purity, but they make that vow every year for one day.

¹⁵aap sabhi ne bhi janma lete ek baar pavitrata ka vrat liya hai na!

⁴⁴All of you also made this vow of purity once at the moment you took birth, have you not?

²⁰sirf brahmacharya nahin, sampoorn pavitrata ka vrat liya hai।

⁴⁹You haven’t made the vow of just celibacy, but the vow of complete purity.

⁵⁰Pandavas, have you made the vow of complete purity?

²²ya sirf brahmacharya mein theek hain!

⁵¹Or is just celibacy fine?

²³brahmacharya to foundation hai lekin sirf brahmacharya nahin saath mein aur chaar bhi hain।

⁵²Celibacy is the foundation. ⁵³There isn’t just celibacy, there are the other four (vices) with it too.

²⁴chaar ka bhi vrat liya hai ki sirf ek ka liya hai?

⁵⁴Have you also made the vow for all the other four, or for just the one?

²⁶krodh karne ki to chhutti hai na?

⁵⁶You have freedom to become angry, do you not?

²⁷nahin chhutti hai?

⁵⁷Do you not have that freedom?

²⁸thoda-thoda to krodh karna padta hai na?

⁵⁸Is it that you have to become a little angry?

²⁹nahin karna padta hai?

⁵⁹Do you not have to become angry?

³⁰bolo paandav, krodh nahin karna padta hai?

⁶⁰Speak Pandavas! ⁶¹Do you not have to become angry?

⁶²You do have to become angry!

³²chalo, baapdaada ne dekha ki krodh aur sabhi saathi jo hain, mahaabhoot ka to tyaag kiya hai lekin jaise maataaon ko, pravritti vaalon ko bade bachchon se itna pyaar nahin hota, moh nahin hota lekin potron dhotron se bahut hota hai। ³³chhote-chhote bachche bahut pyaare lagte hain।

⁶³OK, BapDada has seen that anger and its companions. ⁶⁴You have renounced the greatest evil spirit. ⁶⁵Mothers in families don’t have that much love or attachment for their grown-up old children, but they do have a lot of love for their grandchildren; little children are loved very much.

³⁴to baapdaada ne dekha ki bachchon ko bhi yeh 5 vikaaron ke mahaabhoot jo hain, mahaaroop unse to pyaar kam ho gaya hai lekin in vikaaron ke jo baal bachche hain na, chhote-chhote ansh maatra, vansh maatra, usse abhi bhi thoda-thoda pyaar hai।

⁶⁶Similarly, BapDada has seen that the love of you children for the greatest evil spirit of the five vices has reduced, but you still have a little love for the children of those vices, that is, for the little traces and progeny of the vices.

¹⁰⁸Nevertheless, the Father has to become merciful.

⁷¹kehte hain achha, abhi maaph kar rahe hain lekin aage nahin karna।

¹⁰⁹He says: OK, I am forgiving you now, but don’t do it in the future.

⁷²lekin javaab bahut achhe-achhe dete hain।

¹¹⁰However, you give very good replies.

⁷³to pavitrata aap braahmanon ka sabse bade se bada shrringaar hai, iseelie aapke chitron ka kitna shrringaar karte hain।

¹¹¹Therefore, purity is the greatest of all the decorations of you Brahmins. ¹¹²This is why they decorate your images so much.

⁷⁴yeh pavitrata ka yaadgaar shrringaar hai। ⁷⁵pavitrata, sampoorn pavitrata, kaam chalaau pavitrata nahin।

¹¹³Those decorations are memorials of your purity: complete purity, not purity just for the sake of it.

⁷⁶sampoorn pavitrata aap brahman jeevan ki sabse bade te badi property hai, royalty hai, personality hai।

¹¹⁴Complete purity is the greatest property, royalty and personality of all of your Brahmin life.

⁷⁷iseelie bhakta log bhi ek din pavitrata ka vrat rakhte hain।

¹¹⁵This is why even devotees hold a fast of purity for a day.

⁷⁸yeh aapki copy ki hai।

¹¹⁶They have copied you.

⁷⁹doosra vrat lete hain - khaane-peene ka।

¹¹⁷They also hold a fast of their food and drink.

⁸⁰khaane peene ka vrat bhi aavashyak hota hai।

¹¹⁸The fasting of food is also necessary.

⁸¹kyon?

¹¹⁹Why?

⁸²aap braahmanon ne bhi khaane-peene ka vrat pakka liya hai na!

¹²⁰You Brahmins have also made a firm vow about your food and drink, have you not?

⁸³jab madhuban aane ka form sabse bharaate ho, to yeh bhi form mein bharaate ho na - khaana-peena shuddh hai?

¹²¹When you are all asked to fill in your Madhuban forms, you are also asked if your food and diet are pure.

⁸⁴bharaate ho na!

¹²²You are asked this, are you not?

⁸⁵to khaane-peene ka vrat pakka hai?

¹²³So, is your fast of food and drink firm?

⁸⁶hai pakka ki kabhi-kabhi kachcha ho jaata hai?

¹²⁴Is it firm or does it sometimes become weak?

⁸⁷double videshiyon ka to double pakka hoga na!

¹²⁵For the double foreigners, it should be doubly strong.

⁸⁸double videshiyon ka double pakka hai ya kabhi thak jaate ho to kehte ho achha aaj thoda kha lete hain। ⁸⁹thoda dheela kar dete hain, nahin।

¹²⁶Is it doubly firm? ¹²⁷Is it firm for the double foreigners? ¹²⁸Is it doubly firm? ¹²⁹Or, is it that when you sometimes become tired, you say: “OK, never mind, today I will eat something (from outside).” ¹³⁰You don’t become a little slack, do you?

⁹⁰khaane-peene ka pakka hai, iseelie bhakta log bhi khaane-peene ka vrat lete hain।

¹³¹Are you firm in your food and drink? ¹³²This is why devotees also hold a fast of their food and diet.

⁹¹teesra vrat lete hain jaagran ka - raat jaagte hain na!

¹³³The third vow is that of staying awake throughout the night (jagran). ¹³⁴They remain awake the whole night.

⁹²to aap brahman bhi agyaan neend se jaagne ka vrat lete ho।

¹³⁵You Brahmins make a vow to awaken from the sleep of ignorance.

⁹³beech-beech mein agyaan ki neend to nahin aati hai na!

¹³⁶You don’t have any sleep of ignorance in between, do you?

⁹⁴bhakta log aapko copy kar rahe hain, to aap pakke hain tabhi to copy karte hain।

¹³⁷Devotees are copying you. ¹³⁸It is because you are so firm that they are copying you.

⁹⁵kabhi bhi agyaan arthaat kamjori ki, albelepan ki, aalasya ki neend nahin aaye।

¹³⁹You must never have any sleep of ignorance, that is, sleep of weakness, carelessness or laziness.

⁹⁶ya thoda-thoda jhutka aave to harja nahin hai?

¹⁴⁰Or, does it not matter if you nod off a little?

⁹⁷jhutka khaate ho?

¹⁴¹Do you doze off sometimes?

⁹⁸aise amritvele bhi kai jhutke khaate hain।

¹⁴²Some even doze at amrit vela.

⁹⁹lekin yeh socho ki hamaare yaadgaar mein bhakta log kya-kya copy kar rahe hain!

¹⁴³However, just think what the devotees are copying from you in your memorials.

¹⁰⁰woh itne pakke rehte hain, kuchh bhi ho jaae, lekin vrat nahin todte hain।

¹⁴⁴They remain so firm that, no matter what happens, they don’t break their vow.

¹⁰¹aaj ke din bhakta log vrat rakhenge khaane-peene ka bhi aur aap kya karenge aaj?

¹⁴⁵On this day, devotees hold a fast of their food and drink and what will you do today?

¹⁰²picnic karenge?

¹⁴⁶Will you have a picnic?

¹⁰³woh vrat rakhenge aap picnic karenge, cake kaatenge na!

¹⁴⁷They will hold a fast and you will have a picnic and cut a cake.

¹⁰⁴picnic karenge kyonki aapne janma se vrat le liya hai iseelie aaj ke din picnic karenge।

¹⁴⁸You will have a picnic because you made a vow at birth. ¹⁴⁹This is why, today, you will have a picnic.

¹⁰⁵baapdaada abhi bachchon se kya chaahte hain?

¹⁵⁰What does BapDada now want from you children?

¹⁰⁶jaante to ho।

¹⁵¹You know this.

¹⁰⁷sankalp bahut achhe karte ho, itne achhe sankalp karte hain jo sun-sun khush ho jaate hain।

¹⁵⁴You have the thought, but what happens later?

¹¹⁰jab chaahte bhi ho kyonki baap se pyaar bahut hai, baap bhi jaante hain ki baapdaada se sabhi bachchon ka dil se pyaar hai aur pyaar mein sabhi haath uthaate hain ki 100 percent to kya lekin 100 percent se bhi jyaada pyaar hai aur baap bhi maante hain pyaar mein sab paas hain।

¹⁵⁶You want to do something because you have a lot of love for the Father, and the Father also knows that all of you children have a lot of love for BapDada in your hearts; that all of you raise your hands and say that you have not only 100% love, but even more than 100% love, and the Father also agrees that all of you have passed in love, but, why the but? ¹⁵⁷Do you have love or not?

¹¹¹lekin kya hai?

¹⁵⁸Is there a ‘but’ or not?

¹¹²lekin hai ki nahin hai? ¹¹³lekin aata hai ki nahin aata hai? ¹¹⁴paandav, beech-beech mein lekin aa jaata hai?

¹⁵⁹Pandavas, is there a ‘but’? ¹⁶⁰Does a ‘but’ come in-between sometimes?

¹¹⁵na nahin karte hain, to haan hai।

¹⁶¹You are not saying no. ¹⁶²So, this means it is yes.

¹¹⁶baapdaada ne majority bachchon ki ek baat note ki hai, pratigya kamjor hone ka ek hi kaaran hai, ek hi shabd hai।

¹⁶³BapDada has noted one thing, that for the majority, there is one reason why the promise becomes weak. ¹⁶⁴It is just one word.

¹¹⁷socho, woh ek shabd kya hai?

¹⁶⁵Think what that one word is.

¹¹⁸teachers bolo ek shabd kya hai?

¹⁶⁶Teachers, speak! ¹⁶⁷What is that one word?

¹¹⁹paandav bolo ek shabd kya hai?

¹⁶⁸Pandavas, speak! ¹⁶⁹What is that one word?

¹²⁰yaad to aa gaya na!

¹⁷⁰You have remembered it, have you not?

¹²¹ek shabd hai - ‘main'।

¹⁷¹The one word is “I”.

¹²²abhimaan ke roop mein bhi ‘main' aata hai aur kamjor karne mein bhi ‘main' aata hai।

¹⁷²The word “I” is used in the form of arrogance and also in the form of making you weak.

¹²³mainne jo kaha, mainne jo kiya, mainne jo samjha, vahi right hai।

¹⁷³“What I said, what I did, what I understood, that alone is right.

¹²⁴vahi hona chaahiye।

¹⁷⁴That is what should happen.”

¹²⁵yeh abhimaan ka ‘main'।

¹⁷⁵This is the “I” of arrogance.

¹²⁶main jab poora nahin hota hai to phir dilshikasta mein bhi aata hai, main kar nahin sakta, chal nahin sakta, bahut mushkil hai।

¹⁷⁶When that “I” is not fulfilled, there is also the “I” of being disheartened: “I can’t do this. ¹⁷⁷I can’t continue. ¹⁷⁸It is very difficult.”

¹²⁷ek body-consciousness ka ‘main' badal jaae, ‘main' svamaan bhi yaad dilaata hai aur ‘main' deh-abhimaan mein bhi laata hai।

¹⁷⁹The “I” of body consciousness should change. ¹⁸⁰“I” reminds you of self-respect and “I” also make you body conscious.

¹²⁸‘main' dilshikasta bhi karta hai aur ‘main' dilkhush bhi karta hai aur abhimaan ki nishaani jaante ho kya hoti hai?

¹⁸¹“I” makes you disheartened and “I” also brings happiness into your heart. ¹⁸²Do you know what the sign of arrogance is?

¹²⁹kabhi bhi kisi mein bhi agar body conscious ka abhimaan ansh maatra bhi hai, uski nishaani kya hogi?

¹⁸³If someone has the slightest trace of body consciousness, what is the sign of that?

¹³⁰woh apna apmaan sahan nahin kar sakega।

¹⁸⁴Such a person is unable to tolerate disrespect.

¹³¹abhimaan apmaan sahan nahin karaayega।

¹⁸⁵Arrogance will not allow you to tolerate being insulted.

¹³²jara bhi koi kahega na - yeh theek nahin hai, thoda nirmaan ban jaao, to apmaan lagega, yeh abhimaan ki nishaani hai।

¹³⁵to usmein kehte hain ki shivraatri par bakre ki bali chadhaate hain - woh bakra mein-mein bahut karta hai na, to aise shivraatri par yeh “main'' “main'' ki bali chadha do।

¹⁴⁴aaj baapdaada jhande par aise hi pratigya nahin karaayega।

¹⁴⁵aaj pratigya karo aur file mein kaagaj jama karna pade, aisi pratigya nahin karaayega।

²⁰⁴Today, Baba will not make you make a promise in which you simply add another piece of paper to your file.

¹⁴⁶kya sochte ho, daadiyaan aaj bhi aisi pratigya karaayen?

³³⁰Any limited, royal desires in doing service tie you in that karmic bondage, whereas true servers remain free from that karmic account.

²⁴²jaise deh ka bandhan, deh ke sambandh ka bandhan hai, aise seva mein svaartha - yeh bhi bandhan hai।

³³¹Just as there are bondages of bodies and bodily relations, in the same way, to have some selfish motive in doing service is also a bondage.

²⁴³is bandhan se va royal hisaab-kitaab se bhi mukta nihsvaartha sevaadhaari bano।

³³²Remain free from that bondage and from any royal, karmic accounts and become an altruistic server.

²⁴⁴slogan:- vaaydon ko file mein nahin rakho, final bankar dikhaao।

³³³Slogan: Do not keep your promises in a file, but show them by making them final (fulfilling them).

²⁴⁵soochna:- aaj maas ka teesra ravivaar antarraashtreey yog divas hai, sabhi brahma vatsa sangathit roop mein saayan 6.30 se 7.30 baje tak vishesh mool vatan ki gahan shanti ka anubhav karen।
